Speaker 1 (00:02):
Okay, we continue on Red Rogan and Eric Dickerson with
Rodney and myself today. So we've been talking football. Well,
we kind of talked about something else last segment. That's right,
let's get back to football. And I find this interesting.
Cam Skataboo why running back for the Giants? Terrific guy

(00:22):
at Arizona State. Little guy had a hell of the year,
made quite an impact and was playing well in the
NFL until he gets hurt. As a matter of fact,
he has suffered a season ending injury. Okay, so that's it.
I mean, you've suffered a season ending injury. Your goal
is kind of ugly too, if you saw it. Yeah,
it was an ugly injury for him. Your goal obviously

(00:45):
is to have the medical procedure, rehab and get better.
You're still on the roster, you're getting paid, and take
care of yourself because that is your livelihood.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Do we both agree to that? Yes?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Okay, So what he did as he attended a WWE event,
he gets into a brawl.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
It's the w WE.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
He gets into a brawl despite having a season ending injury.
Do you have a problem with a guy performing in
a wrestling show while injured?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Relax, relax everyone, it's the WWE, and it was it's entertainment, right,
and it's not it's not exactly. It was a skit
and it wasn't like he got in a brawl. So
let's clear that up. He didn't get in a brawl
in the stands with other fans and anybody crazy is

(01:43):
that that go to these matches that show up and
feel like they are empowered and and and can wrestle
because there's distosterone levels have risen. No, he was ringside
and it was with WWE wrestlers, right, right, So it
was all a controlled environment.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
It was.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
It was entertainment. They announced him at the arena. He
showed up. He's he's a fan favorite with a lot
of folks. Made his name at Arizona State just being
a stocky you know, running back that can do everything
and did everything for Arizona State, led him to the
playoffs and then had a tremendous start for the Giants.

(02:27):
I mean he really did. He and Jackson Dart kind
of took the city by storm until he got hurt.
But so he's got a popular face, popular name. But
that's not fool ourselves. It was a staged event, sure
with whatever it had to be to protect it and
no harm, no foul. It's w we it's entertainment. I

(02:49):
got it.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
But there is a bit of physicality to it. And
I understand it was entertainment, but you know, when a
guy gets hurt, would you want to see him doing
anything like that? I think that's the point people were
trying to make.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Well, what I don't think I didn't see in the physicality,
that's what I'm talking. I mean, like, you know, arguing
with the guy, like get at it, he's going.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
To wrestle somebody. He just wrestled him with it. He
didn't get body slammed or anything like that. No, it
was they he wrestled the guy with his hands and
and yeah, just kind of you know, it was kind
of like one of those shoving matches basically. And so
it wasn't like he got brought off of his feet
and got body slammed on the on the canvas and

(03:31):
put his his I think it was his ankle that
he that that it broke, But it didn't put anything
that in jeopardy. In fact, like I said, I'm sure
it was booted up, taped up, and he obviously knew
that they were going to do this, so he wasn't
going to put himself in harm way and uh to me, no,
no again, this at a UFC match or from the stands,

(03:55):
in the stands somewhere when he's rolling. Yeah, that's a
different story because.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
That was real. That's real, that's real fighting. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
That that that that that wrestling step my mother, my
mother used to love that craft. Oh yeah, Oh used
to throw stuff at the TV. I'm like, you can't
be serious about this, mama.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yeah, I'm telling them that. No good bastards.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
I'm like really, I mean her, Frank it was Whyle?
Who McDaniel, Oh yeah, he would have head in a while. Wow,
while who McDaniel.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
You guys remember somebody named Dick the Bruiser.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
Oh yeah, sure, you see it was it was it
was Houston Wrestling that it was big and Houston Wrestling
was called Houston Wrestling.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
It was it Bob Is that guy named Bob something?
He was? He was? Yeah, they still do.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
They did that era where the Hope. The Hope came
in and he had the Macho Man and r Andre
the Giant. I mean yeah, John Cena came after that,
but they picked a way for him. But man, yeah,
they said there's some superstar Rock came through there obviously,
but yeah, they had it going that that era though,

(05:08):
with the Hulk and Macho Man and Andre the Giant
and who else Kamala the Ugandan Giant like Kamala. They
had Kamala, They had the big ball man from Georgia
that the cop, you know, and then they had the managers, right,
the managers of all those guys were the characters as well.
And then me and Jean was on the mic. Oh,

