against President Donald Trump. I've gota lot to go to tell you on

(02:38):
what Barack Obama initially called the planto fundamentally change the United States. And
I'm telling you, I guess it'salready occurring, isn't it? What they're
doing right now? And today's solutionsegment provides more ways to grow and protect

(04:15):
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, nowwe're getting into today's report. Another
miscarriage of justice occurred against former PresidentDonald Trump this past week, when once
again he was indicted for essentially thesame alleged crimes that Special Counsel Jack Smith
indicted him for, only this timeit occurred in Atlanta, Georgia, by

(04:39):
the Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis. Ironically, the required secret indictment was
made public illegally, even before thegrand jury voted to indict the former president.
And why is that? They're saying, Wow, it was just a
cleric error. So they're not evenpursuing that. But I wonder if maybe

(05:03):
they should be. You know, since the four indictments thus far are all
using untested legal theories, many legalscholars feel that Trump's attorneys should immediately foul
motions to dismiss all the indictments basedon constitutional due process violations. As I

(05:26):
just said, for publicly making thatindictment known before the grand jury had actually
voted to indict mister Trump, that'sface of ladies and gentlemen. Local county
prosecutors should not be deciding national presidentialelections, and by so doing are creating

(05:46):
constitutional violations. And not only shouldthe cases be thrown out, but prosecutors
like Fanny Willis themselves they should beheld legally againtable. It's even being suggested
that the Georgia prosecutor Fanny Willis andUS Attorney General Merrick Garland and his appointed

(06:10):
special prosecutor Jack Smith, they collaboratedon the Georgia indictment against Trump. As
far as President Trump, that isexpected. He plans to fight back,
and he's going to fight back strongly. You know he's going to do that.
He's scheduled a press conference for Mondaymorning at eleven o'clock from his Bedminster,

(06:33):
New Jersey golf club for a reportoutlining election fraud during the twenty twenty
presidential campaign, and he will personallyreveal the findings at this upcoming news conference
on Monday morning. Monday morning, eleven o'clock, Trump says, based on

(06:55):
the results of the conclusive report, all charge against him should be dropped with
a complete exoneration, as everyone shouldknow by now. DoD only was Trump
indicted again, but this time ahandful of his former associates, including attorney
Ruley Giuliani, America's mayor and formerchief of staff Mark Meadows, among others,

(07:20):
were also indicted by the Fulton Countague, Georgia grand jury. Interestingly enough,
the Georgia prosecutor, Patty Willis, her father, was a lawyer for
the notorious group known as the BlackPanthers in the past. The Black Panthers,

(07:40):
while you you should know, wasa revolutionary organization with the ideology of
black nationalism, socialism, and armedself defense, which they said they needed
because it was necessary to be usedagainst police officers. At its peak in
nineteen sixty eight, the Black PantherParty had roughly two thousand members. So

(08:05):
part of Fannie Willis's legacy comes fromher father's connection to this once known radical
group that actively believed in the overthrowof the United States. Now, I
remember the nineteen sixties very well, ladies and gentlemenen getting up there in age,

(08:26):
and I remember the state of affairsoccurring in this country back then,
and how young men such as myselfback then who returned from military service were
treated by the radical groups of thenineteen sixties, How they treated us.
I was an eyewitness, as othersmy age were, all who had also

(08:46):
volunteered and were drafted into military service, how we were treated. Veterans were
unfairly called baby killers, and policeofficers were called pigs. It was an
unusual time in US history. Now, many of these old nineteen sixties radicals,

(09:07):
you know, are hippies, that'swhat they were called back then.
They can be found, you knowwhere you can find them right now,
embedded in left wing pro socialist politicalclasses embedded within the US Congress and Senate.
So here we find ourselves with theleading Republican candidate for the US presidency

(09:30):
being prosecuted unfairly for challenging an electionfor which countless others have done for decades.
While the current political resident of theWhite household, Joe Biden, is
alleged to have used his political officeto enrich himself by taking bribes from foreign

