Speaker 2 (02:14):
We love that.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
We're gonna have a lot to give away Matt, including
Dodger tickets and a Vegas giveaway.
Speaker 5 (02:22):
And our finalist this year is gonna get a fifty
seven second cash machine prize where you get to try
to grab five thousand dollars in one of those nineteen
eighty style fan with a bunch of cash blowing around
and everyone's freaking out. And thanks to the advent of YouTube,
you kind of know the move, right. You just press
your whole body up against the wall and it captures
(02:43):
all of the cash and you do a squad.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Matt's gonna be the coach.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
Matt's gonna coach him up like a rip torn in handball, dodgeball.
Speaker 4 (02:53):
You got your layers on handball.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
It will be the sequels.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
Oh, that's gonna be great. Hell bell on cesto in
a handball.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Okay, I do have a word of the day for you, Matt.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
His words the word of the day.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Like I said, I didn't pay attention to the soccer
over the weekend. I guess like I was supposed to. Yeah, no,
which I met No Mar last week. We spent some time.
Uh anyway, I and uh I had not. I did
watch the race, the F one race and watch for
stop and just go full.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
Petulant child freaked out. Man.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
Yeah that was awesome, But uh, you're right, Matt, this
college and you've been talking about it for a while,
and some of our promotions guys were talking about it,
Mike and Johnny and the suite on Friday, a lot
of people in this suite and uh, everybody's into this
college baseball. And then going to the Super Regional and
(03:54):
Kate's was all upset by the swag of the Georgia
team and so on and so forth. One of the
more interesting things that happened, Uh, Florida, who's a championship
team with a championship coach, Kevin Sullivan. I guess they
moved their start time because the game before them went
late or the night before or something like that.
Speaker 5 (04:11):
Yeah, they running, they played two in a row and
so it goes late, they push it back.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
Uh huh and back back back. So uh. This guy
very upset Florida coach running around Conway Coastal Carolina in
South Carolina. Matt and I very familiar with Coastal Carolina.
Shanta Clears talk about them all the time. This is
their head coach, Kevin Schnall, and he has this in
(04:36):
response because I guess the Florida coach was and there's
video of this is he's just running around mother efing everybody,
the Florida coach and Schnall he has to say something afterwards,
and Florida has been eliminated by the way the SEC
is getting massacred. Their swagger finds no purchase, as you
would say.
Speaker 5 (04:55):
Matt, their snider seed. It's a rocky place where I
don't know what it is, can find no purchase.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
We have the West Coast style. We run out every
base hit around here. Okay. Coastal Carolina head coach Kevin
Schnall had this to say in response to Florida head
coach Kevin some of it.
Speaker 6 (05:12):
One last thing I have is I have to say this,
and I don't know if I'm supposed to say this
or not, but you know, I believe in standing up
for what's right and what transpired this morning on our field.
Another coach disrespected our associate ad who works as hard
(05:32):
as anybody in our entire program. He disrespected our field crew,
who are the salt of the earth. These guys would
do anything for our programs, salt of the art. It's
not okay, and this needs to be brought up. Absolutely disrespectful.
As a coach, it's our job to mentor young kids.
(05:55):
And the way he treated the two site reps, the
way he treated our associate, the way he treated our
field crew absolutely unacceptable. And I'm really that's what I'm
most disappointed about. This, A national champion coach who thinks
(06:18):
he can come in here and try to bully people around. Disappointed,
Disappointed somebody that a lot of coaches look up to
for him to act that way, Really disappointed. He disrespected
a Hall of fame coach who's the site rep here.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
That's all I got to say, dud Swell, he'd beat
his ass too.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Yeah, Carolina's Chanta Claire is coming through be a dog.
So very interesting.
Speaker 5 (06:51):
Stuff, Matt, the sec Come on.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
I had an ex girlfriend whose parents are quite wealthy.
