Speaker 1 (00:00):
Couple of quick little hits before I get to anything
else on this show. I was just looking at a
couple of stories that I thought were interesting, not trending news,
but I just wanted to throw some out there that
I normally don't get an opportunity to talk about.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
What you got, I got this one here.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving has become one of door Dash's
busiest days, and they say that it's ninety percent higher
than on an average Wednesday. Everybody is door dashing, which
I understand because we're not eating. You know, we're probably
not cooking in our kitchen and stuff too. But you
know what the most common items are, most popular items

(00:39):
that people bing bing bang. Alcohol delivery is pretty common.
Also interesting if these are panic purchases. By the way,
Aside from the panic purchases and stuff, the most common
Wednesday before Thanksgiving items cheeseburgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, and wings.

(00:59):
Those are big ones we always do. We always do pizza,
I think usually the night before or night after. And
then here's an interesting one. Condom orders are interesting. They're
more than thirty percent of people are ordering condoms from
door dash to have them delivered on Thanksgiving Eve.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
I guess that night is the biggest part end of
the year, or so they say so maybe, But because
we've also done topics about porn watching and like baking cookies,
and Thanksgiving is isn't it like the lowest Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Yeah, the least day that people will do. Did you
bring condoms? Hot apple pie? Yeah? More people.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
More people are going to gigs, festivals, and clubs alone.
Solo attendance at festivals has risen sharply, according to Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster says they're selling more solo tickets than they ever
have in twenty twenty five. It's the highest number that
they been able to sell. He was eight percent in

(02:03):
twenty nineteen. Now it's twenty nine percent of solo tickets.
I think sometimes I don't know if you guys have
ever done this before, but try it. If you're gonna
buy something like a Lion's ticket, you can buy one
ticket a one off in the same section, and buy
another ticket one off, and then if it's the same
area or same rows, sometimes you can actually even get

(02:24):
people if it's the same road to move over one
and slide down.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
You feel like you do that a lot. I do.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
I always buy like a single ticket.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
It's cheaper.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
And also like I feel like when you're going to
these things, it's the crowd is like everyone's on the
same vibe. So I know, like for music festivals we
have is it MoPOP? Is that what it's called downtown?
It's like a huge DM thing And I always see
people coming from out of town by themselves, but they
just like that EDM community.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
The I've done this a couple of times. I've never
gone solo to anything, which honestly, I won't even go
to a movie. I just feel so weird going, you
know why, because I think that they think I'm the
loser in the movie theater, Yeah, doing some things will
her did they see?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Yeah, I don't want to do that.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Like I don't want to go there and go, oh,
he came by himself or you know what it is
if somebody is in the movie that that's a listener
of the show and they see me there by myself,
and then next thing, you know, somebody plops next to me.
That's like a you know, nicely, they're gonna go, oh,
he went to a movie with his side piece.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Or something like that, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I don't want any of that stuff happening, so not
at all in the movies by yourself. It's a great experience,
really absolutely, I can't do it.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
And last story not fit for children unless you were
the fat kid, because this story, by the way, heard
me when I saw this. Researchers studied two hundred and
ninety men and found why are you laughing?

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Sorry?

Speaker 3 (03:57):
All day?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
You're just having problems and it's so funny. Can not
speak at all. I am literally, I don't know what
it is you do last night. I know, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
He didn't go home to Chelsea right away?

Speaker 2 (04:08):
No, I did you know what I did last night?
I can't. So we were supposed to.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Chelsea and I were supposed to go to dinner with friends,
and then the friends ended up canceling, so I stayed
home because I remember I didn't sleep the whole rest
of the night, and I think I went to bed
too early and got too much sleep yesterday and she
went out.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
And had a girls night. Now, so yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Researchers studied two hundred and ninety men and found that
if a man was obese before puberty as a child,
if he was a fat kid, he tends to have
a shorter penis as an adult.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Is that true? Interesting? Why you're looking at me? I
was a fat kid?

