In my first ever broadcast of a college of a game.
I was doing color commentary for Kentucky Wesleyan football game
and a guy by the name of David Wallace was
doing play by play. It was the first time I've
I had done a play by player color of a
TV game. And we did the opening segment. You know,
the two guys are standing there on the field, you know,
welcome to Rash Stadium, Kentucky wesley and going to host

(01:37):
Bellerman whatever blah blah blah, and he said, he said that,
and he said autumnal splendor. So I tried to I've
tried to use that over the years. I've used the
hero King a couple of times. Makes you sound sophisticated. Well,
David Wallace.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Got did that?

Speaker 5 (01:48):
Fu?

Speaker 6 (01:48):
I don't think I've ever said the word autumnal splendor.

It's Brian, Brian, go ahead, Brian.

Speaker 8 (03:19):
Uh So you ended up someone filled you in on
Rex Chapman and Ron Mercer. But Channon missed somebody too
that actually was picked above Michael Jordan in the NBA draft.

Speaker 7 (03:32):
Who's he said, Sam Boo, that was very fund Thanks
for listening.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
Yes, my by it my bad. I'm just saying, if
you're calling me out, you gotta be right.

Speaker 9 (03:43):
And yeah, you're exactly right.

Speaker 8 (03:44):
You're exactly right. And uh, Mario could probably use Melvin
Carping on his team.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
That's truefully, Yeah, Mario needed some help inside, I think
for his team. So appreciate the phone call. Eight five
nine two o two two eight seven. We need to
cut somebody texted me on my text machine. Our next
project come up with a team of our last name,
first letter of our last name. I'm trying to think
that's gonna be tough.

Speaker 6 (04:06):
Yeah, I'm struggle with that.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
That's gonna be tough. So do I get to use dude?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
No?

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Oh okay, they already did.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
So think about that. You'd have to use G.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
I'd have to use L and use just off the
top of my head, shake guild just out.

Speaker 6 (04:20):
You'd be fine. Yeah, f L you'd be all right too.
I don't think I have much hope.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
You can't think of an L just off the top
of my head.

Speaker 6 (04:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Well, Marcus Lee, there you go, Tam Marcus.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Leggings.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
Oh, I got three already. Here you go eight five
nine two two eight seven.

Speaker 5 (04:38):
Uh, Cutterball, there you go.

Speaker 6 (04:42):
I mean we're just putting together. I think I can
four and five people.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Cutter Bowly, this is not only his first road start,
his first SEC start. What do we expect from Cutter
Bowlly tomorrow night?

Speaker 6 (04:58):
You know, it's is his first roads start. But they
threw him into the fire in Gainesville and Austin, Texas already,
so it's not like he hasn't seen an atmosphere. Now,
those games are a little out of hand already. He
comes in in the second half. You know, you didn't
have all week to prepare, so it is different, but
I think that will help him at least with getting
out there and shaking off a little bit nerve since
he has been in front of those atmospheres. I said

(05:19):
this in the first hour, but I don't think they're
gonna ask him to do too much, and I'm confident
he's gonna do exactly what they need. He'll hit his
tight ends a couple of times, but for the most part,
they're gonna run and play defense and play field position.
And I think if you get to a point where
you're asking Cutter to go out and win a game,
you might be in trouble, at least in this stage.
I think he has that in him for down the road,
but in this game, you just want McGowan, Daldell, Patterson,

(05:42):
need them running the ball, control the field, stoops. Is
gonna want to be low scoring, especially if it rains
and just get stops. You can get some three and outs,
maybe a turnover and you're running well, then that's how
you win.

Speaker 7 (05:53):
Yeah, I think it's gonna be a run heavy offense.
We were trying to set the over under it. How
many attempts Cutter would have last week. I think it
was twenty two. So if we set the over under
at twenty for tomorrow, do you guys go over under if.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
The weather is supposed to be as bad as they
say it's going to be.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
I might even go to under because I think there's
gonna feed the stud Dowdelle and McGowan the whole whole game.

Speaker 6 (06:15):
Yeah, I'll go over, but with a lot of short passes.
I think they'll try to get lost and more. Looks
he's gradually gotten a little more as time gone goes on,
but nothing too far down the field I don't think
much of They might run a lot of screens just
to mix it up. So I'll say barely over twenty.
But those are short passes.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
What do you think?

Speaker 7 (06:32):
I would probably go over, but slightly kind of like
what Drew said there. I don't think that they're gonna
throw the ball thirty times, but I could see little,
you know, dink and dunk type of passes, you know,
just to be able to move the offense a little bit,
not be too predictable and run every time. So I
would go slightly over twenty.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
So ragusan Kentucky's offense in our quarterback, but south Carolina's
offense has huge problems of its own yea, and they
can't get in the end zone for four of their
touchdown this year, non offensive touchdowns. So even though they
have one of the best quarterbacks in the country, he
doesn't have much help around him. That's why I'm thinking
it's gonna be a low scoring game tomorrow. No, not
even considering the ring from.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
The text machine which is my phone today. Last road
start for Cutter Bully was in Mayfield in the playoffs,
and he threw three pick sixes.

Speaker 6 (07:19):
That's Mayfield. It's different.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Yeah, Mayfield maybe better than South Carolina.

Speaker 6 (07:24):
It could be.

Speaker 7 (07:25):
I don't know about that, but I don't think that
one necessarily correlates to the other.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
No, it doesn't.

Speaker 5 (07:32):
Okay, So I think we're fine.

Speaker 7 (07:33):
What he did at may But I don't think has
any uh, you know, any sale on what's gonna happen tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (07:38):
He didn't like at Texas. You know, I didn't win
the game or anything, But wasn't like he was over
there tripping over his shoes and throwing in the stands,
you know. Against Texas, he was kind, he looked comfortable.
Now he's still got things. He's got improved on. But
it's only his second year, in his first start. But
as far as just getting out there and looking composed,
I think he has that already.