(09:50):
enemies of the United States. Andwhile the bag man for this crime operation
was his son Hunter, and howthey scoffed at the law and that is
and is known to have illegally triedto avoid paying income taxes Hunter talking about
Hunter, now, he tried toget away with paying income taxes on two

(10:15):
million dollars of ill gotten gains.Yet they pursued Donald Trump with unending attempts
to arrest him and lock him upin prison for the rest of his life.
What can we do about it?That's what I want to know.
That's that's the real question. Youknow, we can vote and hope that
our vote counts because it is thatbecause you know, I don't know,

(10:39):
you know, I have a lotof questions and it's certainly coming out more
and more about whether this election waseven whether there was a lot of fraud
connected with it or not. Tump'sgoing to talk about it on Monday morning.
Stop and consider this, ladies andgentlemen, I would get I'm going

(11:00):
to tell you about this. TheBiden administration's assault on Donald Trump, coupled
with all these indictments might all beillegal. It might all be illegal,
ladies and gentlemen. And I'm goingto be bringing this up in the next
segment this morning, because what we'relearning is there's some there was some legislation

(11:24):
passed back in nineteen eighty and itallows the president to be held harmless whenever
he's pursuing wrong doing. So I'mgoing to tell you about this and see
if it applies in this particular situation. So I don't want you to go
away. We'll be back with muchmore of news that you can use on

(11:48):
this day's report of that the bottomline be back in a few minutes.
Where just trying to turn ancle inwhat next? The bottom line? If
you owe the irs five thousand dollarsor more, don't call an unknown eight
hundred number. Instead personally meet withus to review your IRS problem and if

(12:13):

set up a fresh start agreement withthe IRS. We can help you.
Ladies and gentlemen can call us wholefree at one eight six six seven two
eight three six nine seven. We'rejust trying to turn an epple into one

(12:33):
dime. That's the BottomLine. Peoplewill down from them, people will ride
that. People can't even want thetree can an when the word that bonat

(13:05):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you'relistening to. That's the bottom line.
Your weekly radio show on KLBI,that tells it like it is. Stop
and consider this, ladies and gentlemen, what I'm going to tell you right
now, this is very important andI want you to know about this.
The Biden administration's assault on Donald Trump, coupled with all these indictments might all

(13:31):
be illegal to begin with. Andthis was pointed out by the Wall Street
Journal Wednesday last Wednesday, which, like so much of the news media,
is no friend of mister Trump. But in their editorial section last week,
the Journal pointed out something which hasbeen overlooked, and that is and I'm

(13:56):
going to quote while serving as presidentof the United States. The president and
that of course includes Donald Trump, has a reasonable claim of absolute immunity for
actions taken related to his duties aspresident of the United States, including trying

(14:18):
to uncover voter fraud. Now,the reference is from a nineteen eighty two
Supreme Court ruling in Nixon versus Fitzgerald. In that case, the court ruled
the president has absolute immunity from liabilityarising from any official action taken while in

(14:43):
office. Now they say that itonly applies to civil lawsuits. I've researched
this a little bit, but lookingfor voter fraud would be an official duty
of any president. Surprise, surprise, surprise, Right, Well, looking
for voter fraud would be a dutyfor a president and is not a crime.

(15:05):
And that's what they're going after himfor. Over all this business of
he was trying to claim that hewas still the president whenever he was not
because he was not elected in Badenwas elected, and he was challenging like
that and has so many others havechallenged that. So I wonder why this
particular item has not been brought upyet. And that is the reference is

(15:33):
from a nineteen eighty two Supreme Courtruling it's Nixon versus Fitzgerald, and in
that case, the court rule thepresident has absolute immunity from liability arising from
any official action taken while in office, and looking for voter fraud, in

(15:56):
my opinion, would be an officialduty for any president. I wonder why
the news media isn't talking too muchabout that right now? Makes you wonder.
I guess they think they can slipthis one via on us because nobody
pays attention to anything anymore. Right, The Biden crime family has found a
way. Listen to this. Theyhave found a way to run out the

