Tell Me Something Good - New Dana Tyson Podcasts, Houston Zoo Boo is back this year

Dana has a few new podcasts posted to her page including one called 'Galveston Unscripted' that aims to teach people the history of the island....and Houston Zoo will be bringing its popular 'Zoo Boo' back this October!

I've got two new podcasts on theDana Tyson podcast, one featuring Linda Nelson
who entered the workforce at fifty whenher husband became disabled. Now she's working
with breast cancer. And then there'sBrian Ross from Ross's Italian Restaurant in Brenham.

Galveston Unscripted. It's by J.R. Shaw, who was born and

raised in Galveston. He knows everythingabout Galveston and he's turning Galveston into a
free museum one podcast at a time. He's got incredible knowledge and he interviewed
island history experts. He teaches ushow it became a shipping powerhouse, and
honestly, for those of you whoare homeschooling, this is really an interesting

one of Zoo's most popular events everyyear. It's the Zoo's fall slash Halloween
event that kicks off at the endof this month. Costumes are encouraged.
There's a pumpkin lantern, tunnel,pumpkin carvings, a scary go round,
and photo ops all over the place. And because of its success last year,
they're bringing back Zoo Boo after hours. So what's that mean? Every
Friday in October, the zoo staysopen until eight thirty in the evening so

guests of all ages can enjoy thefestivities out at night when it's even more
comfortable outside. It's been a hitevery year, so if you'd like to
