Speaker 1 (00:01):
Qui Detroit, Toledo.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
This is Mojo in the Morning. Mojo. He's amazing live.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
Mojo.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Don't think my god.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Let me take you back to the beginning.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
This is alrighty ready, you're listening to Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
You're a doo doo ahead. It's Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Anna had a horrible door dash experience happened last night.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
We're gonna call them right out.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
I know, I wish that.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
I hope they hear this and call me and tell
me what the heck happened, because it.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
May not be door dash's fault, though it may be
the proximity of where you live though from you telling
this story.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Go ahead, tell the story.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
Let's let the listeners decide. Oh, yesterday I was door dashing.
As much as I wish I was a cook, I'm not.
I door dash almost every day. So I doordashed myself
some dinner, and I was cleaning my apartment waiting for
the dasher to arrive and deliver my food. I happened
to be vacuuming as the delivery driver was arriving. So

(01:19):
when I finished vacuuming and went to check on the delivery,
I saw had miss calls from the dasher, and I
instantly was like, oh, they're here. So I unlocked my
door because I can do it from my phone and
figured that they dropped it off. I went down a
couple minutes later to get it, and we have a
reception desk. However, my food is sitting right next to
the door, tipped over.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
The bag's open.

Speaker 5 (01:41):
I'm like, oh, that's a little weird that they couldn't,
you know, bring it inside. Anyways, take the food up,
eat it. Thought it was a little weird. Woke up
this morning, went on door dash because I'm thinking about
ordering some Starbucks and I see a review and it
says the girl lives in a terrible location. She wouldn't
answer her phone for at least five minutes. I'm not

(02:02):
walking her delivery to her door. She can come downstairs
and get it. So now I'm in my head like, one,
that was a mean thing to say, yes for an
honest mistake, And two my bag was opened.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
What if they did something to my food? I'm feeling
a little sick.

Speaker 6 (02:17):
Also, why wouldn't you leave it with the at the desk?
I know you can see that right there.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
We didn't have someone sitting at the reception desk.

Speaker 7 (02:24):
It's okay.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
They probably weren't like handing it off, but like they
could have easily taken a few more steps and set
it down.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
What do you have it clicked ass on your I mean,
what do you have your delivery clicked as you can
click it as me? Or leave a door? Which one
do you have?

Speaker 5 (02:39):
Mine says leave at door, but then in the instructions
it says like I'll buzz you up.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
You can.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Okay, see there you go.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
What it's either leave at door or it's I'll bring
it up. And here's the thing. I think that in
a place like yours, and I'm I'm gonna be honest
with you, I would not DoorDash to an apartment complex
or an apartment building, because if I'm door dashing, I'm
going out to the suburbs where people live in homes
where I can put it right on a doorstep. And

(03:06):
door dashers speak out on this one. I cannot believe
when I go to Joe's apartment to go get to
hang out, he's got a door dash guy that has
to climb a frickin wall, it looks like to get
to his place because there's security that you know, they
have a security thing, And I'm thinking myself that it's
not worth the four dollars or however much money that

(03:28):
those guys get.

Speaker 5 (03:29):
No one else has ever had an issue, None of
the other dah dashers have had an issue. And they
leave it at my apartment door, not the front door.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
They always call you though, or is it that.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah, because I have to buzz them in.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Okay, so they're always but but they never have, you know, no,
we never.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
I mean it was five minutes, an honest mistake.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
No, I get it, I get it.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
So but I do also think though that if it's
a pain in the ass to DoorDash to you, like,
is it really worth it? Like would you want to like,
would you want a door dash to somebody that lives
in a gated community? Doors? Right? Because everyone lives in apartments.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
That's true.

Speaker 6 (04:04):
I think that's probably a good bulk of business everywhere
apartment buildings.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Well, I'm going to say this to you. The doordashers
that we get here at the radio station, I think
have no they're the worst. They hate us.

Speaker 6 (04:13):
The Starbucks I'm serious. The Starbucks is always spilled in
the bag all over all the food nine times out
of ten.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Well, Starbucks is a bad door Dash unless you order
the two of the same, Like you can't order one
drink and then one thing because they put it in
a cup holder and it tips over every time. So
what do you do in this situation?

Speaker 5 (04:33):
I went on there and changed my name because I
was like, I don't want them.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
To know who I am. They're so mad at me.

Speaker 7 (04:39):
I use a fake name.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Now I do have a fake name. Does it That
wouldn't be the same account. Can't they see the same account,
isn't it?

Speaker 5 (04:46):
But I just don't want them to know it's Anna
Rob from Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
It was the awful person. Oh okay, so you just
have what like, do do we get door dash scores
like you get Uber scores like Uber Radio and RADI yeah,
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
Like I it was even shocked to know that they
could leave a note on my account. I've never seen
that before. Yeah, we're not happy.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
What's your what's your your Uber score? What's your Uber
Stars score?

Speaker 5 (05:10):
Uh? I don't think it's that great. So there was
one point in time where I would Uber eats food
to the wrong location every time. I was drunk and
I just have a bad rating because of that.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Oh, I'm a four point ninety four.

Speaker 7 (05:24):
I brought it down four point ninety six.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
I'm a four point nine. Oh, I want to know
why I'm not a five?

Speaker 2 (05:31):
See that it's right up, Aunt, I do lyft. Yeah,
they they have it like four point nine. Your four
point Shannon's the best. Yeah, what's going on, Heather? How
you doing?

Speaker 7 (05:46):
Good morning?

Speaker 8 (05:47):
As a as a door dash driver or Uber eats driver,
whichever one you want to talk about, apartment complexes and.

Speaker 7 (05:55):
Can be pain in the butt.

Speaker 8 (05:57):
Like in Toledo, for instance, we have these weirdar complexes
and none of them have outside numbers on the outside
of the building. Yeah, and everywhere because it's got a
wide GPS area shows that you're there. Most people you're
supposed to call, like I always do, because like, if
I want people deliver in my food nicely, I'm going
to deliver their.

Speaker 7 (06:15):
Crap nicely too.

Speaker 9 (06:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Yeah, but that's just me. Some people just don't care
if you What do.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
You do, Heather?

Speaker 2 (06:22):
If you can't get into the building, Like if you're
waiting out in front, do you have a time?

Speaker 1 (06:27):
Do you have a time?

Speaker 3 (06:28):
No?

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I know, but what if you calling nobody answers? Do
you have a time limit?

Speaker 8 (06:31):
Oh yeah, there is a time limit if you're if
you're trying to deliver it and you can't get a
hold of the customer to deliver it. There's a thing
on the apps that says cannot get a hold of
the customer and it sets a timer. And door Dash
will also try to get a hold of them as well,
and then if nobody can get a hold of them,
it generally, unless it requires an ID, it generally.

Speaker 10 (06:54):
Will just get left at the door.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Okay, yeah, a picture and a note and the IDs
are usually just for alcohol, right, alcohol, and that is
that's you, God bless you? Yeah, I yeah, I would
see that. That would be kind of kind of annoying.
My son Luke doordashed for a day. He did literally
one day and it was exactly anna situation. He had

(07:16):
to DoorDash and it was not the greatest neighborhood and
it was an apartment building that he was locked out
in front, and he said that he was out there
for such a long time waiting to deliver a Greek
salad to a lady and he said guys were offering
them drug deals because he's like, I'm not doing this anymore.
What's up baby? How you doing?

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Hey?

Speaker 11 (07:38):
Good morning?

Speaker 12 (07:39):
Who are you good?

Speaker 1 (07:40):
What's happening?

Speaker 3 (07:42):
An?

Speaker 13 (07:42):
I hear you, girl?

Speaker 14 (07:43):
About five minutes is only five minutes, but that.

Speaker 15 (07:46):
Pushes all of their other deliveries back five minutes.

Speaker 13 (07:49):
So now they're probably going to get the bad reviews
because their food was cold.

Speaker 11 (07:53):
And I don't think they messed with your food.

Speaker 15 (07:55):
They probably just helping the bag so your stuff would
be cold, and you would.

Speaker 16 (08:00):
I don't think they mess your food.

Speaker 5 (08:02):
I mean I would rather that. I'm okay with cold food.
I don't want to spit in it.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Hey, what's going on, Michelle?

Speaker 17 (08:10):
I'm cod eighteen.

Speaker 16 (08:11):
Anna.

Speaker 18 (08:12):
I feel like DoorDash was in the wrong here.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
If he didn't want to deliver.

Speaker 9 (08:15):
To an apartment, then he shouldn't have accepted the order.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Can they turn down orders? Do they know like where
it's being delivered to?

Speaker 7 (08:24):
Question?

Speaker 2 (08:24):
I wonder if there's a DoorDash driver that's listening. I
want you to I guess we just had a couple
of them that called in. I'd love to know how
that works.

Speaker 19 (08:33):
The issue wasn't the apartment though, it was just the
time that it took Fanna to get downstairs. If all
things considered, Anna was you know, ready looking at her
phone and came down immediately, things would have worked out perfectly.

Speaker 5 (08:46):
Yeah, they still would have hated the location I live in.
Per their review on my.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Account, alexis you had to deliver to a college huh
to a college campus?

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Which one?

Speaker 20 (08:56):
Yeah, so I was trying to DoorDash to Grand Alley State,
which is in like Grand Rapid Dale and Dale area.

Speaker 11 (09:03):
Absolutely, and I literally had never been there.

Speaker 21 (09:07):
And apparently you drive on the sidewalks to get to
the dorms, and so that delivery took so long I
will never go there again.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
That's wild.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
By the way, to drive on the sidewalks doesn't seem
like it's a legal process, Like could you imagine delivery?
Can you imagine delivering on a college campus and you
have to park your car illegally, probably with the hazards on,
and you have to walk like the kids do to
go to college cloudows Yeah.

Speaker 7 (09:33):
Uh uh. I don't want to do that, especially when
it's called nope.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
And I don't know how much money the door dashers get,
but at that point right there, you better be tipping extra,
and if you're a college kid, you're not.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
What's up, Frank, Hey, I just.

Speaker 22 (09:46):
Want to mask Anna.

Speaker 23 (09:48):
You know, I get she's cleaning her apartment.

Speaker 22 (09:50):
She's expecting a delivery. Why would she choose to vacuum
like a lot of things you could possibly do waiting
for delivery.

Speaker 5 (09:58):
I mean it was an estimated delivery time like, oh,
fifty to an hour, so I thought I had a
few more minutes. Let's just get this done real quick
so I can come upstairs with a clean house.

Speaker 24 (10:07):
And oh, well, next time, I guess you'll learn something
quiet next time.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Well quiet, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna judge Anna
on the fact that she was vacuumine or whatever.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
What's up? How you doing, Rachel, I'm good.

Speaker 14 (10:23):
How are you out?

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Good? You're also team Anna here?

Speaker 2 (10:26):
I love to hear it.

Speaker 11 (10:27):
I am, Yes, honestly.

Speaker 25 (10:30):
I use the door dash in the past, and I
went into apartments and I have been so lost and
confused to the point where I had to quit door
dashing because ninety percent of it was an apartment and
you can deny certain locations, but like, you don't.

Speaker 26 (10:46):
Know it's apartments until you actually, like get on the
exact location, Like you don't know until you're like into
that area, and it's like, oh, it's an apartment, so
you kind of like don't know until you actually get there.

Speaker 16 (11:02):
But yeah, I'm timna.

Speaker 11 (11:05):
I feel bad, Like I don't like it's hard to
not like leave someone's food and not have anybody get
their food.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
Hey.

Speaker 27 (11:13):
The other I don't know.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
The other thing is, now that I know where Anna's
apartment is, I'm going to sit in the lobby wait
for people just to leave their door dashes on the
counter and just grab them. I wonder how many people
do that, just grab random door dashes.

Speaker 7 (11:24):
Places like that all the time.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
Oh yeah, Like I remember back in the day when
DoorDash wasn't around, it was like pizza deliveries. Somebody would
walk in and they'd be like, hey, you know and
delivering a pizza.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
I'm like, oh, oh yeah, yeah, that's mine, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 6 (11:36):
I always think about that with Starbucks mobile orders or
like yesterday I went to Chick fil A at the
mall and picked up a mobile order, and I'm like,
how do they know it's you?

Speaker 7 (11:44):
You could just grab anybody's stuff.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
I think people do. I think people do just go
up there and just grab stuff. It's just kind of
you know, I'm not gonna lie. I was that person
in college.

Speaker 28 (11:54):
Yes, my friends would go to like all these food
places at night and just grab.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 28 (12:03):
Yeah, not proud of it, but I think that's so serious.

Speaker 5 (12:06):
So disappointed in your mouth, So confession disappoint.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Well.

Speaker 6 (15:02):
It was the adorable Lady Wilson's night at the c
m A Awards last night. Not only was she hosting
solo for the very first time, she also dominated the
winner's list, taking home her fourth Female Vocalist of the
Year trophy, Album of the Year for Whirlwind, and the
coveted Entertainer of the Year.

Speaker 34 (15:29):
I'm all right, Country music the love of my life
and I know the love of so many of y'all's lives. Again,
thank you, Jesus, Thank you, Mama and Daddy and Duck.

Speaker 7 (15:43):
We get married next year.

Speaker 35 (15:44):
Come on, now, somehow I got sucked.

Speaker 6 (15:46):
Into watching and I'm not even like the biggest country
music fan, but what like a close knit community?

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Yeah, those guys and nobody boshes each other, nobody talks
traps so clean it.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
No, but they don't bash the country artists. She's not
a country arts all right, I'm.

Speaker 7 (16:04):
Moving on because I don't hear all right.

Speaker 6 (16:06):
Ella Langley and Riley Green scored Single of the Year
and Song of the Year for their duet you Look
Like You Love Me. Cody Johnson pulling off a big win.
I'm just going taking Male Vocalist of the Year, beating
out Chris Stapleton. By the way, Brooks and Dunn grabbed
Vocal Duo of the Year their sixteenth CMA. The night
also honored a country music icon, Vince Gill, receiving the
Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. He made sure to note

(16:30):
in his speech that he may be the only artist
to be holding that trophy that has never actually smoked weed.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Oh that's interesting. Can I tell you funny or not
a funny story? But it's an interesting story. I was
watching TV late one morning in early in one night,
whatever it was, I woke up and they had a
show that was on, I think it was like Nightline
or whatever, and they did a piece on country artists
that are moving to London because country music has become

(16:58):
so hugely popular now in Europe and so all these
artists now, these country artists, and they showed Darius Rucker
moving there because they're recording and they're performing and they're
making a ton of money because of how big country
music is worldwide, but especially in Europe. It wasn't always
a huge thing for country artists to go over to

(17:20):
Europe and perform, and now it's become.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
Like a big deal. I guess for them to be there.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
That's cool.

Speaker 6 (17:25):
Cardi B is sparking engagement rumors this morning while proudly
showing off her new baby boy on Instagram. She gave
fans a glimpse of her new son, whose name she
has not really revealed still, and there were like a
couple of different photos that she made a carousel of
and she opened her her little post with a sweet
photo of her holding the baby in her arms as

(17:47):
she sits in this nursery room chair. There's one of
her holding the little guy in the hospital.

Speaker 7 (17:51):
You can tell. I mean he's still squished, so he's
like a few hours old. And in another photo she's hovering.

Speaker 6 (17:56):
Over the baby who's all wrapped up in a New
England page blankets on Digg's team, and there's a silver
ring on her ring finger with a very modest diamond
in it. And I say that because Cardi is usually
pretty blingy. This is like very normal if it is
an engagement ring, like normal.

Speaker 7 (18:17):
People size engagement ring. But everyone's going, is that what
we think it is? Or no, I don't know. Look
at her social media.

Speaker 6 (18:24):
In Deside for Yourself, post Malone and his ex fiance
have officially settled their custody battle over their three year
old daughter. The custody agreement, filed in Utah covers custody,
visitation on child support, so no drama there, that is
said and done.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
And how sad is this?

Speaker 6 (18:41):
Oscar winning actor Kevin Spacey says he is homeless, living
out of hotels and airbnb's because his finances have just
fallen apart. He said he's literally got no home. That's
been the case for years now. He's had very little
coming in and everything going out. And as you can recall,

(19:06):
his troubles come after a wave of sexual misconduct allegations
beginning in twenty seventeen that really derailed his career. And
even though he was acquitted in a trial in the
UK in twenty twenty three, he said he still faces
massive legal costs and can't pay his bills. So he
lost his home, has all his stuff in storage, hotels, airbnbs,

(19:30):
and is chasing whatever work he can get.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
And he was follow not guilty, right, correct? What a shame?

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (19:37):
I don't know necessarily in all the cases if it
was not guilty or if it was there there was
no evidence to prove anything.

Speaker 7 (19:44):
But I will say that acquittal is different than not
guilty or no, Wow, is that the same?

Speaker 1 (19:49):
I guess he's equitted.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
But it is wild how Hollywood kind of turned on him,
you know, they turned their back on him, yet kind
of kept some other people in there.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
Yeah they're friends.

Speaker 7 (19:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (20:00):
Hey, if you miss anything from today's so you can
always go back and listen to the podcast on the

Maria thinks that her boyfriend is cheating on her. And
why do you think this, Maria.

Speaker 20 (26:49):
Well, a couple of things. He's always going out with
his friends and like saying it's boys' night, but you
guys don't ever invite me.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
He's like boys night.

Speaker 20 (27:05):
Yeah, I mean, I guess, so it's just like strange.
It's a lot of boys nights, okay.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
So he's out a lot with just his guy friends. Okay,
what's the second one?

Speaker 20 (27:16):
Well that also, he's never introduced me to any of
those guy friends, so.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
You're the you're the girlfriend that they know of but
don't know.

Speaker 20 (27:30):
Yeah, and like, he won't ever post me online, Like
on his Instagram, I post him, he doesn't ever post me.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Is he active?

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Yeah, so he's posting stuff, but he's not posting his girlfriend.
This is kind of shady. There's a lot of them.
How long have you guys been seeing each other?

Speaker 20 (27:56):
Three months?

Speaker 2 (27:57):
Okay, so this has been.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Going on for three months, But has it been like
this the whole time?

Speaker 20 (28:03):
Pretty much?

Speaker 19 (28:05):
Have you questioned any of this stuff, like brought it
up to him, the lack of posting you, the excessive
nights out with the guys.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
Have you spoken to him about any of this a
little bit?

Speaker 20 (28:14):
But he just keeps saying the same.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
Thing, which is what does he say?

Speaker 20 (28:19):
It's just boys night, hanging out with the guys. And
like about not posting me, He's like, I just want
to I want to keep my private life private or
something like that.

Speaker 7 (28:31):
So even if you tag him on like an Instagram story,
he won't repost that on his own.

Speaker 20 (28:37):
No, he doesn't like untag himself, but he doesn't repost it.

Speaker 36 (28:41):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
All right, we're gonna ca him up. See where he's
gonna send a dozen free roses. I want you to
hang on the phone, but mute it.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
Okay, got it?

Speaker 7 (29:06):
Hello?

Speaker 12 (29:10):
Hello?

Speaker 3 (29:10):
Hello?

Speaker 28 (29:12):
Is this Carter?

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Yep?

Speaker 20 (29:16):
Hi Carter?

Speaker 7 (29:16):
How are you this morning?

Speaker 39 (29:20):
I'm doing okay, I'm doing okay, okay.

Speaker 6 (29:22):
My name is Nicole and I'm actually calling you from
an online floral company called roses bloom dot com with
an offer for some free roses. Do you have thirty
seconds to answer too short survey questions in exchange for
this flower arrangement that you can that can be sent
out today to the person of your choice anywhere in
the country. And this is completely free of charge to you,
no strings detached.

Speaker 12 (29:44):
Yeah, I guess yeah.

Speaker 7 (29:47):
Okay. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months?

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Carter?

Speaker 22 (29:52):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (29:53):
No?

Speaker 7 (29:54):
And do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next
six months? By chance?

Speaker 2 (29:58):
No? O.

Speaker 7 (30:00):
That's actually all I needed from you. And as a
thank you for participating in that short survey, our company
name again is roses bloom dot com and I'm now
authorized to provide you with a dozen long stemmed red Roses.
So I just needed you to think of who you
want these flowers to go to this afternoon, and then
give me their first name and last name.

Speaker 39 (30:23):
Give it to Olivia, okay.

Speaker 7 (30:29):
And what is Olivia's pone number?

Speaker 3 (30:33):
You?

Speaker 7 (30:39):
Okay? And what's her relationship to you?

Speaker 12 (30:44):
She's just a girl that I've been talking.

Speaker 39 (30:46):
With, you know.

Speaker 6 (30:47):
Okay, And Carter, we do something unique at roses bloom
dot com. Instead of sending a paper card with the
flowers for Olivia, I'm gonna have you record a voice memo.
So when the flowers get delivered, she's gonna get a
text message alerting.

Speaker 7 (31:00):
Her she has a delivery.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
So hopefully she'll go outside and grab them and then
she'll be able to play this voice memo. So I'm
gonna count you down. You just leave a little message,
and when you stop talking, I'm going to stop the recording,
all right, Okay?

Speaker 7 (31:15):
Do you understand that?

Speaker 26 (31:17):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (31:18):
Okay? Here we go three two one.

Speaker 39 (31:24):
Hey girl, I hope you're having a good day at
work today, do you Friday?

Speaker 2 (31:41):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (31:42):
Do you like that one? Or do you want to
rerecord it? Carter?

Speaker 12 (31:50):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 2 (31:51):
It's just great, okay, Okay.

Speaker 7 (31:54):
I also have to let you know that this call
is being recorded for quality and training purposes. Are you
okay with that?

Speaker 14 (32:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (32:01):
Sure, Carter, I'm gonna jump on and then we're gonna
send those flowers off. Okay. Uh, I do need to
let you know one last thing, Carter. While we've been
talking to you and you've been sending those flowers off
to Olivia, your girlfriend Maria has been listening in and
just heard you send flowers to another woman.

Speaker 39 (32:26):
My my, what my girlfriend Maria?

Speaker 12 (32:32):
What? Dude?

Speaker 2 (32:34):
Your girlfriend Maria is on the phone with us right now.
This is the Mojo in the morning show. We're a
radio show.