Speaker 7 (07:55):
I remember, I mean, this wasn't supposed to be his
team anyway this year r right, it was supposed to
be Calzado. So here he is. He's got an opportunity.
He's got to go out there and capitalize.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Whether Matthew McConaughey chased Cutter bowling down after the game,
he said like, great job, young man or something, or
you got to play a future I forget what he
exactly said to him, but he was impressed enough to
chase him down after the game.

Speaker 6 (08:12):
Yeah, And oddly, I thought of what we've seen so
far of the quarterbacks. You know, Zach Calzada is in
year seven, and if just based on what we've seen
through three games, somehow Cutter looks the more comfortable and
more experienced. I mean, he's sure it was Eastern Michigan,
but he came right in there even against Ole Miss
came right in there and got to fire. And now
he's still got things he's got to work on. Might
hold on a little bit too long or stare down

(08:34):
in his first read. Little things like that, but just
looking like he belongs and he's got confidence in himself.
I think he has that.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
He's the quarterback of your future.

Speaker 7 (08:42):
We're gonna get a look into the future, I think
tomorrow to see what you get.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
So we ask you, like, what the magic number was
you thought rushing yards. I did get a text they
put the over under at one hundred and eighty rushing
yards tomorrow, over or under.

Speaker 7 (08:55):
I'm gonna go over because I think there's gonna run
so much. I think that if Kentucky is going to win,
they better hope that it's it's over one eighty.

Speaker 6 (09:03):
Yeah, they need to get over one eighty. I'll say
barely over. Think of how bad South Carolina was against Missouri,
but Missouri has the best running back in the country.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
They get over one hundred and eighty, I feel pretty
good about their chances to win the football game.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
Yeah, you still I still worry about Sellers hitting on
big plays. It lives in my brain. The sixty five
yard touchdown you give up to Eastern Michigan at home
before halftime. Say, Sellers is a guy that if you
even give him a little inch, he'll make you pay
on something like that. So even if the run game works,
because he has a lot of other areas, they got
to perform well too and even have a chance.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
Another text I saw there during the break Aiden la
Ross may be valuable in this game because the field
position in a raining game, when they're not moving either
teams moving the ball very well.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
He may be very valuable if he can boom a
couple let's.

Speaker 6 (09:47):
Go take a lot, booming it keeping it out of
their punt returners.

Speaker 5 (09:50):
That's it.

Speaker 7 (09:51):
Yeah, we talked about that yesterday. Don't even kick to them.
But you know, he's a tough guy. Though I don't
care what the college football game says. With the toughness
of zero, I think that, you know, came down to it,
he would tackle the returner.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
In South Carolina is known for special teams. They have
an NFL special teams coordinator right now. It's what Beamer does.
But Kentucky's special teams this year have been pretty awesome,
especially the two guys kicking it. I mean Kentucky's kicker
was he like six for six, yeah, fifty one yarder
Jacob Cowway and then la Rose has he had one
shank that ended up not being too costly, and then
he had one that was almost inside the ten that

(10:23):
end up, you know, runing out of the back of
the end zone. But otherwise those two guys have been
nearly perfect.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
What do you do.

Speaker 7 (10:28):
I feel like I'm in a tanning bet over here.
This sun is beating down. I've got I had. I'm
stripping down slowly. I had a quarters at Bona, took
that off. Then I'm wearing black pants and I'm rolling
them up past my knees because it's hot.

Speaker 5 (10:40):
I showed little Warren shorts.

Speaker 6 (10:41):
Like you guys, we do need to attempt to drop
to get into the fall spirit. Like I wanted to
make chili this weekend, and I look at the forecast.
It's like eighty eight degrees. Give me making chili in
eighty eight. So when he's come down a little bit
to get all the way into fall, but filling it
with the pumpkins around at least.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
I got to tell you something Mario did to me.
Last night.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
We were Chaos Bar and Grill watching the NFL game
the Cardinals and Nice Seahawks giving away Eric Church tickets.

Speaker 7 (11:04):
How many Eric Church tickets do we have? We'll give
it away. Eric Church tickets at ever remote for the past.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Well, you know he's a popular dude.

Speaker 6 (11:11):
Did anybody buy tickets go to Eric Church show? I
like Eric Church, but the amount of tickets that are
being given away, it makes me.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
Wonder is gonna make any money we gave at.

Speaker 6 (11:22):
Tickets to having a record?

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Yere.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Yeah, Mario and the staff at Chas Bar have planned
an end of the season pool party at my house.

Speaker 7 (11:30):
Oh really, just planning it at your house, just coming
over whether you want us or not.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
Get away from that one.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
We got a day off, We're gonna have a pool party. Well,
I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Is it Mario and his girl?

Speaker 2 (11:40):
No, it's the staff, the Chaos Bar staff.

Speaker 6 (11:43):
Oh okay, I'm gonna I'm gonna avoid that one. You
guys tear it up though.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Well you're probably gonna be welcome. We're probably gonna send
you an invite. So, uh, I don't know if everybody
can come over, but you guys can come over.

Speaker 6 (11:52):
Mario just throwing parties together.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Spearheaded it right in front of me, Like, let's just
have a party at Ryan's house.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
He's got a pool's go by the way.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
Next Wednesday, is not a party at my house.

Speaker 7 (12:01):
I just want to make sure no, no, okay, So
the people that have did not invite it.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
I know you've talked about it on the pre show.
But we've done a show at my house. We've done
a show at Drew's house, We've done a show at
Matt's house. We're gonna do our first ever show at
Shannon's house next Wednesday. But it is not open to
the public. Correct, We're gonna be in your man cave. Well,
you can't come in, great, you.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
Gotta know this. The special code is like a speakeasy.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
It's a speak easy.

Speaker 7 (12:24):
You gotta know how many times the knock, and then
you got to know the code to get in. Otherwise
you're not gonna get in.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Well, I've already got messages from people like, Hey, I
live in Mount Washington, can I.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
Get That's great? I'm happy. Yeah, I'm happy that you
live in Mount Washington. It's a great city.

Speaker 7 (12:36):
I listed it as my top city on Mario's list
yesterday of our top favorite cities.

