I want to start off the morning by getting an
update from Bianca on what you might have heard during

(02:53):
our warm up show. But you definitely heard if you
were listening to the show yesterday or listen to our
podcast yesterday.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Bianca met the parents, Yes I did.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
It was actually a great night. It went really good,
way better than I was even expecting it to ya, Honestly,
I think the only part which is a little nerve
wrecking in the beginning. But after that, after we got
in the car we started driving around, it was all great,
let's go to the I brought the nothing bunk cakes

(03:25):
and the flowers. I was supposed to be there at
three forty five, but of course I'm keldy, and so
I ended up getting there at like four fifteen.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
What a horrible first impression?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
All right?

Speaker 4 (03:34):
And where is there?

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Because I know we didn't know if you were riding
all together, if you were.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Meeting the house.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
So I met at the house and then we all
got in the car and then we drove to the Rochester.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
So you go to the door.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Does he greet you at And his parents greeted me
in my car and we just like walked to his
car because.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
They were waiting for her, Like where's this bitch? Where
we got somewhere to go?

Speaker 6 (03:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (03:58):
But they loved the little bunk cakes I got them.
We drove to the restaurant and it was like a
good sushi place. It was really good. It was really good.
His dad ordered me like all the gluten free stuff,
the veggie stuff because I have all these allergies. So
he was so nice.

Speaker 7 (04:10):
He wait, I like, very sweet.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
Dad started doing the ordering. That's how you order at
a sushi place.

Speaker 7 (04:15):
He ever remembered that you had an allergy.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
Yes, I know, which is like really amazing.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Maybe you should date the dad.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
Because he has a wife who was beautiful.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Is he is wait a second, is this does his
dad rub off on on son?

Speaker 8 (04:29):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Yes, for sure, sons like that too, like when you
guys go out.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Yeahh he tells me what we're gonna order, like what
we're gonna do very I got a little gentleman on
my hands. But the mom didn't give me a talk.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Here we go, this is what I want to get to.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
We got the talk. She said, I just want to
make sure you're no fun in games like this is.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Or like where is this conversation?

Speaker 5 (04:51):
She wrot me to the side with the sisters. He's
like me, the mom and the sister, okay, like the dad.
And she was kind of giving me the talk, and
I was like, yes, of course, I'm very serious about it.
But yeah, it was good. I kind of felt like
I was already part of their family.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
But let's go back to the bomb. I've got two
more drops left.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Wait.

Speaker 9 (05:14):
I do have a question about the mom, because didn't
she tell you that she had like sixty questions to
ask you or something like that.

Speaker 7 (05:21):
What were the questions about?

Speaker 10 (05:22):
It?

Speaker 5 (05:22):
Didn't even like quiz me, she said, I can already
tell you were good.

Speaker 7 (05:25):
But okay, she just.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
Wanted to make sure, yeah that I wasn't going to
do anything. You're about to say.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Something now, I was gonna. I was going to ask,
did she mention that she was listening to the show yesterday?

Speaker 11 (05:35):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (05:35):
You have no Actually, when I got in the car
and had the podcast, like, oh, was that intentional thing?
And I was like, oh my gosh, he said, Nobo
didn't listen to it. I said, there's one minute left.

Speaker 9 (05:45):
The was your man friend, since we can't call him boyfriend,
how was he with you around his family?

Speaker 5 (05:56):
Honestly, I didn't even notice him like he was. I
didn't talk to him. He was very quiet. It was
like meeting all the talking with the family. I barely
recognized him. But speaking of man friends, can I.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Show you something real quick before you do that, before
you speak a man friend, Shannon, You know I know
Mom and Dad, yes, and they're very nice people. Well,
Dad said this is not for post, but he didn't
say I couldn't show you guys. He sent me this
picture of the car ride. This is the this is
the positions of everybody.

Speaker 10 (06:23):
In the car.

Speaker 9 (06:24):
Mom is stunning, sister sister in the middle between both
of us.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Oh, that's really good, Beyonca.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
For those that don't, you can't see this because I
don't want to show it because I promised him. I
wouldn't you see mom and dad and then you see
in the backseat sister in the middle of cause I
was in the.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
Middle at first. He said, nope, You're not sitting.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
In the middle. So did you ever look up in
a rear view mirror and see to dad just staring
at you. No, no, no, it was It was okay.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
But he did give me a talk on the way
there too. He said, I just want to make this clear.
You guys are only going to be friends, and I'm
only going to refer you as his friend until you
guys get married down the road if that ever happens. Like, wow,
boyfriend girlfriend is not a thing.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
It's very a very cultural thing.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
Yeah, it is, because my mom does the same thing,
and I always thought she was silly for it, but
I see other families do it. It actually makes sense.
But while we were at the event too, we saw
Glenda Lewis from Channel seven. I saw her.

Speaker 7 (07:26):
She has is the kindest human being. She's like, actually good.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Well. The other thing with her too, is that she's
a she's a super fan of the show too.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
Yes, so exactly. So I introduced her. I saw her.
I was like, oh, my gosh, Hi, I'm Bianca. This
is my friend Bryce, And she said, that is now
your friend. I listened to the show. I know everything
about you and everything about him. So I was like, oh, really,
she said, this is the guy you've been talking about
on the rate you and I just put it too
and two together.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
What did his uh his parents say with that?

Speaker 5 (08:05):
How did she know that? How did she know because
they introduced me to her as Bryce's friend.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
It's like that's friend.

Speaker 5 (08:13):
That's not her friend.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
She's I love by the way, I love Glende. And
she texts all the time like she'll hears things on
the show. She's prayed for Chelsea, like she loves this
this radio show. We should maybe see if we can
get a call into her later and get some get
some like hey, second date update.

Speaker 9 (08:31):
There were how many tens of thousands of people there
last night?

Speaker 7 (08:36):
If you saw Bianca call us?

Speaker 5 (08:39):
I want to know because I feel like I did
see a couple of listeners that just didn't say anything
because I saw them tracking down the guy. Then they
would look at me and then they're checking the guy down.
So I was like, oh, they definitely know.

Speaker 12 (08:49):
How does your man friend think Yesterday when.

Speaker 5 (08:51):
He thought it was great, was amazing, it was great.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
So full disclosure. Dad called while they were in the
car yesterday to me, No.

Speaker 11 (09:00):
You called Dad?

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
He sent me the text and then I called, all right,
you're right, and I so I'm talking to him, and
I do think that it's interesting. He does talk differently
to me now that Beyonca is part of the picture
than he used to before. Well, he's a little bit
more I would say, polished, you know what I mean,
Like he's he's a little bit more daddy, you know
what I mean. Like usually it's like, you know, we're buddies,

(09:24):
so it's like hey, you always like, hey, man, what's
going on you We're talking stuff like that, Not that
you know, not that he's lost any of his fun,
but he can tell that.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
He's a little uncomfortable with the situation.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
But I will say this, he and I are talking,
and I said, sounds to me like the girls are
all talking there. You all you heard in the background
was Bianca, mom, sister, Bianca mom, sister, sister, Bianca, Bianca.

Speaker 13 (09:47):
So yesterday we had a big portion of our conversation
was about you being comfortable being who you are and
not necessarily showing it as your representative. Yes, did we
get a lot of Bianca or was it the tone
down Bianca?

Speaker 5 (09:59):
No, I think there's a lot of And we talked
about that too after the car. I feel like I
was definitely myself. Obviously I'm not going crazy screaming around
in the streets, but I was doing boggy in the
middle of main Street that let's go on the street.
We're just like dancing.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Around the street.

Speaker 5 (10:16):
And what did they do when you did that? They're like,
We're not doing that, Okay next time. But I feel
like my personality came out. But it was a perfect
amount of like relaxed calmness.

Speaker 9 (10:28):
But did you guys hold hands around them or any
sort of PD but normally you would do that, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:35):
Like it was just the two of you. I guess
we hold hands, but I've never.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
That's gross.

Speaker 14 (10:42):
Oh my god, up the thing and suffer.

Speaker 4 (10:54):
It keeps going. I don't even know.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
That was from the Five Lies and mom, which is great.
I I like that this is happening. I think that
this is wonderful. I think, and I have said this
on the air numerous times, that I think Bianca would
be a blessing to that family as you like we
even took photos.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
We didn't.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
I didn't take any pictures with him. I took pictures
with his family the whole time. And it looks like, honestly,
I could be like your other.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Daughter, doesn't it you want no offense? All you Cadians
are kind of like are all cousins?

Speaker 4 (11:27):
Aren't you in some way, shape or form? Like there
was no joke. It's like, are you sure that you
haven't looked back?

Speaker 5 (11:33):
And I got to do the twenty three and meet bec.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
That's awesome, that's so, that's so cool.

Speaker 15 (11:39):
What are you?

Speaker 2 (11:40):
Cool?

Speaker 14 (11:40):
Thing?

Speaker 4 (11:40):
So you like happy happy?

Speaker 2 (11:42):
Are you going over for Thanksgiving? He coming over?

Speaker 5 (11:44):
Like, No, that's too early for that. I think you
gotta wait till next year holidays. Yeah, that's not I
think it's too early to be going on even.

Speaker 9 (11:50):
Like a little stopover for dessert.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Uh no, that's the next step. Oh okay, we's got
to be the next thing.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
He's got to be my family first. I can't do
any how if he was not that much?

Speaker 12 (12:01):
Is that really happening at the fly zone or whatever
you're doing.

Speaker 5 (12:04):
He can't go anymore to work, So we're going to
figure out another day?

Speaker 2 (12:07):
What is going on as far as your parents knowing
that you went yesterday or did they not talk to
you about that.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
We haven't talked about it yet since I've been with them.
But they don't mind that I'm hanging out with him anymore.

Speaker 16 (12:18):
Like they like it.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
They like your family so so so al is all good?

Speaker 10 (12:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (12:23):
I think once he knew the last name of the family,
I think he was like, okay, good that I say too.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Back in Iraq, we didn't have any fights with each other.

Speaker 10 (12:33):
You know.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
I always wonder sometimes, like when when this happens, Like
if the family is like argued, Like what happens if
you own the competitive party store across the street, Like
if this is the deal, then what's going to happen?

Speaker 5 (12:46):
I think his dad has known any liquor stores. I
think we're chilling on that one.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Oh god, so we're good.

Speaker 17 (12:50):
All right?

Speaker 4 (12:50):
Well, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, here we go.

Speaker 10 (12:53):

one of TV's most famous pitchmen, and autopsy report released
on Friday said Billy May's used the drug in the
days before his death.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Last Yesterday's show, we talked about that year one, starring
Jack Black and Michael Sarah was the big movie. I
don't know what you mean.

Speaker 19 (13:53):

Speaker 4 (14:30):
Congratulations, thank you.

Speaker 24 (14:32):
I'm excited.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
And it's wild because I'm sitting there thinking to myself, Okay,
they're going for fourteen in a row tomorrow, then fifteen
in a row on Friday, and did they play again
Saturday or Sunday or no?

Speaker 4 (14:43):
Hopefully not because we've been playing a lot of games.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Rest okay, So fifteen sixties you could be seeing maybe
the seventeenth game in a row or sixteenth game in
a row. I don't even know. I'm trying to figure out.
That would be amazing if those guys just keep on winning.
Congratulations to you have the best time. Four tickets so
you can take the whole family.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Oh cool, all right, hold.

Speaker 2 (15:01):

seventeen at that time. Good lord, could you imagine?

Speaker 4 (15:06):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (15:07):
Could all right?

Speaker 4 (15:08):
We're giving away jingle Ball tickets.

Speaker 17 (15:10):

(15:42):

fifth Collar eight four four sixty six five sixty five
four eight good Luck.

Speaker 11 (15:50):
Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
I like the blazer look on Shannon today.

Speaker 7 (15:55):
You know, I had to dress up for our Thanksgiving
luncheon as.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
You say, looks wonderful. Thank you so wonderful lunch. And
that what's going on?

Speaker 7 (16:03):
I'm starting up with a sad story.

Speaker 9 (16:05):
But a family from Monroe went to see the Jonas
Brothers when they were in town at Little Caesar's Arena
Sunday night, enjoy the show, come out after the show,
realize their car had been stolen and along with it
all of their kids' Christmas gifts that were inside.

Speaker 15 (16:22):
And then this is just kind of it's hard. They're
behind now.

Speaker 18 (16:25):
Like many hard working parents fiances Arthur Swazing and Apollonia
Cizarus just wanted a night to themselves Sunday, and what
better opportunity than the Jonas Brothers concert at Little Caesar's Arena.
They drove all the way from Monroe for their fun
night out, parked right here on the street on East
Elizabeth around five pm and got some dinner before heading
down to LCA for the seven thirty show. But when

(16:47):
they came back around eleven thirty pm, nothing.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Started walking back, and then we were like, well, we're
going to be parking. We're like, we know, we parked
over here somewhere.

Speaker 18 (16:55):
They're twenty fourteen. All of green Ford Edge had been stolen.
And not only is it the Face family's only mode
of transportation to work and school for their three children,
it's also the only way Swazing has been able to
get to his doctor's appointments after recently finding out some
life altering news.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
That's my a to b to gets it all the
way to Anne Harbor for my health. You know, I
was diagnosed with through now South Carsonoma.

Speaker 25 (17:19):
I got three kids. I'm trying to stay on top
of everything that i can. Just it's all I can do.

Speaker 18 (17:25):
In that car was also Cizarre's purse and wallet, a
car seat, and hidden in the trunk the children's Christmas presents.

Speaker 26 (17:33):
Early Christmas shopping.

Speaker 27 (17:34):
Yeah, trying to get it done and sneak it from
them because you know they want to be sneaky.

Speaker 28 (17:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 18 (17:38):
The children had to miss school Monday while mom and
dad stayed with a family member in Detroit as they
continue figuring out next steps.

Speaker 9 (17:46):
I mean, now I can't even it to work, and
that's how we could pay pay pills.

Speaker 18 (17:52):
Detroit police are investigating, and with big crowds coming down
to the city Thursday for all the Thanksgiving Day festivities,
the department wants to mind everyone of some tips. Don't
leave any valuables in your car, and be sure to
lock up. Make sure to park in a well lit area,
and if you're parking in a parking lot, make sure
it's a valid one with tenants watching over your vehicle

(18:15):
so no other family has to deal with something like
this right before the holidays.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
I just f we can find it.

Speaker 7 (18:23):
That's terrible.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
If if anybody knows information about this family, or if
that family is listening, please call us. We would love
to try to help you and see what we can
do to hopefully get your car back. But I would
hope that with the amount of cameras that we have
in the city, that there's some ability to be able
to find who did this, and hopefully they have a
heart and they can give them back their Christmas gifts

(18:45):
in their car. But a horrible thing. And you know
they said it'll park in in well lit lots and
all that stuff. The problem is the well lit lots
are fifty bucks or whatever at game time or show
time for this Jonas Brothers, and there's no affordable parking
in the city. Yesterday, I just wanted to go and
run a couple of errands and going in and just

(19:06):
parking in a lot was going to cost me twenty
five bucks. I mean, it's like ridiculous that we don't
have affordable ability to be able to park around the city.

Speaker 13 (19:14):
I do believe though that obviously this is an incredibly
terrible situation, and not that it ever is a good
time for bad stuff to happen, But I truly believe
that sometimes terrible things have to happen in order for
a good thing to happen. And I feel like with
their story being brought out there, this is probably going
to be the best holiday that they could have ever imagined.
It just had to come on the tail off something ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
And we're getting information right now about the family. I
know that they set up a GoFundMe page, and we're
going to use that opportunity to be able to to
also make some donations. Right now, they've raised twenty one
hundred dollars, has been raised for the family and Bianca.

Speaker 4 (19:53):
We should probably also make a post too, yeah, for that's.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
An increasing job, all right, So please and if you
are that family or know that family, please get in
contact with us.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
Call Lydia hair in the studios. What's going on next door?

Speaker 9 (20:05):
Former First Lady Michelle Obama recently posted excuse me, a
behind the scenes clip from a photo shoot with famed
photographer Annie Libovitz. And the first thing everybody notices is
this why you're gasping?

Speaker 7 (20:17):
You know what I'm gonna say. You don't know who
that is?

Speaker 9 (20:21):
Okay, she's like super She's been super famous place forever
and whatever. Anyway, everyone notices she is skinnier and toned
more so than normal, because I think she always looks great.
But the post sparked some social media chatter, with some
people speculating and being very vocal about the fact that, oh,

(20:44):
she's got to using ozembek or govi or zep bound
or something to shed some pounds.

Speaker 7 (20:51):
Obviously, she's not speaking out.

Speaker 9 (20:53):
She has not spoken out if that's the case, but
she has talked very openly in the past about dealing
with weight gain during perimenopause, menopause and focusing on healthy
habits at this stage in her life, like eating well, exercising,
and staying on top of doctor's visits.

Speaker 19 (21:13):
We know, oh oh, Mom.

Speaker 4 (21:29):
And Leslie.

Speaker 9 (21:30):
As the holidays stopping seasoned gears up, consumers are planning
to spend less during Black Friday and Cyber Monday than
they did last year for the first time in four years.
Recent survey found that the average consumer is expected to
spend about six hundred and twenty two dollars this weekend,
which is about four percent lower than last year. And

(21:52):
the big reason I don't think this is surprising to
anybody higher living costs or forcing people to cut back.

Speaker 7 (21:58):
Everything is so darn expensive.

Speaker 10 (22:01):
Now.

Speaker 9 (22:01):
Here's the surprise twist to this. Even though people plan
to spend less, eighty two percent, they will be shopping
during the upcoming holiday weekend, which is up from last
years numbers.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Are there any deals anymore?

Speaker 4 (22:12):
No, I don't feel like there are Last Fridays or
a waste this year.

Speaker 9 (22:17):
It's if you're.

Speaker 7 (22:18):
Looking for, you know, electronics, video game stuff like that.
I don't.

Speaker 9 (22:22):
I don't think as as much as it used to be.
I did get a few things already yesterday that you know,
I've kind of been watching and I definitely got a
deal on. But I always find and this is terrible,
I buy more things for myself because it's like clothes.

Speaker 5 (22:36):
And stuff that are world cheap right now.

Speaker 13 (22:38):
So, like you said, like, if it's not electronics or anything,
what industry has the most deals, would you say?

Speaker 7 (22:42):
Apparel?

Speaker 2 (22:43):
Okay, some more clothing deals out there.

Speaker 29 (22:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (22:46):
Do you miss anything from today's show.

five DETROITXSQ and I'm heard radio station.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Guaranteed human all right, It is Mojo in the Morning
and War of the Roses is coming up this hour
on the show. She went into his search engine, actually
went into UH to look at what he was doing
on chech ept and he was searching how to get
away with cheating this morning. We make a phone call

(32:33):
to see if he truly is. It's the Mojo on
the Morning Show phone number eight four fur Mojo Live
eight four four six six five sixty five four eight.

Speaker 4 (32:42):
I believe that.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
People are a thousand times braver in their cars than
they are walking down the street, for sure. And I
had first hand account of this one when I got
cut off by a guy. Cut off a guy and
the guy and it was an accident, and the guy

(33:05):
pulls up next to me and just was given me
the what fur as they say, you know what the
what fur is? No, it was basically given me that
I'll give you the what fur the bird does at all.
I don't think basically you get the what fur in Michigan, man,

(33:25):
what furs happened in Michigan. There's there's a little what
furs along with some Fords and Krogers that happen here.
People like to talk some some kind of a different language.
You guys grew up there, you should know that stuff.
Then we end up going to the same place, which
is the Krogers, only to see each other and to
see that guy trying to stay as many aisles as

(33:47):
away from me as he possibly can, running scared. Yeah,
have you guys ever seen this happen to you before?
Have you ever had the opportunity happen to you where
you get somebody that they flail and wave their arms
in traffic.

Speaker 13 (34:01):
This happened Saturday when I was taking my mom, my sister,
and my grandma to the M JR.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
And Westland and I'm coming off the freeway. I'm not
in there.

Speaker 13 (34:07):
I'm not in those streets a lot of the times,
and I'm not gonna utilize as an excuse. But I
thought I could make a left turn. So there's a
guy in the lane all the way to the left.
He clearly could make a left turn, and I'm in
the middle lane. I thought I too could make a
left turn. You know sometimes steams painted on the ground
you can go that way, So I thought I could go.
He's in a smaller vehicle. I'm in my F one fifty,

(34:28):
so I'm sitting up a little larger, a little larger.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
So I turned and.

Speaker 13 (34:31):
All I hear is I didn't realize what's going on.
So I'm driving faster to him because I'm in front
of him. He pulls up and he starts throwing his
hands and he puts an X sign up like don't
go left, like no left. So I stopped because it's
a red light coming, So I stop at the red light.
He pulls up past me, So I pull up on

(34:52):
the side of him, and then I look over at
him and then I give him the eyes. I'm like sorry.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
He kind of just was like okay. He didn't look
at me the whole time.

Speaker 9 (35:03):
He kind of just looked at the best thing to
do is to make you do the tailor swift hands
and heart.

Speaker 7 (35:08):
It gets full.

Speaker 4 (35:09):
So you see that video since you a couple days ago, Yes,
you got it?

Speaker 10 (35:17):
What was it?

Speaker 4 (35:18):
You still got it? Hold on, let me see. Can
I play it as it dirty or nothing?

Speaker 13 (35:22):
If he says the P word in it, yeah, we
might not be able to play explain it. So there
was a road rage incident where a guy pulled up
and I guess he cut someone off, and the guy
next to him has his window rolled down. He's cursing
at him, like what you tug saddle list And then
the dude was like, come on, man, I ain't getting
no loving this morning. Man, I'm sorry you just connected with.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
It was viral in Detroit, right, it was viral, and
the guys like I didn't get any of the P
I understand, man, I get it. Have a good day.

Speaker 12 (35:51):
I'm not gonna lie this is giving me PTSD. I
just beat a case or won a case, a road
rage incident, so I all so cut someone off and
the guy was pulling up next to me, followed me
for like three miles, ended up getting out of his
car and started punching my car doors, dents all in it.
Had to go to the police file a report. But

(36:13):
I didn't do anything besides record him. I didn't hold
up a heart or nothing.

Speaker 4 (36:18):
It was just I got a video, and you got
the license plate and everything like that.

Speaker 12 (36:23):
No, I didn't get the license plate. My TikTok identified him,
so I posted the video. They identified him, and the
police got, oh my god.

Speaker 4 (36:29):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (36:31):
I'm eight four four Mojo Live eight four four sixty
sixty five sixty five four eight. I want to know
who these people are that are like that, because I
will tell you that I have gotten in it before.
Where I've gotten you know, you know, somebody cuts in
front of me, or somebody won't let me in front
of them or whatever like you know, they especially in
the holiday season, come on, getting a little bit of
the holiday season iveil now is where you get the

(36:51):
parking lot madness, you know, and it's so funny to
see how people crazy or how crazy people go. But
I will not give them crap because I won't even
flail my arms because I think everybody's carrying, you know.

