Speaker 7 (00:42):
Bottom Good morning, everybody. This is that's the bottom line.
Your weekly radio broadcast that tells it like it is
on news talk radio Am five sixty klb I. We

mornings at eleven. We also welcome those of you tuning

(01:05):
in on the iHeartRadio podcast or through our website at

or locally at four zero nine eight four zero sixty
nine hundred. I'm Jeff Lewis, an investment advisor representative of
Asset Growth Associates. We have offices in Dallas in right

(01:28):
here in Beaumont, Texas. We've been servicing our clients in
Texas and Louisiana for several decades now with investment, pension
and retirement planning services. We also help our clients with
personal and corporate income tax preparation, including representing those who
may be having difficulty with the IRS. We also assist
retirees with their medical insurance options as they transition onto Medicare.

(01:54):
Later on in the show, we'll look at Democrats who
think they should be leading the party right now, and
for this week's thirty Little Secret, we'll check in on
some of Doja's recent work. Plus, gene Valorandi is here
with safe alternatives for your money. But first, as you
likely have all heard by now, the Trump administration is

(02:16):
being criticized for a security leak related to the strike
on Yemen, killing thirty one Hoodie reivels back on March fifteenth,
during a planning session between top administration officials involving the
secure communications app called Signal, Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor at
The Atlantic, a left wing news magazine, was mistakenly or

(02:36):
maliciously added to the text conversation included in the conversation
where Vice President Vance Secretary of Defense Pete Hechseth, Director
of National Intelligence Tulsey Gabbert, and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz,
amongst several other officials. According to reports, it was Mike
Waltz who was responsible for setting up the group chat.

(02:57):
It was intended as a platform for discussion and miss
and updates. So how big is the scandal really? How
much of this is just smoke being blown to make
the administration look bad, which, make no mistake, it does,
whereas there's some actual fire to this. Let's break it down.
The first line of criticism is focused on the use
of the app itself, but the Signal was recommended as

(03:20):
a preferred methodist pure of medications during the Biden administration
and is now used within the government between themselves and
between their contacts within the media. On a common basis.
Signal uses end to end encryption for its services, and
while it's conceivedly possible to hack it, it's considered by
most experts as one of the more secure text platforms
out there, So the use of Signal doesn't raise any

(03:42):
red eflects by itself. Here's CIA Director John Ratcliffe talking
about the use of Signal before the Senate.

Speaker 8 (03:51):
One of the first things that happened when I was
confirmed as CIA director was Signal was loaded onto my
computer at the CIA, As it is for most CIA officers.
One of the things that I was briefed on very
early Senator was by the CIA records management folks about
the use of signal as a permissible work use. It

(04:14):
is that is a practice that preceded the current administration.

Speaker 7 (04:18):
The other objection being raised stems from the content question.
Jeffrey Goldberg claim's war plans were being discussed, and yes
there was a conversation of an immense attack on Yemen.
No details were discussed in the information and released by
the Atlantic other than a time stamp to the operation
and a few updates that have been made available to
regional allies already. Everything else released thus far has been

(04:42):
absent the specifics that military organizations like say the Pentagon,
would need to execute a mission, or that an enemy
would need to repel an attack. So the administration tries
to make the argument that maintains no confidential information was provided,
which is different than what Goldberg claims. However, it's obvious

(05:03):
that everyone that this sort of information, if not classified,
is at least sensitive enough to not involve the media.
If it's not classified, well maybe it should be. So
either Mike Walls was intentionally leaking this information to the media,
or he didn't exercise enough caution when putting the chapter together,
or there was deliberate sabotage, which for something like this

(05:26):
you would hope someone would be more thorough. This begs
another question, why did Goldberg wait four days to leave
the message group? You know, in my line of business
we send out confidential emails all the time, and likely
so of you, and we all know at the bottom
of an email is a disclaimer to notify the sender
if you're not the intended recipient, and to delete the communication.

Speaker 9 (05:48):
So why didn't Goldberg?

Speaker 7 (05:50):
Now, Goldberg's a journalist, so receiving to invite itself may
not have been totally out of the ordinary, even though
one might question why this administration would be including a
publication like The Atlantic, which is only slight to the
right of Stalin in its politics. But once the sense
of nature of the conversation became apparent and it was
clear he wasn't supposed to be on the call, he

(06:11):
could have just announced his presence and left.

Speaker 9 (06:14):
Whether he was or wasn't.

