people that have been putting it off and putting it
(02:13):
off and haven't even gone out?
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yeah, yeah, join me in.
Speaker 7 (02:18):
Do you have a lot of people to shop for?
Speaker 3 (02:20):
No?
Speaker 8 (02:20):
I mean I only God Josiah, to be honest with you,
and Josiah is at an age now where he doesn't
have a full list.
Speaker 7 (02:27):
He is very easy to shop for.
Speaker 8 (02:29):
He told me he wants a portable like gaming laptop,
so he doesn't just want like a regular laptop. He
wants like something that can power the games. And then
he wants a Roadblocks gift card. So I'm thinking, as
long as I can make those two things happen, I'm
probably give my mom some money, give my sister a jacket,
and I really.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Much be You know what's funny.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
I've gone out a couple of times with the hopes
of buying something, and I buy something for myself and
I'm like, oh, you know, it's like and then I'm
like that look, and then I forget what I'm there for, Lindsey,
you can relate, right.
Speaker 9 (03:00):
Oh yeah, so I haven't even started Christmas shopping and
the fact.
Speaker 7 (03:04):
That you guys said we have less than two weeks.
Speaker 10 (03:06):
I'm so stressed.
Speaker 11 (03:07):
Now, you know. It's it's hard.
Speaker 12 (03:10):
I'm single mom, you know, and like I'm a waitress,
so I.

you can grab santa sack and get your share of
five thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
We've been having huge winners.
Speaker 5 (03:30):

hundred dollars, six hundred dollars, four hundred dollars, three hundred
dollars that. Yeah, so there's a lot of money in
the sack for you. Okay, how do I do that?

Speaker 5 (03:58):
Morning, Good morning to Yeah, are you one of those?
Are you one of us?
Speaker 15 (04:04):
I am, although I don't have time.
Speaker 16 (04:07):
I don't have time. I don't even Christmas tree.
Speaker 17 (04:11):
Oh my gosh, Amazon's your best friend.
Speaker 5 (04:13):
Hey, can I tell you my neighbors? We were talking
about Christmas tree. I have a neighbor, and you tell
me what your thoughts are in this one. Their tradition
is they don't put their Christmas tree up until Christmas Eve,
and they they take it down on the twenty seven
and entertain money. They go out and they buy the
last Christmas tree that the lot has. Literally, they go
(04:34):
over to that Saint Mary's lot that's by Saint Mary's
School and they get the last tree that they have
there and they don't even care what it is, and
they decorate it. As a family, they all make it
nice and fun, celebrate two days together, and then Dad
throws it out on the front, you know, a lawn,
and it's done.
Speaker 7 (04:52):
I love having.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
A tree up though. I love having it up for
the month of December. Yeah, do you know what I
love having it up for. We don't have very good
lighting in that room, and you.
Speaker 7 (05:01):
Always say that to make it just feel cozy.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
Yeah, well, Toya, we're feeling the pain because I feel
like we've struggled up until just this week, you know,
after we got done with our concerts. So time is
time is precious. That's what I want for Christmas. Give
me more time. What's up, April, how you doing.
Speaker 18 (05:17):
Good morning?
Speaker 19 (05:18):
Good morning, Merry Christmas, Marry Christmas.
Speaker 13 (05:22):
Hey keV.
Speaker 20 (05:23):

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Will that get you out shopping?
Speaker 20 (05:35):
No, absolutely not.
Speaker 7 (05:36):
It wasn't that good.
Speaker 21 (05:38):
So I'm me, I'm like the other women.
Speaker 22 (05:42):
Back.
Speaker 17 (05:42):
My story is.
Speaker 21 (05:44):
I became a widow four and a half years ago,
and me and my oldest daughter decided we would shop
together to make it easier for me. So for the
past four and a half years we have shopped the
twenty second twenty third and it does work out good
for me. I find a lot of deals that way.
Speaker 5 (05:59):
Okay, you know what, that's actually a great idea. That's
great reason not to shop so early.
Speaker 21 (06:04):
But yeah, I'm I'm procrastinating myself.
Speaker 11 (06:07):
I got like two pleasant spot.
Speaker 7 (06:09):
It is what it is.
Speaker 21 (06:10):
We'll get it together. We do every year. I think
maybe part of the anxiety helps me. I don't know,
it makes me feel normal, I guess yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
My best friend, one of my best friends, her parents
always did when they were growing up. Her mom and
dad would go out on Christmas Eve. They would get drunk.
They would have somebody take them to the store, and
my friend said it was always the best Christmas mornings
because their parents would they would buy all all the
things because they were intoxicated, so they would always get
(06:40):
more than was Christmas less.
Speaker 5 (06:43):
My dad would do that with us boys and we
would go to chee Cheese at the mall. There is
a chee cheese at the mall by our house, and
we would go and we would eat like lunch. My
dad would drink a bunch of margaritas and do shots
at tequila, and then my brothers would drive us home
because my dad was too at But it was kind
of it was all just the guys, so the girls
(07:04):
all were rapping and doing all the rest of that stuff. So, uh,
that would be honestly, bring back chee cheese and we're
doing it. What's going on? Miss fit Tony wants to
complain about something.
Speaker 7 (07:16):

In the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
All right, channing with the Dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 5 (11:53):
And there's still so much coming in this morning about
fired Michigan coach from More.
Speaker 7 (11:59):
I mean, story just keeps growing and growing.
Speaker 4 (12:02):
So first things first, he is still in Washtona County jail.
Speaker 7 (12:06):
He set to be a rain later this morning.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
And aside from all of the details that we know
already yesterday, we got a few new things. And I
want to play you part of the nine to one
one call that was placed in regards to this case
on Wednesday.
Speaker 16 (12:23):
Predict caller for it is a MA authification and how
it's attacking her been stocking her for months.
Speaker 14 (12:31):
Three for domestic.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
Yeah, I mean that was a domestic call again you heard, so.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
The call was the staffer that he was having the
affair with.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Yeah, And this could be a Title nine issue, by
the way, if it's true, because if he was indeed
stalking this employee that he had an affair with, particularly
if there was a sexual component or their relationship, which
the that's gonna that could be it would be a
major issue for the University of Michigan. And then there's
(13:03):
this and OnlyFans Model is coming forward to say Sharon
Moore has been sliding into her dms for a while now,
this after it was already revealed that he follows dozens
of other Instagram and onlyfan models. He once attended a
diddy party that came out yesterday.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
But went wait, he went to a ditty a didty party.
Speaker 4 (13:24):
I believe it was a didty party that was around
the time of the Kentucky derby. Okay, yeah, and he
was posting about it like that was not a secret.
Speaker 5 (13:32):
How long ago is that, because he's only been a
staffer or coach at University of Michigan. I think since
like mid twenty like maybe twenty nineteen, twenty eighteen or
something of that.
Speaker 7 (13:45):
I'd have to look at the year of when I
saw the tweet.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
But this fitness influencer miss already said he sent her
all kinds of flirty messages, and she said even she
was surprised that he was willing to risk his marriage
by corresponding with her what he did.
Speaker 5 (14:02):
I don't know how you find the time as a
head coach of a major college football team, probably one
of the biggest of all of them. And you're all
you're doing is you're preparing for it seems like football.
You got recruiting going on during the season and offseason,
you've got figuring out game plans during the season, you
(14:24):
got hirings, firings.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
I mean, you got all kinds of stuff.
Speaker 17 (14:27):
I don't pay attention to Michigan football, Go Green, but
were they like, what was the team like since he's
been the coach? Are they good? Are they made well?
Speaker 2 (14:37):
He was part of a championship team when he was
Jim Harbaugh's offensive coordinator and intrim head coach.
Speaker 5 (14:43):
So he's a good coach. He knows what he's doing.
His first season as head coach, he beat Ohio State.
I mean, he had a good season. This season's been
kind of lackluster, but they got a lot of freshmen
running around. I see, I don't know necessarily if I mean,
I think the end of the season, they're saying that
everything was kind of collapsing, and you could see that
the team did not have a lot of camaraderie going on,
(15:04):
And I don't know if that had anything to do
with him, or it had to do with their youth,
but I mean he was considered a decent coach. I
think people wanted them out anyway. There's a lot of
conspiracy theories. I say that this is all a bunch
of crap that's out there. This is just Michigan's way
to not have to pay them off. But you don't
go and get yourself arrested like that, you know, if
(15:24):
that's the case.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
By the way, these pictures going around, people are sending
them to me. Of this MIAs already, that fitness influencer,
she's also like an adult film sorta sitting in the
stands at U of m games. MIAs already.
Speaker 5 (15:38):
Well, the person that we talked to yesterday at this
time would say that the friend of his who was
having a relationship with Sean Moore was also going to
games and he was sending them tickets And.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
Yeah, that is the thing you referencing call back in Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:57):
Next year.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Jennifer Lopez getting ready for a big turned to the
Las Vegas stage. I know you love her, keV, and
she is earning some serious, sir, sureish crush. She's earning
some serious cash to do so she's making around a
million bucks for each night she performs at her upcoming
residency at the Coliseum at Caesar's Palace. Even though, and
I've heard this from a few people, her ticket sales
(16:18):
are not that great right now, she's still.
Speaker 7 (16:20):
Getting a pretty great paycheck.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
The residency will launch New Year's Eve with a series
of shows that stretch into early twenty twenty six. And
Riverdale actress Lily Reinhardt is sharing a personal health update
with her fans this week. After years of painful symptoms
that doctors initially dismissed or misdiagnosed, she was officially diagnosed
(16:43):
with endometriosis following laparoscopic surgery that she chose to undergo
to finally get some answers for what was going on.
And if you don't know what endometriosis is, it is
a chronic condition where the tissue like the lining of
the uterus, grows outside and it is massively painful. But
it had been overlooked for her despite multiple hospital visits,
(17:03):
and she said she had to push for her own
MRI and advocate for herself before a true diagnosis was reached.
And now she's encouraging others listen to your body, know
your body, and speak up for your health, because had
she not, she would still not know what was going on.
Speaker 8 (17:20):
Having a former partner that had endometrios. I know, not
necessarily first hand, but like I guess secondhand how painful
that can be, h how aggressive it can be, and
how it can really take you out. So I'm really
glad that she was able to get this checked out,
and hopefully she has great people around her to support
her during his time.
Speaker 4 (17:39):
So miss anything from today's so you can go back
and check out the podcast on the free I heard radio.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
App go.
Speaker 25 (17:50):
This Moto in the Morning's thirty on the thirty, It's
time for more Mojo Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (17:58):
All right, that was a stressful commercial break. You want
to know why it was stressful because I was just
finishing up writing the questions for the contest we're about
to play, and we have great guests that came in studio.
I'm going to introduce them fully right before we do
the Christmas wish right afterwards. But our extremely great friends
who year after year always make sure that the Mojo
(18:22):
in the Morning show and our listeners are taking care
for the holidays are in Studio, Paul Glance from Imagine Theater,
Nick Thomas also Imagine Theater and all the great things
that Nick Thomas do. But Paul, I will say this
to you, most honorable man I've ever met, the guy.
If it wasn't for him, and I'm saying this, we
(18:42):
would not have breaking the entering Christmas wish. Still ye,
So year after year, this man is always showing his
love to us and letting us be able to use
his theaters for great ways to benefit. And I was
hoping he'd put me in his will because a second,
just a second ago, he's talking about his recent things
that he might have seen in the news of the
(19:05):
newly Imagine Theaters that he is now the still the
president of and he's got more money than ever. And
guess what I want to be in your will. I'm
like a son to you or a brother or what
do you think? Absolutely, you know, I'm sure we could
christ say anything that could best for you, at least
breaking entering Christmas wish. Maybe I don't know. Let's keep
(19:27):
it that way, all right. I want to let you
guys witness this. Will you judge this, Will you judge
the the You've done a great job of always being
fair and honest. Paul, We're gonna have Channon play a
contest against the listener, and will you be part of
the fun.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
I'd be honest. Here we go.
Speaker 25 (19:42):
All right, it's Mojo in the Mornings fund six fifty five.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
Five and six to fifty five job five and six
to fifty five.
Speaker 5 (19:50):
All right, we call this the five and six fifty
five And to bring everybody into this, including Paul, we
started this contest back when Shannon started on the show
and what is twenty.
Speaker 7 (20:00):
Two thousand and nine, two thousand and nine?
Speaker 2 (20:02):
You yep, she does not look that old. Oh no, no,
Christmas time day over fifty I thought she was like,
what about you?
Speaker 7 (20:12):
Do you need to make a phototoxicpoint? Might but thank
you for the reminder.
Speaker 5 (20:15):
So in twenty ten we did a contest called Smarter
than Shannon because Shannon started doing the dirties on the
thirties in twenty ten and Shannon on the show became
known where you could say something like remember the movie
and all of a sudden she was like, yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
That's you know whatever, and you're like, what is she
rainman or something? Here? Like what is going on?
Speaker 5 (20:31):
She knew all this stuff, So we had her play
listeners and then it turned out that like we got
through like maybe fifteen hundred contests and Shannon won almost
fourteen hundred of the contest, Like listeners weren't winning anything.
So listeners said that let's change it around and make
it the five or six fifty five and have listeners
take on each other with the goal of playing Shannon
(20:53):
one time. That's where we're at right now because Amanda
is a fifteen time champion and welcome back, Amanda.
Speaker 7 (20:59):
Welcome back.
Speaker 5 (21:02):
Amanda has won, She's won three straight weeks in a row.
She's been on with us at this time to play
the contest of the five to six fifty five. Now
you take on Shannon. Are you ready?
Speaker 10 (21:12):
I am ready?
Speaker 2 (21:14):
All right?
Speaker 5 (21:14):
You gotta be good to beat Shannon. Not many people
have in this. Will you do us a favor? Since
Shannon's the ultimate champion, she's gonna go. Second, will you
ask Shannon to leave the studio so I can ask
you the questions?
Speaker 2 (21:26):
First?
Speaker 23 (21:28):
Cannon's will you leave the studior?
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Good luck?
Speaker 7 (21:31):
Make sure those Alexis turned off in the hallway.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (21:34):
Well, actually they're on about eighty minute delay. Have you
noticed that at all?
Speaker 7 (21:38):
Marry true.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
By the way, if you're if you're listening to us
on the app, make sure you reset occasionally because sometimes
you get a little delayed.
Speaker 7 (21:45):
Paul, she you can't see her right out of that
window home and take a look here.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Just say no goodness.
Speaker 27 (21:50):
All right, Paul lan hi that she's far far away.
Speaker 2 (21:54):
Yeah, say hi to Paul Lance from Imagine Theater. He
is hi, Paul, Hi, Amanda.
Speaker 5 (21:59):
You know how they have the oscars they always have
like an accounting firm.
Speaker 7 (22:02):
He's like the accounting firm of the five and six
fifty five.
Speaker 28 (22:05):
It makes sense because I'm a CPA.
Speaker 5 (22:06):
That is true, right right, all right, Here we go
five questions. Whoever gets the most right wins. If there