Speaker 39 (32:42):
Like I heard what you said, but like what you
said doesn't like it does well, So it's like not
like kind of me, you know, like like I heard
what you said, but like it's just kind of crazy.

Speaker 12 (32:52):
You said. My girlfriend Maria.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
We have we have on the phone with us right now.
Your girlfriend Maria, who contacted us to ask us where
you would to see where you would send a dozen
free roses and you just sent flowers to another woman
that it sounds like you're in a relationship with.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
Bro.

Speaker 12 (33:16):
She's she's psychoticist.

Speaker 39 (33:18):
Dude, I don't know what Like Maria said that we're
like boyfriend and like girl.

Speaker 12 (33:24):
We're not.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
How do you know her?

Speaker 39 (33:26):
How to get who's Olivia?

Speaker 12 (33:32):
Is someone I've been talking to?

Speaker 11 (33:34):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (33:35):
Like, no, no, who is who's Maria?

Speaker 6 (33:38):
Why is she saying that she is your girlfriend and
you're saying she's not your girlfriend?

Speaker 39 (33:43):
Who is Maria is a real question because I've told
I feel Bro, I feel like I've tould Maria like
a hundred times, we're not dating. We're not like that.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
Uh.

Speaker 39 (33:54):
I told her that we're seeing other people. This is
so crazy, Bro, I don't have anything to do with Maria.

Speaker 12 (34:01):
Who is Maria is the question? Right right?

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Someone else Maria?

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Maria is on the phone with us right now? And Maria,
what is he talking about?

Speaker 20 (34:12):
I don't know because that's not the case. If we're
not dating, then why do we spend so much time
together all the time.

Speaker 12 (34:23):
I feel like.

Speaker 39 (34:23):
We've had this conversation like a hundred times. I'm not
saying with you, I'm not I'm not dating you, we're.

Speaker 12 (34:29):
Not together together?

Speaker 2 (34:30):
You like, how do you not know that?

Speaker 40 (34:32):
By now? Bro?

Speaker 12 (34:33):
Like this is so crazy?

Speaker 39 (34:35):
So like Olivia is someone I'm talking to and you
are someone I'm talking to. That doesn't mean that we're
tating together relationship.

Speaker 12 (34:42):
No, this is crazy. Hold on, ask you're so crazy,
This is so crazy.

Speaker 1 (34:48):
Let me ask you this question? Uh to you?

Speaker 2 (34:50):
Then if that's the case, if you're not dating Maria
and you're not dating this other girl or not seeing
this other girl, would that other girl know that she's
not your girlfriend? Like Maria obviously does not know that
you don't consider her a girlfriend.

Speaker 39 (35:08):
Well, honestly, she probably would get it, like straight up,
like I feel like she would because she's kind of
not crazy and this is crazy, Like this is nuts, bro,
And I don't think Olivia would be on this kind
of shit honestly, Like I don't.

Speaker 12 (35:22):
I think she kind of gets what's.

Speaker 6 (35:23):
Going on with us, But you pretend you pretend not
Wait a second, you pretended to not know who she was,
but you clearly know who she is. So I'm trying
to figure out, are you leading both of them on
or is she just not understanding like what your relationship?

Speaker 2 (35:42):
Why don't I call or somebody here call the number
that you gave us of Olivia, And why don't we
call and tell Olivia what's going on too? And see
if Olivia and Maria have similar stories. Carter, they hung

(36:05):
up the phone, hold on Maria.

Speaker 29 (36:11):
A busted again, you didn't.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
About that day and hanging on the bedrooms. It's your
home for boar of the roses.

Speaker 3 (36:20):
Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 29 (36:25):
Joined the discussion now eight four four Mojo Live.

Speaker 3 (36:30):
Six.

Speaker 2 (36:32):
This is Mojo in the Morning. Your girlfriend Maria who
contacted us to ask us where you would send a
dozen free roses and you just sent flowers to another
woman that.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
It sounds like you're in a relationship with.

Speaker 36 (36:52):
Bro.

Speaker 12 (36:53):
She's she's psychoticist.

Speaker 39 (36:56):
Dude, I don't know what like Maria said that word
like boy friends and like how do you know.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Her wore the roses? Here on the Mojo in the
Morning show, Maria.

Speaker 24 (37:13):
Hip.

Speaker 2 (37:14):
We tried to call her and she's uh, not wanting
to talk over the radio, but wants to talk to
you personally. Okay, okay, So you're going to talk to
her personally.

Speaker 7 (37:28):
And then we want an update.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
We will get an update from you. He has he
tried to text you, No, so nothing from him at all. No.

Speaker 20 (37:40):
I texted him. He didn't eat.

Speaker 2 (37:42):
This one is going to be like your post that
you put up on on social media. Is going to
completely ignore it? Yeah, all right, hold on one second?
What up, Danielle hi wore the Roses wants to make
a comment?

Speaker 23 (37:58):
Yes, what is it?

Speaker 16 (38:02):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (38:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 16 (38:04):
Oh hey, how you doing?

Speaker 13 (38:06):
I was I was calling because it seems like Maria
is a little delulu about their relationship.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
Agreed, I don't And and why.

Speaker 13 (38:16):
Would you drag Olivia into it? He always said, was
it's a girl he's talking to. He was very clear
about it.

Speaker 2 (38:21):
So, but is he stop for a second.

Speaker 1 (38:25):
I'm gonna ask Anna, why do you Why do you agree?

Speaker 5 (38:28):
I mean, I don't love him using terms like crazy,
psycho stuff like that about her. But it does sound
like he has made it very clear that they're not
anything serious.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
How has he?

Speaker 2 (38:41):
He says that we told her that do you believe
this guy? I put the guy out, but I believe
this one for some reason.

Speaker 27 (38:52):
I rarely do too.

Speaker 14 (38:53):
I rarely do too.

Speaker 7 (38:54):
I am slightly confused though, because yes, there could be
like a lot of miscommunication where she just doesn't want
to understand her accept what their relationship is or is it. However,
there's a part of me that is wondering, is he
telling her one thing? But his actions are saying something
completely different. And that's why I said, like, are you
stringing them along?

Speaker 2 (39:15):
I mean them being.

Speaker 1 (39:16):
Both Danie, Danielle and Anna.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
You got a situation here where we're obviously going by
her story because she's the one that thinks that he's cheating.
She contacts us and says, he goes on a ton
of boys' nights, he won't share her on social media,
but they've been seeing each other for some time. He
now is sending flowers to this other girl. You're now saying, okay,
well she's the other woman. How do we not know
that he's not playing both these guys for the same thing.

(39:43):
And that's why when we called that girl, when we
called her and said, hey, this is going on, She's like,
I don't want to go on the radio, but I
want to talk to her. I think she wants to
talk to her because I think they want to share
stories to see how much of it is the same story.

Speaker 5 (39:56):
I don't think there is an other woman, to be clear,
I think that he's casually hating both of them, and
to me, it sounded like he expressed that to both
of them, and she's he's wanting more.

Speaker 16 (40:06):
Yeah, that's what That's what he said.

Speaker 13 (40:08):
And it seems like to me, Maria knows that because
of everything she lifted.

Speaker 27 (40:14):
I mean, you just have to.

Speaker 16 (40:15):
You can't always take what somebody says. I'm not sure
if he said that.

Speaker 13 (40:18):
Expressly to her, but he didn't say, oh, Maria is
my girlfriend.

Speaker 11 (40:22):
He's like, no, that was someone I was seeing, and I.

Speaker 23 (40:24):
Told her it was just we were seeing other people.

Speaker 16 (40:27):
He doesn't want to accept that.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
But she should because I now finally believe guys, it's craziness.

Speaker 16 (40:33):
Only this time, Only this time.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
I love that. What is it about him that makes
you say that? Makes him sound so believable as a guy,
I thought the guy sounded like a total jerk off.

Speaker 13 (40:44):
He might have been a jerk off, but he was
being an honest person about.

Speaker 27 (40:49):
Yeah, okay, like he seeing both of them.

Speaker 1 (40:52):
All right, well, I'm listen.

Speaker 2 (40:54):
I'm not going to I'm going to just try to
tell you that I don't agree with you and I
don't agree with Anna on this one. Here, I Adam,
what are your thoughts on this one? Adam?

Speaker 23 (41:05):
Yeah, he's a jerk off that you like to say,
but he's just having his cake and eating it too,
and she's falling for it. Like he's told her, Listen,
I'm sitting we're not exclusive.

Speaker 7 (41:14):
Yeah, and I want to see you every day and
hook up with you every time we do.

Speaker 23 (41:18):
Right, You're still letting me do all those things, so
I'm gonna still do those And she's trying to do
those things, pulling him into boyfriend's status. And he's like, well, nope,
I get the best of both worlds. And like, listen,
I'm not saying he's a great guy, but she is. Definitely.
This isn't a new story. Everybody's heard this, most of
us have lived it. Like, yeah, he's a prick, don't
get me wrong, but she's also if you don't, if

(41:40):
he isn't want to be yours, stop chasing.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Well and I and I hope that this is one
of those things where she does stop Lisa, Hello, how
are you?

Speaker 16 (41:49):
Good morning?

Speaker 1 (41:49):
Everybody mornings.

Speaker 27 (41:53):
Maria needs to let this guy go. He is such
a drip. And I would suggests to her that she
goes and volunteers somewhere, or take a college course and
places where you can meet some nice people. This guy
is a total drip. Walk away, Maria and let this go.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
See I don't.

Speaker 19 (42:18):
The thing that I don't like is this drip comment
or making him seem like he's a dog in a cheater.
I don't have the full content. Well, we don't have
the full context. All that we know is is that
he has a certain way that he likes to live,
and it sounds from the conversation we have that he's
communicated that fact.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
Now it's up to Maria at that point about her.

Speaker 19 (42:39):
It's up to Maria at that point to understand if
it's a situation she wants to involve herself in. We
have to give the woman the accountability to make her
own decisions as well, and not just blame the guy
for doing what he wants to do.

Speaker 27 (42:52):
Why would she have anything else to do with him
after he's called her crazy and said so many the
meaning things about her, Marie walk Away. There are nice
guys out there. Go volunteer somewhere.

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Or take a college class college.

Speaker 27 (43:08):
Or find a way to meet some nice.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Sophisticated man like me, Lisa. That's what she needs. She
needs a sophisticated guy.

Speaker 16 (43:14):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (43:15):
Thank you, Lisa, appreciate you. Uh, what's up, Alison, Hi?

Speaker 41 (43:21):
I agree with everybody eself for the last or the
people that's calling him a prick or whatever.

Speaker 22 (43:26):
Drip.

Speaker 41 (43:27):
That man told that girl from Jim, Hey, I'm not
ready to be in a relationship.

Speaker 42 (43:32):
I'm talking to other people.

Speaker 14 (43:33):
You could talk to other people.

Speaker 41 (43:35):
He was straightforward on the radio.

Speaker 16 (43:37):
He was straightforward with her.

Speaker 38 (43:38):
Miss Things just don't want to accept it if he
don't gage him her cookies and she wanted to be
in a relationship.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
Here's the thing, Allison, we will take what he just
said as being straightforward. We don't know what he said
before in the past.

Speaker 40 (43:52):
That boy told her.

Speaker 16 (43:53):
He told her.

Speaker 2 (43:54):
You think that I know he is. He told her,
why didn't.

Speaker 14 (43:57):
You tell us on the internet? If he's not coming unicating.

Speaker 41 (44:01):
With her on the internet, that's right there.

Speaker 38 (44:05):
I don't want to be seen with you, I don't
want to be in a relationship with you.

Speaker 19 (44:09):
And actions, well, he's showing her beyond his words.

Speaker 38 (44:14):
Yes, like Kata said, the woman has to take accountability
of being for real with themselves.

Speaker 41 (44:20):
That man has expressed to her that.

Speaker 38 (44:22):
He does not want to be in a relationship with her.

Speaker 19 (44:24):
Some women, some women be in fantasy land too, Brohmna
tell you you give him a little taste I'm telling
you that, and they think you're about to be Prince Charman,
and that's not what this situation was in the first place.
And you think if we continue to spend time with
each other, we continue to go out for drinks or
have sex, that is I'm gonna turn into Prince Charman
and settle down with you. And that was never the
reason why we got into this in the first place. Hey, Jay,

(44:46):
what's up?

Speaker 14 (44:47):
That was going on?

Speaker 2 (44:48):
Some blessings everybody.

Speaker 43 (44:53):
So I had a situation like that, Like some people
will develop relationships with you in their own mind, like
cav said, you may have treated them a certain way
other than like different than gods that they dealt with.
They never experienced that, Like what if she never had
doors open for her? So now you're looking like Prince
Charming and I'm being communicated with you up front and
you're not getting the actions, like you're just living in

(45:15):
your own head about it.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
So I don't think he's a creep, but nothing.

Speaker 43 (45:18):
I just feel like she just needs to follow the
signs and actions does be louder than words.

Speaker 3 (45:23):
You know?

Speaker 2 (45:23):
Yeah, Well, hey, word out there is that there's a
guy named Carter out there that is a very nice guy,
but he has a lot of ladies. He's nice guy too.
What's up, Brandy? High pang?

Speaker 14 (45:37):
Like I was telling Lydia, this is a classic situationship.
This is nothing more but sex and hanging out. She
wanted to be more and she thinks that because they
doing stuff that that's her boyfriend. She made him her
boyfriend on her own.

Speaker 16 (45:53):
He probably never expressed that.

Speaker 14 (45:56):
So what they cut on in being and watch TV
whole hands when they go out, that's got a reallylationship.
That's them seeing each other. And in her mind, she
has made this her man. And if he is not
posting her own line, not saying you are mine, we
are together, then he has expressed through actions, whether it's
not through words or not through ashes, well we are

(46:16):
not together.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
That Brandy hold on because Kiara says that she disagrees
with everybody on this one.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
Kiara, what do you think?

Speaker 3 (46:23):
H right?

Speaker 32 (46:24):
I want to disagree just because she already stated that
she posts them together online and she does it.

Speaker 2 (46:33):
She's she's posting. She's posting him though, and he knows
she's posting him like they're dating. Why is he not
saying don't post control?

Speaker 44 (46:41):
He can't he can't control what she does.

Speaker 14 (46:44):
He cannot make her take her post down.

Speaker 2 (46:47):
You know, you don't think though that it's kind of
sneaky that she's posting him and he knows that she's
and he's not saying.

Speaker 14 (46:54):
You remember that second date update when the woman was
taking pictures of that man that they just went on
a first date with. Tell me you cannot control what
someone else does. He can't say, I don't put that
on there talking to her though, and he's already well,
she knows, you know she is.

Speaker 1 (47:14):
It is not all right. Well, I'm hoping that. I'm
hoping she's.

Speaker 16 (47:20):
Giving it up because it's sex.

Speaker 14 (47:22):
Allowing brandy and one right, she is the one that's
not spy.

Speaker 17 (47:27):
He also has to accept responsibility for her if he's
over here saying she's psychotic and she's crazy, and he's
still going back because because she's not in that way.

Speaker 2 (47:37):
I want to hear what happens and what becomes of
the conversation and Olivia have together.

Speaker 1 (47:43):
So I want you to stay.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Tuned for that.

Speaker 31 (47:46):
Yeah, because the reason when he dipped out once Olivia's
name was mentioned, when he was like, yeah, she's fine
with it, but then we were like, oh, let's call her,
and suddenly the line and.

Speaker 2 (47:57):
I can't believe nobody is looking at that is like
a huge red flag that he wouldn't allow us just
to call and just see if there was maybe a
little bit more of an understanding from Olivia than there
was from Maria. I was, I guarantee you both of
them don't know, you wouldn't do it, and you're gonna
mess up my thing with Olivia. Well guess what, I
think it's already messed up because we call I blame you,

(48:20):
war the Roses, the whole.

Speaker 29 (48:21):
But the second date update, this is mo Joe in
the Morning.

Speaker 1 (48:29):
Jingle Ball is on December the ninth, and who's.

Speaker 2 (48:33):
Going to be there, Kevin Rachel. What's what's some other people?
What is the title of her hit song that she
has listen? She's opening up for what's the name Francis
in the Machines? What's their names? I don't know. She
opening for them in April, so she has got a vibe. Yeah,
should be back at l C. A boy, you have

(48:53):
done some interesting research on this on DONK. I'm excited
for Nelly and I'm down and Big X the plug
and I'm excited for Raven Lena. I love that song,
So a four to fur Mojo Live your chance to

Speaker 7 (49:26):
Good Morning, Good Morning, so country music superstars Zach Brian
said he's nearly two months.

Speaker 6 (49:34):
Sober and it's the first time in a long time
that he feels great and content and whole.

Speaker 7 (49:38):
He opened up in a.

Speaker 6 (49:40):
Brutally honest, actually Instagram post revealing that he finally stepped
away from alcohol after what he describes as a year
of panic attacks and anxiety spiraling stress that left him
desperate for some sort of reset. He says the decision
came after he took a solo motorcycle trip across the country.
He ended this trip in a parking lot in Seattle,

(50:01):
and he said he sat there and he knew he
needed help. That moment pushed him into therapy, pulled him
closer to his family and led to some really long, grounding,
deep conversations with his girlfriend, all support and supporters that
he credits for helping him regain clarity and stability. He
admits he'd been stuck in a state of perpetual discontent,

(50:25):
overwhelmed by fame, ten years of life in the military,
and a string of high profile controversies, including that very
ugly public breakup with Breonna Chicken Fry. But now he's
on the road to doing better for himself.

Speaker 7 (50:38):
Shawn Combs is in.

Speaker 6 (50:39):
Danger of losing his one hundred million dollar defamation lawsuit
against NBC. If you remember, he's suing NBC over their
documentary ditty, The Making of a Bad Boy. Did you
guys watch that? By the way, I didn't either, But
he said that that painted him as a monster tied
to murder and ticking and abuse, all allegations that he denies. Well,

(51:03):
Diddy might have screwed up his own case. Statements he
made in court reportedly opened the door for NBC's legal
team to argue that his claims of reputational damage just
don't hold up, putting his entire lawsuit again worth one
hundred mil, in jeopardy. The suit was meant to push
back against the documentary's portrayal while he fights those separate

(51:25):
federal charges. But now I am told that his own words,
words that came out of his own mouth, may end
up being the biggest threat to the case and he
may lose it because of that. Another day, another ticket
Master issue. Do you guys, I love Olivia Dean. I'm
like obsessed with Olivia Dean right now? But this time around,

(51:45):
a typo raised ticket prices for Olivia's TD Garden show
in Boston by seven hundred dollars.

Speaker 7 (51:51):
The price was supposed to be fifty three dollars and
forty five cents, but fans went on and those tickets
specifically were all in the seven one hundred dollars rate.
Oh my god, and Ticketmaster came back.

Speaker 6 (52:03):
To say that was our bad.

Speaker 7 (52:08):
Song is so good, her songs are so good.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
I don't know this. She got more than this one.

Speaker 2 (52:18):
No, Zach, you can't make comments in my ear like say,
Zach Goods.

Speaker 1 (52:22):
She has a whole album. It's delicious.

Speaker 2 (52:26):
I have it on all the time in my house.

Speaker 35 (52:31):
To your best.

Speaker 3 (52:34):
I love.

Speaker 2 (52:37):
Olivia Dean looked like I've never I've never seen I
want to hold on, let me look at it. It's amazing.
Will they make the music sound better? For this music?

Speaker 7 (52:47):
Absolutely, she's stunning.

Speaker 2 (52:51):
She's got a like Gracie Abrams is one of those
ones too that's like Smoke Show and like.

Speaker 6 (52:55):
Gray Abrams mixed with Cassie Delicious see it.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
Yeah, she's British. V Hey can I bring up a
Ticketmaster thing? I want to bring up a Ticketmaster thing
real quick. So I am in need of a ticket
or two for Thanksgiving because we're going to go down
and now we've got a family, you know, coming in
and a long story short. So I'm looking at tickets
and I usually go and I buy tickets on Ticketmaster Exchange.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
Is there a better place?

Speaker 2 (53:25):
Because I have to tell you, I feel like sometimes
I'm getting robbed by ticket Master Exchange when it used
to be cheaper than going to stub Hub or going
to you know, any of these other off sites. Where
can you get good seats for like Thanksgiving?

Speaker 6 (53:39):
I always use ticket if I'm selling or I need
to buy a ticket last minute, That's.

Speaker 7 (53:43):
What I do.

Speaker 2 (53:44):
I feel like the fees have gotten so big that
honestly it's gotten to a point where a ticket to
go to a game that normally would be like a
couple hundred dollars ticket turns into like a six hundred
dollars ticket.

Speaker 7 (53:56):
I thought they were fixing this.

Speaker 6 (53:57):
I think, I know part of it was putting all
the fees up front, but I thought that they were
getting rid of some of that.

Speaker 2 (54:02):
I don't those crap fast.

Speaker 1 (54:05):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (54:06):
Has that not gone into effect yet?

Speaker 2 (54:08):
Well? No, I think it did go into effect. But
I think, honestly, maybe somebody paid off somebody or something.
I don't know. It's still crazy. It's messy. I don't
know how anybody affords to go to anything. I really don't.
I have no clue how so many people are able
to go to all of these things with all the
high prices and things that are going on with.

Speaker 7 (54:25):
You and Mojo.

Speaker 6 (54:27):
This is a story for you and for me because
it's one of my favorite movies of all time.

Speaker 7 (54:31):
I'm so excited about this.

Speaker 6 (54:32):
The creator of the holiday favorite The Family Stone Oh
moved ahead with a sequel. Director writer Thomas Zuka reveals
that he's already been developing that the follow up when
the film's original matriarch and Keaton passed away last month.
So this was already in the works. I mean, I
do I need to say spoiler alert. This movie is

(54:53):
like twenty years old.

Speaker 1 (54:54):
But is it really twenty years old?

Speaker 7 (54:55):
I don't know when it came out. I feel like
it's old. Diane Keaton Yan Keaton dies at the end
of the movie, so we didn't need her for the
sequel anyway.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
Maybe it's so sad.

Speaker 7 (55:06):
That I ugly cry wearing that scene.