Speaker 17 (37:05):
What I mean.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
I think they're all packing, and I think I'm the
one that's gonna get on the other end of that thing.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
What's up, Courtney, how you doing?

Speaker 36 (37:13):
Good morning?

Speaker 20 (37:14):
Happy almost Thanksgiving?

Speaker 4 (37:15):
Hey there you go, Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Speaker 20 (37:18):
So this happened to me. I someone got mad at
me on the way to school drop off, and sure
enough we both pulled into that elementary school parking lot
and just dropped our kids off, and it was very awkward.

Speaker 12 (37:29):
Oh wow, they look at you in the parking lot.

Speaker 26 (37:33):
They sure did.

Speaker 20 (37:34):
They looked at me as if they were like eyeing
me down and see who I was. And honestly, I
don't even know what I did. I'm one of those
drivers where I try to be really really careful, but
like I like, I have not parallel parked since my
driver's test, so I could have like, who knows what
I even did because I I'm driving, and I'm like,
why is that person even like raising their hand at me?
And I'm like, I don't even know what I did.

Speaker 4 (37:56):
But here's the thing. Did you turn to your kids
and say do you know who their kid is?

Speaker 17 (38:00):
Like?

Speaker 2 (38:01):
I would have done that, and then I would have
tried to sit next to them at every function that
was at that school.

Speaker 33 (38:07):
I actually did.

Speaker 20 (38:07):
I said, is that kid in your class? And they said, no,
I don't know who that kid is? And I was like, perfect,
because I have two in that school. So yeah, it
was a little in her wrecking.

Speaker 2 (38:16):
Yeah. I know you don't want to make it hard
on the kids, but god, that would be so funny.
Is the next time that you're at a school function
to sit right next to him, go.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
Hey, I think I know who you are. What's up, Tierra?

Speaker 33 (38:27):
All right, how are you?

Speaker 4 (38:29):
We're great? What's going on?

Speaker 2 (38:30):
People are crazier in their cars than they are in person.

Speaker 33 (38:34):
They are they are.

Speaker 39 (38:35):
I have to tell you a story, first time ever
calling longtime listenings on the shoat.

Speaker 40 (38:42):
I have the kids in the car.

Speaker 39 (38:43):
They all said, good morning. We were on our way
to school one morning, and you know how it is
in the morning, You're just on one speed mom mode,
get into school and I accidentally cut somebody off. It
was absolutely an accident.

Speaker 37 (38:54):
We come up to the next red light.

Speaker 39 (38:55):
He's throwing the bird. He's yelling and hollered and scream
and the kids are freaking out. We get to the
next one and I go, hey, one chance you get
let's do it. Count of three.

Speaker 40 (39:05):
So all three of us gave him the birds.

Speaker 12 (39:10):
Last class and everybody.

Speaker 40 (39:11):
Have the special needs boy.

Speaker 5 (39:13):
He thought it was hilarious.

Speaker 33 (39:16):
We get too.

Speaker 40 (39:17):
He comes up and guess what he gave us a
heart EMOTIONI with his hands.

Speaker 33 (39:22):
So cute, and we had the best day ever.

Speaker 40 (39:25):
And the kids still talk about it today.

Speaker 37 (39:26):
When they heard your story, they were like, oh, that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
He shout out every one of the kids so they
can get their voice or their names on the radio.

Speaker 39 (39:34):
Hey, hey, Morgan and Jason say good morning, Hey guys,
good morning.

Speaker 4 (39:40):
You got a nutty mom and we love it and
we're flipping you the bird. Thank you so much.

Speaker 40 (39:47):
You guys all have a beautiful day.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
Hey have a great one.

Speaker 2 (39:50):
That's so funny.

Speaker 7 (39:52):
Sound like the mom that would tell our kids.

Speaker 2 (39:55):
My favorite is when your kid with your kids and
you go, okay, you can swear just this once and
then of course that's all.

Speaker 4 (40:01):
It's all over. What's up?

Speaker 15 (40:02):
Tammy?

Speaker 10 (40:03):
Hi.

Speaker 41 (40:04):
Well, I was calling him because I actually pulled out
in front of somebody.

Speaker 35 (40:08):
I thought they had to stop, and they did it.

Speaker 41 (40:10):
So I immediately got over and he pulled up beside
me into a whole camp of pop or something at
my car dented it. So I'm like, oh, break, and
so I was like nervous, and so I just started
to follow him. He didn't have a drive, he didn't
have a tag on his car, so I'm like, I
don't know what to do.

Speaker 14 (40:26):
So I just like went on my way.

Speaker 4 (40:28):
That's crazy, Yeah, that's that was an accident.

Speaker 7 (40:32):
That an offense right there.

Speaker 9 (40:33):
Right, If you throw something out your window at somebody's cars,
I mean, that's not just a ticket, right.

Speaker 7 (40:39):
That's what I mean.

Speaker 38 (40:41):
Plate, So I like could be about it.

Speaker 4 (40:43):
Man, that's scary. Yeah, I would just honestly just.

Speaker 2 (40:48):
Linse Plate.

Speaker 4 (40:48):
What's what's up?

Speaker 2 (40:50):
Abrol?

Speaker 4 (40:52):
Hey, Good morning guys, Good morning.

Speaker 14 (40:54):
So long story short. Last year was dropping my kids
off at school. We turn into a parking lot. They
were so upset because I turned in front of them.
We drop our kids off. As I come back, they're
standing by my car with another man. The chicks standing
there with a guy trying to like, I'm not sure,
maybe to intimidate me, but it was the craziest thing.

(41:18):
Fast forward to the summer, We're at my husband's brother's
wedding at their house and who was there?

Speaker 17 (41:24):
Her and her husband.

Speaker 4 (41:27):
How did you guys or how did the family know them?

Speaker 3 (41:30):
I don't.

Speaker 14 (41:31):
They were in like a motorcycle club together.

Speaker 11 (41:36):
It was so crazy.

Speaker 42 (41:42):
Why didn't say anything to me?

Speaker 14 (41:43):
I didn't say anything to her, But when we had
the conversation in the parking lot, I was like, listen,
I don't know who you're trying to intimidate, but I'm
not from here.

Speaker 33 (41:52):
I'm from Detroit.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
And it was just like, by the way, my favorite, April,
is you going listen? You know you sound like when
you say listen, you sound like miss fit Tony. Give
me a listen again, Give me a listen again, April,
Karen from Hell, April, give me a listen?

Speaker 4 (42:16):
Listen?

Speaker 2 (42:18):
Okay, listen, Tony Teach Tony, miss fit Tony, miss fit
Tony Teach teach April, how to say listen?

Speaker 14 (42:29):
Yo, LI.

Speaker 4 (42:34):
Love you, April, take care of yourself? By what's up?

Speaker 24 (42:39):
Just righted to the Karen from Hell and Costco parking
lot really.

Speaker 25 (42:46):
Listen, laugh light.

Speaker 33 (42:48):
I'm trying to back.

Speaker 43 (42:49):
My truck into a parking spot. And I waited a
couple of minutes. All of a sudden, Karen pulls into
my spot and I go up to her window about
my truck. Brought to her window. Hey, hey, hey lady, lady,
didn't you see me trying to park here? She said,
f you WHOA. I was like, I was like, listen,

(43:13):
you don't want to do this right now, because I
will pull your.

Speaker 25 (43:17):
Car out of this spot.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
You need to apologize.

Speaker 43 (43:22):
And she was like, I'm not apologizing for anything. I'm
going in and I'm doing my shopping. You find another spot.

Speaker 25 (43:29):
I was livid.

Speaker 10 (43:31):
I was livid.

Speaker 43 (43:32):
There were more curse words than this, but I cannot
say them.

Speaker 24 (43:37):
Listen, I was.

Speaker 43 (43:40):
Did you see her inside the costgo Yeah, you know
everybody at Costco by these big Christmas ferns.

Speaker 8 (43:50):
She had.

Speaker 44 (43:51):
She had, she had a couple of these big but
I wanted to just push them out.

Speaker 26 (43:56):
Of the.

Speaker 4 (43:58):
Season too.

Speaker 2 (44:00):
Come on, told me. I was like, yeah, by the way,
that you gotta be careful of that. I have a
very close friend of mine that has been banned from
Costco because he got into an altercation with a person
in the parking lot. They banned him from Costco. Yeah.

(44:22):
I would have him tell the story, but I think
he'd be too embarrassed to say it on the radio.
Was it a verbal altercation?

Speaker 15 (44:29):
It was, Yes, it was.

Speaker 2 (44:30):
It was verbal over a parking spot. Like they got
into a verbal back and forth and they they he
was the only person that stopped when the Costco people
came out to talk and he gave him his card.
The other guy ran that gott a verbal altercation. They
banned him from life from Costco for a life, but
they the other guy did not know they took his

(44:51):
account away from him, right, Yeah, cheater, cheater.

Speaker 3 (44:58):
All another world famous war the roses.

Speaker 11 (45:04):
In the morning.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
Uh, that was, by the way, cute this one and
hair can I do Tanya? Let's do anything, Tanya? You there, Tanya,
I am tell you tell your story about your daughter.
This is cute.

Speaker 40 (45:20):
So we were driving on their way to Target and
this guy was driving pretty erratically and I tried to
get away from him and I had kind of uttered,
you know what a douchebag. And we got to the store.
The cargoes by apparently my daughter was paying attention. We
got out of the car and I put her in
the cart and the guy gets out and she goes, hey, mom,

(45:42):
here's the juice bag. Yep, honey, yep, we just heard.

Speaker 4 (45:54):
That's awesome, great story. Tany, thank you.

Speaker 40 (45:57):
I love you, guys, I.

Speaker 4 (45:58):
Love you too.

Speaker 2 (45:58):
Take care of right, all right, Mojo in the Morning show,
keV I'm so bummed to hear this news. But Kevin's
Thanksgiving is going to be a little sad this year.
It is, Man, I'm really sad. Bro Josiah is getting
on a plane in a couple of hours and going
to Atlanta. It's been Thanksgiving with his mom and her

(46:19):
sister and that side of the family that lives down there.
And I don't know.

Speaker 13 (46:24):
I thought I had a chance when she first said
that they were going, or like she called me, was like, hey,
I'm thinking about going. Tickets really cheap, whatever the case
may be.

Speaker 2 (46:32):
Do you mind?

Speaker 13 (46:33):
And I was, of course, you don't want to say,
like yes, I mind. I want my son, but I
was trying to do it in a way where hopefully
she would have stayed, but ultimately decided that she wanted
to see her her sister and let Josiah Sea's cousins,
and I'm off for that. I know he's gonna go.
I know he's gonna have a great time. But this year,
in particular, my entire family is getting together like we
used to do when I was a child, and I

(46:53):
wanted Josiah to be a part of that and sharing
that memory, and that's not gonna happen. So I'm incredibly sad,
but I think I know how I'm gonna feel better.
And that's what a lot of alcohol, I'm telling you.
And the second dilemma science situations out the side real quick.

Speaker 2 (47:11):
Go back to the chast second. We had her on
the air with us, and I thought when we were
talking to her there was a chance. See the problem
was you didn't want to do the whole baby thing.
If you would have said, let's do the baby thing
and thanks Giving it that series, you can as long
as you're gonna be stuffing the turkey this Thanksgiving.

Speaker 4 (47:27):
But instead I'm gonna pull a Cavin on.

Speaker 7 (47:29):
That abutiving Helena.

Speaker 2 (47:32):
Okay, he's excited.

Speaker 13 (47:33):
I mean, so he goes maybe once a year, and
when you have cousins years like that forever, you know
what I mean. So, and he's getting older, so it's cool.
So what's the other dilemma? So my mom so now
that I don't really I guess Josicaa came to. But
my mom and my grandmother want me to come get
them and take them to Gerard's house where we're hosting,
where they're hosting things giving dinner, and I don't want

(47:53):
to do that. I want to get drunk. I don't
want to be responsible.

Speaker 4 (47:57):
I could do that.

Speaker 2 (47:58):
I mean, with a second, you don't don't want to.
You are the guy that takes them to church, you
take them shopping, you do everything for him. Yeah, on
a holiday, you don't want to be there. This is
my time.

Speaker 4 (48:09):
To your point, I do it.

Speaker 2 (48:10):
I'll do it three hundred and sixty four days out
of the year. I want to get drunken.

Speaker 13 (48:14):
Things given, and I don't want to be responsible for
taking mom and grand mama home, Like I just want
to go there.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
Have myf for getting hammer.

Speaker 13 (48:21):
I want to get hammer, and I want to pass
out at your host lady have my day.

Speaker 12 (48:26):
You take them there, and then you get Mojo's driver
to take them home.

Speaker 2 (48:29):
Are you voluntary?

Speaker 12 (48:31):
Huh No not Mojos have a driver.

Speaker 2 (48:34):
I hire a guy that I hire a person that
drives that every now and again that comes to parties
and stuff like that, if I had a personal driver, But.

Speaker 7 (48:42):
Why is that solely Kev's responsibility?

Speaker 9 (48:45):
I feel that, Like I think, I know, I know.
I'm just saying, you have a you have a lot
of family members. Is there somebody else that would be
willing to take them home? Because let me tell you,
I feel this, you know, I feel this. Spending a
holiday without your kids is it's not super fun, It's hard.
And I think that if if that, like you've been
looking forward to this to at least this part of Thanksgiving,

(49:05):
of being able to go to Gerard's house again and
doing it up, and you should be able.

Speaker 2 (49:09):
To do that absolutely.

Speaker 13 (49:10):
And I want to get drunk and I want to
pass out, and I don't want to have to all right,
I'm ready to go. That's the worst when you're having
an amazing time and the people you're with want to
leave early, and now you're the driver, so you feel
obligated to take everybody home. You are the man of
the house, Kevin.

Speaker 9 (49:24):
Somebody else you should throw them in an uber per se.
I don't think that's the right thing to do. On
Thanksgiving by just feel like somebody else there is going
to be leaving around the same time and drop them.

Speaker 13 (49:33):
I feel like it is family, so it's a little
impersonal to just be like discard them in an uber
can even if it's super black, try.

Speaker 4 (49:41):
To make a fe I probably still be watering snacks
and there'll be fine.

Speaker 21 (49:44):
You love it?

Speaker 2 (49:44):
Can you can you get like, can you get like Gerard?

Speaker 4 (49:49):
You don't leave his own house?

Speaker 2 (49:51):
No, that's never gonna happen it.

Speaker 4 (49:52):
Gerard's a good guy because Brandy might do it.

Speaker 13 (49:54):
But then like you have these people who live on
opposite sides of the town, like my grandma and my
mom west side brand east side Farmington.

Speaker 4 (50:01):
So it's like it's a task sometime to give people.

Speaker 2 (50:04):
Anybody close at all, Like is there anybody that lives
close to them that I don't know?

Speaker 4 (50:10):
Can you invite your dad to come? And maybe you're
o key?

Speaker 13 (50:13):
So I haven't spoken to my dad in a few weeks.
He got a little like I say he was crying.
He said he wasn't crying. But I caught him on
Friday and talk to him about something. He sent me
a text message later because he was like, Hey, what
y'all doing for Thanksgiving? Told him he texted me, was like,
give me Gerard numbers, probably.

Speaker 15 (50:28):
Gonna be there.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
Maybe you cannot have be okay with that or no,
she wouldn't want to. But why don't you have mom's
boyfriend come to town? Tell him to come up, tell
him that we're too soon, tell him we're doing it
Atlanta swapped, swapping him out for Josiah.

Speaker 4 (50:44):
What'd you want to say, Hannah?

Speaker 33 (50:47):
I just want to just say that.

Speaker 16 (50:49):
I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one who heard
that they was singing in.

Speaker 38 (50:52):
Town, so just Sia could probably maybe possibly get a sibling.

Speaker 7 (50:57):
Oh you you got to go back and listen to
the podcast.

Speaker 4 (50:59):
I mentioned to that that on the air just a
second ago.

Speaker 2 (51:02):
I'm Hannah, I don't think that's happening, because you know,
cav is not not willing. No, I don't wanna. I
don't want to go down that road.

Speaker 4 (51:12):
Where do you live, Hannah? Do you live on the
west side of Detroit? If you do, speak up, speak
up loud, because guess.

Speaker 33 (51:17):
What you're Hir'm married, I'm European.

Speaker 40 (51:19):
You don't want this.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
We just need you for your car.

Speaker 29 (51:21):
No, we.

Speaker 37 (51:23):
Want you to drive, Hannah, I'm actually the ones I
talked to Megan, Dad and Walden's when people picking up her.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
We want you to drive up here and you can
come be at Grard's house, but you got to drive
Grandmama and Cav's beautiful mom Mama.

Speaker 45 (51:41):
Yeah, I wish I could.

Speaker 2 (51:42):
It's not gonna work where my west side is at
west Side people. I think that maybe here's what I
think we should do for a resolution. You drive them,
encourage them to leave right after dessert, and then go
back to Gerard's house and just get it. I don't
want to do that. I gotta drop and get them.

Speaker 4 (52:01):
Drive.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
I'm saying, I gotta drive.

Speaker 13 (52:03):
This's gonna take me about twenty twenty five minutes to
just scoop them all in one. Take me another twenty
twenty five minutes to get to our house. Then I
gotta have fun eat. But keep in mind that I
can't get too drunk cause I have to leave in
a minute, then leave, drive another twenty five minutes.

Speaker 2 (52:17):
Didn't drive twenty five back. That's too much.

Speaker 12 (52:19):
God, what's the reasoning for wanting you to family?

Speaker 4 (52:23):
If my mom were alive, I'd be joining us.

Speaker 7 (52:25):
They like to be shure, you're not going to make
them feel bad.

Speaker 2 (52:27):
Yeah, not, I do it for my mom, all right,
RP man, that's so sad, that's so sad. Maybe why
don't we do this? Why instead of maybe your mom
and grandmama going to Gerard's house, why don't they come
to our house and I'll go pick them up and
drive them back.

Speaker 13 (52:44):
I say, they would love that. They can come out
to the not west Side, but west Boone. Now she
might have, my grandma might have.

Speaker 4 (52:51):
They can.

Speaker 2 (52:56):
Wait. I don't know my grandma.

Speaker 4 (52:58):
You know we're not having back and she going, what's
going on, Joey? How you doing?

Speaker 17 (53:03):
Hey?

Speaker 10 (53:04):
Shucking kids off at school?

Speaker 17 (53:05):
How's it going?

Speaker 2 (53:06):
Good morning, dad?

Speaker 4 (53:07):
What's up?

Speaker 25 (53:09):
Good morning?

Speaker 17 (53:10):
So keV.

Speaker 45 (53:11):
I know you don't want to put him in an uber,
but all our hears is more and more reasons as
to why to schedule an uber.

Speaker 16 (53:20):
Can't do it.

Speaker 24 (53:21):
This person doesn't want to do it.

Speaker 26 (53:23):
Look, I get it.

Speaker 45 (53:24):
Spend holidays without kids sucks.

Speaker 10 (53:26):
So I know what it's like.

Speaker 4 (53:28):
But listen, have a modern day limit.

Speaker 17 (53:32):
Yeah, exactly, exactly.

Speaker 24 (53:34):
There's nothing wrong with Joey.

Speaker 13 (53:36):
I can't put my grandma in an uber on Thanksgiving
if it was a normal day, for sure.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
I've done it for church some mornings Thanksgiving? Could you
supposed to be about the family?

Speaker 4 (53:45):
I can't just throw it on an Uber.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
Can you imagine if the uber shows up there and
it's the same Uber driver that was driving that uh,
that wrapper that they couldn't.

Speaker 32 (54:02):
You know?

Speaker 2 (54:03):
They're listening to this whole right thing right now. They're going, well,
I guess he doesn't love us as much as he
says he loves. I'm not gonna write me out the
wheel and listen, there's nobody else. Can your sister drive it?
Lanna do it? I don't know. We'll see update coming soon.
All right, Well there, you're invited to to my house.

(54:23):
If they want to come out to my home. Mom,
just text me to what you say you said. Don't worry,
we will get back.

Speaker 4 (54:31):
You know what that means. You know what that means.
That is, I'm guilty in you into doing this.

Speaker 11 (54:36):
Just wait until she.

Speaker 9 (54:37):
Gives you the pep talk about is alcohol more important than.

Speaker 4 (54:43):
Okay, Kelly, what's up?

Speaker 10 (54:46):
My name is?

Speaker 24 (54:47):
Actually Chris?

Speaker 4 (54:47):
Kelly was okay, Hi Chris.

Speaker 8 (54:52):
I was gonna say, Kevin, don't complain because let's don't
get to do Thanksgiving at all. I'll be working on Thursday.
I work at Mary for you be reh Abilitation hospital,
and I'll be working spending the day with patients. So
don't complain. Give up the alcohol or how do you drink?
Spend time with family because I don't get to see
my family at all.

Speaker 2 (55:12):
Well, I'm gonna have a drink for you.

Speaker 4 (55:13):
Enjoy your thank you.

Speaker 2 (55:15):
You know what, here's somebody that wishes she could be
with her family. Matter of fact, if she had the
ability to, she would pick them up, right. I mean,
we all have our crossing.

Speaker 37 (55:26):
But I am grateful though that I do get to
be with patients.

Speaker 8 (55:29):
And yeah, that's really They don't get to be with
their families either.

Speaker 2 (55:33):
So if that's how I'm trying to look at it,
if keV only loved his mom as much as you
love your patients, no, thank you, Chris, Yeah, thank you.

Speaker 4 (55:44):
Take care of yourself. Hold on what's going on, Marcella?

Speaker 37 (55:48):
Yeah, keV you said Thanksgiving dinner is in pharmacy.

Speaker 38 (55:52):
Grandma lives on a wispe cousin lives on a sex
it's kind of going the same way.

Speaker 9 (56:01):
He doesn't want to leave.

Speaker 2 (56:03):
I'll borrows up.

Speaker 21 (56:09):
Thanks for letting me know you were cheating with your
jealousy and crazy accusations. Another world famous War of the
Roses happens at seven forty on Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 26 (56:20):
Cheat and You'll get caught.

Speaker 3 (56:21):
Is the War the Roses in minutes of Mojo in
the Morning.

Speaker 2 (56:25):
Hey, we're going commercial free now for more than an hour,
and we're gonna give you a couple of chances to
win some.

Speaker 4 (56:31):
Jingle ball tickets.

Speaker 2 (56:33):
We're gonna celebrate Thanksgiving with our turkey trot live turkeys.

Speaker 4 (56:38):
Trotting this morning. That, by the way, is going to
be fun.

Speaker 2 (56:42):
I'll preview that before we get into War the Roses,
which is right after the Dirty. So win jingle ball
tickets now eight four to four Mojo Live eight four
four six six five six five four eight, and then
we will do War the Roses in the Dirty.

Speaker 11 (56:56):
Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 4 (56:58):
Shannon with what's trending in the Dirty on the three?

Speaker 9 (57:01):
Where's Kevin?

Speaker 4 (57:02):
He went to the bathroom?

