I said Leslie had the longest like appearance and time

(01:35):
in between appearances. I think Nick has a good three
to four years in between him.

But he's back.

Speaker 2 (01:41):

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I had that jersey to the favor.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
The only problem is.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
That I don't know what You're gonna match that with you.
It's gonna be hard, but it was a little kid,
didn't matter.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
My favorite jersey of all time. Black.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
All right, Before we get to the personal training and
Nick helping us on our journey, it's football season.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Around the corner wearing the mouse.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
But I believe we're maybe two weeks away from opening
Opening Sunday.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
So we've done this in the last few years.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I think we're gonna break down the divisions and we're
gonna pick a winner for the division.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
And this time I'm gonna add the two wild cards.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
We're gonna pick the six playoff teams from each conference.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
And of course we live in the East Coast. We
live in New England Patries Country, So let's start with
the a f C East.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Now, if you don't know who's the f C East,
it's the Pats, It's the Bills, it's the Dolphins, Dolphins.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
This plural is a bunch of the ones, a bunch
of them, a bunch of them. And the New York
Jets j T Jets. Yeah it is. It is a
little catchy. Uh yeah, from New York. I think for
the Jets, New York. I'm gonna tell you this. I

(03:33):
know people from New York.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
This of the Jets, most New York people I know
Giants fans. Yeah, it's definitely, but I like Curtis. I
just have to figure, yes, that's.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Crazy, probably like a top five running back all the time.
I wouldn't say that it's key My favorites the Jets barely. Yeah,
that was, and I hate but it's still he's amazing.
It's not.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
It's not Red Sox player goes to the Yankees. I
don't think I hate anybody who goes to the Jon.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
It's not that kind of there. It was just different.
Scot went there to part Scott Ravens linebacker damn yeah, wait,
we always love love that linebackers.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
He always got like a good line Now, I think
this division is pretty much set and.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Who is going to win the Yeah, I think we
all know it's definitely it's just a squad over here,
the Bill Howlong. Has that been your squad for the
first couple of years we're here. He didn't claim them.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
But like Josh Allen, he kept picking them for everything
and every single thing, Like, no, that's the word team
the Bills at least.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
The last couple of people he had him as m
v P had him as m v almost what you did? Yeah,
yeah he did. Should have been a should have been?
I agreed.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
How do you win in every category of quarterbacking? He
got more touchdowns? Did Yeah?

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Because the rushing adds to it. Have you seen the
Hard Knock I haven't yet, and I really want to
watch it.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
It's pretty cool. It's just gotten a little older for me, man.
I used to be like trying to tune in.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
You know what it is.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Because when Hard Knocks came out, it was before social media.
That was your only look at players.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Behind the scenes. Yeah, now I can go on Twitter.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
I can see the clips I love behind the scenes
of the sports. Yeah that's cool, But like I don't
need to go watch a thirty minute episode on HBO
to see it.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
I could just literally see it on Twitter. Right, So
Hard Knocks is I've been doing it for Formula one.
I've been going wow, wow. I was like watching like, yeah,
that's kind of random.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
But the thing on Netflix called Unreal, which is all
which I love that I watched all that.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
How do you feel about that because like, obviously can't
you have anything no more? We know, we know it's scripted,
but like I kind of wanted them to fake it
a little bit.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
They do.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
It's a little improv uh scripted Yeah yeah, yeah, but
then you see then you see the ship on on
on Yeah, well right after they say.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
It, whoa not right after.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
It's a lot of chemistry with That's why when you
see a crash them off the ropes.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
If you see a trash match, it's because you guys
a crash. It's like it's going off to say, hey,
this is the match you are supposed to win at
this time, and they'll give you like two different spots
to do.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Figure it out.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Figure it out the rest of you guys. So if
it's asked, I mean, you guys, just ask because they tell.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
You what to do. Come you didn't jump off the
top rope? Yeah that last Let's bring bring this back.
We got a lot of talk about it alight.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
The Bill is definitely the front runner, so let's just
leave that there. Well, actually, anybody else got anybody for
the Bills? Winning the divisions is the Bills. Let's talk
about the new stadium too.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Pats very interested to hear Nick Alberts. I'm going to
call you a full name. I don't know why it's
always full name, because.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
There's a lot of That's fine, there's a lot of
But now back second day people will be like, well,
because these.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
There's too many, how do you see the Pat season
honestly going?

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Honestly, I I definitely see a wildcard. Okay, contend for wildcard.
I honestly, I'd rather than be sort of like a
lottery pick, you know, maybe a more one, more stun
get one.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
But I think they're going to compete for a wildcard.
What do you think about how many wins? I'd say
eight to ten. I think that's everybody.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
And that's when one person nine, one person tend a
couple of weeks ago and everybody was in that eight
to ten range. I think what it comes down to, like,
if they can stay healthy, I think they're on that ten.
They get some injury, their favorite in twelve games. Yeah,
they're very well, could really good, too good, and they

(08:03):
be like Washington last year. My mind is like I'm
gonna pick against Yeah, right, there.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Is no fucking way he wins. The season has come
out with what I've been hearing that might be.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
It might be you know, internet's the Internet. Drake May's
not looking too great and training camp I hear the side.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
I didn't really hear that either.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
Again, internet could be Internet, you know, and that's showing
me highlights and highlights always. You know this cue the
of course thirty.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Five throws and he's gonna show you the three ones
where he connected.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
Three perfect times for that last preseason game, Like he
looked good for those for those few possessions that he
was in.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
You know, I think, you know, he's gonna think he's
gonna run for like five hundred yards. He's gonna run
for five hundred yards. I think. So I just need
him to keep improving. That's it. I feel like he's
not Will Campbell is a dog and he's he's gonna,
I think, solidify that side of the line. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
I love that he's not stopping into the whistle, which
is like my favorite instead of going like Patdancake, You Padancake,
You keep going. He's like, no, you are going out
of bounce. That's it is done. You're at a bount.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Honestly, we just need Drake made to be average. I
don't is gonna allow him to be I think above average.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
I think he's definitely gonna free up a lot of
Like again previous episode, I'm not too high on things.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
It's it's no, but he's still better than better than anything.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
And again they've had third team in three years coming
off in a c l older, older cocaine.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
So it's a lot of it's a lot of things
going on. Bring up with since because you can't prove
what that was, so it's all that baggy is made
for one thing. Then it's a little fund ladies. Some

(10:00):
I left the little balls and player who did look good?
Is that running back?

Speaker 3 (10:09):
Oh Lord, that pot is fast and you can always
sell fast when like when you see him, like especially
in kick returns, because you.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Could really got everybody going full and when you see him.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Literally at level with somebody and completely there's some players
who have a p had I think ap had the
biggest guy who I've ever seen had that like third
gear like one two, and it was.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Like all right, now, yeah, he had that third gear.
I don't know if you've had a player on the
Bats that's had that third gear fast a while.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
The Pats always liked a receiving back than actually great, Yeah,
that's his specialty. I can't wait to see us actually
utilize a running back. Running back, you know, I want
thirty carries.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
The last time we had the Patriots had a good
running back Cory Dylan Corey.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
That he.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Gart ship, but he didn't get the goal line and spot.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
No.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
He had o one thousand yards that year with but
he didn't get the ball as much like now. I
don't know how many carries had the carries normal running back.
But we had a squad then so we could do everything.
I'm not saying that I can't remember the reason we
didn't have.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
I just want a I'm always James White, I guess
to Kevin Folk, yep, who was the one that was
as another laws Moroney was a bomb. We can't agree
all that above is you're Elliott.

Speaker 6 (11:44):
No.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
I really wanted him to want better. Was a fan
of Stevenson. Stevenson he fumbles a lot. Yeah, it's literally
like the word quality. You have got a good potential,
but you fumbled like that.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
It's that I don't remember how he runs it. Does
he run loosey goosey? That's why he's fumbling. Thing is
I think he's a contact running back who didn't contact
running back who's fumbling?