Speaker 2 (55:08):
Why don't you also tell me that Bruce Willis was
a freaking ghost too, I mean seriously. And Kevin kills
Joe Peshe in Home Alone twenty eight.

Speaker 6 (55:21):
So the sequel going to aim to revisit the beloved
Stone family and also honor Diane's legacy. Now, the director says, look,
you know this is happening.

Speaker 7 (55:30):
I want to make it happen.

Speaker 6 (55:31):
There's a script, but it's only going to be worthwhile
if the original core cast Christopher Parker, Clare Danes, Rachel McAdam,
Sarah Jisca, Parker, Luke Wilson all participates. So everybody needs
to sign on Dylan for him to give it the
green link.

Speaker 2 (55:46):
Dylan's a good looking man. That is a good looking guy.
You don't see him in a.

Speaker 6 (55:49):
Lot of stuff if you miss anything from today, so
you can always go back and listen to the cast
on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (56:05):
This is a delicious song Zach.

Speaker 29 (56:16):
Mosule in the Morning. On social media, it's module in
the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
You're all right, we got tickets to jingle Ball, much
more affordable than Lions Thanksgiving game, which, by the way,
we're giving away tickets to go see the Lions play
this weekend, and then we're also giving away tickets next
week to go to that Thanksgiving game, all courtesy of

(56:45):

we got them for you, Nicole. I know you're a
huge Nelly fan. You're gonna go Jesse mur Oh my,
you are going to be singing at the top of
your lungs. Who are you gonna bring with you? Who's

(57:05):
the friend or family member?

Speaker 27 (57:07):
My best friend?

Speaker 45 (57:08):
Betty?

Speaker 1 (57:09):
Oh, Betty, Betty.

Speaker 2 (57:10):
We love Betty.

Speaker 1 (57:11):
Everybody needs a friend named Betty.

Speaker 2 (57:13):
How old?

Speaker 1 (57:13):
Yeah, how old is Betty?

Speaker 27 (57:16):
Thirty eight?

Speaker 1 (57:17):
Betty's thirty eight. What a great name.

Speaker 2 (57:20):
That's a great one. Well, hey, congratulations to you. I
got a pair of tickets for your jingle Ball. Tickets
are on sale right now ticketmaster dot com. You can

Speaker 27 (57:41):
Okay, okay, thank you, all right.

Speaker 2 (57:44):
Nicole from Mount Clements is coming to the show with Betty.
Everybody's giving me their their take on tickets. A lot
of people are saying tick pic. A lot of people
also telling me seat geek, I've got a couple of games.

Speaker 1 (58:00):
Times here.

Speaker 2 (58:01):
A buddy, a buddy of mine just texts me and says,
do it the old fashioned way. Find the guy standing
out in front that says he needs one, and that
usually is a guy that's buying and selling.

Speaker 1 (58:12):
So I haven't done that though, forever.

Speaker 2 (58:14):
You know where you buy out front of bro You
know what my favorite is, if you really want to
risk it, don't buy until after the kickoff or after
like the first pitch or after the opening tip in
a basketball game. Don't buy until after that, and you'll
get a ticket for like five dollars.

Speaker 1 (58:32):
Yeah, it's so great, all right.

Speaker 2 (58:35):
It is Mojo in the morning show phone number eight
four to four Mojo Live. The text is nine to
five to five zero zero, Shannon. I can't believe that
you can't get fat shamed or food shamed. Uh wait, wait,
wasn't food shamed.

Speaker 7 (58:51):
But I was food shamed?

Speaker 1 (58:53):
So what is food chain? Explain?

Speaker 6 (58:55):
So we in the kitchen here at iHeartMedia Detroit have
a gumball machine, but it's not filled with gumballs. It
is filled with Eminem's and peanut eminem's, usually a mix.
Right now, I think it's all peanut eminem's. You guys
see me do this.

Speaker 7 (59:09):
I go to that machine probably four or five times
a show.

Speaker 6 (59:13):
Because when you crank it, by the way, one peanut
eminem comes out for each crank, so it takes a few.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
But I have a sweet tooth.

Speaker 7 (59:22):
I love peanut eminem So I'm constantly, you know, going
over there and doing that. Our salespeople sit right in
front of the kitchen, and there is one salesperson in particular.
I don't know if I should call her out and
use her name, Alicia Bailey. I love you.

Speaker 6 (59:38):
But she said to me when I was cranking to
get my peanut M and ms the other day, Okay,
this is getting out of hand now.

Speaker 7 (59:48):
And I slowly turned to her and was like, really,
you're gonna shame me for my peanut eminem consumption. It
was probably like my third or fourth trip. But each
time you literally get four.

Speaker 2 (01:00:02):
You're not stopping at four, though, are you.

Speaker 41 (01:00:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:00:04):
Well, I get four, and then I come in here
and we do the show commercial break, I go back,
I get a few more, get a water, get a coffee,
a few more.

Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Yeah, that's funny, so she was. She was counting how
many times you're going back and forth?

Speaker 7 (01:00:16):
And it is loud when you do it, but come on, it's.

Speaker 2 (01:00:21):
Kind of uh, it's kind of amusing because of you,
of all people like you know, like if it was
me or Josh next door. I see Josh going to
that freaking food table like five or six times.

Speaker 7 (01:00:34):
Well, here's the thing, and Anna knows this. I've cut
myself off from you.

Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
Did ever since that moment? Wow?

Speaker 7 (01:00:43):
Nope, I feel very self conscious when I even walk
in that direction.

Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
Wait, so it worked then for her to stop it.
Do you think you should call human resources on her
and say that's.

Speaker 7 (01:00:54):
A hostile work environment.

Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
This is a very hostile work.

Speaker 7 (01:00:57):
Complain about it intimidating work.

Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
Do listeners of ours have like the kitchen in their
office and the person that's desk is right next to
the kitchen and they will make comments.

Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
Of you, or you just feel their eyes following you
as you go into that refriserator.

Speaker 1 (01:01:12):
I used to get that back in.

Speaker 2 (01:01:13):
The old building, uh with the bathroom, the people that
had the cubicles right outside the bathroom. I get it
a little bit now. I see Crystal and Cody there
all the time and they're all like, man, this guy's
got self some bladder issues or something. My grandma used
to do this after church a lot. In our church,
they used to have refreshment hour. I used to call
it coffee yard downstairs. And I'm of the mindset that

(01:01:35):
if everybody goes through once at that point, you can
get back up, go through the line as many times
as you want.

Speaker 19 (01:01:41):
Our grandma, you're gonna go back again. I'm like, the
food is here to be eaten. So you see here
and just wait for everybody else to go for a second.
Do listeners ever get that at Thanksgiving from family members?
I'm up there, I think. I think after everybody goes
through once is fair game.

Speaker 5 (01:01:56):
At that point, Bojo was judging at our Thanksgiving pot luck, Brandon.

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Or no brain no brain in by the way, that
was way too big a place. And you would judge
too if you had to share one stall with that guy.
I had to wait yesterday. That guy, that guy, I'm
telling you, I love him to death, you listening. He's
one of my favorite people in this entire building. But
I see those boots underneath you, guys, say bo wave

(01:02:23):
walking to Boo may spiting, what's up, Rosie? How you doing?

Speaker 3 (01:02:30):
Hi?

Speaker 37 (01:02:30):
Good morning, good morning?

Speaker 2 (01:02:31):
What's going on?

Speaker 15 (01:02:33):
Okay?

Speaker 45 (01:02:33):
So the same thing, I have that gum bomb machine
in my house.

Speaker 46 (01:02:37):
I bought one.

Speaker 17 (01:02:38):
It has the peanut eminem skittles and gumballs. I every
time I know my kid is speaking candy by the
turn of the sound, by.

Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
The way, is yours like this one? Where it's so
bad like it's and it's kind of cheaply made too,
and it only literally does pour.

Speaker 6 (01:02:58):
Out like one No for real, However, now I see
people just taking off the top of this thing.

Speaker 7 (01:03:04):
Thing and sticking their dirty hands in it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
So at least I don't do that. Yea, yeah, we
just need to go and buy a bag and throw
it in our our California closets beautifully designed. How great
a questions? California Closets made cabinetry in our studio and
they're wonderful. These things, these things are so incredible. Shout

(01:03:32):
out to California Closets on this one. Here, I'll hold
on a second. Alicia Bailey's on the phone from the
sales to Alicia, is today one of the two days
a month that you come into the office. I'm undecided,
what's going on, Alicia?

Speaker 1 (01:03:49):
Why are you shaming Shannon's.

Speaker 27 (01:03:53):
I mean, listen, I can't afford any of you to
be sick.

Speaker 14 (01:03:57):
Okay, you know what.

Speaker 7 (01:03:58):
Else I just thought of, Alicia?

Speaker 6 (01:03:59):
Does Planet Fitness see our Planet Fitness wrap? I wonder
if there's a correlation here.

Speaker 1 (01:04:04):
Judgment free though?

Speaker 27 (01:04:05):
Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Yeah, come on, Alicia, peanut police.

Speaker 2 (01:04:10):
Alicia, do you find having that desk right there next
to the kitchen that you find the people who are
the excessive eaters?

Speaker 3 (01:04:17):
Like?

Speaker 1 (01:04:18):
Can you name the top three excessive eaters people out.

Speaker 27 (01:04:22):
I mean, if you give me a minute, I.

Speaker 15 (01:04:23):
Can pull up my spreadsheet.

Speaker 1 (01:04:28):
That's funny. I love you, Alicia. We'll talk to you later.

Speaker 16 (01:04:30):
I love you more.

Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
Wait, hold on, hold on real quick, Sarah, Sarah, you're
on with Alsia? What did you want to say?

Speaker 14 (01:04:37):
You should see how people eat at buffets.

Speaker 47 (01:04:40):
I worked at a buffet here in the Metro Detur area,
and one of my first days, this guy used the
drink tray that you used to get the drinks from
the cash register to your table, use that in.

Speaker 14 (01:04:54):
Piled a mountain of food and set at a two top.

Speaker 2 (01:05:00):
By himself, by himself.

Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
What kind of buffet is this?

Speaker 12 (01:05:05):
What?

Speaker 28 (01:05:05):
What?

Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
What was it?

Speaker 16 (01:05:09):
It's a it's honestly, it's Golden correct.

Speaker 1 (01:05:13):
By the way, what a name for a buffet place?
The Golden Corral.

Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
And by the way, we call it in honor of
Joey Neimo who used to work here, used to call
it the buffet.

Speaker 27 (01:05:23):
He went from the the salad bar to the dessert bar.

Speaker 41 (01:05:29):
One go.

Speaker 1 (01:05:30):
You know what, I don't even amateur, I don't even
waste my time with salad.

Speaker 47 (01:05:36):
He went from the salad bar to the dessert bar
where I worked and just piled it right next to
the drink station.

Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
Oh that's funny. Well, thank you for the call, Sarah.
I appreciate it. And thank you, Alicia. We'll talk to
you later, all right, bye bye. A last second here,
Cheyenne got shamed? What's up, Cheyenne?

Speaker 25 (01:05:58):
Hie?

Speaker 48 (01:05:59):
I got sam because when I was pregnant, I used
to eat about two to three jars of pickles every
couple of days, and my family was like, what are
you doing so but on a normal basis, I mean
I kind of still get ashamed.

Speaker 45 (01:06:12):
I eat about a jar every almost every day.

Speaker 2 (01:06:15):
Wow, I just love It's interesting. My things now is
gluten free pretzel rods. These Chelsea has gotten to a
point where she hates the crunching sound so much that
she has gone in and smashed them to make them
all like dust. Like they're not. They're no longer rods
anymore because of she's so tired of hearing me chomp.

(01:06:36):
What's up, Lucinda, Shannon.

Speaker 47 (01:06:41):
I know how to solve your problem with it.

Speaker 42 (01:06:44):
Take a bowl or a cump over to the machine.

Speaker 13 (01:06:47):
If you live, fill it up right, we will.

Speaker 2 (01:06:50):
Never know you're only going over there.

Speaker 21 (01:06:53):
She doesn't know, not saying you'll be golden.

Speaker 7 (01:06:56):
Well, we started doing that because Bianca found a bag
of them that they refill it with. But now that's
gone because we Hey.

Speaker 2 (01:07:03):
That was a sash though it was John, what's up?

Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
John?

Speaker 22 (01:07:08):
How you doing? Long time listener?

Speaker 10 (01:07:10):
A couple of time callers.

Speaker 2 (01:07:12):
Okay, welcome back? Got me almost go ahead?

Speaker 18 (01:07:15):
All all right, well check this out. I played poker
down at the casino. So every morning I used to
go down to MotorCity Casino and in the poker room,
you got like an eminem machine. I mean an eminem
peanut eminem machine. So I will still like get a
couple of eminems. I just steal them all the time.
One day and you gotta it's customary for the players

(01:07:36):
to get it. So one day the pit bulls come
over there. He was like, uh, you're gonna you're gonna
play or you're gonna eat those? Said, I'm gonna play,
he said, he said, what you gonna do with him?
I said, you want me to put them back? He's like, no,
just get them and get out of here.

Speaker 2 (01:07:54):
That's how I am in ve guess with drinks. If
I get if they give you free drinks at the tables.
I will milk up free drinks the entire time just
sitting at those tables. I don't think they do it.

Speaker 1 (01:08:04):
Yeah, hold on a second here, Maya, what's up?

Speaker 2 (01:08:09):
Maya High Hi?

Speaker 45 (01:08:11):
Hi, Shannon Hi.

Speaker 7 (01:08:14):
I just texted in and so y'all wanted to hear.

Speaker 45 (01:08:17):
I cannot blame you. If people are sticking their hand
in the gumball machine, whatever's in there, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 24 (01:08:24):
That is just disgusting.

Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
Yeah, you should see some of the hands that are
working around this place, Maya disgusting hands literally, Tony Travado,
it was the last time that guy's.

Speaker 7 (01:08:36):
Watching comes in here and sticks his hand.

Speaker 1 (01:08:39):
No, it's crazy. It lives on a freaking farm.

Speaker 2 (01:08:43):
Last night, I was watching the basketball game on ESPN
and it was the Knicks clients, and this was actually
kind of funny.

Speaker 1 (01:08:50):
Speaking of peanut M and ms.

Speaker 2 (01:08:52):
Josh Hart was going for a ball and dove into
the front row and landing on some rich dudes sitting
in the front row who was eating peanut M and
m M, And it was actually pretty pretty funny.

Speaker 1 (01:09:01):
All done, let me see if.

Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
I have the uh you could tell that's what he
was eating.

Speaker 7 (01:09:04):
Did he have like the box or the bag or something.

Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
Oh yeah, he had he had the you know those
boxes that they have like where they're They were the
ones that you can buy like at a a movie theater.

Speaker 1 (01:09:15):
Yeah, you like that stuff.

Speaker 7 (01:09:16):
Croker always has them four for five dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:09:18):
Well, on a second, let me see if I can
find the audio of this one. It was actually kind
of relatively funny. I don't know why my audio is
not playing.

Speaker 23 (01:09:25):
Hard dives for he was now hugging it, un making
sure he's okay.

Speaker 2 (01:09:34):
Art's taking some peanut m and unst. That's the greatst.
But I love that.

Speaker 19 (01:09:38):
Do players do that a lot at the Pistons games?
I give a play, I'd probably have seen it once.
It's not something that happens regularly. Did you know that
I sat in uh, Danny Warner, my friend Mark Warner's.

Speaker 2 (01:09:49):
Okay, what ut brother had great seats back in the
old Palace, and I sat in the front row.

Speaker 1 (01:09:54):
He gave me the seats for a game. And the
I can't remember who it was, Chris Paul or somebody.

Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
Big dove on Joe eating the nachos and they used
to have great nachos at the palace and he got
it on his jersey. We were on TV for a
little bit and they had to find a new jersey
for him because it literally had a gaze.

Speaker 1 (01:10:15):
I know that would have that would have been incredible.

Speaker 29 (01:10:17):
But all right, there's nothing Unleasha's stupid any more than
that person in front of you in the drop offline
for school. Come on and get that kid out of
the car faster.

Speaker 2 (01:10:29):
Mojo's kind of showed to do.

Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
This is Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
Mojo in the Morning. Oh my god, I got to
speaking of a drop off lines. I want to talk
about this. So I was on my way home yesterday
and I drove by a school by my house that
was doing pick up. And you know how pickup is
usually at every school where there's a bajillion cars. I
said this yesterday and somebody said to me, They're like,
what are you talking about? People take bus? I feel
like no kids take buses anymore, because anytime you go

(01:10:55):
to any school, at the end of the day or
even the beginning of the day, it's all parents drop
in their kids.

Speaker 6 (01:11:00):
A lot of districts got rid of the buses because
they just didn't have drivers or there were a lot
of issues.

Speaker 2 (01:11:04):
Well, I wish they'd bring them back because it just
causes for a guy that doesn't have kids in that
school to be pissed off at what's going on. Well,
they had all these cars lined up, and I'm waiting to,
you know, kind of get through the traffic light, and
I noticed one of the cars in the school parking
lot was surrounded by two police officers with the lights flashing,

(01:11:25):
and they were standing out and they were talking to
It looked like a guy and a girl that were
sitting there in the pickup lane or line waiting for
the kids to kind of all come out. And all
it got me thinking to myself was, oh my god,
if this is a parent picking their kid up, their
kids going to get the first you know, eyes of
their parents getting arrested.

Speaker 19 (01:11:46):
I don't like that that's the wrong place to do it,
but I guess if you're looking for someone, you know
where they're going to be at and when they're going
to be there.

Speaker 7 (01:11:52):
Well, was there an altercation in the pickup line? Because
there is some.

Speaker 2 (01:11:55):
Rage in these Can we open up the phone lines
and just ask this question and just random maybe two
questions here. Number one question could be the police and
the pickup line. Maybe did you get busted by doing
something in the pickup line, like yelled at by security
or doing something you know, crazy by the police, or

(01:12:15):
pulled over by in the pickup line would be another
one too, like you're speeding to get to school and
the cop follows you all the way to the pickup line.

Speaker 1 (01:12:22):
That's one call.

Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
The second one is where is the craziest place that
somebody's ever gotten arrested? Because if you're going to get arrested, yeah,
I don't want to get arrested at my kids' school,
dropping off or picking up. That's top five worst locations.
Handcuffed right there.

Speaker 1 (01:12:39):
In front of all those people.

Speaker 19 (01:12:40):
I remember working at Quick and at the time I
was working like on a closing team, and they used
to have these long floors, so that was just open
floor playing kind of like our office here where you
can look out and you can see one hundred yards
to the other side of the hall. Yeah, and if
you're minding your business, doing your work, you don't notice anything.
But it's one of those things. Once one head turns
and then tit heads turn You're like, okay, well what's

(01:13:02):
going on in that direction? So the heads are turning
and you look up and it's two officers standing behind
one of the guys that's on the floor working. Oh boy,
so everybody watching at this point call log blowing up
and went from five people on holds about fifty people.

Speaker 2 (01:13:16):
On hold, nobody paying attention to what they do it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
All of a sudden, he gets up.

Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
You see him take off his head, sit, throw it
down on the ground. One officer is holding him by
his arm.

Speaker 19 (01:13:25):
They won't like handcuff him, but holding him by his arm,
make him walk all the way down to the other side.

Speaker 2 (01:13:30):
Damn. They're parading him and escort him out. And then
everybody get to talking. You don't really know what the.

Speaker 19 (01:13:36):
Old child support or something like, oh wow, and I'm like, man,
y'all can bring him downstairs or call him to the
lobby crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:13:44):
Eight four to four Mojo Live eight four four six

constructive criticism to your kids. I actually yesterday went and

the Descendants Disney's Descendants.

Speaker 19 (01:14:56):
I appreciate Chot, thank you and Chelsea for pulling up yesterday.
And Anna's I appreciate you off. It was fun out tonight.

We'll get into that. And wore the Roses this morning,
Busted a Cheater.

pickup line, Hold on, buzz, what's up?

Speaker 21 (01:15:47):
Buzz?

Speaker 12 (01:15:49):
Hey?

Speaker 2 (01:15:49):
What's going on?

Speaker 40 (01:15:51):
Hello? Y'all have the craziest places being arrested. I got
arrested in my kids' school parking lot and.

Speaker 16 (01:15:58):
The entire school.

Speaker 45 (01:15:59):
Yeah, what did you do?

Speaker 2 (01:16:01):
Buzz?

Speaker 40 (01:16:03):
Well, honestly, I was trying to get my daughter's cell
phone back from a child who stole the phone, and
I was chasing him in my truck and what the
school ball? Was me trying to run him over?

Speaker 10 (01:16:15):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:16:17):
Wow?

Speaker 15 (01:16:17):
Wow?

Speaker 7 (01:16:18):
Were you trying to aim?

Speaker 2 (01:16:19):
Were you?

Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
Were you trying to run over over?

Speaker 40 (01:16:23):
Well, after about a six one dollar phone bill, I
kind of wanted to get.

Speaker 3 (01:16:26):
A hold of him.

Speaker 2 (01:16:26):
Wait, the kids stole her phone and was using it
to run up a bill of six hundred bucks.

Speaker 40 (01:16:32):
The bill we got to build back of six hundred
and dollars, and I was that today. I got a
hold of him.

Speaker 1 (01:16:37):
Did you get did you get the phone back back?
Did you did you get charged?

Speaker 12 (01:16:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 40 (01:16:43):
When I went down there and they talked to me,
and they finally found the kid and pulled the school
tapes and yeah, they seen the truth of what was
going on. I was the guy calling for the cops.
He just happened to be standing the print of my truck.

Speaker 1 (01:16:53):
At that guy, I'm sorry, he just happened. By the way,
you are the perfect of a daughter.

Speaker 2 (01:17:00):
I just want you to know.

Speaker 1 (01:17:01):
That guy named Buzzing, I would like you to meet
my dad.

Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
His name is buzz All right, buzz we'll talk to
you later. Pal's got a gun. Rack, Caro, what's going on?

Speaker 27 (01:17:14):
Good morning.

Speaker 49 (01:17:15):
How's that we're doing.

Speaker 3 (01:17:16):
We're good.

