at Harmony Public Schools did amazing friends with ISD. Tomball
Isic number one, Carnegie Vanguard, the Gold Ribbon middle school

that came in number one, Austin Middle School in Galveston, ISD.

out to do his own rankings for the best barbecue
in Texas.

He set out to visit several entries on the latest
Texas Monthly Top fifty Texas Barbecue Joints list, and he
rated sixteen smokehouses, focusing on salt, flavor, texture of each
place's brisket. They're finding they're number one match Texas Monthlies
with Goldies Barbecue and Fort Worth, earning a twenty nine
out of thirty for brisket. But what about Age Town, Well,
Josh visited Corkscrew Barbecue, Truth Barbecue, and Tahos Chocolate and Barbecue,

and their findings cork Screw Barbecue was the clear local
winner for them. They ranked their brisket a twenty seven
out of thirty and ending up in sixth place overall.
But he also did give a special mention to the
carrot sou fle a at Tahos Chocolate and Barbecue. But
even though Corkscrew is the only one that made their
tops list, I love what Josh's findings were. At the