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Is literally what the right? But the LT here? Yeah,
well you can't compare everybody the l T I know.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
But the fact that he had a fumbling problem and
he's like, I just got from here to here and
now I can't fumble.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
Yeah, we have Taylor way back of his career.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
He's on the Jack was shout out to this podcast. Yeah, okay,
he's the one with some I said, I think they
split up with some ship.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
I don't know something pivot things. So there, right, I
don't know. I can't keep checking all the podcasts. The
Jets they got dude from the Steelers just in field
the fields. He could be all right potential, but the
Jets are gonna be the Jets. They're gonna suck.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
Yeah, he had a poor what I don't know that
poor training like I've been I've been, have you on
in the past two years and they just fall flat
on the face. Just in general, they know because they
did have a very like they have a lot of
pieces they gotta.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
I mean Aaron Rodgers, Ternes week one that was that was.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Just like Zach Wilson exactly, coaches staff, Garrett Wilson, Breese Hall.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
They're good pieces, great people outside, good to man. Yeah,
they got pieces.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
I wouldn't I wouldn't be shocked they if they finished second,
and I wouldn't be shocked.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
I have a better record than the Pats. To be
honest with you, I don't think they just have a chance.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
Just feels is the starting cornerback, correct, Yeah, I don't
see them being as good as they.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
Have to run. May really could be the real threat
in the East.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
His head on his shoulders. The gonna have a big
year because he is looking crazy and Wattle is a
star too. He's gonna have a breakout.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
I've always had water on Fancy and you know, yeah,
I need him, but I got it, I got him.
I need him this ship.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
I might it might be a battle for the East,
like it's the Bills and the next three might just
kill each other, you know what I mean, Like like
it might be like I could see with him the
next three just splitting because.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
Coleman probably have a big year this year for the Bills. Yeah,
they need him. They just signed uh James Cook James extension. Yeah,
he's locked in, man.

Speaker 4 (14:31):
I'm proud of him. I like how they like fade away,
but he actually started getting better and better.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
Yeah Dalvin Cooks yeah, brother, Yeah, heally be better than
Dalvin Ye had sixteen touchdowns last year, true, real quick.
I don't know if we're going to do it just
because of the East.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
I don't know if I'm doing for every every division,
but list of four, like the standings at the end
of the season, so we all got Bills number one,
Josh Gobecs.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
Bill's Miami, New England and then last and the least
suggests I'd say the same. I think it's a toss
up between the Dolphins and the Pats, But I think
I think you might see three teams in the a
f C East in the playoffs. I wouldn't be shocked

(15:25):
if we stays healthy. I think they can be win
some games.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Usually it's the AFC North that probably like comes up
of right now. They don't they don't have well the
bank Ravens.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
I know that's the problem. The Steelers are loaded to
go back. They see Miami being like maybe one game
ahead of the I just see two are getting knocked out,
so like I can probably see.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
But I also see fields getting like fields yeah, regardless
whether fields is healthy or not.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
So honestly, I mean give you, give you for a
real quick I got the Bills, Bill's, Dolphins, Patriots, Jets
all that.

Speaker 7 (16:10):
He says exactly that I was waiting. You may seem
like you would go to stand. So he's like, I
got the exact same thing.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
That's tough because like Jets and Dolphins can just I
think Patriots are definitely third, but Jets and Dolphins I
got passed.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
I got Pats third, but I got the Jets second
because I just think with their defense in field just
has to be average.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Remember and the Bears, he all he has to do
is be average. You don't.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
So I think out of those three teams, it's whoever's
quarterbacks can stand up for the most games. I don't know,
whatever quarterback plays the most games, that team has probably
got the number two.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
I don't know the Dolphins defense, I don't know who
they lost Ramsey, they got them we'll do the Steelers
they just got. It was a good trade for It's
a nice and a nice piece from the from the Steelers.
I forget making Fitzpatrick. Yeah, so it's not like you
know what I mean, that's true.

Speaker 3 (17:08):
But yeah, out of all of them, I think Dophins
probably have the worst defense all them.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
They have argued could have the best, most explosive offense
compared because they've been.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Together for a while. Speed Kills Tour knows these guys now,
like I would hope, so probably don't. I forget these
niggas names at this point.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
To be honest with you, I'm marking alright, since you
let might as well go a f C North North.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
It's usually historically the toughest division in the world.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
I don't know about that, but it goes the Ravens, Steelers, Bengals, Browns.
I think as how we knew who was going to
be first in the a f C East, I think
we know who's gonna be last in ANFC North.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
So let's just put the Browns right there. He's gonna
be exactly what you just said. He's think he's coming
injury now, bleak, you got time his problem. They're saying
that he practiced too hard before and after you shoulder
the rest.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
I don't want to like, I'm honestly starting to think
that Cleveland drafted him just so people would pay attention
to Cleveland.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
I don't think though it is smart like brown Yeah,
Brownie affect exactly that they're both good.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
So how do you how do you how do you
put somebody forth in the death chart and start him
in the preseason game.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
To test them out? You're not starting your fourth.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
There for you know, the obvious reason, Like he's he's
got that he's gonna experience, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
So like if they're if if they're sucking, like all right, hey,
we're gonna put this guy in. It's gonna give him
a chance to win.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
I found something out recently that the reason another reason
Watch your Door drop so low was because of the
contract he had, which was he gets money for anything
that his name is on or anything like this is on.
So no one was like, we're not paying you that
you're fucking rookie. Like so, so he had like a
big percentage already He's made way more than his contract

(19:18):
because of just the Jersey's house. Cleveland is like, bro,
what else you have going for you?

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Definitely we gotta see what's going on with Judkins first too,
because if he's playing, then they have the running back.
They have a lot of quarterbacks to quarterbacks right now.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
Yeah, I don't know what the Cleveland's doing, but they're
gonna be last, all right, moving.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
Always, definitely just giving the people what they want. Bro here.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
Damn damn here, damn all right, since he has that
bad man Joe, the cold, the cold, the problem is
his story.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
They don't have no defense. They don't pass block, they.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
Don't pass block, doesn't stay healthy because the don' pass
don't pass block. That's a very important He's good enough
to get him to the playoffs by himself, Yes, yeah,
well him and Jamar.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Yes, how you think Higgins?

Speaker 2 (20:18):
There might be three playoff teams from the a f
ceas I think next of that, I think there's three
from a very low very well. Could be because Steeler's
defense looks crazy.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Everything is depending on Aaron Rodgers. Actually no, I don't
think it's depending He just has to be average. Yeah,
without accordback last year, average, not even average, be a
bad version of Aaron Rodgers. Yes, that's how good.

Speaker 6 (20:43):
He was.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
Cornerback Joey Porter Jr. Oh Hell yeah, so saying he
thinks he's one of the best cornerbacks there. You go,
thanks that. Yeah, absolutely, And they got Jalen Ramsey. Come on,
that's crazy. And Baltimore is Baltimoremore is gonna be town.
Derek her winning the Chips this year?

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Yeah, Yeahschlas he has is the king the King card.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
This is a toss up.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
I don't know who good division winner was gonna pick
the Ravens. Something gonna spoil that for you obvious.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
I think that much better than the second person. No,
they always are. They're gonna be tough to be Historically,
they usually you know, Derek Henry is good for a
thousand for at least you know, very well, could at

(21:44):
least five four thousand passing a thousand rushing.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Bro He's gonna have MVP numbers again, He's had Let's
be real, he's had it every every season. That's that's
not gonna make that when we're all wondering, we know
the numbers, Nigga, you're gonna win the playoffs?

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Are you gonna do that?

