Speaker 1 (00:01):
Well, Jordan mornings Dirty on the.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Thirty, All right, Shannon with the Dirty on the thirty
was well.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Speaking of the Lions, the Lions just signed Aiden Hutchinson
to a four year contract extension yesterday worth one hundred
and eighty million dollars deal. That deal includes one hundred
and forty one mili in guaranteed money as well.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
I like that they did this now, got it taken
care of now and just you know, got all the
contract talk stuff out of the world.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Well, his entire family was there with him when he signed.
By the way, his forty six and a half million
dollar yearly salary is now the second highest among non
quarterbacks in the NFL.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Yeah, oh man, all right, we still have a lot
of cap room, I believe so.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
I think we've got a ton of room there still.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
So Lions need to obviously make sure they shore up
a lot of the other guys too. Well.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
I saw this on here, they like signed all these
other players for four years. Oh wait, there's so many
with all their contracts. I haven't seen this yet. What
do we got?

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Jared Goff four years at two hundred and twelve million bucks.
Amenra four years, one hundred and twenty mil, Penna Suel
four years, one hundred and twelve mil, Jmo three years,
eight eighty million, Kirby Joseph four years, eighty five mil,
Taylor Decker three years, and then McNeil got four years
at ninety seven million. We want to do it alone,

(01:22):
and I don't see him on this link was on
that list.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah, what do you do with all? Well? I think
that those guys, uh you have a they do to me.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
The thing with football, I always believe is their careers
are not as long as some of the other sports
that are out there. Like I look at how much
money that Shohey Otani is making for the Dodgers, and
a guy could play till he's like ninety if he
wants to, you know what I mean. Like, we're a
football player, you know, can only play a certain amount
of years before their body just gives out. But interesting, interesting,

(01:56):
I like that the Lions are doing this and they
play Minnesota, who, speaking of banged up Minnesota doesn't even
have a quarterback still, I don't believe. I think that
they're still trying to figure out who's going to be
their quarterback.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
This weekend, Katy Perry is getting slammed on the internet
right now for throwing her own birthday cake on the
floor during a celebration on her Lifetimes tour. So, she
just celebrated her forty first birthday, and she posted some
photos and videos on her social media of her and
all of her crew and dancers celebrating, and so in

(02:27):
one video you see Katie in still in her concert costume,
she blows out the candles on this huge, huge rectangle
birthday cake. I don't know where she was, she was
backstage at one of the arenas.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Yeah, I'm watching it right now.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
And then she picks it up and goes after somebody
on her crew and like hurls it at them. It
ends up on the floor, splats everywhere. And that was
that well, actually was funny. One of the dancers came
over and like tasted the cake on the floor. Well,
people are upset at her for a wae the cake.

(03:01):
And then the daughter of the woman who baked that
cake for Katie came out on x to say, my
mom was so proud of this cake, so proud she
got the opportunity to do it for Katie, spent so
much time on it, and she's like this this really
bothers me that she just.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Threw it with your kids? Did you ever have a
smash cake for them?

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Did you ever have like a little side cake or
a cupcake where they could just go crazy with it?

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Yeah, Like to me, at least if she did that
where she kind of like was putting her face in
it and having some fun like and enjoying it, I
would say one thing. But the idea that she just
threw it on the floor, threw it at that guy
was ridiculous. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
And lastly, Robert Pattinson from Twilight Fame apparently is now
making the move from actor to pop star. He has
registered seven songs with the American Society of Composers, Authors
and Publishers for a potential album. Now, I don't have
any release dates or anything like that if it's going
to be part of an album or an EP. But

(04:00):
he's got seven songs in the bank and I did
not know this. He has two songs on the Twilight soundtrack,
never thinking let me sign, So this is the first
time that I'm finding out about that.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
But he's what does he sound like? Does he does
he want a new jingle ball? I think we could
use a little.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Help with no Yeah, but maybe an album announcement from
him at some point in the next time.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Moment on the phone, let's get Robert Pattinson in our
jingle Balls.