Speaker 7 (57:04):
Very okay, fine, I've bring a.

Speaker 9 (57:06):
Piston story without him, and he loves when I talk
about the pistons in the Dirty one thirteen in a row,
I mean, it was a pretty great game. Here's Cape Cunningham.

Speaker 22 (57:19):
But again, it's amazing if we played for the Detroit Pistons,
man a historic franchise, So to be able to make
history for historic franchise like this, it's it's.

Speaker 9 (57:29):
Specialsar Thompson, who was also on that team that lost
twenty eight games in a row, talking about what a
difference this is for me personally.

Speaker 28 (57:39):
I take it like a game at a time. I
worry about it like that. I try to think of
the you know, bigger picture. I want to, you know,
take this as far as we can. But it is
crazy to think back when we were two and fourteen
that you know, we could get fourteen wins and the
way we have we got fifteen, but we could.

Speaker 2 (57:58):
Get fourteen in a row. Yeah, it's amazing.

Speaker 7 (58:01):
And I could just listen to him talk. By the way,
it's very soft voice.

Speaker 4 (58:06):
Pistons.

Speaker 2 (58:06):
Pistons now got a big test because they're taking on Boston.

Speaker 4 (58:10):
All the buston is not as good.

Speaker 13 (58:11):
As they have been, right, they got a few injuries,
a few new faces on the team. Sort of continuity
is an issue. But it is the NBA Cup, which
is the mid season tournament, so these games matter. People
play a little harder because there's a lot of money
to be won at the end of this year.

Speaker 2 (58:24):
To explain this to me, Yeah, Pistons have won thirteen
in a row and this has been going on with
the NBA Cup.

Speaker 4 (58:29):
How many more games until they win the Cup? The
cup is?

Speaker 2 (58:32):
What is the NBA Cup?

Speaker 4 (58:33):
Let me see it you. I don't think we're just confusing.
We've only played.

Speaker 13 (58:37):
It's a mid season tournament to keep players ultimately engaged
during the season, so games aren't just trash and nobody
cares until the playoffs.

Speaker 2 (58:44):
So this is a way where people actually are competing.
But explain this to me, is that is it? If
they've been playing the Cup this whole time, they won
thirteen games, shouldn't they have won this thing by now?

Speaker 11 (58:54):
Or no?

Speaker 4 (58:55):
No, no, no, So they only do like cups every
now again? Exactly? Oh, that's it.

Speaker 13 (58:59):
It's a little radic. So this will be our third
NBA Cup game, I believe. Well, it's only confusing because
it's new to you. If you learned about it, then
it wouldn't be as confusing. We played two games so
far and we're two and zer one cut play and
we have our third game.

Speaker 12 (59:13):
You only play four game, so gets the money when
they win. The Pistons franchise.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
Players, the players.

Speaker 13 (59:18):
It's actually incredible because a lot of these guys, like
you see a k cutting Am you signed a five year,
two hundred and fifty million dollars deal.

Speaker 4 (59:24):
He has the max.

Speaker 13 (59:25):
There are other players that are making maybe one hundred thousand,
which is still amazing amount of money. But you get
paid five hundred thousand every player if you win.

Speaker 12 (59:33):
Oh wow, it's a lot.

Speaker 7 (59:35):
It's a lot of incentive.

Speaker 4 (59:36):
Call me, call me an.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
Old head, but it's confusing. They should just have a
mid season tournament. They play for how many games, you know,
ten games, and then they call it quits and then
they do another one.

Speaker 4 (59:47):
Maybe you said you like this, bro, I like a
more competitive I like doing.

Speaker 2 (59:52):
It, but I didn't realize they play like a game here,
a game there, game everywhere, Like let's do that, Like doctor,
this is crazy. All right, I'm excited that we won
thirteen in a row. By the way, the ratings on
the NBA season this year way up. Yeah, the ratings
have been way up. Somebody told me that the ratings
on the NFL have been kind of like flattered down
a little bit.

Speaker 7 (01:00:12):
Nobody knows where to watch anything.

Speaker 4 (01:00:14):
Well, streaming services suck. Don't say yes all right.

Speaker 9 (01:00:18):
Jennifer Lopez paid two million dollars to perform at a
billionaire star studied wedding in India over the weekend. She
was wearing all her sparkly barely their costumes, did all
of her biggest hits like waiting for Tonight and get
right Now. The bride is the daughter of a prominent
figure in the pharmaceutical industry. Her the bride's now husband
is an extremely wealthy tech entrepreneur. It was a four

(01:00:42):
day wedding filled with many performances from all sorts of
high profile artists, not just Jalo. I know Tiesto, like
as in the DJ Tiesto opened the wedding festivities two
million dollar page.

Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
If you were a rich Indian guy doing something like this,
I would have like Michael Bouble, like somebody, yeah, antic,
you know.

Speaker 7 (01:01:00):
What I mean, Josh Grobin, I know I'm old to
say that.

Speaker 2 (01:01:03):
Vice Well, could you imagine having like Michael Buble singing
your first dance or something like.

Speaker 13 (01:01:08):
That, like Jazzmine Cashmere or like leth the Lips man,
I had a DJ from the radio station.

Speaker 4 (01:01:20):
That's what we had.

Speaker 9 (01:01:23):
Shout out to Bougie. He did mine.

Speaker 7 (01:01:26):
He is a phenomenal.

Speaker 9 (01:01:29):
Okay, So yesterday we talked about this slender Man story
that goes back over a decade and there were some
updates and today another update that escaped slender Man stabber
she was the suspect.

Speaker 7 (01:01:42):
Morgan Geyser, refused to.

Speaker 9 (01:01:44):
Give her name when she was found and arrested by
cops after cutting off her ankle a bracelet and fleeing
her group home.

Speaker 23 (01:01:52):
Morgan new body camera video showing the moment.

Speaker 29 (01:01:56):
Morgan, guys, you're convicted of brutally stabbing her classmate nineteen
as she tried to crawl away in the woods in
the infamous Slenderman case.

Speaker 23 (01:02:04):
Was arrested after escaping from a group home in Wisconsin.

Speaker 15 (01:02:07):
She just seemed very nervous. She simply told the officer,
here's my real name. You can google me and you'll
find out who I am.

Speaker 23 (01:02:14):
Police say.

Speaker 29 (01:02:14):
Geyser cut off her ankle monitoring bracelet on Saturday before
fleeing on a bus with a forty two year old
friend she met at church. Officers tracking them to a
truck stop about one hundred and sixty five miles away
near Chicago, where they were sleeping on the ground.

Speaker 23 (01:02:28):
I don't want to give you my name at first,
refusing to give her real name.

Speaker 11 (01:02:32):
Something really wrong.

Speaker 29 (01:02:33):
Morgan Geyser was convicted with her friend Nissa Weyer of
luring Peyton Lightner into the woods in twenty fourteen, stabbing
her nineteen times. They said they did it to please
the fictional online character slender Man. Geyser was sentenced to
forty years in a mental institution, but was recently allowed
to move into a group home. In twenty nineteen, Peyton
told David she didn't fear her attackers being released.

Speaker 3 (01:02:55):
Do you fear for the day that either one of
them is back out in the community.

Speaker 5 (01:03:00):
No, because they ever come near me, either're going.

Speaker 3 (01:03:02):
Right back in, So you don't walk around with that.

Speaker 5 (01:03:06):
When they get out.

Speaker 9 (01:03:07):
I don't think it's going to change my life at all.

Speaker 29 (01:03:10):
And Peyton's family says they are safe and working with
authorities to remain safe. Wisconsin prosecutors say they will seek
to have Morgan Geyser's condition or release revoked.

Speaker 23 (01:03:19):
Alex Perez ABC News Chicago.

Speaker 9 (01:03:22):
By the way, in case you were curious, about what
Peyton is doing now. She was twelve years old when
she was stabbed. She graduated from high school, went to
college as studying to be a therapist.

Speaker 15 (01:03:31):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
Yeah, good story.

Speaker 7 (01:03:33):
And lastly, this is a crazy story.

Speaker 9 (01:03:36):
A cremation in Thailand turned into quite the shaker when
a sixty five year old woman who everybody thought had
died two days or two days earlier, started knocking on
her own coffin.

Speaker 12 (01:03:50):
This is my biggest thaing.

Speaker 9 (01:03:51):
So staff at a temple near Bangkok were preparing to
accept her body, and they have their coffin and they
thought they heard a noise. Listen, Yep, there was definitely
some tapping coming from inside. They opened the coffin found
her alive, blinking and moving inside of there. Her family
had brought her in without a death certificate, thinking that

(01:04:13):
she had passed away at home, so she was rushed
to the hospital at that point instead of going to
the crematorium. So what was supposed to be a final
goodbye for this family ended with a stunning last minute save.

Speaker 7 (01:04:27):
She's alive.

Speaker 4 (01:04:28):
Oh my god, wow, scaring her right?

Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
Why did they think? How did they think she died?

Speaker 9 (01:04:34):
I don't know the details.

Speaker 7 (01:04:36):
I just know this part of the story.

Speaker 9 (01:04:38):

Speaker 2 (01:06:06):

thank you.

Speaker 13 (01:06:09):

paid two million dollars to have perform. Yeah, I said
a couple of names, and he understood what I said
because they're porn stars.

Speaker 4 (01:06:18):
Oh they're porn stars. Oh my god.

Speaker 9 (01:06:21):
That's why I'm like, I don't I feel so uncool.

Speaker 4 (01:06:23):

Speaker 12 (01:06:41):

He has his own farm.

Speaker 7 (01:06:47):
Okay, Lydia, you are so resourceful. I love you.

Speaker 4 (01:06:50):
What's his name?

Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
What's the guy's name?

Speaker 5 (01:06:52):
So there's three of them that are coming in because
they're listeners. So it's Kurt, Jason, and Zach.

Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
Okay, and then what are the names of the turkeys?
Are that are going to be uh.

Speaker 5 (01:07:01):
We have Aiden Kluckinson, Jamir Gibbler and then Jared Gobble, Jared.

Speaker 2 (01:07:08):

Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
Get ready for the turkey try.

Speaker 2 (01:07:14):

Speaker 3 (01:07:42):
Get your home for Boar of the Roses Mojo in
the Morning.

Speaker 2 (01:07:45):
Jacqueline saw something that made her think that her husband
could be cheating on her.

Speaker 4 (01:07:50):
And what was that?

Speaker 46 (01:07:53):
It was on his search history.

Speaker 2 (01:07:55):
What did you see on his search history?

Speaker 46 (01:07:57):
It was all stuff about and getting away with cheating.

Speaker 4 (01:08:02):
He was searching what specifically like.

Speaker 46 (01:08:05):
It was in chat GPT. It was the search history
on there.

Speaker 2 (01:08:09):
Did you get a cell phone?

Speaker 10 (01:08:12):
No?

Speaker 46 (01:08:12):
No, no, no, it was it was on our home computer.

Speaker 7 (01:08:15):
Okay, wait, what did this?

Speaker 2 (01:08:16):
What did it?

Speaker 46 (01:08:17):
Like?

Speaker 9 (01:08:17):
What was he asking?

Speaker 17 (01:08:18):
Chat?

Speaker 9 (01:08:18):
GPT?

Speaker 46 (01:08:21):
It was stuff like how to get.

Speaker 47 (01:08:22):
Away with cheating, like apps where you can cheat, excuses
for cheating.

Speaker 9 (01:08:29):
Like it was all.

Speaker 46 (01:08:30):
There was a whole whole bunch of stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
How long have you guys been married?

Speaker 46 (01:08:36):
Just over ten years?

Speaker 2 (01:08:37):
And have you ever in the ten years that you
guys have been together, ever had any issues at all?
Any infidelity?

Speaker 14 (01:08:45):
No?

Speaker 12 (01:08:46):
Has he been acting differently lately?

Speaker 48 (01:08:50):
No?

Speaker 12 (01:08:52):
I know what this to me is like, Yeah, maybe
he thinks she's cheating, Like maybe he's researching because of
someone else.

Speaker 4 (01:09:00):
Have you ever thought about that?

Speaker 46 (01:09:05):
I mean, he he should know better, but no, I hadn't.

Speaker 9 (01:09:10):
Does your so does your relationship feel off to you?

Speaker 46 (01:09:15):
I mean lately?

Speaker 38 (01:09:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 46 (01:09:16):
A little?

Speaker 10 (01:09:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:09:18):
So to Anna's point, maybe he's worried about you.

Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
This this might be weird, but like, are you the
only ones in the house?

Speaker 46 (01:09:28):
Well no, I mean we have two kids. Our daughter's
nine and our sons eleven.

Speaker 2 (01:09:34):
They're not shift.

Speaker 12 (01:09:35):
Searching unless they think their parents are cheating.

Speaker 2 (01:09:41):
Now, but nine and nine and eleven you're thinking that,
I don't know, does he have opportunity to cheat, Like,
does he is he away from the house or away
from you for periods of time? Does he have females
that he works with and stuff like that, He's.

Speaker 46 (01:09:56):
He's got a woman that.

Speaker 17 (01:09:58):
He works with.

Speaker 2 (01:09:59):
But I don't know, Okay, because a lot of times
when you put all this together, it seems like it
could be somewhat obvious. But the idea that it's obvious
that he's looking up cheating, I always say this, I'd
like to know how I would handle it. And I
guess i'd probably ask, you know, friends and you know

(01:10:20):
people I was close to, Hey, what would you do?
And I guess that's kind of where you're going right now.
And you want us to call him up to see
where he's going to send a dozen free roses? Yes, okay,
why don't we do this? Why don't we make a
phone call see what he does when we ask him
where he's going to send a dozen free roses? And
hope that he sends the flowers to Jacqueline. I want

(01:10:41):
you to mute your phone, Okay.

Speaker 17 (01:10:45):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
Were the roses on the Mojo in the Morning Show?

Speaker 9 (01:11:01):
Hello? Hi is this Dennis?

Speaker 17 (01:11:07):
Yeah? Who is this?

Speaker 10 (01:11:08):

Speaker 17 (01:11:58):
Okay, sure, Okay.

Speaker 9 (01:12:00):
I need a first and a last name of the
person you want the flowers to go to today, and
it can be anywhere in the country.

Speaker 10 (01:12:05):
By the way.

Speaker 26 (01:12:07):
Okay, yeah, do you put.

Speaker 17 (01:12:11):
Lindsey?

Speaker 7 (01:12:15):
Okay? And what is Lindsay's telphone number? I?

Speaker 17 (01:12:22):
Yeah, I don't.

Speaker 49 (01:12:23):
I don't know her number off the top of my head.
I can look back in my my phone calls and
get her number at the.

Speaker 7 (01:12:30):
Homes yep, No, take your time?

Speaker 10 (01:12:35):
Or could it? Could it just be sent like to
her office? I could I just get I don't.

Speaker 26 (01:12:40):
I don't know if I want to give her phone
number out?

Speaker 17 (01:12:42):
Can I?

Speaker 10 (01:12:42):
Does it have to be attached to her number?

Speaker 7 (01:12:47):
We we could send it to an office office. Do
you know where her address?

Speaker 10 (01:12:52):
Uh?

Speaker 26 (01:12:53):
Yeah, yeah, you.

Speaker 49 (01:12:54):
Can send it to our offices. I can give you
the I can give you the number for that. Oh okay, yeah,
that's that's uh huh.

Speaker 32 (01:13:06):
Huh seven five.

Speaker 9 (01:13:11):
Okay, and so, uh my next question is what is
her relationship to you? I'm assuming coworker.

Speaker 49 (01:13:19):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Well why don't you need a what
is the relationship matter?

Speaker 9 (01:13:24):
So I'm basically creating a profile for you. So the
next time you order flowers from us, it's going to
be really fast. You're gonna be able to say who.

Speaker 7 (01:13:31):
You want them to go to.

Speaker 9 (01:13:32):
We'll already have all their information on here. I just
it just makes me check a box. And okay, so
it is coworker. I want to make sure that the
dozen long stemmed red roses is okay.

Speaker 26 (01:13:42):
Uh yeah, yeah, that's that's great.

Speaker 7 (01:13:46):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (01:13:46):
And then I am going to put a card on
this that'll be delivered with the flowers. And what did
you want that card to say?

Speaker 32 (01:13:53):
Oh mm hmm, I guess say something like, uh.

Speaker 10 (01:14:02):
Well, I guess just say something like, hey, really appreciate you.

Speaker 26 (01:14:07):
It was nice working together last weekend. Look forward to
the future.

Speaker 9 (01:14:13):
Okay, all right, and Dennis, I also have to let
you know that this call is being recorded for quality
and training purposes.

Speaker 7 (01:14:19):
Are you okay with that?

Speaker 26 (01:14:22):
Oh yeah, that's fine.

Speaker 4 (01:14:24):
Okay, Dennis.

Speaker 2 (01:14:25):
I'm gonna come on and finish up the call, and
then we're going to send those flowers off. I did
just ask you just a quick question. This might be
a little intrusive, but I apologize for asking this. Is
this somebody that you just work with?

Speaker 10 (01:14:40):
I'm sorry? Who is this?

Speaker 4 (01:14:42):
I'm sorry?

Speaker 2 (01:14:42):
We work for the same company for Rosesplume dot Com.
I'm I'm just wondering if this is somebody you work
with or somebody you're in a relationship with, just so
we have an idea.

Speaker 26 (01:14:51):
Of uh yeah, yeah, it's just yeah, it's some of
my work with.

Speaker 4 (01:14:57):
Did you say, I'm sorry. Did you say work wife
or work with?

Speaker 32 (01:15:00):
Oh no, no, no work with I mean I guess,
I guess technically she could be like a.

Speaker 17 (01:15:05):
Workwife, But no, no, we just worked together, Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:15:08):
Because I was just wondering because while we have been
talking to you and you've been sending the flowers, Dennis,
I just wanted to inform you that your wife Jacqueline
was listening in and just heard you send flowers to
another woman, And I wanted to make sure that you
weren't going to get yourself into trouble for sending them
to somebody that you might be in a relationship with.

Speaker 17 (01:15:33):
Wait, what is this your How do you know my wife?

Speaker 2 (01:15:42):
Dennis? Your wife Jacqueline called up the mojo in the
morning show and we're calling you right now to see
where you would send flowers to. And she just heard
you send flowers to a coworker, and I just wanted
to make sure that it wasn't somebody that you might have.
Dennis hung off the phone. It didn't sound like he

(01:16:11):
was in a relationship or anything with him, But then
all of a sudden, hanging up the phone seems like
it's more.

Speaker 9 (01:16:18):
Also, I do think it's weird when I ask, like,
is this flower arrangement?

Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
Okay, yep, yeah, Jacqueline, do you know who that coworker is?

Speaker 28 (01:16:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:16:32):
And is it somebody that you had had worried about?

Speaker 28 (01:16:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:16:40):
What do you know about her besides just the fact
that they work together, Not much.

Speaker 46 (01:16:50):
I've I've met her once, and she's.

Speaker 2 (01:16:57):
Very young and very pretty, and it's it's it's somebody
that he does get time to be around alone, all right.

Speaker 46 (01:17:10):
I honestly don't know. I don't I don't know how close.

Speaker 2 (01:17:13):
They are, all right, Hang on one second, okay, okay.

Speaker 3 (01:17:20):
Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater. Mojo in the Morning's wore the Roses?

Speaker 21 (01:17:29):
Call Mojo in the Morning eight four to four Mojo
Live eight four four six six five four eights.

Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
All right, here's a quick question, and then I want
to grab some comments on the War of the Roses. So,
jacqueline suspicion started when she saw that he was searching
how to get away with cheating. Has anybody ever looked
at their partners search, either Google or whatever research engines

(01:18:00):
they used, and saw something that was a little suspicious
or busted them doing something they shouldn't have been doing
because of that eight four to four Mojo Live eight
four four six six five six five four eight Or
if you'd like to comment on this war of the roses,
maybe with a story there or just a general comment,
text call me and our producer will call you.

Speaker 4 (01:18:20):
Amy. What's up, It's Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 21 (01:18:22):
Hi.

Speaker 31 (01:18:24):
So his message to this other woman's had a great
time working with you over the weekend, asked Jacklin. Does
he normally work weekends?

Speaker 33 (01:18:34):
Or where did she think he was.

Speaker 25 (01:18:36):
Over the weekend?

Speaker 2 (01:18:37):
Let's ask that question. Yeah, so get Jacqueline to answer
that for us. Yeah, are there is there a weekend
work going on and it was great to hang in
with you? Or if there's not weekend work, guess what
we found out that there's something more than work happening there.
Good calling that when Amy, thank you, Rebecca, what's up,
It's Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 22 (01:18:56):
Hi.

Speaker 37 (01:18:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (01:18:58):
I was just thinking.

Speaker 37 (01:18:59):
I think that when she and then said, oh, I
assume this is a co worker, he kind of just
went with it because he kind of seemed hesitant. But
I think that kind of led him as we wouldn't
have said that, maybe we would have gotten a little.

Speaker 2 (01:19:10):
Bit more out of him as well, well, he wanted
to send it to work, and then he said, can
I send it to a business or work or whatever
it was? And then he said he kind of and
I remember what the word was said, our work. So
I think that's why she said that.

Speaker 37 (01:19:24):
Yeah, no, I totally get why she did. But I'm
wondering if we wouldn't have if he would have like
said more about the relationship, because he's like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah,
just a co worker.

Speaker 2 (01:19:32):
Yeah, I don't know, you know, that's I think it
was an honest answer to her, an honest comment to
make by Shannon's part.

Speaker 4 (01:19:39):
But I don't know, Jade. What's up?

Speaker 2 (01:19:42):
Hi?

Speaker 31 (01:19:42):
Good morning?

Speaker 2 (01:19:43):
Yeah, what's going on?

Speaker 20 (01:19:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 31 (01:19:46):
I thought the weekend comment was interesting, But also what's
the timeline with the search?

Speaker 26 (01:19:50):
Was it before or.

Speaker 2 (01:19:51):
After this weekend? That's another question to go ask Jacqueline
on that one.

Speaker 4 (01:19:56):
Yeah, it's good. Let me ask you this. What would
you do?

Speaker 17 (01:19:58):
Jade?

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
I don't know if you're in a relationship out, but
hypothetically you can answer this too. What would you do
if you searched your partner's you know, computer or phone
and saw they were searching how to get away with cheating?

Speaker 20 (01:20:10):
Yeah, I would probably think that, if they haven't already, they're.

Speaker 4 (01:20:14):
Toying with the idea, right, Yeah, that would that would
almost be a dead giveaway.

Speaker 7 (01:20:19):
My stomach would sink.

Speaker 35 (01:20:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 13 (01:20:21):
I feel like even if you confronted them, like you
realized their sarge hit history, you brought it in front
of them, said hey, this is what I noticed, they
still gonna do what they gonna do.

Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
Yeah, it's not gonna change anything. Well, it gave us
the opportunity to make that phone call Felicia, what's up.

Speaker 33 (01:20:37):
Oh, he's definitely cheating.

