Speaker 1 (00:00):
One more time. With the weather, we have a well,
a little chilly day to day high fifty four with
a light rain and some clouds. Clouds to move out
or now you'll get under thirty five, meaning we'll have
some frost, sunny skyes tomorrow with a high fifty five again,
frost overnight Wednesday, clear and thirty five, and a sunny
Thursday with a highest sixty three closing out of forty seven.
Let's get that final traffic update.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Chuck from the UCL Traffic Center. Mammograms say five's called
five one three, five eight four. Paint to schedule your
annual Mamma dram with U see health X thirteen. That's
five one, three and five eight four pink. Westbound thirty
two continues to crawl out of Batavia to an accident
before you get to Eastgate at Old seventy four. Eastbound
two seventy five starting to move just a little bit better.

(00:43):
The wreck near the Double A is clear. All lanes
are open, but traffic was backed up to Dixie, so
you're still over a forty minute delay. Chucking FROMUND fifty
five kr a seat the talk station, Hey.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Forty eighty five KRC DECAUK station. Sorry, God, it's time
to ask the expert. And our expert today John Ruman
from Coverage Sincy too good to be true. That's what Jeff,
one of Jeff's employees said. Jeff over at mark On
apparently I had a meeting with you, John. You went
through coverage for his entire team, his whole group of employees,

(01:18):
and he said it was again almost too good to
be employees were hesitant. They didn't believe that what you
were suggesting for medical coverage was so affordable and yet
provided great coverage. It's just I mean you can tell them.
I mean you were there, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
We were actually there, just there yesterday, and we presented
to each one of his employees, sat down with each
one of them, went over their unique situation, their coverage
and all that. But you know that's just the group setting.
You know, what we're doing is nothing different than what's
already available out there. The problem is most people can't
pick up supplemental coverage in addition to what they're paying
for group insurance. I mean, you get the guys that

(01:56):
come out and try to say, hey, this is how
you can get rid of your deductible, this is how
we can help you. But you know, when you're paying
thousands of dollars a month for a group health plan,
there's no more money available to do that. So you know,
keeping the traditional model, if you're under fifty employees and
still doing group insurance and you haven't looked at the
alternative options that are available to you, I mean, that's

(02:17):
where we can really save the money and you.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Improve the bottom line for the business as well as
helping the employees get more affordable better medical coverage.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Absolutely, I mean most of the time, like they had
ten employees. I mean, the money that we're gonna be
able to save them is the salary of another employee.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Is just mind blowing. I no wonder people don't believe
it anyway, John Roman, if you don't know from cover,
since you find them a lot of coversince dot com,
I always us you the challenge when I'm telling people
about what you do. Hundreds of insurance policies, thousands of
hundreds of insurance companies with thousands of different plans allows
you to create a package, and it depends upon who
the person is what package you will create. Because everybody's

(02:55):
got something different going on in the world at any
given time, So it's an individual analysis. But because you
have so many options available, you can get a dollar
one coverage, and you can get a catastrophic policy, you
can get an Obamacare policy layer. It was something else,
and in the end of the day, everyone's smiling and
happy because.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
It's not just about saving money, it's about improving their situation.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
Right.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
We want every one of these employees to walk away feeling, hey,
this is better than what I had before. And that's
our goal. One percent is to make sure that we're
covering the true costs of healthcare, which is not just
their premiums. It's covering those huge out of pocket expenses
that everybody has, and we call them all the time
prohibitive benefits. You know, COPE is aductibles, co insurance. This

(03:39):
is the questions that we start thinking, Hey, I got
to pay all this money to use this plan on
top of what I'm already paying for insurance, and it
just makes it, you know, just a bad situation and
a lot of lights for a lot of these groups.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
All right now, you know, you save people heafloads of
money while getting better coverage. And that's why my point being,
you have no obligation other than to reach out to
John and the team. Call them up, initiate the conversation
that way, or go to cover since dot Com. Fill
the form out and they'll get back with you. They'll
take a look at what you've got and they'll present
you with an option or multiple options. Take it or

(04:10):
leave it. None of that costs you any money, but
trust me, you are going to want to take it
because it's going to be a better outcome. And if
it's not John, that's good news actually for the person
that comes in. If you can't do anything better than
what they got, they've got the best out there, I.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Mean, the best thing to have that free analysis and
sit down and go hey. John has worked me through
this and he has advised me to say exactly where
I'm at, and that way, you can feel very assured
at that point that you're doing the right thing for
you and your family.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
All right. And it can't be left unsaid that once
you're working with John and the team, he's got your
insurance locked in. You're happily covered if you ever ever
and it's going to happen. It happens everybody a crane
doesn't get paid. There's some question mark about an explanation
and benefit. You don't know where to go to for
the best provider for the lower cost money. They do
that work for you. Your team resolves the problem. So