(16:18):
clock on the recycled income tax chargesand the illegal firearm charges against Hunter Biden
and potentially his father, President JoeBiden, by reappointing the original prosecutor,
David Weiss, as a special prosecutorand in theory, providing more authority and

(16:41):
more time why for Whites to prosecuteHunter. In so doing, listen,
the Biden administration has also diverted HunterBiden's final trial dates and given him the
opportunity to run out the clock andpotentially avoid any trial altogether by stending it

(17:03):
beyond the statute of limitations and delayingany attempt to include charges against President Biden
himself. It's probably what they're doing, this deal where they pulled the old
prosecutor back into the deal. Well, what it's doing, they're probably just

(17:23):
providing a smoke screen, ladies andgentlemen to help Hunter never face the charges
of not paying a penalty for avoidingpaying two million dollars in overdue income taxes
on time. And neither Hunter Bidenor his father, President Joe Biden,

(17:45):
they want to being caught. Theydon't want to. They don't want to
charge him being they want to tryingto avoid having both of them being caught
in a dragnet, so to speak, of accepting bribes from war an enemies
and in enriching themselves illegally a strategyof dragging everything out listen, dragging everything

(18:08):
out beyond the statute of limitations, and avoiding any questions by answering any and
all inquiries that the case is stillunder investigation. In other words, use
the law to break the law,and law both Hunter Biden and his dad
old Joe Biden to walk away withoutever facing the consequences of their misdeeds,

(18:33):
and the other bonus the Bidens getout get is to shift all the focus
back on former President Trump and keephim on the front pages with those charges
that they're continuing to heap on him, and to do all they can to
prevent Trump from ever sitting in theOval office. Again. Forgive me for

(18:57):
being so skeptical, but there's somuch corruption occurring within the Biden administration it's
very easy to seeing through what's goingon and very easy to see through the
plan being hatched. Plus, theBidens know the crooked news media will give

(19:18):
them all the cover that they need. But sad to me at least,
is that approximately fifty percent of thecountry, maybe more than that that I'm
talking about a lot of American voterswho blindly vote Democrat and remain uninformed.
They remain uninformed, and you know, the news media doesn't want to doesn't

(19:41):
want to say anything about what's goingon. They just want to talk about
Trump. The only reason President Bidenis US Justice Department and the people running
it these days that usurp the lawis because they know they can get away
with it. They see the theysee the unjust treatment the Biden administration is

(20:03):
heaping on former President Trump and they'rehappy about it. I'm talking about the
news media right now. What theydon't realize is that they're opening the door
to their own future doom, andunless this miss is stopped, it will
be the end of liberty and justicefor them as well as the rest of

(20:26):
us. Now we have a crookedpresident, crooked attorney general, and a
smattering of crooked district attorneys scattered aroundthe country in left wing jurisdictions, gleefully
taking away not only Donald Trump's rights, but also the rights of we the
American people. Honest, law abidingAmericans have every right to be afraid of

(20:52):
what's happening right now, because sooneror later, all this has to come
to a head. And we canonly hope the current assault being carried out
against freedom and justice is promptly metand stopped by we the people, and
is beaten back with full force. How else can I put it? Ladies

(21:14):
and gentlemen, we know in theend that good will triumph over evil,
but not before much suffering. AndI can tell you much more about that,
and I just you know. InIsaiah chapter five, verse twenty,
we read woe unto them that callevil good and good evil, that pursueth
darkness for light and light for darkness, and that and put bitter sweets bitter

(21:42):
for sweet and sweet for bitter.Okay, we're going to be back with
much more in a few minutes. We'll be back with today's dirty little secret.

Dot com? Where just trying toturn a decle into what do next?
The bottom line? Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to that's

(22:49):
the bottom line. Your weekly radiobroadcast on KLDI. That tells it like
it is with the information that youneed to find your way through the morass
of what's going on in this countrycurrently. And here's today's dirty little secret.

