Eight forty eight five KCD talk station, Baby is it's
cold outside stating the Augius and someone who knows all
about cold and heat. My good friend Steve from USA
Installation to talk about well the ultimate no brainer, which
I've been calling it for years. Well, this is my
nineteenth year in radio, and happy new year to you, Steve.
I've been talking for you and pushing your products since
(01:17):
well I started radio. My dad spoke on your behalf
prior to me taking over. And you know what, you
have many complaints. I got none.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
Welcome back, man, Hey, Happy new year to you, Brian.
And we've appreciated all the years you've backed this out
then and encouraged people to do the right thing, which
is let your home.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Yeah, you know, and I was thinking about my my
personal energy bill. Now you've been to my house, you guys,
and you and Robert you know why where I live,
and I have a pretty well insulated home, and I
enjoyed the benefits of USA since I got the new
roof because you guys phone the roof just like tons
of it, and it works like just a charm. I
(02:01):
can only imagine what my I consider, you know, reasonable,
in the grand scheme of things energy bill would look
like if I didn't have any insulation in my home,
like so many homes out there in the world. I mean,
it would be like probably five hundred dollars a month.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Well, you know, and the unfortunate thing is you never
get that money back and there's nothing to show for
it at the end. You have no comfort throughout your
lifetime and your home. You do the pretty things and
the frivolous things, and then you know, the most important economically,
financially and comfort wise is translate your home very simple.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well, so it's easy to obtain the USA installation. It
takes what less than a day to do the average home.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
Yeah, we get it done in a day. It's one
phone call. We come out there, we assess the situation.
If it fits what you need, we definitely can do
that part. And we make it easy to pay for
it virtually pays for itself. And then in one day
when that grew out there, it's done and you're moving out,
you forget about it except and appreciate what would doe.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
For you as value well, and you'll notice the comfort
improvement that the very day you guys put it in.
I remember this straker telling me years and years and
years ago, when you guys phoned his home, he's he
noticed how quiet everything was. He didn't have any of
the road noise come in his house anymore, but of course,
you know, the comfort is noticeable. I remember when we
had a home in Chicago, and man, I really wish
(03:33):
I had that foam in my home up in Chicago
was a one hundred and twenty five year old house,
but just always you know that one or two rooms
that are freeze and cold, that heat just doesn't quite
reach him. Well, your foam in the extery wall's highest
our value on the market and only ninety nine bucks
a month interest free. That really helps that situation because
(03:53):
you can actually get the heat into that room and
the foam helps it stay.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
There, you know, and it's it truly is the most
efficient product in the United States for any older home.
This is a quick way and inexpensive way to get
you into the newer home realms of where everybody's really
focusing on energy efficiency. Our foam actually outperforms in the
(04:19):
walls then most new construction homes without extending your cavity
there are two by six. So certainly for a one
day application to get yourself into a brand new, well
insulated all that's pretty good stuff.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
That's called outstanding return on investment right there, and that
sums it up a lot. I mean, the fact that
you have the highest our value foam in the market
and you can outperform a new construction build is amazing.
So when you compare, let's see someone's weighing options, do
I buy replacement windows or do I do this? If
you're looking for energy savings, this is like the only thing.
(04:54):
I mean, this is like number one priority is the
exterior for the foam walls, and then of course the well.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
Well sure because most of insulation on the walls, the
attic and all that is definitely the biggest heat boss
you could possibly have. Windows. There's a percentage answer. Windows
are falling out of the frame. Well, let's basically you
gotta get it done. But you can always put plastic
up to get by. Well, no one wants to do
that either, but you know, you just have to make
the right decisions. A dollar for dollar, no better investment
(05:25):
than our fulle insulation in your walls and the way
we insulate the rest of the outer shell.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
Of your home. Well, you know, and there's two extra
perks I was thinking about. One. We had the woman
who experienced the USA Foam improvement, and she apparently had
a mouse problem prior to the foam going in the walls.
This fills in all the cracks and cran nooks and
crannies and everything like that. So you get the extra
benefit to the extend somebody's got a critter problem. This
is go a long way to solve that. But it
(05:50):
also extends the life of your furnace and your air
conditioning unit.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
Well, that is absolutely true. I mean, I'm not gonna
we're the UH credit experts in the world, but we're
not going to guarantee that. But I can tell you
one thing, you are correct. Spiders, things along those natures.
You know those walls are empty, particularly or even if
there's some old fiberglass, you know, everything likes to nest
in those those things. So with our phone, it cleans
(06:18):
it up. Now, speaking of cleaning it up, there's another
big thing that people are buying our phone for, and
that's health because you realize, you know, you got to
dust your home more when when you got nothing in
it except dus because it'll infiltrade into the homes we
have When we pull them the wall cavity, it cleans
all that up. Nothing's getting through, so it's not blown
(06:41):
in your house. And you're breathing healthier air. It gives it,
you know, it's a big benefit. We're finding that a
lot of people are noticing that they're not having to
dust their home anywhere near the level they used to
have to.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
That is Yeah, in all the years that we have talked,
that's the first time you've brought that one up. So see,
I'm never too uh, it's never too late to lot
learn something more. USA Insulation dot Net is where you
find him online. You give Steve and the crew call
at five one three three eight one three six two
six three eight one phone take advantage of the ninety
nine dollars month interest free offer. You will be glad
(07:14):
you did. Your only regret that I've heard many times
over the year, Steve, I wish I'd have done this sooner.
Save money on your energy bill, enjoy the better comfort.
Happy new year to you and the entire crew at
USA Installation. Steve, it's great having you back on the show.

of damage with little time or effort or training. Check
