We found out at six forty our nearly impossible question.
We hear how fun it is, but sixty percent of
us never played pickleball. Never, and we're asking you do
you ever play pickleball? We got Tristan calling in from
Texas City. Have you ever played pickleball?
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Tristan, no, ma'am. I have not another one.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Listen, everyone knows about it, but who's playing it?
Speaker 1 (04:25):
Like?
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Have you ever seen these new pickleball courts popping up
all over? Yes?
Speaker 3 (04:29):
I have.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
There's actually a brand new one of Webster that I
passed every day. Oh okay, So do you do you
have any desire to play?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Or are you just letting everyone else do it? Let
everyone else do it for now?
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Yeah, I'm like even our boss Eddie martiniz like Dana, Dana,
have you played pickleball yet?
Speaker 1 (04:45):
It's the best game ever? And I'm thinking no, not yet.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
What's your sport of choice, Tristan, how do you stay shit?
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Baseball?
Speaker 2 (04:53):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Baseball? Okay?
Speaker 2 (04:54):
And isn't it a baseball player, Anthony that's opening up
a pickleball court? Oh that's one of the Astros? Yeah, exactly, exactly. Well, Tristan,
I'm telling you what now? Do you play baseball?
Speaker 1 (05:05):
Like? Maybe a local team that you guys are playing on?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (05:10):
I do?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Like me?
Speaker 1 (05:13):
How awesome do you play about once a week? And
what position are you? I play first base? Mostly nicely? Okay?
Speaker 2 (05:20):
Are you do you think you could be an astro
if if they gave you a shot? No, I'm glad
you found some fun, Tristan, And we're so glad you
listened to Sonny.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
We appreciate you. Yeah, man, thank you, appreciate you. Tristan.
Speaker 3 (05:34):
Let's head up to the Woodlands and speak with Tiffany.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Tiffany.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Now, everyone we've asked, they've all heard of pickle ball.
They hear how fun it is, but they've never played.
Have you actually played pickleball?
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Never? But I want to try another one?
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Yeah, so you must have. Now you're in the Woodlands area.
There's got to be some pickleball courts out there.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
There are.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Yeah, So what's stopping you from actually doing it is
because you just don't have the time to get the
cute pickleball out or what time? And yes, I need
to look into it and be a little prepared.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
I like to be prepared, Yeah, because I like a
tennis outfit.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
That's what I've seen a lot of guys wearing the
pickleball outfit that looks like a tennis outfit does. But
I think it's easier than tennis, right, isn't that the
whole attraction?
Speaker 1 (06:21):
I think so. And I'm not a tennis player, neither.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Of my mom was. Should probably be great at pickaball.
What is your sport? What what do you do that
keeps you in good shape. I love going to the
sauna of.