(05:30):
it was huge. He's just I remember because I was
in college. You go to the sports arena and those
that place was packed clippers wish they had that crowd
a'sxactly back in the day and it would be packed
and people were going crazy. And again to your point, Eric,
you're like your mama. The folks they were taking it
so serious, like it was so real to her. Oh,

(05:54):
they were like, you couldn't tell him it was fake.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
I just tell that ain't fake. That is not fake.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
Like okay, I mean, okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
You know who else you can't tell it's fake too?
The wrestlers.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
Wrestlers say that to them, they might they might might
get slapped.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Oh yeah, because they'll show you it's not fake. They'll
be happy to show you it's not fake.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Andy Kaufman and found that out.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Real quick, turned that out, and I think John Stossel
did too. No, that's not fake. Those are big, well trained,
great conditioned athletes.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
I agree with that, man.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
That are doing exceptionally difficult, dangerous.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Moves, some stuff I would not want to do right.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Right back, hurling themselves around and if they land in correctly,
that's a bad day. So if you want to play
when they do and say what, man, that's fake.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Okay, well let's see they do come away with like
broken legs and broken arms and broken noses and all
that kind of stuff. Even even if it is choreographed,
they still got to do. And like you said, they
got to be incredible athletes to be able to do
some of the stuff. You seem that when they jump
off the top rope and they're flipping, yeah, flip in

(07:07):
the air. Yeah, man, they are some serious athletes.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
But just died for did one of them just die here? Recently?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Famous? Didn't want of them die? It was famous, I
can't think of. I'm not sure Kevin.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Kept me out somebody did. Actually, yeah, I'm gonna look
it up real quick. I can't remember.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
But Kevin not here, that's my bad.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Yeah, well Kevin's Kevin's with us.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Kevin's at home, take care of his son. I don't
blame him.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Yeah, but okay, yeah, I can't remember. But yeah, I
think it was some body.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
Horn sir, somebody else. But anyway, yeah, right, that that
stuff is, that stuff is. It's rough. Now.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
I don't know you that. I wouldn't want to do it.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
No, I want to ask you a football question because
with Cam Scatterboo, Jamar Chase has spending a game for
spinning on jail and Ramsey. So he's gonna miss this
game against the Patriots this week. He's appealing the fine.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
What is his argument? What are you appealing here? Eric?

Speaker 4 (08:13):
You feel? I mean, funny, it's funny you bring that up. Fred.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
I was outside working out a little bit when running
my heel, and I text his hit. I know his
his agent, and I said, because I'm coming to Dills,
I'm saying I'm gonna stay his agent's house. And he said,
I'm in the middle of an appeal. I said, for
what's the kid's name? The receiver. I can't think of
his name. Uh, that's spit in his face. Jam Jamal Jamal,

(08:41):
Jamal Chase, Jamal Chase. Say, I'm in the middle of
Jamal Chase's appeal. I text him, I say, he not
gonna win. I said it just like that. I mean
he's spinning. He's spinning his face for real.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
You saw it.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
I saw it.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
You can't do that, Fred, I mean look, I mean
football and righting. You know, it gets heated. It gets
really heat, especially between defensive backs and receivers, like running
backs and linebackers and running backs and and and defensive linemen.
But you can't be spitting on nobody. And and and
he spit on him, and he said he didn't he's lying.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
I saw it. I looked at him. He spit on it.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
He spent on it. So you got you have.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
You have to suspend him.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
I mean, Fred, there are a few things. There are
a few things that even the most calm person in
the life that would get set them off. And and
even even for me, you know, I studied martial arts

(09:43):
and jiu jitsu for years and and just really about
calm and the situation, controlling situations. There are few things
that would send me into a frenzy or just I
would automatically react. And I don't care if if someone
called me a name. I can and be calm in
the situation. I can do anything and be calm in
situation somebody spits on me. It's like Jayalen Ramsey said,

(10:07):
all bets are off. Even Mike Colon said it, even
Mike Tomlins. That is the most disrespectful thing you can
do to another human being.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
It's spitting the face.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
You call names, you can call them whatever you're talking
about their mama, you can do. You can do whatever
you want to do. But when you spit in somebody's face,
that is again, all bets are All bets are off.
And Jalen said he said football was over, that football
was on football. Football is over now, Yeah, ball was

(10:38):
over that. I'm with him.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
You know in football are they are they gonna find
Jalen too? I think yeah, I think they find him.
He got kicked out of the game. But because they
didn't see it, they didn't know, they didn't see it.
But yeah, he spit on him. I mean, spin on it.
And I'm gonna tell you another one to me slap
a man slapping me, if you slap, if you slap
me all, I don't care how big you are to

(11:01):
fight his.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Own Who who would dare to slap you?

