Speaker 1 (00:01):
Qui Detroit Mosque.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Is Mojo in the Morning Mojo. He's amazing live.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
Mojo take one.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Let me take you back to the beginnings. Alrighty, ready,
you're listening to Mojo in the Morning. You're a doo doo. Ahead,
we go, we go.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Your chance to uh be part of the Mojo in
the Morning show is as easy as calling eight four
four Mojo Live eight four four six six five six
five four eight, Or you can always text us, and
if you do text us, know that we may call
you up because we want get to get you on
the air and we want to get your comments on
the air. So if you call us up or if
(00:59):
we get your text, we will call you and then
we want you to tell us if you're a first
time long time. I can't believe it. Yesterday, what a
difference that the day makes. Yesterday I was already counting
how many friends of mine had tickets to go to
see the Tigers play this year, and who would have
playoff tickets and take me to the Alds, only to
(01:24):
realize that they lost the game yesterday in tragic form,
and possibly if they lose today, their season is over
with the Tigers. Blew it yesterday. I want to talk
real quick about something and tell me if you guys
think that I'm crazy on this, and if I'm not,
you know, completely crazy, I'm going to call this guy
(01:46):
this morning on the air. Yesterday, in the bottom of
the eighth inning is when the Tigers blew it. You
were watching the game because we were texting, absolutely so
bottom of the eighth inning, you know, the whole thing collapsed.
And I'm texting with our group tax here Mojo in
the morning. I'm texting with a couple of buddies of
(02:07):
mine that are huge Tigers fans and friends of mine.
I'm texting with a buddy named Chad. My buddy name
Chad sends me the most angry text ever in the
two words are spoiler alerting me. He gets all upset
with me because I go, I can't believe they just
(02:27):
blew this game, and he says, spoiler alert. I have
the game DVR ing at home and I'm gonna watch
it when I get home. And I wasn't trying to
see what happened during the game, all right, explain something
to me. Can you DVR a sporting event? Yes? No,
well you can't. I got anybody for your answer. No, wait,
(02:51):
go ahead, Yes, why do you say that?
Speaker 4 (02:52):
Absolutely, if I'm not in a position to watch it
because I have an event I got, you know, something
going on that prevents me from an experience in it live,
then yeah, I'm gonna watch that when I get home.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
But you can't expect that people aren't gonna tell you
what happened during the game.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Yeah, for sure. Well, I mean I guess maybe he Yeah,
I don't know. You gotta at that point, It's like
I can understand if he's I'm not gonna be on
social media.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
I'm gonna put my phone on do not disturb.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
I'm gonna turn off my alerts if I got like
Google alerts or ESPN. He probably had his his feel
safe in place to check all those boxes, but he
forgot the Mojo bucks.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yes. Yeah. When I hear people, when I hear people
DVR like things like the Super Bowl, I'm like, are
you really gonna go back and watch it?
Speaker 5 (03:41):
You know?
Speaker 2 (03:42):
I mean I maybe you want to like watch the
halftime performance all over again, or you want to watch
the I don't know, singing of the national anthem or
something like that, or you want to see a commercial
or two again. Okay, I get it, but you can't
like say, I'm gonna DVR the game and then I'm
gonna go back and I'm gonna watch it at a
time when I have more time to watch, you know
what I mean.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
Y'all used to do that all the time, when y'all
used to record on VHS and rewatch the You've definitely
done that before.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
By the way, don't call me an old head without
calling me an old lie in my line, you know.
Speaker 6 (04:12):
But doing it for a specific show, to me is
very different to actually, like watch the show and you
can avoid I feel like spoilers harder now with social media,
but a game, it's like it's being talked about everywhere
in real time, you know, radio, TV, online, you see
it everywhere.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
I actually did I Well, I will say this to you.
I was recording a couple of different sporting events, but
it was only because I was watching it at the
time recording it. I recorded the Malice at the Palace. Okay, okay,
so I recorded that game. I was watching that game
out of Friday night sitting at home, in which, by
the way, was the best thing to record because I'm
rewinding that crap like crazy, and I recorded the Cubs
(04:53):
winning the World Series against Cleveland back in sixteen. Yeah,
so those are a couple of things, and I'm happy
I did it because I was a lifelong Cub fan
and I still am a lifelong Cub fan. All fairness
and go Tigers. Obviously, I love that Tigers beat the
White Sox all the time because as a Cub fan,
I hate the White Sox. Cubs. Cubs blew it yesterday too,
(05:15):
similar fashion, no game, they got exactly what the Tigers have.
They got to win today, but they're at home. So
they got a win today against San Diego at home.
But Manny Machado hit a bomb yesterday. I know that name.
Manny was the man. What's up, Keith? How you doing?
Speaker 7 (05:32):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Go Cubs go? What's going on?
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Keith?
Speaker 2 (05:35):
What do you? What do you think about that? What
are you thinking about? The taping the game?
Speaker 8 (05:39):
I also by myself had that World Series m d
v R because unlike my brothers, I didn't get to go.
But if you don't DVR the game, how are you
going to see yourself on Friday's club game.
Speaker 9 (05:55):
Trips?
Speaker 10 (05:56):
Well?
Speaker 2 (05:56):
You know what that? Can I tell you? That's interesting?
Why were you saying do you sing this seventh thing
stretch there?
Speaker 8 (06:02):
Yeah, I was caught on TV singing it. I posted
yesterday and tagged you guys on Instagram.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Did you really? I'll check it out. Hey, real quick, Keith,
I'm going to ask you a quick question about uh
to tell what you got me? You got me on something?
I was going to say something, No, no, if you're
gonna but here's cabs, cabs right in the whole. If
you're going to record a game, then you got to
go off the grid, right. You just cannot turn anything
(06:30):
on until you get home and you're going to watch.
Speaker 9 (06:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (06:34):
No, you gotta shut the phones out. You've got to
go on airplane mode.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
You can't correct. What's some crazy crap that you guys record? Like,
what do you guys record? Many of you guys, You
guys are streaming services.
Speaker 6 (06:45):
I was going to say, I have like do you
have it where you could put something in a library
so anytime the episode airs, it goes up in a
special play like I do that with Dateline. Any dateline
that's an NBC or Oxygen goes in there. What do
you have YouTube TV or what do you have YouTube TV?
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Okay, you can DVR, so though you can before Okay, yeah,
I never do it, though it's nothing that I watch
like that. Do you ever record any of the Pistons
games so you can watch yourself at all?
Speaker 4 (07:09):
The only way I can see myself as if I
watch it on NBA League Pass because League Pass shows
all the time outs and all this stuff.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
That the best is if you have NBA League Pass,
or if you have I think it's Prime. I think
on Amazon Prime. I think if you get the NBA
games on there, the commercials go on and they don't
play commercials during the game, and all you hear is
Kevin at the games. Here, I'm like, oh my god.
So when we will watch games and sometimes locally you don't,
(07:38):
I don't get it. But if I'm down in Florida,
I'll listen and I can hear Kevin's whole thing going
on DVR, and I'll come to Florida.
Speaker 11 (07:47):
I didn't even know DVR was still a thing, Like
what is.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
It called now? Is it used to be called TV?
Speaker 12 (07:53):
Wasn't it?
Speaker 6 (07:54):
I still remember that little noise.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
I got it all about a second. You're ready for it?
Here you go, Shannon, I got TiVo still in the
studio here. Yes, do you remember that?
Speaker 6 (08:03):
Yeah, one arrow.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (08:05):
When I was younger, I remember we would record stuff
simply so we could fast forward past the commercials. So yea,
I'll start recording it and then start watching it.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Okay, that's actually a great point. I will say this
to you. The best is when you're watching, Like if
Chelsea and I are watching ninety Day Fiance, we will
wait on ninety Day Fiance for twenty minutes, so it's
like nine to twenty. We start watching it and then
we finish exactly at the same time. But we've never
watched one commercial during the whole.
Speaker 6 (08:32):
Can I tell you something that some of the streaming
services are putting ads in there that you can't fast
forward through, and it's driving me nuts. They're not super long,
but it's still like fifteen or twenty seconds of an AD,
and I always it's just like your reaction to grab
your controller and try to fast forward, and I'm like
doing it when you can't do it.
Speaker 11 (08:53):
Like, I pay the premium price so I don't have
to watch the ad and.
Speaker 6 (08:56):
There's still some on there now.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
By the way, I'm not going to talk about this
because I was listening to our podcast this week and
like how many commercials. By the way, please thank you
to our advertisers. We love you very much. Yikes, but
you are a hardcore fan if you're checking us out
here in the Mojo in the Morning show. All right,
we'll be right back. We're coming back in just a

We have to go back and cha.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Where we give you a bunch of events and you
tell us what year it happened?
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Both of these things happened in the same year or
what year was it? R Kelly was sentenced to thirty
years in prison.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Like teenage girls? When you say teenage, how are we talking?
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Oh my gosh, girls, who are teenagers? The big song, Lotto,
big energy, Peter Point tickets, good.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Luck, you talk a big game in the car?
Speaker 14 (09:59):
How smart you are?
Speaker 1 (10:00):
Tell us the year this stuff happened? Tendy four Tour Mojo.
Speaker 15 (10:03):

Speaker 2 (10:07):

Speaker 14 (10:53):
Joor in the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
All right, Shannon with what's trending this morning? Shannon and
the Dirty on the thirties.
Speaker 6 (11:00):
Hey, Lewandowski, you might remember that name. He served as
President Trump's campaign manager both in twenty sixteen and in
twenty twenty four. Said, ICE agents will absolutely be at
Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show.
Speaker 17 (11:15):
Your comments, Corey on this, will ICE have enforcement at
the super Bowl for the Bad Bunny super Bowl halftime show?
Speaker 18 (11:23):
Benny, there is nowhere that you can provide safe haven
to people who are in this country illegally, not the
super Bowl and nowhere else. We will find you. We
will apprehend you, we will put you in a detention facility,
and we will deport you. So know that that is
a very real situation under this administration, which is completely
contrary to how it used to be. That said, you
know what, the NFL has been so woke for so
(11:44):
many years. They finally decided to make a comeback. They
finally had people stand up for our great, our great
national anthem. But remember these guys. Colin Kaepernick used to say, well,
I wasn't being chosen to play in the NFL team
because I was kneeling. No, you sucked, and that's why
you weren't being played. You know, That's why no team
want to pick you up, because there are a business, is.
Speaker 19 (12:01):
The bottom line.
Speaker 6 (12:02):
By the way, federal agents are always placed outside in
inside major events like the super Bowl. But obviously this
is a big story right now when it comes to ice.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
By the way, I'm going to say this right now,
that's the dumbest comment ever to say. It's so stupid
to do that and try to just scare people. Yes,
but also ticket prices to go to a Super Bowl
are ridiculous. And I'm just going to go on record
to say this to you that if you're somebody that's
worried that ice is going to take you, you're not
going to a super Bowl and paying twenty thousand dollars
(12:34):
for a fricking ticket to go just see bad money
at halftime.
Speaker 4 (12:37):
I don't think it's even about admittance or entry to
the super Bowl. The super Bowl is an event, it's
a spectacle, it's an experience. There are a ton of activations, parties,
and things that take place surrounding the actual event that
happened before the actual.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Night of the super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (12:54):
So maybe the presence won't just be super Bowl night,
It'll be the entire week and who knows how many
people just want to be a.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Part in San Francisco, by the way, will probably be
very much in play on where they're wanting, you know,
people to to be a not be. But Shannon is right,
at every super Bowl there's always going to be and
federal agents that are going to be there. But it's
just stupid to say stuff like that and just go
scaring people and try to you know, look what you
(13:22):
do is you at that moment have just now proven
that you're just going out just to scare people, and
this whole ice thing is not because you're trying to
get rid of, you know, people that are bad, people
that are criminals that got into the country illegally. Now
you're just trying to scare people and go after everybody
that is, you know, coming to the United States.
Speaker 6 (13:42):
So that's bad. He is set.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
By the way. I know, I'm now learning Spanish just
for the halftime Super Bowl. So I just want you
to know that, no, no, no, I'm doing Babbel because
they're an advertiser. Yes, so so I am official Babbel
sponsor right now and you can get your Babbel discount.
(14:06):
Just go and use the promo code bad Bunny on Babbel.
At this moment, we'll not be interesting if people started
taking Spanish lessons just because they want to.
Speaker 6 (14:14):
I wish I knew. I wish I was fluent in
a second language, just.
Speaker 4 (14:18):
To the language of love, which is bad Bonny, Bad
Boney say so Big Day.
Speaker 6 (14:25):
Tomorrow, Taylor Swift dropping album and Diddy will be in
court for his sentencing after being convicted on two counts
of transporting individuals for prostitution. You know, that's a great question.
It usually starts at nine am. I don't double check
that as I'm saying this story.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
But you may have to stay on full time tomorrow.
Speaker 6 (14:40):
It's count He is facing Harry's a maximum sentence of
ten years totally potentially up to twenty years in prison. However,
legal experts are anticipating a sentence ranging from four to
five years, and that's considering factors such as his lack
of prior criminal history and the nature of these offenses. Now,
(15:01):
a couple of things here. His team requested that he
be able to ditch his prison uniform and wear regular
clothes in the courtroom, much like he did for his trial,
which he will be allowed to do so you won't
see him in any sort of prison outfits. And Cassie
in a letter to the US District Court judge that
(15:24):
was filed on Tuesday, sharing her concerns about Ditty's custody status,
writing quote, I still have nightmares and flashbacks on a regular,
everyday basis and continue to require psychological care to cope
with my past. My worries that Sean Combs or his
associates will come after me and my family is my
reality now. I know that she and her family have
(15:46):
moved out of the New York City area as a
safety precaution, but she continued in her filing to the judge,
I am so scared that if he walks free, his
first actions will be swift retribution toward me and others
who spoke up about his abuse at trial. As much
progress as I have made recovering from his abuse, I
(16:06):
remain very much afraid of what he is capable of
and the malice he undoubtedly harbors towards me for having
the bravery to tell the truth. And lastly, this is
a crazy story. A skydiver and his instructor both survived
after both of their parachutes failed to open during a
tandem jump in the Nevada Desert. The two plummeted from
(16:30):
eleven thousand feet to the ground at forty five miles
per hour after neither parachute worked like they were supposed to.
I think they finally worked when they were I'm talking
like a real close to the ground. They at least
got some air under there. The skydiver, came from the
UK to celebrate his twenty fifth birthday, fractured his pelvis,
(16:50):
broke a bunch of Ribs has several fractures in his
back and a perforated lung oh inelacerated kidney. The instructor
remains in cool condition. I mean, he's still alive, but
he's in real bad shape. The Las Vegas police are
looking into what happened here.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
That wasn't one of the excursions you guys were gonna
go on if the I heard.
Speaker 6 (17:10):
Radio, didn't I say we should skydive or something like,
I'm not doing that. I'm not doing anything with a helicopter.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
My bottomless momosa has been Honestly, there's a risk of
fire in that one.
Speaker 6 (17:29):

