the NLCS with a two to one win over the
Phillies in eleven innings, an improbable finish to such a
well played game. Tonight, Brian Keckering could not handle a

comebacker from Andy Pahez and then threw it away in
a panic throw, and huss On Kim is able to score.
He is the pinch runner for Tommy Edman, who is
able to get things started with a base hit. And
the Dodgers are headed to the NLCS. Where they're going
and who they're playing, we do not know right now,

but the Cubs are beating the Brewers at last check.
I'll give you an update on that score as the
night continues, but right now, it's bottom of the fifth
inning at Wrigley Field with the Cubs leading the Brewers
three to nothing, trying to force a decisive Game five,
which also would benefit the Dodgers, whoever they would play

the Cubs or Brewers to have that series go to
a five game series. We have phone lines open at

certainly an exciting night for the Dodgers who get past
one of the best teams with the best pitching in

whoever won this series was going to the World Series,
was the consensus. And how ironic is it that it

to win this game. And it's ironic that the game
ended on a poor defensive play because this was such

was two pitchers that made critical mistakes to allow the
other team to score a run. You heard emit Shehan
in the clubhouse. He was still upset at himself for
missing what would have been a relay throw for a
three six' one double play which allowed the least to

obviously the most critical, Mistake Brian keckering throwing the ball,
away Allowing kim to score the winning run in the
bottom of the eleventh inning to give The dodgers a
two to one. Win and you, KNOW i know we're

look the reality is The phillies had really good pictures.
There they went To Jesus lozardo after it got towards
the end of the game and needed to Use lozardo
to get into extra innings, tonight and they had to
Face Christopher, sanchez who is one of the top three

lot of hits and had gaudy numbers like they had

The dodgers' strength and conditioning, coach could come together with
an offseason program in the middle of the baseball season

was able to get that confidence. Back and even when

out that he was only throwing ninety three out of the,
bullpen that's what he. Wanted he was more concerned about
making sure he was able to have his command in throwing.
Strikes he wasn't even concerned about the. Velocity he probably
could have thrown one hundred miles an hour during those

Goal his goal was to throw one hundred miles an
hour two three appearances in and then all of a,
sudden here he is one hundred miles an hour coming