Speaker 3 (11:06):
I don't know, But whoever it is, I don't care.
I'm six to you feel five years I'll still fight.
I mean it would be it would be a fight
to the to the death. You ain't gonna slap me,
and you ain't going to spit in my face too.
I'm like riding. I mean, he said, spinning on somebody's
face is really degrading. That means, like you you like
the bottom of the shoe if you spin, what I
think of you like the bottom of my shoe? I

(11:27):
spit in your face? Yeah, I mean they're talking about
the mama. That that's that's another one. Come on, can't
we talk about nobody the mama?

Speaker 4 (11:32):
Now?

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah? So what happens in games?

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (11:35):
You know that you don't see in the pile away?

Speaker 3 (11:39):
That's what I think. Talking talking about the girlfriend talking
about the wife. Oh yeah, they leader kid lead the
kids out of specially.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Specially sometimes we girlfriends.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
The girlfriends. Was it?

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Who was it that they got into it? It was
Oh it was the late Derek Thomas. Remember that situation.
Shannon Sharp and Derek Thomas were going at it Denver
and Kansas City, two rivals, and I think Shannon Sharp
started talking about Derek Thomas's girlfriend, and yeah, and they
got into it from like almost the first series and

(12:18):
it got into Derek Thomas's head where Derek Thomas got
like four personal foul penalties in that game and then
and I think he eventually got kicked out of the game.
And it was Shannon Sharp just relentlessly talking about his
girlfriend or somebody that he was with currently that Shannon
apparently had been with, and he just kept talking about her,

(12:40):
kept talking about her, and Derek could not handle it
and and went after him. And it was it was
an ugly game because it was clear they didn't care
about what the play was happening. They were just fighting.
Play with Paul would be snapping. They just it was
like hockey, you know, hockey with the guys throw down
their gloves. That's how was. They were just going at

(13:01):
it and took him all the way out of the
game and then you know, I think Denver won that
game because Derek couldn't play the rest of the game.
But yeah, yeah, talking about wives and girlfriend that's it.
That's that's that's the other taboo thing. But but spit that, Tao,
That ain't taboo. That is getting into somebody saying, yeah,
you can.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
Let the kid, the kids, the kind the spitting, the spitting. Yeah,
but spitting yeah, kids across the line, you can't.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
That's that's crossing the line.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
I mean. But you're talking about a girlfriend and spend
that they know their friend, especially know the girlfriend is a.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Yes, one of the whole whole, whole Marry.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Christmas they got, they got some whole holy marry Christmas.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
What everybody know every woman, everybody dated or had they previous,
every game, everybody.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
But some guys, let me tell you, it's it's some
girls out there. You know the world.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
You know them girls read I mean, and and some
of them girls they I don't know how they trick
youse guys.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
Some guys fall in love quickly.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
Because some guys. I won't say that because you would
know this girl very for sure. I won't say you
know the guys, but I'm saying I know the girl.
You would know the girl. I said her name, and
somebody comment.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
They said, man, what's your initials.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
I'm not gonna tell you, Fred. I'm not gonna tell you, Fred,
I'm not even telling you. They said, he don't know.
I said, look, I.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
Don't know him well.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
To call him and tell him that, I said, I
can't tell him that. Man, come on here, I said,
I said, I'm not getting in that. Tell them what
happened at the Pro Bowl? Man, the Pro Bowl, with
the Pro Bowls and you got to wire at the
Pro Bowls and how they are just hanging.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
Oh my gosh, they're everywhere. They everyday, Fred.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
From all over the world.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
They every day. Back in the day, they were everywhere.
It was like sam Bua fair is everywhere. We just
we loved them all.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
And Fred, there were some guys that fell in love
at the Pro Bowl.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Oh I can I won't say. I won't say his name.
One guy then fell in love. I told him. He
asked me, He asked me about this girl. I said, look,
don't fall in love. That's what I told him. What
does he do fall in love?

Speaker 2 (15:22):
And what happened? He got married, and he got.