I mean the dad was a very, very six assful doctor,
but she married somebody even wealthier, and I do believe
that they took great umbrage in the wedding speech from
the father in law being called salt of the earth people.
(07:16):
I got a kick out of that, bitter.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
And alone sweets. Did he just call us alt of
the earth?
Speaker 3 (07:21):
I have a very successful look. I believe he did.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
I believe he just called us salt of the Earth billionaires.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Different than million.
Speaker 7 (07:31):
Maybe if that's pink MLA and salt, they're the pink cocaine,
the tuessy who passed me the twusy lane. It's time
for the number of the day.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Here's my number. Number of the day.
Speaker 5 (07:49):
Number of the day, unfortunately right now is four. It's
four nothing or and they got two on It was
the worst loss of USC's playoff history yesterday fourteen to one.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Beaver is building the dam.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Beaver's good. UCLA is in s see. Like we said,
playing right now. Cal Poly unfortunately played an awesome game
yesterday afternoon, needed extras to bounce Utah Valley and they
were just gassed by the time they got to Arizona
an hour later. They got blown out. I think it
was sixteen to nothing or something like that. Big bumber,
but a great season for the Mustangs.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
USC.
Speaker 5 (08:22):
On the opposite side of that, after a crazy loss
to Saint Mary's in the opener, the Beaves avenge that
with a twenty to three thumping Yeah the pass yeah,
starter went a full eight. So their staff was good,
their bullpen was good, and they subbed out for their
position players. They were fresh going into the USC game.
Speaker 4 (08:41):
That night.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
I mean, USC was one of the last teams to
get in to the playoffs in the first place. In
Oregon State's the number eight seed, so no surprise, and
they just kind of rubbed it in a little bit.
Three safety squeeze bunts back to back to back that
scored runs and that second inning and the route was.
Speaker 4 (08:56):
On from there.
Speaker 5 (08:58):
Unfortunately, trailing four and nobody out and guys on first
and second, right, now, make that one out. Guys on
first and second, see if they can rally and get
out of this. If they win, they'll head to Tallahassee
to take on the number nine ranked Seminoles if they
should be able to knock off the number eight Beaves. Meanwhile,
kind of a bummer. UC Irvine had a really really
(09:18):
good team that got eaters. Yeah, they got dropped into
the UCLA pool, which makes sense. They were one of
the best two seeds and UCLA was one of the
lowest host teams. I think they were thirteenth or twelfth
out of or thirteenth I think out of the fourteen teams,
and they both were going to make it out. It
was the Bruins. And remember there was a time when
coach Savage had earned Friend of the Show status.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
A regular looker, wonderful guy.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
Yeah, Ucla won a World Series and then crazy, I
didn't realize it had been this bad nothing twelve years later.
And should they make it back to Omaha if they
win the Super Regional this weekend that they're hosting, it'll
be their first time back since that World Series championship.
Not win a World Series, just getting out of Super
Regionals to Omaha. Gosh, they have not won a Super
(10:05):
Regions no.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
I mean, I know they've competed, yeah.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
But they've just not been able to get and they've
been a top rank Heck, they were a number one
ranked team.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
Gosh when I was at se If they didn't make
it to Omaha, it was like a huge disappointment, right.
Speaker 4 (10:20):
And expected to be there.
Speaker 5 (10:22):
And that's kind of how Ucla. That's what they had,
that's how they got. That's where Savage went. Yeah, now
they do catch a break. The road Runners knocked off
Texas in the Austin region, so instead of having to
travel to Austin to take on the number two team
in the country, they will host University of Texas San
Antonio here this week and win that And as you
(10:44):
mentioned they'll be back to where many believe they belong
year and in year out.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
Omaha.
Speaker 5 (10:49):
It's certainly lining up for him, at least in terms
of the opponent. And thanks to the daughter, I've been
watching a lot of the baseball last night, Little Rock
knocked off LSU. They played tonight elimination game, so twenty
seven and thirty three Little Rock versus the number six
team in the nation. In that rematch, Okie State Duke
had a crazy ending one run game, top of the ninth.