(05:01):
I don't have to get on the phone. My listeners
don't have to get on the phone hangout for two
hours on hold with Anthem or any other medical insurance company.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Yeah, and we don't want you to. And if you're
an employer listening to this, I don't want you in
the insurance business. I want you to direct all of
your employees to my office because we're the ones that
need to be answering those questions for them. You're like
a built in HR department for medical insurance. Absolutely absolutely,
we're the experts, you know. We want to make sure
that they're reassured and they walk away going, hey, I
can worry about my business now. And if my employee

(05:30):
has a question or runs into an issue in the future,
they're just gonna call John. I'm not answering that question anymore.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
That's peace of mind right there. Now, What if you
don't mind. I know there's a lot going on with medicare,
and I regularly remind my listeners if you're getting close
to Medicare age, you're coming up on openrollment. You got
to have a discussion with John on the team because
there's been some changes in the law and there's also
some real big traps that you could fall into if
you're not adequately informed.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Today marks a day for AEP for Medicare, so annual
election period for anyone listening to this right now now,
if you're on Medicare, you know it absolutely affects you.
Your part decoverage this year for twenty twenty five absolutely changes.
You probably already already got your annual notice of change
and that's going to affect you. So making sure that
you have number one the proper prescription plan going into

(06:16):
next year. But it's affecting all the Medicare advantage plans.
I mean, we're seeing reduced networks, we're seeing changes in that.
I mean, you might be losing your primary care provider
and don't even know. That's why we strongly advise you
to have that conversation and listen. You know, my office
is built with you know a few agents that we
have there that are absolutely available to you. We're not

(06:36):
a call center, We're not well. I mean, that's the
number one sales for medicare in the industry is these
huge seventy eighty man call centers. You're going to work
with an agent and guess what they're they're calling me
in February because they don't have a job. They're no
longer there anymore. So, I mean, you're not going to
be dealing with someone that has your back and knows
your personal situation each and every year. It can make
sure you're on the right plan.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
So it's really easy to do that five one three
eight hundred call five one three eight hundred two two
five five or coversincey dot com online either with the
wire I get all the information right there. Anything else
you'd like to add, but let me thank you on
behalf for Jeff, because Jeff listens to me, and he
listens to my recommendations, and he has gotten back with

(07:19):
me with other sponsors. He said, I called so and
so they did a great job. I did this and
they did a great job. And he said, I'm getting
ready to call cover sincey I said, you let me
know how things work out. And obviously, based on the
email I got this morning, he seems like he's a
really happy guy with happy employees.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
No a great guy, great company, you know. I mean
they're there. They were very you know about their employees.
That was their number one thing, you know, and we
wanted to make sure that you know, when they come
to us, they're in absolutely good hands. It's not you know,
we get that. One of our biggest objections typically is
it seems too good to be true, which is something
we just pretty much hear from everybody that we talk

(07:56):
to because there's no one doing insure is the way we.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Are well and you're doing it right. I've got lots
of happy listeners letting me know how pleased they are
across the board on that cover. Sincey dot com again
the number is five one three eight hundred two two
five five phone have been ringing off the hook, and
I was a reminder. John and I do a program
on Sunday mornings at eight am, Rethink Healthcare Together, and
every Sunday you can learn a whole lot more. We

(08:23):
do like a deep dive, not going back to Daniel
Davis deep dive, but a really in depth analysis of
how this works and what they do and what they
can do for you across all areas of medical insurance
and of course medicare as well, so check that out
on Sunday mornings.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
John.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
It's always a pleasure, and thank you again for what
you and your team are doing for all of my
listeners and your other clients out there. Folks, you didn't
get a chance. Orlando's Sons was on at seven oh five.
He is awesome, fired up. Listen to the podcast, and
he's doing another debate with Greg Lansman. I guess that's
via Cincinnati dot com. The Enquirer is doing the debate.
So you want to see a guy knock a home run,

(08:56):
watch Orlando clean the clock, clean Greg Lansman's clock. Empower
you John, Colonel John Mills retired. He's going to do
with dismantling the Deep State seminar tonight. Log in from
the convenience of your home empower you America dot org.
It's virtual only, but tune in at seven for that.
We have the inside scoop with DC Bureau News Chief
Matt Boyle and the latest on the campaign trail, and
of course the Daniel Davis Deep Dive. That's all at

(09:18):
fifty five KRC dot com. Tune in tomorrow for Judge
Jennita Paulatano. Have a great day, folks. Thanks Joe Strecker,
you're a good man. Don't call wake Glenbeck's next.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
The twenty twenty four election, I was going to get
to via Kamala Harris, and now President Trump's.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
Going to get into the debater.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
I've got kicked off about that. On fifty five KRC,