Speaker 2 (22:00):
I think they're gonna be smart. Give Henry the ball.
They're like, all right, we gotta like the Eagles did
with with Saquon I think they think about forty times.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
Yeah, just give Derek Henry the ball, He'll do the
rest and then if he's slowing down. Yeah, I think
Baltimore is gonna win the division.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
But I believe Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati will all make
the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
I agree. Yeah, let's see that anybody have anything different. No,
Bengal's probably two there, but I I amals fa them.
I'm sorry, excuse me.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
My thing this year is every season, my favorite game
of the year has been the Ravens Steelers because they
say play how the football is supposed to be. Yeah,
and this is the first season in a long time, like, oh,
we're going back, it's coming back.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Do you think that's like a detrimental there? Because they
fuck each.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Other up like I do a lot, you know, I
mean the playoffs, Hey, who has the most first round
excess in the last few years? Steals and Ravens, So
you know what I mean, by the time they get there,
you know what I mean, Like, damn, that is detriment.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
But it's fucking amazing to watch. It's beautiful to watch
Football was supposed to be first.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
All right, let's go a f C West. So I
believe I think the Chargers, Garagers, Raiders, Chiefs, Raiders and
Listeners might be a sleeper sleeper alert Geno Smith and
Gensy Do.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
You know that again? I think I think the I
think that the term of this podcast. Quarterbacks, we just
need you to be average. Just don't fuck up. There's
a lot of use a Pro Bowl that ship, right,
Gino Smith, I don't put a lot of stock he.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Did.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
He had a pretty good, uh little stint. You've been
doing good for the past couple of years. He's been oververlooked. Yeah,
for sure, all jeez with a division. Yeah, but Charge
has got hard bro coach Marion Hampson. He's going to
be a dog. Charge is a pretty good too. Yes,
he's gonna be a dog. Herbert.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
It's like the problem remember last year, we're like that
division is going to be crazy, and then they were
all asked, Yah, yeah, Bronco is gonna have a tough
time for that.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Defense is nasty too. Though he's not bad. He's not bad.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
What do we need?

Speaker 1 (24:32):
It will be APPREGI you know what these guys have
the Bronco. That's about it time. Son. Still they decided
to deal with them, like I'm deal and he's like,
what twenty nine.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
THIRTYFC might be really competitive this year, do you guys
another division that could be multiple teams in the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
I've been hearing a bunch of analysts saying the dynasty
is over. Chiefs ain't gonna do that ship until they're not,
and it it's hard to not put I hate them.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Been in the AFC Championship every last year. Kelsey wasn't
the same Kelsey we had last year. The defense really
carried that team in their back. I feel, I feel
the way falling off. I'm not they need to give
my Homes some pieces.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
I'm not. I hope they don't. I don't think you do.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
I'm not comparing the two Homes and Brady. I'm not
comparing the two. I think that's the ball kind of
like put the name on the pof in the coffee.
But Mahomes does have that Brady effect, Like I don't
give a funk who's does.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
I'm gonna win twelve games and we're going to the
AFC Championship game to bullshit games. It should have been
another way. Oh one of those was just like what,
he's just had a horrible game. Yeah, yeah, questionable though
you give him a possession game, we're to make that drive.
We're coming from the elevates like he's mad they made

(26:01):
up the tuck rule. Okay, we had some customer calls
going our favorite too, But Dan, I get it wetched,
But it don't mean. It doesn't mean that that motherfucker
is that one of the best quarterbacks we've ever seen.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
He's still an amazing quarterback. I just really hope he
doesn't make the playoffs. Yeah, I agree, I hope so
like a winner's spirit and that's just you know, how
he play, he has to be hurt. There's not I
don't think eight the cheap walking the same either. It
don't matter, it does matter hit they were done.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
Let's real. Last year in the regular season, they weren't good.
They won thirteen games, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
Like, so it's just like yet it Patrick Mahomes every
one of those games with like mad clothes and field goal.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
With ye admitted left in the game or last ball
and Mahomes as the ball game. All he needs to
do is do do it like Rady. Did his creader
just get the ball down to field goal range? Yeah,
and he wins the game. But you know, you only
had to get like forty fifty yards.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
What what makes Yeah, there's nothing that makes me think
that's not going to be the case until there.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
If you can't not put him there when I drive
my homes on my fantasy team, probably not.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
But you know, yeah, you can't really trust the other
teams anyways, like the Raiders, the Broncos.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
He's gonna be good this year, the greatest could be good.
But I don't trust him. No, he can't trust them,
can't trust them to just be a good Tom Brady team.
I think Tom Brady I don't know how involved he
really is. He's part owner. How could you be owner
of a football teams?

Speaker 3 (27:27):
The part on the cult that you see that Niggain
the fucking I mean the Patriots, the Red Sox, sorry.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
Wit No, Like, so he's I think he's a part
of one of the soccer teams got a lot of
money from. Yeah, so he's not you know, it's not
like he's passive. Yeah, but I think Brady's definitely like
he's he's definitely he's got a presence there for sure, presence,
but does that equate to wins? I don't know. I
don't think matters his energy. It's gonna be all those

(27:57):
other teams will improve, but not a to like even
touched it the city. I think a lot of teams
will probably sleep on them. They get a lot of
talent to win some closing up sets.

Speaker 3 (28:08):
Definitely a lot of money line choices. Definitely, a C West,
Definitely a lot of money line choices. Last from the
f C, a f C South.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
The South is watching.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
South got something to say, I think Houston, I don't
think they got nothing to say to be honest, Yeah,
probably is gonna have a bounce back Sexans what the
Jackson Jags Tennessee Titans with cam Ward and Calvin last
place heavy, last place.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
The last four team. I can't I can't hold Jackson.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
Yeah, that's a that's a toss up, and I got
over Richards richards That's how much I don't give one.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
Richardson. You have to earn the right thing. Might be
his last year attempting to start. He's gonna start by
week for his career might be over. The we can
give Johnathan Taylor the ball four hundred times.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
Yeah to yo, I hate seeing the player like Jonathan
Taylor go that hard and then just like yo, have
you been bro.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
Like I hate to see that like a one year
like dropping fifty lose by thirty.

Speaker 2 (29:16):
Yeah, I don't know every even Jackson or something like
he was he was good for a little.

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Yes, So I think.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Houston is probably the front runner. Jackson real c J
shout definitely took.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
A step back. He'll bounce back. Yeah, Collins is probably
a lot of a lot of injuries.

Speaker 4 (29:36):
Joe Mixing, Nick Nick Chubbs Nick he's in Houston five
weeks foot who.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
That long? I think it was like he won't be
there for the beginning. He might miss like two three weeks.
But they got Nick chumps drafted him. No, Pierce, let's
go Colts have no chance, No Titans. You're rebuilding, like
I'm gonna hope, I hope they do.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
East might win by default, to be honest with you,
by far the worst division right there.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Like he's gonna make it happen. He just Stroud is
a dog.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
But they could be so bad that it's so close
ye where they're gonna have a team that's.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
But low five hundred in the playoffs. Yeah, a team
that they need to fix that. No division winners have
to be in the playoffs. Seating. I agree, seating. It
was one thing that sucks that like why series answering
my ship. It sucks that a probably good team.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
For neither the North of the West will not make
it because Texans are gonna make it at seven and nine,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (30:42):
Like it's tough. I honestly do think or hope cam
Wood has a great season. Bro, he's a dog. What's
the what's the term average? Like, do you you expect?
I don't expect, but he could have are Like what's
his name on on Washington? Jane Das?

