This past Monday, it was the Houston White Cane Safety Day.
This is an event geared for people living with disabilities.
Earlier this week, hundreds of people learned about jobs and
resources from various organizations. It was held over at my
alma mater. You of ahed lots of potential connections to
be made to Workforce Solutions was there promoting their vocational
rehabilitation program that aids with disabilities. They work with teens

looking for their first job and older Texans with disabilities.
They also recruit employers. Right now, federal data shows that
some industries where persons with disabilities outpaced the average worker.
Those include sales offices, service production, and transportation. It's a
great message for those with disabilities. Lots of opportunities out there.

United States. While it hub's twenty twenty six college college
Roundup is out over four hundred US cities, they looked at.
The number one city for colleges in the United States

College station. They looked at Austin's economic environment, job growth rate,
how easy it is for students to get a job
right out of college, attractions, sports clubs, shping centers.

school secretary from Cyprus, Maria. So how is your school
going to approach Halloween this year?

We're doing a spirit week though.

We have theme days every day, so we have like
pajama day, career days, crazy soft days, and then on
Friday we'll just like wear orange and keep the spirit up.

Yeah, that's a great idea.

Does candy play a role in your Halloween week? Of
course we all need a sweet tree to get through
the day. Well, I'm sure that candy's going to play
a role for you teachers and secretaries, but really, are
the kids allowed to have candy?

Here and there all right in your office as a
school secretary in your office? What kind of what is
the favorite candy among you guys?

to be doing the Reese's peanut butter cups? No, never playing.

I always have to have some sort of little little
peanut or caramel or something in it. I just love