(11:11):
Last out was called on runner interference after a drop
strike three got away. The number one seed Vandy, another
SEC team out right State got them. So there we
go pretty.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
From loaded, Matt, you just you just planted a flag.
That's some good equity bass loaded now.
Speaker 4 (11:33):
Basis loaded now one out four and nothing already. Times
are heart yeah running.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
This is the song of the day.
Speaker 8 (11:44):
Colts are a very good Indy duo from New York
City with our song of the day called high Road.
Because we're back at it on an Imo horse. Modello
meets you a lot of Monday with the Petrosen Money
Show is taking that high road with plenty you'll especi
Owl and our saddle bags, giving us that fighting spirit
to blaze a trail through the lands of great sports.
(12:07):
Talking into the ravine is what we'll do as the
Dodgers rendezvous with the New York Mets, who have arrived
at Dodgers Stadium for four games that begin tonight. And
you know, Tim Keates will be locked and loaded with
your Morongo Casino Dodgers on Deck show beginning at six o'clock.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Matthis tech says those squeeze players wouldn't fly in the
Savannah Bananas game. Banana ball rules state a few bunts,
you're thrown out of the game because bunting us.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
True.
Speaker 4 (12:40):
More excitement since Otani's debut.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
Yeah, I mean they brought out Danny Glover. Uh.
Speaker 5 (12:49):
You see that there's an angel right now. Dude is
all dressed up in an angel guy.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
What a great moment. We will have David Vasse on
next Thank you, Ronnie.
Speaker 5 (13:12):
Betros some money AM five seventy LA Sports. We're live
everywhere on the iHeartRadio app making our way until six
o'clock New York in town. Not the Yankees. They left
after Sunday Night Baseball last night. Thanks for the scheduling.
I'm sure got back to the bronch somewhere around nine
am I check. But the Mets are here for the
next four today through Thursday, and David Massie has brought
you by Service Titan. Southern California commercial and residential contractors
(13:35):
using service Titan software typically see a seventeen percent increase
in revenue in.
Speaker 4 (13:39):

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Make there what a weekend for David vas say, great interviews,
great insight, fabulous games at Dodgers Stadium.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
With an inside look at the Dodgers. This is the
Vassie Report with David Vasse.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
David Vasse is with us, our Dodger reporter. He helped
us out on Friday with Ebel Brothers, and you know,
whenever our our boat stalled in the sea, he came
out like a coast guard and got us restarted and
we were able to have a really fun show on Friday.
Big thanks to David vass and Tim Katz for being
(14:26):
down there, and of course David Vasse stayed down there
all weekend long. You see him and you know him
on Spectrum Sports Net MLB network. But right here on
a five seventy and again tonight Dodgers Mets, and three
more after tonight. So it's gonna be a heck of
a week. Dave, how's it going.
Speaker 9 (14:45):
It's going great, guys out here at Dodger Stadium watching
Mookie Betts best out his left foot. He's not in
the starting lineup again tonight, but hoping that he could
be back in there tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
What's his deal, Dave? Did he you're up a bowling
ball on his toe? I mean that's what everybody would assume.
Speaker 9 (15:04):
Yeah, I mean right, I don't know. He said that
he was trying to go to the bathroom in the
middle of the night and he stubbed his toe. I
think a lot of us have done that before, but
never broke the toe. So you know, that's what MOOKI
said happened, and it's unfortunate, but not something that he
can't play on. And you know, Austin Barnes, like I
said on Friday, broke his big toe two separate times
(15:28):
within a matter of two weeks and he was still catching.
So this is not going to hold Mookie Bets out.
Speaker 3 (15:35):
Dave.