Speaker 31 (01:20:38):
You tried to hide it by saying, oh, nice for
the working on the weekend.

Speaker 2 (01:20:44):
Yeah, for some reason, we're having a hard time getting
a hold of Jacqueline to find the answers to the
whole was he working on the weekends? But you for
sure think he's a cheater based on how he sent
the flowers off.

Speaker 42 (01:20:58):
Oh yeah, I mean hanging on up.

Speaker 36 (01:21:00):
He's going in the defense mode now he's calling her.

Speaker 2 (01:21:05):
Yeah, I will say, this is one of those ones
where we need more to it. I think that he's obviously,
you know, has some kind of a friendship with his
coworker to send the flowers.

Speaker 4 (01:21:18):
If you send him flowers and you said work wife.
Well he didn't say work life. He did say that
I didn't hear that.

Speaker 10 (01:21:24):
You guys.

Speaker 4 (01:21:24):
You guys all popped up.

Speaker 2 (01:21:26):
After you asked him.

Speaker 4 (01:21:27):
He literally was like, well I guess you. Yeah, yeah,
Christine was up.

Speaker 10 (01:21:33):
Hi.

Speaker 42 (01:21:33):
Oh, absolutely cheating looking through the to the online to
try to find the app. So, oh, I had a
good weekend working with you. Look forward to the future
and then looking forward to the future was the catch
on it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:49):
Yeah, so he he might not.

Speaker 42 (01:21:51):
Have gotten all the weights at that point, but after
the flowers and kinsindering, he was going to get there.

Speaker 2 (01:21:56):
There's too many little breadcrumbs, Christine, have you ever searched
your partner's phone or gone in.

Speaker 42 (01:22:04):
Always talked before. My former's boss was a medic.

Speaker 40 (01:22:08):
That was Kevin.

Speaker 42 (01:22:10):
Relations with every female that he trained on the job.

Speaker 25 (01:22:14):
We talked a couple of.

Speaker 33 (01:22:16):
Camera mom.

Speaker 31 (01:22:17):
Yeah, my mom's the one that sucks me.

Speaker 42 (01:22:19):
On the bring camera.

Speaker 2 (01:22:20):
Oh that's right, okay, Christine, thank you for calling back again.
Appreciate it.

Speaker 19 (01:22:24):
Christine.

Speaker 31 (01:22:25):
I work at the DMC, Sir.

Speaker 2 (01:22:27):
Thank you, We appreciate you. If if we ever get
dragged over there on a stretcher, be nice.

Speaker 42 (01:22:33):
To me, okay, oh you wouldn't see. I've been coming
to check on you and just make sure they're okay.
I love I'm h b I C at night.

Speaker 4 (01:22:44):
Tanisha wants to say something, what's up?

Speaker 40 (01:22:48):
Hi?

Speaker 38 (01:22:48):
Oh my gosh, first time ever getting through this.

Speaker 33 (01:22:55):
Is super cool.

Speaker 24 (01:22:57):
So crazy story.

Speaker 38 (01:23:00):
I had a nug who would always go out and
say he would be hanging out with a friend. Well,
I have kids, and one day I decided to use
their kitty binoculars and kind of by where he was
going where we lived in the back. It was like
like a train of subway thing, and because I already

(01:23:20):
knew what he was wearing, I was able to kind
of buy and spot him and noticed that he was
engaging with another female like hugging and kissing, and kind
of later on that week I kind of called him out.
Once his friends knocks on the door and was like
the friend actually opened the door. I was like, hey,
is so and So here? He was like, oh, yeah, no,

(01:23:41):
he's not here, but you know, he tramped downstairs and
I'm yelling up the stairs like hey come down, and
I'm telling him the girl, hey come down, I already
know you.

Speaker 4 (01:23:50):
Here, so wow, wait you did all this with binoculars.
That's amazing.

Speaker 19 (01:23:54):
First of.

Speaker 33 (01:23:57):
Boculars.

Speaker 2 (01:23:58):
Yeah, I bet you remember exactly what he was wearing.

Speaker 4 (01:24:04):
What was he wearing that night?

Speaker 38 (01:24:06):
He always wore jersey, so he wore he had like
this red and white jersey with blue jeans.

Speaker 7 (01:24:15):
Made it really easy.

Speaker 2 (01:24:16):
Yeah, right, thank god? Man, pull out of the binoculars.
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:24:21):
Rachel?

Speaker 2 (01:24:23):
Hi?

Speaker 33 (01:24:24):
How are you mon?

Speaker 10 (01:24:24):
Girl?

Speaker 14 (01:24:25):
Good morning?

Speaker 16 (01:24:25):
Guys?

Speaker 4 (01:24:26):
Good morning? What's going on?

Speaker 33 (01:24:28):
I just have one comment?

Speaker 42 (01:24:30):
Are we forgetting the end of this conversation where he
said I look forward to our future?

Speaker 2 (01:24:35):
Yeah, but that could also be work future. I mean
I don't I don't want it. But Lydia, Lydia has
Jacqueline answered you back? Yeah, not yet No, So no
answer back from Jacqueline yet. Rachel on on the answers
about the weekends.

Speaker 4 (01:24:50):
But I know, I get it. There's a lot, there's
a lot there. There's definitely a lot there. Matt, what's up?

Speaker 45 (01:24:56):
Hi?

Speaker 25 (01:24:57):
How are we doing the first time?

Speaker 10 (01:24:58):
Time? So?

Speaker 6 (01:25:03):
Did we miss the fact that he said you can
send them to our office?

Speaker 2 (01:25:07):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (01:25:08):
We got that.

Speaker 2 (01:25:09):
Hr nightmare right exactly?

Speaker 25 (01:25:11):
Like, how did we not?

Speaker 17 (01:25:13):
Like you have to have some really kohunas to do that.

Speaker 25 (01:25:17):
You're sending them to your office.

Speaker 2 (01:25:20):
He's missed like some friendly work stuff though. Is that
still inappropriate?

Speaker 25 (01:25:23):
No, you can't send flowers that. You could not send
flowers to.

Speaker 17 (01:25:27):
Another woman in your office.

Speaker 28 (01:25:30):
Yeah, unless you're bringing in like Mother's Day flowers for
every lady in there.

Speaker 2 (01:25:34):
Yeah, he's no, No, he's not as slick of a cheater.
Or maybe this is the early stages because he doesn't
have a phone number.

Speaker 13 (01:25:41):
You couldn't figure out where the number was Shannon Roses
and say, you've been doing an amazing job.

Speaker 2 (01:25:46):
If wanted to, if Shannon wanted to, she could do
pretty much anything to bring you up on something based
off of that. Yeah, real had been incredible. I know
you if a woman, if a woman were to look
at that, it's how they look at it. And I'm
not saying you get fired off of it, but I'm
saying him said, I think his card was tame enough

(01:26:07):
that he could probably talk his way out saying, hey,
we you know, did a work a job with each
other this weekend. But I think that you could bring
up anything.

Speaker 7 (01:26:15):
I wouldn't think anything of it.

Speaker 4 (01:26:20):
What's going on?

Speaker 25 (01:26:20):
No, it's not really hard to cheat with a co worker.

Speaker 10 (01:26:25):
I mean, it's.

Speaker 17 (01:26:27):
It's evident that he's doing it.

Speaker 44 (01:26:28):
I mean I've done it before myself, and you know
regrets it do I have regrets? Yeah, but like with
the co worker, Yeah, he's definitely cheating. It's easy if
you have access to it. Yeah, how did you used
to do it? I used to Well, I used to
work for a group home, so I mean it was
a little bit more easier for me to do it.

Speaker 45 (01:26:49):
It was just it wasn't fun though.

Speaker 44 (01:26:50):
I'm not gonna say I'm not going to glamorify it
or nothing like that, but it's just it happened.

Speaker 4 (01:26:55):
Was it fun while it happened? No, it wasn't, So
then why were you doing it?

Speaker 17 (01:27:04):
It just happens.

Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
But I agree with you that you seem like you're
in a business where it could happen because you guys
are around. You know, people in group homes. Probably there's downtime,
and it always happens when there's downtime. Was it with
another coworker or was it with somebody I was living
in a group home? No, please, another coworker.

Speaker 45 (01:27:27):
Definitely, not with someone that lived in it, definitely, No,
that's a big.

Speaker 2 (01:27:30):
Yeah, that's a big.

Speaker 14 (01:27:33):
Ron uh.

Speaker 4 (01:27:35):
Thank you for the call, and thank you for admitting
that last call.

Speaker 30 (01:27:38):
Eva, I just wanted to mention because Mojo you had
said possibly he was talking about work future.

Speaker 4 (01:27:46):
I think that was in itself, like what would that mean?

Speaker 8 (01:27:49):
Undeserved promotions, undeserved raises?

Speaker 31 (01:27:52):
The wife already mentioned.

Speaker 8 (01:27:53):
She's young and pretty, so she's already kind of getting
special treatment.

Speaker 2 (01:27:57):
She got sent roses, you know. Yeah, now there's let's
put it this way. It's not going to be good
at home tonight for Dennis. I'm going to tell you that.

Speaker 37 (01:28:06):
Oh no, definitely not again.

Speaker 9 (01:28:08):
I always say, if you don't send them immediately to
your significant other, unless it's your mom or sister or daughter,
you know right, there's an issue, something's funky.

Speaker 2 (01:28:19):
I know some people that have such a weird relationship
with their spouse, if they send them to their mom,
it'd be just as bad as they were cheating, which
is sad to.

Speaker 4 (01:28:27):
Be, Like, you might as well be cheating, all right,
war the roses.

Speaker 2 (01:28:32):
If you think that your partner is cheating on your
text cheater to nine five five zero zero, Detroit, Toledo.

All right, hold on a second. Let's stop the contest yet,
We'll let's not even begin yet. Let's just work through it.

Speaker 31 (01:31:19):

Speaker 33 (01:31:21):
All right, And meantime, do you want to talk to

Speaker 17 (01:32:25):

Speaker 33 (01:32:29):
Is he a mean turkey?

Speaker 24 (01:32:30):
He's actually the nicer one. Though we had to put
him in separate cages because it's so big. We just
got him yesterday that I had to pick him up
because we needed three turkeys.

Speaker 2 (01:32:40):
But yeah, wait, wait, hold on, wait over here, a
couple of years old, real quick, Jason or or what
is his name? We're talking to Jason right now, Jason,
why did I thought you guys had turkeys? Why why
did you have to go get a new turkey yesterday?

Speaker 24 (01:32:55):
So we had one turkey that passed away yesterday, so
we had to go last minute. We had to go
doors one that drove all the way what an hour
and a half north of here. He didn't get home
till seven o'clock last night.

Speaker 4 (01:33:09):
Oh my god, the video.

Speaker 24 (01:33:12):
They just passed out in the pen. You know, it
could have been an animal that got it because it's
you know, it's not in clothes completely.

Speaker 23 (01:33:20):
But yeah, are we eating?

Speaker 4 (01:33:22):

these cute, fat, fluffy turkeys.

Speaker 4 (01:33:44):
Is making Oh I love him the future of these times.

Speaker 9 (01:33:49):
Don't ask that question.

Speaker 33 (01:33:50):
I don't want to like.

Speaker 6 (01:33:51):
Are these paste the turkeys? Once the turkeys finished the competition,
are they off to the slaughterhouse we go by for pets?

Speaker 24 (01:34:01):
These are they're all gonna be pets.

Speaker 2 (01:35:28):
Wouldn't this be a great contest to have on the
Pistons court, have turkeys racing each other. Yeah, you should
tell you should tell the promo team over there. This
would be a great opportunity for them to bring a
good contest for Thanksgiving.

Speaker 33 (01:35:42):
The clean may a little.

Speaker 2 (01:35:45):
They have to postpone the second half of the game.

Speaker 4 (01:35:55):
The winner.

Speaker 2 (01:35:58):
Of teaming up with Jamiir Gibletz is Kia from Detroit. Yeah,
and if Jamir Gibletz is anything like our Jamiir, Jamiir
had almost three hundred yards the other day.

Speaker 4 (01:36:13):
Let's see what kind of runner we got here on
this turkey track.

Speaker 7 (01:36:16):
Okay, they look all right right now, not very trotty.

Speaker 2 (01:36:22):
The second contestant, Cassie from Detroit or from Grand Rapids,
is gonna have Aiden Kluckinson. Cassie, Hi, Cassie, Hi, Cassie.
You're teamed up with Aiden Cluckinson. And hopefully Aiden Clutkinson
is like our Aiden Hutchinson and actually can move around

(01:36:43):
as much as he does during a game, because I've
never seen anybody run around like that guy does. And last,
but not least, Sofia from Garden City has got Jared Gobble.

Speaker 4 (01:36:56):
And Sophia. I think I think Jared.

Speaker 2 (01:37:01):
I think Jared Gobble the turkey is actually faster than
Jared Golf. Uh if you see Jared Gobble over there?
All right?

Speaker 4 (01:37:10):
Uh, calv you got the turkeys all named, and we
know which ones?

Speaker 2 (01:37:14):
Who's who?

Speaker 33 (01:37:16):
Yeah, we got a name. We got That one's Jared,
that one was Ayden, and the one in the back engineer.

Speaker 32 (01:37:21):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (01:37:22):
The difficult part isn't the naming, it's actually getting them
to come towards the field.

Speaker 33 (01:37:26):
These turkeys, so they got a mind of their own.
I don't know if the clutch is going all right,
all right, we're trying to we're trying get you.

Speaker 17 (01:37:39):
Get it?

Speaker 7 (01:37:48):
How they trying to wrangle them like their kids are dogs.

Speaker 24 (01:37:53):
They got a nick like Mark, Grandma.

Speaker 11 (01:37:56):
Isn't that your.

Speaker 7 (01:37:57):
Grandma's favorite part of the turkey too?

Speaker 4 (01:37:59):
The next it's Pops for sure, Kevin.

Speaker 2 (01:38:04):
Now you have to drive your grandma.

Speaker 12 (01:38:06):
Wait, I feel like the white ones attacking.

Speaker 33 (01:38:12):
Oh, you're not going to believe it. Oh my god, you.

Speaker 2 (01:38:17):
Might have my god. All right, hey, Lydia, are these
guys going to be able to wrangle these turkeys.

Speaker 48 (01:38:27):
Or what.

Speaker 34 (01:38:29):
Not?

Speaker 5 (01:38:29):
Going the way I thought it would.

Speaker 10 (01:38:33):
Go?

Speaker 4 (01:38:36):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:38:37):
So so Kia, Cassie, and Sophia, you got to cheer
on your turkey once this thing starts.

Speaker 4 (01:38:42):
Okay, all right, all right, so hold on one second,
stay there.

Speaker 5 (01:38:48):
Know the neighbors are going to be doing construction. I
think the turkeys are a little scared.

Speaker 4 (01:38:52):
Wait, who's doing construction? Oh my god?

Speaker 33 (01:38:57):
Whatever they want.

Speaker 2 (01:38:58):
Wait this waterhouses next to the studio are actually working today.

Speaker 4 (01:39:04):
They're like making extra.

Speaker 7 (01:39:06):
Don't let them see the turkeys.

Speaker 2 (01:39:08):
Oh my god.

Speaker 45 (01:39:09):
All right, we put the hend.

Speaker 6 (01:39:10):
At the top, all right, So the feet the turkey
seemed to be. We got two male turkeys and one female.
And it seems, such as life, that the males are
attracted to.

Speaker 33 (01:39:21):
The female and they only want to be around the female.

Speaker 25 (01:39:24):
So we're pivoting. We're gonna put the female in the.

Speaker 33 (01:39:27):
In the end zone and try to allow the males
to chase her.

Speaker 2 (01:39:30):
You know what's the funny part of this is is
that's perfect for Kevin because that's pretty much how Kevin is.
Whenever we're doing a promotion, it is always attracted to
the female.

Speaker 33 (01:39:41):
I'm telling you, Okay, Okay, I can wrangle the turkey.

Speaker 2 (01:39:44):
All right?

Speaker 4 (01:39:45):
Are we are we the poor female?

Speaker 2 (01:39:50):
Okay?

Speaker 17 (01:39:51):
We look at the.

Speaker 2 (01:39:55):
All right? Are we ready to go?

Speaker 33 (01:39:58):
Are I think we're ready?

Speaker 2 (01:40:02):
All right? So so again, kias with Jamiir Giblets. Uh,
Cassie is with Aiden Kluckinson. Sophia is with Jared Gobble
and Kevin. When you're ready, you say, on your market,
set go, and then we go for one thousand dollars

(01:40:22):
to buy tickets to go to see Detroit versus Green
Bay on Thanksgiving.

Speaker 33 (01:40:28):
On your mark.

Speaker 2 (01:40:33):
Stop and they're not getting anywhere, They're not even moving.

Speaker 33 (01:40:43):
Well, I think this one might be the winner.

Speaker 51 (01:40:45):
Though.

Speaker 24 (01:40:45):
This one is aggressive.

Speaker 25 (01:40:46):
Really let him know.

Speaker 51 (01:40:47):
Let's let him win it for you.

Speaker 4 (01:40:50):
Keke and Cassie.

Speaker 2 (01:40:51):
Are you in, Sophia? Are you guys watching this on Twitch? YouTube, Facebook, live,
TikTok Okay, you're driving, We'll tell you what's going on here.

Speaker 4 (01:41:01):

Speaker 13 (01:41:12):
Okay, this is uh, this is is the moms here
the first Thanksgiving yes, okay.

Speaker 33 (01:41:20):
Now the battling.

Speaker 24 (01:41:21):
Their fam which one is going to tackle?

Speaker 7 (01:41:23):
He just keeps going over and getting on top of it.

Speaker 2 (01:41:28):
Shocking. It's how do we do By the way, if
you're the camera, no, I think this is wonderful. There's
nothing there's nothing better than watching animals. I go to
the Detroit Zoo for stuff like this.

Speaker 7 (01:41:45):
I'm going to turn it off.

Speaker 2 (01:41:46):
There is an appropriate Do.

Speaker 4 (01:41:48):
You guys smell that? That's a threesome?

Speaker 24 (01:41:53):
Now becoming friends with each other?

Speaker 10 (01:41:58):
Right now?

Speaker 25 (01:41:58):
Oh my god?

Speaker 33 (01:42:00):
Professional?

Speaker 2 (01:42:01):
All right?

Speaker 10 (01:42:02):
All right?

Speaker 17 (01:42:02):
Can we do this?

Speaker 4 (01:42:04):
Can we do this?

Speaker 2 (01:42:05):
Can I just pop names in a hat? Kia, Cassie
and Sophia. I'm gonna put names in a hat. Are
you ready? All right?

Speaker 4 (01:42:15):
To see what? To see?

Speaker 2 (01:42:16):
Which one of you guys is gonna win? I've got
I've got the names right here, I'm watching all right,
hold on, we're doing this.

Speaker 33 (01:42:24):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:42:29):
This is great. All right, hold on?

Speaker 10 (01:42:40):
What do you need?

Speaker 2 (01:42:41):
All right, Shannon?

Speaker 12 (01:42:42):
Put the girl back in the cage.

Speaker 4 (01:42:46):
Pick a name here, we're picking a name in the studio.
The winner here we go.

Speaker 2 (01:42:51):
Hold on a second, on the winner of the first
annual and maybe last Turkey trot.

Speaker 9 (01:43:01):
Is Jared Gobbel and Sophia.

Speaker 2 (01:43:07):
Congratulations you have just you just won one thousand dollars
to go purchase tickets. Courtesy of Renaldi Sausage Jay, the
official tailgate Sausage to the Mojo in the Morning Show.
Congratulations to you, Sophia. Does anybody know what what is

(01:43:28):
that beeping going on?

Speaker 14 (01:43:30):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (01:43:30):
Is that just like a semi truck working outside there?
Oh my gosh, that's crazy? All right, guys, uh to
our to our turkey farmers there? Are we going to
have more turkeys for for next Thanksgiving? Because that I
think you just pretty much impregnated that that turkey. Are

(01:43:50):
we going to have more turkeys? Did that turkey just
get pregnant?

Speaker 25 (01:43:55):
Probably?

Speaker 4 (01:43:56):
Oh my gosh. Guys, come on in student and hang out.
We'd love to see you. Okay, all right, don't bring
the turkey though. That's the horn dog there. All right,
we'll be right. No no no, no, no no no no.

Speaker 7 (01:44:15):
Coleen would not be happy.

Speaker 2 (01:44:17):
Colleen. And we have our big turkey event going on
here later today where we're going to eat one of those,
but it's already been cooked.

Speaker 4 (01:44:24):
Courtesy of Rochester Banquets. Hold on a second.

Speaker 21 (01:44:28):
Thanksgiving, wee called Mojo in the Morning where we spink
any member of the show who kisses off Mojo Happy
Thanksgiving or Thanksgiving from Mojo.

Speaker 3 (01:44:38):
In the Morning.

Speaker 2 (01:44:40):
That would be Kevin, by the way, if he brings
that in. Oh my god. You know what's funny about this, though,
is a contest like that cannot work and that's why
it's beautiful. Like I don't want a contest like that
to actually be where we thought it would be, which
would be the turkey's actually cooperating and running. The idea

(01:45:01):
that those turkeys started like falling around with each other.

Speaker 12 (01:45:05):
We know we need all females or all males next.

Speaker 4 (01:45:09):
Yeah, you would never see or hear that on Jay
Towers in the Morning.

Speaker 9 (01:45:13):
I also think we failed to think about these turkeys
aren't going to trot like it's the name of the
race and downtown to trade on Thanksgiving morning.

Speaker 7 (01:45:23):
But no, they just kind of wandered.

Speaker 2 (01:45:26):
No, that was pretty amazing. All right is Mojo in
the Morning show, Shannon and she is a see next Tuesday.

Speaker 9 (01:45:36):
Yeah, I was not on my finest behavior yesterday. I
will be the first to admit that in Mojo you
saw you saw the spirals start to happen after the show,
just like a lot of frustrations that I feel like
I've been sweeping under the rug for a really long
time and not letting myself get upset about. And at

(01:45:58):
the top of the list is my co parenting relationship
is not the greatest right now, and it's just been
it's been heavy, to say the least. And so yesterday
got the better of me. And I always think of
it in my head like a bucket, where like I
can throw a lot of frustrations and anger into a

(01:46:19):
bucket and keep cool, and then at some point the
bucket overflows, and that is exactly what happened to me yesterday. Okay,
So I am out and running errands and not in
the best mood because of something that had happened, which
obviously I'm going to keep private. And I was on
the phone with my two girlfriends and Wes and just

(01:46:43):
using every bad word I've ever been taught in my life,
words that I don't even say ever on ever, on
a daily basis. And at one point I'm in English gardens,
walking among the twinkling lights and the pep mint sticks
and the Christmas trees, and I am going off. My

(01:47:05):
husband West is on the phone, and I am just
letting louse catching him up. He's been out of town
on like, how frustrated and angry I am, and you
again using all.

Speaker 7 (01:47:16):
The bad words in the book.