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Yes? Also, I don't think they say. Here's what they say,
this is interesting that the fact that you were fat
at that time when your body is growing, causes for
growth of your hormonal parts. In your hormonal levels uh

(05:13):
to uh to change, they say. Likely explanation. Childhood obesity
can affect hormone levels like testosterone during puberty when it's
really important for penis growth time.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
That's actually kind of interesting, isn't that interesting?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Yeah, So if you got a fat kid, make that
fat kid go out there and run. Seriously, you know
that's crazy. Tell you here's here's a motivation for a
kid not to eat, you know, snacks in between meals.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Tell them they're not thinking about how big they want
their penis when they're ten years old.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
Sometimes I would want are you? I'm trying to think, like,
how did they do.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
You have a little penis? How they find is research?
Would you have to say and like.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Travel with under that with these studies?

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Here's how they found the research. I said it to you.
They studied two hundred ninety men so they.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Brought guys together and.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
They go, all right, guys, you were all fat when
you were younger, baby pictures, Like how did they figure out?

Speaker 2 (06:10):
They tell you to pull out your and they judge it.
I don't know that that's weird idea. This is a question. Yeah,
I can't believe.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
I'm asking do they keep track of that on your
medical charts? How big your penises?

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Do they measure you?

Speaker 1 (06:25):
I've never, honestly, the only time I've ever exposed my
my privates to a doctor was when I was having
them give me the physical where they were touching my.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
So this truly is like they It's not like them
analyzing medical charts. This is them bringing in a group
of however many two d and ninety gus.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
But I'm not gonna lie. The funny thing for me
is whenever I go to the doctor, and I was
there yesterday doctor Wannamaker, my good friend over at University
of Michigan, great doctor. They made me, uh Mason, the
guy is like his medical assistant made me get on

(07:03):
the scale. And I got on the scale before I
could take off all my coat and my take my
wallet out, my keys out. Do you guys do that
when you get on the scale at a doctor's office,
coming on.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
Cell phone, all it do you that's why you gained
five pounds, I said, I.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Swear to you next time I go, I'm wearing like
a pair of joggers or something like. I wore heavy
jeans yesterday. And the first thing that doctor Wannamaker's like,
you did gain a little bit of weight from the
last visit, Like it was like one of those things.
I'm like, I'm wearing jeans, Doc, I was wearing golf
shorts last time I came in here.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
I guarantee you at that time.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Speaking of sex, you imagine if it was your penis,
I'd be, oh my god, I'd be like, hold that
a second.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
I could go to the bathroom for it.

Speaker 5 (07:45):
And I want to let y'all know I took it.
When I had the itchies, I was like, I'm already here.
I might as well get a six test. Oh you
have my blood drawn? Safe to say, I got nothing.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Guys. The good not that we were worried, but you
know that's good times. You wonder were you sweating it though?

Speaker 5 (08:07):
No, it's just that waiting period where it's like you
got to wait two days, and she was like, they
should tell you Monday, and then Monday didn't come toos.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
I'm like, oh my god, like what was taking them
so long?

Speaker 1 (08:16):
There are a couple of things for me. The uh
the acts were my biggest sweating time. I sweat during
those wanting to know what score I was going to get.
I only got an eighteen. I failed that thing miserably.
Taking any kind of a test like you just took,
and then later, when have you ever done like stress
tests or anything like that when.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
You're have you done that for your heart yet? I
don't think so.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
You're gonna be doing that probably in the next like
ten years or something like that, or or even a
colon ascapy. I've gotten a colonsay before. Right now I
get I get a call. Oh and the waiting period's.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
The worst mammogram.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Yeah, that break mammograms for women you.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Ever had, like Chelsea ever had, like pe on a
steak found out that she was pregnant.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
I'm the longest two minute, three minutes. I was always excited.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
I say, you weren't excited, but it's a long time
timethroom whatever. Yeah, okay, shots to doctor Tye to an
old lady when I was a little kid, she had
her hands on my boss.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Okay, wait, when we're.

Speaker 5 (09:14):
Talking about like doctors and doing her hands to.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Be I think she's still a lot. She was practicing
in pharma too. He was so cold. I didn't she
have a rubber glove. She was my god. I think
they glove. Maybe back then they didn't put it for you.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
They should be putting not only just a regular glove on.
They should put like the kitchen gloves that you wash.
Imagine double imagine she puts on one of those yellow.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Oh my god bubbles. What's up, Nadine, How you doing good?
I just thought it was funny.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
This is a new reason for millennial to be mad
at their parents and be like, my mom, let me
be fat, and now

Speaker 2 (10:05):
I have a small diag