Speaker 5 (27:15):
And year after year we always do breaking and entering
Christmas wish and it would not be possible without one
of the very first people that ever came forward and
said I would help you with this, and that is
our very good friend, Paul Glance from the Imagine Theaters.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
Welcome Paul Lands, Joe, Thank you all.
Speaker 5 (27:33):
Joe glad to be here. You're like a show member here.
We have talked to you numerous times on the show.
If the listeners don't know, you know Paul. When you
go to the theaters and you see Paul on the beginning
of screen, he always looks dapper, dressed up. I actually
almost had a tear in my eye when we went
and saw Wicked over the Thanksgiving break and I saw
(27:54):
your Hey, let me explain to us. You know that
we have sold this, but we are not changed. So
the Imagine Theater is the Imagine Theater and it's not
going anywhere, right.
Speaker 7 (28:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 28 (28:05):
The beautiful thing is that the new owners aren't changing
the name. They're not changing leadership. They're not changing the
menu made. As far as I could tell, it's business
as usual.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
That's incredible. And you are still part of the Imagine Theaters.
Speaker 28 (28:16):
Yeah, I mean i'd ask them back in summer when
we're negotiating the deal, is there any role for me,
if any you know, I couldn't impose myself on him.
They said, well, we'll talk about that after we signed
the deal. And so then when our purchaser was in
town about three weeks ago, I asked again. He said, oh, yes,
we'd like you to stay on our branded best that.
Speaker 7 (28:39):
You didn't Imagine without Paul. Let me tell you that.
Speaker 5 (28:41):
Well, you know how it all started. Do you know
that this fine gentleman here who he mentioned, he's a CPA.
He is, you know, his business that he was doing was,
you know, making sure everybody was doing their taxes right right, absolutely, tax.
Speaker 28 (28:53):
Insurance, your name, and all kinds of boring stuff.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
And he had a love for theater. And you started
with one little theater.
Speaker 28 (29:00):
Right one one screen, two hundred and sixty five chairs,
two mechanical projectors and two mechanical cash Where was.
Speaker 7 (29:06):
That first theater, Clarkston?
Speaker 2 (29:08):
Oh yeah, you know that? Yeah, you can wait.
Speaker 17 (29:11):
What one the clarks around there.
Speaker 5 (29:13):
The Clarkston, that little old theater in Clarkston that was there.
That's where it all started. Yeah, awesome, and then branched
off and then started all these you know, gorgeous theaters
and then put in comfortable chairs. Actually, you brought entertainment
to a level, actually to a point that it started
making it impossible to ever go to the theater that
might have been closer to your house. I remember for me,
(29:34):
the theater for me was that one that was off
of them five.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
I don't even know. I don't think it's there anymore.
I think it closed closed.
Speaker 5 (29:40):
Yeah, So we would go to that theater all the time,
and we would go in there and I'd be sticking
to the floor.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
It is yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 7 (29:46):
It is so true once you see a movie at imagine.
Speaker 4 (29:49):
Luce and I were my daughter and I were in
New York City a couple of weekends ago, and we
were going to go see use Zutopia too.
Speaker 7 (29:54):
And I was like, let's just go to the movie.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
And she goes, Mom, you know, you don't go anywhere
by imagine, like she just knows. It's truly, it's never
a good experience if you go anywhere else, because you're
spoiled once you go.
Speaker 28 (30:06):
Well in New York City in particular, you know, real
estate is so expensive you would be sitting in an
upright chair.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
Yeah, because demand.
Speaker 7 (30:13):
There's bells and whistles anywhere else.
Speaker 8 (30:15):
I gotta my boocket list, my imagine buck list. And
it's not, you know, too out of the way to do.
But the wood Haven location, they have an all inclusive package.
You get a Risbee, bottomless popcorn, bottomless drink, pizza, hot dogs, select.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Can't pet it for twenty four box special, amazing stream
all the time.
Speaker 8 (30:47):
Well privacies, that's like the all you can eat Chinese buffets.
Speaker 2 (30:53):
It's amazing.
Speaker 5 (30:54):
Well, Paul's in studio because we're about to grant a
Christmas wish, and Paul would like to present us with
a check. And look at that big old check over there.
Speaker 7 (31:02):
Ah, Paul, would you like to tell.
Speaker 2 (31:04):
Everybody imagine theaters and show the cameras off, guys, make
sure people see it. How much money are we donating
to breaking it in Christmas wish?
Speaker 28 (31:14):
We are donating thirty thousand dollars. That is the best,
That is incredible.
Speaker 5 (31:22):
Thirty thousand dollars Mojo on the morning's breaking and entering
Christmas wish from the Imagine Theaters. I love you, buddy,
I swear to you. You have You've become over the
I don't even know how long it's been a decade
or so of being part of this thing. You've become family,
and you and your beautiful family are seriously close to
all of our hearts.
Speaker 2 (31:42):
We appreciate you guys so much. Thank you.
Speaker 28 (31:44):
Yes, we're cutting into the willna hey real quick, can
I say this, thank you to the Imagined staff and
in that you know you couldn't do it obviously without staff.
Speaker 5 (31:53):
Thank you to the Imagine staff who will tell people
about Mojo on the morning's breaking in Christmas wish.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
Jay's juniors for j are our great uh, you know,
brother down the dial and all the good stuff.
Speaker 5 (32:07):
Because people, it's truly you going and being there as
a customer too that makes this possible, makes us be
able to grant these wishes.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
So thank you, guys. You're more than welcome.
Speaker 28 (32:16):
Yeah, it's our guests, it's our leaders, it's uh, it's
a team effort, and certainly what you're doing for these
folks that are done on their luck is just heartwarming.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
Well, we appreciate you, we love you, and we're going
to do a wish.
Speaker 8 (32:28):
You know who Paul reminds me of. Its just dawned
on me. You'll remembered the guy on the toy store
at home alone, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (32:37):
Like, wait, he was such a nice guy, so mister, yes, mister,
just a great person.
Speaker 7 (32:46):
Giving you all you can eat. That's a compliment.
Speaker 5 (32:53):
Actually, if you've never seen Paul at uh the New
Day Foundations lip sync battle, Paul. The year that he
got up there is Neil Diamond and did Neil Diamond
was dead on?
Speaker 2 (33:04):
Was so good?
Speaker 4 (33:05):
You're in next year. I'm in next year because they're
taking a break after next year.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
He got robbed.
Speaker 28 (33:12):
The year that I was judging, I was d Walkers.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
Rid the screw, Paul.
Speaker 7 (33:22):
I'll never forget.
Speaker 2 (33:23):
It was awful, the worst.
Speaker 17 (33:26):
You're still holding on to that.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
I'm still holding onto it too. I was angry, I
was upset. Me and Blaine Blaine Follower and I are
sitting there going are you ever get this guy?
Speaker 7 (33:36):
Was the best time?
Speaker 2 (33:38):
Yeah, like what is this?
Speaker 5 (33:39):
She must have had a bad popcorn colonel or something?
All right, probably all right, breaking it entering Christmas wish. Guys,