Speaker 5 (12:40):
Doesn't mean you get to come to my house.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
People know where you live. You get they send you
money all the time.

Speaker 5 (12:44):
That's true.

Speaker 7 (12:44):
I got one yesterday. I haven't tweeted this one out yet.
It was a card from somebody in Charlotte, North Carolina,
and said, just because I think you look cute in
a speedo and the card signed best and it had
like some sort of foreign currency. I have no but
this is the type of stuff that I get on
a weekly basis. That's been happening every single week of
our life since COVID, And it's a trend that I

(13:06):
feel like you started, Ryan, and I'm blaming you. I'm
blame with you because when we brought your brother on
to translate that that foreign letter that was said. Every
since then, ever since then, it's it's been happening every
single week, and it gets weirder.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
You can continue to send money to Shannon, No, just
don't show up at his house next Wednesday.

Speaker 7 (13:24):
Yeah, you know, you could send American money if you
want to. He says, doesn't all have to be foreign?
Do you want to send me a couple of hundred
dollar bills?

Speaker 4 (13:30):
I mean that's fine, Ryan, Drew and Shannon will take
our break, come back, go back to the phone lines
eight five nine two eight h two two eighty seven.
We're live and by water farm is beautiful out here.
It's an awesome day. It's autumnal splendor here by water farm.
Right back, this is The's Sports Radio. All right, welcome
back Kentucky Sports Radio.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Yeah, Brian Victor, let's go.

Speaker 7 (13:49):
Our crowd has sort of dispersed into different parts of
the area here, depending on where the shade is.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Well, it's one hundred and twenty five degrees on the
asphalt here by water farm. I can fill our legs
is over here in the shade where Mario's been. You know,
he's been here the whole show. High now they're look
at him. He's all dressed up. He's got like a
date or something after the show today.

Speaker 6 (14:07):
It's my legs feel like they're just roasting. I put
a little sunscreen on my face knowing we'd be out here.
But Shannon, I, yeah, we have maroon legs.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
You.

Speaker 7 (14:15):
My question about Mario is can we help the guy
out with our draft kings pick? I mean that was
his pick last week? Needed some help. So who's going
to pick for Mario?

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Well, we need a fourth pick.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
Did we let him pick?

Speaker 6 (14:26):
I don't think riot pick.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Really.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
His Mario craft record as good as mine.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Let's go ahead and do what we're talking about.

Speaker 6 (14:33):
We heard what you were considering.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
Yeah, yeah, tell everybody, tell everybody what you were wanting
to do.

Speaker 4 (14:39):
Uh Andy, the caller Andy has given me some betting advice,
and he said to take Missouri forty four and a
half over you man.

Speaker 7 (14:46):
Don't do that. Why not I took you mass? Well,
you know I think I did take you mass. Yeah,
what to cover like fifty? They still lost, So, I mean,
I guess that would if it played out that way again,
you would win that bet.

Speaker 5 (14:59):
But don't take that many points.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
He said.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
They've been play loses because you bet on a forty
four point spread. Yeah, you are not allowed back.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
Yeah, well, you guys, go ahead. Let's go ahead. Make
our draft kings.

Speaker 4 (15:08):
Pick our parlay ksr parlay if you can find them
on draft kings. My track records are doing well. Yeah,
come on over here, Mario. Uh okay, I'll go ahead
and jump in first. I'm three and one on the year,
and I'll pick an early game too. This is a
twelve o'clock kickoff Arkansas and Notre Dame. I'm just gonna
pick straight up money line Notre Dame.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
All right, Arkansas and Notre Dame.

Speaker 7 (15:31):
I mean, I would take the bour and a half
at Drew was saying that the point is just a hit,
right Whin, It's just take.

Speaker 6 (15:35):
You are being unnecessary picking spreads on a four and
five team parlay. We're just you just gotta do Winterers shows.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
Okay, so Notre Dame, but I'll go next.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
I'm on the Lane Kiffin Bowl, oh Miss hosting l
s U. Lane Kiffin's daughter comes out this week, is
dating LSU star stud linebacker Weeks with Weeks, I'm going
oh Miss with the win at ole Miss in Oxford
over LSU.

Speaker 6 (15:58):
It's close, and that spread's only a point.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 6 (16:01):
I'm punching these in to make sure we're getting some
good odds here on the money lines, I will do.
This is a six point spread. But Texas A and
M is at home, UH hosting Auburn. Auburn's pretty good.
They're a lot better than I expected this year. I
had no I didn't have Kentucky beating them, but I
definitely I'm worried about that game when we get to it.
But I think they'll lose at College Station. So I leave, Mario.

(16:22):
You need a little time, Mario, I do we can
come back to you. No, I'm gonna just pick a
random one.

Speaker 5 (16:27):
That's how we lose.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Pick Missouri half over? You pick what Missouri?

Speaker 5 (16:32):
Yeah, we don't want it.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Won't let me pick that one.

Speaker 5 (16:35):
We got a veto of that.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
I'm a dude.

Speaker 6 (16:37):
Did anyone pick Let's see Houston at Oregon State? Anyone
picked that one?

Speaker 5 (16:42):
That one?

Speaker 6 (16:43):
What's the spread? I'm gonna do money line Oregon State? Well,
what's the spread on the game? Because we'll figure all right,
morgang State, we.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
All miss Notre Dame.

Speaker 6 (16:56):
All right, okay?

Speaker 2 (16:57):
And who did you pick?

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Drew?

Speaker 6 (16:58):
I think we're gonna need a different that's a four.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
He took Organ eight.

Speaker 6 (17:01):
We'll figure it out. We'll figure I'll put it in
for now.

Speaker 5 (17:04):
Plus plus three ninety.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Let's do is that good or bad?

Speaker 6 (17:08):
Oh? You took them to win, he took Oregon State
to be You still put a pin in Marios?

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Wow?

Speaker 7 (17:13):
Yeah, okay, but what's that be the one that hits? Well,
I could that's going to definitely, you know, increase our
winnings here.

Speaker 6 (17:21):
Yeah, that takes it from about four to one to
seventeen to one.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Well, that's a good payoff for us.