Speaker 5 (15:36):
You know, like all professional athletes, I like to look
back instead of forward. I don't play it one game
at a time. I want to talk about three games
ago and just kind of what you saw from the
series big takeaways, if there were big takeaways, and I'll
start I guess with Saturday and Landon Knack and was
was that the biggest and best start of his career?
Speaker 9 (15:54):
I mean, yeah, it makes it a lot easier, Matt,
when you're pitching with a ten to nothing lead after
two innings, So I'll qualify it with that. It just
makes things a lot easier. You could put the ball
right down the middle, give up a solo home run
to Aaron Judge, and nobody's worse. So I would just
say that the Dodger offense provided everything Land and Knack
(16:14):
would need. And right now, guys, I'm watching Yamamoto play catch.
It's an interesting thing to watch today because of the
fact that he was so bad yesterday. You know, good players,
good pitchers aren't just bad for no reason. And I
know a lot of people were speculating that it was
something to do with his hip, which Dave Roberts said
(16:36):
he may have injured on a play at first base
on the last road trip, but speaking to a Japanese
reporter that also was a pitcher with Yamamoto in Japan.
He told me that Yamamoto assured him his hip was
fine going into the start yesterday. So you just hope
that everything's okay and Sazaki's out here as well playing catch.
(16:58):
So I want to know that was That was a
very strange game yesterday for Yamamoto. It was a strange
game for the Dodger offense as well. I'll bet Petros's
salary that the first four hitters will not go for
sixteen again again in the same game.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
You never have to work again and out of a salary.
The Great David Veasse is our guest, but overall, Dave,
as far as the weekend goes from a real high
level of perspective, pretty successful for the Dodgers. They have
to feel good about the drama and and working out.
(17:36):
I know they didn't sweep them, but still not bad.
Speaker 9 (17:41):
No, it was a great weekend for the Dodgers to
come back against Max Freed and beat them the first
night the way they did their nineteenth come from behind victory,
and then give the Yankees a real you know, thumping
on Saturday beating them eighteen to two. I mean, they're
living rent free in the Yankees head and that is
(18:01):
that game yesterday meant a lot more to the Yankees
than it did to the Dodgers. I'll guarantee you that
they would have left LA if they lost yesterday, losing
the last five in a row at Dodgers Stadium, including
the first two of the World Series last year, so
that was huge. And for the Dodgers, it was great
to see them feed off the crowd, feed off the adrenaline,
and hopefully they could carry that forward into this series
(18:24):
for the NLCS rematch, because they did not play very
well in New York last weekend.
Speaker 4 (18:30):
We saw you.
Speaker 5 (18:30):
When we were out there Friday, Dave having a conversation
with Tanner Scott. You had, you know, the unfortunate situation
in Cleveland with he and Alex Vesia, and then on
Friday night, like you talked about, it's a come from
behind victory. Those two have to lock it up. Tanner
Scott getting out of that jam in the eighth and
then Vessia closing out the nine. Just kind of your
thoughts on how Dave Roberts opted to use those two
(18:52):
in that game versus how he had tried before.
Speaker 9 (18:56):
I felt like he had a specific intention and using
Tanner Scott against that particular hitter, and obviously Vessia was
getting warmed up for the grouping of hitters that he
faced in the ninth innings. So it feels like right now,
at least the Dodgers are going in that direction where
(19:16):
they're just going to match up in the eighth and
ninth innings. And Tanner Scott was aware of that when
he signed with the Dodgers that he was not necessarily
going to get every single save opportunity. And with Tanner
Scott not synced up right now, you can understand Dave's
apprehension not to put him in the ninth inning, give
(19:36):
him a soft landing spot against the Yankees where it
doesn't get dangerous, and having a guy like Vessie behind him.
Speaker 3 (19:43):
David Vasse had a lengthy conversation on Friday down on
the field at Dodger Stadium with Derek Carr, of all people,
not just Ti Oscar. Yeah, and Matt watched angrily.
