Speaker 1 (00:04):
We're just trying to turn a neckel in to a dime.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
That's the bottom line.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
Welcome to real, honest talk about money, politics, news and
information you can actually use.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Buggle up and hold on tight.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
This is that's the bottom line.
Speaker 4 (00:32):
The best thing the life of free.
Speaker 5 (00:35):
But you can give them to the bath and be
the that's the bottle.
Speaker 6 (00:51):
Good morning, everybody.
Speaker 7 (00:53):
This is that's the bottom line. I'm your host, Jeff
Lewis Asset Growth Associates, along with Dean Valerani. It's great
to be here this morning. Let's get right to our
top line story. This is what interrupted my nice quiet
movie night on the couch last Saturday.
Speaker 8 (01:11):
This is a Fox News alert news from the President
of the United States that there has been an attack
inside Iran. Just moments ago, President Donald Trump putting out
on truth social we have completed our very successful attack
on three nuclear sites in Iran, including fourdah Natanz and Esfahan.
(01:32):
All planes are now outside of Iran airspace. Again this
from President Donald Trump. A full payload of bombs was
dropped on the primary site, Fodh. All planes are safely
on their way home. Congratulations to our great American warriors.
There is not another military in the world that could
have done this. Now is the time for peace. Thank
(01:53):
you for your attention to this matter.
Speaker 7 (01:56):
So on last week's show, I cautioned you all saying
it was a very real possibility that Trump would authorized
a strike over the weekend in spite of all the
talk about waiting, and that I thought Trump was leaning
towards simply letting our stealth bombers handle things because it'll
be a lot cleaner strategy.
Speaker 6 (02:14):
Well, that that'd be a lesson to you, boys and girls.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Don't ever argue with the big dog.
Speaker 9 (02:18):
Big dog is always right.
Speaker 7 (02:20):
Okay, So I'm not going to spend the entire show
telling you I told you so. But Trump's shown us
more than once that he's always going to err on
the side of taking the size of action as long
as there's a clear objective. So last Saturday's raid, which
turned out to be mostly peaceful, then it come to
be much as surprised to me at all, because Trump
(02:40):
has been very clear about the objective here he is
talking about it in Saturday night's address.
Speaker 10 (02:46):
Our objective was the destruction of Orange nuclear enrichment capacity
and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the
world's number one state sponsor of terror. Tonight, I can
report to the war world that these strikes were a
spectacular military success. Iran's key nuclear and Richmond facilities have
(03:09):
been completely and totally.
Speaker 11 (03:10):
Obliterated around the bully of the Middle East must now
make peace. If they do not, future attacks would be
far greater and a lot easier to America.
Speaker 7 (03:21):
This was pretty much a mic drop moment for President
Trump and a direct blow not just through the Iranians
but to his domestic critics as well that have been
clamoring these last couple of weeks about the United States
becoming embroiled in another long drawn out conflict. Trump made
it clear that with their nuclear program out of play,
(03:42):
Iran should sue for peace instead of risking the destruction
of their entire military infrastructure.
Speaker 6 (03:49):
And that's essentially what happened.
Speaker 7 (03:51):
Iran contacted the United States through back channels, using Cutter
as of the go between, asking Is for a ceasefire,
and President Trump and Vice President Advance worked hard on
brokenery and deal with the Israelis, which was announced live
on the set by Advance during Fox News' evening broadcast.
Speaker 12 (04:10):
When I left the White House, I thought that we
might be able to get it across the finish line
before this broadcast, and it looks like the President has
been able to do that. I mean, look, he's been
working the phones constantly, frankly before the Twelve Day War started, but.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
Certainly over the past twelve days.
Speaker 12 (04:23):
The President's been extremely clear about America's national objective here.
It is to create a world where a Ran cannot
build a nuclear weapon. We of course destroyed the nuclear
program that they had, and the President told the entire team,
we're going to work to make sure that they don't
try to rebuild that nuclear capability in the future. And
it's look, this is a great thing for Israel. Think
(04:43):
about this. They've accomplished an important military objective. They've helped
us destroy the Iranian nuclear program. They've also destroyed the
conventional missile capability of Iran that threatened the country of Israel.