Speaker 10 (35:26):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (35:27):
Hi?
Speaker 2 (35:27):
Hey, good morning? Good morning, Don? How are you?
Speaker 10 (35:32):
I'm okay, how are you good?
Speaker 7 (35:34):
Don?
Speaker 5 (35:35):
We are here this morning to do something that I
think is needed in UH and I think that you
have been such an amazing grandma and a mother and
you're going to be recognized this morning for that. We
received a beautiful letter from Ashley about you, and I
want to have her read that letter.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
So I want you to listen to this phone.
Speaker 27 (35:58):
Okay, okay, dear Modo in the morning.
Speaker 15 (36:01):
My name is Ashley King, and I would like to
nominate my sister in law John before you're breaking and
entering wish program. Don is one of the most caring
and solvesless people I.
Speaker 10 (36:13):
Have ever met.
Speaker 15 (36:14):
She would give you her shirt off her back, has
a hearty goal, and always make sure everyone is taken
care of Before herself, especially her children and her grandchildren. Mojo,
I have to tell you how much I admire Don's strengths.
She has been through so much. Seven years ago, her
(36:37):
beautiful daughter, a man, had passed away unexpectedly. It's something
no mother should ever have to go through. John took
on the role of raising her grandson, who is now sixteen.
The heartache doesn't stop there. Just a few short weeks ago,
John got a phone call that her daughter Rachel, had
(36:57):
been in a car accident and passed away. To say
our hearts were absolutely shattered is an understatement. I can't
imagine losing one child, let alone too. Don is now
also caring for Rachel's five beautiful babies. I'm hoping, Mojo,
that you and your community can help alleviate some of
(37:20):
the stress for John this holiday season. She's there's a
beautiful Christmas thank you from the bottom of the hut. Ashley.
Speaker 5 (37:28):
Wow, Ashley given hugs right now. If you're watching on
the video, that's your emotion.
Speaker 10 (37:37):
Yeah you guys, thank you Don.
Speaker 5 (37:42):
You were you were called upon to be a mother
a couple of times. Here now to your beautiful children,
and we are so sorry about the losses that you
experienced of man, Don, Rachel, thank you, and you got
some great grandkids.
Speaker 2 (38:02):
Man, those kids are beautiful?
Speaker 27 (38:03):
Aren't they a family?
Speaker 23 (38:05):
In here right now?
Speaker 30 (38:05):
Or spring?
Speaker 14 (38:06):
These gifts said?
Speaker 3 (38:07):
Where are they at?
Speaker 27 (38:10):
Was this right here? This is your sister Grandma?
Speaker 15 (38:15):
Grandma?
Speaker 7 (38:19):
Morning you, Hi, Grandma.
Speaker 27 (38:23):
Thank you so much for all you guys do for everybody.
Speaker 15 (38:26):
It's just unbelievable.
Speaker 5 (38:28):
Well, we're not here to get the thanks. We're here
to give the love. And Don deserves it. You know,
we feel it down. I want you to know something
that when we read this letter, it stood out so much.
And the reason it stood out is because there are
so many people that can relate to you. There are
so many people that are grandparents that now are taking
(38:51):
on the role of being parents again because of some circumstance.
And for all of them that are out there right now,
we're recognizing them by recognizing you with this wish. And
that's why this morning, our breaking and entering Christmas Wish
Program and all of our elves are going to bring
a bunch of things into your house right now to
(39:12):
make your home just beautiful for Christmas.
Speaker 31 (39:17):
You.
Speaker 11 (39:17):
We got the present here vern to stand amazing.
Speaker 5 (39:22):
How's Ashley holding up. Though Ashley was a mess when
we were going through that letter. We had to we
had to have a couple of times because Ashley had
to stop all.
Speaker 17 (39:31):
Down the pace right now.
Speaker 27 (39:32):
But it's okay.
Speaker 11 (39:35):
I'm just I just can't. I can't believe this.
Speaker 15 (39:37):
I just I can't believe it.
Speaker 27 (39:39):
It's just truly amazing gifts.
Speaker 13 (39:43):
Yeah, it's unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
Ashley.
Speaker 5 (39:46):
You talked in that letter so much, and I want
you to just now instead of be reading that letter,
I want you to talk from your heart right now
and tell me about what kind of a mom and
a grandma Dawn is.
Speaker 13 (40:00):
She's just amazing. John is just an amazing grandmother, an
amazing mother. One thing I just always admire about her
is her love for her children and her grandchildren and
her just her family. I mean again, she has been
through so much and she would stop whatever she's doing.
Speaker 15 (40:19):
To just make sure that everyone else is taken.
Speaker 30 (40:22):
Care of and to make sure everyone else is okay.
And she's been there for us a lot too. My
son was diagnosed with leukemia and John just showed up
and did things that we will never forget and we're
forever grateful for that.
Speaker 27 (40:36):
Yeah, well, I want to her grand babies in your
hand right now, right that one of your granddadless name Miley,
Miley in her hand right now.
Speaker 7 (40:45):
You know, Dona, I want to talk.
Speaker 10 (40:48):
To Grandma Amanda, Amanda, Grandma, Yes, modo.
Speaker 8 (40:54):
My name is Kevin and one of my favorite people
in the world is my grandma. And I uh, you
know at this time where it's Christmas. You know, we
think a lot about money, and people can tell you
sometimes the price of things, but they can't really understand
the value. And the value is priceless. And what you
(41:17):
are doing for your grandchildren is priceless. And the love
that they have for you is going to overflow for
generations and generations. And this is just a small moment
that we can show our love for you. And they
tell you that we see you and we appreciate you
from the bottom of our hearts.
Speaker 2 (41:34):
Me and Christmas, thank you.
Speaker 10 (41:35):
I appreciate you too, Thank you so much.
Speaker 5 (41:38):
And they're funny how Grandma's house was always a safe place, right.
Oh yeah, And to now know that Ryan who's sixteen
years old, Which what do we got for Ryan channel?
Speaker 7 (41:46):
Oh my gosh, Okay, so Ryan, Ryan's big secret.

picked that up, along with tons of Lions and Michigan
stuff and all sorts of Xbox gift cards and door
Dash gift cards. Everybody got new close, new bedding.
Speaker 17 (42:02):
I have so much fun shopping for Brielle. She's fifteen,
so we got her a ton of self care and
some cute clothes, new batting, Starbucks, and door Dash gift car.
Speaker 4 (42:14):
There are so many toys in that house this morning,
from barbies to dollhouses, to arts and craft supplies to games.
Speaker 7 (42:20):

Speaker 4 (42:21):
Love playing games as a family, all the things to
make this Christmas a memorable one.
Speaker 5 (42:27):

I'm looking here everyone from Ryan who's sixteen, all the
way down to we're actually.
Speaker 11 (42:34):

Feel like you're wet.
Speaker 7 (48:38):
Wow.
Speaker 28 (48:40):
Imed that Cameron has done such a terrific job with
the three D effects and so forth. He's the only
director I know that can make it feel really natural,
like like you're immersed in it. And so I think
Avatar is going to be a big film and next week.