(23:10):
The attempt to fundamentally change the UnitedStates forever, which was once proclaimed
by former President Barack Obama, isalready currently underway. The dream of our
anti American communist traitors within is happeningright before our eyes. And yes,

(23:33):
ladies and gentlemen, the dream ofthe anti American left to carry out the
destruction of the United States is occurringas I speak. It's been underway for
decades and is closer now than ithas ever been to succeeding. They want
to take away your freedom as guaranteedby our precious American Bill of Rights.

(23:56):
Let me explain today's dirty little secretas to how it is occurring, and
pray that it won't succeed. Listencarefully about what I'm going to report.
The judge currently scheduled to preside overDonald trump so called hush money case involving

(24:17):
Stormy Daniels, Democrat Judge Jan Marshawnhas refused to refuse himself from the case.
Van Marshaun is the judge in thecase which the Manhattan da Alvin Gregg
managed to twist from an already andalready expired misdemeanor beyond the statute of limitations,

(24:45):
and succeeded to have a Manhattan grandjury turn it back into a multi
count felony, but has yet toexplain. Listen, this is important.
He has yet to explain exactly whatthe crime is to reactivate it as a
felony. Trump attorney sought to hadJudge Marshawn refuse himself from the Stormy Daniel's

(25:12):
case based on the fact that Marshawnis a Democrat political donor the judge.
The judge is a Democrat political donor, and as such should not be able
to sit as the judge in thisparticular case for obvious reasons. Marshaan's refusal

(25:33):
to recuse himself reveals the difficulty theTrump legal team will be encountering as crowd
dates move closer and Trump seeks eithernew judges or changes of venue from heavily
Democrat enclave such as Manhattan and Washington, DC, where partisan Democrat judges and

(25:55):
juries will sit in deciding Trump's guiltor innocence, as will that as will
be the case in Folton County,Georgia as well. It goes without saying,
ladies and gentlemen, that for Trumpto get a fair trial with juries
composed of all Democrats is very unlikelyand leads to speculation appeals to higher courts

(26:19):
will become likely if Trump is everto receive a fair trial, And of
course, part of the strategy beingundertaken by his attorneys is an attempt to
drag the cases out long enough toget through the twenty twenty four election that
ends in a Trump victory, whichif that happens, Trump conceivably can give

(26:44):
himself a pardon on the federal chargesand postpone state charges until he leads office,
or have them overturned by the USSupreme Court. This entire fiasco is
really the closest we Americans have beento having our country overthrown by an internal

(27:06):
communist insurrection. To me, itshows that the Democrat Party has already fallen
to the Communists and are being atour beginning to function as enemies in the
US Constitution. So it begins withoutsaying that the communist insurrection to destroy the
United States is founded, is alreadyunderway. It's not yet an armed revolt,

(27:33):
but through political intrigue and an attemptto overthrow the United States by a
takeover from within. That's what theplan is. That's what they're doing,
a plan to, as Obama oncesaid, to fundamentally change the United States
forever. Scary when you actually seeit happening and watch your fellow Americans on

(27:56):
the Democrat side actually carrying it out. If this succeeds, we will no
longer remain a free and just society, but a conquered people living in a
society of the haves and the havenots. And don't kid yourself into believing
it cannot happen here, because wealready see it happening. As I'm talking

(28:19):
to you this morning. You sawhow easy it was for the Democrats to
close our churches and schools during thepandemic, when armed police arrested people attending
church services and arresting religious leaders forholding services during the pandemic, that's what

(28:41):
they were doing. Then we havethe challenge of preventing our school systems from
corrupting the morals of our children andgrandchildren. And this is why I'm saying
the revolution has already begun to destroyour way of life, and why we
must not only defend against it,but also becomes strong enough to turn back

(29:04):
the evil before it's too late. If, if not now, when right?
Remember when Bobby Kennedy use those wordsa couple of decades ago. If
not now, when, ladies andgentlemen, That's that's the question. Listen,
are you tired of losing money withyour retirement accounts for one case or