Speaker 1 (01:17:17):
We're talking about pulled over in the pickup line.

Speaker 23 (01:17:21):
Okay.

Speaker 42 (01:17:21):
So I'm a mom that got pulled over in the
pickup line. So they I was sitting in line and
sometimes there's sleep officers there, and so one of them
turned on their lights behind me, and I'm like, oh geez,
I'm thinking he's trying to get around me because I'm stuck.

Speaker 13 (01:17:37):
You know, I'm stop.

Speaker 42 (01:17:39):
So I keep going. I'm trying to get to the
sidewalk let the kids off.

Speaker 16 (01:17:44):
And I get to the sidewalk and he comes.

Speaker 42 (01:17:47):
Up to my window and completely scares me.

Speaker 7 (01:17:49):
I'm like huh.

Speaker 42 (01:17:50):
So I rolled down the window and I was like hey,
and He's like, ma'am, can you please.

Speaker 27 (01:17:54):
Pull over into a perking stock.

Speaker 42 (01:17:55):
I'm like me because I have no idea why I'm beginning.

Speaker 2 (01:17:59):
I'm a nice mom. Why would you want me?

Speaker 3 (01:18:02):
I know?

Speaker 27 (01:18:04):
Literally me?

Speaker 42 (01:18:05):
Okay, Like I'm thinking, what did I do? So I
let the kids off, and there I have. There were
two high schoolers and one middle schooler.

Speaker 2 (01:18:12):
So they're horrified, and you know, every kid in their
school is looking at you right now.

Speaker 42 (01:18:17):
We're all looking at it.

Speaker 12 (01:18:18):
I know.

Speaker 42 (01:18:19):
I'm so embarrassed, like full into the spot and I'm like,
you're literally coolling me over and he's like, yeah, you
rolled the stop sign. I'm like, I rolled the stop sign.
So I'm trying to rack my brain and I'm like,
I really don't remember rolling the stop sign. So and
I I was going through chemo at the time, I
have no hair. I'm like a hot mess.

Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 27 (01:18:37):
So anyways, I just told him.

Speaker 42 (01:18:39):
I was like, I don't remember rolling the stop sign,
but if I did, I'm so sorry, you know.

Speaker 27 (01:18:42):
So he gave me a ticket, and so my kids
were horrified, and when I picked.

Speaker 3 (01:18:45):
Them up, they wait at me.

Speaker 2 (01:18:47):
You're a battling cancer. You're dealing with chemo and for
rolling a stop sign that everybody.

Speaker 42 (01:18:57):
No, for real, Now I do like such a hard stop, like,
will you never get another ticket?

Speaker 9 (01:19:02):
What time?

Speaker 42 (01:19:04):
I waited a couple of seconds.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Call out the town hill Auburn Hills cops, sock you.
That's crazy pulling over a mim and parking lot of
the school.

Speaker 42 (01:19:15):
I think they were trying to They were trying to
make sure people did not roll this up.

Speaker 14 (01:19:20):
That's what I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:19:21):
Yeah, but when when I pull you over and I
see that you're you know, I'm dealing with cancer and
all that stuff and you're with your kids, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:19:29):
Hold on, Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (01:19:32):
A grandparent was arrested in the pickup line, Tammy. This
wasn't your grandparent, was it?

Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:19:41):
No, it was an It was a student's grandparent, and
they followed her.

Speaker 42 (01:19:46):
It was They followed her into the school drop off
line and a rest her or for d U.

Speaker 7 (01:19:50):
I grandma, im rightfully so, But what was grandma doing?

Speaker 2 (01:20:00):
Wow? She didn't even expect to go pick up her grand.

Speaker 7 (01:20:10):
Morning.

Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
Yeah, okay, that's horrible. Well then Derek quits up as
Mojo in the morning. Good morning, guys, how's it going
what's happening.

Speaker 50 (01:20:24):
I was gonna say, like.

Speaker 20 (01:20:25):
Some people probably get rowdy in that line because they
literally wait for their kids like two hours.

Speaker 2 (01:20:30):
Before they're out of school.

Speaker 3 (01:20:31):
It is.

Speaker 12 (01:20:34):
I'll drive by the.

Speaker 18 (01:20:35):
Schools and literally see lines.

Speaker 20 (01:20:36):
I'm like, oh my god, they're out.

Speaker 50 (01:20:37):
There's like two more hours and they.

Speaker 12 (01:20:39):
Literally have sent a problem.

Speaker 22 (01:20:41):
They actually had to have our us kids actually zig zag.

Speaker 23 (01:20:45):
Moore into the school because they're coming out into.

Speaker 20 (01:20:47):
The road, so the cops are actually.

Speaker 23 (01:20:49):
Upset about it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:50):
Yeah, it is wild to see how early parents will
wait for their kids. Hey, what's up, Chelsea.

Speaker 51 (01:20:58):
Hey, my nephew got a rested our mamma's funeral because
he had a warrant and a police officer actually showed
up to pay his respects to my mamma and he
called it in because my nests had been on the run,
so he.

Speaker 15 (01:21:17):
Yep, he called it in.

Speaker 51 (01:21:19):
He went to the bathroom, called it in, and the
police showed up and rested them at the funeral.

Speaker 7 (01:21:26):
Ma'ama her celebrational life and that.

Speaker 1 (01:21:32):
These are crazy. Could you imagine?

Speaker 2 (01:21:34):
Ali?

Speaker 1 (01:21:35):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (01:21:35):
Ali? How you doing?

Speaker 11 (01:21:38):
I'm good?

Speaker 16 (01:21:38):
How about all of you?

Speaker 1 (01:21:39):
All fantastic?

Speaker 2 (01:21:40):
I mean, listen, I saw cops with their flashers on
in front of a school yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:21:45):
I didn't realize this is common. What's going on?

Speaker 12 (01:21:48):
Yes I'm about five years ago.

Speaker 52 (01:21:50):
During school pickup about a block from my children's school,
there was a drug bus and these four children had
to come out of the school and see the mother
being arrested. They had the local drug task force there.
And it's a small town, so these four kids have to.

Speaker 40 (01:22:06):
Live with it for a while.

Speaker 2 (01:22:07):
They should not do it in school, though, they should
wait till they get home, you know, follow them out
of there or something.

Speaker 52 (01:22:12):
You know, all those kids, one little, small, one stoplight town.

Speaker 7 (01:22:17):
Everybody thow wow, that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:22:20):
Hold on, Uh, Matt, his kid's grandpa got into a
fight in school pick up line and the cops were called.

Speaker 1 (01:22:28):
What happened, Matt?

Speaker 33 (01:22:30):
Okay, So my my ex father in law, he's uh,
he's a nice guy, but he might be missing a
little bit of coots from time to time, so he
kind of no bs and they'll say whatever in front
of people, and so he's a he's had two knee
replacements and he's probably eighty.

Speaker 3 (01:22:46):
Two years old at the time.

Speaker 1 (01:22:47):
Okay, I got a picture on my head go ahead, yep.

Speaker 33 (01:22:49):
Yeah, he's picking our kids up elementary school. And so
the the people are just swinging in to pick up
their kids real quick with us duck into the handicap.
And I've done it lots of times my self, just
swinging there for ten seconds on my kids board my
vehicle and then I move on.

Speaker 12 (01:23:04):
But at this day, he was like.

Speaker 33 (01:23:05):
Sitting there waiting for her kids, and he said something
to her when he was like hobbling by her, and
she jumped out. And she was a pretty feisty woman herself,
and she jumped out and got in his face and
he probably said rude things back and uh and uh somehow,
like I said, she she hit him and then and
I think he might have like.

Speaker 16 (01:23:24):
Slapped her back and.

Speaker 53 (01:23:29):
Got knocked off his face and his nose was caught
and h And I've learned all this with the assistant
principal calling me that night asking me how my kids
are handling the traumatic experience they happened at school day,
I'm like, what are you talking about? I mean, and
he's like, oh, yeah, their their grandpa got in a
fight with woman.

Speaker 33 (01:23:48):
And I kidding me kind of trashy seeing is this?

Speaker 40 (01:23:53):
It was My kids are pretty mortified, and they were like.

Speaker 2 (01:23:56):
Think about this, and it was it was I'm I
would go to more school parking lots and hang out
waiting for events like this to happen.

Speaker 1 (01:24:04):
But I'd be the one arrested for.

Speaker 2 (01:24:06):
Hanging out in school parking lots.

Speaker 1 (01:24:07):
It would not look good. Is it crazy?

Speaker 2 (01:24:10):
Sorry?

Speaker 29 (01:24:11):
You got caught shooting by not deleting those tests you
want to delete? Another War of the Roses is after
nne on Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 1 (01:24:18):
Hey, you want to go see these guys, the Jonas Brothers.

Speaker 2 (01:24:24):
We got a chance for you to win coming up
in less than twenty minutes, So before eight point thirty,
we're going to have a chance for you to go Lydia.
I'm going to set this up by having listeners get
ready for this. What is the name of this tour?

Speaker 28 (01:24:40):
Greetings from your hotown.

Speaker 1 (01:24:42):
Greetings from your hometown or hotel town.

Speaker 28 (01:24:46):
No, I know what's greetings from your hometown?

Speaker 2 (01:24:49):
Yeah, that's what I meant. I was going to say,
could you imagine the Jonas Brothers and would actually made
that their way to the Horde. So we're going to
do a contest because it is greeting from your hometown.
We're gonna do greetings from your hotown and we're going
to do biggest Hoe gets to go. If you've got
a Hose story for us, that's good. I want you
to text us. Don't call us, We'll call you. Text

(01:25:12):
nine five five zero zero. The first words have to
be hoe, and then you tell us the story and
Lydia will get you on. And the best story is
going to end up winning two tickets to go to
see the Jonas Brothers. They're good seats and you'll get
to meet the Jonas brothers. So a meet and greet
with the Jonas brothers.

Speaker 1 (01:25:31):
Calling all calling, all Hose, that's gonna happen. Don't call us,
we'll call you.

Speaker 2 (01:25:36):
Text right now nine five five zero zero, and we
will get you on the show coming up here after
this next topic.

Speaker 1 (01:25:43):
So this next topic and then we'll get to that.
All right, it is Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 14 (01:25:48):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:25:48):
Cav's son, Josiah is in seventh grade.

Speaker 2 (01:25:51):
All right, after we talk about Hoes.

Speaker 28 (01:25:53):
And.

Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
I know it's.

Speaker 1 (01:25:57):
Cav's son.

Speaker 2 (01:25:58):
Josiah's in seventh grade, and he is one of the
most talented kids that I have ever seen. And he
as well as all of those kids at his school
did a fabulous job last night. They kept me awake
watching the Disney Descendants play that they had, their musical
that they had yesterday at school.

Speaker 1 (01:26:15):
Yeah, so they did a great job.

Speaker 19 (01:26:17):
This is Josiah's first time, if you can believe it,
ever being in a play or ever doing anything theater related.

Speaker 2 (01:26:23):
He's more of a draw animator.

Speaker 19 (01:26:25):
He makes works of arts with his hands, and even
though he likes doing voiceovers, he's never auditioned or did
a play. So he's been really excited and really focused
and really looking forward to this moment. So again, appreciate
you and Chelsea pulling up. So once the play has concluded,
after all two hours of it, they get done, all

(01:26:47):
they can, I show you the go ahead, bro.

Speaker 2 (01:26:50):
So Kevin text Chelsea and I and he goes, you,
guys know this thing is going to be two hours.
He text because he's in like the front rows with
all the parents are and we're kind of in the back.

Speaker 1 (01:27:04):
And he goes, feel free to scoot if you want to.

Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
I said this spit two hours, all won't so I'm
not gonna lie to you. I was willing to stay
the whole time. Miss Chelsea was jealousy was like Chelsea
was like two hours, which, by the way, it is
weird to go and watch and you know one kid,
like I know, usually that's what happens to you when
you go see your kid and stuff, but you at
least know the other kids. So I'm sitting there the

(01:27:30):
whole time and the entire time I'm watching this thing,
going Jo sigh, is better than that kid?

Speaker 1 (01:27:35):
Better than this kid?

Speaker 2 (01:27:36):
Like I was judging these other kids, I have no
idea who they are. I would say he's not the
main actor. He's he's supporting.

Speaker 1 (01:27:47):
He looks good though he's good at first was growing up. Man,
the kid does not look the same. He's in a
year time.

Speaker 2 (01:27:54):
He went from being this little like I felt like
a little kid who is just like so cute and
listen to now he's like a grown ass man. It's crazy.

Speaker 7 (01:28:02):
How did he do?

Speaker 2 (01:28:03):
I thought he did well? Yeah, he did well. I
mean it's his first time.

Speaker 19 (01:28:06):
And then you know your child, so you know their tendencies,
so you can see them like, Okay, Joe's a little
bit nervous or he's not confident in this particular dance move,
so you know that type of stuff. But he delivered
all his lines well. I thought the inflection was great.
But when he came off the stage, that was his question.
Immediately he asked his mom.

Speaker 2 (01:28:26):
He was like, how did I do? And his mom said,
oh my god, you did a great job.

Speaker 19 (01:28:31):
And Joe's like, no, give me the bad And then
that's when I step in because I have what I'm saying,
I have critiques. You want to know what you did wrong,
I'm gonna tell you. So I started, and he didn't
do a lot of things incorrect. But one of the
things that I pay attention to, and if you're a
theater person, they call it blocking. It's your staging where
you are on the stage, And like one of the

(01:28:51):
golden rules is never turn your back to the audience.
Cheat out, cheat out, cheat out, give yourself a little
a little stand so you can like halfway look at
your character you're referring to at the time, and then
the audience can see your physiology and all the things. Now,
this particular scene, I don't know how he actually could
have cheated out, but his whole back was to us,
and that was gonna be my critique. But as I'm

(01:29:12):
critiquing him, I start to see his posture kind of
start to slump, and I could kind of see me
giving him a critique is kind of being met with
sadness almost like he's not like engaged, like okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:29:26):
He's kind of taking it to heart. And in that moment,
I quickly pivot and I'm like, man, but you did so.
Then I went to the things you did great.

Speaker 19 (01:29:33):
I'm like, man, when you deliver this one line, it
was incredible, Like how excited you got. The crowd was laughing,
Like I tried to pivot, and I'm like, man, like
how do parents give their children critiques? And then also
like how do those critiques change your child? Because I
know for a fact like sometimes parents can be so
involved that it can strip your child of enjoying the
activity and they never want to do it again.

Speaker 7 (01:29:55):
Yeah, you struck the spirit right out of them.

Speaker 2 (01:29:57):
By the way he was tom Izzo, man, he was
yelling at it in the lock. Can I tell you
a piece of advice from coaching that I got from
Tim McCormick, tim NBA player, a great guy. Tim McCormick
told me that after the event that you go to
like so after the game, he said, never talked about

(01:30:17):
the game or talk about the event afterwards. And I
know Josiah asked you for advice, he said, he would say,
don't even if you have a critique or criticism, don't
talk about it right after the game, because after the
game is the last time in the world that they
should know about what they did and did wrong. The
next day you when you're doing it, and only because
what happens is they just got done with this high

(01:30:39):
of playing the game or low if they lost. And
he would say that the comment that you're going to
make to them is only going to make them feel worse,
not better. So he would always say so. He would
always turn music on in the car and crank up
music and laugh and oh my god, what's going on?

Speaker 1 (01:30:55):
You know, and he wouldn't even talk about the game.
But with a play it might be different.

Speaker 2 (01:30:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:31:00):
I thought Josiah did great.

Speaker 2 (01:31:01):
Can I tell you what I was most impressed with,
which Joe, because they had their sound system was bad.
They had a broken sound system, which I felt bad
for whoever the teacher was that puts the play on
because he had to come out and explain. He said
that whole thing, which by the way, ain't a cheap school.
That sound system. Somebody needs to donate a better sound system.
That tell Mitt Romney to donate some more money. That's cool.

Speaker 1 (01:31:25):
So long story short, Josiah inflected when his mic wasn't
working so I could hear him in the back like
he did a good job. He knew that his mic
maybe wasn't the best, and I thought I could hear him.
He's got a lot of his dad in him and that,
so I thought that was pretty That was pretty cool. Yeah,
but I just I don't know. So they have two

(01:31:45):
more shows today. They're doing a one pm show, which
was always like my favorite when you do the play
for the students like you do it for your school.

Speaker 2 (01:31:53):
Yeah, that's always the name. He's got one later today
at seven. Are you going to all three shows?

Speaker 19 (01:31:56):
Hell no, I don't even think I'm allowed to go
to the one at one, but I'll be at the
one tonight.

Speaker 1 (01:32:00):
So you're going to both those shows? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:32:02):
Quick question. I got to ask you with this, uh,
with him doing theater and stuff as a guy, because
I had one theater kid, so I actually Luke was
a choir kid.

Speaker 1 (01:32:14):
Though this was that was pretty interesting.

Speaker 7 (01:32:15):
I'm thinking about that it wasn't me in that Special
Guy Boys Grow.

Speaker 2 (01:32:17):
He was in uh yeah, oh god, the uh the
no is Notre Dame Prep. They called it The Irishman.
Yeah yeah, they were the Irishman. As a dad, do
you do you want and I know he's not a
sports kid and stuff like that. He's taken after you though,
as being a theatrical and stuff. Do you do you
like that?

Speaker 7 (01:32:37):
Do you say boys in theaters? Nerdy?

Speaker 2 (01:32:39):
No, I'm just saying that, I'll be honest with you.
I was kind of bummed that Jacob didn't want to
do sports. He's like, as a dad, how do you
feel about because I think there's a lot of times
where dads, you know, with boys, you want your kid
to be a sports kid man.

Speaker 19 (01:32:51):
So I mean originally, of course, like my favorite sport
is basketball. Would I like to I always envision myself
being on March Madness when they showed a college peer
and they're wearing their team shirts.

Speaker 1 (01:33:02):
So you Tim Hardaway, Yeah for sure.

Speaker 19 (01:33:04):
But early you want to put Joe siam baseball and
like t ball, and he was really good. Josiah is
incredibly athletic. He's like faster than most kids and have
always been, and he was performing really well, but he
wasn't really in it. And then I told his mom
to take him to like some Halloween thing and she
was in the car.

Speaker 2 (01:33:21):
He was crying.

Speaker 19 (01:33:21):
She was like, he won't get out of the car,
and I'm like, Josiah, I need you get out the car.
He was like, you didn't ask me if I wanted
to go the same way you didn't ask me if
I wanted to play baseball. And I was like, Okay,
from now on, I'm just gonna support where you're at it,
not trying to make you do what I want to do.

Speaker 6 (01:33:35):
Have I literally had the same discussion with Smith in
the car yesterday because every day when I pick him
up from school, he's like, do iry to go to
swim today? And he has a meltdown when I tell him, yeah,
today's day, and he's like.

Speaker 35 (01:33:48):
You and Dad didn't even ask me if I wanted
to do it.

Speaker 7 (01:33:52):
It's that's such a thing.

Speaker 1 (01:33:54):
It's funny.

Speaker 2 (01:33:55):
It hit me and it hurt me when Jacob at
first because he was our best athlete in the family
when he because he was such a good soccer player.
But then I started seeing what happens in his life
now and to look back on it, going God, I
was so petty with I.

Speaker 1 (01:34:09):
Wanted it for me, not for him. What's up, Austin,
how you doing?

Speaker 9 (01:34:14):
Hey?

Speaker 23 (01:34:14):
Good morning you lovely people.

Speaker 2 (01:34:16):
What's up?

Speaker 40 (01:34:18):
Hey?

Speaker 50 (01:34:19):
So keV you're talking about like, how do you give criticism?
One of the things that I've learned through just like
my work and social work and everything, is you have
to give the compliment sandwich. You basically like you start with, hey,
this is something you did really well, and then you
give that criticism of like hey, like maybe we could
work on this, and then you finish it up with

(01:34:40):
another compliment and then just encourage him to keep practicing.

Speaker 2 (01:34:43):
Yeah, okay that before.

Speaker 6 (01:34:47):
But even as an adult, in somebody compliment sandwhich is me.
All I can focus on is the middle.

Speaker 24 (01:34:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:34:53):
And then I wonder if the other compliments were like
sincere or they just in there, Yeah, they didn't just
want to say the best.

Speaker 1 (01:35:00):
Hey, Riley, what's happening?

Speaker 49 (01:35:03):
Good morning?

Speaker 20 (01:35:04):
Hi?

Speaker 11 (01:35:04):
How are you guys doing?

Speaker 2 (01:35:05):
We're good?

Speaker 1 (01:35:06):
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (01:35:08):
Uh?

Speaker 16 (01:35:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (01:35:08):
So I just wanted to comment One thing that I
personally heard and like I feel like I try and
pass on is that you know when your kid.

Speaker 27 (01:35:17):
Asks you how they did?

Speaker 49 (01:35:19):
You ask them how they sorry, You ask them how
they think they did, and then you know, you can
feed off that because you end up teaching them inner acceptance.

Speaker 46 (01:35:31):
Opposed to, you know, the outer acceptance from other people.

Speaker 19 (01:35:36):
What are you do in a situation where your child
is like I did, Okay, I think that's I think.

Speaker 46 (01:35:43):
That's okay to accept though. I think it's good to
you know, judge yourself somewhat and say, okay, well, like,
what can we do better from that situation? And teach
them you know, there's always room for improvement. It's only
a failure if you don't learn from what you failed at.

Speaker 1 (01:36:02):
Gotcha, Riley, what's your background with this?

Speaker 2 (01:36:05):
You have kids?

Speaker 1 (01:36:06):
Are you a teacher?

Speaker 2 (01:36:06):
What are you?

Speaker 9 (01:36:09):
I do have a kid, but he's very young, he's
only he's about the eighteen months. But I do have
a lot of nieces and nephews so and very close
to them. So I definitely try and learn as much
as I can and pass that on because I know,
I feel like we all try to get that outer
acceptance and that's not what.

Speaker 1 (01:36:28):
Do you look at your eighteen month old and say
you are the greatest drooler? I have ever seen.

Speaker 11 (01:36:35):
Oh yes, I do praise him.