For the Iranians, I think this is a new opportunity
to actually pursue the path of peace. As I said yesterday,
what the Iranians have showed through their support of tear networks,
(05:04):
through their now failed effort to build a nuclear weapon,
is that they're just not very good at war, and
I think the President really hit the reset button and said, look,
let's actually produce long term piece for the region. That's
always been his goal. I actually think when we look back,
we will say the Twelve Day War was an important
reset moment for the entire region.
Speaker 7 (05:23):
Less than forty eight hours after the United States entered
the conflict, it was already over in what the President
dubbed the twelve Day War. You knew he was going
to want the naming rights now. The ceasefire didn't go
nearly as smoothly as the American attack because an hour
before the deadline, Iran launched another missile salvo, which was
(05:45):
still within their rights because Israel was still conducting air
operations in Tehran. But a few people were killed in
the Iranian attack and that flipped out Israel. So Israel
ordered additional strikes after the ceasefire was to take effect,
putting the whole deal in jeopardy and royally ticking off
the President.
Speaker 13 (06:04):
I'm not happy with Israel.
Speaker 14 (06:06):
You know, when I say, okay, now you have twelve hours,
you don't go out in the first hour and just.
Speaker 13 (06:11):
Drop everything you have on them.
Speaker 14 (06:13):
So I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with
iron either, But I'm really unhappy if Israel's going out
this morning because there one rocket that didn't land, that
was shot perhaps by mistake, that didn't land.
Speaker 13 (06:25):
I'm not happy about that.
Speaker 14 (06:26):
You know what we have, We basically have two countries
that have been fighting so long and so hard that
they don't know what the hook they're doing. Do you
understand that?
Speaker 6 (06:36):
Okay, let's pause a second now.
Speaker 7 (06:38):
The media has hyped up Trump dropping an F bomb
almost as much as they did with the thirty thousand pounders. Personally,
I get it. I don't even think it was impulsive.
I think Trump said what he said intending for his
reaction to be able played across the civilized world. It's
not something I'd want to repeat in sunny school class.
(07:00):
But the frustration here is real, and it has nothing
to do with Trump's ego or him winning a Nobel prize.
This was Trump's way of putting pressure on Israel for
a change, something the left has been shouting for for years,
so you would think they'd be happier about it. He
did it in a way so as not to hurt
Israel politically, but to send a message that America really
(07:24):
can be a true arbiter of peace in the Middle East. Saudi,
the other Gulf states, they've all got to be able
to trust us too. And while Israel may be as
close as a brother to us, sometimes you got to
love your brother enough to punch him in the arm
and tell them to shape up. And that's what happened here.
Were Israel to blow up that ceasefire, right, then that's
(07:47):
the kind of thing that escalates things into regional wars.
And Trump had every reason to be concerned. Net Yahoo
is on the record for winning regime change, and it
wouldn't surprised me at the least Israel try to sabotage
the seasfire just to bring that about.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Trump is not going to support that.
Speaker 7 (08:05):
Kind of effort, at least with America behind the attempt,
and therein lies the difference between the America First and
the neo conservative philosophies. So after his comments, the President
made a phone call to Prime Minister net In Yahoo.
And while the details of the call haven't been released
and may not beary beating, the Prime Minister did recall
(08:26):
his planes and for now the ceasefire is still in force,
and let's hope it stays that way. Now, there's been
a huge debate this week over the degree which the
stripe was successful. A preliminary report was illegally leaked Tuesday
that suggested that we'd only set back Around's nuclear program
by a factor of months, not years. However, this report
(08:48):
was published by none other than Natasha Bertrand, who was
one of the leading journalists behind the Russia Gate hoax
that was perpetuated upon the country during Trump's first terms.