Speaker 3 (31:07):
All right, we picked our division winners. Give me y'all
six playoff teams for the a f C. I get
the Bills, the Ravens.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
See should do divisions first, and then the two is three,
it's three. It's three wildcard right, there's three wildcards, the Bills,
the Ravens, the Texans, the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
And then two more three three there is three wild cards.
I'm gonna do the Bengals, the Steelers. You can't see
the rest of the FC North that I will.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Say, I will say, Jesus chrisy, I'm gonna have to
go with the Chargers, all right, So I'm gonna I'm
gonna go Ravens, Bill's what's the other ones? Chiefs Texans?
I think we all agree on the divisions winners. I'm

(32:12):
gonna go Baltimore. How I thought he was division winners?
Wild Card? Did you just say we all agreed on
the division Baltimore? Already? I'm tired Steelers.

Speaker 3 (32:31):
I know that said something wrong. Niggas all looked at
me like what I was, like, fucked up? Didn't I Steelers?
Bengals and one more?

Speaker 1 (32:45):
That one last one? You know what, I'm gonna give
it to New England. Man, fucking no, I'm gonna give it.
I take it back because I think these niggas like
third or four so close.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
It was baited because if I say the contradicts what
I said like fifteen minutes ago, you know what, like like.

Speaker 2 (33:06):
Steve and I said, the list is fluid, The list
is fluid, I'm gonna go New England. Yeah they make it. Yeah,
thats episode. I think you say they didn't make it fluid, nigga.

Speaker 6 (33:18):
What he did.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
More?

Speaker 1 (33:24):
But obviously the first four. So the wildcard. I got Bengals, Raiders, Dolphins.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Okay, Okay, Caeteriaga Raiders.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
Shout out, Joel, Maybe you niggas make the playoffs? Say yeah,
all right, are you going with? I'm gonna go those
same four, except I'm just gonna to be different. I'm
gonna take the Chiefs out. I hope they suck. I'm
gonna put the Raiders there, Okay, but what I will
do is I'm gonna put them in the wildcard with
the Patriots, and I gotta go stealers. That's not a

(34:03):
bad player. I was. I was watching the quarterbacks thing
on Netflix season too. I still got as too. Joe
Burrow is motherfucker.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
He's a genius out there, and I think he might
be second best quarterback in the league behind Lamar Jackson.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
I just do you go say lamartin first? I think
all of us person once you said two, all right,
it was one. Then you didn't say who we thought
we're gonna say what one? Who's number one?

Speaker 2 (34:31):
Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback. I think he's a
better winner, but I don't think he's a better quarter
He's the.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Best quarterback in the league. I think I don't think
it's close. He hasn't been as good as he It's
only been a Super Bowl like six times. He's a
better winner more, he's not a better quarterback. Okay with
Pece NFC Lamar Jackson, Right, you're right, NFC and where

(34:57):
do you guys want to start? And no starts the
NFC North? Who's the NFC North? The North was Zones line.
I can't think of what respect the North?

Speaker 1 (35:09):
No, no fear the North? What is it?

Speaker 4 (35:15):
The North has a ride Detroit, Lions, Packers, Vikings, the Bears.

Speaker 1 (35:24):
That's the North? All right? Now we can go thinks
who nor remembers remembers what they remember remember losing losing Detroit?

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Yeah, yeah, another one. Jared Goff is a freaking dog himself.
He's the playoffs, but like this is the this is
where they finally became with what what if? Like between
years ago, Kirk Cousins had a crazy season and shipped
to bed. I could see a Jared Goff situation. When
that happens, we're like, yo, you guys fucked up so
much and fucked up your confidence.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
You came back here.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
I think Detroit is town enough that like golf could
have a shittier season and Detroit will still prosper. Detroit
did lose their offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator, by the way,
so I kind of do.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
See them dropping a little bit.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
But I don't think there's anybody in that conference, that
and that division that can really contend with them.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Honestly, the Vikings are they got a lot of hope.
But this JJ McCarthy kid, like they really like, yeah,
you know what I mean, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
They talk about it like he's been in the league
of four five years and he's a veterans. I haven't
seen this niggas to a pass? Have the clips been?

Speaker 1 (36:34):
Jenna's Jenna? So yeah, he's gonna regards whose quarterback he's
gonna get his yards. Yep. Now is that gonna consider
uh wins? I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
I think the Bears are the similar to the Pats
in which I think you could have an average season.

Speaker 2 (36:54):
You might just missed on the playoff. You might be
you know what I mean, But it is as good
as Williams. I think he's pretty good.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
Yeah, this offense this year should be good, you know
what I mean. They lost the Keenan Allen. Yeah, he's
the Packers though. That's that's the team I'm looking at.
If they stay healthy, Josh Jacobs the dog still still,
they got a chance, they gotta. I think I believe
you know what I take that. I think I think

(37:24):
they can contend with the Matthew Golden could be a
stud from him too. He heard he looks good. Pause
Jordan Love. I've always been a fan.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Of Yeah, something something about a talking craft, something about
a packer who sits for a couple of years.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
You know what I mean, he's learning learning dogs, he
was learning behind the supposed to do it.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
Yeah, but I hate he's having rookies as because then
the team is so trashed. But it's hard not to
play the better player, you know.

Speaker 1 (37:54):
What I mean?

Speaker 2 (37:54):
Like, yeah, he's not right veteran with you because throwing
a rookie there spot like shitty season his whole what's
it called confident?

Speaker 1 (38:07):
Confidence goes from you.

Speaker 3 (38:08):
Gotta have skin, you gotta be like I think Kayla
was like us. He wasn't the greatest team out there,
So what I mean, I.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
Think he got roam out there too, Yeah, I think, Yeah,
I think Detroit wents Division. I don't know that draftless
get him.

Speaker 3 (38:32):
Yeah, I think I'm given to Detroit by default. Next episode.
I guess the list is fluid. I might change my mind,
but right now I think Detroit. I think they aren't
going to be as good as they were last year.
I think there's going to be a fall fall off
a little bit, but I think they're good enough.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
That's the have a great.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
Great watchman Ross Saint Brown is about to be more
to ye.

Speaker 1 (39:00):
Say, Jabo is gonna be the real one this year.
I think they have enough feasts where you're like, you
can give him the division. David Montgomery too.

Speaker 8 (39:11):
Gives all right, next division, Josh, you're picking the divisions
NFC East East.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
That's the one I was gonna go with Eagles now,
definitely the Eagles. But that's not the way we want
to talk about right now. Are we gonna shoot on
the Cowboys? We are?

Speaker 2 (39:29):
We got coming up next episode. He hasn't been in
a while, but he's going to answer for it since ship. Yes,
I love joking about the Cowboys. Hello, shipping on them?

Speaker 1 (39:42):
Paid back for what? But will you be shocked? And
to make the playoffs? Jerry Jones, Just that's that. Jerry
Jones just be cancer. Shout out to him. Yeah, you
know what, I know he had cancer. God, that's yeah.

Speaker 2 (40:12):
Return as long as he cancer get no response somehow
team returned. And as long as he's beating cancer, that
team's not making the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Yeah, it's the Jerry Jones curse. I've made a bet
with baby for burrito. Of course, of course, whether they
make the playoffs or not, I do that. The reactions
to yeah, okay, we're just all looking him like I'm
gonna lie. I didn't know he had cancer. Nobody did

(40:42):
until he just beat it. I guess that's why. Wait wait, wait, wait.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
Wait, you only talk about the wait a minute, exact
who reported this ten years?

Speaker 1 (40:51):
I guess he's been fighting it, Jerry what. Yeah, people
don't care about him that much.

Speaker 6 (40:57):
I think.

Speaker 3 (41:00):
Wanting to pay my cup Parsons, which I don't swiss
the narrative. He's like, you know what, you know, want
to get him on my side.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
And people love people who beat cancers apparently apparently not
us apparently, But why don't you pay back?

Speaker 1 (41:15):
I just beat cancering. Oh okay, okay, we've got Washington
over rating good good. I'm I think I think there's
a fallback. I think I think like they're gonna have
this c J. Strouds season. Yeah, I think they like

(41:38):
stay coffee. I think he's gonna be his stunt going forward,
but liked might come to the path. No, he's not
what upsets talking about it.