Speaker 9 (19:56):
From the book, Derek Carr is a great man.
Speaker 3 (20:00):
Matt was like the Angels in the outfield, guy just
so mad. Oh yeah, he was glaring down at you guys.
Speaker 9 (20:09):
Got so many people I've upset so many people the
last week.
Speaker 3 (20:12):
Now, I would not ask for the details of a
private conversation, David. I would never, but maybe at the
end of the interview you'll give us a hint.
Speaker 9 (20:21):
Yeah, yeah, no problem.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
You did get exclusive interviews with Blake Snell not surprising
about his problems, and of course Evan Phillips, who's going
to be out for a long time and was very
candid about that. Tell us a little bit about those interviews.
I think they're both available on iHeart and then they're
both available on the AMI seventy Instagram.
Speaker 9 (20:43):
Yes, exactly, Yes, you'll find both those clips on the
social media platforms Evan Phillips. On Saturday, the Dodgers made
it official that his season is over. Tommy John's surgery
happening here in a couple of days, and his head
was in a better spot when I spoke to him
on Saturday than where it was last week, as you
(21:03):
can understand, and he's giving himself an opportunity to come
back in July of next year by going with this
decision to have Tommy John surgery now. And I asked
him whether or not you know there's any correlation between
his injury, other pictures injuries, and he just talked it
up to pitching his entire life. First time he's having
this type of surgery. So that's in his case. As
(21:27):
far as Blake Snell goes, things are getting really positive
for him, and I appreciate Snell Zilla keeping to his
word and joining us every Saturday. Here's what Blake said
about where he's at in his progression to come back.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
I am itching for Blake Snell to be back on
that mound. What can you tell the people of LA
where you're at.
Speaker 10 (21:48):
Yeah, I'm throwing one hundred and twenty feet now, it's
coming out, no pain. I feel good. I'm excited, do
a couple of change ups, set it tier. Pretty excited.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
No, but I can't wait.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Man.
Speaker 10 (22:01):
You know, when I signed, I was so excited and
that's all I wanted to do. And then you know,
having the wait it sucks, and you know it's it's
a long it's a long process. But I'm gonna go slow.
I'm gonna make sure I'm ready. So when I when
I started pitching, I could get going and do my
thing all right.
Speaker 9 (22:19):
So Blake Snell is gonna throw his first bullpen session
since injuring his shoulder. Next week, he told me, next
Tuesday in San Diego at Petco Park. So he's on
his way back, and that means, if all goes well,
he should be back sometime by the end of this
month or the beginning of July.
Speaker 5 (22:39):
Last one for me, Dave not to bounce all over
the place. But you talk to Max Monsey quite a bit.
Obviously a struggle at the start of the season. Those
last two games ends up going I think what five
for nine with three homers, did not have a single strikeout,
Just kind of where where he is and if maybe
he's turning the corner a little bit, or if it
was just a favorable matchup that he was walking into.
Speaker 9 (23:00):
No, he had a great May, Matt. If you look
at his May, his ops was well over eight hundred.
He hit six home runs in the month of May.
He is starting to look like the Max Mounsey that
we have seen since twenty eighteen. And look, it's been
a struggle defensively. He acknowledged that when I spoke to
him the other day. But he obviously understands the expectations
(23:21):
on him. He is aware of what is being said
and how Dodger fans just seemed to jump all over
him after a bad game, a bad month, a bad play.
But he really believes that he has turned his season around.
And yesterday he homered again, so he had three home
runs in the last two games. So he's aware that
(23:43):
he hasn't done well against lefties. I'm an advocate until
he gets that straightened out for the Dodgers to be
able to use Keith a Hernandez at third base along
with Munsey in a platoon type of situation. Limited type
of platoon situation. But you know, Munsey got off to
a low start. But May, if you just look at
his May, he's back, all.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
Right, Dave, fabulous stuff. Pat McAfee has Aaron Rodgers, David
Vasse has Blake's now have a great NIGHTO Marongo Casino,
Dodgers on deck coming up? Who's coming on the pregame.
