Speaker 3 (02:15):
Shout out to our Detroit Pistons thirteen and a love.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
As of last night, I saw Cab.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
Come in wearing all his Pistons here, including my favorite
blue jacket like that too big?
Speaker 4 (02:28):
Come on, man, thirteen in a row, going for fourteen tomorrow,
looking at stay undefeated in the NBA Cup, looking to
have the best start to a season in our franchise history.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Here's going to be a Piston. It's amazing.
Speaker 5 (02:44):
We played for the Detroit Pistons, man a historic franchise.
So to be able to make history for a historic
franchise like this is it's special.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
Sar Thompson, who is also on the team that lost
twenty eight games in a row, talking about what a
big difference it is right now for me.
Speaker 5 (03:00):
Personally, I take it like a game at a time.
I worry about it like that. I try to think
of the you know, bigger picture. I want to, you know,
take this as far as we can. But it is
crazy to think back when we were two and fourteen
that you know, we could get fourteen wins.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
And the way we have when we have fifteen, but
we could get fourteen in a row.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
I got a question to ask, all right, sports question, Okay.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Who would you rather be right now?
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Sports franchise wise, the Detroit Lions were the Detroit Pistons,
and I know that.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
You know, people are like, why would you even make
you choose? This is a good hypothetical.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
Yeah, yeah, I think I would say the Pistons.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
I agree with you.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
I think that I think the Piston Although I will
say this, everybody's still predicting that the Lions are going
to win a super Bowl. But I will say this
to you, I think if I'm looking at it, and
it's not because they won thirteen straight games, the Pistons,
but I think that you have a better opportunity. But
I do think I don't know, I'm gonna say Detroit Lions.
I'm gonna go to Detroit Lions. I'd rather be the
Detroit Lions franchise right now than the Pistons because I
(04:13):
think that the I think that the Lions are setting
themselves up with a couple of, you know, great pieces
that they have to go on a little bit of
a run and the playoffs. Things are a little bit
different in the NFL playoffs. We think about this. We
were one game from going to the Super Bowl. Yeah,
two years ago. Yeah, and I think we're in a
better I think we are in a better spot. We
(04:34):
got to figure this offensive lineup. Ronda is with us
right now. Ronda is our sports director of iHeart. Who
would you rather be right now franchise wise, the Detroit
Pistons or the Detroit Lions.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Well, it's early in the season for the Pistons, Yeah,
more reason why I would go that way.
Speaker 6 (04:51):
But the Lions. I was just talking to somebody about
this the other day. If they were to go to
a Super Bowl. This is the year that there's there's
no one team that you think they're going. You know,
it's it's wide open because the teams that you thought
were great, like the Eagles or the Chiefs.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Not so much. The Eagles offense looks as bad as
our offense looks.
Speaker 6 (05:13):
You know, I mean, twenty one nothing and they can't
score in the second half. And the Cowboy but the
Cowboys are coming in here and yeah next week.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Yeah, and the Packers.
Speaker 6 (05:24):
I mean, so that game Sunday. What I thought the
Corgi halftime show was more entertained because a lot of
people were talking about that.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
We talked about that earlier in the show.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
It's like more people were sitting in the seats and
enjoying that one than they were the first.
Speaker 6 (05:39):
Alb How do you get on the field. I can't
my credential. I am not allowed on the field.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
My buddy Will Christine knows that some people with the Lions.
I don't know. I do.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Can I get Can I tell you something that I've been
in this town for twenty six years almost I get
nothing from any of these guys. I pay for my tickets.
I gotta go nobody guys to keep I'm going to
do that.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
I don't either.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
One last thing because then Channon's got to finish the
dirty because we gotta get to War of the Roses.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
But one last thing.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
I think Dan Campbell, out of all you know, all
of the crap that he gets for this offensive line thing,
I think he's smart enough to know if he should
stop calling these offensive plays.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
I think he's going to know he's going to continue.
I don't think so.
Speaker 6 (06:22):
You know, it's funny because Jared Goff, I don't I
don't know if you noticed. But after the interception, the
pass was tipped at, and then you know, to amn,
he goes to the sidelights and he has his like
his his board, you know that laptop or whatever you
want to Microsoft surface right, and he got was so angry,
like clutching it and like just so mad because there
(06:44):
were so many drops, which is so uncharacteristic of this
team and a mon Ros Saint Brown. So but you
can't have you can't run the ball a million times,
never going to have it has to be, you know, equal,
and if you just like Jamaric Gibbs is not going
to run for two hundred and sixteen yards every game.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
Yeah, all right, Randa, thank you for coming in here.
Speaker 6 (07:10):
Thanksgiving.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
All right, now back to Shannon. Shannon, who would you
rather be? Would you?
Speaker 2 (07:16):
Yeah? I do breaking dirty right now?