Speaker 3 (41:47):
Let's hope what upsets me isn't when a quarterback, especially
a rookie, When a rookie quarterback ships, they just give
him everything.

Speaker 2 (41:56):
It's you know what I mean, It's just like, like
this guy had five years in the league before. We
now there's a whole game plan against him. We've seen enough.
We're gonna freaking break you down.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
You see a lot of r G three in him.
But if you hit this motherfucker hard and this guy
doesn't like to slide right problems, I forget. I think
he'll fast. He was a different level of fast.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
Yeah, but he was also very light the race against
someone Yeah du seed.

Speaker 1 (42:29):
Yeah speed really speed beat everybody. But also R three
is not in his prime. He was a track speech again.

Speaker 3 (42:38):
Let's just get him off the way. Giants are going
to be last team in the division. Who they got
They got freaking us?

Speaker 2 (42:44):
How can they be like seven quarterbacks, roll time roll
You're like seven quarterbacks. Eagles are definitely the front runners.
Don't sleep on Dallas. I know we like to make jokes,
but don't sleep on Dallas in Washington.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
I mean, they were playoffs next year, but I can
see them. I don't see them as the playoff team.
I don't know. I don't know. They'll probably fight for
a wild card. Yeah, they'll fight for a wild cud.
I think I think Cowboys. I think Eagles got it
locked blocked unless unless, if like they suffer injuries.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
I mean, yeah, anything that we make now, anything we're
talking about now is barring catastrophic injuries.

Speaker 1 (43:20):
For sure. Lamar Jackson goes down, knock on wood. That's
a that's a wrap. Sorry, we're talking about conference. We
don't want to hear it.

Speaker 9 (43:34):
Next division, Next division, NFC West, the West West, west Side,
the West Tough Seattle forty forty nine Ers, the Rams,
the Ram those Redbirds called the Cardinals.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
Wow yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:53):
This might be one of the most toss up there is.
This one might be the most different than last year.
Changes in this who won the division last year? The
forty nine has lost the Deebo Samuel Yeah, but Diebo.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Wasn't ship, McCaffrey was out. I think McCaffrey's healthy. They're
winning that division. Mccffy getting up there in age.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
He's elite, but he got some new knees, right, Yeah,
New Germany in Germany, you got the covides.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
Yeah, went to themselves treatment in Germany. The BPC won
five seven. I don't know Wolverine, the new Atment next time,
personal trader talk. I don't know the Adamantium Quinn. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (44:40):
That's why I'm not high on forty nine ers because
it's McCaffrey a bust. And I don't know if McCaffrey
how many elite years pretty they paid him for to
how many years does McCaffrey really have left?

Speaker 1 (44:54):
Really? I think this is the last last year, one
and one and a half years left maybe because the
good thing is he didn't play much last year, so
he's that's why that's true. That's true.

Speaker 2 (45:05):
But remember in Carolina it was a good one season hurt,
good one season hurt.

Speaker 1 (45:10):
So this has been McCaffrey's career. Yeah, and so it's hurt.
So yeah, yeah, I mean, yeah, you got me there.
History says the bounced back season. Yeah, George Kettle is
still a dog. Rickie parrisol, he's gonna he could be good.
Brandon Ay, I've never been big on Yeah, but he's

(45:31):
also but he's who's who the fuck is Seattle? And
then Jorge Jennings, Sam Sam Darnold.

Speaker 3 (45:39):
They lost DK Metcalf, they lost Tyler last place, last
place Seattle?

Speaker 1 (45:44):
Okay, who else who they pick up? What's the news name?
It's for the end and.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
NJ J S n Jackson Smith. Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna
Butcher that. Nobody can say James, nobody can say it.

Speaker 1 (46:05):
He's last place YEP, Cardinals, right after.

Speaker 2 (46:10):
Cardinals, Harrison Junior and they got cow See.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
I think forty nine could either be.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
First or last year exactly solid season. It's a solid
rook he didn't have He didn't have that like nood.
Did he live up to the hype in his rookie year?
I probably say not really definitely, No, that's pretty solid
what you have for like ye had again a solid year.
People will look people looking for like obj off the rip,

(46:36):
like rookie year, like be.

Speaker 1 (46:38):
That high fantasy owners, they'll be like disappointed, disappointed he
had him on fantasy was pretty I think he was yards.
I don't remember. Maybe less than that. That says it.
I think it was a something. Okay, that's that's actually
better than I thought. I'm solid. That's more like that's
under like you'll do better the weighted muscle you put

(47:01):
on this. This he's big as fuck.

Speaker 6 (47:02):
Now.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
Yeah, I think I got Arizona Second Division.

Speaker 2 (47:06):
Honestly, I think they'll be better than we think. Connor
Connors is still there. Yeah, still solid.

Speaker 1 (47:14):
Caler Murray, that's kind of it's an experience at this point.

Speaker 2 (47:17):
He's an experienced quarterback and he's been pretty solid in
his career.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
That's gonna be tough. Little he's still very little. He's
learning to pass more, you know what I mean, choose
when he runs. I think they have a pretty solid like.
I think he literally put four teams in dices and
split him out. Who's the run back they drafted from
Florida last year? Rookie, he was a bus It's Amber

(47:44):
bring I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go. You don't think
the Rams gonna be number two? They getting old old?
They got Poka, the col DeVante Adams, Cooper william Is
on Seahawks. Yeah, Donald was wan't good for Justin Jefferson,
Kenneth Walker and Jason the Dogs. Like you said, honestly,

(48:07):
this this is the division where I have no idea.
It's a tall. It's literally a tall. I'm gonna go,
you know what.

Speaker 3 (48:11):
I'm not gonna go to San Franisco because I don't
think McCaffrey is gonna have to bounce back.

Speaker 1 (48:15):
I'm gonna go with the Rams.

Speaker 2 (48:16):
Okay, just because I like McVeigh as a quarterback, I think,
I mean as a coach.

Speaker 1 (48:20):
I think he'll figure it out.

Speaker 2 (48:21):
Stafford, we got Stafford, you know what I mean? Like
general Rams we have probably with the Rams who else
they got though, that's enough to be that. I think
Donalds has a better chance.

Speaker 1 (48:38):
Yeah, but the Rams super Bowl winners he can blow
up this year. Who's the coach in Seattle exactly? Carroll?
Carroll's gone. I think that's the most experienced team. I
think the experience probably wins that.

Speaker 4 (48:54):
I still put Niners above the Rams I expect, and
then Cardinals and Seahawks are going to be Dookie water.

Speaker 1 (49:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (49:01):
I'm gonna have the forty nine Ers I respected, and
the rest of the rest or whatever. I'm mna actually
have Cardinals second there. Oh, I think they have a
solid season. I really hope Marvin becomes.

Speaker 1 (49:15):
I think I think he's having a good season. He's
gonna have give a thousand yards. Yeah, yeah, at least I.

Speaker 3 (49:19):
Think minimum thousand, Yeah minimum. I think it's everybody's right.
It's gonna be tough to draft him.

Speaker 2 (49:23):
I'm gonna watch forty nine ers in the top two.
Number two, I might put, I might put Seattle. I'm
gonna put the Cardinals last because who they got for
running back. But it's gonna be I think they're all
gonna be within like two three games of each other.

Speaker 1 (49:38):
It's gonna be and whoever gets hurt that really last division?
You don't know about the South South?

Speaker 2 (49:47):
Wow, historically the worst division in the world. Toss up,
Carolina is Carolina.

Speaker 3 (49:57):
Right, they got test, they got tet now though, Yeah,
Baker Mayfield still in Tampa.