Well is who ran the Politico story that incorrectly labeled
Pedtern Biden laptop scandal as misinformation. Now, forgive me, but
(09:09):
color me skeptical. That narrative is being thoroughly refuted by
both the Israeli and American intelligence communities. Retired General Jack
Keene had this to say.
Speaker 15 (09:20):
The DIA report. It was a preliminary report that had
never reached the president. Yet it has to go through
a process with all the intelligence agencies coming together making
an assessment.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
The question is where do we go from here. We'll
be right back.
Speaker 16 (09:35):
We're just trying to turn a nickel into a dime.
That's the bottom line.

Jeff Lewis. Before we shift gears here, I want to
ask y'all something. Do you have a variable annuity? If so,
you're gonna want to hear this. Have you ever looked
to see just how many fees are hidden in your contract?
Most people paid thousands of dollars in fees every year
(13:34):
without even realizing it. True story. A real flesh and
bloody client I met with this bring had just a
two hundred grand paid up policy, but was paying over
eighteen hundred dollars every month out of the plan's value
factor in the lost interest that's compounded on top of that.
That's real money, y'all. Here an Asset Growth Associates, we're

the Middle East is starting to settle down, at least,
you know, bringing it down to just one war in
(14:31):
the region, President Trump flew over to Europe this week
to meet with NATO. The membership is talking about stepping
up their defense spending in contacts of the other war
that started under Biden's watch, you know, between Russia and Ukraine.
Unlike his first term, the other leaders within the Alliance
are a lot friendlier with Trump this time around.
Speaker 6 (14:53):
Must be the terroriffs. There's actually been a lot of.
Speaker 7 (14:56):
Praise for Trump, in particular for how America executed did
the Iran mission point blank, America did something that none
of their militaries can do, and the fact that the
mission was so secretive in doing it is generating an
extra level of respect. It turns out locking Pete hegsett
out of the signal account paid off quick. Here's NATO's
(15:17):
Secretary General, Mark Rute.
Speaker 9 (15:20):
I mean, would you ever think that this would be
the result of this summit if he would not have
been re elected president? Do you really think that the
CHEFN or eighth County who said yes, somewhere in the
tenty thirties we might meet to two percent. We've now
all designed it in the last four or five months
to get to two percent. So doesn't he deserve some praise?
And when it comes to Iran. The fact that he
took this decisive action very targeted to make sure that
Iran would not be able to get his hands on
(15:41):
a nuclear capability. I think he deserves all the price.
Speaker 6 (15:45):
The NATO chief is right.
Speaker 7 (15:47):
Not only is the Alliance meeting its two percent budget target,
they're now on board with bumping up the five percent
over time. You can argue how much of that as
a result of Trump's influence or simply whip flash and
reaction to Putin. To be fair, I think it's a
mixture of both. But for the first time since the
fall of the Soviet Union, NATO is starting to act
(16:09):
like a real alliance again. That's yet another win for
the mag of movement. Speaking of wins, Trump got another
win this week in court, this time from somewhere unexpected,
the liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, who upheld Trump's
deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles. If you'll recall,
(16:30):
before we became preoccupied with Middle Eastern Wars, rioters were
busy tearing up parts of the city only a couple
of square miles worth, mind you, is Mayor of Bass
points out for us out of a five hundred square
mile city, kind of like Iran is over six hundred
thousand square miles, but we only blew up a few
of those, so no one should care right anyway. While
(16:52):
the Trump administration is giving new meaning to Disney on Ice,
some local politicians are appealing to a whole new class
of protester to take up the fight. Vice Mayor Cynthia Gonzalez,
a Democrat, put out a call to action on social
media for street gangs to mobilize against federal agents.
Speaker 6 (17:12):
Here's the full post. See what you think for yourself.
Speaker 19 (17:16):
Not for nothing, but I want to know where all
the trollos are at in Los Angeles, Eighteenth Street, Florentia.
Where where's the leadership at?
Speaker 18 (17:25):
Because you guys are.