Speaker 9 (01:47:20):
And West He's like, woo.

Speaker 7 (01:47:22):
Shan, shan, take a deep breath. Where are you?

Speaker 9 (01:47:27):
I hear Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer blaring in the background,
and I'm like, oh my god, I was so in
my zone of like being upset and angry that I
didn't even realize I'm like in a very happy place. Yeah,
and I am just mother effing everybody yesterday.

Speaker 7 (01:47:45):
Not my finest moment.

Speaker 4 (01:47:46):
It is, honestly, can I.

Speaker 2 (01:47:47):
Tell you it's better than if you were at home,
Because if you were at home and you were doing
this in your own home where you could, you know,
have your four walls around you and everything would be calm,
it would not be honestly as fitting as being at
English gardens for those that don't know, is a nursery, right.

Speaker 9 (01:48:06):
It's a nursery.

Speaker 7 (01:48:06):
And they saw like all the Christmas things, you know,
which is.

Speaker 2 (01:48:09):
What I was buying, and have Christmas trees.

Speaker 9 (01:48:11):
Yeah, I mean if you saw me there. There weren't
a lot of people there because it was last night,
but I'm so sorry. I don't think there were any children.
I please your God, don't hope there were any children
around but me and my trucker mouth and heard off.
We're walking through there.

Speaker 2 (01:48:27):
I actually would love to know from our listeners, where
did you lose your spit? Where were you when you
lost your spit? Because when you lose your spit in
a public place like that, and it's not losing your
spit about what's going on in the public place, it's
losing your spit about something that's going on in your
life at that particular moment. That makes it even more
fitting because people don't understand why why.

Speaker 7 (01:48:49):
And West kept saying, okay, all right, just take a
deep breath, and I.

Speaker 14 (01:48:53):
Was like, I give zero s.

Speaker 3 (01:48:58):
It was just raging you guys.

Speaker 2 (01:49:00):
You know what, we got to get Shannon Chrismas. No, no,
we got to get shann in the shirt that says
I give zero f.

Speaker 9 (01:49:09):
I was like sweating as I was going, and then
I got back in my.

Speaker 7 (01:49:12):
Car and like, I am slightly embarrassed at my behavior today, But.

Speaker 2 (01:49:16):
You know what, it's the only other place that you
could have really lost your spit like that would have been.
I don't know, maybe somewhere. What's another happy place like
losing it in Disney World? Yeah, exactly. That's probably at
the happiest place on earth the Lego store. Oh yeah,
you know, I don't know, Chick fil A. That place

(01:49:37):
always makes me happy for some reason, Angie.

Speaker 4 (01:49:39):
What's going on?

Speaker 52 (01:49:40):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (01:49:41):
Hi, good morning, Good morning, Angie. I wants to say
something to you, Shannon.

Speaker 30 (01:49:47):
You know, you are the epitome of the people that
drive me nuts in the stores. They're on their speaker
phone and they are just have no idea who is around,
what's going on.

Speaker 36 (01:49:58):
They are in the zone.

Speaker 30 (01:50:00):
It seems to be happening more than ever.

Speaker 25 (01:50:02):
People on their speaker phone.

Speaker 22 (01:50:03):
Oh I was.

Speaker 4 (01:50:06):
You couldn't hear the other end of the co You
only could hear them.

Speaker 7 (01:50:10):
I'm in public person, Yeah.

Speaker 16 (01:50:13):
Yeah, still in the zone, still hollering your personal business.
So yeah, I can't And it's more than ever.

Speaker 33 (01:50:20):
I don't know why.

Speaker 4 (01:50:21):
Let me ask you a question, Angie. Have you ever
lost it though in a public place?

Speaker 25 (01:50:25):
Oh?

Speaker 17 (01:50:26):
Hell yeah? Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:50:28):
Where's the last place that you lost at?

Speaker 16 (01:50:33):
I was actually in a store and it was a
lady in front of me, and can I say Kroger there?

Speaker 21 (01:50:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 16 (01:50:42):
It was the Pop Specials in front of the lady
in front of me checking out and she didn't get
the right pops to get the discount.

Speaker 37 (01:50:49):
She told them how they were full of it.

Speaker 35 (01:50:51):
Left, went to go get the pops, come back, and
I just simply said to her, like, what are you doing?
You know, like, why are you cussing out this cash?
You're You're making us all the way. I'm like, are
you gonna wreck this up anytime sooner?

Speaker 30 (01:51:04):
Or should I go to a different aisle?

Speaker 23 (01:51:05):
Of course she was.

Speaker 2 (01:51:06):
She was not having it having it with you there.
And then of course my voice goes over Hi a
little more, Hey, Chris, how you doing?

Speaker 6 (01:51:19):
I'm good.

Speaker 42 (01:51:20):
So I work in a senior center and I'm sixty
and most of the people there are eating above and
so they all think I'm like nice and friendly.

Speaker 14 (01:51:27):
And I usually am.

Speaker 41 (01:51:28):
I got in a phone fight with one of my
co workers and she hung up on me without realizing
where I am.

Speaker 38 (01:51:34):
I started screaming, usually.

Speaker 33 (01:51:35):
At work, don't you ask? And hang up on me?

Speaker 41 (01:51:39):
And I just screamed and going off on her, and
I turn around and they look at me. I'm like, yeah,
I'm gonna take this call out in.

Speaker 2 (01:51:45):
The parking lot, I.

Speaker 33 (01:51:48):
Walked out.

Speaker 42 (01:51:49):
I can say I was so irate that.

Speaker 31 (01:51:51):
I should have just hung up on the coworker and
went back.

Speaker 42 (01:51:54):
In and apologized for the people.

Speaker 41 (01:51:55):
But I contend you pacing up and down the parking lot,
I've probably looked.

Speaker 33 (01:51:59):
Like I got crazy fers.

Speaker 42 (01:52:02):
I think I won the argument anyway.

Speaker 9 (01:52:06):
Sometimes and I am not good about letting anger out.
I like to stuff it and try to like see
the silver lining. And sometime, like yesterday, I was like,
I do not like it felt so good to let
it out of my body.

Speaker 2 (01:52:18):
Do you ever do this in your car and you
think that the glass that they make on a General
Motors product actually is keeping the sound in And you
realize that people are looking at you because they can
hear you screaming the phone.

Speaker 9 (01:52:31):
I got home yesterday and I still just like had
so much anger in me, and so I'm like, I
feel like it's just it'll help me if I just scream.
I scream so loud my poor two dogs looked at me.

Speaker 2 (01:52:43):
Like, whoo, what is wrong with her? Oh Man, By
the way, you mentioned that this was, you know, issue
little family affair thing that you'd obviously don't know. I
think that's one of the things the holidays bring out,
some of the times that the uh, the frustrations of stuff. Yes,
and sometimes you almost need to have one of those moments.
I think that Anna's right. We may have to do

(01:53:05):
a little rage room do it.

Speaker 7 (01:53:07):
My friend just did it over the weekend, and she
said it was glorious.

Speaker 4 (01:53:10):
Just going just go and do do your thing. I
like it.

Speaker 2 (01:53:15):
Yeah, we're gonna We're gonna go have ourselves a little
rage room fun with uh with Shannon uh.

Speaker 21 (01:53:23):
Crank skidding week we'd be quick out the dumbest content
on move in the morning.

Speaker 4 (01:53:27):
Yes, pretty much.

Speaker 10 (01:53:29):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:53:29):
Kevin's back from our That was insane, Bro. Would you
say that that contest brought back next year?

Speaker 25 (01:53:36):
Now?

Speaker 4 (01:53:36):
Would you say we I think we bring it back
next year.

Speaker 2 (01:53:38):
But we actually put them in pens and don't let
them out until we start the contest.

Speaker 10 (01:53:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 13 (01:53:42):
Well, they they were in their cages and we didn't
allow them to come out until we were ready to
start the contest.

Speaker 4 (01:53:48):
But that didn't matter.

Speaker 13 (01:53:48):
These two horny ass turkeys only wanted to mount the
female turkey. God, that's the only thing they were concerned with.
I don't know if turkeys give off pheromones, like if
they could smell and like sense.

Speaker 2 (01:53:59):
What was going on on?

Speaker 10 (01:54:00):
Wait?

Speaker 2 (01:54:01):
Which which turkey was the newest turkey that they just
recently got. Was it the was it the female or
was it one of them one of the males. I
was gonna say it was If it was the female,
it's understandable. Then we know what's going on. All right,
jingle Ball, we got a chance for you to win
jingle Ball tickets now eight four to four Mojo Live
eight four four six six five six five four eight.

(01:54:21):
We're going to set you up with a pair of
tickets to go to our jingle Ball. It is about
twenty five minutes from now. I'm going to make an
announcement of another performer being added to our list of
performers for jingle Ball.

Speaker 4 (01:54:34):
So nine o'clock this morning, be listening for that.

Speaker 11 (01:54:38):
Well, Jordan, the morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 2 (01:54:40):
All right, So it's Dirty on the thirty. We also
have guests that are going to be joining us during
this Dirty on the thirty. But Shannon, do your dirty
and then at the end let's do the guests.

Speaker 9 (01:54:49):
Heays, go ahead, So the very hot Gun Powell, you
know him, I think best from Top Gun Maverick, and
then he did that Twister sequel sparked some relationship rumors.
He was spot dancing with actress Michelle Randolph at a
honky talk bar in Austin, Texas this week, and this
like went all around TikTok over the past couple of days.

(01:55:09):
They're twirling, dancing, laughing and just having a grand old time.
His mom, Glenn's mom was at the bar hanging out
as well, and these two definitely looked like a couple.
So everyone's going, is he coupled up for the holiday?

Speaker 7 (01:55:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 9 (01:55:26):
You can google, as keV says to the Googles to
see the video and decide for yourself. By the way,
I still want him and Sydney Sweeney together, but she's
off with Scooter bronso it doesn't look like that's happening.

Speaker 2 (01:55:36):
I'm loving the amount of celebrity relationship stuff that we're
all finding from them just going out with each other,
because I kind of like, yesterday you did Tate McCrae
and yeah, Jack Hughes, the NHL player now this one here,
people are calling it out. They're out seeing these celebrities
out with you know, new relationships, and hey, love is

(01:55:59):
in the air the celebrities.

Speaker 9 (01:56:03):
So there's really not much to this story except I
want to focus on one thing show. Hey, oh tani
As in the l Dodgers legend, hopefully who that is
was on social media thanking Sabrina Carpenter.

Speaker 7 (01:56:18):
I guess he went to her her show.

Speaker 9 (01:56:22):
So he posts a picture on his Instagram story like
some merch this blue sweatshirt with her photo on the
back from the concert.

Speaker 7 (01:56:32):
Talk about Google?

Speaker 28 (01:56:33):
Have you?

Speaker 9 (01:56:33):
Did you see?

Speaker 7 (01:56:34):
His feet in this photo aren't the prettiest, but he's
got some.

Speaker 4 (01:56:38):
Many Look at the does he need.

Speaker 7 (01:56:44):
Lebron's Look at those feet.

Speaker 2 (01:56:45):
It's not like.

Speaker 46 (01:56:50):
The toes.

Speaker 4 (01:56:51):
I don't know how you spread that spread my toes?
Go Look at that is wild? Do look at Lebron's feet?

Speaker 13 (01:57:00):
Runs for a living though he's been running season with eighteen.
This guy stands there and throws a ball. But it's
not it's not that his feet look ugly. It's just
how wide his toes are from each other. They're like separate.

Speaker 2 (01:57:11):
Yeah, weird.

Speaker 4 (01:57:11):
That's the story.

Speaker 7 (01:57:13):
He went to the show, posted a photo, but I
was like, I can't think. I can't talk about anything
else but his feet.

Speaker 4 (01:57:17):
If his feet were a strike zone, have a very
big strike zone.

Speaker 9 (01:57:23):
Phoenix Suns owner and Michigan State Spartan grad Matt Ashbia
joining The Draymond Green Show this week to talk all
about spartan culture, winning a national championship, lessons learned from
his first few years as a team owner, and he
also talked about those minority owners lawsuits.

Speaker 2 (01:57:40):
Yeah, did you hear the story the minority owners of
the Phoenix Suns. So the people that own the Suns
with him are suing Mattshbia because they think Matt's doing
bad business by giving free concessions to Suns fans, like
giving them, you know, free food and things like that.

(01:58:01):
He gives free food, lower price food, like they the
Sun's games. I think it's the cheapest concessions that you
can get in made or in the NBA.

Speaker 15 (01:58:11):
The partners are suing you for making it free for
the kid that had a dream of going to the
NBA to watch the NBA.

Speaker 4 (01:58:18):
Is that what you're saying to me?

Speaker 53 (01:58:19):
It's crazy to hear it like that, but yes, these
are limited partners. Like I said, I didn't bring them
in there. But the way I think about those people,
they think about money. All the people think about his money.
And what I look at is let's do the right thing.
Money follows success. It's not the other way around. Go
do right by the kids, go lower con sid I
don't know how it will work out, but things always work.
And by the way, since I bought the team at
four billion, it's worth six billion now, I mean it's

(01:58:41):
gone up. I told him, instead of ssuing me, why
don't you just write me a letter.

Speaker 17 (01:58:43):
And say thank you.

Speaker 53 (01:58:44):
Your investment's worth more.

Speaker 23 (01:58:45):
Right, we've done right by the community.

Speaker 53 (01:58:47):
Fan But you know, like I said, you've grown up
and you know what that's like and doing the right things,
like the things that you'd always say, why don't owners
do this?

Speaker 15 (01:58:54):
I'm gonna do those things.

Speaker 53 (01:58:55):
And sometimes they're right, sometimes they're wrong, but it's with
the good intentions and.

Speaker 15 (01:58:59):
That's what we believe. And so I'm proud of that.

Speaker 23 (01:59:01):
Absolutely, we support you.

Speaker 4 (01:59:03):
And by the way, if they don't like it, sell
and make your profit and move alonge.

Speaker 15 (01:59:08):
Thank you. I appreciate that support.

Speaker 53 (01:59:09):
And like those guys, they can sell if they want
go ahead, like nothing holds them back. But they's like
to people like to just create negative media and grace stuff.
But we're not always do the right thing in Phoenix.
I love having that power to be able to do
the right thing by our fans and buy our It sounds.

Speaker 2 (01:59:22):
To me like these minority partners, honestly are just looking
for a reason to bitch in my own and try
to get money. Yes, and greedy scroogees. I love that
Matt does that, I really do. I mean it's funny.
People like to give Matt crap and I think they
don't like the idea that Matt is a little fiery
with you know, the way that he takes his approach.

(01:59:43):
I actually kind of like it. He's got a little
Detroit too to them.

Speaker 9 (01:59:47):
And we've also talked about how expensive it is to
go to a game just for the tickets in the parking,
so like there's at least a little bit of relief
there for families that want to, you know, make that
a day or a night out.

Speaker 2 (01:59:58):
Anyway.

Speaker 9 (01:59:59):
Okay, we talked about this a little bit earlier. This
local family they're from Monroe, went to see the Jonas
Brothers show at LCA on Sunday night, have a great time,
come back to their car after the show and realize
their car, which was filled with Christmas gifts for their kids, was.

Speaker 7 (02:00:14):
Not there anymore. It had been stolen.

Speaker 2 (02:00:16):
Oh my god, it's a horrible story. On the phone
with us right now are Arthur and Apollonia. They are
the two parents of the kids that may not get
a Christmas this year because of what happened to them
from Monroe. Hey, guys, good morning more I would say
that I think your phone got a little dicey there
for a second. Good morning, Arthur, How you doing good?

(02:00:39):
Doing okay?

Speaker 10 (02:00:40):
Man?

Speaker 2 (02:00:40):
Are Apollonia? How you doing all right? I know this
has been tough. Any word from the DPD on if
they've got any leads on what happened to.

Speaker 17 (02:00:51):
You your car?

Speaker 25 (02:00:54):
No, not yet as of yesterday. I called around noon
and try to get an update on it and called
the PRC number for the lots and there was still
no info on any of it.

Speaker 2 (02:01:04):
And again for the listeners that didn't get a chance
to see you on the news last night on Channel seven,
but also didn't hear you earlier this morning on Shannon's
Dirty You guys went to the Jonas Brothers concert. You
guys parked right by LCAD, but not in one of
the lots. You parked street parking. Is that what I'm understanding.

Speaker 25 (02:01:22):
Yeah, it was the street parking, okay.

Speaker 2 (02:01:24):
And which, by the way, I will say this to you,
smart to do that, because it's expensive to park in
one of those lots. Those lots are like fifty bucks
a lot.

Speaker 10 (02:01:32):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 25 (02:01:33):
And then as we're sitting there watching them raise the
price from sixty down to fifteen, I'm like, that's crazy
how they can do that.

Speaker 2 (02:01:38):
And so, guys, you had your Christmas gifts in your car,
and will you explained to the listeners that didn't see
the story why the Christmas gifts were in the back
of the car.

Speaker 25 (02:01:50):
Another thing. Everybody's going around heaying that we're scamming this
and that no, we're from out of town. We came
downtown for the day to enjoy ourselves all night out.
We went down shopping down at the Nike Alo, we
stopped at well, a couple of the stores down Woodward.
We put it in our car because we can't take
it into the concert, So that's where we had left it. Yea,
And we took out and nothing was seemed to be their.

Speaker 15 (02:02:09):
Home, all right.

Speaker 2 (02:02:11):
So here here's the thing. I feel absolutely horrible that
you guys have dealt with this. And I know you're
from Monroe, and obviously, when you're in Monroe, you still
call yourself a Detroit or don't you.

Speaker 4 (02:02:21):
I mean you still say you're from.

Speaker 25 (02:02:22):
Yeah, I'm originally from there, so I still believe it.

Speaker 2 (02:02:25):
Yeah. So, and so it's like, I think we in
Detroit kind of stick together on this one. My prayer
is that we can get your car back. But in
the meantime, our mojo in the morning breaking and entering
Christmas wish wants to make sure that your kids have
a Christmas this year. And so what I would like
to do is I would like to write you guys
a check for two thousand dollars to go and use

(02:02:49):
towards any of the gifts that were stolen, but also
to go towards you guys just trying to recoup what
you guys have. And I can promise you this. I
know there's some car dealers that we have as friends.
Maybe we can see if any of those guys can
help us get you into a new car if this
car does not come back.

Speaker 25 (02:03:09):
That would be awesome. Yeah, especially I'm dealing with health
issues as myself right now diagnosed with or nowell car soma.
So yeah, and you're going out that was my main car,
my work, from my kids, everything.

Speaker 2 (02:03:21):
Arthur, You're going out to Michigan Medicine, I understand right
from from the road to do your treatments.

Speaker 10 (02:03:26):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (02:03:27):
Yeah, And because of the relationship I have with Michigan
Medicine and stuff, We're going to make sure that we're
able to get you to and from too, So we'll
figure something out for you on that, Okay, So you
don't you don't miss any of your your appointments. What
did you guys do after the show on Sunday night
when you were not without a vehicle? Did you were
you guys? Did you uber home?

Speaker 25 (02:03:48):
Or We walked around down there for about an hour
because I didn't have a ride. So I was like, well,
let's see we can find it. See maybe we park
somewhere else. So we walked around. We didn't. We stayed
down there. It's almost like one o'clock and so I
finally got a ride to my brothers house. We stayed
the night down there that night.

Speaker 2 (02:04:03):
That's awful, man, that this happened. Listen, I'm going to
tell you this. Detroit people are not bad people. There's just,
obviously in any city, a few bad apples. And my
hope is that there's enough heat on what happened. And
we'll explain the car and all that stuff here in
a second, but there's enough heat on that vehicle that
whoever stole it just leaves it somewhere, leave all the

(02:04:27):
contents inside that vehicle and allow a family, a mom
and a dad, to be able to provide a Christmas
for their kids.

Speaker 25 (02:04:35):
Yeah. Yeah, that's all I mean, that's all I want.

Speaker 2 (02:04:38):
And for those that are right now wondering, the vehicle
that was stolen is an olive green green Ford Edge
twenty fourteen Olive green Ford Edge. If you see a
vehicle like that, if you could, maybe you know, give
a little bit of help and give the police a

(02:04:58):
call and tell the police you saw that vehicle. Is
there any distinctive things about the vehicle that they might
want to look for? If somebody says, front.

Speaker 25 (02:05:06):
Driver side bumper is cracked a little bit from hitting
the deer and the left side headlights out.

Speaker 2 (02:05:11):
And here's the thing, it car ain't worth spet, you
know what I mean, Like, I don't know what you're
stealing it for worth nothing.

Speaker 25 (02:05:17):
The only thing I think I was just some little
young kids doing it to go do something stupid in it.

Speaker 2 (02:05:22):
Well or they I know, they sometimes will take parts
and stuff like that off. Yeah, Appollonia, how you feeling
You're doing?

Speaker 4 (02:05:30):
Okay? I know this has got to be tough for
you as a mom waiting for holidays.

Speaker 36 (02:05:34):
Common Yeah, it's tough, but I mean I got a.

Speaker 9 (02:05:39):
Positive You just feel so violated that somebody took and
is using your your stuff, your car.

Speaker 8 (02:05:46):
Right, Yeah, especially with my kids stuff in.

Speaker 2 (02:05:49):
This right and all that. You know what's funny is
I think of if somebody wants to take my car,
take my car, but leave my belongings like that I
can't replace, you know, And I'm not even talking about
the gifts that you just bought. But there's stuff that's
inside that center.

Speaker 7 (02:06:03):
Know it's from.

Speaker 25 (02:06:06):
The window. What my dad's ashes are hanging in the
window of this car. It's a necklace. I take out
his ashes that are in it.

Speaker 2 (02:06:15):
That's awful.

Speaker 4 (02:06:16):
See that you're not replacing that, right, that's not you're
going to be able to get that back all.

Speaker 2 (02:06:21):
Right, And in the meantime, Lydia is going to talk
to you and we'll get you guys this money as
soon as we possibly can. And breaking entering Christmas wish
is going to help you guys.

Speaker 25 (02:06:30):
Okay, I appreciate you guys so much.

Speaker 4 (02:06:34):
Bless you man. Merry Christmas, buddy. You guys want to
go to jingle Ball?

Speaker 25 (02:06:42):

Speaker 26 (02:06:44):

Speaker 4 (02:06:46):
Hey, guys, guys, uh, Lydia, make sure we get how
many kids you guys?

Speaker 25 (02:06:51):
I got three? And then and apple?

Speaker 2 (02:06:53):
Okay, so Lydia, can we make sure we give him
at least five tickets for jingle Ball?

Speaker 46 (02:06:58):

Speaker 2 (02:06:58):

Speaker 17 (02:07:38):

Speaker 4 (02:07:39):
What are you serious?

Speaker 26 (02:07:42):
The guy that Yeah, the guy that had his stuff
stolen out of the car. Yeah, if he has hollowners insurance.
Your hollowners recovered contents inside.

Speaker 25 (02:07:52):
Of even if he didn't.