Speaker 1 (50:03):
It's definitely the Bucks. Yeah the Saints, Yeah, fuck it
are the Saints. They're still a team. Might be the
worst team in the NFL. Right, Derek Carr, but he sucks,
so that's good. But who was the other one? We
don't even know? None of us know. Spencer rattler.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
Rattler, Oh my god, Saints might be the worst team
and then they are Yeah yeah, and it was the
other South one.

Speaker 1 (50:27):
We got Falcon, we got Brake London.

Speaker 4 (50:35):
This is going to be a team the I said
for the daddy Brads. They lost the motherfuckers who did
not know how to use these questions. So let's see
how it works.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
Kyle Pitts finally the.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Year we all think he's gonna have no I think
I'm not drafting him ill way at the bottom.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
I think, if you pronounced it right, yeah, did you
see they already made that mistake and yeah, I gotta cambling. Yeah.
So if he wants to have a good season, I
think he needs to utilize Kyle Pits. He has to
has to be your safety valve when you get but
Bijon is getting that damn ball. Giving London, I think

(51:13):
I think that very good. Another one, another one.

Speaker 3 (51:15):
I think that this division is going to be a
battle between Tampa and Atlanta are going to be the runners.
The next two teams might be the worst teams in
the NFL.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
So I always with like the Birds, the Bird teams. Okay,
it's always been a thing. I always I like bird, Eagles, Cardinals,
like a lot of birds in the NFL five.

Speaker 1 (51:39):
Maybe this is more birds than I'm sure. I just
like birds. I'm gonna go cooler teams. I think Atlanta
it's maybe a year away. Yeah, so I might just
go with Tampa for Tampa. Yeah yeah, Baker Bakers, Bacon, Yeah,
they got from Ohio. I'm I'm gonna what you're his

(52:00):
name too? Oh he's nice.

Speaker 2 (52:03):
You Banks, you Gunks ye Banks sway different things, different
names letters, even of you in that somewhere the U
G B N K at somewhere I think, And.

Speaker 3 (52:22):
This is going back, and this is going a little
off topic a little bit, but that door said is
gonna have the same career trajectory as Baker Mayfield Cleveland.

Speaker 1 (52:32):
Cleveland is going to like he ends up on the
Bucks just like late success. I know what you mean.

Speaker 2 (52:38):
But your years like literally being Cleveland and then they
trade you and then you find somebody who you know smith.

Speaker 1 (52:46):
Who actually uh utilizes your talents the right way. Yeah. Yeah,
I tried with tournament playoff teams. So four division winners,
do we all pick the same division winners? I don't think.
I don't think we did all right, I'm gonna say.

Speaker 2 (53:01):
I'm gonna say Eagles, ye, I'm gonna say Lions, Yeah,
I'm gonna go Buccaneers yeah. And I'm gonna go forty
nine Ers. Yeah, that's the four. Okay, I had a
different one. I had into the forty nine ers had
somebody else. And then for the divisions, I mean the
cars car I got the Packers, Okay, I got the Falcons.

Speaker 1 (53:25):
Okay, mm hmmm. I don't want to say it, say it,
say something niggas. I'm not saying. I'm not saying the Cowboys.
So I'm gonna say the Rams, all right, even though
I had the Cardinals. But this is fluid, right, fluid,

(53:46):
It just fluid. I got, This is fluid. I got
the Packers, okay, Commanders and the Rams as a.

Speaker 3 (53:57):
Wild cards, as a wild cars. Right, I picked and
set San Francisco. I picked what I picked for my
division winner.

Speaker 1 (54:07):
The Rams said, right, the Rams.

Speaker 3 (54:10):
I don't think. I think San Francisco is not gonna
have a good year because mcarriage can hurt. I don't
got him in the playoffs, so I got I think
the Cowboys will take a wild card.

Speaker 1 (54:22):
I think I need that. Barto I'm sorry, don't worry.
The're gonna lose in the first round. Absolutely absolutely. I
got Washington Washington Commanders, fake ass team. Right, They're gonna
be Redskins any day now, you know what not.

Speaker 2 (54:39):
I heard Trump by the executive that I don't think
you're gonna I heard That's what I'm hearing.

Speaker 1 (54:44):
Do that, and I think I'm gonna go. Americas are
pushing for it. Wow, they didn't want to. Don't y'all
have forgot? Now we got no representation. Fucked up. But
Guardian man I caught Lena. I'm not too confident.

Speaker 2 (55:05):
No, yeah, because I think at I got to stack
up wins by beating the other two teams in the divisions,
so that that happened, That's what I'm going to So
that is our playoff teams. Again, the list is fluid.
We might literally change our minds in about a week
and a half. No, but it's it's basically the same.

Speaker 1 (55:29):
Packers. I got Seattle in Washington. Yeah, okay, okay, I
like that one.

Speaker 2 (55:37):
Nick is, like I said in the beginning, he is
a personal trainer who is helped some of us.

Speaker 1 (55:45):
I've worked out with it before recently, many too Okay.

Speaker 2 (55:49):
Okay, the commission, the commission. So first of all, we're
gonna go back to the beginning to begin. How did
you choose personal being Prestleton has a career. Honestly, you know,
I've always been in love with the gym. I think
a big part of that. I just watched my grandfather
at a young age, you know, who was a you know,

(56:11):
big part of raising me. Just always worked out, you know,
he was, he had what eight eight.

Speaker 1 (56:17):
Kids, God damns their kids if I'm if I'm not mistaken,
you know, Army vet. So he's just always always fit,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (56:26):
So just watching him at a young age, and honestly
just being around sports, you know what I mean, Like
you know how it is like there's been a lot
of phenomenal athletes.

Speaker 1 (56:35):
You know, yeah, you know what I mean, So like
absolutely the gallows there. Just seeing that, I think from
a very young age, it just sort of was just
embedded in my DNA, you know what I mean. I've
been you guys know me, I've been a gym rat
from fucking thirteen. Yeah, you know what i mean. Yeah,
So like the coaching side, though, you know what I mean,

(56:56):
It's like you don't. When you're a kid, you don't
really get into it, like, oh, I want to be
a coach.

Speaker 2 (57:00):
You know, I think I would be You know, I
might be wrong with it, might be a personal trader
out there that wanted to do this as a for sure,
but I think a lot of it. You don't realize that,
like it's a profession until I've been much older, like oh,
just like working out, and then you realize like, oh
I could, I could, This could be my life, this
could be my career.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
I've gained enough so much knowledge on this. I can
relay this for some else's. It's more of like you
get older, you have.

Speaker 2 (57:27):
More experiences in life, and you just you see more
of the world, you know what I mean. And like
we didn't have the resources as as kids, you know
what I mean. I know, I mean for myself, at
least I know I didn't imagine. Most people say we didn't,
you know what I mean. So, you know, with sports,
I've had some coaches that were really good, but you know,
I had a few in particular that I just sort

(57:49):
of ruined my favorite sport football facts, you know what
I mean. And you know what, and it's nothing against
them I just there was a coach I had prior
to this coach coming in that I had a lot
more respect for.

Speaker 1 (58:02):
And he just was different, you know, and I didn't
really like how he did things, and I.

Speaker 2 (58:07):
Had a not a great sort of like relationship just
experience with it, you know what I mean. And I
mean obviously didn't term me from still playing sports, and
we still played, you know, so but you know, when
I got into college, that sort of resonated with me,
you know what I mean, Like I got into exercise
science more. I'm like, you know, I like the gym.

(58:27):
I just sort of was like picking something on the whim.
The military didn't work out, so I'm like, I got
to do something.

Speaker 1 (58:34):
So, you know, I had a buddy of minds, like,
dude should look into, you know, athletic training, And at
that time that was more of like a like what
physical therapy sort of is, and I realized I don't
want to do that. But then I see, oh they
got exercise science. I'm like, me, tried this out, you know,
and then you know, you just sort of see that,

(58:54):
you know, in college, there's a lot of resources, and
then I start to see there's a lot of people
growing up. You know.