of Kanye on their buttons. Who would do that? Question
number four, The Detroit Pistons, prior to playing at Little
Caesars Arena, played at this place what was it called?
Speaker 14 (24:23):
The Palace Auburn Hill.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
I even talked about the malice at the Palace this morning.
And question number five, Sydney Sweeney and this former manager
of Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber are officially an item.
What's his name?
Speaker 30 (24:41):
The evil horrific Scooter bro.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
He's a businessman. Congratulations, I have fifty daughters.
Speaker 28 (24:51):
He is an evil, evil man.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
Oh yet, and you wouldn't invest in Taylor Swift because
you can know you can make money with her music.
Speaker 30 (25:01):
I don't know the whole story, but the way it
was gone about a guy, all right, congratulations to you.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
You have just won your eleventh and Moy Mooney after
you get done with Cedar point and Castaway Bay. You're
gonna be going out to Blake Farms where you're gonna
be hanging out with all the haunts. They've got some
haunted attractions going on right now. You can get your
tickets at Blakefarms dot com through the end of the month.
(25:29):
Congratulations to you got them for free.
Speaker 14 (25:32):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
You're so welcome here.
Speaker 5 (25:37):
Than you.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
Yeah, there you go. All right, we'll see you guys.
Hold on, I stopped the It's Mojo in the Morning's five.
It's six fifty five. That's what it was gonna play,
and it was gonna say, or the Roses coming up next.
She thinks he's cheating.
Speaker 15 (25:52):
Detroit, three great stations, one stupid show.
Speaker 19 (26:01):
This is Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Lie, all right, it is Mojo in the Morning, War
of the Roses. If you think that you're being cheated
on text, cheater to nine five five zero zero. It's
as simple as that. And then we will get back
with you. We'll talk to you off the air. We'll
get some details, and possibly we'll even make the phone call,
and if all goes right, we will put it on
(26:24):
the radio. If it doesn't go right, we ain't putting
it on because we don't want to get sued. Text
cheater to nine five five zero zero.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
Catching cheater, I'm proud of it.
Speaker 14 (26:34):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Get your home for Boar of the Roses on Mojo
in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (26:38):
Amelia, why do you think that your boyfriend is cheating
on you?
Speaker 21 (26:44):
I think he's been cheating because I've never been to
his house before. We only go to hotel rooms together,
and it just feels really weird for me.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
So wait, so you guys only hang out in hotel rooms,
do you?
Speaker 14 (27:00):
Guy?
Speaker 21 (27:00):
He usually just picks me up. We go to hotel rooms,
we go do things, you know, we go places, but just.
Speaker 20 (27:06):
Not to his house.
Speaker 6 (27:07):
So does he give you a reason for why you
never go back to his place?
Speaker 21 (27:11):
He says that his house is messy, he just doesn't
like his house.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
And but yet he takes you out and about like
he takes you guys. Where where do you guys go
hang out with each other?
Speaker 21 (27:24):
So we go to malls and restaurants like places like that,
but not to his house.
Speaker 6 (27:30):
And this has been going on for how long?
Speaker 20 (27:33):
It's been going on for a year?
Speaker 2 (27:36):
Has he ever been to your place?
Speaker 20 (27:39):
He?
Speaker 31 (27:39):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (27:40):
Yeah, And when he's at your place, does he end
up living with you? Or like what I mean by
that is he doesn't just come over and leave, Like,
does he like start spending more time with you, like
almost like he's a roommate.
Speaker 21 (27:55):
It's not that I don't get the impression that he.
Speaker 20 (27:57):
Doesn't have a house.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
Yeah, because my thing is, I'm wondering what would be
his reasoning of not going And could he be living
like some kind of with his mom maybe or a
double life. Maybe he's a married guy.
Speaker 6 (28:11):
Yeah, but out in public.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
But you hear these, You hear these, and that's true.
You know, if he's taking you out in public, then
I guess that that's not the case.
Speaker 20 (28:23):
I just hope that I'm overreacting and that's it.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
I've known guys that have taken girls out, and when
they've taken girls out, they've taken them out to places
that aren't even close. Like the guy lived in uh
West Bloomfield and he would take girls to ann Arbor
all the time, and it was because he just didn't
know anybody that was out in ann Arbor.
Speaker 4 (28:45):
Did you already say how long y'all i've been together?
How long you've been dating? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (28:49):
One year?
Speaker 2 (28:50):
All right? Well, in the year that you guys are
seeing each other, you guys are spending a lot of
money at hotels. Hopefully that you guys have some kind
of rewards program. What is the one that you always
used ptography?
Speaker 6 (29:02):
I do marry it Bonfoy.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
Yeah, hopefully you get free hotels out of this deal.
But we're going to call them up to see where
he's going to send a dozen free roses, and we're
hoping that they go to Amelia. Can you mute your phone? Okay,
all right, mute it. All right, we're the Roses.
Speaker 6 (29:32):
Hello, I'm looking for Nathan Babies.
Speaker 19 (29:38):
This is him.
Speaker 6 (29:39):
Hi Nathan. My name is Nicole and I'm calling you
this morning from a new online floral company called roses
bloom dot com with an offer for some free flowers
if you happen to have thirty seconds to answer some
survey questions in exchange for a dozen long stemmed red
roses that can be shipped out later today. Would you
be interested if it's totally free?
Speaker 16 (30:01):
Uh, it's like, are you gonna need my credit card
or something?
Speaker 6 (30:06):
Nope, nothing like that. Just some information about the person
that they're they're going to, but not their credit card information.
Speaker 16 (30:14):
And it's and it's free right there. You're not gonna
like charge me after it? Tiens.
Speaker 6 (30:19):
No, it is totally free. Can I ask you the question?
Speaker 16 (30:24):
Yeah, I guess.
Speaker 6 (30:26):
Okay. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months? Nathan? No, okay,
do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?
Speaker 2 (30:37):
I don't.
Speaker 28 (30:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 16 (30:40):
Maybe Okay.
Speaker 6 (30:43):
As a thank you for participating in that roses bloom
dot com survey, I'm now authorized to provide you with
that dozen long stem read roses. So I need a
first and a last name of who you want these
to go out to today, and they can be anywhere
in the country.
Speaker 28 (30:57):
Actually, okay, Uh, we could do uh Tina?
Speaker 6 (31:10):
Okay? And I need a telephone number for Tina.
Speaker 16 (31:16):
It's uh, it's uh two if they.
Speaker 11 (31:25):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (31:26):
And what's her relationship to you?
Speaker 2 (31:29):
She's my wife, okay?
Speaker 6 (31:34):
And Nathan, we do something unique at rosesboom dot com
and instead of sending a paper card with the flowers,
we send a text message alerting, in this case Tina
that she has a delivery, and then we're going to
record a voice memo here in just a moment, and
then she'll be able to play that and know who
the flowers are from. So whatever you would write on
a card, it could be a little longer than that
(31:55):
in the voice memo. Okay, Okay, all right, here we go,
three two one.
Speaker 16 (32:05):
Uh Hey, babe, I love you so much. You're my everything.
You're the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Speaker 6 (32:17):
Okay, And Nathan, I also have to let you know
that this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes.
Are you okay with that?
Speaker 28 (32:26):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (32:26):
Yeah, great, Nathan. I'm gonna jump on here and just
get everything wrapped up and then we're gonna send those
flowers off. Okay. I just wanted to ask one last question,
or at least give you one last bit of information. Okay, sure,
all right, Nathan. While we've been calling you and you
are sending the flowers to your wife, your girlfriend Amelia
(32:49):
was listening in and just heard every single word that
you just said. What Nathan, this is the mojo, This
is the mojo in the morning show, and we were
doing a thing called the War the Roses, and your
girlfriend Amelia called u up to see where you were
(33:11):
going to send flowers to. And now just found out
that you have a wife and he hung up. We
got to call the that number, and uh yeah, and
then we gotta We're gonna Amelia, We're gonna call We're
(33:32):
gonna call that number of his wife, and we're going
to try to continue to call him, and we're going
to see what we can get to the wife. I
think we got to tell the wife, don't you.
Speaker 21 (33:44):
No, I don't think we should tell the wife anything.
I don't want to be involved in this. This is
like way over my head now, just just forget about it.
Speaker 20 (33:53):
I'm sorry that I did this.
Speaker 21 (33:55):
I didn't realize he could really have a wife.
Speaker 2 (33:59):
You didn't You don't think that that's a possibly. You
didn't think that was a possibility going into this guy
that takes you just to a hotel all the time.
And she hung up the phone. Hang on one second.
Speaker 25 (34:13):
Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater, Mojo in the Mornings, wore the Roses.
Speaker 1 (34:19):
Don't miss this.
Speaker 2 (34:22):
When we come back here next. Does the wife need
to know? We want to know what your thoughts are
on us calling her with the number that he gave us.
War the Roses continues in just moments on Mojo in
the Morning.
Speaker 14 (34:37):
Joined the discussion.
Speaker 25 (34:38):
Now eight four four Mojo Live.
Speaker 14 (34:43):
This is Mojo in the Morning Mojo.
Speaker 1 (34:47):
He's charming and sweet unless you're a cheater, then he'll
embarrass you live on the air.
Speaker 2 (34:53):
Here is Mojo in the Morning, Mojo on the Morning
the Roses just moments ago, busting a cheater and a
guy who is married with a girl that he's been
seeing on the side for a good period of time,
only taking her out to hotels, never inviting her back
(35:17):
to his place. Well, there's seems like the obvious and
I at that point right there, and I'm gonna, you know,
tell you. And this is one that I think that
you know, listeners may be disagreeing with me or a
pissed off at me for saying this. I think this
is Amelia's fault. And I'm gonna go on a record
and explain why. Because Amelia, you're with him for a
(35:40):
year and he's not taking you to his house and
he's saying that his house is messy or dirty. I'm like, going,
all right, we're doing a drive by your house and
let me clean it for you. Let me, you know,
figure out a way to make help you with this,
saying learn more about this, don't put yourself in a
position where you sit there and you go okay, Well,
I wish I would have asked more questions. Ask the questions.
(36:03):
If a guy is not bringing you back to his house,
something's off and he's only taking you to hotels where
you guys are just having sacks, or he's just taking
you out to specific places, like she said the malls
and stores and stuff, which I get that maybe seems
like a little bit wild if he's married, but where's
he lived?
Speaker 4 (36:22):
But look, first off, is his fault, yes, but secondly,
some people turnfall too. She's got to take some ownership
for a cab. He'd a marry one, so it's his fault. Definitely,
she has to take some ownership. But my second point
is some people enjoy such a good time that they
don't want to mess it up by knowing the truth.
And I think that's more of what's happening in Amelia's case.
They're going to the hotels. They probably not some regular
(36:43):
rinking dink motel. You probably putting up in something nice.
They going to malls, like you said, so obviously he
buying her stuff.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
She don't want to mess up a good thing.
Speaker 6 (36:51):
I understand that, keV. But at some point you have
to face the reality of the situation and go, Okay,
it's been a year. I want more. Something's off, This
is needs a red flag.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Well, her this was off A thing was to call
us up and do war of the roses, which we
always appreciate. But I'd like to know if there's any
people that have ever encountered what now she's going to
be faced with and we're faced with too. Do you
say something now to the wife after you know that
this just happened. Natalie is on with us right now?
What's going on? Natalie? How are you hi?
Speaker 23 (37:23):
First time call her?
Speaker 2 (37:24):
Longtime listening on the phone, Natalie, what do you think?
Speaker 7 (37:31):
I think that someone, if not you guys, needs to
call the wife. She's walking around looking like a fool
for what we know, for just at least a year.
So I just don't think that people should protect the
piece of the wrong person, and Nathan is the wrong
person's peace to protect right now.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
So you think that she deserves a phone call?
Speaker 7 (37:54):
The wife deserves to know that her husband is cheating.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
Okay, all right, thank you for the call. We appreciate it.
Speaker 32 (38:02):
Thank god.
Speaker 11 (38:03):
I would give him the option to tell her first.
I would be like, yo, if you're not going to
tell her, I'm going to tell her, but.
Speaker 12 (38:08):
Give him that.
Speaker 2 (38:09):
If we could get him back on the phone, we
would probably think about doing that. He's not answering our
calls after that call. What's up, Joe?
Speaker 33 (38:18):
Yeah, I think you guys should tell the wife.
Speaker 34 (38:21):
By the way, good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 28 (38:24):
How you doing guys?
Speaker 2 (38:25):
Good? Have you ever been on with us, Joe?
Speaker 28 (38:28):
I have?
Speaker 7 (38:29):
I always get you guys early in the morning on
the three am Amazon runs.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Love it, I love it. Thanks for listening to us.
We appreciate it. Hey, Joe, So you say personally, the
wife needs to know about it. Do you think that
Amelia has any say so in this she doesn't want
us to call?
Speaker 27 (38:48):
I mean, I mean, I.
Speaker 33 (38:51):
Think the wife deserves a call when she gets the flowers,
to let her know that she won a contest.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Okay, interesting, that's interesting. Send the flowers and explain the contest.
Explain these are flowers from the Mojo in the morning
War of the Roses. And if she knows anything about
the show, maybe showed a question and wonder what the
whole story was about. That's actually an interesting thought there, Shepherd.
What do you think we are the roses first.
Speaker 32 (39:18):
Time long time listener. Oh I would. I would say
like this, I've been with my wife for like seventeen years.
What I don't know won't hurt so the way I
feel for my wife right now, I wouldn't want to know.
If I don't find out myself, I wouldn't want to know.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
So if your wife were to be out with some
dude in the hotel and you knew that somebody had
that information, you would be fine not knowing that information.
You don't want to know it.
Speaker 32 (39:51):
If I knew that somebody knew that information, I would
know myself.
Speaker 4 (39:55):
See, ignorance is bliss. What he's saying, I'm telling you
there's pain and information, but.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
The information, I'm.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
Telling you, man, you'll be grateful for knowing it.
Speaker 32 (40:07):
If that's the case, you would have people running to
you all day trying to destroy what you have.
Speaker 6 (40:15):
And in this case, it's true because you just are
we talking about are we talking about a millionaire? Because
we know that this.
Speaker 32 (40:24):
Is true general, we'll talk about it in general because
anyone could come to you and say that your significant
other is doing this or doing this is.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
A very specific situation. We're talking about this particular, what
do you think Shepherd about Amelia being the one that
makes that phone call and if she does it in
due time, is it okay she was.
Speaker 32 (40:46):
Involved those who have the right to inform the White Yes,
they do. But other than that, I don't think no
one else has the okay, no mine my business.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
Yeah, all right, I respect you for that. He stands on.
He's not going to be swayed. What's up, Alexis? How
you doing? Hi? Alexis? What are we doing? Are we singing?
What was going on?
Speaker 22 (41:12):
I'm good?
Speaker 5 (41:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 24 (41:13):
First time call her?
Speaker 5 (41:14):
Love?
Speaker 2 (41:17):
What's happening alexis your thoughts?
Speaker 24 (41:20):
So, honestly, I do agree with everybody else she probably
should know, But I also think about like what their
life situation is and if they have kids, and like
I personally would want to protect the children, and honestly,
like it's bad overall, and.
Speaker 35 (41:37):
She should know, but maybe not in such a messy way.
I think that he should admit to her.
Speaker 24 (41:45):
But I just I don't know.
Speaker 21 (41:46):
I just I feel like it was just it just
is going to be so messy.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Yeah, you know, and honestly, we don't want it to
be a messy situation. And I do think if Alexis
were to have said, Hey, I want to do this.
I'm gonna make this. I think it's in fairness. She's
in the story. We're just the people that are part
of the picture by making the phone call. Even though
I know that we should take ownership for what we
(42:11):
did by doing this, but I don't think it's our
story to tell, and I think, unfortunately that's the problem
that we have here. I wanted her to do it.
I thought that that would be interesting if we could
call and make that call. We've been trying to call
him and he is not even picking up a phone call.
As a matter of fact, it's almost as if he's
(42:32):
got us blocked. Now, Amanda, what's going on? It's Mojoe
in the morning. How are you real quick, Amanda? Before
you talk, Lydia, you got anybody that has ever been
in this situation where they had to think about whether
or not to call or not call?
Speaker 12 (42:50):
Sorry, it was taking a call.
Speaker 2 (42:51):
No, it's kay. Do we have anybody that's been in
this situation? Because I always like the personal stories of
the people that are that have been in it.
Speaker 12 (42:57):
Yeah, so Chris online four, Okay, she was in this
situation right then? Let me grab to hear what happened
to her.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
Okay, I'm gonna grab Amanda first and I'm gonna go Chris,
you next. What's up, Amanda?
Speaker 23 (43:07):
Hi, guys, good morning. I'm actually feeling different. I think
he knew it was you guys calling, and that's why
he sent them to his wife, because if you listen
to his Messa, she's like, you're the love of my
life and I love you.
Speaker 2 (43:20):
Interesting.
Speaker 23 (43:20):
So I think, honestly, I think he knew it was
you guys, and he's thought maybe his wife suspects he's,
you know, with the other girl, and he was playing
it safe.
Speaker 2 (43:31):
You know, that is a very interesting theory. I never
thought of that through this whole thing. I didn't get
any of the hens who we are type thing. But
that's interesting, and I think we shoun explore that because but.
Speaker 6 (43:44):
If he was smart, then he knows what he's doing.
On the side, he would have hung up.
Speaker 2 (43:48):
Well, or if your wife's a big listener of the show,
like you.
Speaker 6 (43:54):
Cannot deny any other year long relationship.
Speaker 2 (43:58):
Yeah, I don't know. I've I'll say this. I think
if you're gonna lose a relationship, lose the hotel woman
your wife. What's up? Crass?
Speaker 22 (44:09):
Hey, good morning everybody.
Speaker 2 (44:10):
How are you situation?
Speaker 31 (44:12):
Before explain, I was the wife and how I found
out was while I was giving birth to our youngest child,
he was with this person and he had impregnated her.
And nine months later or so, while I'm dealing with
all the kids, running around the house trying to be
(44:33):
a good wife and mother, the door bell ring and
there she was with a child that looked exactly like
my youngest child. And I wish somebody had Now, I
know this was not the first time, and I subsequently
found that out during all of during the divorce and
(44:56):
everything else. But I think looking back, I mean, I
love my children, I love them to death, and I'm
glad I have had them, but kid number two and
three would not have existed had I known, because that
took away my self esteem. And you know, I mean,
I'm dealing with my youngest with special needs, so I'm
(45:21):
also dealing with the special needs. And this woman who
said to me, I just found out about you. Now
I don't know if that's true enough.
Speaker 2 (45:31):
Oh really, you don't believe her that you thought that
maybe she knew about you?
Speaker 31 (45:35):
Was still do you know what I tried to have
a relationship between my three kids and her kids because
it wasn't the kid's fault. We were the adults, and
so I'm kind to her, I'm respectful to her. But
come on, the signs were there. He was seeing her
(45:56):
on just once or twice a month. He was taking
her on weekend trips, you know, and and would introduced
her to a family. And he came from a huge, huge,
huge family.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
So similar to what this guy is doing, just going
to the hotels and kind of alien. Quick question because
I'm running short on time. Listen, do do your kids
see this woman's kids? And you're do all the kids
see each other?
Speaker 20 (46:22):
Yes?
Speaker 36 (46:24):
Yeah, well they do?
Speaker 2 (46:24):
I mean, and do the kids Do the kids know
the circumstances or do they just kind of think that
now they do?
Speaker 31 (46:31):
Yeah, now they do.
Speaker 5 (46:33):
You know.
Speaker 31 (46:33):
I have to admit that I was a very vindictive
b I t h when I filed for divorce, and
I have to admit that I did wrong by my
kids by telling them all the horrible things their father did.
Speaker 2 (46:48):
Can you regret that?
Speaker 31 (46:49):
And oh, by the way, I do. I do regret it,
because you know, they're grown now and they've got lives
of their own, and and I was, I think deliberately
trying to put a wedge between them and their father
to make me feel better.
Speaker 2 (47:06):
Yeah, that's big of you to say that. That's a
tough situation, man, that is a rough one. I liked
what you said though. I like that if you would
have found out, you probably wouldn't have your kids. So
the blessing is you have your kids. Thank you for
the call. I appreciate you, Chris, Thank you guys. All Right,
that's a wild story, isn't it. All right? Were the Roses.
Speaker 25 (47:28):
This is the home of the Dirty on the thirty,
go back fro down, a second date, update and more
The Roses.
Speaker 1 (47:34):
This is Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (47:36):
We're going to jingle Ball on December the ninth, whether
you like it or not. Actually, I want you to
come with us. I want you to be there so
that you can see Nelly and shine Down, Zara Larsen,
all the others, Big extra plug. There's a whole bunch. Honestly,
there's so many people here, but I'm going to say
this to you. The two headliners of Nelly and shine Down,
(47:56):
they are the ones that are going to close out
the show. And we want you to be there when

