Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you have.
Speaker 2 (00:00):
Cassy Morning Show an awesome product USA installation, but speaking
for the on Their Behalf my entire coming up on
a full eighteen years. My dad before me also spoke
on Their Behalf because it is a great no brainer,
ultimate no brainer project. And Steve's return to the Fify
five Cassy Morning should have let you know about the
new special he's got, but also to make you aware
of how crazy andsane the price of energy is getting
(00:23):
another reason to get USA. Welcome back, Steve, my friend.
It's great to have you on today.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Great to be here on election day, Brian, thanks for
having me.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Did you vote yet?
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Oh yeah, I'm an early bird. You know I gotta
get in my vote early. Make sure it's counted first.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Good for you all right home. Heating costs are going
to rise again, it's all over the news. Natural gas
has gone up, propane's even risen a whole ton of money,
and of course electricity just keeps getting more and more expensive,
even though they want to push us in that direction.
If we don't want to go there, Steve, what are
(00:59):
we going to do about this?
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Well, there's only one answer, and we've talked about it,
as you mentioned, eighteen plus with your dad. You know,
no matter how you slice this thing up, it's always
the prices never come down. And I don't care who's
in office, I don't care what's going on. It's not
what you're paying for the stuff. It's the regulations and
(01:23):
the service fees. You look at your bill and you're like,
oh my gosh, why is this happening? But I know
one thing I could take care half of your problem
with one phone call to us USA Insulation. Let us
wrap your home and phone. It works. It cuts your
bills and gives you ultimate comfort. And we talked about
(01:47):
my special well it's something you've heard before, but I
feel compelled. We had to keep the ninety nine dollars
a month interest free offer out there, whether you can
afford it. An you can't afford to miss this opportunity
because you'll be surprised if we get hammered with a
cold winter. What's this utility bill really is gonna look like?
Speaker 2 (02:09):
Well, summer and winter. You saved. But you know, listen,
I know for a fact Steve that my listeners because
I've gotten emails from him over the years when you're like, oh,
I got the USA installation usually every email is you know,
damn it. The only thing I regret is that I
didn't do it sooner. But also that the when you've
(02:29):
done the ninety nine dollars a month interest free, the
savings were more than the payment for the phone. So
you know, once you're done discharging the price of the insulation,
it's all gravy from that point forward. But you know,
it could be a wash, it could be better than
a wash. It may not be quite the ninety nine bucks,
but you're going to save a substantial chunk of the
monthly payment just with the energy savings.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Oh, absolutely true. And we've tried to you know, and
again you're in the situation the last couple of years.
You know, budgets are tight, groceries, everything's up, and everybody
talks about it. But it's time to do something about
one thing you can't control, which is the biggest increases.
That's utility bills. You're right, it can either pay for
(03:12):
yourself or come dog gone close. And that's all you
could ask for when instead of complaining about it, do
something about it. It's in your hands, really, and and
we're here to service you. We got the guys. It's
it's coming up. Winter's gonna be we haven't had a winner,
and it's gonna happen. Man, we're right there waiting on it.
(03:33):
Let's let's go well.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
And even if it isn't a terribly cold winter, your
heater is going to your furnace is going to be on,
your HVA or your your your furnace system is going
to be on. Even if it's a mild er winter,
you're still going to have energy savings. With the foam
in the walls, you guys make the highest R value
foam in the market. I mean, you can't do any
better than USA's foam and the exterior walls.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
American made right here in Ohio. So I mean, everything's
sitting right in your lap. We're not paying all those
or remember during the COVID all the shipping costs and
all the extra disc and that. No, all we got
to do is drag down the road. So it's sitting
right at your fingertips.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Right, it really is. If you had a guess, and
you've been at this for a couple of decades, Steve,
how many houses do you think you've insulated with the
premium phone?
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Oh my gosh, well, well over the hundreds of thousands
we're talking. I'm coming up on forty years here.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
That's amazing.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
I don't feel it, but it's happening as.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Young as the day you were in college. I'm sure, Steve.
You know I talk all the time. If your home
was built before them mid seventies, in most cases, there
is nothing in that airspace in the exterior wall, so
you know, obviously empty space, no our value. This is
going to improve dramatically. But like you did for my daughter,
she had a late seven or half a late seventies build,
(05:01):
so mom and dad has a housewarming gift, got your
phone in the exterior walls of her house. You only
had something like R twelve in there. So the foam
goes in with that, providing the extra insulation.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Well, that's what people have to understand. This is not
just for an empty cavity. This is what you believe
it or not. We're getting two year old homes, three
year old homes. Hey, can you tighten it up a
little bit with the phone. Even though we got the
new insulation in there, it just doesn't feel like it's working.
And you know that's not what we're optimally wanting to do.
(05:35):
But whatever it takes to give the people what they need.
And you'd be amazed how well it works. As your
daughter knows. I mean, you know they had the R twelve.
I bump you up into the twenties and stop that
air infiltration. It's a huge factor right.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
There in the twenties. That is amazing. And you know,
and she pointed out in previous conversations I've had with you,
the old insulation does tend to deteriorate over time. So
our twelve in twenty twenty four isn't what R twelve
was in the late seventies. When the house is built.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
No, well, that's absolutely well. It's like a Christmas tree,
you know, it doesn't last forever in the in the
fibers which was glass fall apart, and that's what happens.
It's like anything else, all right.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
The inspection is free. So if you think you're under insulated,
call Steve. If you know you're uncertain under insulated, and
that'd be those older homes, call Steve. Get a free quote,
get it done. Enjoy not only the ninety nine dollars
a month interest free to get the foam in the walls,
but also the twelve one hundred dollars energy tax credit
the federal government's going to give you next year for
doing the right thing for yourself, and that's saving money
(06:42):
and making your house more comfortable. Steve, thanks for all
the help you've given my listeners again and I just
again to the point the only regret you're going to
have is that you didn't do it sooner. So get
in touch with Steve and the good people at USA