Speaker 5 (17:27):
I think what do you think about that?

Speaker 4 (17:30):
Yeah, it's at Oregon State, Yeah it is.

Speaker 5 (17:33):
But I mean you never know.

Speaker 6 (17:35):
We're doing that thing where we say no and then
it will hit because we pushed it out.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
Yeah right, yeah, we'll.

Speaker 6 (17:40):
Come back to that.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
What's what's the over under on Kentucky in South carolinamorrow night?

Speaker 6 (17:44):
Forty seven and a half?

Speaker 5 (17:47):
I think maybe you should have taken the under.

Speaker 6 (17:49):
I think that's too high.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
Okay, waybe that should be our fourth pick.

Speaker 6 (17:52):
Well, we don't pick Kentucky though, I can just pick
the under. Yeah if you want. But we're just trying
to pick winners here. I can put Marios if you
all want to vote for it. Yeah, I'm not the
I'm not the field.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
I just I just feel like we need to go
with him. It's his party.

Speaker 7 (18:04):
I mean, if we're organ state to cover I would
feel a lot better about that.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
But is that what you want? You want Oregon State
to cover thirteen and a half state?

Speaker 5 (18:12):
Are you sure?

Speaker 8 (18:13):
All right?

Speaker 6 (18:14):
We'll give him that, We'll do that.

Speaker 5 (18:15):
I feel better about that.

Speaker 6 (18:16):
That makes it about seven to one.

Speaker 5 (18:18):
There you go, there you go, good job, all right?

Speaker 6 (18:20):
Six fifty so just three ash we got notre Dame
winning Texas A and m winning oh Miss winning big
market games. And then we have Oregon State covering thirteen
and a half.

Speaker 5 (18:31):
Let's got fevers.

Speaker 6 (18:32):
Oh yeah, let's get it.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
We're team Beavers.

Speaker 9 (18:36):
Now.

Speaker 4 (18:36):
We have been a little critical of the atmosphere at
Kroger Field. We've been a little critical of how UK
has handled the atmosphere Kroger Field, but we need to
give him some props. I was very proud of what
UK did yesterday. They sent out a questionnaire survey to
ticket holders, to fans, asking them, what can we do

(18:58):
to help the atmosphere at Kroger Field?

Speaker 2 (19:00):
What you like to see?

Speaker 5 (19:02):
You're complaining you don't like it here? What can we
do better?

Speaker 4 (19:07):
So I, at least, at least to me, gets the
impression that UK is trying. They've reached out to the fans.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
That's good.

Speaker 4 (19:12):
Not to the players, not to the coaches, not the administrators,
not to the board, the fans asking them what they
would like to see Kroger Field.

Speaker 6 (19:21):
Yeah, I mean, I'm glad they are reaching out. I
can't just sit there and criticize them and then when
they do something, you know, keep criticizing them. You know,
I hope a lot comes out of it. They have
a lot they need to work on. I'm sure they're
gonna hear from a lot of people. There's even a
section like additional comments or something. I would actually like
love to read those on the side, but no, it's
good that they're doing this to try to get that
entertainment district going in game atmosphere stuff. They know they

(19:43):
have a long way to go. They have a as
we heard a few weeks ago, they've they've got a
budget in place to improve things. So at least they're
listening to the fans, and we don't know how much
they'll listen, but at least they're they're putting that out
there for inputs.

Speaker 7 (19:55):
Good start, because otherwise, if you have a problem with
the atmosphere and a lot of fans do we've heard
about them on the show, how would you get that
communicate it to UK and the offices that make those decisions.
So this is a good way to do that all
in just one survey you can fill out and see
what people have to say. I'm sure there's gonna be
a lot of you know, same common topics that people

(20:16):
are going to bring up.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
Well, hopefully then they'll listen. Right, Well, I'm with you.
I think it's a great start. At least they're trying
to make, you know, get to know what the fans want.
But then they have to listen. They have to implement
whatever the fans are saying.

Speaker 5 (20:26):
That's what I was saying. Last week.

Speaker 7 (20:29):
We were talking about in game atmosphere and like the
music being played, and Billy asked me what I would play,
and I said, I would just ask the players. First
of all, what kind of music do you want to hear?
I would ask the fans what do you want to hear?
Because those are the two, you know, groups of people
who are trying to appease. We want to make sure
that the players are happy, we want to make sure

(20:49):
the fans are happy.

Speaker 5 (20:50):
Why not ask them what they want to hear?

Speaker 6 (20:52):
I said, some nice? Now, can I be critical? There's
one thing I love you but I didn't like. Okay, Well,
we always say they focus on the money fans, not
the people up at the top and section whatever. There
was one part in the survey that asked your net
worth and I just thought that has nothing to do
with what you're asking.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
That's what they're really trying to find out.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
But I saw that enough for it was like why
do you need that? Like, if people are just giving
their input on what the stadium needs, what does it
matter what they make? Yeah, So that kind of send
off a little red alert like, well, yeah, completely change
their ways because to me, we know you need money
to build this stuff, we know you can find your donors,
but simply asking how can we improve our stadium? What

(21:30):
would you like to see? I don't need to know.
You don't need to know what I make. Why does
it matter when I make? If I have the thoughts
on how it should be better, and I'm buying a
ticket at the top my opinion. I mean, sure you
might need their money, of course, we're not idiots. You
need the donors, But I just thought in this one
survey that was like a little bit like does that
really need to be in there.

Speaker 7 (21:48):
It almost feels like they're going to skew your opinion
based off what your net worth is, you know, like
if your net worth is higher, then we'll take your
opinion in higher regard than somebody who's down here.

Speaker 6 (21:57):
Which has kind of been a complaint for a while.
But I know they need the money. I'm not stupid.
I know how the world works. I just thought that
question was kind of If I'm filling that out and
i make forty thousand a year and I'm giving my input,
I'm someone that's tailgating every day, I probably get to
that question. I'm like, well, what's that got to do
with anything?

