Dwellers. Several years ago, Iwent for a hike in the Pacific Northwest
that I will never forget. Thesighting occurred in the woods of Esticada,
(00:55):
Oregon. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I'd planned dayhike to explore the
dense forests around the area. Iwas a passionate photographer and the location was
new to me, so I intendedto see a lot of it. I'd
been hiking for a few hours whenI heard something rustling in the bushes ahead.
I stopped in my tracks, curiousabout what it could be. As
(01:19):
I approached the bushes, I sawsomething that made my heart skip a beat.
There standing in front of me wasa group of sasquatches. They were
massive, easily seven feet tall, covered in thick, dark fur, and
had broad shoulders. Initially I thoughtI was seeing things, but I knew
(01:44):
they were real. As I lookedcloser, the sasquatches stood there, staring
at me with their large, darkeyes. I was scared, but I
was also fascinated. Of course,I'd never seen anything them, and they
didn't look quite how I imagined. They didn't seem to be aggressive. They
(02:06):
just stood there watching me. Islowly reached from my camera, hoping to
take a photo of this incredible sight. But as I did, one of
the sasquatches let out a deep growl. I froze, not wanting to make
sudden movements that would anger them.I stood there for what felt like hours,
(02:28):
just watching them. I could seethat they were communicating with each other,
but I couldn't understand any of whatthey said. Eventually, the sasquatches
started to move away, disappearing intothe thick forest. I was left standing
there in awe of what I hadjust witnessed. I knew I had just
(02:49):
seen something incredible that few people wouldever experience. But as I started to
return to civilization, I couldn't helpbut wonder if anyone would believe me.
Until now, I kept my encounterwith the Sasquatches to myself, not wanting
to be ridiculed or laughed at.But the memory of that day stayed with
me, haunting me and making meyearn for another sighting of these incredible creatures,
(03:15):
regardless of the potential danger. Yearshave passed since that day, and
I have gone on many hikes sincethen, but I have never seen the
creatures again. My encounter made merealize that our world is a very mysterious
place, and as long as thereare unexplored areas and will always be the
(03:38):
possibility of encountering something incredible. Submittedby anonymous. This has been five minute