Speaker 45 (02:07:52):
Okay, perfect giving him the heads up.

Speaker 2 (02:07:58):
Thank you, buddy, I appreciate it. I gotta grad a
jingle Ball winner.

Speaker 29 (02:08:00):

Speaker 2 (02:08:01):

Speaker 17 (02:08:06):

Speaker 37 (02:08:18):
I'm pulled over in a parking lot, sit here waiting

(02:09:09):

Speaker 31 (02:09:11):
Cannot wait.

Speaker 4 (02:09:15):
Coming up?

Speaker 37 (02:09:15):
So yes, oh my god, I cannot wait.

Speaker 2 (02:09:19):
So this is all excitement to me right now, Ray
Sky fans get ready for a special announcement at nine
hard hang on one second.

Speaker 33 (02:09:25):
Okay, okay, thank you, love you Mojoe, love you guy
you too.

Speaker 2 (02:09:31):
Hang on one second. All right, It is Mojo in
the morning, uh Anna. Rob is getting ready for a
big birthday that is coming up.

Speaker 12 (02:09:39):
Oh, I don't even like to say how old I'm turning.

Speaker 4 (02:09:42):
Dirty thirty with the Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 12 (02:09:47):
Yes, so I'm about to turn thirty on December twenty.

Speaker 2 (02:09:51):
First, let's go congratulations, Thank you.

Speaker 12 (02:09:54):
And I feel like I'm in between a rock and
a hard place because I personally don't want to do
anything for my birthday.

Speaker 7 (02:10:05):
Hey go grind you, there we go.

Speaker 12 (02:10:07):
This is exactly why. So everyone in my life, my mom,
my family, my friends, everyone wants me to have like
this big party because it's such a big birthday. But
in my mind that sounds like it's going to be
expensive a lot of work because I'm very picky and
I would never let them plan the party for me

(02:10:28):
because I don't think it would be up to my
standards And.

Speaker 2 (02:10:31):
Wait a second, so they even planned a party, Like
it's not so it whatever you want, you want it
to be up to your standards. Yeah, if they just
planned a party for you and made a really nice party.

Speaker 12 (02:10:42):
I don't want to lame party for my thirtieth, Like
I need attention to detail. I need don julio, nothing
below that, Like it needs to be a very big party. Also,
I feel like it's a lot of pressure for me
to have to socialize with everyone, talk to everyone. It
just seems like a lot of work and it's coming up.
It's less than a month away, so I would be

(02:11:02):
stressed planning it. It's around the holidays, which make it
even harder. Like I don't want to do anything. I
just want to go out, like possibly catch a flight
and lay on a beach somewhere and dress yoursel I
don't know by myself, maybe like youth.

Speaker 2 (02:11:18):
That's right. So that's my vibe.

Speaker 12 (02:11:20):
But everyone's making me feel guilty like I need to
do something, and I'm like, do I need to do something?

Speaker 2 (02:11:25):
What if they What if they plan something for you?

Speaker 7 (02:11:28):
This just a dinner ann out of the restaurant.

Speaker 12 (02:11:32):
I could do like a bougie dinner if anyone's listening.

Speaker 13 (02:11:36):
I mean, I'm I'm a fan of doing whatever is
gonna make you happy. It's your birthday, yeah, exact. You
can't plan your birthday around other people and then actually
be miserable on your own birthday like I supposed.

Speaker 12 (02:11:46):
And that's what I feel like always happens. Like I
always try to do a dinner or try to do
something and like I'm just stressed out. Half the people
canceled because it's four days before Christmas.

Speaker 4 (02:11:56):
Yeah, like it ends up like Lydia.

Speaker 12 (02:11:58):
Whatever happened to Lydia? Where she to pay for it?
Like stuff like that happens to me all the time,
and I just I don't want to deal with it.

Speaker 9 (02:12:04):
If you're feeling a solo trip, I am always a
huge proponent of a solo trip.

Speaker 7 (02:12:08):
Mojo will tell you this. I've been on a few.

Speaker 9 (02:12:11):
I'm actually probably due for another, and it is it
is very fulfilling and actually really fun.

Speaker 12 (02:12:17):
I think, Yeah, I think that's the route that I'm
gonna go because if I'm out of town, I don't
have to say no to everyone. I'm like, oh, I'm
not going to be here.

Speaker 2 (02:12:25):
I was going to plan this party for her?

Speaker 35 (02:12:27):
Were you?

Speaker 2 (02:12:29):
But I didn't have Don Julio. I had Ocho tequila there.
But I'm sad, you know, I feel here's the thing,
I feel like you're thirtieth. Obviously you should do what
you want. But also if your family wants to throw
something for you, that'd be sweet to have them throw
something for you.

Speaker 12 (02:12:45):
Let's do it for thirty one.

Speaker 4 (02:12:47):
Okay, it's up, Sam. How you doing?

Speaker 14 (02:12:51):
Hey Mojo?

Speaker 31 (02:12:52):
First time?

Speaker 10 (02:12:54):
Long time?

Speaker 5 (02:12:54):
Hey Sam on the foe.

Speaker 4 (02:12:57):
Sam, you want to come to Anna Rob's party?

Speaker 12 (02:13:00):
Oh no, I would love.

Speaker 38 (02:13:03):
To, especially because Anna your dirty thirties on the twenty first.

Speaker 41 (02:13:06):
Mine is on the twenty second.

Speaker 2 (02:13:08):
Girl.

Speaker 4 (02:13:09):
Oh tweet, what are you doing?

Speaker 42 (02:13:12):
Yes?

Speaker 51 (02:13:12):
Girl?

Speaker 42 (02:13:13):
So my fiance and me excited to have a good
old fashioned house party, a death to my twenties funeral party.

Speaker 12 (02:13:22):
Wait, that was one of my ideas if I was
going to have a party, that's my funeral. Yes, that's
my twenty.

Speaker 4 (02:13:30):
What do you guys got planned for the death of
the twenties party?

Speaker 2 (02:13:34):
Sam?

Speaker 33 (02:13:35):
You know we are.

Speaker 41 (02:13:36):
We're looking up all these ideas on TikTok, but we're
definitely going to have like a funeral cake.

Speaker 37 (02:13:42):
We're going to I said something.

Speaker 38 (02:13:44):
About doing like an obituary.

Speaker 34 (02:13:46):
We're gonna have my face on these fires and people
are going to write things about me in are gonna earn.

Speaker 42 (02:13:55):
It's just gonna be It's gonna be a good time.

Speaker 4 (02:13:57):
What kind of tequila are you guys having? Do you
have any idea? What kind of tequila?

Speaker 14 (02:14:03):
How did you know there was going to be tequila?

Speaker 2 (02:14:05):
You got to come up in a hearse, you know.

Speaker 31 (02:14:11):
I've thought about that too.

Speaker 2 (02:14:12):
I need a whole funeral home. Tom call us up
and tell us that we can get Sam Aharst. That's
a great idea. We should do that for Anna on
the air. We should have a death to our twenties
party and have a Tom come with.

Speaker 4 (02:14:25):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (02:14:25):
Emily?

Speaker 32 (02:14:27):
Hi?

Speaker 34 (02:14:28):
So I'm in the same boat as Anne on my
dirty thirties coming up.

Speaker 39 (02:14:32):
But it's actually the end of this month, November thirty.

Speaker 9 (02:14:38):
Birthday.

Speaker 34 (02:14:40):
It is my golden birthday, So I kind of like
the last listener was saying, I wanted to do last
year that's to my twenties, but we didn't. But I'm
doing a golden birthday this year. But my parents are
actually taking me on a surprise trip and I have
no idea where I'm going. I just know I need
my passport and a bathing suit. I'm going to the
beach and we leave.

Speaker 2 (02:15:00):
I'd be cool with that. Why don't you and your
mom do that? You guys do like a girls trip
somewhere And I tell her.

Speaker 20 (02:15:08):
That started was a girls.

Speaker 34 (02:15:10):
Trip with mom and me, and then it turned into
my dad and brother are also.

Speaker 4 (02:15:15):
Well that's okay, you're okay with it as long as
you're not paying.

Speaker 9 (02:15:17):
I want you tomorrow once you figure out where you're going.

Speaker 4 (02:15:20):
Yeah, please tell me.

Speaker 10 (02:15:21):
I will.

Speaker 34 (02:15:21):
I will text you guys in the morning.

Speaker 4 (02:15:23):
Actually text us Monday.

Speaker 2 (02:15:25):
Okay, But can I can I say this that I
do think that Well, first, here she is, Emily is
risking where she's going. Now, mind you, she has to
bring a bathing suit, so it's at least you know
you're not going to Wait a second, you could be
going up to Splash Village or something like that. That's
been the.

Speaker 14 (02:15:45):
That's been the jokes.

Speaker 34 (02:15:46):
But actually, because they did originally plan it to be
in Jamaica, and I did find that out only because.

Speaker 42 (02:15:53):
Of the hurricane.

Speaker 12 (02:15:54):
But oh yeah, yeah they changed that complete plan.

Speaker 2 (02:15:56):
B Yeah, all right, there you go. And now I
got our plan. Uh and as mom missus Rob, I
am taking you guys. We're all going together and we're
going up to Birch Run the Outlets and we'll all
do the indoor water park up there and no, and
you're gonna go to your favorite chicken placed.

Speaker 4 (02:16:19):
Yeah, we're gonna enders. We're gonna zenders it together.

Speaker 2 (02:16:21):
Nothing says nothing says thirty like Zenders.

Speaker 11 (02:16:25):
Right, he's cheating.

Speaker 17 (02:16:29):
Another world thing with War.

Speaker 15 (02:16:30):
Of the Roses.

Speaker 1 (02:16:33):
In the morning, w UKQE Detroit USNX Whiskey.

Speaker 3 (02:16:41):

the show, not for Nelly, but for fray A Skuy.
It's crazy lately for some reason, it's been on fire.

Speaker 9 (02:17:44):

if you're going was she from she was in the
Disney Channel movie Zombies.

Speaker 7 (02:17:51):
Yeah, the latest Zombies.

Speaker 2 (02:17:52):
And I understand from talking to our music aficionado, the
guy who knows how to pick the hits, no quits NonStop,
will say that no more Tony Travano. Tony Trevado says
that she sounds very similar to Gracie Abrams and is
he thinks every bit is talented. So she's super young too, right.

Speaker 2 (02:19:02):
Is he an a hole for choosing his girlfriend's house
over his I'm assuming parents' house.

Speaker 4 (02:19:08):
Is that where it would have been? Aiden you would be?

Speaker 2 (02:19:10):
Are you you're not going to Is it a celebration
at your mom's house or dad's house?

Speaker 25 (02:19:15):
What is it?

Speaker 8 (02:19:17):
Just?

Speaker 45 (02:19:17):
You know, family get together at my mom's house.

Speaker 4 (02:19:20):
So you're choosing your girlfriend over this?

Speaker 25 (02:19:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:19:25):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:19:25):
Questions about this girlfriend of yours? Okay, how far does
girlfriend live from where you live? Where do you live?
I live in McCollum, and where does the girlfriend live?
He then in arbor, So oh that's a far. That's
a distance that's over an hour. And how long have

(02:19:46):
you been dating this girlfriend of yours?

Speaker 45 (02:19:50):
About two months?

Speaker 4 (02:19:51):
Oh my gosh, Okay, why are you choosing her? It's
only two months? Buddy?

Speaker 45 (02:19:57):
No, I just really want to meet her family.

Speaker 4 (02:20:01):
So this is the time to do it.

Speaker 2 (02:20:02):
You can't meet her on any other night, I mean Thanksgiving.

Speaker 45 (02:20:06):
You know everyone's going to be there, and.

Speaker 7 (02:20:09):
You've never spent Thanksgiving away from your your mom, your family.

Speaker 45 (02:20:13):
No, this would be the first.

Speaker 2 (02:20:15):
Have you told them at all that you're even considering it.

Speaker 45 (02:20:21):
My mom isn't happy about it.

Speaker 4 (02:20:22):
So you have told your mom, So your mom is disappointed.

Speaker 25 (02:20:27):
Yeah, is.

Speaker 13 (02:20:29):
There a world where safer? You know, you absolutely feel
like you have to go to ann Arbor to be
with this girl in her family? Is there any way
that you can do Thanksgiving breakfast with the family and
the ND go to your.

Speaker 26 (02:20:45):
I don't think that's the thing.

Speaker 7 (02:20:48):
I mean, it's it's an entire day. You could definitely
split up the day.

Speaker 45 (02:20:54):
I mean, you're to.

Speaker 17 (02:21:00):
Aiden.

Speaker 4 (02:21:02):
I'm guessing your I'm guessing your young twenties.

Speaker 2 (02:21:04):
Right, how old are you? I'm like twenty four, you're
twenty four, Okay, I'm guessing that you're a guy that
you know you like this girl. You think that this
girl is a keeper, a little attractive girl.

Speaker 45 (02:21:20):
Oh yeah, I like her a lot.

Speaker 4 (02:21:22):
Let me tell you something. I'm gonna talk to you
like you're one of my kids.

Speaker 2 (02:21:28):
You're going to disappoint your mom, who's been with you
for twenty four fricking years, taking care of your ass,
washed your dirty draws, cooked you countless meals. You've had
twenty three Thanksgivings with her over a piece of ass.
Now you've known for two mine now, and I'm want

(02:21:49):
to say this to you. Yeah, but Aiden, I'm talking, Yeah, Aiden,
father's talking. You don't know how good of a cook
this mom of this girl is going to be.

Speaker 4 (02:22:00):
He ain't going for that. I don't care. He's still
about the food.

Speaker 2 (02:22:04):
Yeah, And I got to be honest with you. First off,
I'm going to say this to you. I've got three sons, Aidan,
And I don't know if you know that, but I
got three sons, and if they did this to their mom,
and my sons have chosen to stay with their girlfriends. Uh,
Joe did, but Joe is in another state. If it
was in the same state, I'd beat his ass. I would,

(02:22:31):
I swear to you. I would, absolutely I would. I
would tell you that you have your priorities in the
wrong place.

Speaker 26 (02:22:36):
Aidan.

Speaker 2 (02:22:36):
I think that you're you are an ahole. You're worse
than an a whole. You're an effing a hole.

Speaker 9 (02:22:42):
I want to ask you this question, and you know,
Heaven forbid you guys break up. I know you really
like her, but how are you going to feel come
New Year's if you guys are no longer together and
you skipped this family Thanksgiving?

Speaker 7 (02:22:55):
It's going to suck.

Speaker 45 (02:22:57):
I mean not Yeah, I wouldn't feel good, but I'm
in it for the long haul.

Speaker 2 (02:23:02):
You know, Hey, sometimes lissen has got to be learned.

Speaker 26 (02:23:06):
Man.

Speaker 2 (02:23:07):
Yeah, you exactly learn your lesson. Your mom's not inviting
you next year when you're not with this girl. Monique,
what do you want to say is aiden and ahole?

Speaker 42 (02:23:15):
Aiden is an a hole. That's kind of car animosity
between a mother and a girlfriend.

Speaker 2 (02:23:20):
Yeah, I think about that. Yeah, yeah, you think your
girlfriend's gonna have fun coming over to your mom's house
after persuading you to go to her family's and arbor
house for Thanksgiving? Good luck, my friend? I agree, Monica,
that's a great call. Becky, what do you think?

Speaker 40 (02:23:39):
Good morning?

Speaker 36 (02:23:40):
All I have to say is quick tail trip and
the kid he's had twenty three thanks Givings with his mama.

Speaker 37 (02:23:46):
He can go and have one with this girl even though.

Speaker 20 (02:23:49):
It's been two months.

Speaker 33 (02:23:51):
Just wait until a not grew up and then she
becomes the boy mo.

Speaker 42 (02:23:56):
Yeah, well there's baby involved.

Speaker 16 (02:23:58):
Yeah, and then she's not involved in anything.

Speaker 2 (02:24:01):
So I'm waiting, by the way, I'm waiting for. I
was waiting for where you're going with this one, Becky.
And I'm thinking to myself, Becky, you have kids, don't you?

Speaker 25 (02:24:11):
Yep?

Speaker 33 (02:24:11):
And I have a twenty four year old and he's
going to his girl program.

Speaker 4 (02:24:16):
And you know what, Becky, he's a little prick too.

Speaker 2 (02:24:20):
You're living there.

Speaker 4 (02:24:21):
What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Speaker 25 (02:24:23):
I am enjoying it.

Speaker 40 (02:24:24):
Kids free?

Speaker 33 (02:24:25):
Oh my god, she prayed to do it too.

Speaker 17 (02:24:28):
Wow.

Speaker 33 (02:24:29):
Nothing yep.

Speaker 15 (02:24:30):
Man.

Speaker 4 (02:24:32):
Yeah, I'm telling you.

Speaker 2 (02:24:33):
If this was Chelsea, if this was our son that
was on the phone and this was Chelsea here, she
would call up and she would rate this guy for
doing this.

Speaker 4 (02:24:42):
Ryan, what's going on? Chelsea called Chelsea and asked Chelsea's
thoughts on this one. Yeah, am I the hole? What
do you think?

Speaker 15 (02:24:48):
Ryan?

Speaker 43 (02:24:50):
Morning?

Speaker 2 (02:24:51):
Morning?

Speaker 45 (02:24:51):
Hi?

Speaker 25 (02:24:54):
First time time.

Speaker 5 (02:24:55):
Ryan's on the phone.

Speaker 4 (02:24:58):
Ryan is aiding an a hole. It's am I the
right now?

Speaker 35 (02:25:01):
Uh?

Speaker 33 (02:25:02):
He is not the a hole.

Speaker 25 (02:25:03):
I have a similar story where I did the same thing.

Speaker 24 (02:25:06):
I only knew this girl for two months, and fast.

Speaker 2 (02:25:09):
Forward thirteen years later, we've been.

Speaker 17 (02:25:11):
Married and have three children. Wow.

Speaker 2 (02:25:14):
Wait, you left your family for a girl two months
into the relationship, just like him, and it worked out.

Speaker 33 (02:25:21):
It did work out, and we were only an hour
away from my family as well away with her family.

Speaker 4 (02:25:26):
The whole day was your parent? Were your mom like
really upset about this?

Speaker 25 (02:25:34):
We kind of had a separate Thanksgiving a few weeks later,
kind of like an early Christmas.

Speaker 26 (02:25:40):
Yeah, that kind of made up for it.

Speaker 4 (02:25:41):
I guess was she pested though at the time, Like,
was she devastated at the time?

Speaker 25 (02:25:47):
I don't think so, Because all my other siblings were there.

Speaker 45 (02:25:51):
She was able to you know, we planned that we
would meet up in a couple of weeks.

Speaker 17 (02:25:56):
Anyway.

Speaker 4 (02:25:57):
Yeah, wow, well it worked out for you.

Speaker 2 (02:26:01):
I you know, I give your mom a lot of
credit because I think most moms would be hurt by that.

Speaker 4 (02:26:08):
Kelly, what's up?

Speaker 37 (02:26:10):
Hi?

Speaker 36 (02:26:11):
I think that he's not because mom boys like nofense
to mom boys out there, but they're just too much.
And it's like, you're twenty four. You can do whatever
you want to do if you don't set your stance
now in saying what you want to do. Then your
mom's just going to control your life and be oh, well,

(02:26:32):
you know, it's always going to be his family and
you're always going to want to do his stuff. It's
just setting a stance in your relationship now that I
want to be with you, whether it's two months or not,
I want to be with you. I'm going to spend
time with your family.

Speaker 2 (02:26:45):
Hey. By the way, Aiden lives with his mom, So
maybe mom boy needs to cut that cord. Hold on
a second, real quick. I'm a mom, boy or a boy.
Mom is on the phone with us right now. Her
name is Chelsea, she's my wife. What do you think
about that?

Speaker 7 (02:27:01):
Caller ke Kelly Kelly said, we need that says it all.

Speaker 4 (02:27:05):
Say Hi Chelse, Kelly.

Speaker 6 (02:27:07):
Hi.

Speaker 36 (02:27:10):
You know I'm a mom of both, so I kind of.

Speaker 2 (02:27:13):
Understand if they're probably young.

Speaker 4 (02:27:14):
How old are your kids.

Speaker 36 (02:27:16):
Mine?

Speaker 6 (02:27:17):
They are?

Speaker 17 (02:27:17):
Little? Good luck?

Speaker 15 (02:27:20):
All right?

Speaker 2 (02:27:20):
Let me so let me ask Chelsea. Chelsea, you're on
with Aiden too. He's choosing to not go to mom's Thanksgiving,
but choose choosing to go to his girlfriend's Thanksgiving two months.

Speaker 4 (02:27:34):
What do you think about that?

Speaker 11 (02:27:36):
Aiden?

Speaker 45 (02:27:37):
Aiden?

Speaker 17 (02:27:37):
Aiden?

Speaker 46 (02:27:40):
That is not I don't think I think that that's
awful for your family.

Speaker 50 (02:27:43):
But you know what, then we have to live with
our choices, and choices always come back later.

Speaker 2 (02:27:48):
Really, okay, what do you think? What do you think
the choices are that will come back later on this one?

Speaker 50 (02:27:52):
I mean I think listen, I think once you are
in an established relationship and it's a full uncommitment. And
by the way, I'd love to hear what your opinion
is now, because you're yeah, because you've been very vocal
about stuff lately.

Speaker 2 (02:28:08):
I my opinion is, my opinion is that it's he
doesn't need to it's two months into it, you know
what I mean, that's my opinion.

Speaker 4 (02:28:16):
Explain explain what my vocalness has been about.

Speaker 50 (02:28:20):
Well, because all of a sudden this year when it's
our holidays are very very different. Now, all of a
sudden you come to the realization, like you'll say, well,
I guess we'll never see him again. Our holidays are
always going to be for now.

Speaker 5 (02:28:36):
Where before you're like, let.

Speaker 50 (02:28:37):
Them do what they want to do.

Speaker 38 (02:28:39):
And I think there's just.

Speaker 42 (02:28:40):
So many years you know that you have your kids
and you can have a.

Speaker 50 (02:28:45):
Family, thanks getting before the dynamic changes, and that when
it changes, it changes, but two months come.

Speaker 2 (02:28:50):
On, yeah, hold on, hold on saying hold on. This
is even better than Chelsea being on the phone on
the phone, Aiden, you there, Yeah, I'm here, a little bastard.
Hold on a second. Tell me it's the mother of
the little bastards on the phone's mom. Laura was Laura, Hi, Mojoe,
how are you?

Speaker 4 (02:29:10):
I'm good, Laura. Say hi to my wife Chelsea.

Speaker 12 (02:29:14):
Hi, Chelsea.

Speaker 4 (02:29:15):
And then you're and say hi to your son Aiden?

Speaker 24 (02:29:20):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (02:29:20):
Aiden?

Speaker 14 (02:29:21):
Why why are you doing this?

Speaker 9 (02:29:25):
Why are you calling up and talking?

Speaker 10 (02:29:29):
What? What?

Speaker 45 (02:29:31):
Uh? I I don't know.