Speaker 9 (01:36:37):
I mean he's crazy, wicked, smart. I'm a little scared,
but I do think that eventually is something I really
hope I stick with.

Speaker 11 (01:36:47):
And I mean it's hard.

Speaker 9 (01:36:48):
Because I think our initial reaction is always like you
did such a good job.

Speaker 46 (01:36:52):
You know, But I think it's an important tool to
teach your kids.

Speaker 2 (01:36:57):
Yeah. I do think though, it's actually good to hear
to tell the kids, you know what, I've seen you
guys play better, but that's okay, you know what I mean,
you got it next time, because I think kids honestly
do call bs. Sometimes.

Speaker 6 (01:37:08):
I always hear Wes, who is a track coach, ask kids,
do you feel like you had more?

Speaker 7 (01:37:13):
You had more left in the tank? Yeah, when they
reach the finish line.

Speaker 6 (01:37:16):
And I feel like that's a good question because it
forces them to reflect on what they were capable of
versus how they did.

Speaker 2 (01:37:23):
You know, I always hated when my kids would come
back and they would they would bitch and moan and
complain about the other kids that were playing there because
I always felt like it wasn't being a team player.
So I was sit there and go I would like
defend these other kids, and they would get so mad
at me, be like, you know what, don't worry about them,
worry about you and how you did.

Speaker 1 (01:37:42):
What's up? Justin how you doing?

Speaker 10 (01:37:45):
Hey, guys? Kind of what the first caller did? I
know sentence that she hates the compliment sandwich. But I
usually try to I'm a first off, I'm a gym teacher,
so I do with this a lot. Make them play
competitively and I get I get them a good feedback first,

(01:38:06):
and then try to sprinkle in a negative feedback with
Let's work on this, let's work on that.

Speaker 2 (01:38:13):
Yeah, yeah, let's work on like that. Hey, as a
gym teacher, do you pick on the fat kids like
my gym teachers used to do with me all the time?

Speaker 23 (01:38:22):
I do not, mo Joe.

Speaker 2 (01:38:24):
Do you make kids climb ropes like I used to
have to climb ropes? And as a big kid in school,
I can never climb the rope of a rope.

Speaker 10 (01:38:31):
But I know these kids, some of them are going
to make it to the top, and I'm.

Speaker 16 (01:38:35):
Worried about one of them falling.

Speaker 10 (01:38:36):
Yeah, that rock hard gym floor.

Speaker 1 (01:38:38):
Yeah, I remember, we used to climb.

Speaker 2 (01:38:40):
We did, We did stuff that I guarantee you nowadays
they don't do in school anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:38:44):
In gym class like, I'm like.

Speaker 2 (01:38:45):
We used to actually wash our gym teachers cards.

Speaker 1 (01:38:52):
Yeah, it would make us wash his car. It was crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:38:56):
Can I give a critique of of the play from
last week? To start with a compliment, you know, give
me the sandwich. I'll give you a compliment that the
temperature was nice inside the theater. Okay, here's my complaint.
They did not have any refreshments for me to I
wanted to. I wanted like, uh, popcorn and candy and
stuff like that, and they could be selling it for
a fundraiser or something.

Speaker 1 (01:39:17):
I said to Chelsea.

Speaker 2 (01:39:18):
We were hungry going in, and I said to I, go,
I guarantee you school like this has to have like
a refreshment stand or something.

Speaker 1 (01:39:24):
I walked around that place. I was looking all over.
I'm like, where the hell of the refreshment?

Speaker 2 (01:39:28):
Across the hall. They has some type of cod cod.
They have some trouble cookies.

Speaker 1 (01:39:33):
They had a bunch of stuff I saw, but that
looked like a private party.

Speaker 19 (01:39:36):
I didn't know because really some people I knew when
in there for tends all you can eat, they had
all you.

Speaker 1 (01:39:41):
Can tell me a fish fry going on or something.

Speaker 2 (01:39:45):
Huh.

Speaker 1 (01:39:45):
All right, Josiah was awesome. Tell Josiah, by the way,
can I play?

Speaker 2 (01:39:49):
Can I play this?

Speaker 3 (01:39:51):
Was?

Speaker 1 (01:39:52):
This was actually pretty funny. Hold on a second, let
me see if I can play this.

Speaker 2 (01:39:55):
For you guys. Josiah left us a voicemail message uh
for uh for Chelsea and I I just like his
dad does really seriously honestly spitting of him. Okay, so
here you go, hold on.

Speaker 54 (01:40:12):
Some mojo mojo and I.

Speaker 26 (01:40:18):
Just made him move from the spot.

Speaker 3 (01:40:19):
It's just how cool I am. But today today was
my play day.

Speaker 35 (01:40:25):
I'm pretty sure he's a day, right, Dack.

Speaker 54 (01:40:28):
I'm really happy that you guys are able to come.

Speaker 3 (01:40:31):
And I'm just really thanks.

Speaker 54 (01:40:33):
Thank you guys for being up for taking the time
out of your day to come and uh love y'all.

Speaker 7 (01:40:38):
Oh my god, it's that kid.

Speaker 2 (01:40:41):
It's amazing.

Speaker 1 (01:40:42):
That's such a cute kid.

Speaker 2 (01:40:43):
I appreciate. Thank god. He takes after his mother. By
the way, Jasmine looks like she's like fourteen years old.
She's all right, I guess what we're doing right now.

Speaker 4 (01:41:01):
The morning to your precess on our free iHeart radio
app and never missed War of the Roses, a second
date update am id a hole or the throwback throw down.

that means, Nor am I going to google someone explain it.

Speaker 46 (01:45:23):

Speaker 2 (01:45:36):

Speaker 2 (01:45:41):
Like the next day, who told everybody.

Speaker 11 (01:45:46):

All right, hold on one second, Okay, that's a while.
So far broke the d got Eiffel towered. Alexis is
an interesting one. Alexis, are you there? Yes, let's hear it.

Speaker 15 (01:46:19):
So about a year ago I got out of a
long term relationship and got into my little hole phase
and I had somebody that I knew that worked at Amazon,
and he happened to be delivering my package that day.
So like he brought it over and let me know
that he was there delivering it, and then after he
dropped it off, took the picture.

Speaker 2 (01:46:36):
We went back to all that. You can't say that
I gotta dump I gotta dump the words, she said.
So she went back to his went back to the
Amazon truck after his delivery, and she banged him or
boomed him, or.

Speaker 1 (01:46:51):
She said aft. But you can't say that. Wow.

Speaker 2 (01:46:54):
No, it's okay, Alexis. Alexis, where are you heading to now?
Are you driving to work?

Speaker 11 (01:46:59):
Yeah? I am on my way to work.

Speaker 1 (01:47:01):
This is your coworker, Alexis. Guys, I want to know
that unreal.

Speaker 2 (01:47:06):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:47:07):
So what's it like in the back of an Amazon truck?
Is it comfortable?

Speaker 2 (01:47:13):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:47:13):
It was on top of everybody's packaging, Alexis.

Speaker 2 (01:47:19):
That's amazing. All right, hold on one second, okay, uh Lydia,
I'm gonna need your guidance on this one.

Speaker 1 (01:47:25):
I know you put a whole bunch of them on.

Speaker 2 (01:47:27):
I obviously can't get to everybody, but you tell me
which I got so far that broke the d the
Eiffel Tower, the Amazon delivery guy. I'm gonna go to
Kelly here next biggest hoe gets to go.

Speaker 1 (01:47:40):
Hi, Kelly, good morning.

Speaker 12 (01:47:44):
Hi.

Speaker 1 (01:47:45):
Can you compete with those?

Speaker 14 (01:47:48):
Let's see.

Speaker 21 (01:47:50):
So a few years ago there was a Kinky Halloween party,
and I went to the Halloween party as Kinky Carroll Baskins. Yeah,
all my kinky cats and kittens. I was with three

(01:48:14):
guys and two girls through that night, my lions and
my kittens. I was in a nightie that had tiger
heads all over it. I found it thrifting, so it
was pretty perfect for the costume.

Speaker 1 (01:48:27):
So at the Halloween party, you you hooked up with
how many guys?

Speaker 14 (01:48:32):
Three guys and two girls?

Speaker 5 (01:48:34):
Yeah, and then a little lion prize, which it was
not everything at once or different experiences with each one
of them.

Speaker 27 (01:48:45):
So one of them was.

Speaker 21 (01:48:48):
One guy and one girl and then at the same time,
and then the other were like individual experiences through the night.

Speaker 1 (01:48:55):
That's amazing. What was the craziest costume you hooked up
with that night?

Speaker 21 (01:49:01):
I mean some of them weren't wearing costumes. Some of
them were just like walking around naked because that's what
this plight like was like this type of place was
the other one of the girls was dressed up as
as a cow.

Speaker 39 (01:49:17):
Wow.

Speaker 27 (01:49:18):
Yeah, yeah, there you goka. That's that's like the poy
of that.

Speaker 21 (01:49:22):
Anybody have a leash, I mean that's kind of normal
in that scene, like.

Speaker 14 (01:49:29):
You can see that.

Speaker 1 (01:49:30):
Yeah, unreal?

Speaker 2 (01:49:31):
All right, I'll let you know, but I just love
By the way, all these people sound like nice, normal
human beings. But everybody's got a home moment here. Uh,
Melanie had her home moment with a sugar daddy and
it doesn't stop there.

Speaker 57 (01:49:49):
What happened, Melanie, It was a bit of a family affair,
I'll say it that way.

Speaker 15 (01:49:56):
But yeah, I how does sugar daddy.

Speaker 16 (01:50:00):
And he was married?

Speaker 15 (01:50:04):
How number one and.

Speaker 57 (01:50:08):
I ended up being well I was actually in a
relationship at the time as well. And then Tinder, I
found another guy who I started hooking up with who
ended up being my sugar daddy's brother in law.

Speaker 2 (01:50:22):
And did you not did you not know that at all?
Or did you find that out? Like after when you
guys were hooking up, like, oh god, we have a
mutual friend.

Speaker 57 (01:50:31):
When when I was with the tender guy, yes, we
were talking and realized, oh, we have this connection, we
have this connection. And then I realized, oh, I've been
banging your sister's husband.

Speaker 1 (01:50:46):
And did he keep it quiet that he had this
new info?

Speaker 52 (01:50:53):
He actually still does not know to listay, the sugar
daddy does.

Speaker 1 (01:50:59):
And he does not.

Speaker 11 (01:51:01):
The brother And every time we're.

Speaker 45 (01:51:03):
All out, I have to play, you know, aloof, and
I will.

Speaker 57 (01:51:09):
See all of them together and realize I had sex
with you. I had sex with you, your husband, your brother,
but you don't know.

Speaker 15 (01:51:16):
But here's a hug.

Speaker 2 (01:51:17):
Anyways, who was better?

Speaker 3 (01:51:21):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (01:51:23):
Okay, in senses of.

Speaker 57 (01:51:27):
And senses of like going like down there the brother,
and senses of actually hooking up, I will say that
the daddy.

Speaker 2 (01:51:37):
Okay.

Speaker 19 (01:51:38):
So if you won and you only could take one
to the concert with the other ticket, which one would
you take?

Speaker 11 (01:51:43):
Oho, it's got to be the brother.

Speaker 2 (01:51:45):
Okay, I'm confused. She hooked Yeah, she hooked up with
the sugar down Yeah, yeah, but he was bettered down right.

Speaker 1 (01:51:57):
Hold on one second. Let's get one guy in here.

Speaker 37 (01:52:01):
We got one guy in here.

Speaker 1 (01:52:01):
Yeah, Ronnie, are you.

Speaker 2 (01:52:03):
There, I'm here. You want to meet Yeah, Ladies want
to go see Johns want to meet him? Okay, yeah, Ronnie, biggest,
how gets to go?

Speaker 1 (01:52:14):
Let's hear your host story.

Speaker 24 (01:52:17):
I think I got that beat when I was in
my twenties. I lived on Santa Bell Captiva Islands.

Speaker 2 (01:52:27):
Down in Florida.

Speaker 1 (01:52:28):
Beautiful place.

Speaker 2 (01:52:30):
Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 24 (01:52:31):
Yeah, and it's a you know, it's one of those
places that I think they originated the phrase what happens here,
stays here before before Vegas. But it was during the eighties,
Miamivice was going and okay being every night. My grandfather

(01:52:57):
used to call me Don Johnson because I dressed like him,
I look like him.

Speaker 14 (01:53:04):
Wow, what you do?

Speaker 28 (01:53:07):
A story?

Speaker 2 (01:53:08):
What a story?

Speaker 24 (01:53:09):
I've had a buddy that looked just like exactly like
John bon Jovi and we would go out.

Speaker 1 (01:53:15):
Okay, we're reliving the eighties here right now. This is
amazing y.

Speaker 24 (01:53:21):
So all together, I think I accumulated maybe a body
count of four hundred and fifty, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:53:34):
And how long of a period of time, over about
six years. Over a six year period of time, you
slept with four hundred and fifty women on Santa Bell Island.

Speaker 7 (01:53:44):
Tell me STDs do you think you got?

Speaker 24 (01:53:47):
I've never had, never.

Speaker 2 (01:53:52):
Did you always do it? With bon Jovi or without?

Speaker 24 (01:53:56):
We were together a few times with a tough of them,
but yeah, mostly by myself.

Speaker 2 (01:54:03):
All right, Well, listen, population of Santa Bell Island. I
just read with sixty three hundred people, you slept with
four hundred and fifty of them. Are you still well
still going adding to that number?

Speaker 3 (01:54:16):
No?

Speaker 24 (01:54:17):
No, if you remember, I'm the Ronnie that pauled in before,
and I got Filipino wife.

Speaker 7 (01:54:27):
Oh do you remember you?

Speaker 2 (01:54:28):
You see one of the four hundred or you met
her later.

Speaker 7 (01:54:31):
In life later?

Speaker 12 (01:54:33):
Lada lada?

Speaker 2 (01:54:34):
Okay, ye, Ronnie, thank you. I gotta be honest with you.
I don't like Ronnie's call at all. I think it
doesn't add to the conversation. So I don't think Ronnie's
gonna get my vote on this one. But let's vote
for the rest of these ones, all.

Speaker 7 (01:54:47):

Okay, So President and Trump has signed into law a
bipartisan bill that forces the Epstein files to be released
by the Department of Justice within the next thirty days. Again,
the bill Excuse Me, passed by a whopping four hundred
and twenty seven to one vote, had unanimous Senate approval,
and now becomes law.

Speaker 7 (02:01:34):
Attorney General Pambondie, we.

Speaker 56 (02:01:36):
Will continue to follow the law with maximum transparency while
protecting victims.

Speaker 6 (02:01:43):
So under this new law, the Department of Justice must
reveal unclassified records, communications, and all investigation materials that are
tied to Jeffrey Epstein, including files related to his death
in federal custody. They may still redact for victim protection
or ongoing probes. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

Speaker 2 (02:02:04):
There must be no funny business from Donald Trump. This
is not an invitation for Donald Trump to pick and
choose his version of the truth.

Speaker 7 (02:02:13):
No funny business.

Speaker 1 (02:02:15):
They have thirty days to relate them, so days to
New York.

Speaker 19 (02:02:19):
When they say Epstein lists, are we literally just about
to get a list of names or how does this list?

Speaker 2 (02:02:25):
What does that mean? It's the file of the whole case.
You get the entire case that's going on so in
that will probably be some names. Did you see last
night that Larry Summers guy. He spoke to his his
Harvard class, Yes, and told his Harvard class that he
was stepping away.

Speaker 6 (02:02:42):
Well, I know, he said he was going to stay.
He said, he expressed his regret for his communication with Epstein.
He was going to be stepping away publicly from some
of his duties, but he's going to remain a professor
at Harvard.

Speaker 1 (02:02:55):
I thought that he was done.

Speaker 2 (02:02:56):
No, he's not.

Speaker 1 (02:02:57):
He's staying.

Speaker 7 (02:02:58):
Oh, and that's why he said, let's get on with
the material.

Speaker 2 (02:03:00):
Yeah, let's get on with the material. Let's see.

Speaker 1 (02:03:04):
Hopefully that's not how America does.

Speaker 19 (02:03:05):
And after this list comes out, and prayerfully it does,
it doesn't go back to just business as usual. People
got to pay for their crimes, and they need to
lose money, they need to lose status, they need to
lose power.

Speaker 1 (02:03:15):
Well, and they need to take their ass to Jill.

Speaker 2 (02:03:16):
They're talking. Everybody's talking about Trump. They talking about the
Trump thing. Bill Clinton they say is going to be
one damn moo in there. They're saying the jay Z
who I love. If your name on that list, that's
for us they're saying that Clinton is the one that's
the biggest one scared about this whole.

Speaker 7 (02:03:31):
Soccer who they are All Eyes, all country music fans.

Speaker 6 (02:03:36):
Eyes were on last night's CMA Awards, hosted by Lanny
Wilson and Man. She was on fire, dominating the winner's list,
taking home her fourth Female Vocalist of the Year trophy,
Album of the Year for Whirlwind, and the coveted Entertainer
of the Year.

Speaker 34 (02:03:53):
Country Music The love of my life and I know
the love of so many of y'all's lives again. Thank
you Jesus, Thank you, Mama, and Daddy and Duck.

Speaker 28 (02:04:04):
We get married next year, Come on now.

Speaker 6 (02:04:07):
Coddy Johnson, Ella Langley, Riley, Green Brooks and Dunn all

music icon Vince Gill received the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award,
his wife Amy Grant on.

Speaker 7 (02:04:20):
Hand to help him accept that.

Speaker 6 (02:04:21):
And another death at Walt Disney World and if you're
keep in track, five guests have now died at the
resort in less than a month, the latest case happening
at Disney's Sarah Toga Springs, where a guest was found
dead on November eighth. Officials didn't take the case to
the medical examiner, instead handing it back to this individual's

(02:04:44):
own doctor. The other recent deaths include two suicides at
Disney's Contemporary Resort, a man in his sixties who passed
after a medical episode at Fort Wilderness, a man or
excuse me, a woman in her forties was found unresponsive
at Pop Centry and later died. And then and if
you want to add in the six, the person that
died after riding the Haunted Mansion attraction at Walt Disney World.

Speaker 7 (02:05:07):
Yeah, I ain't going to Walt Disney World, happiest place
on Earth.

Speaker 2 (02:05:12):
Oh my god.

Speaker 6 (02:05:13):

Speaker 1 (02:06:07):

Speaker 12 (02:06:10):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 16 (02:06:11):
Yeah, so they took to see it the Rolling Intour

break when we come back here. Next the War of
the Roses. There are people sticking up for this guy
who I think is a cheater. Coming up next on
the Mojoe in the Morning show. You judge for your
so don't go anywhere and.

Speaker 29 (02:07:02):
You'll get caught. Is the War of the Roses in
minutes of Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (02:07:07):
Our thanks for listening. Giving thanks thing. We gave one
away earlier this morning? Right, I think?

Speaker 3 (02:07:14):
No?

Speaker 28 (02:07:14):
No?

Speaker 1 (02:07:16):
Did I not do it at five or six fifty five?

Speaker 3 (02:07:18):
No?

Speaker 28 (02:07:18):
I scheduled you too.

Speaker 2 (02:07:23):
Why didn't nobody remind me? Like nobody doesn't mean we
got to give to right? Well, yeah, it just bums
me out. I always i'd say it's coming up. And
then the problem is I get caught up in the
excitement of whatever we're in at that time, and at
that time, I think we gave away some jingle ball tickets.
All right, So why don't we do this? Why don't
we do ten o'clock then? And if no, if you
don't and if the listeners don't remind me, and if

(02:07:46):
you don't remind me, I'm gonna be very very upset
because I need help with this. So at ten o'clock
we're gonna get you in. We're doing Thanksgiving on Tuesday.
You get to be part of the studio audience, and
then our friends at Rochester Banquets are going to provide
a really nice Thanksgiving feast and then you will win
a turkey for your Thanksgiving plus a gift card to Kroger.

(02:08:09):
Thank you to Kroger. With what they're doing for breaking
and entering Christmas wish. The wishes are unbelievable. You know
that we've had at least one hundred or so wishes.
Were the only thing that they asked for was they
wanted to get food for their family, Like that's all
they wanted. No gifts or toys or anything like that.
It was, Hey, we just need food. Everybody deserves to

(02:08:30):
be able to have food. And thank you to Kroger
for helping us with that. For the breaking entering Christmas wish.
If you want to send us a letter, Mojo's wish
dot org send us a letter.

Speaker 1 (02:08:42):
All right, here we go, it's time for war. Wait,
hold on, I didn't do this yet.

Speaker 30 (02:08:47):
Detroit Whiskey. You three great stations, one stupid show.

Speaker 2 (02:08:57):
Mojo in the Morning, Lie, I wore the Roses time
catching cheaters.

Speaker 29 (02:09:04):
I'm proud of it.

Speaker 3 (02:09:05):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 29 (02:09:06):
Get your home for bore the Roses. Undo in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (02:09:09):
Maria thinks that her boyfriend is cheating on her. And
why do you think this, Maria, Well.

Speaker 20 (02:09:17):
A couple of things. He's always going out with his
friends and like saying it's boys night, but he doesn't
ever invite me.

Speaker 1 (02:09:27):
He's like boys night.

Speaker 15 (02:09:31):
Yeah, I mean, I guess.

Speaker 20 (02:09:32):
So it's just like strange.

Speaker 1 (02:09:34):
It's a lot of boys nights.

Speaker 2 (02:09:36):
Okay, so he's out a lot with just his guy friends.

Speaker 1 (02:09:40):
Okay, that's the second one.

Speaker 20 (02:09:43):
Well that also, he's never introduced me to any of
those guy friends, so.

Speaker 1 (02:09:51):
You're the You're the girlfriend that they know of but
don't know.

Speaker 20 (02:09:57):
Yeah, and like he won't ever post me online, Like
on his Instagram, I post him, he doesn't ever post me?

Speaker 1 (02:10:09):
Is he active?

Speaker 36 (02:10:10):
Ah?

Speaker 2 (02:10:11):
Yeah, so he's posting stuff, but he's not posting his girlfriend.