Speaker 4 (15:25):
Married and she was ho, ho marry Christmas.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
So she knew other people. We'll put it like that.
What you know other people.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
Let's say you walk in the room, she might do
five or six other people. And the guys were like.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
Man, what is he doing with her in here?

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (15:43):
Man, that ain't my place.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
But the question is do we think they're happily married today?

Speaker 3 (15:51):
No, they're not. They're divorced because she was screwing the teammates. Okay,
I don't want you that what I tell you, Holy
marry Christmas?

Speaker 2 (16:06):
And uh, how did he find out?

Speaker 3 (16:10):
I don't even know I know this much here we
went to Pro Bowl and they said, man.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Why you let him? I said, Man, I didn't. I
told him. Sometimes they don't can't moment.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Yeah, even though they know, even though they know just
she doing something, she knewing something that she's doing something
that I can do to her, to her.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
Some have some talent that just takes over. And that
guy can't can't help me. Tell Daddy you love me?
Oh baby?

Speaker 4 (16:37):
I love you baby? How much you love me? Dad?

Speaker 3 (16:42):
Oh God, I just can't tell you how much I
love you so much. I'm gonna marry you. You go,
I'm gonna marry you tomorrow. Whatever you want, whatever you want.
I don't care what they say about you. I don't
believe it. I don't believe it. You should have believed it.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
That was the issue.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
Hey, whatever Spotlight be talking about football, How did you
get on this subject.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
I don't know you brought it up the foid.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
NFL Spotlight is presented by ford Man. And if that
kind of got us off kilter, when we come back,
the women that stole one thousand dollars from.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
A store, we'll talk about that. Yes, come on, let's
keep it moving. It's to Ford, NFL Spotlight, Rodney Pete,
Fred Rogan, the Hall of Famer Eric Dickery, Come on,
Free what you've got?

Speaker 1 (17:39):
Well before we get to the story of the uh,
I guess theft, let's put it like that. I did
want to get Eric's take quickly on that nice little team,
the Chargers who have a bye week, and they actually
took two bye weeks because give them the way they
played last Sunday, they were off as well.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
That was painful, Eric, Yeah, that was painful to wist free.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
I mean, you know, I still say the Chargers are
They're a good team. I mean they are. You know,
everybody doesn't play great every week. I mean, that's just
that's the facts. I mean, justin Herbert didn't play great.
What do you have like eighty one yards pass and
something like something? I think like crazy, like I think
I've been that low before. Uh, they wouldn't given him
a lot of time. I got to see that the
Jacksonville defense did a good job of corralling him and

(18:24):
keep him off balance and keep him on the sidelines.
And they scored a lot of points. I mean they
they really just literally beat up on on on the
l I keep want to say the San Diego charge
the LA Chargers, But look, I say that's football. You know,
that's how football goes. That doesn't mean they're a bad
football team. The just had a bad, bad week. They
got a bye week to think about. It's hard to
go into a bye week after a loss. That's the

(18:44):
one thing I do remember and blade my career. We
did have bi weeks, but you know, we didn't have
bi weeks when I first started playing football. But it's
hard to go into a bye week would a loss,
because if that's on your mind, they got to come
back and try to win. And you know who do
they play next week? Who even play the play the
Chargers play next week? The Chargers play. They gotta let

(19:05):
me see what they play well because they want they
want to come back with a win. I know that
they don't want to come back out to the buy
we can lose again. Yeah, that's important. That's that's really important.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
I appreciate that that that every you know, every every
week is going to be challenging. I know people like
to think, oh, you're you know, you're playing so and so,
so it's going to be easy win for it. There's
no easy win. Never easy win. I don't care if
the team is two and eight or whatever they are,
it's no easy wins. Everybody's got players on that team,

(19:37):
and and players have pride. And until you show them
that you're better than them and that you are showing
that on the scoreboard, if you allow them to hang
around and be in the game, the competitive spirit is
gonna come out. And every single team in this league,
everybody's got players. You know, the circumstances as to why

(19:58):
a team is two and eight versus eight too. But
but for the Chargers getting you know, to a point
where they were they were kind of playing well and
getting over the hump, and everybody was talking about them
as okay, they're they're gonna be the air Apparent and
it's gonna be between them and Denver in terms of
the AFC West, because Kansas City is not the team

(20:19):
they used to be. I'm sorry, you can't go down
to Jacksonville and play like that. It'd be one thing
if they played a tough game and lost in the
end on the last second field goal and and uh
it was a shootout, or it was just a back
and forth and they played tough and Jacksonville just played.
Jacksonville blew them out.