Speaker 5 (22:12):
Just put it too in front of that four.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
Well, if you if you got one of these questionnaires,
I urge you to fill it out.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
I mean, this is important.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
I mean, if you want the atmosphere to change, they're
gonna if they're gonna listen, take the time, fill it out,
turn it in, let.

Speaker 7 (22:26):
Them know what you think of them, as long as
it's genuine and they're actually going to listen.

Speaker 6 (22:31):
Exactly, And it had a lot of stuff on there,
like they are trying.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
I don't.

Speaker 6 (22:35):
I have a hard time envisioning how this entertainment district
would even fit. But that I'm not paid to do that.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
I'm not.

Speaker 6 (22:41):
That's not what my brain does. I think it is.
They're at least trying to come up with new and
exciting ways to do something different.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
Yeah, I think cause one of the questions was what
events would you like to see outside of the stadium.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
I think that was part of the questionnaire.

Speaker 6 (22:51):
So just so they are trying to give them credit.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
And the kudos to them. You know, we've all agreed
it needs to have some help to improve. They're a
least gonna reach out to the fan Basey what the
fans want, That's what it's all about.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
All right.

Speaker 4 (23:03):
We're out here bywater Farm in Georgetown, Kentucky. You can
take a hay ride, you can launch some pumpkins, you
can toss some apples, go to the Spooky House. It's
all here bywater Farms in Georgetown. Ryan, Drew and Shannon
will be right back. This is Kentucky Sports Radio. Here's
my joke, Rick, did you play a little hoodie right
here for us?

Speaker 2 (23:24):
You bet?

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Let it play all do the read? It makes the
read sound so much better when you got this greatest
song ever?

Speaker 2 (23:29):
Going on?

Speaker 4 (23:30):
Stop over paying for sunglasses? Are you tired of buying it?

Speaker 2 (23:33):
I got a phone call.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
Are you tired of buying expensive sunglasses? Going to lose
or break them? Or worse, you never even wear them
because you don't want them to get dirty.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
You need shady rays.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
Shady Raise is an independent American owned company that started
right here in Kentucky. Shady Raise has premium polarized shades
for everyday activity running, fishing, biking, golfing, you name it.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
KSR Show. When you're sitting in the sun, they got you.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
From their tailgate free aviators that won't get stuck in
your hair to the color Rush lenses that provide ultimate

Speaker 4 (24:01):
Their perfect Shady Rays now for the best protection program

on your next adventure with the team that has your back.
We're talking Shady Rays. Very good, great song.

Speaker 7 (24:12):
I was so distracted by the hoodie and the blowfish
in the background that the podcast listeners can't hear.

Speaker 5 (24:16):
But yeah, I know, I know that made you happy.
You always what you love.

Speaker 7 (24:19):
You listen to the same songs every morning on repeat,
You somehow never get tired of them. So what's the playlist?
Bowling for Suit nineteen eighty five? Yes, what else about ten?

Speaker 5 (24:30):
Hoodie?

Speaker 4 (24:30):
Folk songs about ten? Darius Rutgers song about ten John
Cougar mellon camp song. Then You're ready to go to work? Now,
I'm ready to go to work?

Speaker 5 (24:36):
Okay, saying well, you never mix it up or anything.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
No, why would you like just listen to that and
near may leave the house happening.

Speaker 7 (24:42):
You like Kruger Field. You play the same stuff every time.
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 6 (24:46):
From the pre show.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Yeah, I'm mixing a little Alice blue gown, you go there.

Speaker 6 (24:49):
It's the divorite thing, ever, is when you learn who
who won the presidency from the pre show.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
That's true.

Speaker 6 (24:57):
Song to the show.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
They didn't decide the president until like after midnight. I'm
in bed. I'm not waiting to see who our president is.

Speaker 6 (25:03):
But no part of you thought, I wake up and
just look at my fucking.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
No, you learned on the pre show in the shower,
Shannon Billy's talking about President Trump winning the election.

Speaker 6 (25:11):
So you feel that people are getting news from pre
show like that at least.

Speaker 7 (25:15):
Yeah, we don't get a whole lot of breaking news
in the nine o'clock hour, But for Ryan, you know
news that happened ten hours ago with breaking news to him.

Speaker 5 (25:21):
So it works.

Speaker 6 (25:21):
I have some breaking news that parlay and we got
a I was trying not to dodge to captain the
ship and then you know, be too overbearing over here.
But one of the picks it was just not good.
We won't say who it was, but we're cleaned it up.

Speaker 10 (25:34):
Well.

Speaker 4 (25:34):
They plus the game is apparently tonight.

Speaker 6 (25:36):
Yeah, well I'm betting it now. The fact that we've
thrown out I will fully.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
Be betting at Orange State tonight for sure.

Speaker 6 (25:42):
But it's a game tonight. It didn't really fit our
format of what we're going for Rice.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
We got to kick it out.

Speaker 6 (25:46):
But we're on the Beavers tonight separation. So here's the
final answer after meeting with the committee, and we'll have
early games. By the way I'm gonna go in order,
we have two noon games, all right. We just need winners.
Notre Dame at Arkansas that's Shannon's pitch, got to win.
Kansas State hosting UCF that's Mario's pick. That's the new
you win with the Wildcats. Mario is a fan of

(26:07):
when the quarterbacks brother and dad fight in the parking
lot after games. So he's on Kansas State and Shannon
and I are both or excuse me, Ryan and I
are both at three point thirty. I'm A and M
hosting Auburn in college station, and you're old miss hosting.

Speaker 2 (26:21):
LSU in Oxford.

Speaker 6 (26:23):
Yours is by far the riskiest pick when it comes
to odds.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
I'm not gonna count out Lane Kiffin going against the
boyfriend of his daughter. I think he'll do everything he
can to run that score up and right up the scoreboard.

Speaker 6 (26:33):
There you go, it's got a way to start a parlay.
You heard how it was made a lot of analytics
involved in that. Lots of analytics. We watched lots of
tape and we made our four picks go founded on
DraftKings Sports.

