Speaker 5 (02:16):
Good morning, everybody, this is that's the bottom line. I'm
your host, Jeff Lewis of Asset Growth Associates along with
Jean Valerani. Thanks for sharing part of your weekend with us.
To our top line story. It appears both Democrats and
Republicans this week are trying to take our politics back
to the future. It's like it's the twenty tens all
(02:45):
over again, from the Epstein files to the Russia Gate,
it's all back in the news. And for the love
of God, why, in the words of a former first Lady.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
What difference at this point does it make.
Speaker 5 (02:58):
That's a fair question. Megan Kelly answered, it's at best
here in conversation with Charlie Kirk and an event for
Turning Point USA.
Speaker 7 (03:06):
It's about transparency.
Speaker 8 (03:08):
One of the main reasons that we voted Trump in
was because we wanted real answers on real stories, and
we didn't want to be bsd anymore with a bunch
of nonsense from our government that treated us like a
bunch of stooges.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
All of this matters because the very premise of the
MAGA movement is the unrooted and exposed the deep state
corruption that is at the heart of our national politics.
First off, let's start with Epstein. Look, I firmly believe
there's no way Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in prison, at
least without some help. Some of the circumstances are so absurd.
(03:39):
It's like that old joke about the guy that shoots
himself in the head four times. And it's not a
new argument. Even back in twenty nineteen, right after it happened,
then Attorney General Bill Barr noted, quote serious irregularities at
this facility that are deeply concerning and demand a thorough investigation.
But it's not really about whether Epstein really killed himself
(03:59):
for an The bigger question that everyone really cares about
is what was he hiding. And this is where it
gets muddled. There's this talk of a client list that's
being mislabeled as some kind of incriminating list of something
like a pedophile ring, when that's completely untrue. Megan Kelly
detailed this on our show a couple of weeks ago,
(04:20):
recounting a conversation with Alan Dershowitz, who was accused by
the subjecting question and later exonerated. Beyond all doubt. Dershowitz
explained to Kelly what the list is really about.
Speaker 8 (04:32):
He said, to us, let me tell you what the
situation is. There are redacted statements in the FBI's filed
by the accuser, the same woman who accused me of
Virginia Giffray. In her statement to the FBI, she never
mentioned me because she never heard of me.
Speaker 9 (04:48):
She didn't know me.
Speaker 8 (04:49):
But in the statement of the FBI she did accuse
a bunch of other people, and their names are in
the report. But the report has been redacted. That's been censored,
kept secret. I've seen it. However, I do know who's
in that list, and I know a couple of other
people who have been accused as well. I don't know
(05:10):
whether or not they actually did anything wrong. I know
they were accused, mostly by the same woman who falsely
accused me. We're talking about Virginia Dufray. And one of
the things that's been suppressed is all the information that
is negative to the accusers, the information that proves the
accusers made up the stories. So it's much more complicated.
(05:31):
There's no client list, he says. There are names of
people who are accused, and there are names of people
who falsely accuse them. That's all there is. It's a
redacted FBI report in which Virginia Gufrey names people, and
I know who the people are. And the court has
kept the list secret and has refused to unredact the list.
Speaker 5 (05:53):
So the listing question isn't some kind of client list
that Epstein kept himself or anything of that nature. Instead,
it's the names of accusers in those accused and at
least some of them falsely, that the FBI has compiled.
The courts have kept this information sealed because it's unfair
to have that information made public when there's no proof
(06:15):
of wrongdoing in the file. But if the list is released,
it could ruin a lot of reputations unfairly. Okay, well,
that at least seems fair. Being in the files themselves
is irrelevant. Lots of famous people were in Epstein's contacts.
He did business with a lot of them. Trump himself
was friends with Epstein back in the nineteen nineties. There's
(06:37):
even a photo of Epstein at Trump's wedding to Marlon
Maples in nineteen ninety three, along with celebs like Howard Stern.