Speaker 4 (20:39):
Yeah, they.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Blew them out on every aspect. It was like they
like you said at the start of this thing, they
had they were already on the bye week. And by
the way, when they come back, they've got the Raiders
at home.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
They got Yes, well hey, but but you know, Rodney,
you never know. Just like just like, give me to
remember how bad the Dopins beat up on the Bills
two weeks.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
I go to show you.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
I say, any given Sunday, Monday, Thursday night, you never
know what's gonna happen in these games.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
I mean you just never know.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
I mean, talent all over the teams, and every week
somebody can turn it on or have a good night.
There's too much talent in the National Football League that
you can't coast to any game thinking that's, oh, this
is gonna be an easy one.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
It is not.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
It is not. I don't care who you play.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
You know.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
I don't like people that steal things.

Speaker 4 (21:33):
I don't. I just troubles me.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
It troubles me. But I need to talk to talk
about a theft. Get your take on it, because it
pretty much shook up an entire city. Uh, two women,
check that, three women. Three women walked into a store
apparently nobody was looking or one of them kept the

(21:59):
person and working there occupied, and walked out with one
thousand dollars with the merchandise. Police were baffled, and the
feeling is that the thieves are going to try to
sell this merchandise. Now, when you just hear that off
the top of your head, that somebody would do something
like that.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Way would they walked in where? Walked into a store? Yeah,
occupied by the person the owner, yeah, or the people
working there right right right, and walked out with a
thousand dollars of the merchandise. What kind of merchandise? What
store was this?

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Well, let's start with this when you hear that period,
what do you think when you hear that?

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Just that they did that.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
But I'm gonna tell you the first thing I think,
to be honest with you, I hope it ain't want
to us.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
That's the first thing I think.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
Please Lord, don't let it be one of us.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
I'm just okay, Well, now I don't know specifically, but
I'll give you more information. This happened in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
Mm hmm, mad Well probably lost that one. I'm like
on Saturday Night Live. That's probably, oh my.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
God, funny. What they're the funniest.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
They're the funniest whatever.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yep, that's probably one of y'all.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
So to set it up, it's like you're doing a
newscast and you have four anchors, so it's like a
morning show.

Speaker 4 (23:26):
You haven't seen it, Rodney, Oh yeah, oh yeah, it's hilarious. Yep.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
And then you start reading a story one of them
and the other three you try to guess if the
person was black or white that was involved in the story.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
They're they're in funny.

Speaker 4 (23:45):
It's very funny. It's so funny. Okay, go ahead for it.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
I can't describe what nationality or race they are, I
can only say they're from Shreveport, Louisiana. They're still in
the grocery Okay, now we'll get to that. Were they
in the grocery store?

Speaker 2 (24:02):
They were not. They did not steal groceries the person
because you know, the government been shut down for a
long time, and it was until people are desperate at
this juncture of life. Now that the government's back up now,
but whenever this happened, you know, people were going through
some desperate times. So it wasn't groceries.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
No.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
You know, hey, if these people were starving, sure you
shouldn't steal, but I guess you would go look.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
They had to eat.

Speaker 4 (24:29):
Mm hmm, all.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Right, But it was not groceries. Uh.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
It was nothing from a department store. It was nothing
from like a beauty store, jewelry, jewelry thousand.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Dollars or the jewelry. It was not from a jewelry store.
Oh okay, any.

Speaker 4 (24:51):
Other love street foot browser.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Any guesses, grow purses, not perses, department wigs, hair weaves,
hair weaves, yeah, hair weaves, hair weaves. I've never really
heard of anybody stealing a thousand dollars worth of hair weaves.

Speaker 4 (25:17):
Oh, come on, dog, yeah you have them.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
No, but it was not hair weaves either.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
M hmm.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Okay, exhausted on hostilities. Was it live stock?

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Okay, you could think maybe in Shremport they'd steal some
live stock, but it was not live stock.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
No, not livestock.

Speaker 4 (25:36):
Ny a sex show of sex shop, and.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
There it is. It was a sex store. Boom.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
They stole one thousand dollars worth of sex toys out
of the sex store.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Now what they were I'm not sure and the police
didn't say, but that that is absolutely right.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
Mm hmm. They know they called them the silicone sisters.