thank you guys for hanging with us this morning. Thanks
for having us all right, Shannon with the dirty What's
going on?
Speaker 7 (49:23):
Shannon, Well, the big story this week.
Speaker 4 (49:26):
Former University of Michigan head football coach Sharon Moore is
expected to be a rained today after being arrested and
fired from the school on Wednesday. This is the latest
from our friends over at w x y Z Channel
seven in Detroit, Mike.
Speaker 33 (49:40):
Right now, we know that Shroon Moore is still behind
bars here in Washington A County. He has not been
yet been formally charged with anything as of yet. When
the prosecutor's office says an active investigation is still underway.
Speaker 16 (49:54):
Caller the mail at the location and how to take
care stuck here.
Speaker 33 (49:59):
For Dispatch Audio lays out the timeline of what went
down in the immediate hours after coach Sharon Moore's sudden
dismissal for an inappropriate relationship with a staffer, starting with
the alleged assault that led to his arrest. According to
Dispatch Audio, Moore, referred to as S one, showed up
to that staffer's apartment after leaving his own house in distress.
Speaker 16 (50:21):
Bills One's wife and.
Speaker 14 (50:28):
Hands out today move on, so they're also advising when
he left the location on their call, he walked out
with several nights.
Speaker 33 (50:35):
Dispatch audio also shows how authorities were on the lookout
for Moore's dark colored Chevy Tahoe and had help from
Moore's wife and mother to pay his phone.
Speaker 34 (50:45):
Wife and as One's mother, he is an unknown parking
lot somewhere. We're attempting to have wife contact and try to.
Speaker 33 (50:54):
Come home, leading them to a church parking lot in Saline.
Speaker 19 (50:57):
The vehicle was near that shed in the back that
it was like a navy blue top ho type vehicle
that I saw, and the cop cars we're all surrounded.
Speaker 33 (51:08):
But as for that claim in dispatch audio that more
may have been stalking the woman, civil rights and employment
attorney Deb Gordon says that could spell trouble for the
university itself under Title nine.
Speaker 32 (51:19):
That's a problem if he's been stalking her.
Speaker 35 (51:21):
That does come under the umbrella if it meets the
standards of sexual harassment, if there was a sexual component.
Speaker 32 (51:26):
To that, and the university can be held liable.
Speaker 33 (51:29):
In a statement university President Dominico Grosso set in part quote,
when the findings of a university investigation into coach Moore's
behavior were presented on Wednesday, we immediately terminated his employment.
There is absolutely no tolerance for this conduct at the
University of Michigan none. All of the facts here must
be known, so the university's investigation will continue.
Speaker 35 (51:52):
It's bad enough to have a sexual relationship with somebody
at work, but when it's a subordinate that reports directly
up to you, that is very dicey territory.
Speaker 2 (52:02):
They look at that.
Speaker 7 (52:02):
Huh.
Speaker 2 (52:03):
So wait a second, So they're saying that the uh,
the woman who he was cheating with, this college assistant
coach or whatever which.
Speaker 4 (52:11):
She was, or executive assistant. I believe whatever her title was, she's.
Speaker 7 (52:15):
Gonna make some money. It's gonna be which kind of sucks,
you know.
Speaker 5 (52:20):
It kind of sucks that she gets involved in this
relationship with this guy, and obviously this guy's behavior turns
to him.
Speaker 4 (52:27):
You know, well, I wonder is it that she could
sue or could other people whose jobs are going to
be affected by this?
Speaker 2 (52:34):
I mean she I think she's the one that they're
referring to do you.
Speaker 4 (52:38):
Know what I mean, because if if I if something
happens to.
Speaker 7 (52:41):
My job because of what Sharon Moore did.
Speaker 5 (52:44):
I But here's the thing, though, there's there was knowing
that you know, they there's been word that for weeks.
Speaker 2 (52:53):
Everybody people knew about it.
Speaker 7 (52:54):
They said it was the worst kept secret.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
And there's a lot of times where the university you know,
probably know.
Speaker 8 (53:01):
Here's one thing I do want to say, though, And
if the Washingtonawk County police are listening and Sharon can
hear it, turn it up. I think you know, it
was very shocking to hear this news when it broke,
and humor is going around, but there's also also a
family that's being destroyed. And one of the scary things
(53:23):
that came about this is the fact that this man,
heard the reports that we've seen, was potentially suicidal. And
I just want to say, think about your children. Think
about the three girls that if you, for whatever reason
take your life, will be without their father.
Speaker 7 (53:40):
And that's serious.
Speaker 8 (53:42):
And I've never been in a situation like this, but
I can't even imagine what he must be going through
right now. And sometimes people the weight is so strong
that you feel like the only way out is it's
to end it, and I just would love to have
a moment to say, think about your daughters growing up
without their father, do not make that decision.
Speaker 4 (54:00):
As part of a Vanity fair Lie Detector segment with
her the Housemade co star Amanda Seifred, that movie comes
out next Friday, by the way, cannot we to see
it anyway? Sidney Sweeney put one persistent rumor to rest Kevin.
Speaker 7 (54:14):
It was a rumor about her booby.
Speaker 2 (54:16):
Oh that's here.
Speaker 7 (54:18):
There's been a question on everyone's minds recently, and I
just have to ask, are booths real? Have you ever
had any work.
Speaker 16 (54:26):
Done on them?
Speaker 19 (54:27):
No, I've never gotten any work done anywhere that what's truthful?
Speaker 7 (54:31):
Cut touch them, you could tell her boobs are real.
Speaker 4 (54:33):
We love we loves by the way, she said in
an interview earlier this week, and again she kind of
mentioned it right there. She has never she's terrified of needles.
She has not had any sort of classics for retreat
and in the lead up to the twenty twenty six
Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina, Italy, the United States Olympic
and Para Olympic Committee has named Snoop Dogg Team USA's
(54:54):
first ever honorary coach, so he will now join Team USA.
Speaker 7 (55:00):
He'll he'll join what.
Speaker 4 (55:01):
Team USA calls the team behind the team, cheering on competitors,
offering encouragement, helping to build excitement among the US squad.
And his involvement grows out of his connection from the
Paris twenty twenty four Games, where he was a special correspondent.
Speaker 7 (55:16):
He was a fan favorite by far.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
So his role will also help raise awareness and support
for athletes training mental health initiatives that the Olympics is
going to be doing end career development as well. So
you're going to see him a ton come next year.
For everything you missed from today's show, catch up, I
check it out the podcast on the free I Heeart Radio.
Speaker 1 (55:37):
Mojo in the Morning. On social media, This Chris his
module in the morning, He's Dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
You're calling men quarter all right?
Speaker 20 (55:47):
Mm?
Speaker 2 (55:50):
Is his Morgan?
Speaker 21 (55:52):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (55:53):
Hi Morgan? How you doing?
Speaker 3 (55:55):
Hi?
Speaker 7 (55:55):
I'm good?
Speaker 3 (55:56):
How are you good?
Speaker 2 (55:57):
Are you ready to win some money? Or line?
Speaker 3 (56:00):
I am?
Speaker 2 (56:01):
We got Lions tickets? To which one would you rather have?
Lions tickets or money?
Speaker 10 (56:05):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (56:06):
I don't know.
Speaker 15 (56:06):
It's tough Christmas time, so probably shopping.
Speaker 7 (56:09):
I know, I hear you, I hear you.
Speaker 5 (56:13):
All right, Well, those Lions tickets are worth a lot
of money. That'd be a nice Christmas gift for somebody,
So that is true. Let's see what happens here. You
sound like a nice lady. I don't know if I
want to even say that you got to do this,
but hold on.
Speaker 26 (56:26):
It's time to reach into Santa Sack with Mojo in
the morning.
Speaker 2 (56:33):
Are you ready to grab Santa Sack? Morgan?
Speaker 20 (56:38):
I am.
Speaker 2 (56:39):
Let's see what you pull out.
Speaker 26 (56:40):
Here we go, boy, I can't remember the last time
missus Claus reached in there.
Speaker 7 (56:48):
Sixty three dollars.
Speaker 2 (56:52):
That's amazing, sixty three dollars.
Speaker 7 (56:57):
Sorry, there you go.
Speaker 5 (57:00):
Thanks, yeah, exactly. I think that was my door dash
bill just a little bit ago. Congratulations to you. We
got sixty three dollars for you.
Speaker 2 (57:08):
There we go, and you you gotta have a merry
Christmas and special thanks to Santa Steve over at zod
Ford and Holly.
Speaker 8 (57:18):
And it's sixty three, right, not like we're gonna text it.
She's gonna get like forty five. Uh well, that is
all between her and on the sad, so we'll see.
Hold on, one second.
Speaker 5 (57:29):
We'll get you set up with that another chance to
grab Santa Sack, hopefully for more money coming up here
or those Lions tickets coming up at eight thirty this morning. Uh,
it's Mojo in the Morning show. I was noticing on
my way into work this morning what I thought was
and I kind of had one of those moments where
I'm driving and I drive in every day and I
always put my GPS ways on because I always want
(57:53):
the police warnings because you know, I usually drive my
car like I steal it, you know what.
Speaker 7 (57:58):
I mean, Like you do drive not I drive down
the lodge.
Speaker 5 (58:01):
And you got to because you got to try to
be able to keep up with everybody because there is
no speed limit on that thing. And I'm driving and
as I'm driving, I'm going God wayses and showing me
there's a cop up here, and I look and I'm
pulling up towards a car, and I'm like kind of going,
I'm gonna slow down a little bit because I don't
want to pass a cop. And it wasn't a cop,
but it looked like a cop car. It was a
person with their car decorated full of lights. Oh I see,
(58:24):
so it was like wrapped in lights like you would
wrap a Christmas tree, but wrapped around what was a
Chevy Equinox.
Speaker 7 (58:33):
Okay, all right, not a cop car.
Speaker 3 (58:35):
It was.
Speaker 5 (58:37):
Well, it shouldn't be, and I don't think it. I
don't think that the lights that this person had it
should be legal because it looks like because I think
they were there were reddish lights.
Speaker 2 (58:46):
They had red lights.
Speaker 5 (58:47):
And to me, when I think red lights or blue lights,
I think of a firefight, firefighter car, or a police car.
But what is up with the people these days that
are decorating their cars?
Speaker 7 (58:57):
I see more and more every year.
Speaker 4 (58:58):
I feel like with like then enough nose or the
people with the jeep that have the spare tire on
the back and they make it look like a big wreath.
Speaker 2 (59:05):
Those are fun. I support those really. Yeah. I like that.
Speaker 8 (59:09):
I like the little Rudolph Nose, I like the antlers.
I like everything that Shannon just said. Once you start
getting into the lights, I think that's dangerous territory.
Speaker 7 (59:16):
I remember when I.
Speaker 8 (59:17):
Was younger, I thought it was illegal for like people
to hang dice from their rearview because they said it
was like obstruction of your vision or something like that.