Speaker 7 (06:15):
Legally obligated to do so, it definitely raises some basic
ethic questions, so it's obvious Goldberg's intention was to embarrass
the administration by remaining on the conversation, and he's got
a history of doing so. If you recall back in
twenty twenty, it was Goldberg that ran the unconfirmed story
that said Trump referred to dead soldiers as suckers and losers,

(06:39):
a claim vehemently refuted by both Trump himself and countless
other people present. So here's Megan Kelly on her podcast
talking about Goldberg.

Speaker 10 (06:51):
It was just one of all people to add, just
the worst person. You know how many stories he's gotten wrong.
Get me, let me prettych it this way. He thinks
that Mark Milly is a patriot and wrote a whole
article calling him the patriot for his promise to betray
the sitting president of the United States and to tell
the Chinese if we ever decided to plan some attack

(07:13):
on them, that would be treason that would be punishable
by death. It's not something that makes you a patriot
unless you're Jeffrey Goldberg. And that's how you see that now.

Speaker 7 (07:23):
Regardless, this whole affair shows the need for government officials
to be able to have secure group communications. They're using
commercial apps because they're the best on the market, and
the federal government has no real competitive alternative.

Speaker 9 (07:35):
Megan Kelly offers her perspective here, and.

Speaker 10 (07:38):
Now I'll just start by saying this. If it were me,
I think, and I were the administration, I think I
would have just said, we made a mistake, we'll look
into how it happened, and we'll let you know. Thank god,
nothing bad came out of it. And it was on
an encrypted channel, thank goodness. But sure we can show
up our communications and will.

Speaker 5 (07:56):
And that's it.

Speaker 10 (07:57):
This is not Watergate, this is not the Pentagon papers.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
People need to.

Speaker 10 (08:02):
Calm the f down the mission they were discussing when
we fought back against the Huthis in Yemen. That was
a huge success. We took out a bunch of Hoothi leadership,
we threatened Iran. It went off without a hitch. It's true,
it could have gone poorly. If Mike Walls had cea

(08:25):
seed like Iran, I'm guessing like that's probably not a contact.
He just would have abbreviated on there. But in any event,
it didn't go badly. It didn't get leaked to anybody
other than yes, a guy who hates Republicans but doesn't
necessarily hate America because he did nothing to undermine the mission.

(08:47):
So that's where it is. It's really not that big
a deal. It's not great, Don't get me wrong, it's
not great. We don't have to treat this like everything
about the report is wrong. I was like, whatever, he
clearly got added erroneously. Can we move on like it's bad?

Speaker 5 (09:02):
You should fix it?

Speaker 10 (09:02):
Tell us how you're going to fix the communications now.

Speaker 7 (09:05):
So far, President Trump has stood by both Pete Hegseth
and Mike Waltz, though it's unclear if one of them
may yet have to resign. We'll keep you posted now.
Coming up next after the break, we're gonna look at
who's the real leaders that Democratic Party. Coming up, I'm
Jeff Lewis, and you're listening to That's the bottom line

let's talk about the big picture. Claiming benefits before your
full retirement age, whether it's sixty six, sixty seven, or

(10:48):
somewhere in between, can reduce your monthly income by up
to thirty percent. That could mean thousands of dollars less
every year, and once you start's no going back. Here's
the unintended consequence. That smaller check could limit your ability
to enjoy retirement, cover healthcare costs, or leave a legacy

(11:12):
for you and your loved ones. And if you live
longer than you expect, those reduced benefits might not be enough.

Speaker 7 (13:12):
Here on news talk radio AM by sixty kl v

Jeff Lewis with Asset Growth Associates.

to save his leadership role in the Senate.

Speaker 9 (13:45):
Now all Democratic guys.

Speaker 7 (13:47):
Are looking for a fresh voice to lead the party
into the next election cycle. But what do Democrats see
as most representative of their ideas right now? A new
CNN poll tries to answer that question, and Megan Kelly
breaks down the results.

Speaker 10 (14:04):
This CNN poll because they asked name the Democratic leader
you feel best reflects the core values of the party,
and this is among Democratic lined adults. The largest recipient
of votes was No.

Speaker 9 (14:18):
One.

Speaker 10 (14:20):
Thirty percent said no One. No one best reflects the
core values of the Democrat Party. The next in line,
with just ten percent was AOC who's just about tied
with Kamala Harris at nine percent Bernie Sanders at eight percent.
These are all bad numbers. These are clearly not the
party leaders if you're only getting nine or ten percent.