Speaker 19 (17:26):
All about territory and this is eighteenth Street and this
is Torrente. You guys tag everything up, claiming hood, and
now that your hood's.
Speaker 18 (17:33):
Being invaded by the biggest gang.
Speaker 19 (17:35):
There is, they're in a peep value. It's everyone else
who's not about the gang life that's out there protesting
and speaking up. We're out there like fighting our tour,
protecting our tur protecting our people, and like where you at?
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Vinka ya, Vito, Vinka ya?
Speaker 4 (17:53):
Vitoso.
Speaker 18 (17:54):
I'm like, dude, they're running a muck all up in
your on your streets, on your in your city, and
pete when the big gang guns come in, nothing but
like why we're out here, the regular ones that have
never been jumped in out here calling things down. I'm
trying to organize people, trying.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
To do the thing.
Speaker 19 (18:14):
So don't be trying to claim no black, no nothing.
If you're not showing up right now trying to like
help out and organize, I don't want to hear a
peep out of you once they're gone, trying to claim.
Speaker 2 (18:25):
That this is my block, This was not your block.
Speaker 19 (18:27):
You aren't even here helping out. So whoever's the leadership
over there?
Speaker 7 (18:32):
Just for remembers in order now if you ask me,
this lady just opened herself up the prosecution. But whether
it's criminal or not, it's definitely a whole new form
of stupid. It really does go to show just the
poor quality of the leadership these California cities have between
Gonzales Bass and Governor Newsom. What parts have the state
(18:53):
haven't been burned to the ground would be overrun by
street gangs. The problem with the modern Democratic Party is
that the stupid isn't just limited to one state. It's
not like it's confined to one area of the country
like if California. I don't know how an earthquake can
just rift it off into the ocean that it would
solve the problem for the rest of us. No, apparently
(19:16):
this insanity is contagious. Just as an example, New York
City Democrats just nominated for mayor a guy who wants
to set up government run grocery stores to bring down
food costs. I mean, because that strategy fed the Soviet
Union so well even twenty years ago. This kind of
platform would be run out of town. But here's the
(19:37):
real clear politics tagline for an article out of USA today,
Mam Donnie is the future. Democrats must embrace it. Ma'am
Donnie says he wants to be the governing model for
the National Democratic Party.
Speaker 6 (19:52):
That's a pretty scary thought.
Speaker 7 (19:55):
There's a really great analysis on ma'm donnie's positions from
Charlie Kirk on The Kelly Show that I've shared on
the show's Facebook page that I'll encourage you to all
go listen to. It's about fifteen minutes long, but it's
definitely worth your time, we're acting like these positions are
on the fringe of the Democratic Party, but they're not.
(20:17):
This is the new left of AOC and Bernie Sanders. Now,
like I mentioned, if you haven't followed our Facebook page yet,
just search for Jeff Lewis.
Speaker 6 (20:27):
That's the bottom line.
Speaker 7 (20:29):
And that way you can follow up with any of
the longer informational pieces that I reference on this show.
But anyway, imagine just the policies that this guy is
invoking here, a thirty dollars minimum wage, Now, what do
you think that's going to do to the economy of
New York City. So when we come back, Jeen Valerani
(20:49):
will be here and he's going to talk about man
Domi and some of his extraordinary beliefs.
Speaker 6 (20:55):
We'll be right back. Stay with us.
Speaker 1 (20:57):
We're just trying to turn a nikola into a die.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
That's the bottom line.
Speaker 13 (21:02):

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to that's the
bottom line. Your weekly broadcast on KLVII that tells it
like it is. And now it's time for what we
call the dirty little secret that brings you behind the
scenes on what's going on and helps you to better
(23:19):
understand the headlines of the day. This is Jene Valerane reporting.
President Trump reaffirmed this past week that he's seeking unconditional
surrender from Iran and is ruling mala ayatolah ali Kommini.