Speaker 9 (24:19):
Dave, to be determined, it's Tommy Edmund NLCS babblehead night,
So I feel like he's going to be in high demand.
I'm gonna have to pivot tonight and find somebody else.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
All right, pivoting Dave, Dave, that's my recommend, Like a
whirling dervish all right, I'll.
Speaker 9 (24:40):
Make a run at Soto, make.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
A ron try to hit a double every time, which good.
I'm gonna go for that though, where you could hit
a double. I wish I could hit a double every time.
Speaker 3 (24:49):
We'll be back with more secret textos, a radio round
up on a modell. I'll meet you a lot of Monday.
Speaker 5 (24:56):
Coming up there, Petro, some money AM five to seventy
LA Sports live everywhere on the iHeart ready. I've got
Dodgers Mets tonight, first pitch, just after seven, Dodgers on
deck at six, and it is Tommy Edmund Bobblehead Night.
(25:17):
So first forty thousand fans if you want to get
out there a little bit early. Probably a good idea
with the Mets in town and Edmund being incredibly popular
post postseason last year and helping guide the Dodgers to
a World Series victory.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Matt, We're very excited about our summer tour event and
we got a fishing the now. We figured out our theme.
Speaker 5 (25:37):
A lot of lines in the water. Marty Fish, Fishbone,
the guy that runs the fish importer, who's that quality
seafood food in Redondo Beach? Jeff Jones, Joe Peshy, you
know it's got the fishing Italian on that front.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
Got a lot of lines in the water.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
Joe fish, Joe fish, Marty fish is doable. There's no doubt.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
Get Marty Fish.
Speaker 3 (26:06):
We're looking forward to it. We want you in your
best fishing gear. Leave your tackle box in the car.
All right, it's time for the secret texts all running around.
Speaker 8 (26:13):
The text fine, brought to you by your so called
Toyota dealers.
Speaker 4 (26:17):
We make it easy.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
You got an angel and he's here to help. But
first he's gonna drink this thirty two ounce of mountain dew. There.
Speaker 5 (26:29):
It did appear to be a lot of mountain dew
drinkers out. What do you mean, Matt, definitely looking mountain fly?
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Are you acting like the same people that went to
the Savannah Bananas at Angel Stadium of the weekend? Much
like the Angel fans arrived taking the ninety one West
to get to the stadium. Is that what you're insinuating?
Speaker 5 (26:52):
Well, you're the one that brought up mountain dew, and
I am I'm affirming the mountain dew take on the
text dos all right?
Speaker 3 (27:00):
This text does as says Fred's Musky Bush strikes again.
Dra Carno war all day.
Speaker 4 (27:07):
Spray's bush. I believe that's what our bread.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
Yeah, we did figure that out. Massive bush. It protects
him in the desert, otherwise he'd fry. You idiots. Hook
a menthol to the end of the line of that
fishing pole pole smokers, and then wrap those Greek and
skinny ass lips to that pole. Oh, our fishing theme.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
What an idea.
Speaker 5 (27:32):
Brilliance, you know, because we got to import those newports. Remember,
we can't buy the menthols here, so it's contraband. So
we got to get whoever it is that's driving out
from the desert to bring us a cart in the newports,
and then we put those on the line and anybody
that wants a sweet smoke during the broadcast, we cast
our line to them and they get their newports.
Speaker 3 (27:53):
We do have.
Speaker 5 (27:54):
I mean, come on, it's a smoking good time the
petros in Money summer tour.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Do you want? Guys, you're gonna have to go outside
to smoke.
Speaker 4 (28:03):
When did that happen?