Speaker 2 (59:01):
That they had a lot of access to a lot
of training and it's like, oh man, this is wed
this is yeah right, this is this is this is crazy,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (59:11):
And you know, so a big, a big part of
me sort of seeing that want to make that connection
and just.

Speaker 2 (59:17):
Try to get back to a lot of you know,
younger athletes, you know, and for myself, like I started
to apply that for myself and you know, I'm thirty three.
I'm still seeing a lot of athletic peaks, you know
what I mean. So like if you have that direction
at a young.

Speaker 1 (59:32):
At a young age, yeah, yeah, because I've worked in
the private sector right out when I got out of
college and you know, in Marblehead, so like they have
a lot of resources to do that at a young
age and you see that it pays off, you know
what I mean. You I mean not saying you've got
a center kid like good Marblehead fitness center. Yeah, Peak covid.

Speaker 2 (59:55):
You know that was the best trading, Like you had
to be there that type thing, like or when you
when you put like Monday Monday, was it football Sundays?

Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
Yeah on the TV? Yeah yeah, yeah, music on Blast
it was just a full turf just mab had gym finish.

Speaker 3 (01:00:14):
That's what I mean. That's the first time I ever
had to push a push a sled.

Speaker 1 (01:00:19):
I'll tell you that. I'm just like, I love sledg
I just killed today on the sled. Get on the
pues for real. But he's gonna be studying you, yeah
a little. Sometimes he ate a lot before. Still learn
from it, Still learn from it.

Speaker 6 (01:00:39):
See.

Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
But my experience working with Nick is literally like I've
I don't know if I've had other personal trainers, but
like I've never been a gym rot like that. It
literally took me into my thirties to really be like
all right, I think I'm like most people that, like
you went to the gym for two three weeks consistent,
then something happened and you fall off. Then you're like

(01:01:01):
getting a little weight, I need to clock in. You
go for a few weeks, something happens, you fall off.
Once I got to my like early thirties, I was like,
all right, like it's getting to the point I'm getting old,
Like I need to do this and this is the
most consistent I've been. And I think that started with
like going to your your gym and doing some of

(01:01:21):
your your your classes, because it wasn't the general like
do this.

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
Machine, do this machine, doing this machine.

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
It was literally like workouts like again, pushing a slag, jumping,
jumping on the box is like stuff that like you
don't think.

Speaker 1 (01:01:34):
You're like this is weird, but whatever, I'll do it.
He's the trainer. And then you wake up next morning like, oh,
this is a different sore I've never felt.

Speaker 3 (01:01:42):
But it was a good sort yeah, And it made
me like like I'm not gonna lit of at this point,
like I like what I feel the times when just
like you work out a couple of days.

Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
I was like, why am I not sore? You know
what I mean? I mean going so much you don't
even get soreing no more. But you like that, so
like it's like, damn, what do I got to get?

Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Had like a week and a half where I couldn't go,
like you know, life, life happens, and then that first.

Speaker 1 (01:02:07):
Workout the next day you're like I love it. Yeah,
that dam And.

Speaker 3 (01:02:13):
Then because I was going consistently that like you think,
like I thought I was gonna start at zero and
I got back and I'm like, oh, I'm literally jump
right back where I came from. I don't know where
that really relates to where you're going, but I just
want to tell myself no, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
I mean, like people sort of see like the way
I train, and they sort of get intimidated and like,
I get it. But it's the key of staying young
is honestly, I tell everyone is like, fuck, even the
gym is like sports.

Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
But a lot of what I do for training is
for sport, you know what I mean. So that's in
essence is going to keep you young.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
You gotta stay you know, explosive, but you just got
to know how to scale up and down.

Speaker 1 (01:02:51):
But just the compounding effect, you know what I mean.
Like a lot of times people will think, oh, I
got to go to the gym four or five, six,
seven days a week. You Like, that's gonna probably the
worst thing to do for your success because if you
can't uphold to that, then you're like, I'm done for
I can't do this.

Speaker 2 (01:03:08):
Something comes up, I can't go those five days. I'm done,
and then four months go by and I gotta get back.

Speaker 1 (01:03:13):
You get hurt. It's like this perpetual circle.

Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
I've learned that, Like, so my goal usually is for
about four days a week. Do I reach that goal
every week? No, I have, I've run the podcast. I
usually have to do something you don't mean sometimes it's
only two three, but I usually all right, maybe just
that one day I can go, so all right, I'm

(01:03:36):
not have to go hide that one day. But I
think if you're like, yo, you just gotta you just
gotta it's cliche, it's cliche.

Speaker 1 (01:03:42):
It's fuck to say. But the hardest thing is do
you just gotta go? You just gotta go? You just
gotta you know.

Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
For me, it's definitely been like just being close to Nick,
being around them, I picked up a lot of his
habits just in general.

Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
That's the key is the habits.

Speaker 2 (01:03:54):
It's just and you realize that this isn't about like
I'm trying to be I'm like lace ship, like you're why,
like why are you doing it? Like a lot of
people don't realize, like or pick a certain why. That's
like you should be thinking about.

Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Like the it's gotta be lifestyle.

Speaker 2 (01:04:08):
This is like, don't I don't personally, I don't think
about results that much. I just think about doing this
ship every day.

Speaker 1 (01:04:14):
The results are honestly a byproduct everything. Yeah, that's what
comes with it.

Speaker 2 (01:04:18):
But like if you're doing this on a daily basis,
Like if I'm around him, he's gonna just like, Yo,
you're trying to go for a walk. It's like always
like little things that like, Yo, you're trying to try
and do some sprints, you're trying to put up shots.
It's always constantly like movement. So you pick up those
habits when you're not even around them. You're doing it yourself.

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
So it's like, yeah, you mentioned that.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
Like a lot of people like just go, like I
think they need to go six or seven times a day.
What is What do you think is one of the
biggest myths about working out that you want to like
debunk on here, Oh.

Speaker 1 (01:04:50):
Jesus fucking the biggest one is like I don't want
to get too big, motherfucker. You can't look they always
training like I'm trying get as big as I can,
and guess what, the results sort of stale out after
a while, cap Marne.

Speaker 2 (01:05:05):
So it's just you gotta you gotta, you gotta understand
why you're doing something. And it's funny because everyone says that,
but then they go lift something for twenty plus reps.
I'm like, well, that's literally one of the fastest ways
of trying to get your muscles as big as possible.

Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
So just understanding like your approach of training. You know,
it's they they think, oh, if I lift heavy, I'm
gonna get so huge. It's like, yeah, you'll get a
little bit bigger.

Speaker 2 (01:05:32):
But it's it's it's more than that, Like you lift
heavy to keep your your bones healthy so they're not
becoming brittle, you know. But like like I said, outside
of the gym, it's just more of the daily habits
that you want to build that facilitate all those things.
And then when your why is you know a little
bit deeper, then you can be doing you know, three,

(01:05:54):
four or five days a week.

Speaker 1 (01:05:56):
You know, it just depends.

Speaker 2 (01:05:56):
But like looking at it as look, I'm gonna plug
in two days a week for even thirty minutes, you
know what I mean, if you're doing the right movements,
it's there, they're gonna go a long way, and you'd
see more progress with two days a week, even just
thirty minutes. But like we're good intent doing the right

(01:06:17):
things versus doing like I'm going five days a week
just to go for three months and then I'm gonna
take three months off and then you have like this
vicious cycle of doing that, which a lot of people do.

Speaker 1 (01:06:28):
You're gonna see way more progress of just doing even
if it's one. I mean like more is a little
bit better. But you can stick to those two, You're
gonna get a lot more out of that, because it's
it's it's like an investment, like even with money, right
your retirement fund, you put a little bit in.