(23:42):
But after last week's precise bombing raid, Iran and Israel
had added again and with more bombings of one another. Naturally, Trump,
believing hostilities between the two nations had subsided after the
US conducted a flawless bombing raid taking out all of
(24:07):
the rand's nuclear weapons, both Israel and Iran exchanged more
attacks against each other and they just went in there,
ended Trump's ceasepire and this anger President Trump to no end,
and he voiced his anger at the two warring countries.
(24:29):
What he said, you know enough of that. Let if
you know. President Trump was very angry at both Israel
and Iran for continuing to carry out more bombings at
one another. Trump was so angry he uttered the F
(24:50):
word while talking about its reporters on Tuesday morning before
leaving the US to attend the pre scheduled NATO summit
in Europe. It goes without saying that the United States
and Israel both are seeking to end Iran's nuclear ambition.
(25:12):
As far as we know, the Iranian leader was not
targeted over the US bombing raids that were carried out recently.
The objective of the Trump administration is to prevent Iraq
from becoming a nuclear power and initiating what Muslims believe
(25:33):
will usher in the return of their prophet Mohammed. And
after he gets back, you know, he can't come back
until they say the enemies of Islam are destroyed finished. So,
based on the recent bombing raid by the United States
(25:54):
that destroyed their attempt to ignite another world war, that
appears their efforts to destroy both Christians and Jews worldwide
has encountered a setback. So I guess they'll just have
to wait a little bit longer. For his part, President
Trump would enjoy seek a regime change in Iran that
(26:18):
is less fatalistic For their part, the Muslim Mullahs believe
that their prophet Muhammad cannot or will not occur until
the Muslim religion destroys all of Israel and all of
Christianity worldwide. Of course, the Muslim belief is it must
(26:43):
destroy or convert all non Muslims. And also they believe
Muslims who do not obey the strict victims of the
Islamic tests must also be put to death. That's why
the Muslim clerics in Iran seek to destroy Judaism and
(27:04):
all of Christendom. They don't like either Jews or Christians.
They don't like any religion other than their own. They
won't tolerate them to the point of believing that they
have to install a world crisis, a world death, wide
(27:25):
death in the world for their prophet to come back. Okay,
Muslims and Jews trace their beginnings back to Abraham, who
once had two sons. Let me give you the background
here in case you're not in case you don't read
the Bible on a regular basis, or you haven't read
(27:45):
it recently. All this started when Abraham had two sons.
He had a son by the name of Ishmael and
another one by the name of Isaac. Ishmael was born
to Hagar, who was the maid servant of Abraham's wife Sarah.
(28:09):
And while Isaac was born to Abraham's wife Sarah, Abraham
was told to send Hagar and Ishmael away to fend
for themselves. And Abraham did what God told him to do.
But God sent an angel to fetish Mael and Hagar. Now,
(28:29):
as I understand it, Ishmael was the father of all
Muslims and Isaac was the progenitor of all Jews. Now
that's as I understand it. I'm sure there are scholars
that could correct me. But ever since there was ever
since all this happened way back when the entity between
(28:52):
the Jews and the Arabs has just festered over the centuries,
these Bible stories are sometimes times difficult to comprehend. What
I just told you is my understanding if all these
two religions got their start. But listen to me. Don't
(29:13):
take my word for it. Take the time to read
your Bible, which carries most of the details that will
help you grasp a much better understanding. I've mentioned this before,
so listen carefully. It was something an old country preacher
told me decades ago when I was very young, and
(29:38):
he told me at that youthful moment of my life
that if anyone has trouble believing in God, the proof
is that the Jewish people still exists today, and the
nation of Israel has been resurrected and continues, and Israel
(29:59):
will continue, destroyed having been destroyed by the Romans centuries
ago and scattered all over the world, many taken away
as slaves to build. The Roman Colosseum still stands in
ancient Rome. And I guess until after World War Two,
(30:20):
the Jews had suffered Hitler had and suffered Hitler's Holocaust,
that all that relented a bit, after which they were
finally given their homeland back. And that alone, the old
preacher said, means there is a God, and the Bible
is the word of God. So this is the bottom line,
(30:44):
and where we tell you this story, we'll be back
with more right after this.
