Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, it's Mojo in the morning show. So you guys,
had a weird thing happened to you. We talked yesterday
on the show about how we're in Chicago right now
and the girls are rooming together. They've got a nice
suite that they're all staying in, and you had something
weird happened to you. And has anybody ever had this happen?
Has anybody ever had somebody when you're in a hotel
(00:22):
room walk into your room that shouldn't have been walking
in while you were in there?
Speaker 2 (00:27):
What happened to you? Guys?
Speaker 3 (00:28):
This is so weird. Lydia are you can you? Can
you hear us?
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Lydia is in the Yes, she's in the studio, but
unfortunately she's the capability DEDROI.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
This is all because I'm not blaming Lydia. I'm saying
this started because Lydia has something up with her eye.
I don't know if she wants me to say, you like,
but she has something up with her eyes. So she
has this compress that she needs to warm up several
times during the day so that she can put it
on her eye to make her eye feel better. And
so yesterday we're going a happy hour. We went out
(00:57):
to dinner and she was going to restaurants and poor thing,
asking people to like warm up this compress so she
could put it on her eye. So we get back
to the hotel last night and she's like, wait, I
need to warm up my thing, and there's no microwave
in our room. Well, she asked the front desk. You
asked the front desk if they had a microwave.
Speaker 4 (01:14):
Yea, And they sent it to the wrong room at first,
and then they sent another one to a room. But
they sent it in the middle of the night, and
I don't know where they were or how they brought
it in.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
So we were all sleep We never got the microwave
last night before we all fell asleep, and then we
woke up this morning and in the middle of our
room is just this microwave And I'm like, wait a second.
So that means somebody from the hotel came in in
the middle of the night when all three of us
were sleeping, put the microwave down and then left and
(01:45):
then left. Why does that freak me out so bad?
Speaker 2 (01:48):
How do you guys not wake up when somebody's in
your room?
Speaker 4 (01:52):
Oh? Oh, well, we have a separate room though it's not
like though, it's not like a room where you walk
in the beds are in, like we have a seven bedroom, but.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
You can't hear a door open.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
We have been drinking.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Yeah, you guys are, But you guys are going to
get killed in the middle of the life.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
I don't think. Don't you think that's weird that they
came in?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Well they do? You think that they were knocking on
the door and you guys didn't.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
You didn't get in until what time?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Like eleven thirty?
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (02:14):
What if?
Speaker 1 (02:15):
What if you guys were all having uh uh, like
a like a lesbian thresome or something with each other.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
Not that I was going to say you were, but
I'm saying getting the show. If he was going to
walk in, that's pretty crazy.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
Like I would honestly worry that somebody's coming in with
a knife and going to kill you.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
I mean, you know what I mean, or or like the.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Middle of the I never feel that's not honestly I do.
I don't think that I'll be honest with you. I
don't think I want my uh person from the hotel.
I don't know who it is, room service bringing anything
into my room without me opening the door.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
They would knock or outside of her door exactly, Like
why could.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
They do that?
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Maybe they thought that if they did, somebody else would
take You also said that it was delivered to the
wrong room.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
Maybe they would think that you didn't think it was delivered.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
I don't know, but I would think that they would
knock on the door at that time.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Maybe they did. Wouldn't hear them, or maybe they could
have called our room, like you know the phones or
you can call the.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Room, but I was that would have woken me up.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Here's the thing, though, that I'm most concerned with. I'm
concerned that they came into your room, but I'm also
kind of concerned that the three of you guys are
such sound sleepers you don't hear them coming into your room.
Speaker 5 (03:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Well, I'm not a mom, so I don't wake up early,
and I don't wake up to sounds like I'm sure
you probably wake up to things, don't you.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
Wait a second? You know what else is weird? Because
I was the one that opened the door for us
to leave this morning, and the dead bolt was on it. Really,
that like latch thing was on it.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Really, I'm telling you there's something weirder. I didn't even
know we had.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
I swear to god it was because I had to
undo that to open the door this morning.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
I don't even know we had one of those.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Yeah, that's kind of crazy. There's something weird. There's something
crazy with this whole thing.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I'm honest to God. I did I.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Shure you there?
