and he had like a crazy game.

talking about from Elizabethtown. Here's a guy named Colin Porter
from Ashton. He's been their starting point guard for Liberty,
lighting it up right now from Elizabethtown. I thought's what

I'm talking about Colin Porter because there's a video of
him and he after the last game year, after some
game he had a big game and he sang, Morgan.

Wallen, have you seen news? I haven't seen that video,

He he like has a good game. Then the interview
and he just is like, what's the song? And now
I'm dodging potholes in my like he starts singing. He
sings it in his postgame, you know, yeah, and not
particularly well, but I still give him a lot of credit.

So Ashland looking good at Liberty.

Yeah, he was on that Acelin team that went undefeated
through the regular season and got upset in the state final.
Well maybe I've been in the COVID year they didn't
have the state finals and they were undefeated. He's been
the starting point guards as the many walked on the court.

Yeah, he's really good.

I was showing you Decker from Elizabethtown. He just scored
twenty nine. He's got twenty one nineteen, and he's shooting
like sixty seven percent from three for Liberty. He won't
be at Liberty really long. I thought you were bringing
him up because Wall he can bring Colin Porter with him,
But Decker has been a bucket for them and he's
from nearby too.

Jared and they both were so like not like so nice, yes, right,
like they both acknowledged they played a clip of his
highlights and they've got so excited they're putting the famous
throw behind his head and they both went nuts. You know,

shout out to Jared, I think one of them said
when they were growing up, he was like the most
exciting player they could watch. You know, they were at Cincinnati,
so they weren't that far from him obviously from where
he grew up. I just I that had to make
the Lorenzen family. That had to make them feel really good.
I hope he's dad Joe saw it.

I hope Taytan saw it his son, because that was
kind of cool to see these two, maybe one of
the most famous podcasts going right now took time out
to honor one of the guy that we loved so dearly.

the goal line, but they went ninety yards and he
called his shot. He said, I'm checking in to intercept this.

Yeah, I think he's only got like one really good
offer from like Miami Ohio. But Vince has been talking

So he's still bleeding blue, like he needs to say hello,

these kind of random stories. World Cup qualifying for soccers
going on. Wow, they've expanded the World Cup. Okay, so
so used to be thirty two. Now there's forty eight teams,
so some more teams are getting it. Okay, but would
you were like a couple of cool stories.

Scotland has not been in there in thirty years. Scotland
wins a game earlier this week to get to go now.
I've been with Scottish fans. I was with them at
the European Championships. The most fun group of people on
earth were Scottish soccer fans. I still talk to a
couple of them from Aberdeen. They they dance, they sing,

They literally make suck songs up on the fly like
they're they're awesome. They make it the country. The Prime
Minister whoever's in charge of Scotland just says after the game,
no one has to go to work tomorrow. I don't
know if even has the authority to do that. If
I don't know if you can just say no one
has to go to work. They end up all the bars.

They like, change the rules so everybody can stay out.
They don't They don't enforce it. They're a fitty five
in the morning of people in Scotland running and singing.
I don't think there would have been a better place
to be on Earth than Scotland on like Monday night.

I'm sorry. So I have a Scotland flag at home
soccer or a scarf, not a flag because two of
my friends Alan and Mick love or they're from Scotland
and love soccer. I texted them as soon as it ended.

Wherever they play, wherever they play in America. I don't
even care about the game. I'm just gonna go to
be there. I was there at the European Championship, but
I was in two different cities where they were and
it was the most fun thing I've done. So whatever

Haiti has never been to the World Cup. They made it,

seventies and sitting there watched by the fireplace, watching watching
the games that the TV turned down and they would

up on the radio and yeah, and he loved all
UK sports, but it was passionless for UK football. And
one of the last things I got to do with
my sarity was listening to the Cats win. So I
just wanted to pay true to my dad and Jerry.
That's I'm glad you and he'll root before him on Sarday.

football for a second. Still feeling good about the Vandy game, Drew.

I've never felt good about the Vandy game, and our
injury report doesn't make me feel any better. We had
a lot of dudes out, and a lot of them
are on defense and in the secondary. But one thing
giving me hope is that Diego Pavia seems to always
be in Vegas or Miami. I don't know how he's
never in Nashville anymore. But maybe we'll have the distraction
factor here.

Bandy needs the win right to stay in the playoff
or they fourteenth in the rankings Tuesday, so they you know,
they're still trying to hang on to sneak into the playoffs.
So it is a big game for them. It's their
senior day. But last time we went down there two
years ago, we did win. We snuck a win two
years ago.

The road team has won four straight in this series,
so we have that going forward too.

I'm I don't know, I feel weirdly confident about it.
We're not gonna have our usual pocket of like the
same or close amount of fans, but I kind of
feel like we got a shot. I think, I mean Pavia.
We have struggled with Pavia obviously, we've struggled with guys
like him for a little while. But I'm still feeling.

I mean, they're not I don't think they are as
good as people believe. And I think they've While they've
won a couple, they've won, you know, more games of
any normally wins, they also have had a couple of
games that easily could have gone the other way.

It's the injury report. That's really hurting me. The defense
is pretty depleted. Uh, Alexafari, he's questionable. If he ends
up playing, that's a huge difference maker. But just at cornerback,
they're down like three or four guys heading into that game.
So if Kentucky were little healthier, I'd feel better. But
I mean they just got rocked with the available availability
report last night.

so the injury report is not working in our favor. Otherwise,
I'm with you. I like that the momentum they've had lately.
Maybe Afari and some of these starters that are still
on the fence, we'll give it a go.

It would be nice if we were able to knock

I mean, I feel like this is a game that
they could slip up and lose. But knowing that the
playoffs are, you know, they're an outside team, right, They're
probably not going, But they.

Were a lot higher in the rankings that I would
have thought. I mean, they were fourteenth. They'd beat Kentucky
and Tennessee. I mean, they're at least sitting there with
a possibility.

Put it to you like this, I'm much more worried
about Tennessee next week for Vanderbilt than Kentucky. But this
is a game where Kentucky could come in and surprise
some people, but I don't think it's gonna happen.

Sure, he's more word not even worried about how if
we win, and then I'm gonna have everybody text Shanning
the dude and just say eat it.

If he is hitting threes like that, that that's the guy.

think can do that technically, but sometimes you just need

you do like they do in hockey, and every few
minutes you take a guy off and it becomes eleven
on eleven, come that comes ten on ten, becomes nine
on nine. Wouldn't that be a better approximation of the
sport rather than penalty kicks.

It would probably keep it a bit more dynamic and
a bit more suited to what happens. But you know,
I think after you can only go on so long,
you know, I think that's some of the problems. At
least penalty kicks are you know, while they're cruel, they
are they are final. You know, Dark and Chucky went

the end of the season, and it's it's not a
fun way to go. You know. The UK women lost.