Trump and Epstein had a falling out over a business
deal in two thousand and four, and it wasn't until
two thousand and five when Epstein's sex trafficking crimes are
said to have begun. A couple of years later, Trump
reportedly kicked Epstein out of his club at mar A
(06:59):
Lago for a quote, being a creep, apparently for hitting
on a member's young daughter. The liberal media has been
trying to tie Trump Epstein's sex traffing operation for years now,
and that partially explains why Trump is so adamant in
keeping his name disassociated with disgrace formal friend. But why
(07:19):
the hell did Attorney General Pam Bondi start running her
mouth like there was something more to the FBI list
when there wasn't. That's the question that Megan Kelly takes
her to task on.
Speaker 8 (07:30):
She has never missed an opportunity to go on television
and dangle sweet nothings that might be coming your way,
try to lead you to believe that she's got it.
It's on her desk, it's coming tomorrow, You're going to
see something on Epstein And it was a tease. So
you either believe that Pam Bondy was telling the truth
then or that she's telling the truth now, but both
(07:53):
cannot be true. She was either lying when she went
on Fox News all those times saying I've got it,
I've got it, we're looking at it.
Speaker 7 (07:59):
Wait until you see it.
Speaker 8 (07:59):
It's horrible, or she's lying in her two page memo
that they released on a Sunday night at the tail
end of a holiday weekend to Axios as if Axios
is where we all go for our news. Hell.
Speaker 5 (08:10):
No, it looks like Pam Bondi overplayed her hand to
the detriment of her boss, and Megan Kelly thinks she
should be fired for that because there's not really any
middle ground here. As Charlie and Meghan talk about here.
Speaker 8 (08:24):
They say he had at least a thousand victims.
Speaker 7 (08:27):
Of his No, okay, so, but a thousand victims unless
we are to believe he personally was after every one
of those victims. There has to be some other bad
guys still alive that are powerful that did something to
these children. Why are we not in paneling a special
prosecutor to find every single one of these powerful people
that went after these kids?
Speaker 5 (08:45):
Like?
Speaker 10 (08:45):
What?
Speaker 7 (08:46):
Why are we putting up with this?
Speaker 9 (08:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (08:48):
I don't know, and I think you'll.
Speaker 7 (08:49):
Am I understanding this correctly because I don't even remember
pants are that? I don't even know? Pam Bondi said that.
I thought, I can't even remember all this because it's
all over. I got a thing on my desk, I
got a truckloads of stuff.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (09:00):
No, we all have busy lives, and President Trump has
a busy life, and I don't think he realizes how
much she's humiliated the administration. This is a self inflicted wound.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
She caused it.
Speaker 11 (09:09):
Again.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
I have nothing against Pam Bondi, but if you want
to look for the villain in this story, we have
found her. I mean, she is the person who's either
she's either lying now or she was lying, then there's
no two ways about it. And if you accept what's
in the memo that they don't have the goods on
anybody there's no one who can be indicted. They didn't
find a trove of info on other people, then why
was she trying to titillate us over a child's sexual
(09:30):
abuse case? For months? She was on the air repeatedly
in February, in March, again in May. It's completely inappropriate.
You don't play cutsie with child's sexual abuse materials.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
It doesn't sound like we have the goods on anybody.
But the sad part is we'll probably never know for
sure because this story is already being pushed out of
the news by an even bigger scandal evolving former President
Barack Obama. More on that when we return.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
We're just trying to turn a nickel into London. Now,
that's the bottom line.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
We're just trying to turn an apple into what time.
Speaker 4 (13:51):
That's the bottom line below now.
Speaker 5 (14:23):
And we are back with that's the bottom line. I'm
Jeff Lewis. So, like we were saying before the break,
all this Epstein business is now taking a back seat
to an even bigger scandal coming out of Washington. Here's
President Trump leveling an accusation to former President Barack Obama.
Speaker 13 (14:43):
It's treason.
Speaker 5 (14:45):
Then, I'm sorry, that was Emperor Palpatine. I must have
crossed up my audio files. Oh well, I'm sure those
of y'all on the left won't mind. I mean, if
you can compare Trump to eight up Hitler, I mean,
how bad is a dark lord of the Sith By
the comparison, here's President Trump making his claim, this was treason.
Speaker 6 (15:08):
This was every word you can think of. They tried
to steal the election, they tried to opt escape the election.
They did things that nobody's ever even imagined, even in
other countries.