Speaker 2 (59:24):
I don't know how to hell you get away?
Speaker 7 (59:26):
Why aren't you not supposed to do that for them?
Speaker 2 (59:31):
Did you get away with lights?
Speaker 5 (59:32):
I feel like I feel like I'm being judgmental and
judging them. But I feel like lights on your car
to me is a little much.
Speaker 2 (59:39):
I don't know. It just seems like it's too festive.
I'm not into it. You don't like it's too holidays,
It's too festive. It's like, you know, keep that for
your home or for your you know, your office space.
You know what I mean.
Speaker 7 (59:54):
I don't necessarily know if you need to be dried.
Were these lights blinking or were they just on? No?
Speaker 5 (59:59):
They were Think they weren't blinking, because I think anybody
does blinking lights has a psychotic problem. Like I think
there's a little psychosis issue going on there.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
None of you guys have blinking lights, do you? Hell?
Speaker 20 (01:00:11):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
I mean, blinking lights to me is the mistake that
somebody made, right, he's even in the house. I don't
like you like blinking lights. I had them all yesterday.
I bought I bought this large an eight mile strip
clubs trunks. I bought this large like hanging light thing.
Speaker 8 (01:00:29):
They kind of look like icycle icicles, and I hung
them up in my house yesterday and they have like
ten different speeds. I guess you could say so like
there's a steel setting and then you can flip it.
And it was blinking yesterday. It wasn't a bad thing.
Speaker 7 (01:00:42):
I don't think blinking. But I like, I have the
twinkle lights on my bushes.
Speaker 2 (01:00:46):
What a twinkle?
Speaker 7 (01:00:47):
What's the difference between twinkle and blinking? They're just they're
really soft. I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:00:51):
They don't bug me, because blinking lights do you actually
bug me? But they twinkle like just a little ay bait.
Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Okay, I'm okay, I'm okay with that, Like the blinking
like and then and I hate when they're blinking in
their offbeat or they're off you know, kilter, like where
one lights one tree is blinking and then the next
one's not. Or on a Christmas tree in your home,
you got the top blinking and then it goes down
to the bottom and it goes in the middle, and
it's like there's no coordinate it, like at least if
(01:01:18):
you had it, like at least if it's to a song,
like say you have like a Christmas song playing, and
it's like those homes that sometimes do it where it's
like Trans Siberian Orchestra song playing on. Don't you know
what I mean? Do you you and your what does
your blink look like?
Speaker 7 (01:01:34):
It's just like a fight blink blink Blink's.
Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
Like a it doesn't ever, it doesn't ever annoy you yesterday?
Speaker 17 (01:01:40):
Have you seen the houses that have all the lights
that like go to the music.
Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
And yeah, that's kind of like different neighbor though, do
y'all do y'all think that, like projected decorations are real?
Speaker 7 (01:01:52):
Like, are y'all fan of esta? It's really?
Speaker 2 (01:01:57):
Yeah? Those those an inflatable decoration.
Speaker 7 (01:02:00):
Like the inflatables are fun? Do yous?
Speaker 5 (01:02:03):
Inflatable decorations are like the kids who are Halloween wearing
inflatable cost I.
Speaker 4 (01:02:08):
Like going past the house, you can tell they collect
a new one every year and they just have so many.
Speaker 7 (01:02:14):
Over there's the house of my neighborhood. Every year she
gets a new one and I kind of love it
to me.
Speaker 5 (01:02:19):
You know what those things look like when they're not inflated,
They look like you have trash on your front and lawn.
They look like nobody picked up the mess from the
night before.
Speaker 2 (01:02:28):
What's up? Rebecca, how you doing?
Speaker 16 (01:02:31):
Okay?
Speaker 21 (01:02:31):
So I was just thinking I saw this story a
couple of years ago, somebody who covered their car with.
Speaker 29 (01:02:36):
Lights, and when they removed those lights, the paint was
just scratched.
Speaker 9 (01:02:41):
They ruined their entire paint job because of those little
balds across the car all the time.
Speaker 2 (01:02:47):
You know what, that's what you get for being you know,
too festive.
Speaker 14 (01:02:50):
Right right?
Speaker 36 (01:02:52):
Exactly?
Speaker 3 (01:02:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:02:54):
Or what do you think of?
Speaker 3 (01:02:55):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (01:02:56):
What do you think of blinking lights? We were just
talking about that. Kev's got blinking lights in his house.
Speaker 11 (01:03:01):
I like twink lights.
Speaker 21 (01:03:02):
The blinking lights kind of like spas me out a
little bit.
Speaker 2 (01:03:05):
Yeah, I'm gonna have an epileptic seizure if I go
over and visit him, you know exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:03:13):
Yeah, I don't know, you know, and maybe you know
it's it's very grinchy of me to not like certain
types of people's Christmas decorations, especially the ones that Shannon
and Kevin have.
Speaker 2 (01:03:24):
It sounds like with the inflatables and the I don't
have inflatables.
Speaker 17 (01:03:27):
I just like them, but my parents inflatables, my nephews
love them.
Speaker 5 (01:03:31):
You only like inflatable, Shannon, because you don't want to
offend your neighbor who you probably think has got a
trashy front house lawn.
Speaker 2 (01:03:37):
Wait what you said your neighbor had?
Speaker 4 (01:03:39):
No, I mean I know them personally. I actually really
they do it. They have a tradition with their kids
where every year they vote and get a new one.
Speaker 7 (01:03:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
But what are bad inflatables? You just don't like them
at all. I just don't like this Santa Claus. First off,
you cannot do an inflatable nativity scene. That's sacrilegious.
Speaker 7 (01:03:56):
I've never seen that.
Speaker 5 (01:03:57):
I've seen some people with an inflatable Nativity scene them like, okay,
you're still wrapping Jesus.
Speaker 2 (01:04:02):
Jesus. No, Jesus is right now Jesus questioning you and
wishing that you weren't Christian. No, I don't like that.
Speaker 5 (01:04:10):
And the inflatables I see all the time are always big, fat,
inflatable Santa Claus is with like a reindeer, and they
they've been up for a few seasons and the weather
hasn't treated him right, you know. Or you don't have
a proper lighting in the in your with spotlights on them,
you know, so they you scare you. That looks like
there's like somebody standing in your front lawn.
Speaker 7 (01:04:31):
I saw a.
Speaker 8 (01:04:31):
Huge turkey inflatable with a lion's jersey, and then they
threw a set of hat on it.
Speaker 2 (01:04:38):
I thought that was cool.
Speaker 5 (01:04:40):
Okay, your neighborhood made my neighborhood. We got an ho
a issue with that.
Speaker 2 (01:04:45):
What's up, Christian? How you doing?
Speaker 16 (01:04:47):
Hey?
Speaker 18 (01:04:48):
How's it going?
Speaker 13 (01:04:48):
Mojo?
Speaker 2 (01:04:49):
Good buddy? What's going on?
Speaker 20 (01:04:52):
So?
Speaker 18 (01:04:52):
I wrapped my truck in Christmas lights and I even
went as far to put a Christmas tree.
Speaker 3 (01:04:56):
In the back.
Speaker 2 (01:04:58):
Okay, you actually have a real Christmas tree in the
back of your truck.
Speaker 18 (01:05:02):
Yeah, It's like a six foot like Christmas tree that
you would put in a living room, strapped to the
back in the truck bed.
Speaker 7 (01:05:09):
Is that legal to have that?
Speaker 2 (01:05:10):
Like, couldn't that thing fly out and hit me if
I'm driving behind you?
Speaker 20 (01:05:14):
Yes?
Speaker 11 (01:05:15):
And no.
Speaker 18 (01:05:15):
I got a bunch of wire ties on that and
ratchet straps. I talked with a cop about it once
I did it and got all the lights and stuff
on there, and he told me it was just based
off of the cop that you get they they.
Speaker 16 (01:05:29):
Can get you for it.
Speaker 18 (01:05:30):
But he said he personally would.
Speaker 3 (01:05:32):
Have pulled me over for it.
Speaker 5 (01:05:33):
Oh, like, if I was a cop, I would pull
you over just because I'd be worried that you're gonna
you know, it's like kind of a person driving with
a mattress that's could fly out of their back.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
Yeah, that would that would that scare me?
Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
How many times have people driven their Christmas trees home
from the Christmas tree lot and had lost to Christmas trees?
Speaker 7 (01:05:55):
Having a Christmas tree on the top of your car
is very real.
Speaker 2 (01:05:58):
Christian has it all the time. He's got the tree
right there in the back of the bed and full
on decorated. What's up, Robin?
Speaker 11 (01:06:06):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (01:06:08):
Hi there?
Speaker 16 (01:06:08):
How are you good?
Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
What's going on?
Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
Nothing?
Speaker 23 (01:06:12):
I just heard you talking about the ornaments hanging from
like the rear view mirror. Yeah, and I have a
I have a penis that hangs from my mirror.
Speaker 7 (01:06:19):
A Penish penis. Is that yours?
Speaker 29 (01:06:23):
It's not a Christmas penis.
Speaker 23 (01:06:24):
It's got a little sun hat on it. My cousin
got it for me for my fiftieth birthday.
Speaker 7 (01:06:29):
Have you ever been pulled over for it?
Speaker 14 (01:06:32):
I have not.
Speaker 10 (01:06:33):
I have been.
Speaker 23 (01:06:35):
I uh went out with a guy and he asked
told me he didn't want to see because of the
male appendage I had hanging from my mirror.
Speaker 7 (01:06:43):
Have you named it?
Speaker 23 (01:06:45):
It's not named?
Speaker 2 (01:06:49):
Hey, Robin, can you do as a favor? And how
old you have? You have kids?
Speaker 17 (01:06:55):
I do?
Speaker 2 (01:06:55):
Can you videotape yourself?
Speaker 3 (01:06:57):
Like?
Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
Can you oh you're thirty? Okay, you're shoulder? How about that?
Speaker 5 (01:07:00):
Could you pick up Shannon's daughter Lucy and son Smith
and will you go to the drop off lines at
their schools and just see what people's reactions are to
be rob dropping them off with the penis hanging from
the garden. That would be an incredible one. What's going on?
Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
How you doing? Josh?
Speaker 7 (01:07:23):
Could being a scrowge mojo and let people be festive.
Speaker 4 (01:07:26):
He's been a scrooge all week. Come on, let him
finish out the week being a scrooge.
Speaker 2 (01:07:30):
Josh.
Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
You do the breaking and entering, it's so good. Why
why end it like this.
Speaker 7 (01:07:36):
Disappointment in your voice?
Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
Which one, Josh bothers you the most?
Speaker 5 (01:07:41):
My coming down on people that have their cars decorated,
or the inflatables in their front yard, or the blinking
lights them all of them all right, But be honest
with you, is there any of them that bother you?
Speaker 3 (01:07:55):
I have a yard pool of inflatables. And that's only
because I have a neighborhood full of little kids.
Speaker 2 (01:08:00):
Okay, a good guy. You're that guy. Huh. By the way,