(14:43):
But interestingly coming in at four percent is Barack Obama,
who is tied with Jasmine Crockett. Yes, Jasmine Crockett, who
nobody ever even heard of six months ago, but is out.
They are doing her like dancing videos and trying to
be like a new version of AOC. But unbelievably, Obama

(15:06):
and Jasmine Crockett are tied for who best reflects the
core values of the party.

Speaker 7 (15:12):
So let's start by saying, this was an open ended poll,
so you could have said anybody you wanted. You weren't
just picking from a predetermined list. What I find more
fascinating is than who's at the top of the list,
is who's at the bottom. California Governor Gavin Newsom barely
registers in the poll at two percent, right next to
Chucky Schumer. Now this is a guy who's widely expected

(15:35):
to be a top tier candidate for the Democratic nomination
literally three years for now, and he's dead even with
one of the least popular Democrats in the country right now.
So it makes you wonder who did the Democrats really
think is their best bet going forward. Clearly the winner
of the poll was No One at thirty percent, But
all related jokes aside, that's not going to be the
ultimate answer. All this poll is saying with No One

(15:58):
is about A third of Democrats don't think anyone reflects
their values right now, but don't find somebody. According to
the data, Representative Alexandria Acasio Cortez of New York is
leading pack. It's not much of a margin, but she's
running ahead of the previous nominee, Kamala Harris.

Speaker 9 (16:16):
That's worth something.

Speaker 7 (16:18):
She's on a nationwide fighting oligarchic tour with Bernie Sanders
right now, and here they are giving joint speeches in
Las Vegas.

Speaker 13 (16:26):
We are here together because an extreme concentration of power
and corruption is taking over this country like never before.

Speaker 14 (16:37):
No, we will not accept an oligarchic form of society
were a handful of billionaires run the government.

Speaker 7 (16:49):
It looks like old Bernie has chosen his successor at
the Progressive leadership and plans to pass the torch to AOC.
Given that Sanders finished with eight percent in this poll
all by himself and has already announced he's not running again,
his implicit endorsement of AOC means the congresswoman is in
prime position to own the left wing at the party.

(17:10):
That's a strong lane to run in for the presidential nomination. Now,
the conventional wisdom is that AOC is too far left
to win, either in the general election or in the primaries,
but don't be too sure. Real Clear Politics founder Tom
Bevin breaks down her chances in twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 15 (17:31):
You know, we did just see an election where you saw,
you know, forty plus percent of Democrats show that they
would vote for basically anybody anything with a pulse, right,
Joe Biden, Kamala Harris didn't matter. And so, and then
you look at AOC's positives. I mean, she's young, she's charismatic,
she's energetic, she's very good on social media. And yeah,

(17:54):
I don't know that Republicans should just dismiss her out
of hand as being just a certain loser against any
Republican that's going to be up there. So she does
have some political talent. You may think she's not smart,
you may disagree with her positions, you may whatever, But
she is popular. She does have a following. And again,

(18:16):
for all the Democrats that are out of power and
just dying to get back into power, you know, she's
as good of a vessel as any at the moment,
I think for Democrats.

Speaker 7 (18:26):
Now, this conversation is very similar to the one I
had back in my days as a panelist on Southeast
Texas Weekly that used to air with Kevin Steele on
Channel twelve. I still pick on my buddy Mike Lindsay
about this. Check Out this exchange with me, Mike and
Buddy Reynolds from January of twenty sixteen. Hillary and I
really wish you'd go back and play a clip from

(18:47):
about a year ago where I said that Hillary was
in deep trouble in the primaries and Aaron thal is
an idiot.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
Uh oh, I said, Hillary's in no problem, nobody's going
to touch her.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
Land it on YouTube, we'll find out.

Speaker 12 (19:00):
And I was saying that Hillar's problem is she's lacking
a populist message that doesn't resonate with the Democratic voter.

Speaker 7 (19:06):
Yeah, the problem is the Democratic Party is lacking a
populist message that's not resonating with the voters. And I
think that's why you're seeing Trump really take a rise.
If it seems like I remember someone else saying that
Trump was a dead man in the primaries, Dude, he
st in the general as well.

Speaker 12 (19:22):
I thought they would put somebody up that would be electable.