Speaker 4 (26:42):
So we're here in Georgetown. I got to give a
shout out to Scott County High School. Cardinals are four
and one. They were number one in Class five A
until last weekend. They went to Madison Central and got beat.
But they're still four and one. By the way, last weekend,
the number one team in five A got beat Scott County,
number one team in single A got beat in Pikeville.

Speaker 5 (27:02):
Is your phone? Yes, who is calling you?

Speaker 4 (27:04):
And the number two team in Beechwood to eight team
in Beachwood. So three number one teams got beat last
weekend Pikeville, Beechwood, and Scott County.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
So we need to give him a shout out.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
I want to tell you guys about a guy do
you realize Corbyn got applause for Scott County?

Speaker 2 (27:17):
There we go, Yeah, there we go.

Speaker 4 (27:20):
Do you realize well in Great Crossing just won the
state basketball title earlier this year from here in Scott County,
So shout out to both schools. There's a kid it
plays for Corbyn that was on official visit last week.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
To Ohio State.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
Ohio State is recruiting a kid named Malachi Brown at Corbyn.
Did you think Corbyn had a player that's being recruited
by some of the top ultra top schools in the country,
Malachi Brown.

Speaker 6 (27:45):
I was gonna pick one in Kentucky. They might be
on my list because after going to that Douglas Corbyn
game a few years ago, that's a different level of
high school ball that they're playing there. I am surprised
to hear of it. But uh, if there's one that
could do it, Corbyn's in the mix.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
They he followed the coach. The coach came from West Virginia.
This kid came with the coach from West Virginia and
he's like a top obviously a top defensive lineman in
the country. He was on a visit last week in
Ohio State and then if we've talked about Seneca Driver
down in Boyle County, he was just on a visit
to Oklahoma. He's just a junior. So these two kids,
these major kids, are going out. Are they're gonna sneak

(28:19):
out of our state and not end up at Kentucky?

Speaker 6 (28:21):
Now better not. We're worried about the big dog at
Louisville taking some players away because Kentucky had such a
good grip on the state for so long. But your phone?

Speaker 7 (28:30):
Are you one of those people that like answer telemarketers
when they call.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
I do.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
Sometimes I mess with them. Yeah, I messed with him,
you know, talk to him a little bit til they
get to the final.

Speaker 7 (28:39):
You realize, like when you pick up, they record that
and it says this number, this buffoon will actually answer
if we call, So let's call him some more. They
put that in a call log. So when you answer,
like you're just encouraging more calls.

Speaker 4 (28:51):
Well, you know, you're board driving in the phone rings.
You can kind of talk to him a little bit,
maybe helped times pass the time line.

Speaker 7 (28:55):
I know you're an empty nester, but you're not so
like lonely that you're now talking to telemarketers for company.

Speaker 5 (29:00):
Are you.

Speaker 7 (29:00):
Yeah, somebody please call me and somebody a vacuum.

Speaker 4 (29:06):
I'm a lonely I got one more high school kid
we got to talk about. Evan Hampton from Owensboro is
going to Vanderbilt. Shannon, He's the brother was best running
back in the state. He's committed. He was originally committed
to Louisville, be committed going to Vanderbilt. You know, I
don't know really what's happening down there at Vanderbilt. A
lot of people are I think, sort of attributing Vandy's
success last year and this year to Diego Pavia.

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (29:28):
I think the coaching staff maybe one of the best
coaching staff Vanderbilt football has had in a long time,
you know, bringing in like Diego and then and then
the recruit you're talking about right here, one of the
best running backs in the state of Kentucky.

Speaker 2 (29:40):
We know he's Grandpa Doug hamp Grandpa Yeah there so
uh yeah.

Speaker 4 (29:45):
He's getting out of the state and now looks like
these other two kids, Saint Seneca Driver and Malanchi Brown
may also be leaving the state. Kentucky finally producing some
top level power five Kype kids and they're getting they
can't keep them here.

Speaker 7 (29:57):
Stoop's not recruiting him at all. I don't know what
situation you'll go to, be honest.

Speaker 6 (30:02):
Hampton, I I just known his family so well. I
hated when he committed to Louisville. I know they were
big UK families, so I was thrilled when he decommitted.
Sure he's vander you got to see him on the schedule,
but it would have really hurt to see him in
red Owens Broo kid with that team.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
I know you guys talk about Tilt the pre show,
but I want to hit it for the weekends. A
guy named Josh Pate did a podcast with Colin Cowherd
and he said that Mark Stoops has the best job
in all of college football. And his argument was, he
makes ten million dollars. He didn't have to win a championship.
If he just win six or seven games a year,
people are happy, and he gets to live in beautiful Kentucky.

Speaker 2 (30:35):
He said, that is the best job in all of
college football. What are your thoughts?

Speaker 6 (30:40):
It's really hard to argue against it. I mean, you
got Mitch Barnhart drawing up some contracts that you probably
wouldn't get in a lot of other places. The pressure
isn't nearly what it is in the SEC. But you
get the benefits of being an SEC school. You get
the money, you're on the big stage. You're able to
recruit even though you might be the fifteenth or sixteenth
best team, and like, yeah, we're we know what we are.

(31:03):
Get us, get us to bowl games every year, and
then everyone once in a while a knock on a
bigger door and get us in a bigger bowl game.
And we saw how happy we were with Stoops just
with a couple of Citrus Bowls. So it's hard to argue.

Speaker 7 (31:14):
Yeah, I mean Stoops has a great deal, right, He's
not going anywhere because they don't want to pay the
buy out. He's, like you said, making ten million a year,
ten million a year, and the goal is to win
seven games. And you know, he's done just enough over
the years to kind of just hang on to his job.
You know, I feel like there's a couple of times
if you go back in history, was it the Mississippi
State game where they needed a filled goal at the

(31:36):
last minute. Stoops was kind of on the hot seat then,
and you know, just doing just winning enough to keep
his job basically, and that's the good thing at Kentucky.
You can win six seven games and everybody's happy.

