It's Mojo in the morning show, Kevin, did I hear

you say that you left your wallet again? I did.
After yesterday I was talking about your first off super
fat wallet and what I mean fat. I'm not saying
it's the coolest wallet in the world. I'm saying this
thing is the biggest wallet I've ever seen. Yeah, pretty bulky.

But I did so last night. Uh, we let the
record talk. But last night we had a Pistons game.
Big shots to the Pistons, big big win. Yes, four
of our last six.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Last night was the first game of the new in
season tournament for those who don't know what that is.
Instead of just playing a whole season and then there
being one champion crown at the end to keep the
competition throughout the course of a long season, we have
a middle championship, so to speak. So that end season
tournament kicked off last night. We played against the Miami Heat.

Had an amazing come on mank has been on a
tear this season and it has been incredible to watch
overtime thriller.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
We won.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
I'd like to say that because it was a late night,
that's why I left my wallet. But you know, it's
just who I am. But something incredible happens. So yesterday,
like you mentioned, we talked about the fact that I
left my wallet at our new studios. And as I'm
watching the game, sitting in my seat, I see this
woman and a young girl start to walk and I
see her looking at me because I'm looking at her,

and she's looking with intention.

She's not just looking to look like. She's looking like
she's she has a purpose.

So I jump out of my seat and go approach
her before she gets to me.

And I'm like, hey, how are you.

She's like, I'm doing well. I'm doing well, You're doing
good job, Like, thank you so much. She's like, my
husband's Vin is up there. My husband's Vin. He's up there.
I'm like, okay, I'm not sure who's Vien. Her husband's
what that's his names?

So I'm like, oh, I don't know. She's like he
listens to the morning show and he heard you.

r F I D wallet that we were talking about
here yesterday.

It was the guy. The guy knew he was going
to the game, heard us talking about this, and he
went and bought that wallet for you bought the wallet, bro,
That's that's insane crazy. I've been thinking about a Birken
bag for like a moment.

But that's that's pretty cool. It was incredible. It made

I think all of you have, but most recently Meghan

my faith in humanity. And I think it was your
dad who somebody recognized at a pharmacy. I want to say.

But these type of moments, man, where you never know
who's listening. There are good people out there who are
willing to help if they recognize that you're in need.

If anybody's had one of those moments where somebody just
came to you, like you know, and helped out, you
have to call us up. But let's talk about Kevin
losing his wallet constant you're trying to double down on

one time I was headed to a job interview and
a woman caught me putting my last two dollars in
some odd sense in my gas taking change, And so
I went out back to my pump and the cashier
came out to me and said that the woman had
put ten dollars on my pump. And it was the

reason I got home that day. It was also the
reason I was able to make it to that job
interview and get a job that I kept my story.
That's howzing and I'm still grateful to this day, ten
years later because I had a wonderful experience and it
was because she saw a girl putting change on a
gas pump and changed her life.

Oh incredible. Yeah, that is awesome. What a positive, amazing,

Hey, So talking about restoring faith in humanity and my
car broke down and I had a tow truck come
get it. I had my eleven year old daughter with me,
so we went over to the gat. We had him
drop us off of the gas station near the dealership
where it was getting dropped off, and I had my
wife come to get me, and I looked up. I
had shaved and was learning from crappy clothes, and I

had this lady try to hand me money.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
So because you're because she saw the car breakdown and
she saw what you were going through. Is that what
you needed at that time was money or well, she
thought you were a homele I was going to say,
I thought that's what I thought it was. Like, By
the way, did you give the money back or did
you take it cold?

Speaker 4 (08:23):
I said, I'm just waiting for my wife's.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
We'll see cav parts on the side of Hey man,
don't turn down a blessing. What's up? Blair?

Speaker 3 (08:37):
So when I was trying on wedding dresses, we had
noticed someone trying on Bryces Maade dresses right next to us,
and she had been looking at me. And I tried
on a dress and it was a little bit out
of our price range. Because my grandma was paying for
my dress and my Grandpa had passed a few years
fire that had been something he always wanted to be
a part of and stuff. And I'm standing there in

this dress that we were talking about how I couldn't
afford it, and this the lady who was trying on
brides and my dresses walked over and said, you know,
God wanted me to come over and tell you how
beautiful you looked, and that this is your dress. And
he also wanted me to give you money towards your dress.
And she handed at one hundred dollars bill. And so
I was able to get my wedding dress.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
And that was also.

Speaker 3 (09:20):
Our sign that my grandpa was there with us the
day I tried on my wedding dress.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
That is unreal. These stories are better and better. There's
that's so amazing people.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
Yeah, so we were all crying together.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Anytime somebody says that this world is a bad place,
I want you to think of something like this segment
here on the show and us talking about this and say,
you know what, there are good people that are out
there that Alison, what's up? Hye, Hi, Alison, good morning.
Allison's got one for us, Alison. The entire community came
together for you.

Speaker 6 (09:56):
They did. My daughter was recently hospitalized and had to
have two emergency surgeries, and my whole community came together
and made sure I had enough money for like hospital
food or gas to get back and forth or whatever
I needed while I was so I didn't have to
leave her side.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Wow. Wow, how is your daughter?

Speaker 6 (10:22):
She's having another She's actually in another procedure right now,
but we're hoping she'll be able to come home in
the next couple of days.

Speaker 4 (10:29):

We're sending good, positive thoughts and prayers your way.

Okay, thank you so much. Thanksgiving is going to be
very thankful for my family this year.