four four sixty six five sixty five four eight the
ninety fifth callar good Luck Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 14 (48:23):
He's dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (48:24):
All right, Shannon with the dirty on the thirty. Here
on the Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 6 (48:28):
Show is yesterday's Tigers Game two loss on a J.
Hinch's shoulders. Social media seems to think so, And yesterday
he was explaining his decision to pinch hit for Riley Green.
Speaker 37 (48:44):
The pinch hit was really more about Jami Jones, like
this guy's been good, including last series when when he
single handling almost you know, won the game for us
when when we clinched.
Speaker 29 (48:53):
So it's not a knock on Riley, not a knock
on all the advats that we had with runners in
score position. It's a copy tation one on one and
they won a lot of.
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Them extra anything. He's the one guy he has historically
really at it. Four Did you've talk to them much
in the moment you can hear conversation about it.
Speaker 37 (49:10):
So our our players are all in, you know, I'm
going to go make sure our clubhouse music is on.
Speaker 29 (49:16):
I'm and make sure we're pretty upbeat.
Speaker 37 (49:18):
I'm going to make sure we realize that we have
an opportunity to win the series tomorrow. I have no
need to really talk to Riley about it because our
players know how we're built, what we're trying to do,
and there's immense trust amongst all of us.
Speaker 29 (49:31):
So if I see him, I'll talk to him, but
he'll be in there and be ready.
Speaker 6 (49:35):
We don't go home today.
Speaker 2 (49:36):
Yeah, here here's he's a great manager. I don't even
want to question the guy. He's great. The problem is
he overmanages sometimes and he does all this analytics stuff
and it works. I think during the regular season. I
think in the playoffs you can't do it. And I'm
only speaking from the fact that I'm a fan that
sees Casey Mies having a great game. Pitching great only
has sixty pitches. I think at the time that he
(49:58):
pulled them from the game. He's your second best pitcher
to Schooble. You don't pull Schooble when Schooble is pitching great,
don't pull Casey Mice. And here's the thing I say
to myself, I will win or lose with my best players.
You know, it'd be like me saying, hey, you know what, Shannon,
don't do the dirty this time. Lydia does a great
job with the dirty. And your voice is a little bit,
(50:20):
you know, raspy right now. No, no, I'm giving this
as an analogy. No offense to No offense to Lydia.
Speaker 6 (50:28):
I'm more concerned about Lydia, not me. My voice is raspy.
Speaker 2 (50:31):
No, no offense to Lydia. But Shannon's the goat. She
does the dirties and the listeners want to hear her.
Speaker 12 (50:37):
You the dirty, Shon's dirty on the thirties and.
Speaker 2 (50:39):
I and I as a fan, want to see Casey
Mice out there.
Speaker 6 (50:43):
Now, Lydia, I'm great, but what do you do my dirty?
Speaker 12 (50:44):
I don't know why we needed that analogy.
Speaker 2 (50:47):
I did good analogies now. Cavi, on the other hand,
I pull him in a second. I would tell you
my vocal court, like, don't you agree? Like in the NBA,
you know basketball better than I do. But in the NBA,
don't even rest a guy play on the entire where
Lebron plays every minute of almost every single playoff game
because he's Lebron.
Speaker 6 (51:07):
Like, I feel kind of dumb asking this question, But
maybe there's somebody in their car listening that doesn't know
what this means either. What does pinch hit mean? Do
you know what it means?
Speaker 38 (51:22):
It was?
Speaker 2 (51:22):
He was it was Riley Green supposed to be off
the bat. They had a guy that was sitting on
the bench going and hit for him. You sub him out?
Speaker 6 (51:29):
Oh why are you gotta have the fancy name sum out.
Speaker 4 (51:31):
Also, though, as it relates to analytics in this particular situation,
pinch hitting, when you look at the numbers Riley Green,
I believe a set of franchise record this year for
the most strikeouts in Tiger's history.
Speaker 2 (51:44):
Yeah, he had two and.
Speaker 4 (51:45):
One was yesterday, So you got to strike out. He's
been striked out two hundred and one times, so you
got struck out. So you gotta think, like maybe that's
why he had him pinch It is in that situation we.
Speaker 2 (51:56):
Need to listen. Listen. I just hope that they win
today because I want to see them be able to
have some game games at Coo America. And if they
don't win, we're going to look back on the end
of the season and the fact that they blew it.
Speaker 11 (52:10):
So do you know who's pitching today?
Speaker 2 (52:12):
Jack Flarerty who has not had a great season pitching,
but he's in the past. He won a World Series
yesterday with or last year with the Dodgers. We just
need I know if he's going to pitch good good
at any point. This is the game.
Speaker 6 (52:26):
Kanye West and the Betrayal List, a list of twelve
names posted and since deleted by the Way on X
earlier this week. The captain read, I am in pain
no person that no one person can fix before adding
the list, which was titled the Betrayal. The list included
Kim Kardashian, President Trump, I Show Speed, Diddy, Tied, Allis Sign,
(52:48):
Harriet Tubman.
Speaker 5 (52:49):
T.
Speaker 6 (52:53):
Curious Torch, your daughter was on there, Keete Davidson was
on here, Patrick Starr who is from SpongeBob lebron King
Van on Playboy, Cardi, James Murray, Adolf Hitler, and yes,
his own daughter Northwest was on that list as well.
It's obviously not on X anymore, but the Internet was
smart enough to screenshot it, so it's still going around now.
Circling back to Kim Kardashian a story about her and
(53:15):
Chris Jenner in the Dirty Right now, they are suing
ray J for defamation after he linked their family to Ditty.
And this actually happened twice. If you watched that TMZ
documentary from a few months ago about Diddy, ray J
was in it. Ray J obviously dated Kim Kardashian for
a couple of years. They split in like two thousand
(53:36):
and six, and he said in that documentary that the
Kardashians needed to be investigated and charged with racketeering, but
he didn't really give any details. The Kardashians lawyer says
that comment was a false and very serious allegation. The
lawsuit alleges it was designed to plant the seed, which
he then escalated in a live stream where a recently
(54:01):
announced that federal authorities were investigating the Kardashians on a
rico charge, calling it quote unquote worse than Diddy and
the Kardashians lawyers essentially say Look, this goes back to
him not being able to accept the end of his
relationship with Kim Kardashian from twenty years ago. He's still
(54:22):
going in Yeah, NBA, Young Boy sold out Detroit show
at Little Caesar's Arena scheduled for this upcoming Monday evening
has been canceled. Unforeseen circumstances is the reason. Apparently, what
read this news comes a week after the same thing
happened to his Chicago show. So he didn't do that one.
(54:43):
What happened? So they canceled a couple of shows.
Speaker 4 (54:47):
Yeah, they's say it's a more aggressive type of music
and crowd and that's why gosh, oh wait.
Speaker 2 (54:55):
No, they're shutting. So he didn't he didn't cancel it.
Speaker 6 (55:02):
Well, there was an altercation at one of his shows recently.
Speaker 2 (55:05):
What happened This.
Speaker 11 (55:07):
Happens to a lot of Detroit artists too, is venues
won't book them because they say the crowd gets to
the show.
Speaker 6 (55:14):
I think it was the Kansas City. In Kansas City,
a teenage fan attacked an arena employee. There was like
a felony assault charge there.
Speaker 2 (55:25):
Does he then go on Mike and say stop this
and kind of like how everybody. Remember everybody was blaming
Travis Good for that. I just think I think the artists,
if you're if your fans are out of control and
they're not respecting the people that work at the venues,
we got to have safety for the people that work
at the venues.
Speaker 4 (55:42):
But I mean, that's one venue and it happened one time,
one incident. I don't know if you start canceling all
shows because of it. But do you think though that
they know something that that. I mean, I can't imagine
that little Caesar was going to give up on money
he sold out show the show.
Speaker 2 (55:57):
You know, they keep canceling more shows than there's something
that they're believing that is happening.
Speaker 4 (56:02):
But again, the only report has come out is one
thing that happened one time.
Speaker 14 (56:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (56:07):
Yeah. And lastly, two Delta Regional jets collided while taxing
on the ground at Lagadia LaGuardia LaGuardia Airport in New
York City.
Speaker 39 (56:18):
So we, uh, we just landed in New York on
a Delta flight from Charlotte, coming back from from work,
and we're taxing to our.
Speaker 40 (56:29):
Runway and we got absolutely smashed by another Delta flight.
I don't know, if we hit them or if they
hit us.
Speaker 1 (56:39):
But it was a super jarring.
Speaker 40 (56:41):
Everyone was shot forward in their seats.
Speaker 29 (56:45):
And it was kind of a little chaotic.
Speaker 28 (56:47):
As soon as it happened.
Speaker 19 (56:48):
We were kind of shocked at what happened.
Speaker 28 (56:50):
We're kind of moving at it through a decent clip too.
Speaker 39 (56:52):
So right now we got people knowing outside of planes
taking photos, which.
Speaker 29 (56:56):
I don't know if it's airport security and whatnot.
Speaker 2 (56:58):
But about a half packed.
Speaker 40 (57:01):
The three quarter packed regional flight coming from Charlotte.
Speaker 29 (57:05):
It's a Delta flight.
Speaker 6 (57:06):
Flight was uneventfal up until the flight attendant had a
non threatening life or non life threatening injury. No passengers
were hurt, but both planes had to return to the terminal.
All of the passengers were given food and a hotel
and were rebooked on other flights.
Speaker 2 (57:22):
That's not enough.
Speaker 11 (57:23):
Like, if if anything was going to happen to me
while I was on a flight, I feel like this
would be the one that I would want.
Speaker 2 (57:29):
What what airline?
Speaker 5 (57:31):
Again?
Speaker 6 (57:32):
This this fit? I almost said it this eating grand
on your face.
Speaker 2 (57:36):
He hates Delta, by the way, I don't want to hate.
So it was Delta.
Speaker 4 (57:40):
It wasn't Spirit Delta. Everybody, Oh, to Delta's did you did.
Speaker 6 (57:44):
You know that Delta is still superior.
Speaker 2 (57:47):
And this is a shout out to Spirit and Delta.
Did you know that last year the airline that canceled
the most people off of flights without any explanation, it
was American Airlines.
Speaker 6 (58:01):
It was Frontier from the.
Speaker 2 (58:03):
American and then Spirit and the one that canceled nobody
off of their their flights. Not one person got canceled
off of a flight four not one Delta doubt Yeah,
why might they offer you more money to get off
of the flight and people take them up on the offer? Well,
either you fall out.
Speaker 4 (58:23):
The sky or you gotta slide down one of those
slides you run into.
Speaker 2 (58:26):
You should take Greyhound.
Speaker 11 (58:28):
I would buy it free flights for the rest of
my life, absolutely.
Speaker 6 (58:32):
For everything you missed from today, So you can always
catch up on the podcast or its Mojo in the