shop and there's drinks in each. SHOPS i, KNOW.
Speaker 3 (01:24:08):
I.
Speaker 17 (01:24:08):
Go it was so fun and there WAS i, mean
there's so many new stores popping up downtown that some
stories THAT i EVEN i haven't been in, yet Like
timberland and stuff like. That so we had a great,
time a lot of, shopping a lot of. Sipping, yeah
but no complaints by. ME i was just shocked by
(01:24:31):
some of the people THAT i brought out to this
event that were sipping as hard as they were. SIPPING
i had a woman that was like very established in
her career shows up in a. Blazer she probably came
just from works that started at five, pm but she
knew how to, Drink like she was throwing them back
(01:24:51):
more than ME i know how to. Drink she knew
how to. Drink AND i was. SHOOK i was, like,
YOU i don't want to say what she does for,
work but she has a very nice job and she
was getting. Down SO i was like it was she was.
Speaker 7 (01:25:04):
She shopping then a lot too because she was drinking.
Speaker 17 (01:25:06):
Lots of lots of shopping. Too so who did you
least expect.
Speaker 2 (01:25:10):
That is like a partier the party.
Speaker 17 (01:25:12):
Party, yeah this this woman like she had her life.
Speaker 5 (01:25:16):
Together but she, yeah she was because because she was all,
nicely you, know corporate and. Stuff you didn't think that
she could let her hair down a little.
Speaker 35 (01:25:26):
Bit.
Speaker 17 (01:25:26):
Huh she was letting her hair, down but in the corporate,
attire still doing.
Speaker 5 (01:25:31):
IT i remember one, time my, dad actually not more
than one. Time we used to invite our parish priest
over all the time On, gorman AND i remember my
Senior gorman knocking back like a full bottle Of Jack.
Daniels oh you had to, well, no it's. Funny he
had a sweater, on and he had a sweater with
the collar underneath the, sweater so it kind of looked
(01:25:53):
interesting like you normally don't see.
Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
That it was like a colored.
Speaker 7 (01:25:56):
Sweater and he came in and by the end of
the night the collar was, off.
Speaker 4 (01:25:59):
AND i, think on a, gosh remember we used to
HAVE i don't know IF i IF i want to
say her. NAME i don't know if she would want
her name. Said there was a woman who used to
work in our traffic department here At iHeart AND i.
Speaker 7 (01:26:11):
Always, yes you know.
Speaker 4 (01:26:13):
EXACTLY i always thought she was so like buttoned up
and kind of. Quiet and there was one holiday party
she was ripping.
Speaker 7 (01:26:21):
Shots Susan Shram.
Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
She's a wolverine. Man she. Doesn't she don't mess around.
Speaker 7 (01:26:28):
After THE i was, like.
Speaker 5 (01:26:29):
What, so it's funny when you go to your Company
christmas party and you see people out of their their,
uniforms so to. Speak you do see some people that
come out of element a little bit bad in.
Speaker 8 (01:26:41):
ACCOUNTING i know you walk in probably attest to, this
or surely you, can't as you know a lot of
television people. Too but you see these anchors on the,
news very serious. Stories do these passionate. Stories you get
a few drinks in, them they're going super that's.
Speaker 2 (01:26:56):
Right we like those.
Speaker 5 (01:26:58):
Guys, actually those are the ones THAT i actually believe
more than the. Ones they are out there trying to
bust you, know the craziness in the, city and you
don't see them out there. Partying hold on a, Second,
derek what did you want to?
Speaker 36 (01:27:11):
Say good morning?
Speaker 34 (01:27:13):
Guys how's it.
Speaker 3 (01:27:13):
Going what's?
Speaker 2 (01:27:14):