Speaker 3 (26:04):
The well, I'm looking at them right now since you
said I'm looking at them and they right now, I
hate to see it.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
They us.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
I was black damn silicons.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
You said it's three point. I'm like, they got yep,
they us. I'm saying, woman got her. Oh my wise
got to be a silicon sister. I don't know if
they got called. Let me see they got called, but
I just it's just why it got to be us.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
I swear, but a thousand dollars for that's not a
lot a lot, you know, you know, because when you
when you bought that doll It was like ninety nine,
seven hundred ninety nine dollars for that doll you bought.
It's like one item right there.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
I don't a dog about seven dollars, seven hundred ninety
nine sex doll No.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
I I have never bought a seven hundred ninety nine
dollars sex dollar, and quite honestly, and I hope it
doesn't make anybody uncomfortable.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
I do not understand people that would buy that.

Speaker 4 (27:02):
I don't They don't talk, they don't talk back.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
Well, there's that. There's that. I I've never really understood that.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
But these people, uh you know, probably uh stole some
battery operating devices things like that, like what.

Speaker 4 (27:21):
Uh you know, just asking I don't know, we tell
me what?

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Well, I'm you know, I don't know. I don't know.
I'm asking you. I just don't know.

Speaker 4 (27:28):
So can you like me? I've been to a sex job.
So vibrators, what do you do with those?

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Vibrate?

Speaker 1 (27:36):
So anyway, the police are are on the lookout, and
here's what they're doing.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
They didn't even wear a mask.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Do you see them.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
I'm looking at them, I'm like, what, I didn't even
wear any masks?

Speaker 4 (27:52):
Got a rag on the head. I'm like, oh no,
I got to be.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Us and the thing is this the thing?

Speaker 1 (28:02):
Well, and they're not because police are checking social media
because they believe what the sisters will do is put
the items up for sale on social media.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
Yeah. Can I please by a used vibrator? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Yeah, well it's eric, It's it was new and it
was stolen.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
Well department in those stores.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
I'm just saying, then, how do you man whatever? I
just that's I don't like a thief either, Faid, I'm
with you. I can't stand a thief. You know in
the Bible that God said God despise a thief and
a liar.

Speaker 4 (28:37):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (28:37):
I can't stand it. I mean especially people hard work hard,
You work hard for something to come and steal it.
I can't take it. Matter of fact, I happened a
friend of mine, one of my old teammates, Joe Beard.
He was on the offensive lineman at s m U.
I was there a couple of weeks ago. I played God.
He said, yeah, me and my wife with the I
can't think of the mall. It's it's a high end
mall in Dallas, Texas. And uh a guy gun comes in.

(28:59):
I forgot the name some of the high end women's
perse stores. I can't think of that. If you said
Gucci Joy.

Speaker 4 (29:08):
No, that was another one. It was it was another one, Burking.
That's it, Burking. He said.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
He said, I'm in the store. I see this guy.
He walks in. He crams like five or six bags
and walks out the store, walking out the store and
just walking out and he and he said, man, here,
ain't saying gonna lie. I tackled him, like.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Like tackle him. He took him down.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
I took him down and took him down. He said,
I took him down. I took him down.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
And he don't work for the store anything.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
No, he said, man, he said, he's not still. I
just tell you, just took him down.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
He just walked and walked. I took him down, he said.
He says, So you know I'm holding. He said, I'm holding.
I said, man, let me go. He said, I'm not
letting you go. He said, let me say, I'm holding
really tight, because I don't this guy was offensive.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
Lineman.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
He says, I don't know what he got. He said,
and then all of a sudden security shows up. You know,
let let him let him, you know, let him go
the police. I'm sure, let him go. And he says,
he gets up and he just walks off. He said
that nothing. Y'all ain't gonna do nothing. He said, no,
we don't stop them when they come in to steal.
He said, wait a minute, he could just walk out