Mojo in the Morning's dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (58:44):
You're called, all right, we're gonna get a look right
now at Oh that was gonna that's gonna do traffic.
I'm like, why am I doing traffic? It's the middle
of a commercial free hour, no traffic. We're going to Susan.
Are you there, Susan, I am Susan. We're going to
the only traffic I want it is the traffic on
December the ninth, I want it. It be a lot
(59:06):
of traffic going to Little Caesars Arena with all of
us at jingle Ball, and you're going to be there. Congratulations, Susan,
Thank you where you're from, Susan Dearborn. Congratulations. Deerborn is
going to be representing at our jingle Ball presented by
Capitol One. And I listen Nelly. I don't know. Everybody
(59:27):
loves Nelly. What's your favorite Nelly song?
Speaker 20 (59:30):
Country Grammar.
Speaker 2 (59:32):
It's the best. Yeah, that is the best. You're going
to be seeing Nelly perform that at the jingle Ball,
along with Shineedowns also going to be there, Big X,
the Plug, Zara Larson, and a whole bunch more. Congratulations
to you. You got free tickets.
Speaker 23 (59:50):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (59:51):
Have you ever been to a jingle Ball?
Speaker 1 (59:54):
I have?
Speaker 32 (59:55):
I have not.
Speaker 2 (59:56):
The year before okay, so the year before then you
saw Usher there and Jelly Jelly roll Yeah, how great? Yeah,
so a lot of people are comparing Shinedown performing at
jingle Ball this year to jelly Roll because it seemed
like not a fit at the time, Like everybody's like,
what is nine to five five doing with jelly Roll?
(01:00:16):
That's a country artist. Then look at what jelly Roll
has now become. Jelly Roll is you know so mass
appeal and Shindown's that way too. And I don't know
if you've got a chance to see this, but if
you go on to Mojo in the Morning's Instagram page,
the lead singer of Shinedown, who is like best buds
with our friends at iHeart Alyssa Pollock and Tony Trevado.
(01:00:39):
Here he went up here. Hold on, let me play
this right.
Speaker 1 (01:00:42):
We're in here from the band Shinedown.
Speaker 17 (01:00:43):
We're coming back to Detroit for Channel nine to five
to five jingle Ball on December the ninth.
Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
At the Little Caesars Arena.
Speaker 18 (01:00:50):
You can go get your tickets right now on the
Capitol one pre Soil Go get them.
Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
I love it. That was cool. That's such a cool
guy man to do that. I'm excited to meet Brent
from Shinedown. One of the biggest reasons is I think
what we do on a daily basis here in radio
is incredible. I think that we give people an opportunity
to be entertained for free. You know, like there's no
we're not charging you, you know, to do anything here
(01:01:17):
on the show. You can just turn on your radio
or listen to our podcasts and you don't have to
pay for that. And the fact that he's doing that
and he's doing this for us and showing love to
radio is awesome because I know that a lot of
the streaming services are excellent. We love them, but we
also honestly know that you got to pay to listen
(01:01:38):
to their music, and it's nice to still have music
for free. It's Mojo in the morning show. keV is
getting called out for the group on Still Around. I
don't even know.
Speaker 4 (01:01:48):
I feel like it should be anytime you can give
people a discount or a deal on some of their
favorite activities or excursions, why not except for.
Speaker 2 (01:01:57):
The one that you got called out for using a
g Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:02:01):
Man, So this is I was having a conversation with
some people and we were talking about skydiving, and I
guess they're going out of town, so they're like, yeah,
we're figuring out what to do.
Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
I think we want to go skydiving.
Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
And I told them about my horrific skydiving excursion, and
I won't go too far into that, but I was
so excited to go skydiving my first time, and my
experience wasn't as advertised. So they start getting into well
where did you go? And I couldn't remember. I'm like, oh,
somewhere up north, somewhere I've never been before, so I've
(01:02:33):
never heard of.
Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
And they're like potasking. I'm like, no, it's not.
Speaker 4 (01:02:36):
It's like there's only three places you can actually go.
I'm like, it's not either of these cities that you
keep mentioning it.
Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
I know it's not.
Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
Turned out to be Foulerville, Michigan. That's where I went, Okay,
And then I'm like they're like, okay, well how did
you find out about it? I'm like, the girl got
it off of like a group on and they're like,
you got skydiving tickets off group Well, that's why you
thought about this guy.
Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
I'm like the dollar store them. By the way, that
might be the greatest analogy. I'm the worst of analogies.
Shannon might be the greatest with analogies.
Speaker 14 (01:03:09):
Your condom.
Speaker 6 (01:03:10):
I cannot believe you did that.
Speaker 4 (01:03:11):
Why though, are there places that you just cannot accept
a discount or.
Speaker 6 (01:03:16):
A group were Honestly, I think if they're if you're
getting an anna, you can attest to this.
Speaker 12 (01:03:21):
If you're going to.
Speaker 6 (01:03:21):
Get a major treatment done on your face, like a
micro need alene or a laser peel or something. I
am not going to a place simply because they have
a group on that is my face.
Speaker 2 (01:03:33):
That's interesting. That's too way really, because I think a
lot of hair and make in you know, facial places
and stuff. I think a lot of them have used
it as an opportunity to get you in the very
first time, and you feel uncomfortable using that.
Speaker 6 (01:03:46):
Absolutely not No, I'm only going somewhere that I know
somebody has gone before me.
Speaker 11 (01:03:51):
People offer me, like we call it exchange of services,
like oh, if you post a video for me, I'll
do your hair for free. I said yes one time,
and I lost so much hair. I swear it again
and it's funny. So they they did a bad job
because they were probably so new. Think yeah, yeah, it
was like something where they had to breaid it and
(01:04:11):
they played it way too tight and I left with
like a ball spot on my head.
Speaker 2 (01:04:15):
Same same with this, you know, but.
Speaker 4 (01:04:17):
There are reputable companies that are on groupon. The thought
that there's just all these bootleg or ghetto ass companies
on group. I know there are some legit ass companies
on there all right, so let me salveline.
Speaker 2 (01:04:28):
That's where I get my little change. They're on groupon. Yeah,
you don't trust that, so so real quick, real quick.
I want to know. And by the way, eight four
four Joe Live, I want to hear your thoughts on
this particular you know, conversation that we're having right now.
I want to know what happened, Like you say, you
fell out of the sky. So I went.
Speaker 4 (01:04:45):
So, first off, I've never been a followerville as far
as hell apparently. So I'm driving up there. I see
tall ass grass. I'm like, man to be so deep,
so dope to do like a corns get lost in
a corn. I've never done that before. Go there at
the sky's a little ground, like, man, how beautiful will
it if it's like started raining right now, a little
drizzle something like that? Now, when they tell you the land,
they tell you to stick your legs up and slide in.
(01:05:07):
Don't come straight down on your legs. My research prior
to my experience, more people break their legs during skydiving
and people who have actually died, So that was a fear.
Those three things are working. We ten thousand feet in
the air. I'm chilling the pilot like it's a storm
over there. It's about ten minutes out. We should be good.
What I'm gonna say, you know what I mean, you're
the expert.
Speaker 12 (01:05:27):
Let's go.
Speaker 2 (01:05:28):
I jump off the damn airplay right, I'm going down.
Speaker 4 (01:05:31):
It's all fun and games until they pull a shoot
and then it's like you're just waiting to land for
an hour and it's like anything can go wrong. The
dude on my back I'm doing tandem, he like, we're
not gonna land we're supposed to. We're gonna go over
there because the storm is coming faster. Again, What the
hell I'm gonna say. I'm like, okay, bet we're going down.
All of a sudden, when snatches the parachute, we slide
(01:05:52):
to the right. Boom, We're coming down like a missile.
So fad in my mind, I'm like, I can't slide
down like they told me to, cause I'm a bang
on my tailbone gonna break. So at the last minute
shoot out my legs, boom bag.
Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
I laying in the back. All I hear is the
dude who's behind me? I'm like, are you okay?
Speaker 4 (01:06:07):
Like we get up tall grass, I don't know where
the hell we at. I'm like, which way should we go?
He like, there's a light pole, Let's go this way.
Kicking out our legs because I'm walking through poison ivy.
You don't know what the hill is going on. We
start walking, finally hit a road. This lady pull up
like in a gold wind, start dirtiest hill in the back.
She slided over the door.
Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
She slapped over the door.
Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
She was like, oh my god, I saw y'all fall
from behind my house and y'all never over there.
Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
I left my kids with my mom and I came
to get you on. She drove us back to.
Speaker 28 (01:06:35):
The style.
Speaker 11 (01:06:38):
The Nevada Sky.
Speaker 2 (01:06:39):
I could have died. Did you say? Did you say
I got it on the group? I know I said
I should have paid a go bro.
Speaker 6 (01:06:46):
Also, the way that you told that story was spectacle.
Speaker 2 (01:06:50):
That was excellent. By the way, give Resell what time?
Speaker 27 (01:06:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Is it still around? Yes?
Speaker 28 (01:07:00):
Yes?
Speaker 7 (01:07:01):
I just bought a DJ's membership yesterday for fifteen dollars.
Speaker 2 (01:07:04):
You got a DJ on group not that? Yeah?
Speaker 22 (01:07:08):
And Sam Club.
Speaker 23 (01:07:09):
I got a Sam Club membership for twenty five all right, now, see,
I would I.
Speaker 6 (01:07:14):
Would buy Dad. I would buy that because it's not
going to destroy my face, my hair.
Speaker 2 (01:07:19):
My life.
Speaker 5 (01:07:19):
Esa.
Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
Would you would you sky dive with a group on?
Speaker 32 (01:07:23):
No, I don't love about that. I don't know about that.
Speaker 14 (01:07:27):
No, but ry ry.
Speaker 23 (01:07:30):
Circus and different things. Restaurant, Yeah, but yeah, some's don't
put my life in jeopardy.
Speaker 41 (01:07:36):
I'm not sure.
Speaker 2 (01:07:36):
I'm not doing that. No, not doing it. Thank you
for the call. What's up, Carol? How you doing good?
Speaker 32 (01:07:42):
Good?
Speaker 1 (01:07:43):
Well, Shannon?
Speaker 32 (01:07:43):
I did.
Speaker 31 (01:07:44):
My daughters both bought me one one for a micro
grazing on my face, and I went.
Speaker 42 (01:07:50):
I got home.
Speaker 20 (01:07:51):
My dad and husband thought I'd got in a bag.
Hirect not buy.
Speaker 6 (01:07:56):
Med spot treatment. No, no, no, I was so I.
Speaker 31 (01:08:01):
Looked in the mirror and I caused my daughter go, Crystal, Oh,
you know.
Speaker 6 (01:08:06):
They're like if they needed to put it on group on,
they don't have enough customers because they're not good.
Speaker 2 (01:08:11):
But I have to tell you, though, there are some
places that that's how they get their business rolling. And
I'm going to give all fairness to this one. And
the only reason I'm giving all fairness is some people
may say if you're advertising on the radio, is not great,
but it's a way to get advertising.
Speaker 6 (01:08:25):
That is a fair statement.
Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
And I'm gonna and so I don't want to say
all things, you know, and groupon like I wouldn't do
it if it's like I want you get buy one,
get one free, like I would do it if they
get a little bit of money off of the thing,
and then you your fair thing that you have to
do is go in and see what the place looks like.
Speaker 6 (01:08:43):
Check it out on you know, online and reviews and.
Speaker 2 (01:08:46):
We don't don't look it on social media, screw up midline.
Speaker 6 (01:08:50):
Well, you've got to go to a lot of different
places for reviews and kind of formulate an opinion because
a lot of reviews are.
Speaker 2 (01:08:55):
No a friend, no a friend, or hear you know,
hear about it from somebody you trust, like us, what's up, Kimber,
how you doing good?
Speaker 26 (01:09:01):
How are you guys?
Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
Fantastic?
Speaker 32 (01:09:03):
Was that?
Speaker 43 (01:09:04):
So?
Speaker 42 (01:09:05):
I've had a couple of good experience with gubon.
Speaker 26 (01:09:07):
You know, facials went okay, haircuts went okay.
Speaker 42 (01:09:10):
But I went to a.
Speaker 26 (01:09:11):
Place where for a massage, and the guy who did
it like smoked a cigarette like right before he came
in the room, and so like half the massage, I'm
just like laying there just like smelling cigarettes smoking. I'm
not a smoker, so it's just terrible.
Speaker 21 (01:09:26):
And then I had a haircut at a like a
beauty school.
Speaker 26 (01:09:31):
I had good experiences before this lady.
Speaker 44 (01:09:33):
I felt like a bondai tree was just then a
little bit here, a little bit there, a little bit here,
a little bit there.
Speaker 26 (01:09:39):
And then I was just like, my hair is like
four inches shorter.
Speaker 9 (01:09:42):
Than I wanted it to be.
Speaker 2 (01:09:45):
Oh my god, all right, group bond cut there? What's
going on? How you doing, Camille?
Speaker 5 (01:09:52):
So I.
Speaker 23 (01:10:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 31 (01:10:01):
So I was down south Ford internship and our family.
Speaker 24 (01:10:05):
Will use group on on vacation to get like aquarium
visits and tours and that sort of thing.
Speaker 44 (01:10:10):
And so while I was down south on my internship,
my mom was like.
Speaker 23 (01:10:13):
Neil, I'm going to get I found a group on
for you to get your hair on.
Speaker 20 (01:10:17):
You need to just go do something and have fun.
Speaker 42 (01:10:19):
And I said, okay, sure, and so I drove.
Speaker 23 (01:10:22):
You know, it was like forty minutes from where.
Speaker 42 (01:10:24):
I was at and I'm driving, and I was in
a semi questionable area, but I was like, maybe I shouldn't.
Speaker 22 (01:10:30):
Judge, Like, it's fine.
Speaker 24 (01:10:32):
So I come up to the sketchiest strip malls, like
you know those strip malls where you could tell there used.
Speaker 20 (01:10:38):
To be windows there, but now it's boards.
Speaker 44 (01:10:41):
Yes, yes, And so I rolled up to the strip
mall and I debated getting out, and finally I was like, okay,
can I stop being judgmental.
Speaker 20 (01:10:50):
Maybe it'll be a good experience.
Speaker 6 (01:10:53):
And so I got out of my.
Speaker 20 (01:10:54):
Car and I walk in. I opened the one door
and it's just this hallway. There's no business name, nothing,
and I'm like.
Speaker 9 (01:11:00):
Oh god, this guy.
Speaker 20 (01:11:03):
And I swear to god, I was in a janitor.
Speaker 2 (01:11:08):
Wait what kind of what kind of business was it
supposed to be? Yes? The girl was like, no, no,
it was supposed to be a hair salon and it
was a janitor's closet.
Speaker 22 (01:11:20):
A janitor's closet.
Speaker 20 (01:11:21):
She's like, this is just for the space I'm renting,
and trying to get my feet under me.
Speaker 2 (01:11:25):
I was like, oh god, oh my god, that's crazy.
Speaker 24 (01:11:29):
Okay, So I did it, and I was very good,
but not very good.
Speaker 2 (01:11:35):
Oh no, oh, my god. Well you go Okayce Prince asked,
your friend got a tummy tuck.
Speaker 23 (01:11:46):
Yeah, she got a.
Speaker 24 (01:11:47):
Tummy tuck off a group hunch. Well she thought it
was like gonna be doctor Miami style, but really she
was just getting that like the extra hanging skin at
the bottom removed.
Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
And how did it turn out?
Speaker 26 (01:12:00):
Oh, it was horrible.
Speaker 2 (01:12:05):
Hopefully she's not listening. Oh my god, that's brutal. Oh
my god, Charlie, you also got a skydiving groupon.
Speaker 30 (01:12:27):
Yes, yes, yes, good morning, first time, long time.
Speaker 1 (01:12:32):
Oh god, I did not.
Speaker 30 (01:12:34):
I did not buy it. My wife, my uh my
future wife at the time. She bought it for my birthday.
And yeah, it was like a good trip. It was
actually in like Gosha in Indiana, which was like I
didn't know it was like Amish territory, which was also
a red flag.
Speaker 1 (01:12:50):
And uh yeah, so we go there.
Speaker 30 (01:12:53):
Everything's pretty good. You know, the jump, we do a
tandem jump. It was just kind of weird. Next thing,
you know, we're jumping out.
Speaker 2 (01:13:02):
Everything is good.
Speaker 30 (01:13:03):
Then there's like a fence. As I'm coming down, I'm like,
oh jeez, and we land like six feet just above
the fence. We're about to hit it. I hit the
ground so hard. But that was not even like the
worst of it. I paid for a video after everything's
all said and done. A month later, goes, I never
get the video. Two months later, or not even two months,
I still don't get the video. Then I posted a
(01:13:25):
picture on Facebook and I made friends with one of
the guys, and he's like, oh, rest a piece of
the plane.
Speaker 16 (01:13:29):
I'm like, what do you mean.
Speaker 30 (01:13:30):
He's like, yeah, like less than a month after you
jumped the plane crash.
Speaker 2 (01:13:34):
I'm like, oh my god, Yeah, that's that good.
Speaker 30 (01:13:44):
Made for a good story though, Yeah, I'm sure, yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
I like this one. I got breast implants on groupon
Buy one, Get one half off. It's got to be
a joke. But I don't know. I Q Detroit, Toledo.
Speaker 19 (01:14:05):
This is Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:14:07):
Mojo.
Speaker 12 (01:14:08):
He's amazing live.
Speaker 34 (01:14:12):
Mojo one God, let me take you back to the beginnings.
Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
Alrighty, ready, you're listening to Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:14:30):
You're a dodo ahead, let's go all right, it is
Mojo in the Morning coming up this hour on the show.
Forget about this hour, let's talk about next hour. War
the Roses. Have you heard it yet? This Morning's War
the roses. Her reasoning for thinking that he was cheating was,
(01:14:52):
she's never been to his house. They only meet at hotels.
We called him up. I'm gonna a spoiler alert tell
you he sends the roses to another woman who turns
out to be his wife. Now, all morning, we've been
getting calls from people saying, should we call the wife
or should we not call the wife and tell her
what happened. You can listen to that podcast now. If
(01:15:14):
you missed it, you got to check it out. It's
available right now up on our Mojo on the Morning
Show podcast to search Mojo in the Morning on the
iHeartRadio app or wherever you get podcasts. It's titled She's
never been to his house. Okay, we'll have that for
you again next hour in the nine o'clock hour. This
hour coming up next real or fake? And then right
(01:15:35):
afterwards you can't be friends with them? And follow that
up before we get to word the roses withs with
it's a sign I shouldn't go visit him. That's all
happening here on the Mojo on the Morning Show. And
let's get right to it. It's Mojo in the Morning Show.
I always love talking about stuff like this. A matter
of fact, we were trying to side between a couple
(01:15:56):
of Shannon's topics that you had today, and I thought
this topic was really good because for some reason, and
I've never really done anything to buy one of these,
but I know Chelsea has. I am always obsessed with
hearing stories about handbags and reels and fakes and watches
and reels and fakes like you can buy. Like right now,
(01:16:18):
the big thing on my Instagram feed are people buying
fake Rolexes.
Speaker 6 (01:16:24):
And these they look good.
Speaker 2 (01:16:26):
Can I be honest with you, They look really really good.
I've never bought one before. Chelsea's bought a fake Rolex
and it looks dead on, Like I'm not kidding you
when I say this to you, it is dead on,
the only thing that's different on her wrist. It looks
dead on. When you feel it, You're like, this seems
like something got out of a gumball machine or something,
you know what I mean. But it looks good like aesthetically,
(01:16:48):
you know, But what's your story?
Speaker 6 (01:16:51):
So I have a few nicer purses, and some of
them are real. I saved up and you know, treated
myself or whatnot. Some of them are fake. And my
question is, when someone compliments something that you have that
is fake, do you come clean and admit that it
is not real? And I say this because it just
(01:17:12):
happened to me with Anna in the kitchen this week
in the kitchen here at the radio station, I have
a tote bag and I was wearing it and she's like,
oh my god, this bag? Is it worth the money?
I can't remember. I've been wanting one person so long.
And I was like, do I admit to her that
this bag was very, very cheap and is one million
(01:17:34):
percent not real? And I did end up saying it's fake.
I will buy you one.
Speaker 11 (01:17:39):
I loved one because I was like, put me in
on the next order, that one looks good.
Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
Yes, yeah, I think you say it because I think
that it gives you the ability to be able to
show somebody that, hey, this thing looks so good that
you think this is a good thing.
Speaker 6 (01:17:55):
It's a really good thing.
Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
But but I do also think that there's many that
because I think there's many that feel like they're posing
if they are using it and it's fake. It's uncomfortable too.
But I'll be honest with you, I think more power
to you. You know what I mean? Yeah, like absolutely,
Like I used to buy fake easies. We and we
would buy them all the time for our kids, like uh,
(01:18:18):
Luke Luke always had a fake had fake easy and
they grow out of them, but they were dead on,
were so good. I don't want time.
Speaker 4 (01:18:26):
When I was in high school, my dad brought me
some air Force once. I'm like, oh, got the all
white on white joints. He's banging warm, thought nothing of it.
Come around, Tom, I need some more. He's like, you
want to come with me? I'm like, yeah, we pull
up to a damn liquor store on this one.
Speaker 2 (01:18:47):
Air Force ones had like dots at the top. They
did not have it even amount of dots, you know.
Speaker 6 (01:18:55):
I take that Girl's trip with Lucy, my daughter Lucy
to New York City every December. We're going again this year,
and it's her favorite thing now to buy a fake
from like one of the guys on the street that
opens up the suitcase. And so every year I'm like,
what are we shopping for this year, Louis joeyreci what
do you want?
Speaker 4 (01:19:13):
I love them too, Yes, I get obsessed with bro
like working at stock Eggs, where they have, like the
authenticators and things of that nature. When it comes to
shoes in particular, some of the fakes are made with
the same materials and see fabrics and sometimes in the
same warehouse.
Speaker 6 (01:19:26):
Yes, that's the very real thing.
Speaker 4 (01:19:29):
So it's the only thing is like, it's not being
sent from the company. That's the only quote unquote real factor.
Speaker 2 (01:19:34):
Yeah. I think it's interesting if you pull off the
fake and you sent you give it to a family member,
like say, your dad gives you the fake and doesn't
say to you it's not it's sake, and then you
look like you're you got this closed. What's going on, Joanne?
How you doing?
Speaker 14 (01:19:50):
Hi?
Speaker 32 (01:19:50):
I'm good.
Speaker 2 (01:19:51):
First.
Speaker 42 (01:19:57):
Uh So, I'm in agreement with Shannon. I think that.
Speaker 45 (01:20:02):
If you know the person, you should tell them that, hey,
you know, this isn't real. And if you're like out
in public somewhere and just some random person says, hey,
that's a great bag, I would just tell them things
and keep on going, because what's the point in disclosing
that you didn't buy a real one?
Speaker 43 (01:20:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 45 (01:20:20):
Actually, honestly, there's so many outlet places now too that
you can go buy them. So you just discounted for
the same product.
Speaker 2 (01:20:26):
Well, and that's an interesting analogy with the outlets, Like
if somebody if you go buy something and somebody says
to you, oh my god, I love that the thing
was amazing and it's so so beautiful, but they're so expensive.
Do you tell them that you got it at the outlet?
Speaker 28 (01:20:40):
You know?
Speaker 2 (01:20:41):
I mean you wouldn't do that. Oh, you would tell
them just to help them out and tell them that
you got it there. But I but you're right, But
what if it was a complete stranger that I said
that to you? Would you tell that complete stranger.
Speaker 42 (01:20:53):
That probably still?
Speaker 35 (01:20:55):
Because I mean, I don't care.
Speaker 45 (01:20:57):
I'm spending my money how I want to spend my money. Yeah,
I can help somebody else out.
Speaker 5 (01:21:01):
Why not?
Speaker 2 (01:21:01):
Well, then why wouldn't you tell a complete stranger you
got a fake? And how you got a fake?
Speaker 20 (01:21:08):
That's a little different.
Speaker 9 (01:21:10):
To me.
Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
It's to me, it's you know, it's the same thing.
But what's going on? Michelle?
Speaker 21 (01:21:16):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (01:21:16):
Hey, So I am the first to admit when I
bought something that's cheaper fake because we're all out here
balling on a budget, and if I can help someone look.
Speaker 20 (01:21:25):
Just as good, I am going to. So I am the.
Speaker 23 (01:21:27):
First to admit I got this from she and ten bucks.
Get you one two looks looks legit, and I share.
Speaker 21 (01:21:35):
I don't gate keep.
Speaker 24 (01:21:35):
I share all of that so we can all look.
Speaker 20 (01:21:37):
Good and piece.
Speaker 2 (01:21:38):
There you go. See that that's kind, It's very good.
My favorite was misfit Victor, who would go and buy
his kids like he's got He's got somebody that's really good.
His kids are smarter. They know too much. They knew
that something. What was the doll that everybody was going for?
The lea boo boos? His kids knew right away that
(01:21:59):
they were lou fufus when he got it. What's going on, Tony?
Speaker 31 (01:22:03):
Hi?
Speaker 20 (01:22:04):
So I just call my friends and co workers. My
purse collection is like Russian roulette. You never know what
one's actually.
Speaker 2 (01:22:10):
Really well, listen, I bet if I go to your house,
I know which ones are real and which ones are fake.
Speaker 14 (01:22:17):
I don't know.
Speaker 11 (01:22:17):
They're pretty good.
Speaker 20 (01:22:18):
Like Shannon said, you.
Speaker 2 (01:22:19):
Know, I'm saying I guarantee, I guarantee you put your
real ones in a different place than you put your
fake ones. He might be right, Yeah, you're making sure
nobody's messing around with those. What's going on, Jordan? What's happening.
How are you.
Speaker 23 (01:22:38):
Hello?
Speaker 2 (01:22:38):
Hi?
Speaker 14 (01:22:40):
Hi?
Speaker 44 (01:22:41):
Just so I had around land of college, I bought
a fake Gucci purse. I bought a bunch of them,
and I had a crossbody that I wore all the time.
My husband, my boyfriend but not my husband is one
of his friends stopped and looked at He's like, that's
a really nice Gucci person. I was like, thanks, and
I wasn't going to say anything off of that because
there was other people.
Speaker 20 (01:23:00):
My now husband looks at it and he goes, it's
Fucci Succi.
Speaker 44 (01:23:05):
And then a couple of years later he bought a
real Gucci belt when he graduated and that was his
like gift for when he started his new job.
Speaker 11 (01:23:11):
He looked at me, he.
Speaker 20 (01:23:12):
Goes, this, not Fuccie.
Speaker 2 (01:23:17):
Do you as a as a woman? Jordan and Shannon
and Anna, would you be upset if somebody called yours out?
Like if somebody were to say that's fake, Like if
somebody walks up to you.
Speaker 44 (01:23:30):
I, you know what, no, because I had the girl
that said bawling on a budget.
Speaker 20 (01:23:34):
That's how I am now.
Speaker 44 (01:23:34):
At the time, I was younger, and I was very
like trying to meet the standards of like materialistic.
Speaker 20 (01:23:38):
Like, yes, I can do this, I have enough. I
thought it was more like a pride thing.
Speaker 44 (01:23:43):
And plus it was like in a younger crowd in
front of a ton of people, so it wasn't like
as the street. He and I would never do that
now because he also has like some watches that look like,
you know, like the fake rollucks you talked about your
wife having, and.
Speaker 23 (01:23:56):
They look real.
Speaker 44 (01:23:57):
So we don't point it out. But if somebody asked,
we're like twenty bucks off, like I said.
Speaker 6 (01:24:03):
I would tell. But also if some raando person came
up to me and was like, that bag is one
hundred percent fake, I'd be.
Speaker 2 (01:24:08):
Like, okay, by the way, by the way, the truly
good fakes are not twenty bucks anymore, Like no, they're
still kind of you're still playing hundreds of dollars, but
you're just not paying thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.
Can I say something where this is another analogy, I'm
the analogy guy to me telling you whether or not
(01:24:28):
that's real or fake is similar to the do you
tell somebody that you're on a weight loss shot or
if you get botox or if you get botox another
one or somebody asks you, because I think that I
think people asking personally is probably too personal. But I
think in a lot of respects, I think that if
you tell somebody, you're telling somebody because you're not embarrassed
(01:24:50):
by what you're doing. Right, Like I listen, I think
your health is your health. And I think, honestly, if
you're on a weight loss shot and you're doing it
for your health, or you're doing it vanity who cares,
at least your health is going to be better doing it.
And I think that there are sometimes there are people
and it bothers me sometimes that there are people that
won't even tell they're like family members. And I think
(01:25:11):
that this the sad thing is I think there's some
family members that probably should be on the shot too.
You know what I mean, I really do. Like I
I've talked about my experience and what it's done for me.
Like I just did blood test and my blood test
was great. Give your shout out to good blood tests, right, yeah,
(01:25:32):
but you know what, I don't even know what my
blood type is. I don't even look at it. I
am I am a plus positive. I don't know, I
don't know, I don't know random, but I could just
be I don't know that, but I do know if
it's real or fake, I can tell you. I can
(01:25:54):
tell you that. All right, it's Mojo in the Morning.
Ill did you marry him?
Speaker 29 (01:25:59):
In son his wife?
Speaker 1 (01:26:01):
You'll be married to a man who cheats on his wife.
Speaker 25 (01:26:03):
Another war of the roses is after nine on Mojo
in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:26:07):
Hold on a second, I want to take these calls
real quick. Steven's out with us. Steven, are you there, Yes,
I'm here. Get funeral hometime back on with us, because
I think this is really good. Get if this is
a perfect one for him, Steven, tell your story.
Speaker 9 (01:26:22):
All right.
Speaker 41 (01:26:22):
So I used to work for funeral homes a long
time ago, and.
Speaker 5 (01:26:27):
We sold very expensive caskets, and to be honest with you,
it was pretty expensive. Well, we had these. This couple
came in They're like, well, we need an expensive casket.
Speaker 43 (01:26:40):
For our father.
Speaker 5 (01:26:42):