Speaker 7 (19:27):
So, just for background, a few months prior to that,
when Trump first began to surge, Mike Hah told us
that Trump could never win even if he got the nomination.
I disputed that on the grounds that any major party's
nominee is literally a fifty to fifty proposition once you
get into a general election. It was true then and
it's true now. You never know who will connect with voters,

(19:48):
likely foreshadowed in this cut. Ten months from when that
clip aired, Gilready went on to lose to Trump because
she filled connect with voters, giving room for Trump's populist
message to resonate. Second, elections are often determined by the
circumstances surrounded them. In two thousand and eight, Obama was
always going to beat McCain after the financial collapse that September.

(20:09):
Last November, Donald Trump was always going to defeat Biden
or Harris because of inflation. The same thing could happen
in reverse in twenty twenty eight. If things don't break
Trump's way with the economy, Republicans start dead into water.
That means, yes, this country still can elect a Canada
as far left as AOC. It's just a matter of
how the chips fall. Coming up next, it's this week's

(20:31):
dirty little secret. I'm Jeff Lewis, and you're listening to
That's the bottom nine on news talk radio AM five
sixty kl VII.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
We're just trying to turn a nickel into a dime.
That's the bottom line.

Speaker 12 (20:49):
Imagine investing a million dollars today and securing a guaranteed
fifteen percent future annual income for you and your spouse,
and income you can never outlive. Sounds like a dream.
With a deferred income plan, it's possible. Here's how it works.

(21:11):
Your investment grows over time. A fifty year old couple
investing those in ten years, they'll unlock an annual income
of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars for life, stable,
predictable and design for peace of mind and income you
both cannot outlive, whether it's retirement or building a legacy.

(21:33):
A deferred income plan is the smart way to make
your money work harder for you. Call us today four

Speaker 1 (22:46):
We're just trying to turn a neckel into a dime.
That's the bottom line.

Speaker 9 (22:52):
We're back with. That's the bottom line.

Texas at four zero nine eight four zero sixty nine hundred.
So for this week's thirty Little Secret, we're going to
look at some of what DOGE has been up to
you recently. Now, one of the Congress critters here at
these hearings really has it out for Elon Musk and Doge,
which ties in well to our last segment where we

(23:37):
talked about since the potential rising stars within the Democratic Party.
One of those we mentioned was Jasmine Crockett, a representative
out of Texas, and she's been in the news all
week for making these comments at a fundraiser for wait
for it, human rights and because we.

Speaker 17 (23:56):
In these hot ass Texas streets. Honey, y'all know we
got Governor high Wheels.

Speaker 5 (24:03):
Down there, come on now, and the only.

Speaker 17 (24:08):
Thing hot about him is that he is a hot
ass mess honey. So so yes, yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 9 (24:16):
I wonder what she meant by that.

Speaker 7 (24:18):
Maybe she's got a kid who plays with those little
matchbox toy cars.

Speaker 9 (24:22):
Oh oh, what's that?

Speaker 7 (24:24):
Oh, the government's paralyzed. That might not play well. I mean,
you know, you screwed up when even CNN won't take
up for you.

Speaker 18 (24:32):
It is worth noting Scott that she has in the
past made a tweet that did refer to wheels and
rolling before.

Speaker 19 (24:39):
Yeah, and she tried to walk it back and obviously
forgot about her previous commentary using that exact same, and
so I don't know how the Democrats came to appoint
Jasmine Crockett as the unquestioned leader of your party to
thank God, and I think what she should do is
go on TV twice as much as she is right now,

(24:59):
maybe three times as much, because every time she appears
and makes one of these mistakes says something radical, it
only further divides her party from the rest of the
other eighty percent of America who.

Speaker 9 (25:13):
Can't stand this. You know how some people are just.

Speaker 7 (25:18):
Seriously this ship could single handily keep talk radio in business.
I mean, if I was a Republican, I would put
a microphone in front of her every time IP hoped
the chance.

Speaker 9 (25:28):
Huh. As a matter of fact, I am roll it.

Speaker 14 (25:31):
And to be clear, free speech is not about whatever
it is that y'all want somebody to say. And the
idea that you want to shut down everybody.

Speaker 17 (25:39):
That is not Fox News is bullieved.

Speaker 14 (25:42):
We need to stop playing because that's what y'all are
doing in here. You don't want to hear the opinions
and any of anybody else. And the Constitution says Congress
shall make no law respecting or establishing of religion or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the general Woman's
time has expired.

