what's in the dirty?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Well?

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Prosecutors say that that video we all saw showing Ditty
assaulting Cassie was not leaked to CNN by federal prosecutors.
That was the rumor that we've been hearing for a
long time. They didn't even have that video at the time.
And Didy's attorneys are arguing that these so called leaks
are interfering with him getting a fair trial. So now,

(00:51):
prosecutors urged the judge overseeing the case to reject Ditty's
request for an evidentiary hearing, calling it nothing more than
attempt to squash a damning piece of evidence against him
in this case. That Cassie video. Prosecutors are also urging
the judge to reject Diddy's request to force them to
reveal the identity of his accusers, which we talked about

(01:13):
a great length yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
How do they think that they got it? How did
the news get that video? Because obviously that video had
to be leaked by somebody. And I don't think the
hotel's leaking that video, because that's damning by the hotel
that they had it for such a long period of time.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Yeah, I have, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
It's interesting.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Sometime by the way I write, I would think it's
funny these like you know sometimes prosecutors and stuff. I
think you want something out there because I think that's
what was a thing that opened up the ability to
be able to go out there and make this arrest
without the public thinking anything badly about the potential of
what was going on. That video single handedly, very eye opening,

(01:51):
was damning for did it.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
After a two year period that seen her staring projects
like Anyone But You, Madam Webb and Immaculate twenty seven
year olds, Sidney Sweeney has become one of, if not
the most in demand actress in Hollywood right now. She's
going to get paid a seven and a half million
dollars salary to star in the upcoming thriller The Housemaid, Yes,
based on the best selling novel of the same name. Comparatively,

(02:17):
she was paid just two I say just two million,
just two million dollars for anyone but you opposite Clen Powell.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
That does seem like a little bit of money for which.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
Grows over two hundred and twenty million dollars. It was
her biggest box office hit. But yeah, so everybody wants
a piece of Sidney Sweeney.

Speaker 5 (02:31):
You right now.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Megan the Stallion admitting that she lied about the nature
of her relationship with Tory Lanez, who is currently doing
time in jail for shooting her in the foot. She
appeared on CBS Mornings back in twenty twenty two and
she spoke about the shooting incident that happened a few
years prior, and Gail King was the one who did
the interview. She pressed Meghan for details about her relationship

(02:53):
with Tory, and Meghan denied having a sexual relationship with
him in that interview. Well fast for words, Megan changed
her story in her new Amazon Prime documentary by admitting
she did hook up with Tory once or twice when
she was drunk.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
But the way like they have villainized me for being
this type of person, it started to make me say,
I guess myself, Yes, bitch, I lied to gil King
bitch first, I don't know that she was even gonna
ask me about it.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
She was always gonna talk about the shooting.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
Why did you ask me about toy?

Speaker 5 (03:27):
That's not what this is about.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Even if I was like once maybe twice.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
Put there's a lot. Yes, bitch, I did talk to
that bitch and.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
She testified in court that she and Tory had engaged
in a sexual relationship.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Oh she did. Okay, that's an important note. So if
you said it in court, then why would you not
say it to guil after? Like she not a journalist
in the documents or whatever. The verbal testimony is already documented.
Why would you lost?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (03:57):
And the latest in the Jameson Williams drama.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Oh man, what's going on there?

Speaker 3 (04:03):
So he's already been suspended from the NFL twice, right,
and now I'm hearing he might be suspended a third
time because under the NFL Personal Conduct Policy, players are
subject to possible suspension for conduct including a legal possession
of gun or other weapon and a little asterisk there
a criminal conviction is not required for any league discipline

(04:24):
according to that policy.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
William hen and he didn't have a CEO. So how
do we atitution he prosecutor? Like we do with every
other case that we do. We're gonna look at the
saxon evidence where then make it legal determination about whether
we can prove that case beyond reasable doubt, and that's it.
We're not going to rely on the outside noise. That's
one of those things where some people are going to
be happy, some people aren't. Whatever decision we make with that,

(04:50):
I do it based on the facts and evidence. But
I don't know what this point because I have not
been briefed by Kim.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Kim Worthy has been the prosecutor for a long time,
hasn't she quick question? Uh, do you guys think and
this is just you know, go around the room. Do
we think that she prosecutes him and to the fullest
extent of the law like it would be for any
of us, or does she face backlash from Lions fans

(05:16):
kind of like how w x y Z Channel seven
did for doing the story during a Lion season.

Speaker 5 (05:24):
I don't know. I don't get into politics. It's gonna
I think she'll prosecute him to the fullest extent of
the law.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I think she probably will too. I mean, she's the
one that saying, you know, she prosecuted Kwame. You know,
so she was or she was the one that came
down on a lot of the crimes and things that
were going on during that time. But I I just
think that it's going to be interesting because I think
if he gets prosecuted for what happened, I think the
league has to come in and do another suspension. And
that then means does it mean a game two? Games three?

Speaker 5 (05:56):
If he gets suspended. I need the officers, everybody involved
it take one. It can't just be I think they'll blame.
I think those cops are in trouble. Everybody got to
get it built to ask.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
But I bet you that happens so much more than
we know, and it was obviously somebody leaked it to
the media.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
I mean, i'dn't been benefited based on who I know allegedly.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