Speaker 1 (02:10:15):
This is kind of shady back to back, there's a
lot of them. How long have you guys been seeing
each other? Three months? Okay, so this has been going
on for three months. But has it been like this
the whole time?

Speaker 20 (02:10:30):
Pretty much?

Speaker 19 (02:10:31):
Have you questioned any of this stuff, like brought it
up to him, the lack of posting you, the excessive
nights out with the guys.

Speaker 2 (02:10:37):
Have you spoken to him about any of.

Speaker 15 (02:10:39):
This a little bit?

Speaker 20 (02:10:41):
But he just keeps saying the same.

Speaker 2 (02:10:42):
Thing, which is what does he say?

Speaker 20 (02:10:46):
It's just boys night, hanging out with the guys, and
like about not posting me, He's like, I just want
to I want to keep my private life private or
something like that.

Speaker 7 (02:10:57):
So even if you tag him I'm an Instagram story,
he won't repost that on his own.

Speaker 20 (02:11:03):
He no, he doesn't like untag himself, but he doesn't
repost it.

Speaker 2 (02:11:08):
All right, we're gonna call him up see where he's
gonna send a dozen free roses. I want you to
hang on the phone, but mute it. Okay, got it?

Speaker 36 (02:11:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 20 (02:11:33):
Hello?

Speaker 12 (02:11:37):
Hello?

Speaker 7 (02:11:39):
Is this Carter?

Speaker 12 (02:11:41):
Yep?

Speaker 15 (02:11:43):
Hi, Carter?

Speaker 7 (02:11:43):
How are you this morning?

Speaker 39 (02:11:47):
I'm doing ok I'm doing okay, okay.

Speaker 6 (02:11:49):
My name is Nicole and I'm actually calling you from
an online floral company called roses bloom dot com with
an offer for some free roses. Do you have thirty
seconds to answer to two short survey questions in exchange
for this flower arrangement that that can be sent out
today to the person of your choice anywhere in the country.
And this is completely free of charge to you, no
strings detached.

Speaker 11 (02:12:11):
Ye I guess yeah?

Speaker 7 (02:12:14):
Okay. Have you purchased flowers in the last six months? Carter?

Speaker 14 (02:12:19):
Uh?

Speaker 28 (02:12:19):
No?

Speaker 7 (02:12:21):
And do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next
six months? I chance.

Speaker 6 (02:12:25):
No, Okay, That's actually all I needed from you and
as a thank you for participating in that short survey.
Our company name again is roses bloom dot com and
I'm now authorized to provide you with a dozen long
stemmed red roses. So I just needed you to think
of who you want these flowers to go to this afternoon,
and then give me their first name and last name.

Speaker 12 (02:12:50):
Give it to Olivia, Okay, and what is.

Speaker 7 (02:12:56):
Olivia's phone number? Okay? And what's her relationship to you?

Speaker 12 (02:13:10):
She's just a girl that I've been talking.

Speaker 6 (02:13:12):
With, you know, Okay, And Carter, we do something unique
at roses bloom dot com. Instead of sending a paper
card with the flowers for Olivia, I'm gonna have you
record a voice memo. So when the flowers get delivered,
she's gonna get a text message alerting her she has
a delivery. So hopefully she'll go outside and grab them,
and then she'll be able to play this voice memo.
So I'm gonna count you down. You just leave a

(02:13:34):
little message, and when you stop talking, I'm gonna stop
the recording. All right, Okay, do you understand that?

Speaker 12 (02:13:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (02:13:44):
Okay, here we go three two one, Hey girl, I.

Speaker 39 (02:13:55):
Hope you're having a good day at work.

Speaker 12 (02:13:57):
Today do you Friday?

Speaker 1 (02:14:07):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (02:14:08):
Do you like that one?

Speaker 7 (02:14:09):
Or do you want to rerecord it?

Speaker 9 (02:14:15):
Carter?

Speaker 44 (02:14:16):
Uh?

Speaker 12 (02:14:17):
Yeah, I like it. It's just great.

Speaker 7 (02:14:19):
Okay, Okay. I also have to let you know that
this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes.
Are you okay with that?

Speaker 13 (02:14:27):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:14:28):
Sure, okay, Carter.

Speaker 1 (02:14:30):
I'm gonna jump on and then we're gonna send those
flowers off.

Speaker 2 (02:14:32):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (02:14:34):
I do need to let you know one last thing, Carter.

Speaker 2 (02:14:37):
While we've been talking to you and you've been sending
those flowers off to Olivia, your girlfriend Maria has been
listening in and just heard you send flowers to another woman.

Speaker 8 (02:14:53):
My my, what?

Speaker 39 (02:14:54):
My girlfriend Maria?

Speaker 36 (02:14:59):
What?

Speaker 26 (02:15:00):
Dude?

Speaker 2 (02:15:01):
Your girlfriend Maria is on the phone with us right now.
This is the Mojo in the morning show. We're a radio.

Speaker 39 (02:15:09):
I heard what you said, but like what you said
doesn't like it does well, So it's like not like
kind of me, you know, like like I heard what
you said, but like it's just kind of crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:15:19):
You said.

Speaker 39 (02:15:20):
My girlfriend Maria, we have.

Speaker 2 (02:15:22):
We have on the phone with us right now, your
girlfriend Maria, who contacted us to ask us where you
would to see where you would send a dozen free
roses and you just sent flowers to another woman that.

Speaker 1 (02:15:37):
It sounds like you're in a relationship with.

Speaker 12 (02:15:41):
Bro, She's she's psychotic, as dude.

Speaker 40 (02:15:45):
I don't know what.

Speaker 2 (02:15:46):
Like Maria said that.

Speaker 12 (02:15:47):
We're like boyfriend and like girl, we're not.

Speaker 7 (02:15:52):
How do you know her?

Speaker 3 (02:15:53):
How to get who?

Speaker 12 (02:15:58):
Olivia is? Just someone I've been talking to?

Speaker 51 (02:16:01):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 14 (02:16:02):
Like?

Speaker 6 (02:16:02):
No, no, who is who's Maria? Why is she saying
that she is your girlfriend and you're saying she's not
your girlfriend?

Speaker 39 (02:16:09):
Who is Maria is a real question because I've told
I feel Bro, I feel like I've pulled Maria like
a hundred times.

Speaker 37 (02:16:17):
We're not dating.

Speaker 3 (02:16:18):
We're not like that.

Speaker 36 (02:16:20):
Uh.

Speaker 39 (02:16:21):
I told her that we're seeing other people. This is
so crazy, Bro, I don't have anything to do with Maria.

Speaker 12 (02:16:28):
Who is Maria is the question? Right?

Speaker 39 (02:16:31):
Is someone else?

Speaker 12 (02:16:32):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (02:16:33):
Maria?

Speaker 1 (02:16:33):
Maria is on the phone with us right now?

Speaker 2 (02:16:35):
Maria? What is he talking about?

Speaker 20 (02:16:39):
I don't know because that's not the case. If we're
not dating, then why do we spend so much time together?

Speaker 2 (02:16:48):
Bro?

Speaker 39 (02:16:48):
All the time, I feel like we've had this conversation
like a hundred times. I'm not saying with you, I'm
not I'm not dating you, I'm we're not together together.

Speaker 40 (02:16:57):
You Like, how do you not know that by now out?

Speaker 41 (02:17:00):
Bro?

Speaker 39 (02:17:00):
Like this is so crazy, So like Olivia is someone
I'm talking to and you are someone I'm talking to.
That doesn't mean that we're tating together relationship. No, this
is real crazy as you're so crazy.

Speaker 12 (02:17:13):
This is so crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:17:15):
Let me ask you this question, uh to you?

Speaker 2 (02:17:17):
Then if that's the case, if you're not dating Maria
and you're not dating this other girl or not seeing
this other girl, would that other girl know that she's
not your girlfriend? Like Maria obviously does not know that
you don't consider her a girlfriend.

Speaker 3 (02:17:34):
Bro.

Speaker 39 (02:17:35):
Honestly, she probably would get it, like straight up, like
I feel like she would because she's kind of not
crazy and this is crazy, Like this is nuts, bro,
And I don't think Olivia would be on this kind
of shit honestly, Like I don't. I think she kind
of gets what's.

Speaker 12 (02:17:50):
Going on with us.

Speaker 7 (02:17:51):
But you pretend, you pretend not Wait a second, you
pretended to not know who she was, but you clearly
know who she is. So I'm trying to figure out
are you leading both.

Speaker 45 (02:18:02):
Of them on?

Speaker 7 (02:18:04):
Or is she just not understanding like, what your relationship?

Speaker 2 (02:18:08):
Why don't I call or somebody here call the number
that you gave us of Olivia, and why don't we
call and tell Olivia what's going on too and see
if Olivia and Maria have similar stories?

Speaker 37 (02:18:25):
Carter, They hung up the phone, hold on Maria a
busted again.

Speaker 7 (02:18:41):
At Bay didn't hang in on the best it's.

Speaker 3 (02:18:45):
Your home for boar of the Roses emotion in the morning.

Speaker 2 (02:18:49):
Your girlfriend Maria who contacted us to ask us where
you would send a dozen free roses and you just
sent flowers to another woman that.

Speaker 1 (02:19:00):
It sounds like you're in a relationship with.

Speaker 12 (02:19:05):
Bro She's she's psychotics, dude, I don't know what like
Maria said that we're like boyfriend and like.

Speaker 41 (02:19:16):
How do you know her?

Speaker 2 (02:19:18):
Or the roses here on the Mojo in the morning show, Maria,
we tried to call her and she's uh, not wanting
to talk over the radio, but wants to talk to
you personally. Okay, okay, So you're going to talk to her.

Speaker 7 (02:19:40):
Personally and then we want an update.

Speaker 2 (02:19:42):
We will get an update from you. Has he has
he tried to text you? No, so nothing from him
at all.

Speaker 3 (02:19:52):
No.

Speaker 20 (02:19:53):
I texted him he didn't.

Speaker 2 (02:19:54):
This is going to be like your post that you
put up on uh on social media? Isn't going to
completely ignore it?

Speaker 9 (02:20:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:20:03):
All right, hold on one second?

Speaker 2 (02:20:06):
What up?

Speaker 1 (02:20:07):
Danielle hi wore the Roses wants to make a comment?

Speaker 23 (02:20:11):
Yes, what is it?

Speaker 3 (02:20:14):
Hello?

Speaker 2 (02:20:15):
Yeah, you're on?

Speaker 16 (02:20:16):
Oh hey, how you doing?

Speaker 13 (02:20:19):
I was I was calling because it seems like Maria
is a little doolulu about their relationship.

Speaker 2 (02:20:26):
Agreed, I don't And and.

Speaker 13 (02:20:28):
Why would you drag Olivia into it? He only said,
was it's a girl he's talking to. He was very
clear about it.

Speaker 2 (02:20:34):
So, but is head stop for a second. I'm gonna
ask Anna, why do you Why do you agree?

Speaker 5 (02:20:41):
I mean, I don't love him using terms like crazy,
psycho stuff like that about her. But it does sound
like he has made it very clear that they're not
anything serious.

Speaker 1 (02:20:52):
How has he?

Speaker 2 (02:20:54):
He says that we told her that do you believe
this guy? When I do? I believe, I really do
pick the guy out, But I believe this one for
some reason.

Speaker 27 (02:21:04):
I rarely do too.

Speaker 16 (02:21:06):
I rarely do too.

Speaker 6 (02:21:07):
I'm slightly confused though, because yes, there could be like
a lot of miscommunication where she just doesn't want to
understand or accept what their relationship is or is it. However,
there's a part of me that is wondering, is he
telling her one thing but his actions are saying something
completely different. And that's why I said, like, are you
stringing them along? I mean them being both dandies, Danielle

(02:21:31):
and Anna.

Speaker 2 (02:21:33):
You got a situation here where we're obviously going by
her story because she's the one that thinks that he's cheating.
She contacts us and says, he goes on a ton
of boys' nights, he won't share her on social media,
but they've been seeing each other for some time. He
now is sending flowers to this other girl. You're now saying, okay,
well she's the other woman. How do we not know
that he's not playing both these guys for the same thing.

(02:21:56):
And that's why when we called that girl, when we
called her and said, hey, this is going on, She's like,
I don't want to go on the radio, but I
want to talk to her. I think she wants to
talk to her because I think they want to share
stories to see how much of it is the same story.
I don't think there is an.

Speaker 5 (02:22:09):
Other woman, to be clear, I think that he's casually
dating both of them, and to me, it sounded like
he expressed that to both of them, and she's he's
wanting more.

Speaker 16 (02:22:19):
Yeah, that's that's what he said.

Speaker 13 (02:22:21):
And it seems like to me Maria knows that because
of everything she lifted.

Speaker 23 (02:22:27):
I mean, you just have to.

Speaker 16 (02:22:28):
You can't always take what somebody says.

Speaker 13 (02:22:29):
I'm not sure if he said that expectly to her,
but he didn't say, oh, Maria is my girlfriend.

Speaker 16 (02:22:34):
He's like, no, that was someone I was seeing and
I told her it was.

Speaker 27 (02:22:38):
Just we were seeing other people.

Speaker 13 (02:22:40):
He doesn't want to accept that, but she should because
I now.

Speaker 2 (02:22:43):
Finally believe guys, it's craziness, only this time, only this time,
But I love that. What is it about him that
makes you say that? Makes him sound so believable as
a guy? I thought the guy sounded like a total
jerk off.

Speaker 13 (02:22:57):
He might have been a jerk off, but he was
being an honest person.

Speaker 16 (02:23:02):
Yeah, okay, like he seeing both of them.

Speaker 1 (02:23:05):
All right, Well, I'm gonna listen.

Speaker 2 (02:23:06):
I'm not going to I'm going to just try to
tell you that I don't agree with you, and I
don't agree with Anna on this one here, So I
I I Adam, what are your thoughts on this one.

Speaker 23 (02:23:16):
Adam, Yeah, he's a jerk off that you like to say,
but he's just having his cake and eating it too,
and she's falling forward like he's told her, Listen, I'm shitting.
We're not exclusive, yeah, but I want to.

Speaker 7 (02:23:28):
See you every day and hook up with you every
time we do.

Speaker 23 (02:23:31):
Right, You're still let me do all those things, so
I'm gonna still do those And she's trying to do
those things, pulling him into boyfriend's status, and he's like, well, nope,
I get the best of both worlds. Like, listen, I'm
not saying he's a great guy, but she is.

Speaker 22 (02:23:43):
Definitely.

Speaker 23 (02:23:44):
This isn't a new story. Everybody's heard this, most of
us have lived it. Like, yeah, he's a prick, don't
get me wrong, but she's also if you don't, if
he isn't want to be yours, stop chasing.

Speaker 2 (02:23:55):
Well and I and I hope that this is one
of those things where she does stop Lisa, Hello, how
are you?

Speaker 16 (02:24:02):
Good morning? Everybody morning?

Speaker 27 (02:24:06):
Maria needs to let this guy go. He is such
a drip. And I would suggest to her that she
goes and volunteers somewhere or take college course and places
where you can meet some nice people. This guy is
a total drip.

Speaker 16 (02:24:27):
Walk away, Maria and.

Speaker 20 (02:24:28):
Let this go.

Speaker 19 (02:24:30):
See, I don't the thing that I don't like is
this drip comment or making him seem like he's a
dog in a cheater. I don't have the full content. Well,
we don't have the full context. All that we know
is is that he has a certain way that he
likes to live, and it sounds from the conversation we
had that he's communicated that fact. Now it's up to

(02:24:50):
Maria at that point. It's up to Maria at that
point understanding it's a situation she wants to involve herself in.
We have to give the one in the accountability to
make her own decisions as well, and not just blame
the guy for doing what he wants to do.

Speaker 27 (02:25:05):
Why would you have anything else to do with him
after he's called her crazy and said so many demeaning
things about her, Maria.

Speaker 16 (02:25:12):
Walk away.

Speaker 27 (02:25:13):
There are nice guys out there.

Speaker 2 (02:25:15):
Go volunteer somewhere, or take your college class, college.

Speaker 27 (02:25:20):
Course, or find a way to meet some nice.

Speaker 2 (02:25:22):
Sophisticated man like me, Lisa. That's what she needs. She
needs a sophisticated guy.

Speaker 16 (02:25:27):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (02:25:28):
Thank you, Lisa, appreciate you. Uh, what's up, Alison?

Speaker 22 (02:25:32):
Hi?

Speaker 41 (02:25:33):
I agree with everybody yourself for the last are the
people that's calling him a prick or whatever drip?

Speaker 27 (02:25:39):
That man told that girl from.

Speaker 41 (02:25:41):
Jim, Hey, I'm not ready to be in a relationship.

Speaker 42 (02:25:44):
I'm talking to other people.

Speaker 41 (02:25:46):
You could talk to other people. He was straightforward on
the radio.

Speaker 16 (02:25:49):
He was straightforward with her.

Speaker 41 (02:25:51):
Miss Things just don't want to accept it.

Speaker 42 (02:25:53):
He done gave him her cookies and she wants to
be in a relationship.

Speaker 2 (02:25:57):
Here's a thing, Alison, we will take what he just
said as being straightforward. We don't know what he said
before in the past that he told her. You think
that one?

Speaker 24 (02:26:08):
I know he is.

Speaker 2 (02:26:09):
He told her why didn't you tell us.

Speaker 41 (02:26:11):
On the internet?

Speaker 38 (02:26:12):
If he's not coming on a kaden with her on
the internet desk right there, I don't want to be seen.

Speaker 16 (02:26:19):
With you, I don't want to be in a relationship
with you.

Speaker 19 (02:26:22):
And actions words, well, he's showing her beyond his words.

Speaker 38 (02:26:27):
Yes, like Kapa said, the woman has to take accountability
of being for real with themselves. That man has expressed
to her that he does.

Speaker 16 (02:26:35):
Not want to be in a relationship with her.

Speaker 19 (02:26:37):
Some women, some women be in fantasy land too, Brahma,
tild you give you give him a little taste, I'm
telling you, doll. And they think you're about to be
Prince Charman. And that's not what this situation was in
the first place. And you think if we continue to
spend time with each other, we continue to go out
for drinks or have sex, that is I'm gonna turn
into Prince Charman and settle down with you. And that
was never the reason why we got into this in

(02:26:57):
the first place.

Speaker 1 (02:26:58):
Hey, Jay, what's up?

Speaker 12 (02:27:00):
That was going on with some blessings everybody?

Speaker 43 (02:27:06):
So I had a situation like that, Like some people
will develop relationships with you in their own mind, like
keV said, you may have treated them a certain way
other than like different than guys that it dealt with.

Speaker 2 (02:27:17):
They never experienced that, Like what if she never had
doors open for her?

Speaker 43 (02:27:20):
So now you're looking like Prince Charming and I'm being
communicated with you up front.

Speaker 2 (02:27:25):
And you're not getting that actions like you're just living in.

Speaker 40 (02:27:28):
Your own head about it.

Speaker 2 (02:27:29):
So I don't think he's a creep.

Speaker 3 (02:27:30):
But nothing.

Speaker 43 (02:27:31):
I just feel like she just needs to follow the
signs and actions does speak louder than words, you know.

Speaker 2 (02:27:36):
Yeah, well, hey, word out there is that there's a
guy named Curter out there that is a very nice guy.
But he has a lot of ladies. He's nicer guy too.

Speaker 1 (02:27:46):
What's up, Brandy high Pany?

Speaker 14 (02:27:49):
Like I was telling Lydia, this is a classic situationship.
This is nothing more but sex and hanging out. She
wanted to be more and she thinks that because they
doing stuff that.

Speaker 16 (02:28:02):
That's her boyfriend.

Speaker 14 (02:28:03):
She made him her boyfriend on her own.

Speaker 16 (02:28:06):
He probably never expressed that.

Speaker 14 (02:28:08):
So what they cut on the bed and watch TV
whole hands when they go out, that's not a relationship.
That's them seeing each other. And in her mind, she
has made this her man. And if he is not
posting her own line, not saying you are mine, we
are together, then he has expressed through actions, whether it's
not through words or not through actions, we are not together.

Speaker 2 (02:28:29):
Got Brandy hold on because Kiara says that she disagrees
with everybody on this one.

Speaker 1 (02:28:33):
Kiara, what do you think?

Speaker 12 (02:28:36):
All right?

Speaker 32 (02:28:36):
I want to disagree just because she already stated that
she posts them together online.

Speaker 15 (02:28:43):
Yeah, and she told me she does it.

Speaker 2 (02:28:46):
She's she's post she's posting him though, and he knows
she's posting him like they're dating.

Speaker 1 (02:28:51):
Why is he not saying.

Speaker 16 (02:28:52):
Don't control He can't.

Speaker 15 (02:28:54):
You can't control what she does.

Speaker 14 (02:28:56):
She cannot make her take her post down.

Speaker 2 (02:28:59):
You don't think though, that it's kind of sneaky that
she's posting him and he knows that she's tost him,
and he's not saying.

Speaker 14 (02:29:06):
No, you don't remember that second date update when the
woman was taking pictures of that man that they just
went on a first date with.

Speaker 16 (02:29:13):
Tell me you cannot control what someone else does.

Speaker 14 (02:29:17):
He can't say, I don't have to put.

Speaker 42 (02:29:19):
That on there talking to her though, and he's already well, she.

Speaker 14 (02:29:23):
Knows, you know, she is trying to making something.

Speaker 3 (02:29:26):
It is not all right.

Speaker 1 (02:29:28):
Well, I'm hoping that. I'm hoping she's.

Speaker 14 (02:29:32):
Giving it us because it's sex allowing.

Speaker 2 (02:29:36):
Brandy and Kira one right.

Speaker 17 (02:29:37):
She is the one that's not sloppy, and she also
has to accept responsibility for her if he's over here
saying she's psychotic and she's crazy, and he's still going
back because.

Speaker 16 (02:29:47):
Because she do that way.

Speaker 2 (02:29:50):
I want to hear what happens and what becomes of
the conversation. And Olivia have together. So I want you
to stay tuned for that.

Speaker 31 (02:29:59):
Yeah, because the when he dipped out once Olivia's name
was mentioned, when he was like, yeah, she's fine with it.