And the castle was around maybe fifteen to twenty thousand dollars.
It was really nice, nice casket. But the problem is though,
when they saw the price range. It was a cherry oak.
It was a very expensive one, and they looked at
the price. As the guy called me off to the side,
He's like, listen, I love my grant, my father that
(01:27:04):
very much, but is there anything like a knockoff that
looks exactly like.
Speaker 2 (01:27:12):
Do they have it?
Speaker 43 (01:27:14):
Peper?
Speaker 5 (01:27:14):
We could put him in and looks just like this,
And I'm like, we do, but it's not as good.
Speaker 20 (01:27:19):
And he's like, well, you know, can we just say
that it's this?
Speaker 6 (01:27:22):
And ye do people care about?
Speaker 2 (01:27:25):
Is that a thing that's interesting?
Speaker 11 (01:27:28):
It's your loved one, Like they're going, it's going right
in the ground. I'm not saying I care, but some
people might hold on brown.
Speaker 5 (01:27:35):
It's just right to the ground and you don't seen
it for that time period of the funeral.
Speaker 2 (01:27:40):
Hey, it's like, you know, Stephen, we have a we
have a misfit whose name is funeral home Tim. He's
on the phone with us right now. Tom, are you there.
I'm here, say I to Steven. Stephen, you're no longer
in the funeral home game. No, I'm not. Steven was
talking to us about selling caskets or freight fake you know,
(01:28:03):
boxes to drop you into the Tom. Do you guys
have any fakes at your funeral home?
Speaker 41 (01:28:08):
No, we go with all reputable dealers.
Speaker 9 (01:28:11):
Yeah, we don't do anything like that. I want to
absolutely one.
Speaker 41 (01:28:15):
Percent baitstools one of the companies, get the reputable dealer.
Speaker 43 (01:28:18):
Take real quick.
Speaker 2 (01:28:22):
I want to ask you a question, and we're going
to play the funeral home price is right? What what
is the most expensive uh casket that you can put
somebody in? And what's the least least expensive? Pretty much
just a box, I'm gonna throw you in.
Speaker 41 (01:28:36):
Well, at one point.
Speaker 9 (01:28:40):
I had a cask if that was twenty grand.
Speaker 1 (01:28:42):
It was gold plated with a blue velvet interior.
Speaker 41 (01:28:45):
There's another one called the Platinum, which is very hard
to get. That's about twenty grand. But on the average,
a cheerry like you guys are talking about, you're talking
about sixty grander.
Speaker 4 (01:28:57):
Well, I'm gonna tell my family to get mone on
Amazon costs.
Speaker 6 (01:29:02):
Just go right in the browns. Let me toss you
what's a zero dollars?
Speaker 2 (01:29:06):
What's a cheap box? I'm just going to throw you in.
Speaker 6 (01:29:11):
How much.
Speaker 14 (01:29:14):
You can get a.
Speaker 2 (01:29:17):
Yeah, you're going in that.
Speaker 6 (01:29:19):
Sorry, my dad would be upset with me if I
paid any more than that?
Speaker 9 (01:29:24):
Can I tell you though?
Speaker 2 (01:29:25):
I mean this is personal story here, but my uh
some of my dad died, his wife, my sister and
myself and my brother in law went to the funeral
home and Chelsea went to the funeral home and she
was going to get one of the lower rangey ones
and that was she do it. My brother in law
and I put money up to put him in something nicer,
(01:29:46):
just because I knew my dad was like a Cadillac guy.
He loved his Cadillac. And I was like, we're throwing
him in the Saturn, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (01:29:55):
He's in the Saturn or the Lexus, he is.
Speaker 2 (01:29:57):
But I at least felt like I owed it to
my dad, and I was, you know, I'm just doing okay.
I was on the radio and stuff like that. My
brother in law was in construction and stuff, and we
both sat there and just like, well, we're going to
give him whatever, you know what I mean. So we
ended up up in the casket a little bit.
Speaker 5 (01:30:12):
Yeah, I have a they have a family right now
that uh that last time I worked with and we
call them the Amazon generation, where they actually buying the
casket is now off the Amazon themselves and bringing them
in the funeral.
Speaker 2 (01:30:26):
You can do that is that? Okay? Really?
Speaker 27 (01:30:29):
By my law, you can buy a cascat.
Speaker 41 (01:30:31):
You can make a casket, whatever it is, as long
as it needs to specifications, you can bring them into
any funeral home.
Speaker 2 (01:30:37):
Wait a second, I could have had my brother in
law who's in construction make my dad's casket. I would
have actually been better. Hey, great question for you guys,
because we talked about this earlier this morning. Can I
buy a groupon for a cast? Do they have groupons
for the science?
Speaker 9 (01:30:51):
Well, you can shut up. What's called the pre nee.
I guaranteed it Today's bryce. If you go to a
funeral and you say I.
Speaker 41 (01:30:57):
Want to do a pre need, it's called a buy
somebody that has money or whatever.
Speaker 27 (01:31:02):
If they're going to get sick, I go on a nursing.
Speaker 41 (01:31:04):
Home or something, and they have to do what it's
called the buy it out. Otherwise Medicare and medicable lost
all your money before they pay for it.
Speaker 2 (01:31:11):
The thing, here's what I want to do. I'm gonna
buy one right now, and it's gonna be my couch
for the next you know how many years until I die,
and then we're gonna be buried in it. Hold on, Shaye,
where did you see a casket a used casket?
Speaker 1 (01:31:22):
You on marketplace?
Speaker 35 (01:31:24):
That was like, I was like steal grandma.
Speaker 2 (01:31:27):
Though, that's fantastic. I'm gonna buy one on market place.
Oh I wonder if it's like selling your couch. If
like eight hundred people are fighting for the same you
use casket, and do they come over to your house
to pick it up.
Speaker 20 (01:31:43):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:31:44):
That's amazing, that's awesome. All right, it is Mojo in
the Morning show. Man, oh man, you never know what
you're gonna get from this show. All right, real quick,
I want to talk about something. I want to talk
about the jingle ball, and then I want to get
into the next topic. So we're going to go commercial free.
Jingle Ball is happening on January the ninth, December or December. Yeah,
(01:32:10):
that would be, by the way, you missed it by
a month, by the way, we group on those tickets. No,
what do we have a promo code for today? Is
there a promo code? Once the Capital one thing's over with.
Speaker 12 (01:32:22):
It's released at eleven o'clock. So EJ's going to announce.
Speaker 2 (01:32:25):
That bs our listeners. We have more listeners listening right now.
Can't we release it now and then they can start
at eleven o'clock.
Speaker 12 (01:32:30):
I don't make the rules, but I'll announce it anyway
forgiveness later.
Speaker 2 (01:32:34):
You're all the same Ojoe. I got listeners here that
want to go, and they want the promo code and
they want to do it, and I just feel like
this is no fair.
Speaker 12 (01:32:42):
I say give it to them. Yeah, go ahead, go
do it?
Speaker 2 (01:32:44):
All right? Well, okay, there's a jingle ball that's happening
on December ninth, and it's starring Nelly and Shine Down
and a whole bunch of other artists. And if you
want to go to this jingle Ball and you want
to get your tickets today and I have to wait
till tomorrow. And you were not part of the Capitol
One pre sale starting at eleven o'clock today. At eleven
o'clock today, the promo code is Lydia mojo. Oh come on,
(01:33:09):
that's the promo the first code that I would use.
You kidding me?
Speaker 12 (01:33:15):
Use code mojo at checkout.
Speaker 2 (01:33:17):
We're very hard with these codes. It did not take
a brain store meeting to figure this out. You know what.
Here's the deal. The people that came up with the
same thing and said we were had to wait till
eleven o'clock and use the promo code Mojo. Their ATM
cards are one, two, three, four. I'm gonna find out
exactly who did it, all right, So starting at eleven
(01:33:39):
o'clock today, the promo code if you don't have a
Capitol one card, which if you do, use that, because
that's where you're gonna get even a better opportunity to
get your tickets. You can do it now. But the
promo code is Mojo, all right, starting at eleven o'clock today.
I hope the Boss isn't test but Tony is what
you know, Tony's been right in my ass. You can
tell he's stressed out as he could tell us out
(01:34:00):
with these concerts, you know these we're in the business
of radio and now we're in the business of concert promoting.
And Tony's gal stressed out, you know, because he's got
you know, he's he's got this concert to fill seats
with and stuff. So do him a proud uh or
solid and get these tickets today. Don't wait till the
last minute to get these tickets. He threatened me, he said,
(01:34:24):
if we don't sell enough tickets, If he said we
don't sell enough tickets, he said, I'm firing a member
of the Mojo on the morning show.
Speaker 11 (01:34:31):
Gosh, I just got here.
Speaker 2 (01:34:33):
And no, no, no, I said, Zach, I'm just Mojo.
Speaker 12 (01:34:42):
If you had to kick one of us off, who
would you kick off?
Speaker 21 (01:34:44):
Right now?
Speaker 2 (01:34:44):
Who kick off right now?
Speaker 12 (01:34:45):
Right now?
Speaker 2 (01:34:46):
keV, I've been joining it. We don't podcast Chelsea would
actually hire him. And it's so all right, Uh, let
me get to the next topic. It's Mojo in the
morning show. This is topic that's a little touchy one
because it's a touchy one because I really am passionately
upset about this. So one of my very very good friends,
(01:35:10):
somebody who I would consider to be in like my
top ten of friends, you know, actually is in my
top friends on my phone, so you see them in
my top friends on my phone, is hanging out with
an absolutely horrible person that did horrible things to me
and to one other person that I actually really do
(01:35:32):
care about. So somebody that has not been so great
with me, and somebody that is not great to another
person that I know and I love and I care about,
and I just found out. Now I don't care if
you and I don't know about it. Talk to somebody
that I don't talk to anymore. I'm fine with that,
because you have every right too you have a right
(01:35:54):
to talk to whoever you want to. I just do
care when you know how bad they were to me,
to he just hired this person to work for his
company and to me differently. When I saw that, I
looked at it and I said to myself, Okay, there's
no loyalty at all. Knowing exactly what they did to
me that they're gonna eventually do to you, I guarantee
(01:36:17):
you they do it to if they I always say,
if you do it, if you do it to you know,
a person that you love or that you know that
you care about, the you're gonna do it to you too.
Speaker 6 (01:36:27):
Did he say anything to you about me? Because he
is aware that you do not care for this poll.
Speaker 2 (01:36:34):
He and I. So he multiple times has done He
multiple times has written things on social media under some
of the social media posts of this person that I
don't talk to anymore. And I have said to him, hey,
just say, you know, do you know the extent of
what they did? And I've had that conversation so and
(01:36:54):
he goes, oh my god, I can't that's horrible. I
can't believe that you know. Whatever the deal and then
it keeps growing and growing and growing and obviously he
doesn't care what was done to me. Like it's one
of those things, like it comes to a point at
at one point it's like, you know, fool me, what
wants shame on you? Fool me twice? Shame on me
or whatever the say that's saying is again you know
(01:37:16):
what I mean? Like, how many more times are you
going to prove to me that you obviously have you
call you say that you're a great friend to me.
You're a great friend if you're being loyal to somebody.
So question to you, what are your thoughts? Well, what
is their relationship? Their relationship was, without giving you know
too much, was business like? It was. It was like
(01:37:37):
a business like relationship. It wasn't even it wasn't like
they were best friends or anything like that.
Speaker 6 (01:37:41):
But now they are both in the business.
Speaker 4 (01:37:44):
So you're saying, just just so I can understand, you're
saying that because of the relationship you have with your friend,
how strong that relationship is them knowing how bad this
other person treated you, their loyalty should be with you,
and they in no way, shape or form, should even
involve themselves, especially in a professional setting, with that other person.
Speaker 2 (01:38:04):
Yeah, well, I think, well, here's the deal. You already
know that I got burned so many times. Yeah, and
now you're gonna actually bring him into your circle more
than even just talking to them. You're gonna bring them
into your circle. You don't if you own a business,
that's like your family when you bring people in, Like
if if you are you know, if you're a business
owner and you own a business, that's like inviting somebody
(01:38:25):
to sit at your kitchen table when your kids are there,
because you're inviting them into your financial you know, you're
inviting them to that world. I think you should definitely
fill away.
Speaker 4 (01:38:33):
I think you're you're you should feel validated in your
emotions and how you're handling this and how this makes
you feel. Yeah, and you've known your friend for a
long time.
Speaker 2 (01:38:42):
You guys have a great relationship. I mean we're talking
almost three decades. Wow, that's crazy. Have you told him
like or hear so? I told him already enough that
he that I don't need to tell him how pissed
I am now. I'm just honestly, it's just cutting off.
Speaker 11 (01:38:59):
From him, Like, why did you think this was okay?
Speaker 2 (01:39:02):
Well, here's the thing. I think he believes that this
person is good at what they do, and I think
that at some point I don't care if that person
is the great, the greatest, and the only person at
what you do. I think you got to show a little.
Speaker 6 (01:39:13):
Loyalty well, and that shouldn't outweigh a friendship, a very
long standing friendship.
Speaker 2 (01:39:21):
So I do another analogy. Let's go to me if
if I, you know, keV, have loyalty to you, and
if you told me I don't want you to talk
to my ex and you said, hey, I really don't
want to need to talk to my AX, I would say, Okay,
out of respect to you, I'm gonna do. I think
(01:39:41):
it's similar to that, but even greater because this is
a person that did really really bad.
Speaker 4 (01:39:47):
Thing and for thirty years you've known your friend. Yeah,
so this isn't just like somebody got cool with two
years ago.
Speaker 2 (01:39:52):
And I think this happens a lot, probably in divorces,
like I think that you know, breakups and divorces.
Speaker 4 (01:39:57):
So would you cut your friend off because now you've
got to be looking at him different?
Speaker 2 (01:40:00):
Honestly, I think I have to. I really do, and
it pains me because I really do care about this
person and Honestly, we've had great friendship, but I think
that it's one of those things where to me, you've
already shown what our friendship means. What's up Trish good in.
Speaker 28 (01:40:16):
Morning, Mojoe?
Speaker 46 (01:40:17):
Yes, I really didn't want to deliver this on Thursday morning. Yeah,
but that man is that person is no longer your friend.
Speaker 2 (01:40:24):
Yeah, I think you're right.
Speaker 46 (01:40:26):
I mean it's it's really sad because I mean, if
it was just you didn't like the other person for
just you know, personality differences, fine, but this person hurt
you and hurt your family, and then they employed them
and help them with their livelihood.
Speaker 2 (01:40:40):
This person, this person's goal was to ruin me and
my family. Yeah, yeah, no, this is not your friend.
Speaker 5 (01:40:48):
You know that block button.
Speaker 46 (01:40:49):
If you can't find it, somebody will help you. But yeah,
just I would just pull them from your space. And
I'm really sorry because I know it's got to be painful.
Speaker 2 (01:40:56):
Well, I'm going to say this to you, as Chelsea
has told me numerous times, I have too many friends.
And she has said to me, she goes, she goes.
The problem is you can you consider everybody your best friend,
and you know she's one that has a very tight
net group. And so she's got a very close, smaller
group of people that she, you know, calls friends than
(01:41:18):
I do. I call everybody a friend.
Speaker 28 (01:41:21):
And my father told me.
Speaker 47 (01:41:22):
You only have really friends, you only.
Speaker 2 (01:41:25):
Have really how many friends? About five core friends? And
how did he come up with that? Did he explain?
I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:41:31):
He really didn't.
Speaker 46 (01:41:32):
He just said that as you go through life, high
school friends will fall away, college friends will fall away,
and eventually, you know, you'll be love with this core
of adult friends.
Speaker 2 (01:41:42):
Yes, that's interesting, fist of five. I like that. Thank
you for the call, appreciate it. What's up, Katie?
Speaker 27 (01:41:50):
Hey, So I.
Speaker 23 (01:41:51):
Kind of question is this.
Speaker 42 (01:41:55):
Does this friends that's hiring the X person like today?
Is the X person like a manipulator or is your
friend being manipulated?
Speaker 2 (01:42:03):
It could be. I don't know.
Speaker 42 (01:42:05):
I don't know, because yeah, I mean, like to a point,
you might want to just kind of let it ride
just to protect yourself and then wait for the inevitable outfall,
because if this person's really herd, then they're going to
be turd light.
Speaker 2 (01:42:19):
But then do I still remain close to that person?
Speaker 42 (01:42:22):
I don't think so, right, No, I don't think that's
safe for you.
Speaker 2 (01:42:26):
And I think, honestly, it's one of those ones where
I sit there and I say to myself, it will
it will be. If it happened to me, it's going
to happen to you. I really do believe it, you
know what I mean, Like one person's trash is another
person's treasure. Is not the case in this what's up Felipe.
Speaker 38 (01:42:41):
Good morning, because we don't have the details exactly what happened. Right,
Was it bad enough that that you would think that
it's okay? Like say, hey, you know this person not
a good person, so and don't maybe give him an
opportunity because like I think, there's a personal settle thing,
but it's also a side of things, right, and whatever
(01:43:02):
we say about a person can impact their likelihood and
the likelihood of his family. Right, So is it bad
enough that you that you are okay impacting?
Speaker 2 (01:43:10):
I would say, he knows the level of of you know,
pain that it caused. And I think that and I agree,
and to listen where I do agree where he's like, well,
you know what it happened to him, but maybe I
could use this as an opportunity to help me and
whatever those things I think when you're friends with somebody
(01:43:30):
you know, and I'll and I'll make this a more
personal thing. I'll give you this one. So John's married
to Jane, and Jane ends up finding out that John
is out and he is stealing from the family and stealing,
you know, relationship, having sex with other people, and doing
all this rest of this stuff. Now, Jane has a
(01:43:50):
friend named Beth, and Beth is like, well, you guys
really weren't in love with each other, but you know what,
I'm kind of attracted to John. I don't think you
do stuff like that, Like that's you know, that's the
tamest version of this. But I just think that you've
got to stay away from stuff like that. You gott
to hire somebody else, right, exactly? Can't be that, yeah, Lydia,
(01:44:13):
anybody else here that I'm worth taking.
Speaker 12 (01:44:15):
Katrina has a theory that she told me she wanted to.
Speaker 2 (01:44:17):
Share with you. Katrina, I want to hear it.
Speaker 42 (01:44:22):
Okay, well, Joe, how are you?
Speaker 35 (01:44:25):
My theory is this guy is trying to get close
to your best friend, knowing.
Speaker 21 (01:44:29):
You guys are best friend, and he's trying to make
you guys enemies, and that's another way of hurting you.
Speaker 20 (01:44:34):
Doesn't your friend understand that? You know?
Speaker 2 (01:44:36):
I never thought about that. But that's interesting.
Speaker 6 (01:44:40):
Close friends should be smarter than that that you know,
there are no excuses for your friend.
Speaker 2 (01:44:46):
Yeah, I write.
Speaker 35 (01:44:47):
So that's how you're trying to hurt you through your
best friend.
Speaker 43 (01:44:50):
And that's another way of coming into your home and
ruining your friendship and your family.
Speaker 23 (01:44:56):
Think about it.
Speaker 4 (01:44:57):
If that person reached out to Woo Woo, I'm saying
a couple of months ago.
Speaker 2 (01:45:01):
I don't give any names. Yeah, another way to hurt you.
This is a cycle. Yeah, that's no, that's interesting. Go
back to what I was asked a question of who
would I fire right now from the show I'm rehiring Kevin.
Speaker 11 (01:45:17):
I'm black.
Speaker 6 (01:45:21):
Bye, guys. I feel like.
Speaker 1 (01:45:24):
I'm the older.
Speaker 19 (01:45:27):
By the way.
Speaker 2 (01:45:28):
We do have to talk about it. Shannon does have
one problem though, that we got to deal with. It
is a she does not know I'm gonna bring this up.
I don't bring this up right now.
Speaker 6 (01:45:36):
Oh God, I gotta go pee.
Speaker 2 (01:45:38):
What for the fifth time in the move into this
Eastern Market studios, she has forgotten her iPad at home
and have in pastimes She's either had to have somebody
drive it down to her or had to call uber
to do it, or something she had to go back.
Can somebody please call us up and tell us what
(01:45:58):
is the thing that Shannon can do on her iPad?
Because I know that there is something there where Shannon
doesn't alert to her phone that it says you've just
left your iPad behind.
Speaker 6 (01:46:07):
I actually do want to know how to do it.
If you missed the beginning of the show, I literally
did the first traffic report of the morning from my
car because I had to go back home and I
live about twenty minutes away from here. I took out
the garbage and iPad. I left my iPad on top
of the garbage while I was putting stuff in my
recycle bin.
Speaker 2 (01:46:24):
That's where it was so shock bracelet if you put
on your fine my on the iPad alert you when
it's not there with you or yeah.
Speaker 11 (01:46:32):
That's what it does for like my air pods. If
I have relieved them, it's like your air pods have
been left behind.
Speaker 2 (01:46:36):
Yeah, so you need to show me how to do it,
all right, We got to figure this out.
Speaker 19 (01:46:39):
Mom.
Speaker 6 (01:46:40):
She towed me how to do things on my phone.
Speaker 2 (01:46:42):
Because I have to be quite honest with you at
some point. It's like, maybe you buy two iPads and
leave one car at the studio. I thought about that
this morning. I'm like, all right, how much these iPads
a couple?
Speaker 6 (01:46:52):
How fast did I drive?
Speaker 2 (01:46:54):
I can't believe the limit? She goes, I'll be back
in twenty minutes. I'm like, it takes you twenty minutes
just to get it's your home. How are you going
back at twenty minutes? I think she actually literally broke
every law in the world to get home and get this.
Speaker 25 (01:47:06):
Sometimes you miss your ex, then you remember what a
douce baggy is, how awesome you are.
Speaker 1 (01:47:11):
Then you remember you don't miss him. Another War of
the Roses is after nine on Mojo.
Speaker 14 (01:47:15):
In the Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:47:16):
All right, we got to give you some jingle ball
tickets right now. It's a summer the ninth. It's happening
at Little Caesars Arena, starring Nelly and Shine Down. Your
chance to win right now. Eight four to four Mojo
Live eight four four sixty sixty five sixty five four
eight ninety fifth caller, good luck.
Speaker 14 (01:47:37):
Mojo in the Morning's dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (01:47:39):
I'm excited for War of the Roses to listen to
it again. If I could, I'd go on the podcast
and just get it now. But I have to do
the show and listen to this dirty on the thirty
War the Roses coming up at nine.
Speaker 6 (01:47:50):
What's going on, Shannon, so big story this morning. Corey Lewandowski,
you know him as President Donald Trump's campaign manager from
twenty sixteen and twenty twenty four, said ICE agents will
absolutely be at Bad Bunny super Bowl halftime.
Speaker 17 (01:48:04):
So your comments Corey on this, will ICE have enforcements
at the super Bowl for the Bad Bunny super Bowl
halftime show?
Speaker 18 (01:48:13):
Benny, there is nowhere that you can provide safe haven
to people who are in this country illegally, Not the
super Bowl and nowhere else. We will find you. We
will apprehend you, we will put you in a detention facility,
and we will deport you. So know that that is
a very real situation under this administration, which is completely
contrary to how it used to be. That said, you know, look,
the NFL has been so woke for so many years.
(01:48:34):
They finally decide to make a comeback. They finally had
people stand up for our great, our great national anthem.
Speaker 2 (01:48:40):
But remember these guys.
Speaker 18 (01:48:41):
Colin Kaepernick used to say, well, I wasn't being chosen
to play in the NFL team because I was kneeling. No,
you sucked, and that's why you weren't being played. You know,
That's why no team onto big yet because they're a business.
Speaker 14 (01:48:51):
Is the bottom line for.
Speaker 2 (01:48:53):
What it's worth.
Speaker 6 (01:48:55):
Federal agents ice are always placed outside inside of major
events like the Super Bowls.
Speaker 2 (01:48:59):
Just yeah, that's stupid comments to be making bad Bunny.
By the way, the more that I'm starting to think
of all the publicity that bad money is getting, doing
this halftime show is going to have probably, like I said,
the biggest race. H I'm seriously that the haters, when
the haters are talking about it and not liking this idea,
(01:49:20):
you know that they'll watch. They're still going to see
what it's all about.
Speaker 32 (01:49:25):
What you have in the bank.
Speaker 27 (01:49:27):
This is done your religion bank?
Speaker 2 (01:49:31):
Is this bad money right here? Tell you, I'm not
going to understand a word he says, but.
Speaker 12 (01:49:41):
I'm gonna like, you.
Speaker 2 (01:49:43):
Know what we should do is we should take a
group Spanish lesson as a show, get a high school
Spanish teacher to teach us, Okay, and have them just
teach us. We'll go through all the bad Money hits
and so we know exactly kind of like what it's
all about on the show.
Speaker 12 (01:50:00):
Why do you say y'all got me?
Speaker 2 (01:50:01):
For real? What's that?
Speaker 12 (01:50:03):
Guys?
Speaker 2 (01:50:03):
What do you guys have me? You you don't? Go ahead?
Speaker 35 (01:50:07):
What's it?
Speaker 2 (01:50:08):
I like it? Like that? I know?
Speaker 6 (01:50:11):
Or we could all just get those new AirPods that
automatically translate.
Speaker 4 (01:50:14):
I've got these off team the time Shot. They're supposed
to be able to translate in real time.
Speaker 2 (01:50:19):
Bad Bad Money song here, I'm not even gonna tell
you what the song is, but I want you to
tell me what Bad Money is saying. All right, I
know the song? Go ahead? What's he saying?
Speaker 1 (01:50:30):
On English?
Speaker 2 (01:50:31):
Only one word?
Speaker 11 (01:50:38):
I can't understand.
Speaker 2 (01:50:40):
I can speak slow Spanish. Not all right? Hold on,
let me give you another one here? Okay, you ready,
come on, beyond beat.
Speaker 12 (01:50:52):
I can translate that one.
Speaker 2 (01:50:53):
You already know that one. Here's another one here?
Speaker 12 (01:51:01):
Why did I just have to tell her what I'm not?
Speaker 2 (01:51:07):
We hope you have a year of goodwealth.
Speaker 6 (01:51:12):
In no time. That's gonna be happening, all right? In
Sync Considering an arena tour for their thirtieth anniversary, Lance, Joey, JC,
and Chris are in discussions.
Speaker 12 (01:51:22):
I want to leave them out.
Speaker 6 (01:51:24):
No, Justin come. They are in discussions with promoters. Truly,
this is happening. Who believe the four of them minus
Justin can still sell out major venues?
Speaker 2 (01:51:34):
Now?
Speaker 6 (01:51:35):
I know a previous offer was made for a stadium
tour last year. Justin was not interested at that time.
If he decides to join up with this one, the
tour could expand to stadiums and not just arenas. But
I know their appearance at the twenty twenty three MTV VMAs.
The song in the Trolls movie Bye Bye Bye was
in Deadpool. It's kind of like reinvigorated interest in sync,
(01:51:57):
so they're trying to capitalize on that. Speaking of reunion,
CBS plans to celebrate the thirtieth anniversary also of Everybody
Loves Raymond, with a ninety minute special. It's one of
my favorite favorite shows. Yeah, aired on CBS for nine
seasons starting in nineteen ninety six, earning sixty nine Emmy
nine nominations. Excuse me winning fifteen, but Ray Romana going
(01:52:21):
to be hosting this thing. Pretty much everybody who's still
alive will be back. Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton, the whole cast.
A tribute will be paid to Doris Roberts. Yeah, and
Peter Boyle, who have passed what's.
Speaker 2 (01:52:33):
The guy's name? This his brother on that show the
app Brad Garrett, Brad Garrett so funny.
Speaker 6 (01:52:37):
Yeah, So that's specially going to be airing on November twentieth.
If you were a fan, I love this story. A
Connecticut woman who won a record breaking one million, thirty
five and fifty five dollars on Tuesday ninth episode of
Wheel of Fortune. Okay, thirty four year old Christina I
don't even know how to say her last name, filmed
(01:52:59):
her appear It was back in May, Okay. Won over
a million dollars plus a trip to like Tokyo Montes.
She won all sorts of stuff, had to keep it
a secret from her boyfriend until Tuesday. From May until Tuesday,
she wasn't allowed to say anything.
Speaker 21 (01:53:15):
Pack of coyotes, nurst a nurse would work.
Speaker 2 (01:53:23):
You just want one million?
Speaker 19 (01:53:26):
Wow?
Speaker 6 (01:53:27):
She just started dating this guy before she went on
the show.
Speaker 11 (01:53:31):
She kept the seacrest.
Speaker 6 (01:53:33):
She really kept the secret, and she said she had
a watch party. She had a watch party. Her boyfriend
was out of town, so he was watching in Boston
where he was. I guess he freaked out when he
saw her win all of this money. And so yeah,
I mean after taxis six hundred and sixty grand.
Speaker 2 (01:53:51):
But in the midst of love making, she said, I
got a million dollars.
Speaker 6 (01:53:55):
Actually she said, he truly didn't know, except maybe he
saw a little pep in her spin.
Speaker 2 (01:54:00):
But maybe they went on the vacation and they're lying
to us or something. This is I don't who knows,
all right, I couldn't keep that a secret for that long.
Speaker 6 (01:54:07):
Yeah, And lastly, I do want to end because this
is a very very big story and actually a very
beautiful story. An update on that Grand Blank church shooting.
The family of the shooter, Thomas Jacob Samford, who killed
four people in that attack, says they are just overwhelmed
with gratitude for the support that they've received from members
(01:54:28):
of their faith that their own family member targeted. As
of last night, I saw members of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints have collectively so like
across the country, raised more than two hundred and twenty
five thousand dollars for Sanford's widow and his special needs
son and that little boy requires a lot of costly healthcare.
(01:54:51):
So the fundraising campaign very quickly went viral. Members like
I said, of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
day Saints, really from across the globe shouldn't eve and
say the nation from across the world donating to the
family of the man who hated their church, who hated
their faith, but want to support that's his wife and son.
Speaker 2 (01:55:11):
That right there is that's grace right there. That's amazing.
That's a godly move man. That's unbelievable. And by the way,
shout out to all the Jewish listeners, Yam kapors the
holiest holiday, the holiest holiday.
Speaker 6 (01:55:28):
So yes, if you missed anything from todays show, you
can always catch a catch up on the podcast on
that free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (01:55:35):