Speaker 25 (02:29:34):
I just need advice, that's all.

Speaker 7 (02:29:38):
You're being very disrespectful.

Speaker 38 (02:29:41):
This is ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (02:29:43):
What what do you How are you feeling about this?

Speaker 25 (02:29:45):
Laura?

Speaker 4 (02:29:46):
How are you feeling about Aiden not being there on Thursday?

Speaker 32 (02:29:49):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (02:29:49):
I'm upset, you know what.

Speaker 50 (02:29:51):
I this is a tradition and you know all the
family will be there, so it's it is very bothersome.

Speaker 45 (02:29:58):
And I already told you, Okay, I've been to every
Thanksgiving before. This is the only one that I'm gonna miss.

Speaker 4 (02:30:08):
Okay, Yeah, I know, But I think it's.

Speaker 12 (02:30:12):
You're disrespecting the rest of the family, and why can't you.

Speaker 2 (02:30:15):
Share the day.

Speaker 45 (02:30:18):
What do you mean? How am I supposed to share
the day?

Speaker 14 (02:30:20):
Oh?

Speaker 45 (02:30:21):
Like, what does that mean?

Speaker 16 (02:30:23):
Well, go to go to her family, go to you know,
have dinner with us, and then go to her family
for dessert or something like that.

Speaker 45 (02:30:29):
Or it's like over an hour. That doesn't make sense.

Speaker 4 (02:30:37):
So it's an hour Charles. Should we beat his ass?
We should we help Laura beat his ass?

Speaker 14 (02:30:45):
Man?

Speaker 4 (02:30:45):
Come on, man, I here's here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (02:30:49):
Aiden.

Speaker 4 (02:30:50):
Your mom gave birth to you. How long was labor Laura?

Speaker 33 (02:30:56):
Oh boy?

Speaker 40 (02:31:00):
Oh yeah, that's true.

Speaker 46 (02:31:02):
That's true.

Speaker 17 (02:31:03):
I mean your mom.

Speaker 2 (02:31:05):
Your mom hasn't been the same since she gave birth
to you, your little bastard that.

Speaker 9 (02:31:12):
I was just gonna say that.

Speaker 4 (02:31:18):
Listen, Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 45 (02:31:20):
Aiden, I'm very grateful for my mom, my family. Okay,
but I just have a feeling about this girl.

Speaker 12 (02:31:29):
Okay, Mom, have you met the girl?

Speaker 11 (02:31:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 50 (02:31:33):
I have, I have.

Speaker 46 (02:31:34):
She's nice.

Speaker 2 (02:31:35):
But again, it's so early in the relationship.

Speaker 7 (02:31:38):
Yeah for sure.

Speaker 45 (02:31:39):
But okay, but like when you know you know?

Speaker 2 (02:31:43):
Oh god, I didn't think I know you don't.

Speaker 4 (02:31:50):
Listen, I will say this a right there. I will
say this to you.

Speaker 2 (02:31:54):
Aiden. We all have to live with our content. We
all we all have to deal with the consequences of
our actions, as my wife will say, and I think
you're gonna have to deal with it too. And Mom,
he's no longer the favorite in the family. I guess
after this one.

Speaker 9 (02:32:12):
The leftovers, Yeah, that's right, that's right, all those favorite
dishes you like me to cook it are not going
to be available.

Speaker 50 (02:32:20):
And you know what, I'm going to tell you what happens?
Then you get a phone call from the girlfriend asking
for the recipes.

Speaker 46 (02:32:26):
Tweak A good idea?

Speaker 4 (02:32:34):
All right, am I there? We hold on Mojo in

hour's Dirty?

Speaker 9 (02:35:28):
Shout out to our Detroit Pistons thirteen and as of
last night, I saw keV come in wearing all his
Pistons gear, including my favorite blue jacket.

Speaker 13 (02:35:40):
Like that too, big come on man, thirteen in a row,
going for fourteen tomorrow, looking at stay undefeated in the
NBA Cup, looking to have the best start to a
season in our franchise history.

Speaker 2 (02:35:52):
Here's going to be a Pistons.

Speaker 22 (02:35:54):
It's amazing. We played for the Detroit Pistons. Man a
historic franchise. So to be able to make history for
historic franchise like this is it's special.

Speaker 9 (02:36:05):
Sar Thompson, who was also on the team that lost
twenty eight games in a row, talking about what a
big difference it is right now For.

Speaker 28 (02:36:12):
Me personally, I take it like a game at a time.
I worry about it like that. I try to think
of the you know, bigger picture. I want to, you know,
take this as far as we can. But it is
crazy to think back when we were two and fourteen
that you know, we could get fourteen wins and the
way we have, I.

Speaker 27 (02:36:30):
Mean when we got fifteen, but we could get fourteen
in a row. I got a question to ask, all right,
sports question. Okay, we're Randa, who would you rather be
right now?

Speaker 2 (02:36:43):
Sports franchise wise, the Detroit Lions were the Detroit Pistons,
and I know that, you know, people are like why
would you even make you choose this is a good hypothetical. Yeah, yeah,
I think I would say the Pistons. I agree with you.

(02:37:03):
I think that I think the Piston Although I will
say this, everybody's still predicting that the Lions are going
to win a Super Bowl. But I will say this
to you, I think if I am looking at it,
and it's not because they won thirteen straight games, the Pistons,
but I think that you have a better opportunity. But
I do think I don't know, I'm gonna say Detroit Lions.
I'm gonna go Detroit Lions. I'd rather be the Detroit

(02:37:23):
Lions franchise right now than the Pistons because I think
that the I think that the Lions are setting themselves
up with a couple of, you know, great pieces that
they have to go on a little bit of a
run in the playoffs. Things are a little bit different
in the NFL playoffs. We think about this. We were
one game from going to the Super Bowl, yeah, two

(02:37:43):
years ago. Yeah, and I think we're in a better
I think we are in a better spot. We got
to figure this offensive lineup. Ronda is with us right now.
Ronda is our sports director of iHeart. Who would you
rather be right now, franchise wise, the Detroit Pistons or
the Detroit Lions.

Speaker 7 (02:37:58):
Well, it's early in the season for the Pistons.

Speaker 2 (02:38:01):
Yeah, more reason why I wouldn't go that way.

Speaker 48 (02:38:04):
But the Lions. I was just talking to somebody about
this the other day. If they were to go to
a Super Bowl. This is the year that there's no
one team that you think they're going. You know, it's
it's wide open because the teams that you thought were great,
like the Eagles or the Chiefs.

Speaker 5 (02:38:23):
Not so much.

Speaker 4 (02:38:23):
The Eagles offense looks as bad as our offense looks.

Speaker 48 (02:38:26):
You know, I mean, twenty one to nothing and they
can't score in the second half and the Cowboy but
the Cowboys are coming in here and yeah next week.

Speaker 4 (02:38:35):
Yeah, and the Packers.

Speaker 5 (02:38:37):
I mean, so that game Sunday.

Speaker 48 (02:38:41):
What I thought the Corgi halftime show was more entertaining
because people were talking about it.

Speaker 2 (02:38:47):
We talked about that earlier in the show. It's like
more people were sitting in the seats enjoying that one
than they were the first.

Speaker 48 (02:38:52):
Alb how do you get on the field. I can't
my credential, I am not allowed on the field.

Speaker 4 (02:38:57):
My buddy Will Christine knows some people with the Lions.
I don't know. I do Can I get Can I
tell you something.

Speaker 2 (02:39:04):
That I've been in this down for twenty six years
almost I get nothing from any of these guys.

Speaker 4 (02:39:08):
I pay for my tickets. I gotta go nobody, guys.
Can I got to keep it?

Speaker 2 (02:39:14):
You know what I'm gonna do that I don't either.
One last thing because then Channon's got to finish the
dirty because we got to get to War of the Roses.

Speaker 4 (02:39:19):
But one last thing.

Speaker 2 (02:39:21):
I think Dan Campbell, out of all you know, all
of the crap that he gets for this offensive line thing,
I think he's smart enough to know if he should
stop calling these offensive plays.

Speaker 4 (02:39:32):
I think he's gonna, oh.

Speaker 7 (02:39:33):
No, he's going to continue.

Speaker 2 (02:39:34):
I don't think so.

Speaker 48 (02:39:35):
You know, it's funny because Jared Goff, I don't I
don't know if you noticed, but after the interception, the
pass was tipped a lot, and then you know, to Amang, Yeah,
he goes to the sidelights and he has his like
his his board, you know that laptop or whatever you
want to be on the Microsoft surface, right, and he
got was so angry, like clutching it and like just

(02:39:55):
so mad because there were so many drops, which is
so uncharacteristic of this team and a mon Ros Saint Brown.
So but you can't have you can't run the ball
a million times, never gonna have. It has to be,
you know, equal, and if you just like Jamerica, Gibbs
is not going to run for two hundred and sixteen
yards every game.

Speaker 4 (02:40:16):
Yeah, all right, Randa, thank you for coming here.

Speaker 12 (02:40:21):
I wanted to you guys, thanksgiving.

Speaker 4 (02:40:24):
All right, Now back to Shannon. Shannon, who would you
rather be? Would you now?

Speaker 10 (02:40:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (02:40:31):
I did breaking dirty right now? That literally just came down.

Speaker 9 (02:40:33):
Four more people just arrested in connection with that that
heist at the Louver Museum museum in Paris. Two men
ages thirty and thirty nine and two women ages thirty
one and forty were just arrested. So all four people
are from Paris. Do you guys know the name Tara Reid?
Do you remember her from American Pie. I wasn't going

(02:40:55):
to do this story, but I keep seeing it everywhere
and it is.

Speaker 7 (02:40:58):
A good reminder.

Speaker 9 (02:41:01):
So she was in Chicago recently having a drink at
her hotel bar, went outside to have a cigarette. When
she came back, she noticed that her cocktail had a
napkin on top of it, and she's like, I don't
I did not do that. She drank it anyway, said
she blacked out almost immediately. Hours later, she woke up
in a hospital room with no memory of what happened

(02:41:24):
in between. Video from the hotel bar shows her being
rolled out on a stretcher. She is very disoriented, could
not speak clearly, so she obviously believes somebody drugged her drink.
Police are investigating right now, and it's just another good
warning of be careful with your drinks, pay attention if
something shit.

Speaker 4 (02:41:44):
Chicago.

Speaker 7 (02:41:44):
You know what I could? I could look If keV
wants to google leg go to the next story. But yeah, crazy.

Speaker 9 (02:41:50):
Former First Lady Michelle Obama posted some behind the scenes
photos and videos from a photo shoot with famed photographer
any leab of Itz, and the very first thing that
everybody noticed about it was Wow, she's slimmed down and
is way more toned than she normally is. And of course,
right away in the comments, people start speculating she's doing

(02:42:13):
the jab ozempic.

Speaker 11 (02:42:15):
That bound.

Speaker 13 (02:42:19):
Woe. Which one are you doing? I want to make
sure we get equal opportunity.

Speaker 2 (02:42:23):
I'm doing uh Z that bound?

Speaker 15 (02:42:26):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (02:42:28):
Is that why you wanted me to do this story?
You were like, please do the story again.

Speaker 34 (02:42:31):
I got something.

Speaker 9 (02:42:37):
And lastly, this.

Speaker 7 (02:42:38):
Story is trending this morning.

Speaker 9 (02:42:39):
A Campbell Soup's Campbell's Soup Company executive there we Go,
caught on tape ranting about the company's products, its customers,
and its staff.

Speaker 7 (02:42:48):
This guy's name is Martin Bailey. He's a VP.

Speaker 9 (02:42:51):
He's also the company's chief information security officer. He was
allegedly taped during a meeting talking about how unhealthy Campbell's
Soup actually is.

Speaker 54 (02:43:03):
A former Campbell Soup Company employee is taking legal action
against the food giants, and he's making some explosive allegations
about one of its top executives.

Speaker 55 (02:43:12):
Close allegations are now at the center of a lawsuit
claiming the company's vice president went on an hour long
tie rade attacking the company's products and employees before taking
aim at its customers.

Speaker 54 (02:43:24):
And the former employee recorded at all. Eric Erickson shares
that recording company is saying about.

Speaker 51 (02:43:29):
It poor people, and that's just part of an over
an hour long rant, says former security analyst for Campbell's
Robert Garza of Monroe.

Speaker 23 (02:43:41):
I don't find it's barely anymore so healthy that.

Speaker 10 (02:43:47):
Even soup. I look at it.

Speaker 23 (02:43:50):
Bio engineered me. I don't want you to a piece
of chicken. It came from a three D printer.

Speaker 4 (02:43:56):
You That, by the way, is interesting.

Speaker 2 (02:43:59):
So wait, So the guy that's from Monroe, that's the
local guy, is the guy that does all their social
media or something like that, and I.

Speaker 7 (02:44:05):
Think I believe he was the one that was filming
this this thing.

Speaker 9 (02:44:08):
By the way, for the record, Campbell's came out to
say this, this dude is on temporarily is temporarily unleave
excuse me, and said they do use one hundred percent
real chicken from long trusted US suppliers.

Speaker 13 (02:44:20):
That's a lot. I got Campbell's in the cabinet right now.
After I watch this video, I win and look and
it does say whatever you say about bioengineered me. I
literally said that on the can Well, no, I promise you.
But he doesn't show it in the top where it
says like eggs and no no d D. But if
you look down underneath, it literally says bioengineered me.

Speaker 4 (02:44:38):
Does it say some gum whenever I see that and stuff,
what is that?

Speaker 7 (02:44:43):
I guess what does that mean?

Speaker 45 (02:44:44):
Like?

Speaker 7 (02:44:45):
Is that chicken nuggets? What does that mean? Before I'm
all grossed out by it?

Speaker 2 (02:44:49):
Here's my favorite part of that entire report. If you
watch the whole Erica Erickson report. At the end of
the report, she comes back.

Speaker 56 (02:44:55):
I'm in New Jersey, but thinking he'd be discussed.

Speaker 2 (02:44:58):
She comes back at the end of the report says
to eat souplesness.

Speaker 56 (02:45:08):
Garza says he felt sick after the rant, deciding to
go to his direct supervisor in January, keeping the work.

Speaker 2 (02:45:16):
Let me go to the end.

Speaker 26 (02:45:17):
That's not the case.

Speaker 11 (02:45:18):
We did just receive a statement from Campbell's. It says,
quote if accurate.

Speaker 56 (02:45:22):
The comments and the recording are unacceptable. They do not
reflect our values and the culture of our company. We
are actively investigating this manner. We've also reached out directly
to Martin Valley Erica Erickson Local.

Speaker 9 (02:45:34):
Four some soup.

Speaker 2 (02:45:42):
Yeah, she actually ate the Campbell's chicken noodle soup, proving
that it's okay to eat because Erica.

Speaker 4 (02:45:47):
Look at her, she's very nicely healthy. Have we heard
from her since yes.

Speaker 13 (02:45:54):

In the morning, Jacqueline saw something that made her think
that her husband could be cheating on her. And what
was that?

Speaker 46 (02:47:09):
It was on his search history?

Speaker 2 (02:47:11):
What did you see on his search history?

Speaker 46 (02:47:13):
It was all stuff about cheating and getting away with cheating.

Speaker 4 (02:47:18):
He was searching what specifically, like.

Speaker 46 (02:47:21):
It was in chat gpt. It was the search history
on there.

Speaker 2 (02:47:25):
Did you get a cell phone?

Speaker 48 (02:47:28):
No?

Speaker 46 (02:47:28):
No, no, no, it was it was on our home computer.

Speaker 7 (02:47:31):
Okay, wait what did this? What did it like?

Speaker 9 (02:47:33):
What was he asking chat gept?

Speaker 47 (02:47:37):
It was stuff like how to get away with cheating,
like apps where you can cheat, excuses for cheating.

Speaker 46 (02:47:45):
Like it was all There was a whole whole bunch
of stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (02:47:48):
How long have you guys been married?

Speaker 46 (02:47:52):
Just over ten years?

Speaker 2 (02:47:53):
And have you ever in the ten years that you
guys have been together ever had any issues at all?
Any infidel?

Speaker 32 (02:48:01):
No?

Speaker 12 (02:48:02):
Has he been acting differently lately?

Speaker 10 (02:48:07):
No?

Speaker 2 (02:48:08):
I know what this to me is like, Yeah, maybe
he thinks she's.

Speaker 12 (02:48:12):
Cheating, like maybe he's researching because of someone else.

Speaker 4 (02:48:16):
Have you ever thought about that.

Speaker 36 (02:48:21):
I mean, he he.

Speaker 46 (02:48:22):
Should know better, but no, I hadn't.

Speaker 9 (02:48:26):
Does your so does your relationship feel off to you?

Speaker 46 (02:48:31):
I mean lately yeah, a little.

Speaker 25 (02:48:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (02:48:35):
So to Anna's point, maybe he's worried about you.

Speaker 2 (02:48:39):
This this might be weird. But like, are y'all the
only ones in the house?

Speaker 46 (02:48:45):
Well no, I mean we have two kids. Our daughter's
nine and our sons eleven.

Speaker 2 (02:48:50):
They're not cheer.

Speaker 12 (02:48:52):
Searching unless they think their parents are cheating now, but
nine and nine and eleven, you're thinking that.

Speaker 4 (02:49:00):
I don't know, does he have opportunity to cheat?

Speaker 26 (02:49:04):
Like?

Speaker 2 (02:49:04):
Does he is he away from the house or away
from you for periods of time? Does he have females
that he works with or stuff like that.

Speaker 46 (02:49:12):
He's got a woman that he works with. But I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:49:16):
Okay, because a lot of times when you put all
this together, it seems like it could be somewhat obvious.
But the idea that it's obvious that he's looking up cheating,
I always say this, I'd like to know how I
would handle it, And I guess I'd probably ask you know,
friends and you know people I was close to, Hey,

(02:49:38):
what would you do? And I guess that's kind of
where you're going right now. And you want us to
call him up to see where he's going to send
a dozen free roses? Yes, okay, why don't we do this?
Why don't we make a phone call see what he
does when we ask him where he's going to send
a dozen free roses and hope that he sends the
flowers to Jacqueline. I want you to mute your phone.

Speaker 4 (02:50:00):

Speaker 9 (02:52:48):
We'll already have all their information on here. I just
it just makes me check a box. And okay, so
it is co worker. I want to make sure that
the dozen long stemmed red roses is okay.

Speaker 26 (02:52:59):
Yeah, yeah, that's that's great.

Speaker 7 (02:53:02):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (02:53:02):
And then I am going to put a card on
this that'll be delivered with the flowers. And what did
you want that card to say?

Speaker 32 (02:53:09):
Oh M, I guess say something like, uh.

Speaker 26 (02:53:18):
Well, I guess just say.

Speaker 10 (02:53:20):

finish up the call and then we're going to send
those flowers off. I did just ask you just a
quick question. This might be a little intrusive, but I
apologize for asking this. Is this somebody that you just
work with?

Speaker 17 (02:53:56):
I'm sorry?

Speaker 32 (02:53:57):
Who is this?

Speaker 4 (02:53:58):
I'm sorry?

Speaker 2 (02:53:58):
We work for the same company for roses bloom dot com.
I'm I'm just wondering if this is somebody you work
with or somebody you're in a relationship with, just so
we have an idea of.

Speaker 26 (02:54:09):
Uh, yeah, yeah, it's just yeah, it's some of my
work with.

Speaker 4 (02:54:13):

or work with?

Speaker 10 (02:54:16):
Oh?

Speaker 17 (02:54:16):

Speaker 10 (02:54:18):
I mean I guess, I guess technically she could be
like a work wife, But no, no.

Speaker 2 (02:54:22):
We just worked together, Okay, Because I was just wondering,
because while we have been talking to you and you've
been sending the flowers, Dennis, I just wanted to inform
you that your wife, Jacqueline, was listening in and just
heard you send flowers to another woman, and I wanted
to make sure that you weren't going to get yourself
into trouble for sending them to somebody that you might

(02:54:45):
be in a relationship with.

Speaker 17 (02:54:49):
Wait, what is this you're how do you know my wife?

Speaker 2 (02:54:58):
Dennis? Your wife, Jacqueline called up the Mojo in the
morning show, and we're calling you right now to see
where you would send flowers to. And she just heard
you send flowers to a coworker, and I just wanted
to make sure that it wasn't somebody that you might have.
Dennis hung up the phone. It didn't sound like he

(02:55:27):
was in a relationship or anything with him, But then
all of a sudden, hanging up the phone seems like
it's more.

Speaker 9 (02:55:34):
Also, I do think it's weird when I ask, like,
is this flower arrangement?

Speaker 2 (02:55:38):
Okay, yep, Yeah, Jacqueline, do you know who that coworker is?

Speaker 28 (02:55:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:55:48):
And is it somebody that you had had worried about?

Speaker 28 (02:55:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:55:56):
What do you know about her besides just the fact
that they work together?

Speaker 14 (02:56:03):
Not much.

Speaker 46 (02:56:06):
I've I've met her once and she's very young and
very pretty.

Speaker 2 (02:56:17):
And is it's it's somebody that he does get time
to be around alone.

Speaker 46 (02:56:26):
I honestly don't know. I don't I don't know how
close they are, all right.

selfie with him?

Speaker 4 (02:58:37):
A lot of times it's like a like a ninety
year old guy. The guy has no clue what I'm doing.
The ceiling tile is going to fallo or something. But
you know, it's fun. It is so fun.

Speaker 2 (02:58:48):
But I want to talk your zero hunger, zero waste
program that you guys do and have been doing since
what mid twenty sixty seventeen seventeen twenty seventeen, has fed
so many families in our area in our listening areas.
I mean, if it wasn't for what you guys do
in doing that program. There are many people and we
just saw the shutdown and stuff where people were worried

(02:59:09):
about getting you know, food that you guys benefits so
many different agencies around our area. So thank you guys
for that not a problem all. I mean, you know,
it's the holiday season.

Speaker 57 (02:59:21):
It's the season of giving and families are supposed to
gather around the table and enjoy a warm meal with
one another and make new memories. So whether it's partnering
with you guys, partner with any of the great organizations
across the Metro Detroit area, we're happy to do our
partnering the holiday season.

Speaker 2 (02:59:34):
And every breaking and entering Christmas wish that we do.
One of the greatest things that we can provide for
the listener that is getting this wish done or the
hopefully now new listener, because a lot of times it's
a listener that turns somebody else on, you know, for
the holidays, is when we say, hey, and we are
also going to fill your cupboards, your refrigerators with food

(02:59:54):
so that you guys don't have to worry about that.
The peace of mind of a mom to know that
her kids are going to i'd be eating is the
one let's worry about that's right. That's right.

Speaker 4 (03:00:03):
Well, thank you for coming in. I appreciate it. Out
Are you gonna have Thanksgiving with us? Are you gonna
hang out for a.

Speaker 2 (03:00:08):
Little bit and I show up for nothing?

Speaker 10 (03:00:13):
What is it?