Speaker 5 (15:20):
Seriously, a treason charge against former President Obama is probably
too tall of an order. Treason is rarely even used
as a charge anymore, even it probably could be, and
it by definition involves an enemy with which we're at war.
So treason, no, we're not going to see Obama executed
or sentenced to life in prison or anything like that. Now, conspiracy,
(15:44):
that's absolutely in play if he can be prosecuted. More
on that in the moment, And I'm seeing stuff hanned
around like seditious conspiracy, which is what several of the
J sixers were tagged with. Julie Kelly outlines this on
The Benny Show.
Speaker 13 (16:00):
Keep in mind, this is a post Civil war statute
that the Biden DOJ dusted off to use against two
dozen J six ers January sixth, defendants who were members
or alleged members of the Oathkeepers and the Proud Boys. Now,
this statute seditious conspiracy traditionally has only been used against
(16:22):
foreign terrorists. For example, the perpetrators of the nineteen ninety
three World Trade Center bombing. The DOJ brought seditious conspiracy
charges against those individuals fines. It's hard to see how
this Trump DOJ could not now pick that up where
the Biden DOJ left off and used seditious conspiracy and
(16:44):
draw this You pull this thread from the Obama White
House all the way through to the Biden regime.
Speaker 5 (16:52):
Now there's an obvious complication to all of this, and
it's the same thing that protected President Trump last year
during all the lawfare the Democrats for using the sabotage
his candidacy. You'll probably recall the Supreme Court ruling last
year on the landmark case on presidential immunity, and the
consensus is that presidents are mostly immune from prosecution. But
(17:13):
there's a distinction here that I think could allow for
you to argue for a different interpretation in this case.
Let me read for you an excerpt of the opinion
in question Trump versus the United States. Under our constitutional
structure of separated powers, the nature of presidential power entitles
a former president to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for
(17:36):
actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority, and he
is entitled to at least present the community from prosecution
for all his official acts. There is no immunity for
unofficial acts. The Court concludes that the separation of powers
principle explicated in the Court's President necessitates at least they
(17:57):
present the community from criminal prosecution for a president's acts
within the outer perimeter of his official responsibility. Such an
immunity is required to safeguard the independence and effective functioning
of the executive branch and to enable the president to
carry out his constitutional duties without undue caution. At a minimum,
(18:19):
the president must be immune for prosecution for an official
act unless the government can show that applying a criminal
prohibition to that act would pose no dangers of intrusion
upon the authority and functions of the executive branch. This
case poses a question of lasting significance. When may a
(18:39):
former president be prosecuted for official acts taken during his
presidency and during separation of powers principles guide our decision.
In this case. The president enjoys no immunity for his
unofficial acts, and not everything the president does is official.
The president is not above the law, but under our
(19:00):
separation of powers, the president may not be prosecuted for
exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled to
at least present the immunity from prosecution for his official acts.
That immunity applies equally upon to all occupants of the
oval office. Okay, now, I know that was long. But
here's what the opinion is trying to say. And here's
(19:22):
where I finally get to use my master's degree. The
court is clear that it's not giving blanket protection to
the chief executive and that there are situations in which
a former president may be prosecuted. The key to it
is whether or not the president is acting in an
official capacity when he commits the alleged crime. The court
(19:42):
makes it clear that not everything a president does is
an official act, and that's why Nixon could have been
prosecuted if Ford hadn't pardoned him. And you can make
an argument that what Obama orchestrated here is ten times
worse than anything Nixon never did. The difference between this
situation and what Trump is accused of surrounding January sixth
(20:03):
is that Trump's actions were taken under the assumption that
he was correct that there was election fraud to the
extent it would justify the protest of an election. He
believed that, so, for example, sending separate slates of electorers
and instructing Vice President Pence to challenge congressional certification of
the election. We're well within the purview of the president
(20:24):
because by nature, there was no conspiracy or illegal intent
on the part of Trump. In the case of Obama,
and mind you, we're still waiting all the facts, but
it's looking rather apparent that President Obama knowingly ordered the
falsification of intelligence reports to sabotage the president elect of
the United States. It's going to come down to whether
(20:46):
or not a court determines that Obama was acting within
his official capacity when ordering CIA Director John Brannan and
party to lead an altered report. Here's Pulsey Gabbard explaining
the points and.