In minutes of Mojo in the Morning, You're called.

Speaker 2 (01:55:56):
Jingle Ball in Detroit is presented by Capitol One on
December the ninth, and Devin is going to the show
how are You?
Speaker 14 (01:56:07):

I love it. Who we excited to see a jingle Ball.
Have you seen shine Down live before? I have not
see I have not either, and I'm going to say
this to you. I'm gonna be full disclosure on this one.
I didn't even know Shindown. I knew their name, I
did not even know who they were. And I know
that there's some you know, pure rockers that are listening
(01:56:32):
to this right now going I told you so that
Mojo doesn't know, you know, and I'm and I've never
been a rocker, Devin. I've never been somebody. I think
the last time that I loved any big rock music
was like bon Jovi and you know, in those days.
But let me tell you something about Shinedown. I heard
a couple of their songs chance second show. It's a
(01:56:54):
song that I didn't even know was a band, Shinedown. Yeah,
I knew that song, but I'm like, oh my god,
I love it, and then I've learned their story in Devin,
I'm excited for them to be at jingle Ball. I
think just like jelly Roll a couple of years ago
has made me like a huge fan of jelly Roll.
Jingle Ball is gonna make me a huge fan of Shinedown.
So you gotta get me involved with Shine down, Okay,
(01:57:15):
I will do. I appreciate you. You winning these tickets. Man,

Speaker 20 (01:57:28):
We're going to see shined.
Speaker 2 (01:57:32):
On December the ninth. And the cool thing is you

the artist Nelly. We all grew up. How old are you?
Speaker 28 (01:57:40):
Thirty five?
Speaker 2 (01:57:41):
Okay? So you're oh man, So that's perfect. This is
prime for you. Thirty five years old. In the early
two thousands, you couldn't turn the radio on without hearing
a Nelly song. It's just amazing. So it's gonna be fun.