Speaker 3 (07:20):
That literally just came down. Four more people just arrested
in connection with that that heist at the Louver Museum
museum in Paris. Two men ages thirty and thirty nine
and two women ages thirty one and forty were just arrested.
So all four people are from Paris. Do you guys
know the name Tara Reid? Do you remember her from
(07:41):
American Pie. I wasn't going to do this story, but
I keep seeing it everywhere and it is a good reminder.
So she was in Chicago recently having a drink at
her hotel bar, went outside to have a cigarette. When
she came back, she noticed that her cocktail had a
napkin on top of it, and she's like, I don't
I did not do that. She drank it anyway, said
(08:03):
she blacked out almost immediately. Hours later, she woke up
in a hospital room with no memory of what happened
in between. Video from the hotel bar shows her being
rolled out on a stretcher. She is very disoriented, could
not speak clearly, so she obviously believes somebody drugged her drink.
Police are investigating right now, and it's just another good
(08:25):
warning of be careful with your drinks.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
Pay attention. If something suit sh Chicago.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
You know what I could? I could look If Kevin
wants to google, we'll go to the next story. But yeah,
crazy Former First Lady Michelle Obama posted some behind the
scenes photos and videos from a photo shoot with famed
photographer any Leibovitz, and the very first thing that everybody
noticed about it was Wow, she's slimmed down and is
(08:52):
way more toned than she normally is. And of course,
right away in the comments, people start speculating she's doing
the jab ozempic that.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
Bound which mooe, which one are you doing? I want
to make sure we get equal opportunity.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
I'm doing uh ze bound Okay?
Speaker 5 (09:14):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Is that why you wanted me to do this? You
were like, please do a story again.
Speaker 5 (09:18):
I got something.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
And lastly, this.
Speaker 3 (09:25):
Story is trending this morning. A Campbell Soup's Campbell's Soup
Company executive there we Go, caught on tape ranting about
the company's products, its customers, and its staff. This guy's
name is Martin Bailey.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
He's a VP.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
He's also the company's chief information security officer. He was
allegedly taped during a meeting talking about how unhealthy Campbell's
soup actually is.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
A former Campbell's Soup Company employee is taking legal action
against the food giants, and he's making some explosive allegations
about one of its top executives.
Speaker 7 (10:00):
Those allegations are now with the center of a lawsuit
claiming the company's vice president went on an hour long
tie rade attacking the company's products and employees before taking
aim at its customers.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
And the former employee recorded at all. Eric Ericson shares
that recording the company is saying about.
Speaker 8 (10:16):
It for four people, and that's just part of an
over an hour long rant, says former security analyst for
Campbell's Robert Garza of Monroe.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
I don't find it's barely anymore so healthy now that
I don't even look at it.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
A bio engineered me. I don't want to you to
a piece of chicken that came from a three D printer.
You that, by the way, is interesting.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
So wait, So the guy that's from Monroe, that's the
local guy, is the guy that does all their social
media or something like that.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
I think I believe he was the one that was
filming this this thing. By the way, For the record,
Campbell's came out to say this, this dude is untemporarily
it is temporarily unleave excuse me, and said they do
use one hundred percent real chicken from long trusted US suppliers.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
That's a lot.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
I got Campbell's in the cabinet right now. After I
watch this video, I win and look and it does
say whatever you.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
Say about bioengineered meat. I literally said that on the can. Well, no,
I promise you.
Speaker 4 (11:18):
But it doesn't show it in the top where it
says like eggs and no. But if you look down underneath,
it literally says bioengineered meat.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Does it say some gum whenever I see that and stuff,
what is that? I guess what does that mean?
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Like?
Speaker 2 (11:32):
Is that chicken nuggets? What does that mean? Before I'm
all grossed out by it?
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Here's my favorite part of that entire report. If you
watch the whole Erica Erickson report, at the end of
the report, she comes back.
Speaker 9 (11:43):
In New Jersey, but thinking he'd be.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Discussed, she comes back at the end of the report
to eat soup.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
Hold onlessness.
Speaker 5 (11:51):
No.
Speaker 9 (11:56):
Garza says he felt sick after the rant, deciding to
go to his direct supervisor in January keeping the work.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Let me go to the end. That's not the case.
Speaker 9 (12:05):
We did just receive a statement from Campbell's.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
It says, quote if.
Speaker 9 (12:09):
Accurate, the comments and the recording are unacceptable. They do
not reflect our values and the culture of our company.
We are actively investigating this manner. We've also reached out
directly to Martin Valley Erica Erickson local for.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Souper.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
Yeah, she actually ate the Campbell's chicken noodle soup, proving
that it's okay to eat because Erica. Look at her,
she's very nicely healthy. Have we heard from her since yes.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
