R G A N to nine five five zero zero.
You could be going to the Big House to see

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Text Morgan to nine five five zero zero.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Well, Jordan, the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
All right, last dirty of the morning with Shannon.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
What's your name? What's your last name? Are you famous?
Those were the three questions that Nick Reiner was asking
everybody at Conan O'Brien's holiday party twenty four hours before
he killed his parents. What's your name, what's your name?
What's your last name? Are you famous? And those are
the three questions that he went up to former SNL

(00:40):
star Bill Hayter and asked him while Bill was having
a conversation with somebody else, and Bill said to him,
I'm trying to have some privacy here, Please go away.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Essentially not forbadam, but and that's what you know.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
He Nick Reiner was actually asked to leave that party.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
So earlier in the night, we're now learning.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
That he had gotten into a confrontation with his dad,
Rob Reiner, and his dad was so embarrassed by what
had happened that he and his wife, Michelle, Nick's mom
left the party. Nick stayed and continued with this erratic
behavior that attendees said it was just very apparent something
was going on. He was making a lot of people
feel very, very uncomfortable. The next afternoon, Robin Michelle found

(01:26):
dead in their Brentwood home. Nick was arrested and charged
with their murders, two counts of first degree murder. His attorney,
Alan Jackson, on why Nick wasn't in the courtroom yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
His reason for not coming today. I know, we talked
about it on the elevator.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Good, why is he here?

Speaker 4 (01:44):
Asked to be medically cleared before they could be transported
to the court.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
He has not been medically cleared.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
It's just a recedures, by the way.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Ellen Jackson the same attorney who represented Karen Reid in
her famous recent trial. He's also repped Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey,
big big.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Name that is in wonders how Nick is being able
to pay for this, because I'm assuming he only was
able to pay for anything because of his dad and
the money that dad made.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
But I wonder if he must have like some kind
of trust.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
The weekend in the dirty this morning for closing a
massive catalog deal worth a billion dollars with investment firm
Lyric Capital Group. And the thing is, he is giving
up zero creative control over his music in the process.
So rather than selling off all of his work and
walking away the weekend and his team structured this partnership

(02:34):
so they retain ownership and decision making power over his catalog,
including publishing and all of his masters. And everybody's saying
this model is going to set the precedent for other
artists to do the same. Jason Kelsey talking about the
potential that his brother Travis is retiring from the NFL

(02:55):
after this season.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
I think everybody's probably curious about what your brother will do.

Speaker 5 (02:58):
You went through the process, and I understand he'll have
a process to go through.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Is there a sense of how he'll approach that.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
Well, I'm curious too. I think it's you know, I
think you have, in my opinion, to to nail that decision.
You got to step away from the game for a
little bit. Played these last three games, enjoying with your teammates,
enjoying with the coaches. You know, the team's gonna be
different no matter whether you come back or not next year.
So enjoy these last three games and then let it
think in, let it, let it. You know, it'll come

(03:25):
to you with time. I think you can't. There's so
many emotions with this game right after a season, especially
the way this one's been been so up down.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
I mean, the one that all of a sudden they jam.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
One score games like they've been close.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
And for I don't think that Travis looked horrible. He
just didn't look himself like I would take him as
one of our tight ends, you know, because we don't
have any tight ends right now. But Travis just wasn't Travis.
And that's the problem with the way he played. And
I think that he's somebody that I still could play
a couple of more years and still be fine.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
And Leslie Kim Kardashi and decided to give Santa Claus
a makeover over. The weekend, shoppers at her Skim's flagship
store on Fifth Avenue in New York City had the
opportunity to meet Santa. However, he looked very different. His
suit was not red with the white for trim. It
was Skims beige with the white for trim.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
I'm wearing this lovely out that the Kim Sydney and
it's the the ultimate body suit. And oh people.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
On social media commenting things like where is the color?

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Where is the actual Santa? Another?

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Oh my god, she takes the color and fun out
of everything.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Whir's the voice? He actually looked like a good Santa.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
But yeah, it didn't sound like Sta in Europe like that.
That sounds like a European if you do.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Damned if you're young'd anything?

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Everybody want to complain? Least she brought us Santa? Damn?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Are you mad at too? About Josh and I talking
about the holiday party? I wouldn't know you that, I say.
Kate wants to comment on that? Would you want to
say Kate? About the holiday party that we were just
talking about.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
I just wanted to remark that you're lucky to get
one in the first place. All my boss does is
hand me a card? Does Did I at least have.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Money in it?

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Sometimes? Where do you work? Or do you want to
not say? Because you'll be a bookkeeper? Okay? Count lesson?

Speaker 2 (05:22):
All right?

Speaker 3 (05:23):