Speaker 6 (04:00):
Yeah, I'm here.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
These three should not be in a big sit.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
W What is that weird door in our room? What
is that weird door in our room? Because it doesn't
connect to you?
Speaker 2 (04:08):
Yeah, it doesn't.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Are you listening to that? They were sleeping in the
middle of the night, a person came into their room
to deliver a microwave. Take that all out the idea
that somebody came into their room, and the three of
these grown women had no clue that somebody walked into
their room.
Speaker 6 (04:29):
Yeah, I think I probably would have woke up, but
I had. Me and my friends were in Atlantic City
a long time ago for a bachelorette party for our
best friend. And when we came back to our room,
there was beer and other luggage there, and somebody did
their hair because their flat terns were in the bathroom
(04:50):
and obviously the downstairs gave our key to someone else.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
Oh my god, actually had enough.
Speaker 6 (04:56):
In the middle of the night, they started banging on
the door trying to into the room.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Oh because you guys, did you have the latch house
that locked?
Speaker 1 (05:05):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (05:06):
I guess the key didn't work then, because we had
already let the downstairs. No, like you all gave our
key to someone someone's stuff is in our room, Like
it's all their stuff is here. But I don't know.
They must have been really drunk because my luggage was
right on the bed. I guess they didn't notice it.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
It's so funny that they got locked out of then
the room that they thought they were going to be in.
Did they the hotel had to call and asked for
their stuff to get let out.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
Or yes, they came and got the stuff when we
caught and let them know. And then we got our
room comped because we were like a safety issue.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Oh my god, what hotel was this in Atlantic City?
Speaker 6 (05:37):
I don't even remember which hotel we I'd help for
a free comp night on that deal. Oh, we definitely did.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah, thank you for the call, appreciate its great story.
Hold on a second, Jennifer, what's going on.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
Yeah, So my daughter, her boyfriend, and my son stayed
in a hotel in Ohio and we were all asleep
and we heard the door open and thankfully my son
in law you know, carried carries and this girl from
walking in and she looked at us, we're all in bed,
and she walked out. I'm like, well that that was
(06:15):
kind of weird. So we went down and apparently she
had said a room, just a random room number, and.
Speaker 7 (06:24):
Said she had lost her.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
Key, and they didn't even thing to look at anything.
Gave her the key to our room. And I think
she was trying to stay the night for free, and
we kind of freaked her out when she realized somebody
was in the room.
Speaker 3 (06:38):
So this is nice that they didn't ask for the name.
Speaker 5 (06:42):
Did not ask for the name, did not ask for
any proof any I d nothing. Literally gave us ladies
the room d our key.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Wow. That's scary.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
Honestly, you stay in a hotel, you gotta worry that
something like this could be happening to you.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
Jayleen, what's up, Jeleen.
Speaker 6 (07:01):
It's Delaine, but Jelaine.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
I apologize, Layne.
Speaker 6 (07:05):
That's okay.
Speaker 7 (07:06):
Everybody gets it wrong. I was actually traveling for work
once and I was in the bathroom putting my makeup on,
and thankfully I was fully dressed. But I heard the
lock on the door release and two men walked into
the room. I asked them what they were doing. They
said they were checking the Bible situation and make sure
(07:27):
that the room still had a Bible. I grabbed my
nail file and put it in my hand and kind
of walked out of the bathroom to watch them. And
that's exactly what they did. They went there was no
Bible currently, they put a Bible on the table, and
they turned around and walked out.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
I wonder if those people are like part of like
some kind of a cult or something like that. I
always wondered, who's you know, the Bibles is Gideon's? Is
that the Gideons group or.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
Something it was?
Speaker 7 (07:53):
And I did double check with the front desk because
it obviously really freaked me out that they had keys
to them, and the clerk just kind of brushed it off,
so that, yeah, that was their normal procedure.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Wow, the Bible police showing up.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Rebecca has a question for Shannon Bianca and Lydia.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
What's your question?