Speaker 2 (03:00:13):
Must have a Thanksgiving?

Speaker 4 (03:00:15):
Okay?

Speaker 57 (03:00:16):
So we talk of me personally, yes, you personally? Man,
You know, nothing can be some Gramma Gala mashed potatoes.

Speaker 9 (03:00:23):
Potato counter.

Speaker 2 (03:00:25):
Yeah, I put on.

Speaker 57 (03:00:26):
Extra amounts of salt, but you know, at the end
of the day, that's that's what That's what cleanses the pal.

Speaker 19 (03:00:30):
Do you know how she makes it?

Speaker 4 (03:00:32):
You know, there's some things that are better left unknown.

Speaker 5 (03:00:35):
I'm a secret.

Speaker 3 (03:00:36):
It's never getting up.

Speaker 12 (03:00:37):
Potato still in it?

Speaker 2 (03:00:39):
Nope?

Speaker 4 (03:00:39):
Okay, yeah, potato? Do you make it?

Speaker 2 (03:00:45):
Do you make like? Do you make your wife make
them on that way?

Speaker 21 (03:00:49):
Or like?

Speaker 2 (03:00:49):
You know, because I will say this to you, my
sister Tracy makes the best mashed potatoes. Tracy has. For years,
Chelsea and I would make mashed potatoes. They weren't the same.
Chelsea would see how happy I was when my sister's
cash potatoes would come out. She eventually went to her
and got the mashed potato recipe I think you got
to make sure that grandma passes that gent down to

(03:01:10):
the generation.

Speaker 57 (03:01:11):
Right now, it's it's you know, commonly duplicated, but nobody,
nobody can replicate it yet, so we'll keep pushing on her.

Speaker 4 (03:01:18):
How would you grade your wife smashed potatoes? Answer?

Speaker 23 (03:01:28):
Liar?

Speaker 13 (03:01:28):
Liar, Come on, I don't know if there are wives
out there who hate making certain things because it'll never
live up to either the mom or the ground.

Speaker 12 (03:01:37):
I think my mom with literally everything that she makes
my dad, my dad never likes it, like, really likes
his mom's cooking way better.

Speaker 4 (03:01:45):
Swear, I'll be honest.

Speaker 2 (03:01:46):
I think that I would never say that to Chelse,
like I would never tell her that, but she can
see and my sister Mary Joe makes the best stuffing.
Chelsea got that recipe and learned how to do it.
The potatoes, you know, that was the thing. And I
think that as a significant other, it's not making you
look like you're a bad cook. I mean, these are
recipes that obviously my sister didn't start that recipe.

Speaker 4 (03:02:09):
She got it from somebody else.

Speaker 12 (03:02:10):
They pulled Chelsea and tweaked it a little bit, a
little sabotage.

Speaker 2 (03:02:15):
Well, my sisters want to make sure I'm fat and happy.
But you're right thought Chelsea's saying that this morning, Hey,
it's Mojo in the morning. Can I talk about something
that happened this morning that I wanted to bring up
as a general topic, but I want to also tell
you it's kind of a funny story. So in the morning,
I always go every single morning on my way into work,
I go to the Starbucks that's over I think it's

(03:02:37):
out like Southfield or whatever it's off of or Northwestern
Highway and Franklin Road or something like that, and I
get a coffee and I get my egg white bites.
Every day I pull up to the speaker system and
I pre order it, like at five am when they
first open. I pull up at five o three and
they go, hey, maw Joe, pull around. Actually like it,
same people every single day. Well, today I pull up

(03:03:00):
to the window and the girl that's there says, hey,
how are you? And she's always really upbeat and stuff,
and I say, hey, so what are you doing for Thanksgiving?
And she said something to me that I didn't know
how to react to. She said, well, I'm doing nothing.
I'm by myself. And I said, what's going on, and
she goes I was supposed to go back to West

(03:03:20):
Virginia to go visit my family, but I'm working on
Thanksgiving and it's too hard for me to go back
and stuff, so I'm going to be by myself. So
for a moment there, I thought, you know what, I'm
going to invite her to my Thanksgiving. I'm going to
tell her to come on over with me in the ks.

Speaker 4 (03:03:35):
Well, I've done this.

Speaker 2 (03:03:37):
I've done this in the past. I've done it where
I've invited random people, everybody from the radio station to
honestly somebody that I would meet out. And honestly, I'm
not inviting I don't think anybody that's going to like
kill us. I'm really good. The problem with this one
was this girl is actually really attractive. She's like twenty
something years old and very very hot. Okay, I did

(03:04:00):
not invite her to my house.

Speaker 17 (03:04:02):
Why not?

Speaker 2 (03:04:03):
Because I know if I bring her. First off, I
say Chelse. Because I've done this in the past with Chelsea,
where I've invited people over. We've even did it as
a joke where we called her and said, guess who's
coming to Thanksgiving?

Speaker 4 (03:04:14):
And I remember we did don Theodore. I remember it
was Don Theodore and his kids and stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:04:18):
So I can just picture the doorbell ringing and me saying, Chelse,
I invited the girl from Starbucks over, the lady from
Starbucks over. I would probably not call her a girl,
because I would call her a lady. I invited this
woman from Starbucks over, and she'd ring the doorbell. We
would open the door and there's like a twenty two
years hair.

Speaker 7 (03:04:43):
Lights flowing.

Speaker 2 (03:04:44):
And I am wiser now as I've gotten older in
the past. I would you know, I think nothing of it.
I think, why would she think anything dirty about that?
I am a nice, honest, Catholic boy. I'm not you
know what I mean.

Speaker 12 (03:04:58):
You talk about it enough to know that you shouldn't
do it.

Speaker 2 (03:05:00):
So I thought about it enough to realize now that
I've gotten myself burned before and off of doing that
of you know, hey, you got to meet this person,
and next thing you know, Chelsea ses this, you know,
beautiful model or something. So I would like you guys
to do me a favor. Will you go to the
Starbus on the Northwestern Highway and invite.

Speaker 23 (03:05:19):
This girl over your hid?

Speaker 9 (03:05:22):
So I do always love hearing stories about the random
people that whomever's hosting Thanksgiving invite, And I honestly I
love those stories of like the people that didn't have
anywhere to go, so you know, all of a sudden,
it's the cashier at Kroger that shows up for Thanksgiving.

Speaker 12 (03:05:39):
This viral thing going around on social media. I want
to say it happened a couple of years ago, but
a grandmother was trying to send a text to someone.
She accidentally sent it to a very young man and
they've been doing Thanksgiving together ever since. I wanted.

Speaker 9 (03:05:52):
I think it's like ten years ago, past ten years.

Speaker 2 (03:05:55):
It honestly is one of the cutest stories around that
they became friends off of the random thing. That could
be Chelsea, that Chelsea, that could be us, that could
be what would happen here? Hold on a Laura wants
to make a comment.

Speaker 40 (03:06:08):
Hi, Laura, Hi, you should invite her for Luke.

Speaker 2 (03:06:13):
You know, I thought about that, but Luke kind of
has ah. Luke kind of has like a lady friend
that he's been seeing. I don't know what its story is, nothing,
no harm, can I tell you, Laura? Honestly, ten years ago,
Mojo would have invited her. I would have given her
my home address. Matter of fact, I probably would have

(03:06:34):
told her that she could stay the night. This I'm
ten years wiser, Laura. I'm ten years wiser in a
divorce attorney, hired from actually making mistakes like that.

Speaker 4 (03:06:46):
Ever again, Laura, I won't do it anymore.

Speaker 10 (03:06:49):
So.

Speaker 2 (03:06:49):
I actually I actually almost wanted to say to her, Hey,
my buddy cam over at Kroger. No, no, no, I
was gonna say, I got meals, you know, wee house, Kevin.

Speaker 9 (03:07:03):
Then you've got to ride home for Grandmama and.

Speaker 4 (03:07:05):
Your mom kill turkeys with one stuff. Shannon's got a
good topic though.

Speaker 2 (03:07:12):
Who's the most random person that you ever had come
to your Thanksgiving dinner?

Speaker 25 (03:07:16):
Well?

Speaker 10 (03:07:16):
Do that?

Speaker 2 (03:07:17):
Oh man? No random?

Speaker 17 (03:07:18):
Soon?

Speaker 2 (03:07:18):
No, everybody got to be president, do you?

Speaker 11 (03:07:21):
So?

Speaker 2 (03:07:21):
Do you know that our family Thanksgiving for years has
always been the one off at the radio station. I
mean we've had engineers that have been over, We've had promotions,
you know people, We've had DJs from the rock station,
like we've had this all the time. The funniest thing is,
you know how bad I am with names? You know
how I am like I don't know half the time

(03:07:43):
people's names, Like I kind of have an idea, like
you know what I mean, And I actually wouldn't even
know what their name was, and I go, chelse for
somebody coming over.

Speaker 4 (03:07:50):
But here's the deal. When they come over, you got
to ask.

Speaker 2 (03:07:53):
Them what their name is.

Speaker 4 (03:07:54):
I don't even know their name.

Speaker 7 (03:07:55):
But a tradition or am I making this up? That
your your mom and dad? Your mom did that growing up.

Speaker 2 (03:08:01):
So we used to call our house the Little Manger
because my mom and dad would invite people to our house.

Speaker 4 (03:08:10):
And this is no joke. They would stay with us
for like weeks and months and stuff like that. Slattery,
Mary Slattery is there. That is such a great.

Speaker 2 (03:08:29):
Real Oh my god, who's the the thirty eighth president
of the United States? So as far as he goes,
that's unreal. But my so, my mom and dad we
would have Thanksgiving or our big night was Christmas Eve.
We would always have Christmas Eve celebration and Christmas Day
was kind of a low key day in our house,
and Christmas Eve we would be all in the basement together,

(03:08:52):
little Tommy and his fat boobs running. Oh my god, yeah,
I would have like the dance party going and stuff
and all of a sudd and I look up and
there's a strange man. My mom and dad had no
clue that these people were wanted by the law. Just
look at what's up? Amanda?

Speaker 24 (03:09:09):
Hi, good morning, you guys, Good morning.

Speaker 4 (03:09:12):
What's going on?

Speaker 33 (03:09:14):
Mojo?

Speaker 39 (03:09:14):
You definitely should have invited her so you and Chelsea
can get a little bit of an idea of what
it's like to have a daughter, since.

Speaker 37 (03:09:19):
You guys only have boys.

Speaker 2 (03:09:21):
Can I tell you it would honestly be wonderful to
have her that, But I gotta tell you, Chelsea would
only think the illness intentions of me.

Speaker 37 (03:09:29):
I think if I did, it mean that just means
you've been out here being a dirty dog.

Speaker 2 (03:09:33):
I think that that.

Speaker 4 (03:09:35):
I think I might be a dirty dog.

Speaker 33 (03:09:37):
But I told you got to get them. Please off
your Mojo.

Speaker 2 (03:09:42):
Can I be honest, though, she's this girl, like every
time I go through she seems like the nicest person.
Like I'm not joking that all the people that work
at that Starbucks actually have really turned out to be
like good people. You kind of talk to him and stuff.
There's one girl there just lost her mom and she's
taking care of the whole family and stuff. I'm not
hear all their story, but I will tell I'll be
honest with you. I feel horrible about the fact that

(03:10:05):
she's not got anywhere to go for thanksg Yeah, so
you should just go back today. And what I'm hoping
is we got a lot of guys that listen to
this show that are rich dudes that drive like really
nice cars.

Speaker 17 (03:10:16):
Go over there and.

Speaker 4 (03:10:19):
What's up, Lisa? Are you doing?

Speaker 33 (03:10:22):
I'm good?

Speaker 16 (03:10:22):
How are you first?

Speaker 4 (03:10:27):
What's up? Lisa?

Speaker 33 (03:10:29):
Okay?

Speaker 16 (03:10:30):
So my husband was in the Army and we were
stationed in Germany, and he said, I'm gonna go pick
up He's going to go in to pick up a
couple of buddies on the base for Thanksgiving.

Speaker 6 (03:10:42):
I had never this was my first type Thanksgiving.

Speaker 33 (03:10:46):
Next thing, you know, he comes back with a car load,
all crammed.

Speaker 45 (03:10:49):
In this Volkswagon.

Speaker 33 (03:10:50):
Then he said, I gotta go back and get more.

Speaker 25 (03:10:52):
They don't got nowhere to go either.

Speaker 37 (03:10:54):
So we made like three trips.

Speaker 36 (03:10:56):
We had a little turkey, but we all made the
best of it.

Speaker 12 (03:10:59):
Had the time.

Speaker 20 (03:11:00):
Ever and ever, no one talks alone.

Speaker 4 (03:11:02):
So that's amazing, you know what that is?

Speaker 2 (03:11:05):
By the way, that is honestly what a true American
hero guy fighting for our country and his wife would do.
That's awesome, great that you guys have that. Great, thank you, Lisa.
Hold on, Marvin the Lyft Driver is on with us
right now. What's up, Marvin the lyft Driver?

Speaker 25 (03:11:20):
Hey, what's going on?

Speaker 4 (03:11:23):
What's happening, buddy?

Speaker 25 (03:11:24):
Good morning?

Speaker 17 (03:11:26):
Hey?

Speaker 52 (03:11:26):
I was going to ask too, you got me motos
Thanksgiving dinners today?

Speaker 2 (03:11:31):
Actually, I'm wondering where are all the people that are
coming to our thing? We have not we have like
a studio audience and too. These are our friends from Carver. Yeah,
bring them in, bring in the listeners. What's up, Marvin?

Speaker 4 (03:11:42):
What's going on?

Speaker 52 (03:11:44):
I'm saying I would have came to the dinner if
you're having a Rochester. But anyway, I was gonna say,
my sister when she comes in town. You're like, oh,
I'm coming to town with Thanksgiving, you know. I said, okay,
that's fine.

Speaker 25 (03:11:56):
Of course, you know you want to come over my house?

Speaker 52 (03:11:58):
Yeah, come on, no problems. You bring about fifty and
did It'd be random, they'd be random. I'm like, what
do you where do you people come?

Speaker 25 (03:12:08):
W Oh?

Speaker 33 (03:12:09):
Yeah, I was talking to I was talking to my
friend and she was the wondering where I was eating.
So I was like, well, I'm going to my brother's house,
so you want to come?

Speaker 15 (03:12:16):
Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (03:12:17):
You know what, though you're a good guy, you don't
turn them away.

Speaker 17 (03:12:19):
Dan, No, I don't I know.

Speaker 25 (03:12:22):
And I was gonna say too, Dan, you get your burners.

Speaker 11 (03:12:30):
Entire day.

Speaker 4 (03:12:31):
What a guy. Marvin, You're good.

Speaker 17 (03:12:34):
I'm good.

Speaker 2 (03:12:34):
Anna wasn't feeling good yesterday and she got a drop
off of Werner's and it was from Marvin the lyft driver. Marvin,
I got one last task for you. Will you drive
Kev's grandmama and mom to Thanksgiving? Will you lift them
to Thanksgiving?

Speaker 10 (03:12:50):
I will?

Speaker 52 (03:12:51):
But I think Kevin got an issue with that. I
don't think you want that. I think he wants somebody
family to take her.

Speaker 2 (03:12:56):
I really don't matter.

Speaker 17 (03:12:59):
To make.

Speaker 4 (03:13:02):
All right, buddy.

Speaker 2 (03:13:08):
I love you man.

Speaker 4 (03:13:09):
I'll talk to you later, Marvin.

Speaker 2 (03:13:10):
If you're in the area, Marvin, stop over, stop over
and swing by the radio station. Okay, come by here,
you can come by all right, we'll be right back
with more. We're going to meet some of our listeners
that are here, uh for our Thanksgiving. Thank you to Kroger,
thank you to the Rochester Banquets. We'll be right back,
don't go anywhere.

Speaker 3 (03:13:30):
Thanksgiving weekend not a good weekend to be my pants.

Speaker 9 (03:13:33):
Happy Thanksgiving from Mojo in the Morning.

Speaker 4 (03:13:56):
Oh look at this.

Speaker 17 (03:13:57):
This is great.

Speaker 4 (03:13:59):
We have the best listeners in the world. Yeah we do.

Speaker 2 (03:14:02):
You listen every weekday morning to this radio show. Or
you check out our podcasts available everywhere on the iHeartRadio app.
Let me get a plug in for that. You can
actually listen to them anywhere. You search podcasts, search Mojo
in the Morning. And you hear the calls that we
get coming in here. You hear the people that were
busting with War of the Roses. We go on with

(03:14:25):
second date, updates, throwback, throwdowns, five Lives, Tell your Mom, Am,
I the A Hole, and more. And we have so
many great people and these are the people right here.
Give it up for our.

Speaker 19 (03:14:35):
Listeners, guys, give it up for some.

Speaker 4 (03:14:38):
Beans listeners in the game.

Speaker 2 (03:14:40):
So we're giving thanks to you for being our faithful
listeners here for I don't even know how long, for
as many as could be twenty five years to as
little as honestly five minutes. As a matter of fact,
any of you guys here just for the turkeys and
just want to go home. Feel free. I don't care
as long as you guys, here's the deal. I always
would say this, I don't care if you listen as

(03:15:02):
long as you tell people you listen.

Speaker 4 (03:15:03):
So just tell people you listen to Mojo.

Speaker 2 (03:15:05):
In the morning.

Speaker 4 (03:15:06):
And look at this.

Speaker 2 (03:15:07):
Anna's grandparents are here. Hey, Pops and Grandma are hanging
out here. Pops, what's going the legendary Pops?

Speaker 4 (03:15:14):
Look at you. I think I've seen you up at
a table at the MGM family.

Speaker 2 (03:15:18):
He hasn't been.

Speaker 12 (03:15:19):
I think a losing street.

Speaker 2 (03:15:21):
I think you were mad at me one time because
I hit on a on a seventeen. You said, nobody
hits on a seventeen.

Speaker 4 (03:15:27):
What are you doing?

Speaker 25 (03:15:28):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (03:15:29):
Pops?

Speaker 15 (03:15:29):
I'm doing great and it's a pleasure to be here. Uh,
it's not me. I don't go to a table. I'm
strictly on the store.

Speaker 4 (03:15:38):
You're just on the slots.

Speaker 15 (03:15:39):
My wife loves them.

Speaker 4 (03:15:40):
But okay, your wife loves the slots.

Speaker 2 (03:15:48):
Put on the headphones so you can hear yourself, because
I want you to get close to that microphone because
you got an amazing voice.

Speaker 14 (03:15:55):
You have it.

Speaker 2 (03:15:56):
First off, you have a uh. And this is Anna
Rob's grandpa. His name is Pops go writing in that
microphone talking to that thing as you can hear to
yourself those delcid tones.

Speaker 15 (03:16:06):
Well, I've watched Anna develop all these years. And a
real story is we just moved back from Florida. We
were there thirty seven years. We've been here a year now.
I had nothing to do every morning because my wife
goes to church. He goes out shopping thrifting. I'm alone
for three or four hours. This program has completed my life. Wow,

(03:16:31):
why aren't you going to church with your lovely wife?
You got a lot to pray for it, don't you know?

Speaker 17 (03:16:36):
Well?

Speaker 10 (03:16:36):
I do.

Speaker 15 (03:16:39):
But I'm a homebody and I enjoy this program.

Speaker 2 (03:16:44):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 15 (03:16:45):
I get on between six thirty and seven and I'm
on until the end.

Speaker 2 (03:16:49):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (03:16:49):
What a guy?

Speaker 12 (03:16:50):
What a guy to talk about anymore because he knows
everything already.

Speaker 9 (03:16:54):
Look at that mojo and the mojuet from Crams and Pops.

Speaker 12 (03:16:59):
Oh my god, and Grandma you need to shout out too.

Speaker 4 (03:17:04):
Yeah, Grandma, what's up with that? Grandma?

Speaker 8 (03:17:08):
Do you know?

Speaker 19 (03:17:09):
Many years?

Speaker 2 (03:17:09):
Also?

Speaker 4 (03:17:10):
How many years now have you guys been sixty four?

Speaker 43 (03:17:13):
Oh?

Speaker 15 (03:17:15):
We met seventy years ago?

Speaker 2 (03:17:16):
Did you really what did you think we met when
you first saw this beautiful woman? What did you think?

Speaker 15 (03:17:22):
I'll tell you what. I was at a football game
on a Friday night and three girls were walking in
front of three guys about ten feet and one of
the girls had black and white checkered slacks on, and
I said, how would you like to play checkers on those?
Big boy?

Speaker 4 (03:17:42):
She turned around and said your move, big boys. Oh
that's very excellent.

Speaker 2 (03:17:47):
She did not like it.

Speaker 15 (03:17:48):
And then three days later we meet in home room together.

Speaker 4 (03:17:53):
But wow, what school is it?

Speaker 10 (03:17:54):
So?

Speaker 12 (03:17:54):
I didn't like him?

Speaker 4 (03:17:55):
Visitation twelveth and web visitation?

Speaker 2 (03:17:58):
Okay, good Catholic guy there was.

Speaker 9 (03:18:00):
I did not like him.

Speaker 4 (03:18:02):
No, you didn't like him at him at all?

Speaker 2 (03:18:04):
Well for a long time. I want to tell you, guys,
you already know this, but you have a very special granddaughter.
She's added so much to my life.

Speaker 4 (03:18:11):
I love her. I think that you guys know that already,
that she's a hard worker.

Speaker 2 (03:18:17):
Matter of fact, you talked about how she's a state
champion soccer and basketball player, and I asked him, I said,
was a lot of talent there? She fast and he
goes a lot of heart is all heart, and that's
where you know. I saw it when we were hiring,
and I was I was happy to bring her in here.
And it's nice to have you guys here.

Speaker 15 (03:18:34):
Did I give you a quick story on my wife?

Speaker 2 (03:18:36):
When your stories are never quick? But go ahead, go ahead.

Speaker 15 (03:18:40):
When I asked her parents, I said, I'd like to
marry your daughter. Her mother looked at me and said,
get out of this house. You don't have a pot
to pee, And oh.

Speaker 4 (03:18:49):
Wow, I want to.

Speaker 15 (03:18:51):
I just want to jump. Pass it over, I'll jump.
Thirty years we moved to Florida and she used to
come and stay the winter with us. I always wanted
to tell her take a walk around, four punchs to pee.

Speaker 2 (03:19:10):
I got a question, last time you'll playing checkers? Poor grandma?

Speaker 4 (03:19:17):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (03:19:18):
Well the rest of you guys, it's so nice to
meet you all. It's great to see you here. This
is Cam from Kruger.

Speaker 4 (03:19:24):

Speaker 2 (03:19:28):
And you're gonna enjoy Rochester banquets coming up. Aaron, just
a little bit. Did the turkey stay or did they
leave the live turkeys? I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 12 (03:19:37):
I hope they're going to.

Speaker 5 (03:19:40):
What's that you guys are going to be eating them
in just a couple of.

Speaker 2 (03:19:43):
No, we're not eating those turkeys, please, Lydia. Let's give
it up for Lydia and how she.
