at Goodwill Houston. I love thisstory. He's seventeen years old. His
name is Darien Pruett. Kind ofbummed that he was going to miss out
on his prom this past Friday,but he didn't want to burden his grandmam.
You know proms can be pretty pricing. Well, there was a Madison
High School counselor. Her name LisaPrice. She heard about Darien's predicament and

spree. He got him a tuxedo. They went to Suits Martin with the

got this sweet white tuxedo. SoDarien was able to go to his prom
Friday night. But here's the deal. He was surrounded by family and friends.
But the story gets even better becausehe got a job offer from Suits.
Wow. Everyone just loves Darien's personalityand his attitude, and you know
he's going to go super far withthat. So congratulations Darien Pruitt. So

Anthony. He wanted to shout outa fellow U of h KU who will
be graduating this year. But we'llbe walking across the stage with not one,

wondering what those all are. BachelorsScience in Public Health, Bachelor of Science

for his miners, he triple minoredin biology, Business, administration, Management,
and leadership. He did all ofthis while maintaining a four point o
GPA. How did he do it? He says a lot of sleepless nights
and he was actually born in Pakistan, grew up in Clear Lake. Credits
his achievements as a result of youguess, at his family and the years

of hard work they put in beforehe even came to the US. And
that work ethic helped him start hisjourney at UH with several associate's degrees that
he'd already picked up up in highschool. What now, what does the
future hold for Sad. He's beenaccepted to a Texas medical school. He's
doing it to honor his late grandmotherand also shape his community, he says
in a quick side note here.Since he graduated with multiple degrees from multiple

schools within you of age, heactually got to walk across the stage for
each one. So last Thursday hewalked across for the College of Liberal Arts,
and then on Saturday he walks atthe Fertida Center for the College of

kind of kick back and relax andjust post like I did, or do
that or do something like that orsomething in the middle. Yeah. Right,