Speaker 27 (02:30:04):
But then we were like, oh, let's call her.

Speaker 32 (02:30:07):
Yeah, and suddenly the line went And.

Speaker 2 (02:30:10):
I can't believe nobody is looking at that as like
a huge red flag that he wouldn't allow us just
to call and just see if there was maybe a
little bit more of an understanding from Olivia than there
was from Maria.

Speaker 19 (02:30:23):
I would, I guarantee you both of them don't know,
you wouldn't do it, and you're gonna mess up my
thing with Olivia.

Speaker 2 (02:30:27):
Well guess what, I think it's already messed up because
we'd call uh. I blame you, war the Roses, the whole.

Speaker 29 (02:30:34):
But the second date update, this is Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 2 (02:30:40):
All right, Mojo in the Morning coming up here in
a second. Is Bianca allowed to go do that? We
will talk about this in just a couple of minutes.

Speaker 3 (02:30:49):
Here.

Speaker 2 (02:30:50):
Her boyfriend is not twenty one yet, and with him
not being twenty one, can she go to bars and
hang out with friends or is that rude to him him?
We'll discuss after we get done with a jingle Ball
winner eight four to four Mojo Live eight four four
sixty sixty five sixty five four eight. Jingle Ball is

(02:31:10):
going to be happening very very soon, just a couple
of weeks December the ninth. Believe it or not, It's
coming upon us. Your chance to go see Nellie Shine
Down and a whole bunch more at our jingle Ball
presented by Capitol One eight four to four Mojo Live,
ninety fifth Collar No Chord.

Speaker 3 (02:31:26):
In the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 1 (02:31:29):
Dirty on the thirty, Shannon with what's trending?

Speaker 2 (02:31:31):
What's going on? Shannon?

Speaker 6 (02:31:32):
So I will be honest with you. I did not
know who this guy was until this story broke. Canadian
Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding he coated in the two thousand
and two Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. You don't
watch the household names, Okay, So this guy, this guy
is like one of the biggest drug traffickers world.

Speaker 7 (02:31:54):
The FBI is looking for him right now.

Speaker 58 (02:31:58):
This morning, the FBI is raising the in the manhunt
for a former Olympic athlete now accused of being an
international drug kingpin.

Speaker 7 (02:32:06):
Ryan Wedding is a modern day iteration of Pablo Escobar.

Speaker 58 (02:32:10):
Authorities announcing new murder charges against forty four year old
Ryan Wedding, a Canadian snowboarder who competed in the two
thousand and two Olympics. Wedding, thought to be hiding in
Mexico under the protection of the Sinaloa Cartel, is allegedly
one of the largest distributors of cocaine in the world.

Speaker 56 (02:32:26):
His organization is responsible for importing approximately sixty metric tons
of cocaine a year into Los Angeles via semi trucks
from Mexico. To put that in perspective, sixty metric tons
is approximately forty the weight of forty standard cars.

Speaker 58 (02:32:52):
Authority say he used the Internet to crownsource information about
a man who was set to testify against him, then
hired gunman to hunt him day at a restaurant.

Speaker 56 (02:33:01):
The witness was gunned down in a restaurant in Medding
before he could testify against Wedding.

Speaker 58 (02:33:09):
Eighteen others are also being charged in the new indictment,
including Wedding's lawyer.

Speaker 7 (02:33:13):
His lawyer told him should kill this witness the case
would be dismissed.

Speaker 29 (02:33:17):
That lawyer is now in custody.

Speaker 58 (02:33:18):
Officials now offering a fifteen million dollar reward for information
leading to weddings arrest.

Speaker 7 (02:33:24):
He's on the FBI ten most Wanted Fugitives list.

Speaker 2 (02:33:27):
It's crazy that he was bringing semi trucks of the
stuff up and able to get through the border, which
means he's probably paying off some of the people at
you know, the border to do that. It's interesting too
that his attorney is one of the most wanted because
his attorney gives him the advice of here's my legal
advice for you, heat and New CIA, just kill your witness.

Speaker 7 (02:33:46):
That's from an Olympian to an Oscar winner.

Speaker 6 (02:33:50):
Kevin Spacey says he is now homeless, leaving out of
hotels and airbnbs because his finances have just fallen apart.
He said he's literally got no home, very little coming
in everything going out in terms of money. And his
troubles came after a wave of sexual misconduct allegations those
go back to about twenty seventeen really derailed his career.

(02:34:15):
I mean, he was all but black bald from Hollywood,
and though he was acquitted in a UK trial in
twenty twenty three, he said he still faces massive legal costs.
He can't pay his bills, and at this point he's
chasing and begging for work.

Speaker 3 (02:34:32):
Man.

Speaker 2 (02:34:32):
House of Cards has fallen. You know what, that was
a great show, and that allegations or the allegations that
were made against him, screwed the ending of that show.
It did, and that House of Cards line was not
funny enough to laugh at, by the way. It wasn't
mact me funny. It was meant to be clever, and
for you to get it, it was clever. What it
was was one of those like New York Post headlines.

(02:34:56):
Yeah they're a company, but you watched House of Cards,
absolutely and to know how they ended it in such
a horrible way too, They made his wife president.

Speaker 6 (02:35:05):
It just it just was a force ending brow and
a Megan Stallion story to end the dirty her team
revealing in court that she spent around a quarter of
a million dollars on an emergency four week therapy program
after a deep fake porn.

Speaker 7 (02:35:21):
Video of her went viral.

Speaker 6 (02:35:23):
The fake clip was posted by a blogger that she's
now suing, By the way, but it was so realistic
that it triggered PTSD level symptoms for Megan, leaving her
anxious and very overwhelmed. The testimony came during her defamation trial,
where Meghan argues that this blogger's false content and these
deep fake attacks, including this porn video, shattered her sense

(02:35:46):
of safety and caused severe emotional damage quarter of a
million dollars in therapy for just fortunate.

Speaker 2 (02:35:52):
Who's she dating right now?

Speaker 19 (02:35:53):
Megan Stallion Clayton Thompson played Alas Mavericks formerly the Gold
to say Warriors man NBA champion some.

Speaker 2 (02:35:59):
Respect on all right? So we heard a trade rumor yesterday.
I heard that the Dallas Mavericks are looking to trade
their big man. What's an would the Pistons ever go for?

Speaker 20 (02:36:09):
Now?

Speaker 40 (02:36:09):
When do that?

Speaker 19 (02:36:10):
We love our young core. These guys are peeking at
the right time. Eighty is an amazing player with the
Lakers want I'm back. I think they could use him.
Absolutely interesting.

Speaker 7 (02:36:20):
All right, miss anything from today, So go back and
catch up on those podcasts on the free I heard
radio app all right, nice job, Shami.

Speaker 29 (02:36:28):

Speaker 2 (02:36:46):

Speaker 22 (02:36:49):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (02:36:50):
We're excited for you. You're going to see Nelly. I
heard you're gonna take your daughter too. Where did your
daughter go to school? Yeah, go green, go white? Yes,
why that's cool. What year is she over there?

Speaker 27 (02:37:04):
She's the same year as Luke.

Speaker 1 (02:37:06):
Okay, you tell her to stay away from that kid.

Speaker 2 (02:37:09):
He is nothing but bad. Okay, well, well they know
each other.

Speaker 1 (02:37:15):
What does she say about Luke?

Speaker 3 (02:37:17):
What?

Speaker 1 (02:37:17):
What kind of stuff can I get on him?

Speaker 11 (02:37:20):
No, he's great.

Speaker 22 (02:37:22):
She went to high school with him and he's in college.

Speaker 27 (02:37:25):
He's been nothing but nice and always a gentleman. Really
really met bar.

Speaker 1 (02:37:30):
What's your last name?

Speaker 23 (02:37:31):
I want to well, should I say that on the air?

Speaker 27 (02:37:35):
Well, okay, go ahead, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 1 (02:37:36):
Ross Okay, yes, absolutely. How are you you doing good?

Speaker 16 (02:37:41):
Good?

Speaker 22 (02:37:41):
Yeah? I think you just saw my daughter up when you.

Speaker 14 (02:37:43):
Were at State.

Speaker 1 (02:37:44):
Yeah, we were up there tailgating stuff.

Speaker 2 (02:37:46):
It's so good, by the way, great kids, all those
kids in that graduating class at her her name Prepper,
like the greatest kids.

Speaker 27 (02:37:52):
Every They are all fantastic and they're all still really close.
But thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (02:37:56):
She's going to be so excited, have the best time.
We'll see a jingle ball. Okay, all right, hang on
one second when we come back here. Next, we got
some talking to do to Bianca in the morning.

Speaker 29 (02:38:06):
More Mojo next, Next, all the awkwardness of meeting the
family for the first time.

Speaker 2 (02:38:13):
Crown, that's nothing.

Speaker 28 (02:38:13):
Cheese, that's so much better.

Speaker 29 (02:38:15):
Yeah, ain't dating fun?

Speaker 1 (02:38:19):
Happy Thanksgiving from Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 2 (02:38:23):
We're going to get you into our Thanksgiving little party
coming up here in a second. It's Mojo in the Morning.
Bianca in with us. Harry and Bianca was in the
office yesterday in Crystal, who is our promotions director, said
something to you that you wanted to run by us

(02:38:43):
to see if we.

Speaker 1 (02:38:43):
Agreed with her on Yeah.

Speaker 28 (02:38:45):
So I actually never really had this thought before. My
Birthday's coming up in a couple of weeks, okay, and
I'm planning on doing like a little party bus with
my girls going downtown Detroit, like bar hopping a little bit.
I've always wanted to do that, So I was like,
this is a year and I'm making the plans for it.
I was telling our promotions director Crystal about my plans yesterday,

(02:39:05):
and she said, oh, biago, like, why would you even
think about doing that? And I was like, what do
you mean? She said, well, is your boyfriend going to
be there? I said, obviously not. He's nineteen.

Speaker 2 (02:39:16):
You cannot be there.

Speaker 35 (02:39:17):
You can't go to the bars.

Speaker 28 (02:39:18):
So she said, why would you do something knowing that
he can't be there or he can't even go if
he wanted to be there. I'm like, Okay, I see
her point. She told me she wanted to go out
of the country, but since her husband couldn't get a passport,
she won't go out of the country until her husband gets.

Speaker 7 (02:39:35):
At the passport, even with girlfriends and stuff.

Speaker 35 (02:39:38):
Yeah, she said, she won't do it.

Speaker 2 (02:39:39):
So she was telling me I should not be Her
example of that was I just entered a text and
is she here, check out check out there and see
if I.

Speaker 6 (02:39:48):
Don't agree with the passport one because if her if
all her girlfriends are going.

Speaker 7 (02:39:52):
To Mexico and she has a passport and she can
go to Mexico, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:39:54):
She said, regardless, I wouldn't go ahead.

Speaker 28 (02:39:58):
She just said, regardless, I no matter who I'm going with, guys, girls, whoever,
I should not be going to a bar or going
out without him.

Speaker 1 (02:40:05):
I actually agree more with the passport one.

Speaker 2 (02:40:08):
Then I agree with that.

Speaker 7 (02:40:09):
Oh my god, your hair is amazing.

Speaker 9 (02:40:14):
Man.

Speaker 2 (02:40:16):
You're gonna make Kevin go even crazier over you, Kevin, Like,
what did you say when the other day she's bad bad?
You better watch out? All right?

Speaker 1 (02:40:26):
So hold on, so hold on, get close to keVs.
Mike for this one here.

Speaker 2 (02:40:34):
All right. So Bianca was explaining to us about how
you think it's something that she shouldn't be doing going
out to a bar because her boyfriend's not of age.
And she told us the example of you not leaving
the country because your husband doesn't have a passport. Uh,
So we're going to discuss that right now, all right,
So my in chanting, by the way, he doesn't agree

(02:40:57):
with the whole passport thing. I don't agree with the
idea that you should not go to bars because he's
not twenty one either. I actually think you should go
to bars. The passport thing, I get it only because
what happens, God forbid, something happens when she's out of
a country and her dad and mom go get her. Well,
what if they don't have a passport.

Speaker 7 (02:41:19):
No, that wasn't part of the equation.

Speaker 2 (02:41:20):
I know the story.

Speaker 59 (02:41:21):
So with Bianka, I did say. I was like, you
know when she was telling me about it, because she's
been telling me about this.

Speaker 2 (02:41:27):
Guy Bryce, and so I'm like, oh, name drop, oh
no o.

Speaker 35 (02:41:34):
X me and here I am.

Speaker 3 (02:41:36):
No.

Speaker 59 (02:41:36):
We were talking about this guy and she was telling
me about him, and she's like, well, I'm planning birthday
things and I'm like, so is he going?

Speaker 35 (02:41:43):
And she's like, well, he can't go. I'm like, well,
how is that going to make him feel?

Speaker 59 (02:41:47):
I'm like, you know, if you guys are dating and
you're liking him and everything, I feel like you kind
of should include he should be able to be included
in your birthday plans. And she's like, well, I didn't
think about it like that. I'm like, well, if you're serious,
I'm like, if I was dating a guy and he
went out with his friends and I couldn't go, I
would kind of be a home slide down the wall.

Speaker 6 (02:42:03):
Okay, but wait a second, is it just girls that
are going out on this party bus for your birthday?

Speaker 2 (02:42:08):
Yes?

Speaker 28 (02:42:08):
Only girls?

Speaker 7 (02:42:08):
Okay, So then then I think it's fine, yes, clarify that.

Speaker 35 (02:42:13):
And when she told me that part, I said, Okay,
it's just girls.

Speaker 2 (02:42:15):
Yeah, but Christal, you understand she's doing another birthday party too,
where they're going to a perfect place for him.

Speaker 35 (02:42:21):
A jumping place. She did tell me about that.

Speaker 37 (02:42:25):
They're going.

Speaker 2 (02:42:25):
They're gonna go and they're gonna bounce it, and then
they're gonna go to Chucky Cheese's and then they're gonna
all right, So the passport thing, I kind of get it,
like I get what's your husband's name, Tony, Tony by
the way, Tony is he's a man, and Tony like
good looking guy.

Speaker 1 (02:42:46):
All the stuff.

Speaker 2 (02:42:46):
I wipe them up.

Speaker 1 (02:42:48):
No, No, he's all right.

Speaker 2 (02:42:49):
By the way, when you guys go on vacations together,
does he pay for the whole thing? Or do you
guys both.

Speaker 1 (02:42:54):
Split that he pays for everything?

Speaker 2 (02:42:56):
That should That guy pampers the crap out of this.
But I plan, yeah, but you're just playing planning to
spend his money. Yeah, you see you cooking for him? Yeah,
and a lot of things for.

Speaker 1 (02:43:09):
Him, a lot, okay, literally, like Tony takes care of Crystal.

Speaker 9 (02:43:14):
He does.

Speaker 2 (02:43:15):
He's a good guy. Hold on, Ashton wants to make
a comment. Hi, Ashton, Hey, Ashton, what do you think
about this? Bianca's boyfriend is not twenty one. Should she
be going to bars right now?

Speaker 23 (02:43:29):
I think she should because I don't understand why he
just can't go with her.

Speaker 22 (02:43:33):
Like old enough, you just can't drink though, you just
can't dream the door.

Speaker 2 (02:43:41):
They don't do like they don't have an eighteen enough
bars that you could go to. You're the only one,
let's go to They're not even in a relationship. Only
are y'all in a relationship? That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 19 (02:43:55):
They haven't even verbally committed to each other. They saying
it's some monogamous relationships.

Speaker 28 (02:44:00):
Okay, we're like a relationship.

Speaker 35 (02:44:06):
She was kind of telling me that, like.

Speaker 19 (02:44:10):
You can feel all you want to feel until it's official,
it ain't official.

Speaker 2 (02:44:14):
I think it would be kind of funny, though, wouldn't
it to see them go to a bar and he's
got the wristband? That would make me feel awkward? Why
don't I get I'll get my son Luke to get
him a fake ID. I'm telling you Luke gets them
from like China or something. You around in the bush.

Speaker 35 (02:44:28):
You could be by DD.

Speaker 2 (02:44:29):
We know we got the boss.

Speaker 28 (02:44:30):
You don't need a d D.

Speaker 1 (02:44:31):
Heather, what's up?

Speaker 16 (02:44:33):
Hey?

Speaker 11 (02:44:33):
How are you?

Speaker 16 (02:44:34):
I just wanted to kind of address the passport thing.

Speaker 8 (02:44:37):
I'm a Canadian citizen and like I have had my
passport and going back and forth forever, and it's like
my husband didn't have his. I'm not going to deny
myself being my family just.

Speaker 2 (02:44:47):
Because well that's but you're a Canadian citizen. That's a
different thing going to uh, you know, to Cabo San
Lucas or something like that.

Speaker 16 (02:44:55):
You know, can I tell you why did the family?

Speaker 2 (02:44:58):
Well no, but can't. But well, you know, she's the
family thing. She's she's not going to places that are
exotic and gorgeous, you know what I mean. You're going
to Canada. I mean, come on, meadow, if you didn't
have family there, you wouldn't go there.

Speaker 1 (02:45:12):
It's like, right, no, it.

Speaker 35 (02:45:15):
Really like I didn't have my passport either.

Speaker 2 (02:45:18):
I just got it.

Speaker 35 (02:45:18):
Me and my husband.

Speaker 59 (02:45:19):
We applied for it together. He got denied and he
had to take care of some business but.

Speaker 2 (02:45:25):
Denied.

Speaker 35 (02:45:26):
So then no, he just had to.

Speaker 59 (02:45:28):
Pay off something. It was something that he had old
or something. So he got denied and I was like,
I'm not going to use my passport. When we applied together,
he got denied, So I waited until he took care
of his business and now were everywhere.

Speaker 6 (02:45:42):
But if you and your friends were gonna wanted to
go somewhere, you were't gonna be like, I'm not going
to go.

Speaker 35 (02:45:47):
I said, no, oh my god, out the country being.

Speaker 7 (02:45:51):
Pregnant, like I couldn't drink, and like my husband at
the time was like, do you mind if I was like,
please still drink, like, don't not.

Speaker 19 (02:46:00):
It's different in the sense that you've had a drink before,
so it's not like you never know what that experience is.
Like she's never been out the country. He's never been
out the.

Speaker 35 (02:46:08):
Country to get together to finally be his first something.

Speaker 1 (02:46:15):
I go, hold on a second, Brett, Are you there?

Speaker 2 (02:46:18):
Bratt?

Speaker 41 (02:46:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:46:23):
I didn't.

Speaker 20 (02:46:24):
Who is this Brent? B r E n G.

Speaker 2 (02:46:28):
Sorry Brent? What's up by?

Speaker 22 (02:46:31):
You called me Brett the other day when I wand
up coming to you guys for Turkey?

Speaker 2 (02:46:37):
All right, okay, well it's nice to have you back
on And I'm sorry I said your name wrong. It
was still spelled what's up buddy?

Speaker 14 (02:46:45):
First time?

Speaker 11 (02:46:46):
Long time?

Speaker 29 (02:46:46):
Then hey, hold on.

Speaker 2 (02:46:51):
Good morning?

Speaker 20 (02:46:52):
Was going on?

Speaker 3 (02:46:52):
On?

Speaker 1 (02:46:53):
What's your what's your call about it?

Speaker 22 (02:46:55):
I'm ready for your macaroni and cheese. I believe the
guys be able to go. But it's a girl only,
so he's not a girl.

Speaker 2 (02:47:04):
That's actually the bigger point. You're right, it's a girl's only.
It's a bigger point that he's you know, he's not
one of the girls. And actually, and I and I
think that that actually, this makes it even better for
you guys to be able to do it. If it
was a group of people, Brent that were uh, male
and female, then would you be okay with it? Still?

Speaker 22 (02:47:24):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (02:47:24):
Yeah, see that wouldn't That was different story.

Speaker 1 (02:47:30):
Though.

Speaker 28 (02:47:31):
Here's another thing. I feel like, if my friends still
asked me to go out, Hey, do you want to
go to the bar? Whatever, I feel like I should
still be able to do that.

Speaker 2 (02:47:38):
I can still do that.

Speaker 28 (02:47:39):
I still want to go with my girlfriends.

Speaker 7 (02:47:42):
He knew when you guys started dating that you are
of age and go out.

Speaker 2 (02:47:46):
To the bars.

Speaker 1 (02:47:47):
So A, I two things. A.

Speaker 2 (02:47:49):
I actually used to date Chelsea when she was under age,
and I could go to bars and she couldn't go
to bars. And a lot of my guy friends were like,
that's the best relationship ever because you don't have to
you know, you have to worry about her coming in
and seeing you and stuff like that. I was working
the bars like I was actually doing club gigs and things.
I know guys that do it for that reason, Guys
that will date girls that aren't twenty one yet because

(02:48:12):
they want to be able to go out and hit
on girls. Still.

Speaker 35 (02:48:14):
Well, no, no, I'm not like that.

Speaker 28 (02:48:15):
I'm not like I want to go hit on another
guy that's not my O. Like, I still like to
hang on my friends, and I don't want people to
think like I need to stop that completely just because
I'm with him, unless it's never stopped that, unless that's respectable.
Because my mom said I should be doing that.

Speaker 7 (02:48:29):
I should.

Speaker 2 (02:48:29):
No, your mom's your mom's old schirl. You should always
still have separate lives from each other and have friends,
because if you don't do that, honestly, at one point,
it's going to come back and bite you in the ass.

Speaker 28 (02:48:43):
I don't ever want to be like dependent, and that's
like the only friend or life I have.

Speaker 2 (02:48:47):
You know, do you know how much Bryce loves Bianca
No so much that he left her a voicemail message
just a second ago, And I don't know if you
even heard what his voice sounds like, but this.

Speaker 1 (02:49:00):
Is this is really really nice. Why do you blow
my freaking.

Speaker 35 (02:49:03):
Bed every time and stopping a w down Let's go.

Speaker 2 (02:49:08):
I'm gonna have to teach you about radio setups on
bets that you just blew my joke here, hold on
a second, hold on, let's hear it.

