in Virginia on bank fraud and full statements charges. This
indictment of Lione Ud is that she misrepresented a Virginia
property as a secondary residence in her mortgage application, when
in fact she actually used it as a rental and
investment property.

It's a big no note, you can't do that.

She's denied the accusations, calling this indictment politically motivated and
tied to her past legal actions against President Donald Trump.

This is nothing more than a continuation of the President's