Speaker 8 (08:15):
Yeah, did you guys open the microwaves.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
This morning. Lydia used it this morning to warm upper
thing before she came in.
Speaker 4 (08:23):
I woke up this morning, Lydia's walking around the hotel
room with carrying this microwave this.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
What do you? Why do you ask?
Speaker 7 (08:30):
Because it's like, I mean, Halloween's happening.
Speaker 8 (08:33):
There's some creaky things going on right now.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
This is a little weird, like a body party.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
To be honest with you, I think it's crazy that
they have microwaves that they just bring to your right.
Why it's not even in the room.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
That's wild. What's up, Ethan?
Speaker 8 (08:49):
Hi, Hey, Mojo?
Speaker 2 (08:52):
Good? What's going on?
Speaker 8 (08:54):
So I travel for work every day. I've followed recently,
I'm a commercial roofer and I was in Chicago for
training and this happened to me twice. I was just
in my hotel room, like five six o'clock in the afternoon,
no knock, no warning, nothing. I mean I could have
(09:16):
been naked. She just like walked into my room, got
halfway through my room and said oops, I'm sorry, and
then walked out. And then the next morning I went
to HQ and my coworker said the same thing happened
to him, where like some hotel worker and like a
(09:40):
maintenance guy, like just like literally walked into the room knocking.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
To me, if all of a sudden, I'm sitting in
a hotel room and some strange lady walks into the room,
I would think that myself, I'm getting myself busted. Like
there's gonna be some kind of a sting operation happening,
and they're going to think that I'm like hiring somebody
to come to my room. You know that that would Yeah,
that would freak me out that that that happened. What's up,
(10:05):
Ruby High?
Speaker 4 (10:07):
Hey, good morning guys.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Morning.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
Uh So, my question is to Shannon and the girls,
were you guys drunk enough the maybe on your way
up you need you needed the microwave, so you stop
at the dusk, got the microwave.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
I mean we were drunk, but I were we were
very aware.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
Have any of you guys ever been drunking out that
you didn't remember what you did the night before? Like
that's really drunk, isn't it, Ruby, I don't know it is.
Speaker 7 (10:34):
It's pretty bad.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
It's pretty bad, but you never know.
Speaker 5 (10:36):
I mean, it happens.
Speaker 8 (10:37):
I've had some pretty wild ones myself.
Speaker 4 (10:40):
So no, because Lydia sent me down to the front
desk twice to go get this microwave.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
So I was awaywave she asked.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
In the microwave again, is for Lydia's.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
I I compress.
Speaker 2 (10:54):
Wow, this is wild.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
The most wild thing is the random people that just
randomly walk into rooms. Somebody said they had a random
family just walking into their room. Another person here said
that a baby strolled into their room or I don't
know if it crawled or what like. This is crazy.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
This stuff is the only thing.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
I think they could have done was that extra door.
We've an extra door that leads down to a hallway
that will not open, so it's like a long hallway,
and then the.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Doors we're connecting room might be room next to us.
It's a closet. Is that called the closet?
Speaker 6 (11:24):
No?
Speaker 4 (11:24):
No, I tried everything to unlock this door and it doesn't.
Speaker 3 (11:27):
I don't picture of it, and we'll put it on
the store.
Speaker 2 (11:29):
That's strange. I think it's a little freaky.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
I think we need a Facebook Live or an Instagram
Live today from you.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
Oh my gosh, we'll get ready with us over live.
Speaker 1 (11:37):
Well, then, how would you like this happen? And we're
in a big city in Chicago right now. It's staying
at hotels. That's what happened to you. At the hotel.
Speaker 9 (11:45):
We're in in Vegas in the mirage, and a window
washer kept going back and forth outside on the window
washing it. Me and my husband were getting busy on
the bed.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Did you guys keep going or did you guys stop?
Speaker 9 (12:04):
No, we kept going, so did they