Speaker 10 (21:00):
The clip that you played. You saw John Brennan, James Clapper,
James Comey stated with high confidence this January Intelligence community
assessment that they drafted at the direction of President Obama.
The fact is that they used already discredited information like
the Steele DOSSI. They knew it was discredit at that time,
(21:20):
yet they used it as a source for this document
that they claimed to have high.
Speaker 5 (21:23):
By the next day, the story was already in print
at the New York Times and Politico and the rest
of the Beltway sleeves media that didn't bother verifying a
bit of this. So is it within presidential authority the
leak a lie to the press to inflict harm on
a political rival. I think there's a very good argument
to be made that this is not within the official
(21:45):
presidential purview.
Speaker 9 (21:46):
Of the office.
Speaker 5 (21:47):
That would open up Obama to prosecution. And it's obvious
that John Brennan, James Clapper and the like are already
in deep legal trouble and there's no part in or
immunity for them to hide behind back after this.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Where's just trying to turn a neckelin to a die.
That's the bottom line. Where're just trying to turn a
neckel in to a dime. That's the bottom line.
Speaker 9 (22:13):
Welcome back everyone you're listening to. That's the bottom line
on KLVII, your weekly report that tells it like it is.
This is Gene Valerani reporting, and it's time now for
this show's weekly feature called the Dirty Little Secret. Although
I don't know if it's that much of a secret
or not anymore, But here's the bottom line for this morning.
(22:37):
When news broke last week from Tulsey Gabbard over us,
She's the current National Director of Intelligence for the United
States about former US President Barack obamas alleged participation in
a plot to falsely accused President Trump of being a
(22:58):
Russian spy back in twenty sixteen. Well, it's suddenly ignited
speculation to suggest former President Barack Obama was involved in
the plot to defaint Trump and have him accused of
being a Russian spy to aid the presidential run of
(23:20):
Hillary Clinton. That's what it was all about. If true
or if proven, it could end up being able to
bring criminal charges. The federal government might bring criminal charges
against Obama and others such as Hillary Clinton from the
Obama administration who allegedly conspired to falsely accuse Trump of
(23:43):
being a trader, and it was done to help Hillary
Clinton's twenty sixteen campaign to win the election for president
when she was running against Trump for the US presidency
and accused Donald Trump of being a Russian agent. I'm
sure if you get your memory banks working back, you
remember when all that was going on. It wasn't true
(24:06):
then and it's not true now. But many Americans will
remember how Miss Clinton destroyed emails associated with her campaign
and our former FBI director James Komy, himself now a
possible subject of a Justice Department investigation, played a role
(24:26):
in doing that, and others who were also involved in
the Hillary Clinton campaign for the twenty sixteen presidents. Trump,
of course won in twenty sixteen. Go underwent constant accusations
of being a Russian spy, as well as other falsehoods
and accusations, all of which were deemed true by Democrats
(24:50):
throughout his first presidency, culminating in two impeachment attempts against him,
the second one after he left office. Both times failed well,
the false accusations continued to play Trump after he left office,
leading to unjust and un American trials and numerous attempts
(25:12):
to prevent him from achieving the presidency ever again. Of course,
all these attempts failed, and eventually Trump won the presidency
a second time in twenty twenty four. So I'm just
giving you the background in case it has slipped your mind.
But now the shoes on the other foot at Obama
(25:32):
and former members of if it is administration find themselves
subjects of a US Justice Department investigation which will soon
probably begin being revealed some as early as this coming week.
Where it goes how it goes, and how far up
the latter a former Obama administration officials it will go. Now,
(25:57):
we're going to know all that very soon. Is this
investigation begins in earnest. Obviously, the American voters caught on
early that the accusations against Trump were false, and he's
back in the White House again, right. President Trump is
doing fine right now, but the Obama administration and many
(26:18):
within his former administration, may find themselves in court soon
any charges, if they occur, and any trials will not be.
Speaker 12 (26:28):
Held in Washington, d C. Now this is important.
Speaker 9 (26:31):
I'm going to tell you why, because if they have
a trial of Washington DC, then you know DC always
finds the Democrat DC court always finds the Democrats innocent.