Speaker 3 (28:05):
Just stand there on the sidewalk. You can still hear
the show. We have a few texts about our new
intern ben uh, This says intern hot dog machine duty
starts now. And you know, Matt, I do think with
the with the onset of summer and with the return
of the Petroson Money Summer Tour, maybe we should have
(28:27):
to promote our first Petroson Money Summer Tour stop with
its fishing theme. We have a hot dog day at
the station.
Speaker 4 (28:35):
It's a dog day.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
Create camaraderie, Introduce Ben to some of the other people around,
you know, get you know, get get loose.
Speaker 5 (28:43):
Yeah, we got to get Ben to come out of
a show. Yeah, or maybe you know, I think serving
hot dogs is a good way to do it.
Speaker 3 (28:49):
It's very possible. Look what it's done for Steve van
dorn Right that runs vans. Ask the cross country kid
if he's ever completed the Modello mile. You run four
hundred meter, drink a beer, and repeat three more times.
Four laps, four beers, no vomiting allowed. It's a Modello
meets a lot of Monday on the Petros somebody show.
You know, I don't think he's that kind of runner.
Speaker 5 (29:11):
Well why not the plump team, Dude, no rules. Since
we're hosting this event at Loyal La Marramount Our Club,
team rules are the MODELO.
Speaker 3 (29:24):
This says PMS intern Talk is always one of the
best segments. My personal favorite is the one guy who
didn't come into work because it was raining hard, And
that would be Nate.
Speaker 5 (29:34):
In turn, Nate now an executive at the Roger Dunn
Golf conglomerate and a fine young man, married child.
Speaker 3 (29:43):
Lived Kate's dream, married an Asian.
Speaker 5 (29:45):
Girl, right, and because they have a child, I would
imagine they had sex.
Speaker 4 (29:51):
Oh yeah, for sure, we'd have to ask him, but
we would.
Speaker 3 (29:55):
Can you please simulate with it?
Speaker 7 (29:57):
All?
Speaker 3 (29:57):
Right?
Speaker 5 (29:59):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (29:59):
Is there an update? Did the Laminator take your ID?
Can Kate's figure out an often suppliance? Quite possibly? That's
the hardest I've laughed at a segment in a long time.
The Laminator hates you, dude was the greatest line of
all time.
Speaker 5 (30:14):
Uh, you know, it's still sitting right in front of me.
I'm staring at it with your elks. I got to
call it stuck in there. Oh no, we might have to.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
Call the Sampedo elks on air and I can explain
to them the situation and find out if there's a
charge for a new ID, which I believe is the
next step, because I'm gonna have to get a new
id and I did learn something over the weekend that
I found to be very disturbing, which is I heard
that if you pay extra that the Elks and Sampedro
will laminated for you.
Speaker 5 (30:46):
My wife's like, ti K, I don't think my wife
qualifies as irony, but it qualifies as wow, something you
maybe should have asked about before you brought the cardboard here.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
But I always feel like, wow, we got our laminator.
We can make it work.
Speaker 5 (30:58):
But you know, we do have a laminator that certainly
carries some weight with our listeners.
Speaker 3 (31:04):
But look what happened.
Speaker 5 (31:05):
Well, I'm looking at it. It's in about seven pieces
right now, with a half a laminating sheet of paper
and no Elks cards visible.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
Terrible, terrible, And you know, two people came up to
me over the weekend We're like, I love that laminator bit.
I was like, it's not a bit, want just want
my old club cards sentiment.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
Anyway, maybe that's a good idea.
Speaker 5 (31:24):
We should have Matt snap a photo of the demolished
laminator machine with the sheet in there, just to give
the folks some closure.
Speaker 3 (31:30):
I love that bit. That almost made me want to
just sprint into a wall Jack Ruby style. We'll be
back with mar great sports talk. Hey Oswalt, how.
Speaker 4 (31:45):
Did that guy get in here with a gun.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
We are your publicly shot, gut shot Show of Record,
Final Hour, fun fact and
Speaker 4 (32:00):
Top Story.