Speaker 6 (31:45):
When he had it rolling, I mean we were doing
videos like should there be a statue? Absolutely, and really
not to take away from it, they did. Those were
good teams. But as I said earlier, really to get
Kentucky to that level, just beat South Carolina and Missouri.
Now the schedules changed, that won't be there how it
was for many years. But if you just beat kind
of the mid tier teams and at least hang with

(32:06):
the top ones, we're pretty happy in lex And don
I know, some fans won SEC championships. I don't know
that that's a realistic thing as I see it, but yeah,
if you can, if you can be a college coach
and come beat South Carolina, knockoff Tennessee or Florida every
once in a while and get to bowl games, you're
paid well here and then you know, you get a
contract where it's impossible for fire you.

Speaker 7 (32:24):
But I say everybodys happy, I don't necessarily mean the
fan base. I mean in the administration. Mitch Barnhart, right,
I don't like he's happy enough to keep them around
and not fire them.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
Well, I think doct Drew said there was a stretch
where the fans were happy. Yeah, you know, he's beating
South Caroline every year. He's beating Missouri every year. He's
beating Misissippi State every year. We'd kind of raised to
that middle echelon of the SEC, into the Florida Street,
into the Florida Street, into the Tennessee Streak, got to
bowl games every single year. We were ready to build
a statue for him, greatest coach we've ever had here.
But now it's like everybody's kind of looking for him

(32:53):
to the door to be open and push him out
and bringing somebody new. I can see why he doesn't
want to leave. I mean, he's got it made. Here's
a long as he can win some games.

Speaker 6 (33:02):
Yeah, I wouldn't want to leave out for him either.
I'd like one of those contracts, like your stupids.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
Where are you gonna go? But he did.

Speaker 6 (33:10):
But when you're looking at the scheme of college football,
you know, beating Florida when they're down, that's not a
huge task to ask to get all the pay and
the benefits of being in the SEC, or beating South
Carolina or beating a Tennessee. That's got Jared whatever face
throwing pick sixes. Those were all huge accomplishments at Kentucky.
But if you're a coach looking around for a job
and you're like, wait, that's all I have to do

(33:31):
to go get paid like that, Yeah, I would say
it's one of the better jobs someone could go get.

Speaker 4 (33:36):
He's got to win some SEC games at home. That
streak has got to end. He's got to get the
fang based back and gage knowing that they go to
the stadium, you got a chance to win the game.
You can't go in there and think everything, Oh, well,
how bad is Texas gonna be?

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Is?

Speaker 4 (33:48):
How bad is Tennessee gonna beat us? Got to get
that optimism back that we had for a long time.

Speaker 6 (33:52):
And I go to every game and I hang out
with teligators, I do the thing after I talk to
the people that are actually paying money and putting butts
in seats, and the not winning home games is really
getting big now. Some of these are Georgia's. No one
expects to go in and beat teams like that for
what is it? Nine straight losses at homes?

Speaker 7 (34:10):
So tell me the next home game that Kentucky is going.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
To win Florida. Is it going to be Florida?

Speaker 5 (34:16):
All right? And if you don't get Florida, then that's it.

Speaker 6 (34:19):
I think they can beat Florida, but that's so far away.
I worry what everyone's mindset will be if there's not
one before that.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
You said you got Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.

Speaker 6 (34:29):
Georgia, Georgia on you, and then you're flipping the basketball
switch with perdue here in a few weeks.

Speaker 7 (34:34):
Yep, Texas and Tennessee at home, gon'na be tough games.

Speaker 4 (34:37):
Just win a couple of SEC home games, get the
Fansas side again, and we'll support you.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
We don't you know.

Speaker 4 (34:42):
You get us six to seven every now and then
get us eight wins, we're gonna.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
Be Tomorrow is a big start in that.

Speaker 7 (34:47):
How the rest of the season goes, I feel like
depends on how Tomorrow goes.

Speaker 6 (34:50):
I'm leaning negative. But on Monday we could be talking
about how he just went one another that's true game,
which they do last. It'd all be surprised if that's
what we're doing Monday.

Speaker 4 (34:59):
Mo Bywater Farm, the largest fall farm festival in Kentucky.

Speaker 4 (35:53):
So all right, tell we got a couple of collars.
We want to get on from we get out of here. Rick,
So who we got first?

Speaker 6 (35:57):
God? Damn up?

Speaker 8 (35:58):
Next?

Speaker 2 (35:58):
Dan go ahead, Dan, Hey guys.

Speaker 9 (36:01):
First of all, all of you prying, never give up
forty four man, I don't care because they're going against
the selldis listen. I'll talk fast. I know you stressed
for time. Two quick topics. One is why retire jurseys?
I mean, I know it's an honor of retired Jersey.
Let's just say number four. Say Cliff Hagen Warick, Now
give me that, Connor, and then Kyle Macy. Wouldn't it

(36:23):
be an honor to hang those gurdys and look the
news guys come in. Maybe he's got number four and
see all those who warrant the years before him. That
were great. Second topic and then I said this, I'll
get off there and miss you guys. Comments. I'm an
old timer. I'm back from the seventies and I hate

(36:44):
it now because it seems like if y'all were talking
about the prices, they want to know how much money
you made and things like that. Man of Christ and
people out anymore, and it's like it's not happy. They're
going from millionaires. They want to be billionaires, and people
are fighting to go to a ball game with their kids,
or or to park and or buy a jersey for

(37:04):
their kids and watch the games. Can you watch the
games a lot of times anymore? They're putting them on
the ESPN Plus and all this, And man, come on,
think that's a fan that supported you through all the years.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Uh, I appreciate it, all right, thank you about it?
Thank you Daan appreciate it. I mean, that's just the
nature of the world we live in. I mean, Kentucky
still has kind of the cheaper ticket price ticket prices
than everybody else in the SEC. It may seem a
lot to us, but if you go to another school,
it's maybe double that to go.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
To a game.

Speaker 6 (37:35):
Yeah, I mean, everything's outrageous, as we all know. And
UK also has to fight with this. Isn't the old
days where it's Saturday there's just a game going on.
There's a million things you can do with your money
these days, and a lot of it you can do
without getting off the couch. So it's it's tough spot.
I know they're end uh and they're as they're trying
to improve that.