But this time, any trial will be held in Florida,
where Trump was living when he left the presidency and
(26:52):
was living in Florida at his Mara Lago estate. And
as I understand it, that braid occurred while these alleged crimes,
we're not yet past the statute of limitations. So if
all this actually happens, it's going to be an amazing
event and a lesson to be learned. What is the
lesson to be learned. Simply put, cheaters never win and
(27:14):
winners never cheat. So anyhow, we'll all have to wait
and see how this all turns out. That at least,
at least for the time being, it now appears the
long arm of the law is now reaching out against
many of the people who perpetrated this situation and brought
(27:35):
it to life. I guess it's true the long arm
of justice finally reaches out and grabs those who defy
the law, or as far as that goes, still there
above the law. That it might be worth paying attention
to the news for a few days and see.
Speaker 12 (27:51):
How this all rolls out.
Speaker 9 (27:53):
Conformer President Barack Obama, ex FBI director, and many others
within the Obama administration actually, you know, actually end up
facing prosecution by the US Justice Department, because that's the
real question here, and we may find out soon enough.
(28:16):
And if it comes to that, I guess it's true
that no one really is above the law. Isn't that
what many Democrats were saying as they continually place charges
against Donald Trump, some of which were obviously a violation
of the law to begin with. And so there you
(28:36):
have it, ladies and gentlemen, that's going to be an
ongoing story this week. It's probably already being broken that
I want you to know that this is a big
deal and it may exonerate all this crap they've done
to President Trump.
Speaker 12 (28:52):
Pull me back with more right after this.

they're out of the picture temporarily. And in any event,
America's involvement seems to be increasing.
Speaker 12 (32:25):
You know that as well as I do.
Speaker 9 (32:27):
Now we are in this to help support the Israelis right,
and you as pertains to your life, you're into protecting
a nest egg from being exposed to a lot of shrinkage,
you know whatever, and perhaps looking for a move to
(32:51):
safety would certainly make a lot of sense.
Speaker 12 (32:56):
I feel that way.
Speaker 9 (32:59):
All the unsil certainty, you know, can can change for
those of you who are suffering setbacks, especially for those
of you now nearing retirement or who have already retired,
that asset Growth Associates. We work with large financial institutions
(33:20):
that provide both growth and safety to grow your nest egg,
but also provide streams of income or lump some withdrawals
for our clients. Want you to remember that it's important
to remember what good is it for an investor when
(33:44):
the stock market stares one day and then collapses the
next day. Some some days, you know, a bit of
good news fills up the bucket, but then the very
next day bad news tips it over.
Speaker 12 (34:01):
You know that, right.
Speaker 9 (34:03):
The net effects is that the bucket seldom remains ful
and the contents may not be enough when they're needed
for you to use that money to buy groceries and
continue to live the life that you're living. And that's
why we use principal protection plans. Those are the types
(34:27):
of accounts that are an interest by capturing gains when
the market is on an upswing without giving up those
gains when.
Speaker 12 (34:35):
The market retreats.
Speaker 9 (34:38):
And we all know by now due to the federal
reserves attempt to spark economic activity, it's uh, it's Jerome
pile he you know, he's holding those interest rates high,
and he's at odds with President and Trump for doing that.
(34:59):
But it's just a strategy that is eventually going to
bring another day of reckoning, and I'm afraid that when
that reckoning comes, it won't be pretty. This is why
we talk and use principal protection plans. When we say
principal protection, we means you don't lose any money. The
(35:21):
money that the market goes up and you make money,
that money stays in your account until you take it out.
Principal protection eliminates the fear of a downturn and losses.
These plans remain solvent. They can earn significant gains when
(35:42):
things are going well, but will not lose anything.
Speaker 12 (35:46):
When the market fails.
Speaker 9 (35:48):
Lately, I've been pointing out that there are a lot
of financial institutions offering various forms of plans. Many have
limitations and how much can be earned, which means they're
not much better than a low bank CD rate right.
(36:11):
Others have severe limitations on access to cash, or they
can tie up funds in other ways. The plans we
offer through Asset Growth Associates have numerous settlement options for
receiving funds after working for ways of achieving growth. Okay,