Speaker 9 (26:02):
The general Woman's time has expired.

Speaker 7 (26:05):
Now on that last clip, she's defending NPR at adode
cheering though she seems to get mixed up between the
freedoms or religion and the freedom of the press. But hey,
she's trying. But she makes a good point here. The government,
Ai'm in the business giving back your money.

Speaker 14 (26:21):
Listen, he's just telling a lie. He's not the one
that had anything to do with the twelve hundred dollars
refunds that people had during the midst of COVID. That
was done by a democratic House and Democratic Senate. Right now,
what they're going to do is say, hey, we want
to give you a refund, but Congress won't let us
because they already know that there's just no money for that.

(26:43):
The only reason that those refunds came before was because
we were living in different times. So no, we are
not in the business of giving out money. And honestly,
I don't know what five thousand dollars will do for you.

Speaker 7 (26:56):
That's a stark contrast between her and the rest of us,
because it is is our money. I can figure out
what to do with five thousand dollars.

Speaker 9 (27:03):
Think about it.

Speaker 20 (27:03):
Within a ten mile radius of here, twenty five percent
of the GDP of the US pulsates through here, pulsates
every day, and everybody wants to just skim a little.

Speaker 9 (27:17):
I said to.

Speaker 20 (27:20):
Eline, we're in a meeting, and I said, you know,
people are mad at you because you're moving their cheese.
It's not their cheese, it's the American people's change.

Speaker 7 (27:28):
Here for the problem is that the Democrats want to
paint Doge is a bunch of faceless monsters. But they're
just ordinary people trying to end some of the waste.
Like Sam Corcus here.

Speaker 18 (27:39):
Yeah, I've been brought in to look at the IRS's
modernization program in particular, as well as the operations and
maintenance budget. I really care a lot about this country,
and this is a huge program that's currently thirty years
behind schedule and it's already fifteen billion dollars over budget.

Speaker 10 (27:56):
Wait wait, wait a second, sir, explain to our viewers.

Speaker 9 (28:00):
So what the program is in layman's terms.

Speaker 18 (28:03):
Yeah, so the goal is to take the IRS has
some pretty legacy infrastructure. It's actually very similar to what
banks have been using it's old mainframes running cobalan assembly,
and the challenge has been how do we migrate that
to a modern system. Virtually every bank has already done this,
but we're still using a lot of those same systems,
and typically an industry this takes a few years, maybe

(28:27):
a few hundred million dollars, and we're now thirty five
years into this program. We've actually been if you ask
them now, it's five years away, and it's been five
years away since nineteen ninety supposed to be delivered in
nineteen ninety six, and it's still five years away.

Speaker 9 (28:41):
And take Lee Zelden heading up the EPA.

Speaker 21 (28:43):
EPAS now canceled over twenty two billion dollars worth of contracts,
two billion dollars going to this NGO that Stacy Abrams
was tied to. They received only one hundred dollars in
twenty twenty three, and then the Biden administration gave them
two billion dollar did director of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction
Fund saw his former employer get five billion dollars.

Speaker 22 (29:07):
So twenty billion dollars went to just eight NGOs and
they're all pastors. And then they were giving it to
other and to these many of them were pastors. And
what you have is all these extra millimen they're taking
their cut, and the tax payers of getting screwed. They're
losing out on all this hard earned money. They can't
afford to have the federal government waste.

Speaker 7 (29:27):
You see, Lee Zelden, Elon Musk and all of them
have figured out what the deep state is up to.
They're funneling money into non governmental organizations or NGOs. Not
for those organizations, do we think themselves, but to act
as shells to pass money along to other groups where
it can't be tracked. It's like money laundering, but on
a vast scale. That's how you end up with this

(29:48):
absurd situation.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
Well, ThReD Base.

Speaker 18 (29:52):
Appart, was with a small business administration where they were
handing out loans at three hundred and thirty million dollars
worth of loans to people of eleven.

Speaker 4 (30:01):
I think the youngest Kelly was a nine month year.

Speaker 20 (30:03):
Old who've got a hundred dozand an. That's a very
precocious baby.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
You were talking about here.

Speaker 7 (30:08):
I mean, where did these people get off? I mean
where was this kind of money when I was a kid?
One hundred grand SBA loan for what eliminade. Stand if
I was a kid, we'd be franchising. Shame we only
got cats. Oh well, I guess that's what you get
for not having kids. Well at any rate. Gene Valerani

We're just trying to turn a nickel into a dime.
That's the bottom line.