Speaker 4 (37:53):
It's talking about the retiring jerseys I think Kentucky actually
does a good job. I think in the locker rooms
they used to have like if somebody had number four,
they would have some of the other guys listed who
also wore number one.

Speaker 6 (38:02):
Yeah, unless they've recently changed that. I can't place exactly
where it was, but that exists.

Speaker 5 (38:07):
It does.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (38:08):
Yeah, And then they have their you know, and their
actual jerseys and rupe the numbers.

Speaker 4 (38:12):
On them, Yeah, hanging there with their name and number
right there, and in rupt all right, it's another phone
called Rick.

Speaker 2 (38:16):
Who we got Quinn's next? Quinn?

Speaker 4 (38:19):
Go ahead?

Speaker 2 (38:19):
Quinn?

Speaker 10 (38:21):
Okay uh, Louisville resident now, but lived in lect for
eleven years. However, living in the Louisville I go to
a game anytime I'm offered because the fan experience is awful.
It's just a fun time. And the solution to the
UK fan experience problem isn't asking the fans. Go to
the students. You'll get a smaller sample size and they

(38:44):
know what's cool, So go to them. And if you're
not going to do that, then hire someone that's from
the NFL team that is related to fan experience. And
if you can't do that, then go to like a
Big ten school where someone is close to a large
and that will fig the like cool or the not

(39:04):
cool fan experience to the UK. That's just my thoughts.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
Okay, all right, appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (39:10):
I like that going to the students get their input
as well, because I'm probably not gonna answer this questionnaire,
this survey we just put out.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
That's the thing.

Speaker 6 (39:16):
Yeah, they didn't get that email.

Speaker 7 (39:17):
Well, I mean if they did, though, hon't he would
actually respond when you were in college when you respond
to some survey.

Speaker 4 (39:22):
No, and then they took me longer than five seconds.
I'm not getting into it. That's just you know, the
attention span of our youth right now. They're not gonna
waste any time doing that out. But I think it
is a good idea to get the student perspective. I
think on what you want to do.

Speaker 6 (39:34):
And I've never been to a Libal game. I really
hope to never go to one, but I have heard
what that caller just said, Yeah, just about how.

Speaker 5 (39:41):
Fun it is.

Speaker 6 (39:42):
And some of it, like Kentucky travels to these stadium
are they not looking around and stealing ideas? We're not
saying build new areas, simple things, and this sounds so
basic but just downtime during a commercial player remember when
and play the radio call over a play or a
trivia anything. Just got to keep it moving. The video
you have a video board for a reason. Keep it active.

(40:04):
That keeps the fans going. Something as simple as that
could go a long way, because the fans are good
at building up energy when the game's going on. You know,
third down, Crokerfield pretty good at doing his job. But
it's when there's downtime and everyone's just looking at each other,
then you have to go rebuild that energy. You need
to do your best to keep it moving.

Speaker 7 (40:19):
Rollble fans too, they're just there for the party. I
don't even think they care about the football game. And
the half of them are intailigating. They don't come until
halftime to begin with a lot of times. But they're
they're more of a party fan base.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
Getting on the call, Rick, who we got.

Speaker 4 (40:31):
God, Jerry on the line, Go ahead.

Speaker 11 (40:33):
Jerry, you're up, Hey, guys, I got one of those
storveys too. And what they're kind of concerned me was
all the stuff about charging the tailgates. And I think,
guess what they're gonna try and do next is they're
gonna start charging for those tailiators and if they do that,
that's gonna ruin the tailgates. But me and the guys
I tailgate with been talked about all morning that we're

(40:54):
we're not paying for tailgates and they're gonna ruin that
if they if they start charging for hillgates.

Speaker 9 (41:00):
But they did ask.

Speaker 11 (41:01):
About Wi Fi again, and for the fifth time, I said,
it make the WiFi better, but they've never done it.

Speaker 9 (41:06):
Never done it.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
Jerry appreciate that, you know. He brings up a great point.

Speaker 4 (41:09):
They start charging for tailgate and that's just gonna take
this fans off even more. Kind of work with the fans,
not make them more mad than they already are.

Speaker 6 (41:17):
Yeah, I can sit here on the radio and give
my opinion, but it really doesn't matter because I'm sending
the press box on my computer. It's the Jerry's that
they need to really worry about, because I hear a
lot of it from them too. And it's the people
that have set through winless seasons. They've set through Vandy
games getting blown out. They've been there through thick and thin.
So if you've got them reconsidering things, I would really,

(41:38):
really really try to keep them happy.

Speaker 4 (41:41):
All right, we got to wrap it up and make
our predictions here, Shanny goers, all right and MVP, who
you got?

Speaker 5 (41:45):
All right? I got the Cats winning on the road.

Speaker 7 (41:49):
I think this is gonna be the game that's gonna
shift all the momentum in their favor. They're gonna end
up with a six win season, as I've been talking
about for months now. I think it all starts tomorrow.
Kentucky wins at twenty four to twenty one. I'm gonna
go with Seth McGowan as my that's a good pick.

Speaker 4 (42:02):
It's a good pick. He'll probably get a lot of
carries Drew.

Speaker 6 (42:05):
Boomy if you want, But I'm taking the game cocks.

Speaker 3 (42:08):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (42:10):
The good news is I'm wrong very often, but they are.
They have come down to where they're beatable. Though I
think Kentucky will be in it. I just say South
Carolina pulls away at the very end wins twenty to
sixteen in a field goal fest.

Speaker 4 (42:22):
I'm gonna take Kentucky twenty one to twenty. My MVP,
the Cutter Bowlie era gets its signature start with the
win on the road at South Carolina. Why not us?

Speaker 2 (42:32):
Jojo Camp said? Why not? Why not? US cutter Bowl
your MVP, thanks.

Speaker 6 (42:35):
For joining US.

Speaker 4 (42:36):
Pregame show starts tomorrow Casbar.

Speaker 6 (42:38):
At four thirty and I'm postgaming Wilson Drew. Let's get weird.

Speaker 2 (42:42):
We'll see you then. Goodbye,