Speaker 24 (01:27:16):
You, know SIPs and.
Speaker 14 (01:27:17):
Shops it sounds like shots and.
Speaker 7 (01:27:19):
Shops shots and.
Speaker 2 (01:27:21):
Shops what kind of? Drinks so what were the drinks
that they?
Speaker 17 (01:27:24):
Had so we started at The, skip which is decorated For,
christmas and they had all these fun holiday drinks like
whatever you, wanted and THEN i think we had some
like not, mimosas some what's the really sweet wine. Moscatto,
yeah we had like some. Mescato each one had a
different one born In, detroit WHICH i know they told
me y'all did a broadcast from for the. Draft, yeah
(01:27:46):
they had like Eight mile, vodka.
Speaker 2 (01:27:49):
Yeah which is which which he, owns Which anthony to
a ton of DIFFERENT i Did gillies have? Something Or?
Speaker 17 (01:27:55):
No we didn't stop At.
Speaker 5 (01:27:56):
Gillies gilly's is the, place, man if you're going, downtown
where do you you? Know i've tried their food maybe
once of the five or six times i've been, there
but their drinks are.
Speaker 17 (01:28:06):
Amazing but we did go By Nick Gilbert, way which
you know Affiliated, yeah that's That's Nick Gilbert. Way and
they had hot.
Speaker 5 (01:28:17):
Chocolates, derek you know what the whole theme of this
is the theme is we're going to get you wasted
so that you spend money on things you don't.
Speaker 2 (01:28:24):
Need and that's that's what a smart thing to. Do
THAT'S i, MEAN i like.
Speaker 5 (01:28:30):
It and actually you want the alcohol because it's cold
at night, too and you're walking up and down Downtown.
Speaker 17 (01:28:35):
Detroit it was a little.
Speaker 5 (01:28:36):
Chilly, YEAH i, laughed BECAUSE i have drunk shopped before
at the mall where you go to you, know the
what was it used to Be max And erma's over
at Twelve, oaks but now it's now it's something.
Speaker 2 (01:28:52):
Else it's like some brewery or.
Speaker 5 (01:28:53):
Whatever and then at summerset there have been times where
we'll go to even Like California Pizza kitchen and believe
it or, not they serve Alcoholic california piecea kitchen really oh,
yeah and you'll you'll get drinks and stuff and the
next thing you, know you're, LIKE i got to work
this off and stay here a little bit, more and
you end up buying more stuff because you don't want
to get in your.
Speaker 2 (01:29:10):
Car job shopping is the best drunk.
Speaker 7 (01:29:15):
And when you wake up the next, morning you're Like Madeleine.
Speaker 2 (01:29:18):
Madeline who Did who was a surprise to you that
that they were a partier?
Speaker 9 (01:29:25):
Us the, Teachers oh, YES i.
Speaker 5 (01:29:28):
REMEMBER i remember WHEN i saw my kids teachers out
for the first, time like at a, bar or they
came out to one of our. Events you guys are
wild because you're you got to like a pent up
aggression from being around these snot.
Speaker 14 (01:29:39):
Kids, oh you.
Speaker 9 (01:29:42):
Have no, Idea and tonight is Our christmas holiday work,
party AND i am ready.
Speaker 2 (01:29:51):
Where do teachers have have their holiday? Parties because you
got to be careful of people taking.
Speaker 9 (01:29:55):
Pictures one of our kindergarten, teachers who had like a
full wine cellar in her, basement always, Toasts so we'll start,
there and then we always end up karaoking at a
bar on the.
Speaker 5 (01:30:11):
Road SO i had a friend of mine who was a,
teacher who, said you never live in the community where
you teach for this particular.
Speaker 2 (01:30:21):
Reason, YEAH.
Speaker 9 (01:30:25):
I am fully committed to.
Speaker 12 (01:30:26):
THAT i was, Like, nope as long As i'm, TEACHING
i will never live in the safe city THAT i.
Speaker 5 (01:30:31):
Teach you you, know you, know in our school that
our kids went, to we used to have a thing Called,
octoberfest and it was you, Know octoberfest is a way
For catholics to kind, of you, know get more money for.
Things so they just fill you with a bunch of
beer and booze and stuff like that and then have
like big. Auctions the, teachers the teachers and administrators were
(01:30:53):
always the most fun to hang out. With i'll give
if my principal's. Drunk what grade has the craziest? Teachers,
like which teachers get the? Wildest the ones who teach
the babies are the.
Speaker 9 (01:31:06):
Teenagers, yeah, no you, KNOW i teach first, grade AND
i feel like kindergarten first. Grade we're the most prepared
and ready to.
Speaker 3 (01:31:17):
Lose.
Speaker 2 (01:31:18):
Yeah, yeah your kids are the. Youngest and if the
kids see you and you're, drunk they just think you're.
Happy this makes me think of doctors. TOO i remember
being at bars and seeing doctors doing more than just,
drinking AND i was, like, you you are a.
Speaker 17 (01:31:35):
Doctor WHEN i go to the, doctor you ask me
how many DRINKS i have a, Week you asked me doing,
substances and here you.
Speaker 7 (01:31:43):
Are, yeah, NO i get it real. Quick i'm having
the craziest time.
Speaker 2 (01:31:48):
Here hold on a. Second.
Speaker 5 (01:31:49):
OH i kept looking at The Facebook live in The
Facebook live BECAUSE i WAS i wanted to see if
we were still On Facebook. Live and it kept freezing
for some. REASON i don't know if our cell was,
bad but it kept freezing On kevin's nose and what
looked like a.
Speaker 2 (01:32:04):
Nosebooger it's probably vasiline stuck in.
Speaker 7 (01:32:07):
There it was like all of a, SUDDEN i was
AND i was there AND i was trying to see
IF i can get.
Speaker 15 (01:32:12):
It that is the.
Speaker 5 (01:32:12):
Word we got to do extreme close up camera. Timeline
i'm The Live.
Speaker 3 (01:32:22):
Deroit Grand rabbit.
Speaker 1 (01:32:28):
SNX fm at hard radio, Stations Real, people real, Lives real,
Fun mojo in The, Morning Guarantine Human.
Speaker 5 (01:32:39):
Okay It's mojo in The Morning, Show home Of, war The,
Roses Second Date, update and of Course The dirty on the.
Thirty kevin called me last. Night he was over At
josiah's mom's, House jasmine at her, house and he had
this crazy idea AND i, said bringing up on the
air and we'll see if anybody thinks of this.
Speaker 2 (01:33:00):
Idea go.
Speaker 8 (01:33:00):
Ahead, yeah so what do you guys think about next?
Week one, day one, morning when to start. Over he's gonna,
talk explain what.
Speaker 2 (01:33:08):
Happened and then so, yesterday SO i try to Pick
josiah from school as often AS i.
Speaker 7 (01:33:14):
Can that's my opportunity to spend time with.
Speaker 8 (01:33:16):
Him AND i am unable to spend the night with
him BECAUSE i can't wake up and take him to
school Because i'm. Here So jasmine is bearing the brunt
of you, know primarily being the one that has to
do all the homework has got to study all the,
tests got to wake him up in the, morning AND
i pick him up, yesterday take him over to her.
HOUSE i stay a bit, longer starting to do some,
(01:33:37):
homework AND i don't know how the conversation, started but
he went to.
Speaker 7 (01:33:42):
Her he's like standing over.
Speaker 8 (01:33:43):
Her she's sitting down on the, couch and he's, LIKE
i don't like you because WHEN i look at, YOU
i think of me having to wake up and go
to school in the.
Speaker 7 (01:33:50):
Morning like his entire.
Speaker 8 (01:33:52):
Mindset in terms of their relationship is all school, related
like you gotta do your, homework you gotta like.
Speaker 7 (01:33:59):
That they don't have any fun. Time they don't have
any mother and son.
Speaker 8 (01:34:02):
Time from his perspective in that, moment that goes beyond
education and school is.
Speaker 7 (01:34:08):
Tough it's a different.
Speaker 8 (01:34:10):
Atmosphere it's a harder, curriculum so it's a it's a
bit of an adjustment period for. Him and it crushed,
her like you could tell her face like she was.
SAD i was trying, to, like you, know do my.
Thing so time goes.
Speaker 2 (01:34:21):
By she's, LIKE i got an, idea and IMMEDIATELY i
was LIKE i knew exactly what she was gonna, say
AND i was, like let's whitch.
Speaker 7 (01:34:30):
Places let's which places you?
Speaker 2 (01:34:32):
Go, yeah you go do my. Job you go to
the radio, station and you spend the morning doing WHAT i,
do And i'll spend the night preparing With josiah And
i'll take him to school in the morning unless trade.
Speaker 7 (01:34:44):
PLACES i love this just for.
Speaker 17 (01:34:46):
FUN i love.
Speaker 7 (01:34:47):
That, no it's so. Good it's good for your each.
Speaker 2 (01:34:50):
Other how DO i know That jasmine is going to
be interesting to hang out?
Speaker 3 (01:34:54):
With very?
Speaker 4 (01:34:57):
True we, yeah but we could still talk To keV
throughout the morning to see how it's.
Speaker 7 (01:35:03):
Going and Then i'll come back AFTER i drop him,
Off i'll come in so.
Speaker 5 (01:35:06):
Jet so your thing is you are going to prove
To josiah that it's not his mom that's being.
Speaker 2 (01:35:15):
Mean it's what you have to do to get you
off to school and all that.
Speaker 5 (01:35:18):
Stuff and so you're gonna equally be like What jasmine
is or you're gonna be fun.
Speaker 2 (01:35:22):
Dad are you gonna be fun?
Speaker 3 (01:35:24):
Dad?
Speaker 7 (01:35:24):
Absolutely.
Speaker 2 (01:35:24):
Yeah and you're gonna let him go late and you're gonna.
Start it's not gonna change, anything but it'll hopefully make
her feel a bit. Better it's not gonna change. Anything
it's gonna make her.
Speaker 17 (01:35:34):
Worse he's gonna be like, dad taking me to school
is the.
Speaker 2 (01:35:37):
Best, yeah, Fun we.
Speaker 5 (01:35:39):
Get tim bits and we show up, late and he
writes me a forgiveness notes might not even go to.
Speaker 2 (01:35:46):
School he's urpris and come in.
Speaker 5 (01:35:47):
Here it is while from a guy that you know
has a family where mom always was the one taking
him to school and doing everything like. That AND i
never realized how difficult it is to wake kids up
BECAUSE i never had to do that BECAUSE i was
always here at work ahead of. Time but it is
a pain in the ass getting your kids out of.
Bed talk about like hitting snooze. Alarms they just sit
(01:36:07):
there and they scream NonStop that they don't want to get.
Up and that's What i'm hearing From, Josiah like it's
like he'll get up. There there are mornings where she
doesn't have to wake him, up like he'll set his.
Alarm he KNOWS i got to go brush my, teeth
take my shower IF i didn't do it the night,
before my clothes are laid.
Speaker 8 (01:36:22):
Out let me make me some. Breakfast there are those.
Mornings but then there's the other. Side there's the yan
to the yang where it's THE i don't want to get.
Speaker 7 (01:36:29):
Up, NO i don't. KNOW i just fell it is that?
Speaker 2 (01:36:32):
Old do you support her by, saying, hey, no get Your.
Speaker 8 (01:36:37):
There's only been one time where he's called in and
SAID i don't want to go to, school And i've,
said let's see what your mom. Says usually there's usually
what would you respond on the, Time i'm, like get
your ass. UP i tried not to say it like,
that but we have our. Responsibilities this is a part of,
it like encouraging in. That but absolutely you're you're taking
your ass in.
Speaker 5 (01:36:55):
School, yeah When i've been off And i've had to do,
this you, know or got to do the school thing
WHERE i got to take them to.
Speaker 2 (01:37:02):
School it is fun to take them to, school like
it is. Cool But i'm going to tell you.
Speaker 5 (01:37:06):
That would get old, Fast like it would because because
they are grouchy in the, morning LIKE i got to
pick them up in the, afternoon and usually in the
afternoon they were just quiet or sometimes they, would you,
know when they were, younger they would talk not. Stop
when they were teenagers or like middle school like your son,
is and through high, school they just didn't talk.
Speaker 7 (01:37:26):
Much jo had a good ten to fifteen minutes and
he'll go to.
Speaker 17 (01:37:28):
Sleep my favorite memories growing up were when my mom
would take me to school Every friday and we would
listen to your. Show really, yeah it was like the
best thing we would because Normally, donald how would you
get to? SCHOOL i would take the, Bus but On
fridays it would be like mom And Ana, street we
would go to, McDonald's would listen To mojo in the.
Morning it was a.
Speaker 4 (01:37:44):
VIE i was, LIKE i only took the. BUS i
never got. Rides my mom never woke up for us
to make breakfast or. Anything we were on our, own
starting in like second.
Speaker 7 (01:37:53):
Grade, well you know.
Speaker 5 (01:37:55):
What's funny IS i always kind of picture that that
was what it was like at the house, too was
That elsea was getting them up and she was making
a nice breakfast and doing all the rest of this.
Stuff and usually it was she was trying to get
them up and last minute they're racing out of the
house with wet hair and you, know and bitching and
moaning about the whole.
Speaker 2 (01:38:12):
Thing so it's not kind of like, That but what's
gonna happen? YOU i thought you would love, this to
be honest With SO i would love it If jasmine
will answer all my. Questions that's WHAT i, thought you,
KNOW i want to ask questions AND i would like
to get to know, her SO i actually do kind
of like. It my only fear with this is then
it Becomes shannon coming to me next and then Saying
(01:38:34):
shannon wants to now do.
Speaker 4 (01:38:35):
This, well Remember west isn't working right, now so he
could stay the whole income at, home so.
Speaker 5 (01:38:42):
Or Then beyonca And lydia And anna going, hey you
KNOW i want to, switch you, know next, THING i
Know i'm gonna Have, Yeah i'm gonna have pops, Here lydia's,
mom you, Know beyonca's. Dad, Al it's like everybody, like all, right,
guys who AM i doing a morning show? At what's
what's going on For Mojo? LIVE i want to know
what your thoughts around this. One and ALSO i want
(01:39:02):
to know is there a parent that is the bad?
Parent because the parent has to be the person to
do the tough, work you, know the not so you,
know fun stuff all the.
Speaker 8 (01:39:13):
Time josiah changes When i'm, around and there was this
period where he would just be like increasingly more. Happy,
yeah like you could just tell his. Disposition he was.
Energetic there was like a lot of. Joy it's like
this crazy kid energy when we were, together and that
kind of spills over in times where that energy isn't,
(01:39:34):
required where we need to calm, down focus and do our.
Homework And jasmine is a very structured, individual so she
knows what time she wants to get.
Speaker 7 (01:39:42):
Started she needs him to.
Speaker 8 (01:39:43):
Focus and When i'm, around even Though i'm trying to
get him to do, homework it's still laughing and, giggling
so it sounds if.
Speaker 7 (01:39:49):
We're doing it. TOGETHER i can't even really do the
homework because he's still on a.
Speaker 4 (01:39:53):
PLAY i called you yesterday and you were trying to
do homework with. Him, yeah and it was funny because
you kept saying to, him LIKE i heard you saying,
focus and THEN i thought it was. Funny keV was,
LIKE i got CHAT gpt pulled.
Speaker 2 (01:40:05):
Up are you doing?
Speaker 5 (01:40:08):
Algebra are you calling any of these? Textures or SHOULD
i just read these? Off because of they've been sitting.
Speaker 2 (01:40:13):
Here but, yeah they can't, talk that's, why all?
Speaker 5 (01:40:15):
Right so four one nine, says why Can't kevin Have
josiah do his homework right after school so that he
can have fun time with his mom at.
Speaker 2 (01:40:24):
Night so.
Speaker 8 (01:40:27):
Those Moments josiah likes to have his chill. Tome he
doesn't that's what he calls. It he doesn't like to
come home and immediately get back to work like he
needs like a little break or a.
Speaker 7 (01:40:37):
Refresher so give him like an, hour hour and a
half or something like that to really, well.
Speaker 2 (01:40:40):
Then why don't you get the homework done right after?
Speaker 7 (01:40:42):
That WHAT i was gonna, say after the hour and a,
half that's when we start.
Speaker 5 (01:40:44):
Homework another texture here at three one three, says all
of you guys should trade. Places SO i guess we
trade places.
Speaker 17 (01:40:52):
With our What chelsea run the show there you, Go
by the, way.
Speaker 2 (01:40:56):
The show would never be. LATE i just want you
to know that we would never get into a commercial break.
Late another one here, SAYS i agree With jasmine on
the fact that it sucks when you're the parent that
has to get the kids off to school that you
become just a. Disciplinarian what's, Up? Angie what's going? On
how you?
Speaker 22 (01:41:14):
Doing?
Speaker 9 (01:41:16):
Hello?
Speaker 2 (01:41:17):
Hi, Angie, bhi how are you?
Speaker 14 (01:41:19):
Guys good?
Speaker 2 (01:41:20):
Morning we're, good good. Morning.
Speaker 15 (01:41:22):
YEAH i think this would be a good idea because
it gives us the opportunity to know you guys outside
Of mojo in the.
Speaker 20 (01:41:28):
MORNING i like.
Speaker 5 (01:41:29):
It here's a ding you know that When josiah's mom
comes in, here, which by the, way is you Know
kevin's also. X he doesn't really talk about, this but
they did kind of have a thing with each. Other
they didn't just Make. JOSIAH i want to know. ABOUT
i want to know about the times That kevin was you,
know how long were they? Together, LIKE i don't, know.
Speaker 3 (01:41:47):
You were never.
Speaker 2 (01:41:48):
Together i'm telling you we We so you guys were
just fn'. Buddies, yes all, right THEN i want to
find out about. THAT i want to, Know, so how
many times did you have sex with her Before josiah was? Conceded,
okay but so that's more than fin, Buddy but we
never Were like she's a, lady, absolutely and she hates
WHAT i talk about.
Speaker 5 (01:42:05):
So, Well i'm Gonna i'm gonna have to ask. Her
i'm gonna tell. Her she's gonna hate me after. This what's, Up,
mandy how you?
Speaker 2 (01:42:10):
Doing?
Speaker 15 (01:42:12):
Hey, YEAH i just wanted to say How it's kind
of funny BECAUSE i do Remember chelsea being on the
show and you didn't seem to have any problems with.
Speaker 7 (01:42:19):
That, no, NO i did have problems with. That but
for the sake of my, marriage.
Speaker 2 (01:42:27):
That's.
Speaker 23 (01:42:27):
GREAT i think it's.
Speaker 29 (01:42:28):
Great we should do.
Speaker 5 (01:42:29):
More and, HONESTLY i do like this idea a, LOT
i really. Do BUT i think That kevin needs to
step up as a. Dad kevin needs to step up
as a dad and uh and be, more you, know
forceful With josiah.
Speaker 2 (01:42:46):
And not just be the fun. PARENT i am, forceful,
okay that's. Why that's why he looks at his mom
as Being.
Speaker 7 (01:42:53):
They do say kids thrive with.

