Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, it is Mojo in the Morning show Phone

(00:03):
numbers eight four form Mojo Live Text is nine five
five zero zero. If you do call us, please do
us a favor. Tell us if you're a first time
long time I know Kev's out this morning, but we'll
shout out. But also if you text us, know that
we will call you. Lydia, our producer will call you
if you have a really good comment that you text in,

(00:23):
because we'll want you to come on the air and
talk to us. Okay. So this is going to require
crowd participation, okay, and that includes everybody here is in
the studio, but also all of you that are listening
to us, all seven of you guys that are listening
to us. Megan, you want to title this We listen
and we don't.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Judge, which is funny because it's something that you guys
didn't do.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Seconds two, are you guys?

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Well, I know, Shannon, you're not on TikTok, which truly
breaks my heart, but one of my favorite trends on TikTok.
With the app closing, it's been a lot of like
here's everything, this app is brought to us very mindful,
very demure, or just like random, like funny bits of
viralness that have gone off in society. And one of
them is that we listen and we don't judge. Challenge

(01:11):
and I'm kind of shocked that we've never done it
on the show, but it's a trend. We you sit
down with your loved ones and you make huge confessions,
but you have before you make it, the entire room
has to go. We listen and we don't judge, and
then you make a confession and nobody is allowed to respond.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Okay, okay, so you.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Just like you can't ask questions, you can't yell. There's
no punishment because there's no judgment. We're just listening. Okay, okay,
give us an example. You need to give us an example.
You do it, but then we have to promise that
we're not going to.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Judge, but you have to say it, so okay, and
we don't judge.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Every time I can't get a reservation at a place
that I want to get a reservation at, instead of
using my normal email, I use my work email and
then immediately I'll get the response that I am looking for.
And it's kind of a don't you know who I am?
Without being don't you know who I am.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
But I'm only using.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
It for restaurant reservations.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
So I feel like I'm okay, here.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Are we supposed to clap?

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Or how are we supposed to respond?

Speaker 1 (02:11):
We listen and we don't judge. Really, that's it. Hey, congratulations,
somebody famous now hates you. Wait wait, wait, real quick,
what if we want to judge in a good way?
Can we judge? That's what I'm saying. You like, do
you clap? Or how do you end it?

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Just a little golf club.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Okay, some people might say something wild, and now we've
established a golf club.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Okay, okay, all right, all right, so we got to
come up with one of A we listen and we
got judge. I thought about this yesterday.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
A right, we listen and we don't.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well, just say it too. We listen and we don't.
This is very hard killing it. We listen and we don't.
We're together at the same time. Ready, we listen and
we don't judge.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
So lately my children, Lucy and Smith have been very
rambunctious in the evenings. They are all wound up and
in the best moods, and I love it so much.
But Mom is tired. So I have been giving them,
along with their probiotic around eight PM, a sleepy gummy
aka melatonin, And let me tell you, bedtime has been

(03:12):
so easy. I do feel like a rotten mother because
I don't know if you're supposed to do that, But
they go by eight forty five. They are right in
their beds, and bedtime is so easy.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
I love it. By the way, CPS didn't say we listen. Okay,
they are very safe.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
They are children's melotone and doses.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
They're doing it the other one. All right, can I
can I do one?

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I do one? Alright ready, I didn't get a clap.
Oh go ahead. Well I don't know if I agree
with it, but go ahead. I'm not judging. Oh, we
listen and we don't judge. Okay, I just robbed a
bank yesterday, the Chase Bank on Woodward Avenue, and I've

(03:55):
got so much money in here and I'm not giving
you guys any of it. Yeah, goes through yourselves, all right.
So eight four to four Mojo Live eight four four
six six five six five four eight Do you have
one that you could share with us? We we listen
and we don't judge. Tell us something like it's almost

(04:17):
like kind of like a little confession here and will
let you talk all the time without us obviously judging you.
What was your your other one? Your other example going
to be?

Speaker 2 (04:27):
So I went to my dad's house for Christmas, obviously,
and a lot over the holidays. But it got to
the point where I forgot to go shopping and I
was doing a lot of luxury catching up on all
of my responsibilities when we were on break and I
ran out of laundry detergent. And I'm only saying this,
and I specifically did this because I know my dad's
Mexico currently. I stole all of his laundry detergent, so
when he comes home he has none.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
I love. Okay, Can I ask you a questioning money?
And this is not a judging. Have you ever not
had laundry detergent and you just washed it in hot water? Judge? Okay,
we listen.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
Okay, I've only been seeing a guy for a couple
of weeks and I've already agreed to go on a
vacation with WHOA sorry.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Give that? Wow? That was that?

Speaker 5 (05:24):
That?

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah? Where are you guys going? By the way, do
I have to give details?

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Are.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
I thought we were just I.

Speaker 5 (05:31):
I actually don't really remember where we're going. We're going
somewhere tropical.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Wow, look at that, and you've only known him for
how long?

Speaker 5 (05:38):
Only a couple of weeks.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
God, that's gotta be a topic. Put that on as
a topic. We got to have that as the time, Daphne,
hold on, we're gonna try this one ready, one two three,
And we don't We don't. No, you got to tell
us your yours.

Speaker 5 (05:56):

off on my location so my keys don't see that.

Speaker 3 (06:03):

Speaker 1 (06:05):

By the way, let's hope they're not listening to our
show right now.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
They are though they're in the car.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
What do those kids think about that? Kids? They are
listening to it. Oh you're in trouble, all right? RUBI
are you there? Ruba? Here we go ruber ready one
two three? We listen and we don't change.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
Sometimes before I stop home, i'll grab myself something to eat.
But if my significant other as me, I'll tell them no,
So that way I won't have to buy them anything.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
I've done that.

Speaker 2 (06:43):

eating dinner? If we decide on something together.

We're doing our grocery shopping. Proger had this buy one,
get one free on the arm and hammer washing, so
so we bought our obviously, so we're at the counter,
we're paying for groceries. One so there was two one,
there was two on the counter. Thinking that the guide

I'm like, yeah, obviously, put me back. Then we get
in the car. Why or do we not mine? My
two were in the back. So instead of the buy one,
I bought one.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
And god three.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
They are a sponsor, but we apologize Kroger, we can't,
and I'd say, well, you know what, Shanita, Uh, you
might need to go to confession. Brings on that one, Amanda, Hi,

We listen and we don't judge.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
I'm so I work for a delivery service company. I
can't say which one, but when I get to my
last package towards the end of the night, if I
don't feel like delivering it because it's too far, I
take the box in the back of my van, I
step on the corner of it, and I mark it
as damage.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
I don't know. That's a judge. By the way you
just did that, sigh, was a judge. Very, you don't
deliver in my neighborhood. Do you hope you don't don't judge?

by judging this way. She'll never open up to us
ever again. We gotta have KP's mom listening to the
