Speaker 1 (00:09):
Mojo on the morning show were the Roses busting a
cheater and a realtor who cheating on his wife and
kids this morning. Talking to our KP, I'd love to
know about the whole separate phone thing, but I also
want to know to are there any listeners that ever

(00:30):
busted their significant other boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife cheating because
they had a mystery phone?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
What's up? And how you doing.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Good?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Good?

Speaker 1 (00:43):
How were you good? A little bit of a defense
for this guy? What do you think he could be
using this phone for?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
So, yeah, a little bit. I'm in the mortgage industry,
and I keep a separate phone because you do receive
personal inflammation, so security numbers, things of that nature, and
you do want to keep it separate, right. I do
keep mind in my car because I don't want to
be bothered after hours for that very reason. The other

(01:11):
thing is, if he's a realtor looking for himself, the
phone is written off as an expense on taxas, so
the company may not own it, but it's expense to
his business.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Let me ask this question though, if he's using that
phone and it's a separate phone, but it's not the
phone that she knows how he's getting customers by. Doesn't
that seem a little suspicious? So you're advertising your business
on another phone?

Speaker 3 (01:38):
That part the slightly Yeah, but it sounds like there's
a third phone number possibly.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Well that's the part that I'm wondering about on this
one here. Is there actually more than just the two phones? Maggie,
what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Hi.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Hey, I've been a license realtor since nineteen ninety five
and I've only had one phone. The real broker who
your license is under.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
They have an.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Office phone so they can call that number, and then
they can connect to your cell phone number. You don't
have the payer two phones.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
So you think this is all a bunch of crap.
This guy is This guy is definitely using that phone
for what he sounded like he was doing with KP.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Yeah, because even your phone number is on your own
website on the internet if people want to call you.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Maybe things have changed since ninety five, but no, but
you are you currently we're doing it.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
I'm still a license real to her with real estate one.
Most of the people in my office have one phone.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
So she's saying that that she's saying she's a veteran.
You just said most are there people there who have
two phones?

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Not that I know of, because basically you have two phones.
With the office phone calling the main number, they can
then connect you straight from the office number to your
cell phone.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
All right, are you practicing? Where you are you? Where
do you do your business?

Speaker 4 (03:04):
Wayne and Oakland County?

Speaker 2 (03:06):
And do you have your picture on your for sale signs?

Speaker 4 (03:10):
No?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I love when they people have them and they look
like glamour shots.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Yeah, sometimes they do. But you know, everything's changed in
real estate right now. It's all about you selling yourself.
It's really your name and your reputation in the business.
You can have a picture out there, but they really
go on what your integrity is like in this business.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Maggie is who you want.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
By the way, if you're looking to buy a house
right now, move with Maggie. Move with Maggie.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Hey, I love you guys, fantastic. You make my day.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Thank you, We love you too. Let's go to Whitney here, Hi, Whitney.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Good morning.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
I was just gonna kind of pay you back off,
actually kind of what Maggie said. But see, I work
for our private real estate company. And my real estate company,
they give us a fall and a laptop. So for
him to say that it's a company that he pays
for it, that's weird. It does even Yeah, well even
when he said, oh, I don't give out this number,

(04:12):
I thought that was weird as well, because this is
your business phone.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
That's the only number.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
I give out business cards with the number on it.
So how is that your business phone but you don't.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Give it out?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
I think we can all agree he is absolutely shady.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yeah, yeah, that's my problem with this situation.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
I've definitely been in a situation with a guy that
was a barber and he claimed he had a different
phone for that reason because he was a barber, and
I found out that it was his own personal phone
for a home.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Sipper baby mama.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
So it's definitely possible.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Oh man, that's crazy, George, what's going on? Hi, buddy?

Speaker 6 (04:52):
Everybody?

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Point blank? He told his wife it's a business phone.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
He just told KP.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Hey, I don't give this number.

Speaker 7 (05:02):
How right? I mean?

Speaker 2 (05:04):
That was?

Speaker 4 (05:07):
And I love you for that.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
You called him right, You just spoke right up like, hey,
why you care she's single or not?

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Like he right it on his soap.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Oh thang, I don't and all my friends are relators.
They all got one phone, and boyfriends and husbands look
at their phone with no no problem. He's a rat.
You need to she needs to be out of denial
to borce him right away.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Yeah, yeah, thank you for the call, man, I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
We got some people who busted a boyfriend or girlfriend
or a husband or wife by having a mystery phone.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Jacqueline, Hey, good morning, y'all, Good morning. What's happening.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
Well, yeah, I was on a family vacation in Florida
and we were in a condo and I went he
was sleeping a different rooms, so I don't know.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
I went in for something to see.

Speaker 7 (05:53):
When we're leaving, I look on the dresser. There's a phone.
I'm like, that phone looks like his phone, So I
pick it up. He jumped out of the bed, snatched
it out of my hand, went running out of the condo.
I go chasing him around. He throws the garbage. Make
it more. You say about War of the Roses today

(06:14):

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Garbage like that's going to help Pam. What's going on?

Speaker 6 (06:31):
I had a husband used the U A W strike
as a cover fortune he I went to go pay
our cell phone or our credit card bills, and there
was a purchase for a track phone like a prepaid phone.
And I questioned him about it and all the extra shifts,

(06:54):
and it took it took a minute, and me reaching
up to the phone number that I found on it
found out he was cheating with a coworker.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Oh my god, man, Well that's too bad. I'm sorry
that you had to deal with that, all.

Speaker 6 (07:09):
Those extra shifts. You know, Hey, maybe I can get
a little extra money.

the area of town that this guy was in because
I made sure they you know, wanted to keep especially
Layla's privacy.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
But a lot of people know who this guy is.

sure that they let everybody know who they are and
where they are, and they can sell your home and stuff.