That's been passed.
Speaker 4 (01:51:08):
Down you, Know like my favorite ornaments on My christmas
tree are either the ones the kids have made me
OR i have ornaments that used to belong To shanny's
granny on My christmas.
Speaker 7 (01:51:18):
TREE i love that stuff so.
Speaker 4 (01:51:19):
Much that being, said there are some things THAT i
feel like there comes a point when you just gotta
either throw them away or donate them.
Speaker 7 (01:51:28):
Already and my mom has one of those. Items it
is A, santa like a Plastic.
Speaker 4 (01:51:36):
Sanna it's about the size of An american girl, doll
and it sits on the counter and when you make
a noise in front of, it it starts swinging its
hips and.
Speaker 7 (01:51:47):
Sings jingle bell.
Speaker 22 (01:51:48):
Rock.
Speaker 4 (01:51:49):
Okay this thing was a gift from my high school
boyfriend to me THAT i think he bought at like
A cvs or something WHEN i was in ninth.
Speaker 7 (01:51:57):
Grade it's like so.
Speaker 4 (01:51:59):
Chintz and, cheap and for whatever, reason my mom still
puts it out every Single, christmas and do you.
Speaker 17 (01:52:07):
Think of your high school boyfriend every?
Speaker 7 (01:52:09):
Time and it's one of those things Where i'm, like
this is not a family.
Speaker 4 (01:52:15):
Heirloom it's not the ornament from grandma or you, know
something that the kids made in their kindergarten. Class it's
this random drug store sanna from my ex.
Speaker 7 (01:52:25):
Boyfriend but it's still in good. Shape it's in perfect.
Shape but why do we need?
Speaker 3 (01:52:30):
This? This do? You?
Speaker 17 (01:52:32):
So it's?
Speaker 7 (01:52:33):
Time so how do you how do you?
Speaker 2 (01:52:34):
Say how do you do the difference between nostalgic and and? Tacky?
Like what do?
Speaker 3 (01:52:41):
You how do you do?
Speaker 7 (01:52:42):
That it's just like it's something from an ex. BOYFRIEND
i don't.
Speaker 2 (01:52:46):
Necessarily, like but it must mean something to your. MOTHER
i mean that you still hasn't and she enjoys. It
Sound i'm the one that's been the grinch all. Morning
NOW i like that you're coming to my. TEAM i
think this.
Speaker 7 (01:53:00):
Again love all the family. Things this one is just
whenever she puts it out on One really.
Speaker 17 (01:53:07):
Something similar happened to my. Family so my parents had
like This santa that was almost as tall as me
that would go. Outside it was a White santa to begin,
with but because of the heat from the light or
whatever it, was every year progressively got darker to the
point where it is now a very dark Black. Santa
(01:53:27):
my dad tried to get rid of it one year and.
Speaker 8 (01:53:30):
The, neighbors why is daddy throwing away black?
Speaker 7 (01:53:33):
Sand, well we thought he was a.
Speaker 17 (01:53:34):
Hurt to A Chris and then the neighbors started calling
my parents like where's Black? Santa Like Ola? Santa so
Now santa's, back but he almost got kicked to the.
Speaker 2 (01:53:46):
CURVE i remember.
Speaker 5 (01:53:47):
GOING i remember my first radio remote was At Southland
mall During christmas. TIME i went to or not my,
first my First christmas one in South am and they
had the Black santa there AND i thought it was
the greatest thing ever BECAUSE i never got to see
a Black santa WHEN i was a.
Speaker 2 (01:54:01):
KID i like.
Speaker 7 (01:54:02):
IT i low, KEY i was the Only santa also
that was and where would you where would he?
Speaker 8 (01:54:06):
Be also White santa's out there, too, yeah like the
daycares instead used to have black black.
Speaker 2 (01:54:11):
Sand White santa was At northland or North Time. Mall
why DID i Say Southlame?
Speaker 3 (01:54:14):
Mall that Was.
Speaker 2 (01:54:15):
NORTHLAND i went to The South.
Speaker 7 (01:54:17):
Mall he was definitely White.
Speaker 2 (01:54:18):
North North Land mall there shout out to North Land
mall now and now A. COSTCO i think right.
Speaker 5 (01:54:25):
Real, Quick uh to go back to uh To shannon with,
this uh the hand me down ornaments that you had
when you were a kid and bring in. There so
when you go into relationships and you get married and
stuff like that in your spouse brings, them they're not
as nostalgic to the person that it doesn't belong. To
(01:54:45):
and WHEN i came into my relationship With, CHELSEA i
came in with a couple of things that were like
from The christmas. Tree and it was funny how the
first years of our marriage those things would end up
on the tree in the front of the. Tree and
then as the marriage would go, on and those were
not as nostalgic To, chelsea didn't have the memories To,
chelsea they would end up on the back of the.
Speaker 4 (01:55:06):
Tree and that's so funny that you bring that, up
because we just decorated our tree with all of those
kind of. Ornaments and So wes had some stuff from
when he was a baby or that belonged to his
late mom that you know obviously are so. Special and
Then samantha And kieran had ornaments from when they were,
little and it is kind of funny because some of
them are pictures of them when they were, little and
not THAT i have a feeling about it because they're
(01:55:29):
special to, them but part of me is, like it
is slightly, weird right that it was like and then
we started finding ornaments in their boxes that belonged to their,
mom and So, samantha my, stepdaughter was, Like i'm going
to put these in a separate pile to bring the MoMA's.
Speaker 7 (01:55:43):
House i'm, like, yeah probably a good.
Speaker 4 (01:55:45):
Idea like that was an interesting hour of my life
going through all the bins of.
Speaker 5 (01:55:49):
Stuff If samantha or you, know Or karen had like
a like a picture of them with their mom In
west together as like a, family the family, picture would
it be weird for you to hang that on The christmas?
Speaker 4 (01:56:03):
Tree, Yeah i'm all for them having that stuff like
that would be a bedroom tree, thing, yeah not of
not our family living room.
Speaker 2 (01:56:09):
Trees how would it go over if you had one
with You lucy And smith and their, Dad it probably
wouldn't even. Survive it wouldn't to? Me Would it's the
kid's memories and, stuff you know WHAT i. Mean SO
i look at it As, okay it's the, kids you know. Whatever,
yeah it can go on the bottom.
Speaker 7 (01:56:27):
Like the sentimental.
Speaker 4 (01:56:28):
Ornaments WE i have all the sentimental, ornaments excuse, me
from all four kids on the. Tree like whatever they
wanted to put, up we put. Up but, yeah there
are definitely some that were, Like, okay.
Speaker 2 (01:56:39):
You wants to ask you a, question would you want to,
say Brie, HI.
Speaker 15 (01:56:44):
I Just, shanon why don't you just buy your mom
a New?
Speaker 16 (01:56:48):
Santa?
Speaker 27 (01:56:50):
YEAH i, think, YEAH i guess the, way she could still.
Speaker 9 (01:56:54):
Have, it but it means something more to her since
it came from her.
Speaker 7 (01:56:57):
Daughter, yeah that's a great. Idea would you would you
just steal the ex boyfriend?
Speaker 4 (01:57:02):
Santas and, not by the, way not THAT i have
any ill will towards this ex, boyfriend like he's a
really Nice yeah he's a nice.
Speaker 7 (01:57:11):
Guy but it's it is it's. Weird, YEAH i.
Speaker 5 (01:57:14):
Uh by the, WAY i like the topic of this
BECAUSE i like the idea of decorations and things that
mean something to some people but don't mean anything to other,
people you, know like to. Me you, know it didn't
mean much to me when our tree was all fancy
and decorative and look everything matched each other and stuff like.
That that's not how my tree was WHEN i was growing.
Up my tree growing up was disheveled and you, know just. Crappy,
(01:57:39):
really the.
Speaker 4 (01:57:40):
Kids protested last year BECAUSE i always had like the
tree that we did gifts around was a, nice esthetically pleasing.
Tree and last year they said to, me we want colored,
lights we want over the, time kind of. Tacky and
so this year that's what we. Did we Had garland
colored light, tinsel this t has.
Speaker 2 (01:57:58):
Ribbons that's my.
Speaker 5 (01:58:00):
Mine it is so so as a kid growing, up
that was how our, tree and it was our tree because,
honestly my mom had no energy to do like the
fancy and, nice so she would literally let us just
decorate the tree by. Ourselves, well we were a bunch of,
idiots had no style at, all and so that was
the tree that we. Had so WHEN i got into you,
know being married To, chelsea who's very meticulous with, THINGS
(01:58:23):
i sat there AND i looked AND i, go this
doesn't feel Like, christmas you know WHAT i? Mean like
mine was Like and this year we got A Charlie brown,
tree WHICH i. Love it's honestly my favorite tree. Ever
it's like literally like A Charlie brown tree and it's
and it's not the crazy monstrosity you know of you
did always.
Speaker 2 (01:58:40):
Have we had a big, tree and we have, it
but it's in a you, Know christmas bag or something
like that out in the. Garage, hey what's up In?
Jella what's?
Speaker 12 (01:58:55):
Up and SO i know you guys are.
Speaker 20 (01:58:57):
Talking about Black, santas but this YEAR i went and
bought the Black christmas.
Speaker 7 (01:59:01):
Tree, Really i've seen what you.
Speaker 27 (01:59:05):
Decorate i'm JUST i did it with rid and.
Speaker 20 (01:59:09):
Silver but the thing is is you can see every
detail on the.
Speaker 3 (01:59:14):
Ornaments and when you take a picture of.
Speaker 20 (01:59:17):
It you, know the greene, tree when you take a,
picture it's all blurry because of the lights and all.
That with the Black christmas, tree there's no. Blur you
can see. Everything it's it's just something out the.
Speaker 10 (01:59:30):
BOX i, MEAN i am half, black but that has nothing.
Speaker 25 (01:59:33):
To do with.
Speaker 14 (01:59:33):
IT i didn't want something.
Speaker 20 (01:59:35):
Different and then my grandkids were, like, oh we can
Do halloween, too so we're going to decorate the tree
For halloween, Also so, okay we'll get our use out of.
It but, YEAH i went out the. Box it's fun
to go out.
Speaker 7 (01:59:48):
The box a little bit and there's, nothing all, right
you know what they.
Speaker 20 (01:59:52):
Say and you guys looked all beautiful at the jingle.
Speaker 5 (01:59:55):
Ball you know what they say about Big christmas. Trees
once you go, black bigger the, present the.
Speaker 2 (02:00:05):
Present, hey there you go. Exactly Merry. Christmas Merry christmas to,
you love, YOU i appreciate, you all, right.
Speaker 3 (02:00:14):
Bye even small ones give us.
Speaker 1 (02:00:17):
Satisfaction another, Way christmas trees are better than.
Speaker 3 (02:00:20):
Me this Morning dirty on the.
Speaker 2 (02:00:26):
Thirty all, right Last dirty of the.
Speaker 4 (02:00:27):

Speaker 5 (02:00:40):
Day but my thing with this IS i think that they're.
Waiting they're worried about his mental, health so they're trying
to figure that.
Speaker 3 (02:00:48):
Out.
Speaker 7 (02:00:48):
Yeah so here's the latest update we have on this.