to the general public, go to ticketmaster dot com and
(01:58:02):
use the promo code Mojo m Ojo and they'll let
you buy tickets early. Hang on one second, Devin, all right,
it is Mojo in the morning. I did not know,
and I'm learning stuff new all the time. I did
not know that Anna, the newest member of the show,
Anna Rob, that she's into whole psychic stuff.
Speaker 11 (01:58:20):
Wha harol cards, Yeah, you're dealing with the devil there, no, no, no.
So if you have been listening, you might have heard
that I recently booked a flight to Pittsburgh to see
a man that I've been talking to. Well, yesterday I
(01:58:41):
received a sign from the universe that told me I
should cancel that flight. Here's what happened. So I had
already been a little hesitant about going to see him
because right after I booked the flight, like I literally
I sent him the confirmation code. I feel like right
after he got confirmation that I was actually coming, he
(01:59:02):
started acting a little weird, like a little distant, more
distant than he was before, Like he got what he
wanted and now he's laying off a little bit. And
I didn't like that. That's not what I need from him.
So I had brought it up to him, and he
also reacted very poorly, didn't own up to it, just
kind of said like I'm super busy, like you need
to chill out, And I'm like, well, you weren't busy
the week before that, when you were all over me
(01:59:24):
telling me to book this flight. So I was already
a little I was feeling some type of way. Yesterday
I was reading my zodiac because I do every day,
and I'm a Sagittarius, but I'm on the cusp of
being a Capricorn. But this is what it said. It
says it is possible to have a relationship with no drama.
(01:59:45):
The relationship that's causing you stress isn't passion, it's broken.
Stop confusing chaos with depth. When somebody treats you well consistently,
it's not a trap or a trick, it's what you deserve.
Tell me that's a sign. I was like, oh, okay,
this man is not treating me how I deserve to
be treated.
Speaker 2 (02:00:04):
Is that a sign? Or is that what a typical
astrology reading is? I mean, literally, go read Gemini and
I bet you I got one too, about saying something.
Speaker 11 (02:00:15):
Very applicable to where I'm at in my life. So
I think you're going to cancel the plot, so to.
Speaker 6 (02:00:18):
Tell it to be well, first, off. You know how
I feel about this from the very beginning. But if
you're looking for science and if already in your gut
you're reading that and being like, yeah, I should cancel,
I think you should cancel.
Speaker 20 (02:00:28):
I agree.
Speaker 43 (02:00:28):
Were you?
Speaker 4 (02:00:29):
Were you looking for signs? Like did you go looking
like in your spirit you like, I need a sign
and then you woke up and saw it is.
Speaker 11 (02:00:36):
I mean, I'm always looking for signs, angel number stuff.
I feel like, just tell me if I'm in the
right direction. I had already had this feeling in the
back of my head like why is he switching up?
Speaker 2 (02:00:46):
So I wouldn't say I was like looking for them,
but it was what is your reading? What is a
psychic reading? For today's.
Speaker 6 (02:00:57):
They always about love? For no, it just so happens
to be right now.
Speaker 11 (02:01:00):
Right recently it's been about love. It's like it knows
I'm going through it. This one says dang. This time
it's being harsh with me. It said, stop trying to
be in love. The feeling that you taste isn't love,
it's relief from being alone with yourself. The next relationship
will fail to if you keep using people as mirrors.
Put down the dating apps. Look what you're running from.
Speaker 2 (02:01:21):
Well, you're not doing a dating with this one here,
want real quick pull up aries once.
Speaker 11 (02:01:26):
On No, because it's like it's co star. It's set
for me. It just shows me what mine is.
Speaker 2 (02:01:32):
All right. Let me let me first argue with that.
Let me ask listeners. I want to know if you've
ever not done something because you're astrology reading that day
told you not to. But then I also want to
give him fairness. This guy has been busy lately because
he's playing in the NFL. His team that he plays
for was just in Dublin five or send me some
(02:01:56):
flower because he's got to focus. At first off, the
guy's got to focus on his career.
Speaker 6 (02:02:01):
If he poops, he has time to text her back.
Speaker 11 (02:02:06):
And it's also.
Speaker 4 (02:02:08):
No, I mean interesting thing you say, because I've been
in these situations before. It's like there's and not say
he got you, but there's a thrill in the chase
where that communication period leading up to you actually booking
the ticket, Like I'm chasing the thought of you actually coming,
and then once I realize you are coming, Okay, I'll
(02:02:29):
just wait till you get here.
Speaker 2 (02:02:30):
Yeah, you know what I mean, Like I'm already. I've
already got it. He's in a comfort zone right now
where he's just waiting for your moment to be there.
Speaker 6 (02:02:37):
But I feel like this should be the exciting time
when you guys are like talking about what you're gonna
do when she comes.
Speaker 2 (02:02:44):
When we talked previous, and I don't want it.
Speaker 11 (02:02:46):
When we talked previously, that's exactly how it was. He's like, Ooh,
I get to see you in three days.
Speaker 12 (02:02:51):
Yeah, that's what I want.
Speaker 2 (02:02:52):
Hey, Nicole, what's up?
Speaker 9 (02:02:54):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (02:02:55):
Hi?
Speaker 10 (02:02:57):
I was just calling in because I can relate to
not doing things because your astrology or your gut tells
you not to.
Speaker 20 (02:03:04):
Like, for example, my fiance and my family can contest
to this.
Speaker 10 (02:03:09):
Usually I'm like, hey, we cannot go somewhere because there's
going to be for the smallest example, there's going to
be some kind of fight, or the Michigan State Fair,
for example. I just knew something bad was going to
happen when we went last year and there was, you know,
something horrible actually happened. Yeah, And I just listened to
(02:03:29):
my gut and my feeling, and I'm.
Speaker 2 (02:03:31):
Gut is fine, right, I think gut is good. But
do you think listening to an astrology report is gut.
Speaker 20 (02:03:38):
Not necessarily so.
Speaker 36 (02:03:40):
I used to go off astrology, but then I felt
like more of my third eye was opening, and I
felt like I was being guided by something around me
more than astrology.
Speaker 2 (02:03:53):
All right, if that's the case, then that's fine. But
if Anna's reading the sign or the symbol that I
had a sign today, what's your sign? I read an
astrology report. Now did you have that sign before you
read the astrology report? Or did that astrology report? And
I'll give you a sign.
Speaker 11 (02:04:07):
It's just furthering my gut feeling.
Speaker 2 (02:04:09):
Okay, Spencer, what's going on?
Speaker 43 (02:04:12):
Hey?
Speaker 2 (02:04:12):
How's it going good? What do you think about this?
Anna's going to cancel her trip to Pittsburgh to visit
this NFL guy because her reading that she just read.
Speaker 8 (02:04:23):
I genuinely think the astrology people are a little crazy.
They leave those things bag for a reason.
Speaker 14 (02:04:29):
They want you to draw.
Speaker 1 (02:04:30):
Conclusions could be?
Speaker 2 (02:04:34):
Could be would you date a girl that was all
into astrology? Spencer?
Speaker 14 (02:04:40):
I would, but I just would try to steer her
away from it the best I could.
Speaker 2 (02:04:45):
Would you do it against her? And would you say
my astrology report said today that we're going to go
have Fellatio in the other.
Speaker 6 (02:04:57):
Yeah, exactly, astrology people aside. I'm simply saying, if Anna
has a I don't think I should go bucket already,
and she's looking for things to put in it, and
these two astrology posts are she's like, oh, this is
another thing for my bucket. Here's another thing for my bucket.
Then it's like you're already looking for excuses to not go,
and you're trying to make things fit into that bucket.
(02:05:20):
So it's like you you've already made up your mind.
You just need to pull the trigger.
Speaker 22 (02:05:23):
Alison, Hello, I mean now hearing what the previous college
just said, but I just feel like that's crazy. I
feel like that's crazy to cancel a trip that one
you already paid for because of your astrology reader. But
then again, I'm not into astrology. I don't believe in
that type of stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:05:45):
Yeah I do, crazy, Miss fit Tony. Give us a
little sense and sensibility here. You're not an astrology guy,
are you.
Speaker 1 (02:06:00):
I'm not giving you nothing for Anna.
Speaker 20 (02:06:02):
Anna is off her rocker.
Speaker 35 (02:06:05):
What are you doing?
Speaker 9 (02:06:08):
Listen? Astrologies are satan. You don't listen to Satan for information.
You praise and give God the praise for discernment.
Speaker 2 (02:06:18):
Okay, but she's into astrology. Okay, I get it, Tony,
I get it. There's those that are doing that are
not into it. Well, let me ask you this question.
Give all of a sudden, you woke up one morning
and you had a dream and the Lord came to
you in the dream and told you to quit everything
that you're doing right now, give all your money to Mojo,
(02:06:39):
and then you become a Mojo disciple. Would you do
that or would your second guess?
Speaker 9 (02:06:43):
Of course?
Speaker 2 (02:06:44):
Not? Of course not?
Speaker 43 (02:06:46):
Of course?
Speaker 2 (02:06:47):
Why not means God? God came to me in my
dream last night, Tony, and he said, Tony needs to
pay me.
Speaker 9 (02:06:55):
All you got to do is say Mojo, say Tony, bro,
I need twenty bands and I'm gonna.
Speaker 28 (02:07:00):
Look out for that.
Speaker 5 (02:07:01):
I like it.
Speaker 2 (02:07:03):
That's good.
Speaker 9 (02:07:04):
I got you too, because.
Speaker 1 (02:07:05):
We're both aries. Okay.
Speaker 2 (02:07:12):
Yeah, she brings up a good point. How are you
gonna throw her under this thing? But yet you're still
an guy into astrology?
Speaker 9 (02:07:20):
Yeah, I'll say we both as I did saying nothing
about them worshiping.
Speaker 2 (02:07:27):
He's making no sense right now. He's like, I'm an aries.
I do this ole bit.
Speaker 4 (02:07:33):
I was gonna saying in defense of the Pittsburgh guy,
they did play in Ireland last week.
Speaker 6 (02:07:37):
Yes, travel schedule is a five seconds.
Speaker 2 (02:07:41):
I've never been to Ireland.
Speaker 6 (02:07:42):
I don't know what goes on over there an internet?
Speaker 2 (02:07:48):
What's okay?
Speaker 23 (02:07:51):
I just wanted to say that as a woman, I
think our tuition is always spot on.
Speaker 24 (02:07:56):
So if you have a gut feeling that you shouldn't go,
then just don't.
Speaker 2 (02:08:00):
I think Shannon said it best that if you're you're
already putting stuff into a note bucket, you've got to
know on your mind, you know, make him come here.
Then you're at least on your own hometown. What do
you think the odds are that Anna and him are
hanging with each other in December the twenty first, or
she doesn't go there, is he going to say, I'll
(02:08:22):
go with the next girl that comes out? He gonna
respond with he's here. I want to know how many
girls this guy brings out over the course of the season.
We got to find out from the hotel that you booked.
Did he give you the hotel the book or no,
you just booked your own. Are we going to find
out from his you know, whoever is his apartment manager
(02:08:43):
or whatever.
Speaker 1 (02:08:44):
Do you look at what.
Speaker 2 (02:08:45):
Signs you're compatible with and like lead in that direction?
Speaker 11 (02:08:48):
Not as much?
Speaker 2 (02:08:49):
No, is he even compatible?
Speaker 6 (02:08:51):
There are people who do that, like do that and
we'll say no to a date into it, but like
I still look at it all right On.
Speaker 2 (02:09:00):
In the morning, Detroit, don't listen, risk you.
Speaker 15 (02:09:05):
Toledo, three grade stations, one stupid show.
Speaker 19 (02:09:11):
This is Mojo in the Morning Live.
Speaker 2 (02:09:15):
War of the Roses. Time to bust a cheater. Text
cheater to nine five five zero zero if you want
to get on with us catching cheaters.
Speaker 1 (02:09:23):
I'm proud of it.
Speaker 14 (02:09:24):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (02:09:25):
Get your home for Woar of the Roses on Mojo
in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (02:09:28):
Amelia, why do you think that your boyfriend is cheating
on you?
Speaker 21 (02:09:34):
I think he's been cheating because I've never been to
his house before. We only go to hotel rooms together,
and it just feels really weird for me.
Speaker 2 (02:09:44):
So wait, so you guys only hang out in hotel rooms?
Speaker 14 (02:09:49):
Do you?
Speaker 21 (02:09:49):
Guys usually just picks me up, We go to hotel rooms,
we go do things, you know, we go places.
Speaker 20 (02:09:55):
But just not to his house.
Speaker 6 (02:09:57):
So does he give you a reason for why you
never go back to his place.
Speaker 21 (02:10:01):
He says in his house as messy. He just doesn't
like his house.
Speaker 2 (02:10:06):
And but yet he takes you out and about, like
he takes you guys. Where where do you guys go
hang out with each other?
Speaker 21 (02:10:13):
So we go to malls and restaurants like places like that,
but not to his house.
Speaker 6 (02:10:20):
And this has been going on for how long.
Speaker 20 (02:10:23):
It's been going on for a year?
Speaker 2 (02:10:25):
Has he ever been to your place?
Speaker 20 (02:10:29):
He asked?
Speaker 10 (02:10:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:10:30):
And when he's at your place, does he end up
living with you?
Speaker 25 (02:10:34):
Or?
Speaker 14 (02:10:34):
Like?
Speaker 2 (02:10:35):
What I mean by that is he doesn't just come
over and leave, like, does he like start spending more
time with you, like almost like he's a roommate.
Speaker 21 (02:10:45):
It's not that I don't get the impression that he
doesn't have a house.
Speaker 2 (02:10:49):
Yeah, Because my thing is, I'm wondering what would be
his reasoning of not going And could he be living
like some kind of a with his mom maybe or
a double life. Maybe he's a married guy.
Speaker 11 (02:11:00):
Yeah, but he's taken her out in public.
Speaker 2 (02:11:05):
But you hear these, You hear these, and that's true.
You know, if he's taking you out in public, then
I guess that that's not the case.
Speaker 20 (02:11:13):
I just hope that I'm overreacting, and that's it.
Speaker 2 (02:11:16):
I've known guys that have taken girls out, and when
they've taken girls out, they've taken them out to places
that aren't even close. Like the guy lived in uh
West Bloomfield and he would take girls to ann Arbor
all the time, and it was because he just didn't
know anybody that was out in ann Arbor.
Speaker 4 (02:11:34):
Did you already say how long y'all have been together?
How long you've been dating?
Speaker 48 (02:11:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 20 (02:11:38):
One year?
Speaker 2 (02:11:39):
All right. Well, in the year that you guys are
seeing each other, you guys are spending a lot of
money at hotels. Hopefully that you guys have some kind
of rewards program. What is the one that you always
used to talk about. Yeah, hopefully you get free hotels
out of this deal. But we're going to call him
up to see where he's going to send a dozen
free roses, and we're hoping that they go to Amelia.
(02:12:01):
Can you mute your phone? Okay, all right, mute it?
All right? Where the roses?
Speaker 6 (02:12:22):
Hello, I'm looking for Nathan Babies.
Speaker 14 (02:12:28):
This is him.
Speaker 6 (02:12:29):
Hi Nathan, my name is Nicole and I'm calling you
this morning from a new online floral company called Roses
bloom dot com with an offer for some free flowers
if you happen to have thirty seconds to answer some
survey questions in exchange for a dozen long stemmed red
roses that can be shipped out later today. Would you
be interested? If it's totally free.
Speaker 28 (02:12:53):
It's like, are you gonna need my credit card or something?
Speaker 6 (02:12:56):
Nope, nothing like that. Just some information about the person
that they're they're going to, but not their credit card information.
Speaker 29 (02:13:04):
And it's and it's free right there.
Speaker 16 (02:13:05):
You're not gonna like charge me after it times?
Speaker 6 (02:13:08):
No, it is totally free. Can I ask you the question?
Speaker 9 (02:13:14):
Yeah, I guess.
Speaker 6 (02:13:15):
Okay, have you purchased flowers in the last six months? Nathan? No, Okay,
do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?
Speaker 2 (02:13:27):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (02:13:29):
I don't know.
Speaker 16 (02:13:30):
Maybe Okay.
Speaker 6 (02:13:32):
As a thank you for participating in that roses bloom
dot com survey, I'm now authorized to provide you with
that dozen long stem read roses. So I need a
first and a last name of who you want these
to go out to today, and they can be anywhere
in the country.
Speaker 28 (02:13:46):
Actually, okay, we could do Tina.
Speaker 6 (02:14:00):
Okay, And I need a telephone number for Tina.
Speaker 2 (02:14:05):
It's it's two.
Speaker 6 (02:14:15):
Okay, And what's her relationship to you? She's my wife, Okay,
And Nathan, we do something unique at rosesboom dot com
and instead of sending a paper card with the flowers,
we send a text message alerting, in this case Tina
that she has a delivery. And then we're going to
(02:14:36):
record a voice memo here in just a moment, and
then she'll be able to play that and know who
the flowers are from. So whatever you would write on
a card, it could be a little longer than that
in the voice memo. Okay, Okay, all right, here we
go three two one.
Speaker 16 (02:14:56):
Hey babe, I love you so much. You're my everything.
You're the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Speaker 6 (02:15:07):
Okay, And Nathan, I also have to let you know
that this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes.
Are you okay with that?
Speaker 9 (02:15:15):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (02:15:16):
Yeah, great, Nathan. I'm gonna jump on here and just
get everything wrapped up and then we're gonna send those
flowers off. Okay. I just wanted to ask one last question,
or at least give you one last bit of information. Okay,
It sure, all right, Nathan. While we've been calling you
and you are sending the flowers to your wife. Your
(02:15:38):
girlfriend Amelia was listening in and just heard every single
word that you just said. What Nathan, this is the mojo.
This is the mojo in the morning show. And we
were doing a thing called the War the Roses, and
(02:15:58):
your girlfriend Amelia call this up to see where you
were going to send flowers to and now just found
out that you have a wife. And he hung up.
We got to call the that number and uh yeah,
and then we got to We're gonna Amelia, we're gonna
(02:16:21):
call We're gonna call that number of his wife, and
we're going to try to continue to call him and
we're going to see what we can get. What are
we going to say to the wife? I think we
got to tell the wife, don't you.
Speaker 21 (02:16:33):
No, I don't think we should tell the wife anything.
I don't want to be involved in this. This is
like way over my head. Now, just just forget about it.
I'm sorry that I did this. I didn't realize he
could really have a wife.
Speaker 2 (02:16:48):
You didn't. You don't think that that's a possibly. You
didn't think that was a possibility going into this guy
that takes you just to a hotel all the time.
Then she hung up of them. Hang on one second, Cheeter.
Speaker 1 (02:17:03):
Cheeter, pumpkin eater Mojo in the mornings wore the Roses.
Speaker 2 (02:17:07):
Guy who is married with a girl that he's been
seeing on the side for a good period of time,
only taking her out to hotels, never inviting her back
to his place. Well, their's seems like the obvious. And
I at that point right there, and I'm gonna, you know,
(02:17:28):
tell you And this is one that I think that
you know, listeners may be disagreeing with me or pissed
off at me for saying this. I think this is
Amelia's fault. And I'm going to go on record and
explain why. Because Amelia, you're with him for a year
and he's not taking you to his house, and he's
saying that his house is messy or dirty. I'm like, going,
(02:17:49):
all right, we're doing a drive by your house and
let me clean it for you. Let me, you know,
figure out a way to make help you with this,
saying learn more about this. Don't put yourself in a
position where you sit there and you go, okay. Well,
I wish I would have asked more questions. Ask the
questions if the guy is not bringing you back to
his house. Something's off and he's only taking you to
(02:18:10):
hotels where you guys are just having sacks, or he's
just taking you out to specific places, like she said,
the malls and stores and stuff, which I get that
maybe seems like a little bit wild if he's married,
but where's he lived.
Speaker 4 (02:18:25):
Look, first off, is his fault, yes, But secondly, some
people it's her fault too.
Speaker 2 (02:18:30):
She's got to take some ownership for it.
Speaker 4 (02:18:31):
Cab, he'd a marry one, so is his faught Definitely,
she has to take some ownership. But my second point
is some people enjoy such a good time that they
don't want to mess it up by knowing the truth.
And I think that's more of what's happening in Amelia's case.
They're going to the hotels. They probably not some regular
rinking dink motel. He brought her putting up in something nice.
They going to malls, like you said, so obviously he's
(02:18:52):
buying her stuff. She don't want to mess up with
good thing.
Speaker 6 (02:18:54):
I understand that, keV. But at some point you have
to face the reality of the situation and go, Okay,
it's been a year, I want more. Something's off here.
This is a needs a red flag.
Speaker 2 (02:19:05):
Well, her this was off a thing was to call
us up and do war of the roses, which we
always appreciate. But I'd like to know if there's any
people that have ever encountered what now she's going to
be faced with and we're faced with too. Do you
say something now to the wife after you know that
this just happened. Natalie is on with us right now.
What's going on? Natalie?
Speaker 29 (02:19:23):
How are you.
Speaker 27 (02:19:25):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (02:19:26):
First time call her?
Speaker 20 (02:19:27):
Longtime?
Speaker 9 (02:19:27):
Listen?
Speaker 2 (02:19:31):
Natalie? What do you think?
Speaker 7 (02:19:34):
I think that someone, if not you, guys, needs to
call the wife. She's walking around looking like a fool
for what we know, for just at least a year.
So I just don't think that people should protect the
piece of the wrong person, and Nathan is the wrong
person's piece.
Speaker 8 (02:19:52):
To protect right now.
Speaker 2 (02:19:53):
So you think that she she deserves a phone call.
Speaker 7 (02:19:57):
The wife deserves to know that her husband is cheating.
Speaker 2 (02:20:00):
Okay, all right, thank you for the call. We appreciate it.
Speaker 28 (02:20:04):
Thank you, guys.
Speaker 11 (02:20:05):
I would give him the option to tell her first.
I would be like, yo, if you're not going to
tell her, I'm going to tell her. But give him that.
Speaker 2 (02:20:12):
If we could get him back on the phone. We
would probably think about doing that. He's not answering our
calls after that call. What's up, Joe? Yeah, I think you.
Speaker 33 (02:20:22):
Guys should tell the wife. By the way, good morning, Good.
Speaker 12 (02:20:25):
Morning, Joe.
Speaker 28 (02:20:27):
How you doing, guys?
Speaker 2 (02:20:28):
Good? Have you ever been on with us? Joe? I
have a few times.
Speaker 23 (02:20:32):
I always get you guys early in the morning on
the three am Amazon runs.
Speaker 12 (02:20:36):
I love it.
Speaker 9 (02:20:37):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (02:20:37):
Thanks for listening to us. We appreciate it. Hey, Joe,
so you say personally the wife needs to know about it.
Do you think that Amelia has any say so in
this she doesn't want us to call?
Speaker 33 (02:20:50):
I mean, I mean, I think the wife deserves a
call when she gets the flowers, to let her.
Speaker 28 (02:20:57):
Know that she won a contest.
Speaker 2 (02:20:59):
Okay, interesting, that's interesting. Send the flowers and explain the contest.
Explain these are flowers from the mojo in the morning
War of the Roses, And if she knows anything about
the show, maybe showed a question and wonder what the
whole story was about. That's actually an interesting thought there, Shepherd.
What do you think? What are the roses?
Speaker 32 (02:21:20):
First time, long time listener? Oh, I would say like
this I've been with my wife for like seventeen years.
What I don't know won't hurt so the way I
feel for my wife right now, I wouldn't want to know.
If I don't find out myself, I wouldn't want to know.
Speaker 2 (02:21:41):
So if your wife were to be out with some
dude in the hotel and you knew that somebody had
that information, you would be fine not knowing that information.
You don't want to know it.
Speaker 32 (02:21:53):
If I knew that somebody knew that information, I would
know myself.
Speaker 4 (02:21:58):
See, ignorance is bliss, what you say, And I'm telling
you there's pain and information, but.
Speaker 6 (02:22:05):
Information.
Speaker 2 (02:22:06):
I'm telling you, man, you'll be grateful for knowing it.
Speaker 32 (02:22:10):
If that's the case, you would have people running to
you all day trying to destroy.
Speaker 16 (02:22:15):
What you have.
Speaker 6 (02:22:18):
And in this case, it's true because you just are
we talking about are we talking about a millionaire? Because
we know that this is.
Speaker 32 (02:22:27):
True, We're talking about it in general because anyone could
come to you and say that your significant other is doing.
Speaker 4 (02:22:35):
This or doing this is a very specific situation. We're
talking about this particular situation.
Speaker 2 (02:22:40):
What do you think, Shepherd about Amelia being the one
that makes that phone call and if she does it
in due time, is it okay she was involved.
Speaker 32 (02:22:49):
Those who have the right to inform the white Yes,
they do. But other than that, I don't think no
one else has the okay, no is my my business?
Speaker 2 (02:23:01):
Yeah all right, Yeah, I respect you for that. He
stands on. He's not going to be swayed. What's up, Alexis?
How you doing, hi, Alexis? What are we doing? Are
we singing? What was going on?
Speaker 23 (02:23:15):
I'm good?
Speaker 9 (02:23:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 24 (02:23:16):
First time call her?
Speaker 23 (02:23:17):
Love?
Speaker 2 (02:23:20):
What's happening, Alexis? Your thoughts?
Speaker 24 (02:23:22):
So, honestly, I do agree with everybody else she probably
should know, But I also think about like what their
life situation is and if they have kids, and like
I personally would want to protect the children, and honestly,
like it's bad overall, and.
Speaker 35 (02:23:39):
She should know, but maybe not in such a messy way.
I think that he should admit to her, But I
just I don't know.
Speaker 20 (02:23:48):
It just I feel like it was just it just
is going to be so messy.
Speaker 2 (02:23:53):
Yeah, you know, And honestly, we don't want it to
be a messy situation. And I do think if Alexis
were or to have said, hey, I want to do this,
I'm going to make this. I think it's in fairness.
She's in the story. We're just the people that are
part of the picture by making the phone call. Even
though I know that we should take ownership for what
(02:24:14):
we did by doing this, but I don't think it's
our story to tell, and I think unfortunately that's the
problem that we have here. I wanted her to do it.
I thought that that would be interesting if we could
call and make that call. We've been trying to call
him and he is not even picking up a phone call.
As matter of fact, it's almost as if he's got
(02:24:35):
us blocked. Now, Amanda, what's going on? It's Mojoe in
the morning. How are you real quick, Amanda? Before you
talk Lydia, do you got anybody that has ever been
in this situation where they had to think about whether
or not to call or not call?
Speaker 12 (02:24:52):
Sorry it was taking a call.
Speaker 2 (02:24:53):
No, it's okay. Do we have anybody that's been in
this situation? Because I always like the personal stories of
the people that are that have been in it.
Speaker 12 (02:25:00):
Yeah, So Chris online four okay said she was in
this situation? Right then, let me grab you have to
hear what happened to her? Okay, I'm gonna grab Amanda
first and I'm gonna go Chris.
Speaker 2 (02:25:07):
You next. What's up, Amanda, Hi, guys, good morning.
Speaker 23 (02:25:12):
I'm actually feeling different. I think he knew it was
you guys calling, and that's why he sent them to
his life, because if you listen to his Messa, she's like,
you're the love.
Speaker 2 (02:25:21):
Of my life and I love you. Interesting.
Speaker 23 (02:25:23):
So I think, honestly, I think he knew it was
you guys, and he's thought maybe his wife suspects he's,
you know, with the other girl, and he was playing
it safe.
Speaker 2 (02:25:33):
You know, that is a very interesting theory. I never
thought of that through this whole thing. I didn't get
any of the he knews who we are type thing,
But that's interesting and I think we shoun explore that
because but if he.
Speaker 6 (02:25:47):
Was smart, then he knows what he's doing on the side,
he would have hung up.
Speaker 2 (02:25:51):
Well, or if your wife's a big listener of the show.
Speaker 6 (02:25:56):
Like you cannot deny any other year long relationships.
Speaker 2 (02:26:01):
Yeah, I don't know. I I'll say this. I think
if you're gonna lose a relationship, lose the the hotel woman,
don't lose your wife. What's up crass.
Speaker 31 (02:26:11):
Hey, good morning everybody.
Speaker 2 (02:26:13):
How are you this situation? Before explain, I was the.
Speaker 31 (02:26:18):
Wife and how I found out was while I was
giving birth to our youngest child, he was with this
person and he had impregnated her. And nine months later
or so, while I'm dealing with all the kids running
around the house trying to be a good wife and mother,
(02:26:38):
the door bell ring, okay, and there she was with
the child that looked exactly like my youngest child. And
I wish somebody had Now, I know this was not
the first time, and I subsequently found that out during
all of during the divorce and everything else. But I
(02:27:01):
think looking back, I mean, I love my children, I
love them to death, and I'm glad I have had them,
but kid number two and three would not have existed
had I known, because that took away my self esteem.
And you know, I mean, I'm dealing with my youngness
(02:27:22):
with special needs, so I'm also dealing with the special needs.
And this woman who said to me, I just found
out about you. Now I don't know if that that's true.
Speaker 2 (02:27:34):
Oh really, you don't believe her that you thought that
maybe she knew about you?
Speaker 31 (02:27:37):
Was still doing you know what, I tried to have
a relationship between my three kids and her kids, because
it wasn't the kid's fault. We were the adults, and
so I'm kind to her, I'm respectful to her. But
come on, the signs were there. He was seeing her
(02:27:59):
on just once or twice a month. He was taking
her on weekend trips, you know, and would introduced her
to a family. And he came from a huge, huge,
huge family.
Speaker 2 (02:28:11):
So similar to what this guy is doing just going
to the hotels and kind of alien quick question because
I'm running short on time, not to listen. Do your
kids see this woman's kids and you're do all the
kids see each other?
Speaker 31 (02:28:25):
Yes?
Speaker 22 (02:28:26):
Yeah, well they do?
Speaker 2 (02:28:27):
I mean, uh, and do the kids? Do the kids
know the circumstances or do they just kind of think
this so they do? Yeah?
Speaker 31 (02:28:34):
Now they do. You know, I have to admit that
I was a very vindictive b t H when I
filed for divorce. Yeah, and I have to admit that
I did wrong by my kids by telling them all
the horrible things their father did.
Speaker 2 (02:28:50):
Can you regret that?
Speaker 31 (02:28:51):
And oh, by the way, I do. I do regret it,
because you know, they're grown now and they've got lives
of their own, and and I was, I think deliberately
trying to put a wedge between them and their father
to make me feel better.
Speaker 2 (02:29:09):
Yeah, that's big of you to say. That's a that's
a tough situation, man, that is a rough one. I
liked what you said though. I like that if you
would have found out, you probably wouldn't have your kids.
So the blessing is you have your kids. Thank you
for the call. I appreciate you, Chris, Thank you guys.
Speaker 31 (02:29:25):
All right, bye.
Speaker 46 (02:29:28):