Speaker 54 (02:49:14):
Hey babe, it's me By. I just want to thank
you for giving me the extra fruit wap and you
also back my favorite caprice son. I gotta go because
I'm playing. I'm gonna play kickball.

Speaker 28 (02:49:32):
That's actually exactly always love.

Speaker 1 (02:49:33):
That was pretty amazing. So all right, well Detroit Toledo.
Three great stations, one stupid show.

Speaker 2 (02:49:46):
This is Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (02:49:48):
Lie, all right, it's Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (02:49:53):
I actually have a question, and stay Crystal in the
studio so you can participate in this one. Here, I
have a buddy of mine that just started dating a
girl within like the last week, week and a half
or so, and we were all having a group conversation
in our guys group text about him now having a
girlfriend and how this is like the worst time to

(02:50:14):
actually pick up a new relationship because now you have
to make a decision. Do you buy that person a
Christmas gift. So here's the question to ask. We're within
the month period of Christmas, right, so we're within that
or closing in on that. If you start a relationship
within a month of Christmas, do you buy them a

(02:50:37):
Christmas gift?

Speaker 1 (02:50:38):
And if so, how big do you go in Christmas gifts?

Speaker 20 (02:50:43):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (02:50:43):
Yeah, so you buy them but them but it cannot
it's such a fine line. It cannot be over the top.
It has to just be like a good little something thoughtful.

Speaker 1 (02:50:54):
Yeah, it's got to be intentional, Yes, you got it.

Speaker 22 (02:50:56):
What well?

Speaker 2 (02:50:57):
What is what is an intentional and thoughtful gift that
over the top? It depends on I mean, you got
to know your person is going to be different for everybody.

Speaker 37 (02:51:03):
What would you get me?

Speaker 19 (02:51:04):
keV I don't like you like that, but I mean
I probably. I mean, she's giving the only the only
reason the only reason I said I wasn't trying to
hold you. And then the only reason I say that
is because I would have to see you in that
light to be able to pick up on certain things
about you that would speak to who you are.

Speaker 2 (02:51:21):
If I was just a little bit about it.

Speaker 1 (02:51:23):
I mean, yeah, but I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (02:51:25):
Not in that way though, Like I would just be
thinking about something social media related. Take it off.

Speaker 19 (02:51:28):
Well, I'm just saying I would be thinking about some
social media related but that probably wouldn't like speak to you, like.

Speaker 2 (02:51:32):
Would you buy for him? You know, he he does
good or he does well whatever the word is good
or well he does that? And would you buy her?
Would you buy her clothing? Would you buy her a
piece of jewelry but a small piece of jewelry, don't go?
Would you buy her Apple air pods?

Speaker 3 (02:51:50):
Like?

Speaker 2 (02:51:50):
Would you? Wouldn't even do anything like that? What would
you get her?

Speaker 3 (02:51:53):
Like?

Speaker 2 (02:51:53):
What would you What would you guys want? Like a
massage or something I feel really yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:51:57):
If there's a massage sending a message, I wouldn't do that.

Speaker 19 (02:52:01):
Yeah, I'm gonna say, like, honestly, So when I first
started dating a girl, she it was Sharill.

Speaker 2 (02:52:07):
So I'm first started dating Charill.

Speaker 19 (02:52:09):
We started dating, like I think we officially got together
in like November and Christmas was right there, and now
I do think I may have done. But I bought
her like some ug boots because it was winter outside,
so I bought her some boots. And then she really
enjoyed whiteboarding like that was something that she really enjoyed
to do, not only for work, butlack for her personal
goals and stuff. So I bought her a bunch of
whiteboard stuff, whiteboard like extra markers and stuff like that.

(02:52:34):
But I'm saying this is for her, that's like the
least romantic. But I'm saying for you is probably what
would you like some gluten pretzels? Like like I went
to Staples and I got you, But to her though,
she lit up for it. And that's what you gotta do.
You gotta find your person what they like. When did

(02:52:55):
you guys start to you and your husband start dating?

Speaker 7 (02:52:57):
So Wes and I started dating, I mean going out,
you know, in September.

Speaker 1 (02:53:02):
Okay, what was the first Christmas gift? You remember?

Speaker 7 (02:53:05):
He gave me a really really super nice bracelet for Christmas?

Speaker 1 (02:53:10):
Oh yeah, Pandora, No, it was.

Speaker 7 (02:53:16):
Really I know, it was really nice.

Speaker 35 (02:53:20):
I guess I know what he wanted.

Speaker 7 (02:53:22):
I mean I wasn't. I wasn't giving it back or.

Speaker 3 (02:53:24):
Saying that.

Speaker 1 (02:53:27):
What did you get him? You remember?

Speaker 7 (02:53:29):
I don't remember.

Speaker 28 (02:53:31):
I hope he remembered.

Speaker 7 (02:53:32):
I don't remember.

Speaker 1 (02:53:33):
Yeah, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (02:53:34):
High Courtney?

Speaker 11 (02:53:36):
Hey, Mojo, why aren't you listening to Lydia.

Speaker 2 (02:53:39):
What do you mean?

Speaker 3 (02:53:40):
Oh you know what?

Speaker 1 (02:53:42):
I know what you're talking about. No, you know what's
going about. Guess why? I go ahead? I want that
invite Thanksgiving? Yeah, I didn't do my Thanksgiving.

Speaker 9 (02:53:54):
Good?

Speaker 2 (02:53:54):
All right, hold on real quick, I'm gonna get You're
gonna be the first person. I'll do one more eight
four form of Joe Live eight four four six sixty
five six five four eight for Thanksgiving on Tuesday, coming
to our given. Thanks Thank you to Rochester Banquets, Thank
you to Kroger. But you got to give me an
answer on this one. If you're dating somebody new within
a month of Christmas, what do you get them for

(02:54:17):
a gift?

Speaker 16 (02:54:21):
A gift cards for a massage?

Speaker 2 (02:54:24):
Gift cards to me, though, are so impersonal, Like I
don't ever think that you should give gift cards any massage?
Do you go with them?

Speaker 3 (02:54:32):
Though?

Speaker 2 (02:54:32):
Do you make it a couple's massages? So much.

Speaker 3 (02:54:37):
Much?

Speaker 7 (02:54:37):
If you've only been dating for like a month or
six weeks this point till Christmas, it's.

Speaker 2 (02:54:41):
Like a date.

Speaker 7 (02:54:41):
You could almost give me a massage, like, give me
a massage gift certificate. But I don't want to do
a couple's massage yet I don't think so.

Speaker 35 (02:54:50):
How long do you have to wait for that?

Speaker 5 (02:54:52):
I don't know, a couple of months when it's official,
Seattle said timelines.

Speaker 35 (02:54:56):
When when I feel it, I feel it, like I agree.

Speaker 2 (02:55:00):
Real quick, I'm going to get Heather into Heather, You're
our other winner. So congratulations we got together you and
hold on, I want you to meet somebody real quick.
I want you to meet Courtney, Courtney and Heather. You
guys are going to get a chance to see each
other and and your friends when you when you guys
come here on Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (02:55:17):
Okay, we're looking forward. Heather, where are you from? And
where are you from?

Speaker 2 (02:55:25):
Courtney Park? I love it. Congratulations to you guys. We
got you in our big Thanksgiving Giving. Thanks for you guys.
Without you, we would not be here. Without you, we
would be a bad podcast. Actually, actually we kind of
could be a bad podcast. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (02:55:43):
Hold on one second, Natasha, I want some advice for this.
What do you think.

Speaker 44 (02:55:49):
I think that you could get our tickets for like
something you guys could do together, like maybe like the
Holiday Light or like maybe if she's in the like
you know, concerts, maybe you could like go see Detroit
Symphony Orchestra or something like a fun date that's not like.

Speaker 6 (02:56:05):
Actually, that's a really good idea, like an experienced gift
of something that you guys could do together.

Speaker 7 (02:56:09):
I love that idea.

Speaker 2 (02:56:11):
If you give that gift, hold on to the tickets
because if you're not together and when the event happened, like,
don't let her have the actual tickets, because I've seen
guys get screwed that way. Juliana, what's up, Hey guys,
Good morning, good morning.

Speaker 11 (02:56:27):
So my birthday's right before Christmas, and my boyfriend and
I when we first started dating, for my birthday, he
got me a shower brush and for Christmas, for Christmas,
he got me one single bottle of dial body Walk.

Speaker 46 (02:56:51):
Now he was just.

Speaker 37 (02:56:57):
Being check out.

Speaker 2 (02:57:03):
Okay, Juliana, tell me that you're not with this guy still,
are you?

Speaker 11 (02:57:08):
Oh we're going on seven years.

Speaker 2 (02:57:10):
Wow, what did he get you last year?

Speaker 14 (02:57:15):
So now he lets me pick my gifts.

Speaker 11 (02:57:17):
So he gets me a massage every year and then
he gets me like clothes or concert tickets or whatever.

Speaker 16 (02:57:25):
I ask for this year.

Speaker 11 (02:57:26):
It's an iPad.

Speaker 35 (02:57:27):
Okay, that is.

Speaker 1 (02:57:29):
Yeah, that's nice.

Speaker 2 (02:57:30):
He's elevated.

Speaker 1 (02:57:32):
He's moved up in this world. I love though this.

Speaker 2 (02:57:36):
He didn't even get you in the same year brush
and the soap, Like you had to actually wash yourself
with that brush for one year with no soap with it.

Speaker 11 (02:57:44):
No, it was only a week. My birthday is a
week before Christmas.

Speaker 2 (02:57:48):
Oh okay, all right, he bought him at the same time.
It just gave him separate Alison, what's going on.

Speaker 38 (02:57:54):
I just feel like that's how people end up in
situationships because after a month of knowing somebody, I don't
think you should be gifting them anything for Christmas.

Speaker 1 (02:58:05):
I agree on that, and I said this, I said,
you got to be careful.

Speaker 2 (02:58:09):
And here's the reason why you got to be careful
that you give something you I think you should do
something for her, But I think you got to be
careful because I think it's going to set a precedent
that she's only dating you for gifts, and also you're
putting pressure on her on what she's going to do.
I don't like holding back my love though, Yeah, and
that's what is your love monetarily done? No, But I

(02:58:31):
mean like, I think one of my love language is
gift given. I appreciate giving, knowing somebody if you see
something that really, do you have a scrub brush?

Speaker 1 (02:58:52):
All right, Alison, you take care of yourself?

Speaker 2 (02:58:53):
Okay, will my favorite I should let you guys read
this script text these guys, because these guys are vicious
to the single guys in the group text. Like the
single guys in the group text, we all kind of
live vicariously through them. And half these guys pick up
these girls at what's that place in Birmingham market? Now,
it's usually market Friday Friday at market. If you're a

(02:59:18):
girl that wants to meet some of these goofy friends
of mine, go to go Friday to market and.

Speaker 1 (02:59:23):
Just hang out there.

Speaker 7 (02:59:24):
Any single friends that are like, I think they're good guys.
I have my single friend that I got it define good. Uh, well,
I guess we're friends with him. I would say this,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (02:59:38):
Yeah, you know they're good guys. They probably all live
by each other. That's the problems.

Speaker 7 (02:59:42):
Let me see pictures.

Speaker 2 (02:59:43):
Here's the problem with the guys that I know that
are single. They so they're single, they do well, they
live in Birmingham and they've already dated every single girl
that probably is in that town too. It sounds like
you know what I mean, but no, seriously, and that's
the problem, you guys. There's like a bubble over there,
so everybody's in that same bubble. We're gonna be right

(03:00:04):
back the Lions.

Speaker 29 (03:00:06):
Coach Dan Campbell, do you think about Mojo in the morning?

Speaker 3 (03:00:09):
A lot?

Speaker 2 (03:00:09):
All I think about, Man.

Speaker 3 (03:00:11):
We hear you, Dan.

Speaker 29 (03:00:12):
We appreciate you listening to the show.

Speaker 43 (03:00:13):
That's all I have to think about is you, guys,
and how I seck you up for the past possible
advantage I can give you to have a season.

Speaker 29 (03:00:20):
I swear to you, man, Thank you, Dan. We just
want to make sure you're not the same old Lions
after all this is done.

Speaker 2 (03:00:25):
I just me that's all, Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:00:27):
We trust you.

Speaker 29 (03:00:28):
After hearing today's show, Coach Campbell, do you have any
advice for the show.

Speaker 2 (03:00:32):
Let's be better tomorrow? Hey, we got tickets to see
Detroit versus New York this weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:00:38):
We're giving them away tomorrow morning.

Speaker 2 (03:00:41):
The contest is our Turkey Tackle and get ready for
this tomorrow after the Throwback Throwdown when we play it.
If you haven't already registered for this, we posted it
up on our Facebook for a chance to be part
of it. We're looking for ladies who would like to
tackle the turkey. Now, that doesn't seem like something that

(03:01:02):
you should ever do, Like Clo, who the turkey is? Actually,
we have not disclosed it. Is it a surprise or
surprise tomorrow? Okay, Tackle the turkey sounds like what somebody
would say, Hey, I want to enter that whole contest
that you guys had for the Jonas Brothers.

Speaker 7 (03:01:22):
Tackle the turkey also sounds like a name for you know, guys,
what are you doing? That's what she entering the corn
tackle the turkey.

Speaker 2 (03:01:32):
That's why she just said the turnkey is a turkey.
Brow this showing in the.

Speaker 29 (03:01:43):
Morning, that's in this kiss now five five, oh you
know what time it is?

Speaker 3 (03:01:49):

Speaker 1 (03:01:50):
You're waking up with home show?

Speaker 3 (03:01:51):

Speaker 36 (03:01:51):
Hornus shows on No Goat. They love us like the
iHeart Logoat. He got five to six fifty five. If
you were looking for mot what was this ketchup?

Speaker 2 (03:01:59):
Creeping on the Low Lo weekdays five to ten thirty
It goes down.

Speaker 36 (03:02:03):
You pick it for the throwback throw down Turty on
the thirty for the news on your timeline.

Speaker 2 (03:02:07):
Holyo Kiss sets it next and nine five five Let's
go all right, I do have time for trending news,
so I want to do some trending news if I
can Thanksgiving story. Since we're not going to be on
next week for trending news on Thursday, because we're going
to be off on that day we'll be running a
replay show, I want to do some Thanksgiving stuff. Thanksgiving

(03:02:30):
will cost five dollars and fifty two cents per person.

Speaker 3 (03:02:37):
This year.

Speaker 1 (03:02:37):
If you are looking to I don't know how they
figure this out right, come bear it.

Speaker 2 (03:02:43):
So so for the third straight year, they say it's
dropped even though a lot of items have gone up. Uh,
they're saying that the price of Turkey's has gone up
a little bit, but at price of some of the
other stuff hasn't.

Speaker 1 (03:02:56):
But let me see how they do this.

Speaker 2 (03:02:58):
Tell me, because I don't know how you you ain't
going back to.

Speaker 6 (03:03:02):
Second well unless there's like a ton of people that
are coming. So the numbers divided by a lot.

Speaker 2 (03:03:07):
They based this based on the needs of a Thanksgiving
meal for ten people, no frills, no alcohol. Okay, so
this would not be at Channon's house. This is just turkey, Cranberry's, stuffing,
and pie. They claim that the average cost this year
will be fifty five dollars and eighteen cents, or around
five dollars and fifty two cents per person. And this

(03:03:28):
is obviously not a family like mine that eats a bunch,
but they work it based on the price of all
the materials that you need to get, Like, for instance,
the average price of a sixteen pound bird is twenty
one dollars and fifty cents.

Speaker 1 (03:03:43):
Now, it's not one of those birds that are like organic.

Speaker 2 (03:03:47):
Or anything, or raised on a funny farm, you know,
like where they they have some of these places like Chelsea.
One year goes, hey, I need you to go to
market Plaza to go pick up the turkey this year.

Speaker 1 (03:03:58):
I go, why am I going to marketplace?

Speaker 2 (03:03:59):
Well, they brought turkeys in that are you know, hypoallergenicanic and.

Speaker 7 (03:04:04):
They can roam the field.

Speaker 2 (03:04:06):
And I said, I'm like, I don't want one of those.
I want a butter ball. I want the struggle turkey
they make. I want a turkey. I don't care how
that turkey came to that farm, you know what.

Speaker 7 (03:04:17):
I mean, They've all been through, they're dead, they all
got they died.

Speaker 2 (03:04:22):
I want that thing pumped with every bit of butter
and like they call them butter balls for a reason.
Don't give me any kind of fresh turkey like that
they killed right there and pluck the feathers out. I
want a frozen you're trying to tackle the turkey. I
want to tackle that turkey. One of the best and

(03:04:42):
worst days to drive for Thanksgiving, Triple A said that
they expect a record number of Americans to travel this Thanksgiving.
They predict that the worst traffic travel days will be
Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, then the Sunday and
Monday following Thanksgiving will be a bad one. Expects a
record number of Americans will travel for the holiday, where

(03:05:05):
they are expecting just under eighty two million people will
travel this year, which is up two million from last year.
They say that six million will probably fly, two point
five million will take buses, trains or other modes of transportation.

Speaker 6 (03:05:21):
Yeah, they said, Sunday, November thirtieth is going if you
can avoid traveling that day, that's the day that is
going to be the busiest by far.

Speaker 2 (03:05:29):
In general, the worst times to be on the road
Tuesday of next week from noon until nine pm, and
then Wednesday from eleven am till eight pm. The worst
times to head home Sunday to thirtieth, from eleven am
till eight pm, so pretty much that entire day. The
best day to travel will be Thursday. They say on
Thanksgiving there's not that much traffic, which is true because

(03:05:51):
I've gone down for the Turkey trot and the parade
and stuff, and it's pretty light travel. Like I always
think that, I always think it's gonna be crazy. You know,
it's going to be a really bad travel day if
you're heading downtown on Friday for the Christmas tree lightings
tomorrow tomorrow, right, so hard to get into my parking
structure already because so many people shut down.

Speaker 1 (03:06:10):
Oh yeah, what do they shut down in Detroit for
the the thing?

Speaker 5 (03:06:14):
I mean, it's different, they've been switching it up, but
pretty much all around campus marshes, Like if you shoot Downwoodward,
it stops after a minute.

Speaker 2 (03:06:23):
Half of Americans say that they now need to game
plan just to survive the holiday dinners. This is actually
kind of saying I didn't know if people do this.
They say, roughly fifty percent of people will game plan
when they arrive at the table and then what their
conversation will be thinking that there's going to be tense moments. Absolutely.
They say that topics that they dread are obviously politics,

(03:06:46):
but finances, appearance or wait, and then religion is on
the list. In the midst of what is now kind
of time where people start having, you know, issues, fighting
with their families. They a lot of times, they say,
they get into a fight of Thanksgiving, which leads to
them not doing Christmas with a lot of the families.
They say, stare clear of things like drinking too much

(03:07:09):
before dinner, avoid that and then do it after dinner.
And if you avoid it, usually the confrontation doesn't happen
at the table. It will happen usually if you guys
are just sitting around on a couch watching football or
something afterwards. I have never had it that bad with
family where I had to on the way over to
somebody's house or before somebody comes to my house, go

(03:07:30):
all right, how am I gonna deal with this person?

Speaker 19 (03:07:34):
I'm not going I'm not inviting them, but I'm not going. Yeah, man,
I don't have people all right. I know, Uncle Paul
about to have something to say today.

Speaker 2 (03:07:40):
You already different where.

Speaker 7 (03:07:41):
You're like, oh, Uncle Paul, like this sounds like if
it's a really serious thing where you're gonna be miserable
for four hours.

Speaker 19 (03:07:48):
I mean, depending on the type of person. I don't
nobody want to hear how fat they done got?

Speaker 2 (03:07:52):
You know what I'm saying. I know for a fact
my grandma gonna have something to say.

Speaker 19 (03:07:56):
My days always be like you look like you can
move the chains like football, Like you could get a
first down, like he was like you can move to
James right now.

Speaker 2 (03:08:06):
Here are some of the most dreaded conversations that people
will bring up at the holiday table. Do you have
a girlfriend? What did you do to your hair? When
do you think you'll go back to work? Why don't
you ever go to church with us? Who did you
vote for? And why did you invite Anna Rob to

(03:08:29):
my I might make a Bengal card so I can
just check off everything. My favorite Thanksgiving we ever had
was there was a Thanksgiving I think it was during
COVID and Chelsea, Like we pulled cans of beans out
of the cupboard and stuff and we were playing like
games on the Center Island and we had so much

(03:08:51):
wine that remember Ellen, our old producer, like threw up
that that sounds like it was Actually it was actually
a lot of fun. This year is gonna be fun too,
because of this year is going to be Jacob coming
to town and for the first time ever, he's bringing
his boyfriend Chris.

Speaker 19 (03:09:09):
So that's why are you gonna let them sleep in
the same room, Because that's your rules for Joe when
his girl came, they Mary Decays leap together.

Speaker 2 (03:09:15):
Tomorrow you need to ask Chelsea that on the air.
Let's ask that because I don't know what the answer
is now. I'll say that for tomorrow, because is Chelsea,
because you would not let Joe and Melissa stay in
the same room with each other. Still, I don't think
he's I don't know, maybe getting married. Well, now that
they're getting married, maybe I don't know. He was a
banger probably in the house too. It's every guy's dream

(03:09:40):
and every you know dream of you to bring him
back to your family house and to like sleep in
your family bed. I never dreamed that dream.

Speaker 1 (03:09:47):
You never wanted to take him to your little kid bed,
and like.

Speaker 2 (03:09:52):
You never wanted that. I'm sorry I didn't have those
dreams and have them look at your like, you know,
Michael Jordan posters or Lebron posters in your case, Taylor,
Tom Jonathan Taylor, Thomas Bay, not me. All right, have
a great day. We'll be back tomorrow. Make sure you
check out that War of the Roses. By the way,
that War of the Roses now has more than forty
five thousand downloads from this morning, forty five thousand downloads

(03:10:13):
if you missed it. A lot of people don't think
that he was a cheater. You can go check it
out and see for yourself.

Speaker 1 (03:10:19):
Twenty plus years of idiocy and still going.

Speaker 2 (03:10:22):
In Detroit, Toledo, in West Michigan, it's mojo in the morning.
