Brooke was diagnosed with als and she now uses a wheelchair.

Brooke used to take long walks and hikes with her dog, Dre,
but the leashes kept getting tangled in the wheelchair because
Drey's a little dog, so they couldn't go out on
their trips anymore. Brooke wrote a letter to Chewy clause
in the voice of Dre the dog, asking for a
solution that would allow them to go out together again.
Drey's request was the first grant that as part of

Dog received a basket of gifts and a custom wheelchair
attachment designed to accommodate Dray safely. Brook says, Dre has
seen me be less and less active, and this leash

time I have to ask someone to help me do
something I used to do by myself multiple times a