Speaker 12 (33:07):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. This is Gene Valerani joining
the report this morning. In our Solution Segment and for
every problem, we want to tell you there is a solution,
and today's Solution Segment, as always, wants our listeners to
know if they want to avoid losses in their financial investments,

(33:29):
there are ways to do it, and one way would
be to call us an Asset Growth Associates where money
can be set aside to earn market link returns without
exposure to market link losses. And what these accounts offers
essentially risk free market returns, providing as I just said,

(33:52):
freedom from losses, and these accounts do not lose value
when the market declines and there's a sell off like
we've been going through here for a few days, with
these these terrorfores that are occurring. The contract remains fully
solvent during a downturn because the plan that we issue

(34:15):
through our work with Asset Growth Associates is designed to
not lose value and previous earnings. When the market retreats,
you don't lose anything. Sometimes, you know, when the market
goes down it could take years to get back to
work it was to start with, but not so with

(34:37):
the principal protection plan issued through our work at Asset
Growth Associates. I want you to call us four O
nine eight four h sixty nine hundreds at a time
to visit with us, and we will absolutely help you
save your retirement money. These accounts do not lose value

(34:58):
during a decline, and they're contractually guaranteed not to do so.
Then when the market goes back up, guess what, These
accounts resume earning money immediately. So while investors directly in
the market are playing catch up and just trying to
get back to where they were, principal protection investors are

(35:19):
already adding more earnings and moving forward, moving ahead and
already adding earnings in the process, and they've never lost
anything while the market was in decline. And these accounts
are great a great way to grow an investment, especially
grow an est egg without exposing it to market. To clients.

(35:42):
At Asset Growth Associates, we've been helping our clients grow
these accounts without ever having to worry about losing value
during a downturn. The market always comes back, but may
not do so on your individual time line, especially if
you're already retired. In finding out that you've just run

(36:05):
out of investment money at an older age, why not
just call us at Asset Growth associates where you can
participate in plans that earn market linked returns without exposing
your account to market linked downturns. Listen to me, there's
nothing wrong with not losing money, and the same goes

(36:30):
with plans that provide such safety. The phone number for
you to call is four oh nine eight four oh
sixty nine one hundred toll free one eight six six
seven two eight three six nine seven. We can also
be reached online at savemyretirement dot com. We have been

(36:51):
offering these plans for decades. I know you're watching TV.
You see that there's a lot of people until Vision
talking about literally the same thing. Well, you don't have
to call someone on the other side of of the country.
You can call us right here in Beaumont, Texas one
eight six six seven to eight three six nine seven.

(37:15):
We've been offering these plans for decades, as well as
regular investments because we do that too. We offer such
accounts because they offer long term security and the plans
available do not tie up your money for decades, So
get that out of your mind. Doesn't tie your money up,

(37:36):
because if you need to dip into your account or
begin drawing an income from them, they're readily available. I
want you to know that now you've heard me promoting
principal protection plans for decades now, and our company's going
to be doing so for the years ahead. Our work
is to provide safe investments for those who become are clients,

(38:01):
and listen to me, We're committed to continue doing so
for the years ahead. It's not worth the aggravation of
gaining money and then see a shrink away during a
downturn brought on by a panic on Wall Street. Where
you can have the peace of mind of knowing your
nest egg is fully safe and available to you when

(38:23):
others are seeing their nest eggs decline due to a
fickle stock market that Asset Growth Associates we are client oriented.
I want you to call us soon for an appointment
where you can learn how these plans work. And by
by the way, they bypass probate. So you name a beneficiary,

(38:45):
you never have to worry about funds being tied up
in probate when you pass away if you have a
named beneficiary. Because these accounts are issued by life insurance companies,
and unlike money in bank, every dollar's backed up, not
just a portion of it. You've heard me talk about

(39:05):
that before these plans can be cashed out for their
full value. They can be designed for lifetime income payments
that cannot be outlived, and they can also be passed
on to name beneficiaries without getting tied up in probate.
So pay attention. There are ways to bypass a shaky

(39:28):
stock market. And as you know right now, we're going
through a little downturn and we don't want you to
get all shook outs because the market will come back
and just just got to come back on your timeline
right call me call our office four oh nine eight
