The Dodgers shut out the Reds seventh to nothing, and
the seventh inning belonged to Mookie Betts makes a great
play at shortstop to Rob Key Brian Hayes, and then Mookie,
you carried that over with your bat. Sometimes you talk
about offense current over to defense.

It felt the opposite tonight. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you know,
I do what I can, As.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
I always say, I always do what I can to
help help the boys win, and.

Tonight I was able to do it on both sides.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
It feels like that's where your head's at right now,
just every night, just trying to find a way.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
Yeah, I mean, that's that's really it, you know, going
through UH going through this year is really just kind
of taught me a lot about myself and really kind
of about the game, like how to play the game.
And so I have kind of a new perspective on
UH on just every day and just really trying to
trying to enjoy today.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Have you seen what you guys were talking about the
last two games. About having competitive at bats one through nine, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
I mean we did.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
You know, sometimes it doesn't result in hits, but you know,
the last couple of games have but even you know,
earlier we were struggling a little bit in San Diego,
but I feel like we were having decent at bats,
just coming up, not not getting the hits when we
needed it.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
But we just keep going to keep playing Dodger baseball
and just keep applying pressure. Everything should be okay.