We'll be back with more right afterthis. We're just trying to turn a
nickle into what die next the bottomline. This is Gene Valerati of Asset

(32:01):
Growth Associates. If you've been watchingrecent news, a few banks have had
a run where customers panic and withdrawall their money at once, causing the
banks to fail. If that isn'tworrying enough. On January first, twenty
twenty three, the Federal Reserve seta new low reserve trump for net transaction

(32:23):
accounts to six hundred and ninety onepoint seven million dollars, meaning that banks
with net transaction account balances up tothis amount are subject to a reserve requirement
ratio of zero percent. You heardme right, zero reserve requirements. Forget

(32:45):
fractional reserve banking. How about zeroreserve banking? Why would the Federal Reserve
create this environment of uncertainty? Ifthis is of concern to you, and
it should be, we can showyou how to check yourself and how to
locate and utilize financial institutions with veryreal reserves, not zero reserves. Give

(33:09):
us a call an Asset Growth Associatesone eight six six seven two eight three
six nine seven. That's eight sixsix seven two eight three six ninety seven.
You can also reach us locally inBeaumont Texas by dialing four O nine
eight four h sixty nine hundred giveus a call. You'll be glad that

(33:30):
you did. Where just trying toturn ancle into a die. That's the
bottom line. When you think aboutinvesting, the first thing which usually comes
to mind are stocks, bonds ormutual funds. Maybe real estate, but
stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, and as you know, they all

(33:51):
include risk of loss, especially whenwe look at the economic situation existing in
the here and now. That Ihave a solution, and today's solution segment
for investing, as always brings goodnews to people who want to set money
aside without fear of market losses andstill enjoy the opportunity to capture better returns

(34:16):
coupled with today's higher interest rates. At Asset Growth Associates, we have been
helping our clients avoid stock market lossesby incorporating principal protection accounts into their portfolios.
Plans indexed to the market in diseasethat capture gains but are never exposed

(34:38):
to losses caused by a market downturn. Listen to me. Plans that make
money but do not lose money causedby market downturns. And we couple these
plans with fixed interest as well.New contracts now being issued can earn a

(34:59):
ten perc return in the first yearof the contract and manage thereafter based on
a combination of market indices and fixedinterest without ever having to worry about losses
caused by market downturns. Your moneygets to grow and grow for you and
not shrink, and then you don'thave to come back from where you come

(35:22):
back and fight to get back tojust where you were just to break even.
Once earnings are credited to these specializedaccounts, they remain there until removed
by the client, and they keepgrowing for use, building your nest need
overtime without worrying about losing value, and more importantly, also are able to

(35:46):
produce a steady flow of income inthe future or any other measure of cash
withdrawals desired. If you're a regularlistener to this weekly broadcast, you've been
hearing talk about these plans for nearlythe last thirty years. The plans are
simple to understand. They earn indexedinterest returns, giving you the potential to

(36:13):
receive higher returns and never be exposedto market losses. That's how they work.
Now, whether our clients are interestedin a steady stream of income or
simply growing an estag for future use, we can help them achieve their goals.
The plans are designed to grow overtime, but remain highly liquid and

(36:37):
can be cashed out with a fullrefund of the initial outplay anytime they want.
They're excellent for ir A and fouroh one K transfers and rollovers,
and the plans provide IRA account requiredminimum distributions automatically each year. Now listen

(36:58):
to me. You know as wellas I do. There's no perfect plan,
but depending on individual needs, someare just better than others, and
we provide the individual service necessary righthere locally. When we open a principal
protection account, there are no upfrontfees, and in fact there's a six

(37:20):
percent bonus provided initially with some ofthese contracts and with the four percent guaranteed
rate of interest. If you haveone of those contracts that we're opening now,
you're going to make ten percent thefirst year. You're going to make
a ten percent gain in the firstyear of the contract, and all the
earnings are tax deferred. That means, as that money grows, you don't

(37:45):
pay any taxes Anyone with investments thesedays can stop the losses caused by so
much political chaos by simply coming inand visiting with us an Asset Growth Associates