(30:16):
with the bags. He said, yeah, they don't. They don't
stop when they're stealing. Joe said, well, hell, his name
is Joe. He said, well, hell, give me the bags.
I'll just walk out of here with him. He said,
give me my bag. I'm just gonna walk out of here.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
Wait they wait for to get to the surveillance and
arrest them later.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
He said, they don't do nothing to them. They just
don't do anything to them. Pretty much, if you steal,
it's almost like they let you steal.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
I'm like, Joe, he said, really, he said, man, they don't.
They don't.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
He said, they don't, they don't. They don't wanna prosecute it.
I'm like, wow, I'm surprised. In the state of Texas.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
Well, I've been told that if you're working in a
store and you see somebody shop lift, it is better
to leave them alone because if you confront them, you're
putting your off in danger.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
Yeah, but I've got surveillance and you got there, you
got them anyway doing.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
It, so if you I mean, but you see, for
when people get fired for stopping people from from shoplifting,
the people in the stores that work at the stores
get fired for stopping and that just don't make sense.
I mean, like I said, I just don't understand it.
But I guarantee a thief don't want you to steal
it from him. First thing is said, oh I can't
believe they stole my fifty inch TV.

Speaker 4 (31:23):
Well you stole it.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
Yeah, there's nothing worse. When you come home or you
you go, there's a there's a there was a time
we used to you know, people used to break in
steal your stereos out of your car. Remember those that, Yeah,
like the eighties, nineties when there was yeah, you know
it's different now, but you know used to get an
aftermarket stereo, you get an Alpine or you get it

(31:46):
whatever in your car, or even the stock ones sometimes
were pretty good. But that was a ring where people
would steal your stereo. That feeling that you had when
you came back to your car and you know, it
was broken into. Oh, it's it's it's such a it's
a bad feeding, it's a bad feeling. It's that feeling. Like, boy,

(32:07):
they so happy I didn't catch them doing it. At
the same time, because there's nothing worse than somebody stealing
from you. Yep, I I'd rather give it to you.
You need it, I'll tell you to give it to you. Man,
don't don't steal from me. You started.

Speaker 3 (32:19):
Happened to your door Sanders, he came, he started. That
happened when uh, when he came home from the game.
Somebody broke in his house. I don't know what they say,
they say what they stole. They broke in his house.
And that happened to me. In Indianapolis, We're playing the
Browns on a Monday night football game. We fly back in,
I come home. I'm standing an apartment at this time,
I got an apartment. I come to do and say,
why is my door open? So I tapped it, kicked

(32:42):
the door a little bit. Man, this stuff everywhere and
it ransacked at my place. I'm like, you got to
be kidding me.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
You know, you know after the money, you know the
money that gained.

Speaker 4 (32:52):
You know, it's late.

Speaker 3 (32:53):
You get late. In the morning, like two of that
was like two thirty in the morning. I'm like, you
got to be kidding. I got it because it's the household.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
You got to deal with it.

Speaker 4 (33:03):
Yeah, I got to call all this stuff anywhere insurance.

Speaker 2 (33:06):
I gotta do all I.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Gotta deal with. I gotta deal with that. They stole,
they stole I want to say, they stole my gun.
They stole a bracelet that my uncle Jimmy had gave it,
the sort a.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Ring they went to.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
They took the gun that.

Speaker 4 (33:17):
They took the gun and hold bread check them and
check the story out.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
They took my gun, they took my my, my, my
brace they could make coat I had, uh, they took
them now not not not a whole lot of stuff
and another diamond bracelet my uncle, my uncle Jimmy had
given me. Now the guy I'm telling you, my uncle
Jimmy was a gangster, a real gangster in Indianapolis. So
I told him what happened. He said, he said what

(33:42):
he said, I gonna find who did that. I said, Okay,
make a long story short, Fred. Sure enough found out
who did it. I got all my stuff back. Really,
I got all my uncle Jimmy was not messing around.
I got everything back. I got the gun, the bregs,
the meat coat, everything back. Eric, Uncle Jimmy. Uncle Jimmy

(34:07):
put the word on the street, didn't he. Boy, When
I said when I said he was a gangster, Uncle
Jimmy was a gangster.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (34:14):
Got the street.

Speaker 4 (34:14):
He got everything back, yep.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
And I wonder what happened to the guys that took it.

Speaker 4 (34:20):
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
I know I'm gonna tell you something I had because
Jimmy had me meet him at his field here like
a little cafe. He meet him at his place, and
the guy showed up there and he said. The guy
was like, man, I don't know who did it, but
I didn't do it, but I might have an idea
who did it? And I know. Jimmy said, I'll tell
you what. They better get the stuff back. So you
let them know they better get it back, and they

(34:43):
better get it back by the end of the day.
And boom, by the end of the day it was
at his place. I got it back. So everybody needs
to have Uncle Jimmy for.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