absolutely trying beers that he has no idea the percent
of alcohol that's in. It so he would take a
sip and he'd be, like, OH i don't like, That
zach drink. That SO i had at one point three
(02:39:33):
beers in front of me That i'm just trying to
drink while he's drinking his one Angry.

Orchard it's not a, beer by the, way, STORY i

Orchard AND i don't. Care people do not look at
me like a beer. Drinker and they don't think angry
orchards are real. Beer they call them hard, Sliders AND

if you guys will relate to, this because if you
don't have, it you may not do this flash. Lights,
No i'm Not no you're getting no, no, no, no no.
No it has nothing to do with. That let me
(02:50:22):
just get into the. STORY i was just saying. That
that was actually just me setting up the. CONVERSATION i
really didn't need any. PARTICIPATIONS i am obsessed with ring.
ALERTS i don't know if you if you have a ring,
camera you get ring. Alerts if you're in your settings
there you say it's okay to get ring. Alerts and
they're basically the alerts that come up from other ring
(02:50:45):
users of things that are going on in the. Neighborhood
AND i say this, FACETIOUSLY i am not really obsessed
with ring. ALERTS i actually want to stop this. Thing
BUT i know that the moment THAT i stopped the ring,
alerts it's going to say that there's some kind of
a crazed man on the loose and he's in my.
Neighborhood And i'm not going to actually get the alert
BECAUSE i stopped because ready for this. One everything from
(02:51:08):
a tiger that looks like a cat is on the.
LOOSE i actually put, these by the, way a.
Speaker 6 (02:51:13):
Cat that looks like a, TIGER a tiger.
Speaker 2 (02:51:17):
Looking like a cat is on the. Loose that was
one of the ones that would happen in my. Neighborhood,
which by the, WAY i put these in my. Prep
if you want to use these and look at, these
you guys can go look at my mojo topics THAT
i put in BECAUSE i actually got. It and if
you look at the picture of the, tiger it kind
of does just look like a. Cat it does not
(02:51:37):
look like a. TIGER i don't. Know it, says a
tiger looking like a cat is on the, loose WHICH
i think he meant a cat looking like a tiger
like you thought to but it just looks like a.
Cat to the other one is someone is breaking into.
CARS i like that. One to another one THAT i
have is who lost? POWER i always get. Those it's
(02:51:57):
always people. TOO i found your, five, yes five. Parrots
did you hear? It see this? One look at. This
somebody actually put this in and, says maybe someone has
lost their. Parrots there are five of them flying. Together lime,
green AND i think one is dark blue and has orange.
(02:52:18):
Feet this was this was two point eight miles away
from my house that this, happened and it was on
like a power of wire that it was that it
was happening to. IT i look at these ring alerts
all the, time and WHEN i look at these ring,
ALERTS i think to, myself why are people actually doing,
this going out taking a picture of it and then
sending it to everybody? Else you have that much time
(02:52:39):
on your hands that you're doing. This but THEN i,
realize if you're the person that lost your, birds you're
gonna want to know WHERE.
Speaker 4 (02:52:47):
I seen a crazy. ONE i sent it as a
topic with a picture BECAUSE i couldn't believe.
Speaker 2 (02:52:51):
It this is what it.
Speaker 4 (02:52:52):
Is it's a picture of a dog that looked like
it's been through some. Things and is it found him
Last october and we been looking for his. Owner they
done kept the dogs.
Speaker 2 (02:53:03):
Last and they're still trying to post. It what it's
almost On? Ober, no we're In. October why do You
why do they not tell you that's.
Speaker 6 (02:53:11):
The first time they're. Posting, yeah what is?
Speaker 25 (02:53:14):
It?
Speaker 2 (02:53:14):
Why why you?
Speaker 14 (02:53:15):
Know we kept? Them we.
Speaker 6 (02:53:16):
Tried we don't like.
Speaker 28 (02:53:17):
Them.
Speaker 6 (02:53:17):
Anymore so is this owners still looking For.
Speaker 2 (02:53:21):
You would say that you would think that you would
let somebody excellently know ahead of. Time there's some children
right now that lost their, pet their family, pet and
it's not. There eight four Four Mojo live eight four
four six six five six five four. EIGHT i want
to know what's the craziest neighborhood watch alert that you've ever?
Seen either on ring OR i know that you might
have A facebook. Page we also have a Neighborhood facebook page.
(02:53:43):
Too and aside from the people that are trying to
find somebody that you, know can fix something at their,
house does anybody know a, reputable you, know whatever it?
Is aside from, that it's usually the complaining. Neighbors and
it's always the three that are by my. House and
one of the people's name Is, karen and she's always
she's always. Complaining and her real name Is karen for some,
(02:54:05):
reason because it attaches to your Real.
Speaker 11 (02:54:07):
Facebook in, college we had ring, cameras or my friends
had ring cameras outside of their college, houses and it
was so funny to watch them after a night out
because you could see how everyone stumbled in or somebody
fell before they got to the front.
Speaker 2 (02:54:24):
Door did anybody ever ring alert the entire neighborhood about
them at? All or no it ever come, up not
THAT i know.
Speaker 11 (02:54:30):
Of but, shoot that was The East lancing so that's
probably some crazy things.

For East lancing once because Of luke's.
Speaker 6 (02:54:38):
Apartment all the, time there has to be stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:54:41):

said semi long haired guy that looks Like Morgan, wallin
you know WHAT i? Mean, like but CAN i tell
you that the? Thing chelsea gets mad at me WHEN
i call her, Up Like i'll call her sometimes if
we're here at work And i'll, say, hey the ring
alert just went off and somebody said that there's a
guy going door to, door, know trying to sell windows
(02:55:01):
and they think he's a. Scammer and she'll, Go i'll
handle it like she's like She's she's, like you don't
have to call and tell me that. Alert she doesn't
want me to alert her about the alert that. Happened anna,
Listener anna Not ariana rob, Here, diana good, morning what's?
Happening good? Morning hi.
Speaker 48 (02:55:21):

thought it was kind of. Funny in the middle of
the night life, NIGHT i got an alert someone said
what was that?
Speaker 31 (02:55:31):
Noise and then there were.
Speaker 48 (02:55:33):
A couple of.
Speaker 24 (02:55:33):
Responses the next response was how long is the?
Speaker 48 (02:55:37):
String and then the next response was how high is the?
Speaker 20 (02:55:41):
SKY i thought it was.
Speaker 48 (02:55:42):
So goofy like because the person didn't indicate what the
noise was or were They.
Speaker 6 (02:55:48):
Now CAN i tell you something? Mine that happens all the.
Time did anybody else just hear that? Noise and it's, like,

Speaker 12 (02:55:56):
Noise?
Speaker 3 (02:55:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 20 (02:55:58):
Exactly ALTHOUGH i get how long is the?
Speaker 2 (02:56:00):
STRING i get worried because we get some of those
ring alerts, sometimes and one of the ring alerts WAS
i just heard. Gunshots, Yes and then you never get
the answer to what was the? Gunshots and you start,
REALIZING i, mean who. Knows it could have been a car,
backfiring it could have been any firework or. Whatever the
(02:56:21):
funny thing, IS i got a guy with a cannon
in my, neighborhood and nobody's alerting anybody about the cannon,
Guy but they're alerting you about the birds flying in the.
Sky what's going? On how you, doing?
Speaker 1 (02:56:32):

Speaker 2 (03:01:37):
Stephen SINCE i was a, kid he's the. Owner i've
had a passion for.
Speaker 49 (03:01:40):
It trade a, prey falconry and dog, training so animal
husbandry is my calling in.
Speaker 1 (03:01:46):
Life is The Great Lake. Serpentarium my girlfriend AND i
run this. Place we just. Love we woke up at.
Speaker 2 (03:01:52):
Four point, thirty got down there at dawn and just
went up and down the shoreline for.
Speaker 11 (03:01:56):
Hours we definitely want to stress to people that alligators
and crocodiles are not good.
Speaker 1 (03:02:01):
Pets it has a huge commitment.
Speaker 2 (03:02:03):
And, yeah, Interesting so he went down, There, shannon you
asked a question of how he did, it went up
and down the, shoreline and said that it was just
sitting there on the shoreline because a lot of times
these gators are looking for food and they can't find.
It they're not going to go in there into the
water and go as deep as, possible but they'll actually
try to find a shoreline, there and these guys were
able to find. It, now it was a small, gator
(03:02:23):
but it obviously he was somebody's pet that they turned
in and or turned into the Bell aile's. Property you,
KNOW i, mean could you imagine if you're like a
parent with your, kids just kind of trying to enjoy
a day At bellisle and all of a sudden you
got a little gator that's.
Speaker 6 (03:02:41):
There and Also smith would be, Like, mom there's an
alligator over, there AND i wouldn't believe. Him, yeah and
then there really is an alligator over.
Speaker 2 (03:02:47):
There and then next thing you, Know smith's wanting to
bring the gator.
Speaker 6 (03:02:50):
Home he went to.
Speaker 2 (03:02:52):
Your eight other thousand animals that you have at your.
House baseball is, back you. Guys The tigers better win.
Today we need game block uh. Three this is a
weird start time threeh eight because they moved the game
from one to three because The dodgers swept their series
against The cincinnati rod, Yesterday so it's a three to
(03:03:13):
oh eight, start which is, like why do they do?
Speaker 6 (03:03:15):
EIGHT i get THAT i heard that coming in today
that that was the, time AND i was going to
ask you, guys BECAUSE i feel like they just had
a one o eight time as.
Speaker 2 (03:03:22):
Well, YEAH i don't, know so what's the deal With
that's all the pre stuff like the you know thumb
and we're gonna. Win baseball has been vede vety good this,
year With Major League baseball reporting a record attendance seventy one,
million four hundred and nine four hundred and twenty one
people went to games this, year marking the third straight
(03:03:43):
year of. Growth so what they're now realizing is with the,
fans you, know going to, games people, LIKE i think
the speed of the, Games so they like the pitch,
clock which you guys even commented on right you think
the games are going by. Fast absolutely with that said Aj,
hinge we're not happy with. Him The Detroit tigers manager
(03:04:05):
yesterday he did two things that to me were, stupid
and he gets, in he gets caught up into what's called,
analytics where he just does it all by. Stats he
took out our starting, Pitcher Casey, mayes who was looking.
Amazing the guy had only thrown like sixty pitches and
actually was holding the was a Guardian's, scoreless took him,
(03:04:25):
out went to the bullpen because they you, know they
always liked to bring in left handed pitchers and stuff like.
THAT i think that was a dumb. Move and then
he pinch hit For Riley. GREEN i just don't think
you pinch hit for one of your guys that's top
of your, lineup in your batting. Order AND i know
That Riley green's had struggles this year with, strikeouts But
(03:04:47):
i'm putting my money on him and not on some
guy coming off of the met the.
Speaker 37 (03:04:50):
Pinch it was really more About Jami, jones, like this
guy's been, good including less series when when he Single
handley almost you, know won the game for us when
when we. Clinched so there's not a knock On, riley
not a knock on all the bats that we had
with runners in scoring. Position it's a.
Speaker 29 (03:05:05):
Competition one on one and they won a lot of.
Speaker 2 (03:05:07):
Them that's the difference today. Four did you talk to
the emotion in the moment that you can hear about?
Speaker 37 (03:05:16):
It so our players are all, in you, Know i'm
going to go make sure our clubhouse music is. On
i'm and make sure we're pretty. Upbeat i'm going to
make sure we realize that we have an opportunity to
win the series.
Speaker 4 (03:05:27):
Tomorrow what are we going to take? Out here's the,
thing those are two great. Points Leave mies in for.
Longer maybe don't take Out Riley. Green and yesterday's game
there were fifteen runners left on. Base, yeah that means
if you have people in scoring positions on, base they
don't come home and actually get the.
Speaker 2 (03:05:47):
Run but let's just let's just put the balls in
the bat bring some, people.
Speaker 12 (03:05:53):
Guys damn Run.
Speaker 2 (03:05:54):
It's as easy as you just hit the.
Speaker 4 (03:05:56):
BALL i know it's not that, easy but lave. It
fifteen runners on this is. Crazy that's how you lost the.
Speaker 2 (03:06:01):
Game y'a couldn't Eat, yeah, no, no, NO i get.
IT i get. It and they've been doing that all.
Year we've been, uh you, know HOLDING i think if
they looked at you, know they looked at the attendance.
Record they looked at the record of guys left on.
Base it might be as big as the seventy you,
know million attendance. RECORD ai is being called into play
for lots of, things including people are turning TO ai
(03:06:24):
to help them shop for the. HOLIDAYS a recent survey
shows That americans are using artificial intelligence to holiday. Shop
fifty seven percent said that they're doing it for general
shopping right. Now thirty four percent they're seeking AI's gift,
advice which is. Great i'm jolling. You it's the.
Speaker 11 (03:06:45):
Best we were talking about group on. Earlier if you
put it into CHAT gpt or whatever it's called and
ask for what some codes are to get a, discount
it'll give you a list really and be like use
this at.
Speaker 6 (03:06:55):
Checkout lydia told me about, that like to do that
with CHAT, gpt but to, ask like sometimes my eight
year old's very hard to shop FOR i don't know, what,
Like SO i Think i'm going to do that and
like just talk all of you, know write all of
his interests in there and, stuff and.
Speaker 14 (03:07:12):
Of.
Speaker 2 (03:07:12):
Trusting people say that they TRUST ai more than they
trust family or. Friends. Recommendation that's pretty. Wild, HUH i
like it and his. Idea two of the. CODES i
don't thought about those. Codes. Uh clever students are getting
around school cell phone. Bands across THE. Us there are
more and more schools cracking down on cell phones in.
School do your kids schools allow cell phones in? School? Nope,
(03:07:35):
no no cell phones in. School, well this is an interesting.
Thing Gen z has a clever. Way instead of texting
on their, phone students are flocking To Google. Docs they
are turning what was boring writing tool documents into chat
rooms and they got and they're using things LIKE aol
(03:07:58):
Instant messenger to get around, this which is. INTERESTING i
didn't even KNOW aol still had Instant. Messenger but they're
going on whatever the devices are that they have in,
school and their schools aren't realizing, them and they're using
those devices to be able To, plus they actually said
that they're able to get TikTok even Though TikTok's not,
available because they're using different browsers that the schools don't
(03:08:20):
even realize are available already on their.
Speaker 11 (03:08:22):
Ads back in my, day we communicated on a. Calculator
ah upside.
Speaker 2 (03:08:28):
Down OH i love. That, hey you got a person
in your office out today. Sick they may not be,
sick they may just be having good. SEX a survey
found that twenty percent of adults say that they have
missed work because they planned on having intercourse with. Somebody
(03:08:48):
twenty one percent said that they missed an outing with
friends because they stayed home to have sex with somebody
that they were willing to have sex. With so they're
actually not going and doing certain things like work or
hang out with their friends.
Speaker 6 (03:09:02):
BECAUSE i think a whole day of.
Speaker 2 (03:09:03):
Work, yeah, yeah a lot of cookies being made. Out
let's be. Honest missing a whole day of work period
is exciting a cookie on top of it that gets
me off more than. Sex and next time that you're
at A lions, game if you're going to A lions
game anytime, soon don't be surprised when you see women
in the men's. Room twenty seven percent of women admit
(03:09:27):
that they use the men's rooms in stadiums because the
ladies rooms are just so. PACKED i don't see it
as much At Ford. Field, HONESTLY i think the guys
men's rooms are just as packed as the. Latest the
lines are. Crazy, raphael what's? Up what's going?
Speaker 9 (03:09:48):
On what up?
Speaker 13 (03:09:49):
Money SO i just before you guys take off for the,

Speaker 13 (03:10:12):