Speaker 16 (30:49):
We're just trying to turn a nickel into a dime.
That's the bottom line.
Speaker 13 (30:56):

That's the bottom line.
Speaker 13 (33:18):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. You're listening to that's the
bottom line. You're weekly broadcast on KLVII. That tells it
like it is. And I want to remind you that
you can listen to this show online anytime you want.
If you log on to That's the bottom Line Radio
(33:39):
show or Savemiretirement dot com, you can listen to this
and past shows on that website. It's time now for
our Solution segment, and this is the segment of the
show where we try to offer a common sense approach
(34:00):
to accumulating funds for future use. Listen to me carefully.
When someone sets a funds aside in a principal protection account.
Through our work at Asset Growth Associates, they don't have
to worry about crazy events like what happened a few
(34:21):
years back when you probably may have forgotten this that
remember the game stock Stock and other companies too drove
the financial markets into a frenzy and created another round
of conspiracy theories. See things like that, you never know
(34:42):
when they're going to happen. And while the markets reacted
favorably to President Trump's bombing of Iran and taking out
their nuclear facilities so they couldn't build a nuclear bond
to destroy the world, well, we're still going to have
(35:05):
little hiccups like that that can affect the financial markets.
So listen to me. Principal protection accounts earn returns based
on the market indices like the S and P five hundred,
the NASDAC or combination of many different indices instead of
(35:27):
individual stocks. And we also offer fixed interest. And I
know there's a big squabble going on right now, and
that dilemma because Chairman jerown Bow doesn't want to lower
the interest rate and President Trump wants him too. I
(35:47):
don't know how it's going to end, but could end
any time now. It Asset Growth Associates, though we understand
that one size does not fit all because individuals have
different tolerances for taking on the risk associated with investing.
Why take any risk at all?
Speaker 18 (36:08):
Right?
Speaker 13 (36:09):
Often, the addition of principal protection into an overall account
helps eliminate the risk of losing money caused by a
market decline, market selloffs, margin calls, et cetera, et cetera.
So here's what I want you to do. Take my
word for it. Call us at four h nine eight
(36:31):
four oh sixty nine hundred for an appointment to discuss
starting a financial plan with the safety net included principal protection.
Accounts cannot lose value caused by a downturn on Wall Street.
Now you've heard me tell you that for time after time,
(36:53):
and when Wallstreet is doing well, you're crediting gains and
your account just remains in good condition. It keeps growing. Remember,
whenever the market has a hiccup and everything's going back,
you don't lose anything in your account, and in fact,
(37:15):
you make more money when the account comes back and
everything's going good. These accounts are an important feature when
added as a part of your overall portfolio because they
provide a safety net from losing money caused by market voluntility.
Think about it, when the stock market drops by ten percent,
(37:38):
it requires more than eleven percent eleven to one point
eleven point one percent to be exact, to just get
back to even to listen to me. One asset we
can never make up is time. The significant market correction
as a personeers or begins retirement can and we'll impact
(38:01):
a nest egg. It's going to impact your nest egg
as well as any retirement income that you're receiving, and
its going to generate a loss in your four to
one case. When principal protection money is not lost when
the market has a downturn, it removes the element of
(38:24):
needing more time to make up for losses. Now, how
can you beat that? If retirement is coming in a
few years or it's already been here for you, any
loss can have a real impact on your comfort in
retirement or the longevity of your savings. So here's how
(38:45):
you solve the problem. You call us four oh nine
eight four oh sixty nine hundred. We can help design
a plan which will will help you and it and
you you won't have to face years to overcome one
bad day in the stock market. We can help save
(39:08):
your retirement and also save your traditional investing as well.

solutions matter, ladies and gentlemen, but Asset Growth Associates were

forward and help you achieve your goals. So don't forget