Speaker 2 (01:06:45):
By ten fifteen years, you see that compounding. It trains
the same way. You know, a lot of people just
sort of get scared. But I get why they get scared.
You know, It's it's there's a lot of information, especially
with like you know, social media, Instagram, everything contradicts everything.

Speaker 1 (01:07:02):
You're like, oh, yeah, I can't, I'm supposed to.

Speaker 3 (01:07:06):
So first I feel I'm gonna get into because you've
been posting a lot about your your dyeing food. So
I'm gonna get into food real quick. But segue into
that so I could segue into it.

Speaker 2 (01:07:16):
So my girl was big on the gym and eating healthier,
So that's that's kind of my motivation, is like I'm
not gonna be.

Speaker 1 (01:07:23):
The fat one in the relationship.

Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
That's literally my like, I'm not going to be the
lazy one. I'm gonna be consistent with it. And so
I started changing my eating habits. So I remember, literally
I've said this on here, I think a couple of times.
And on my birthday, I was about two fifteen to sixteen,
and I was like, I didn't I didn't like it,
and I get at all and I made the change
and now I'm down to one ninety two, one ninety three.

Speaker 1 (01:07:45):
But it's it was all all just changing my now.

Speaker 3 (01:07:51):
And it's funny and you say, like things called addict themselves.
I was like, well, you know what, I'm gonna go
to muslim milk, not regular milk, not skim milk. I'm
all right, I'm gonna going to almond milk, be a
little healthier. And then we got to report, oh, actually
all my milks, you gotta go back to the whole milk.
I'm just like, what the fuck Like, So it's hard
to like know what you can eat what you can't eat.

(01:08:13):
So that's my segue. How important is dieting.

Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
It's it's the biggest part. Like I like training, right,
like I trained for performance, but if you want to
be healthy, Like you can't just do push ups, pull ups,
like just walking, you know what I mean, focus on
eating that's gonna be I would argue at least seventy
percent of your I've seen it, because I've seen it

(01:08:37):
because literally I started my friend and water.

Speaker 1 (01:08:43):
Water is such ah my god, people don't understand most
humans on earth, so I said, But what I said,
what I damn?

Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
I left my water in the car, like like fuck
my little jog that y'all see sometimes with my atal
six that goes everywhere with me, literally everywhere with me.
I gotta j get jugging the car in person when
at work. And like I said a couple of years ago,
it's funny, well front one of a friend of ours
kind of forced us to go to the gym and
and that was a couple of years ago.

Speaker 3 (01:09:11):
But I didn't get the real results until the diet.
I changed my diet so now like not to go
through it. My die Like in the morning, I don't
eat I used to have, like you know, like sandwich
in the morning. Everybody loves the was a PBJ one's.
But you realizing, like I can't be eating accrossables every day.
It's eleven grands protein.

Speaker 1 (01:09:29):
You know what I mean. So my morning, my morning.
What I do in the morning is literally I.

Speaker 3 (01:09:36):
Just do yogat and fruit. I do a yogurt and
either grapes or a banana every and sometimes a granola
bar just because I do. I do lunch around like
twelve one o'clock, depending on like where my my workday goes.
And sometimes you get a little hungry before you get this.
That's what the goranola bar is. At lunch, usually a
turkey sands or something real light. And then my dinners
usually when you packing. I was never a steak person.

(01:09:57):
I started eating steak a lot more. I do staking eggs, eggs.
I mean you eat eggs and breakfast.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
Any moment again, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:10:06):
You start to eat eggs at a different time because
like eggs, it collect right before bad like that. That's
another thing in the fitness field as a whole, is
like people have this perception like eating less is better
for them. And it's like I tell people, like without
even training, like if you want to lose weight, like
if you're.

Speaker 1 (01:10:22):
Starting your journey tomorrow, all you got to do is
drink more water, eat more food. But you gotta know
what food to eat more and usually it's just more protein.

Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
And like you said, like replace some of that process
shit with fruits some veggies, but eat a lot of protein.

Speaker 6 (01:10:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:10:41):
Absolutely, I definitely help my yogurt on the morning, like
yoga yogad in the morning.

Speaker 3 (01:10:45):
I don't have my yoga in the morning. I'm upset
which which ones are you eating? Definitely the ones with
the twenty grams? I forgot ea.

Speaker 1 (01:10:51):
Okyoh, that's exactly what it is. Excited I do. I
have to do twenty five grams so like right off
the red but I got fifty.

Speaker 3 (01:11:03):
And he's like, he's like, we used to yoga, but
these yoga You open that ship like that's a heavy,
thick pause yoga, Like that's a yogurt.

Speaker 1 (01:11:12):
I said, oh, we should have some eggs yogurt fruits
for scrambled to yogurt. See, like for sk I was.

Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
I was locked in into this Nick Albert program and
I lost thirty pounds. I was going great, right doing
maxing out on protein. Like literally I didn't care to
eat anything else.

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
Text me like, bro, how do you do this? Yo?

Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
Bro? It'd be tough because but like the results was
starting to come in and as soon as I got hurt,
all my good habits went out the window.

Speaker 1 (01:11:46):
My purpose, like my purpose of like eating. It's like,
well in the gym right now, what's the point of
I stopped eating?

Speaker 2 (01:11:52):
I stop taking protein and I stopped that like creating,
Like I say, these yoga and all, I'm not perfect,
Like what fuck is he? I still eat pizza, you know,
sometimes come into the pocket. Sometimes I don't have time,
and then I'll stop and a breaking I'll stop something,
stop burking. But that's usually at night because in the morning,
in lunch, I'm good. I usually eat my ship and

(01:12:13):
I'm and I'm pretty good about my ship.

Speaker 1 (01:12:14):
Yeah, you know you're on the show too. You're doing great.
I am still fat to the journey.

Speaker 2 (01:12:31):
But I would say, though, like you could even eat
all the food you eating now, if you even just
increase like protein, you would like you would, you would
lose weight.

Speaker 1 (01:12:38):
Ironically, you could up your calorie intake. But because you
eat more protein, you're gonna build more muscle, You're gonna
burn a little bit of fat. Crazy, It's crazy how
it works. People they can't wrap their mind around like, oh,
I can eat more and I lose weight. Yeah, it's crazy, and.

Speaker 3 (01:12:52):
It's tough for me because like naturally I think, I think,
I don't know if you guys know, I don't eat
a lot like I don't my portions are not huge.
Like I'm I'm the I'm the person who we were
out to dinner. I'm the last person to finish my plate.
I'm usually the person was taking home like leftovers. I
don't eat a lot and and so it's hard for
me to eat a lot of shit. But like even

(01:13:13):
when I'm doing that, like.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
It's worked, I mean obviously, because then this time I
was like, damn, I feel like I eat Like you know,
you have a couple of bad days, you got a
couple pizza days, like fuck, Then you step on the
scale like, oh I didn't gain I'm exactly where I'm at,
Like I feel good. Right, That's how I felt back
then because I was like eating way more, but every
time I check, it was, oh I lost weight.

Speaker 1 (01:13:33):
But the key is you were eating more protein for sure. Yeah,
and that made it so you were probably eating less
like fast food. Nick.

Speaker 2 (01:13:42):
If someone wanted to hire you or follow your journey
as a personal trying to how will they find you?

Speaker 1 (01:13:48):
How can they contact you? Find me on Facebook? Nick
Albert my Instagram. I gotta change that name. I'm probably
gonna change it soon, but it's Albert. She prob fixed now.

Speaker 2 (01:14:01):
I just made that recent transition to like actually we
even noticed media game.

Speaker 1 (01:14:07):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (01:14:08):
That's how kind of eye because obviously Nick, we've known
each other for video is like, yo, I see Nicks
doing social media things.

Speaker 2 (01:14:14):
I see him doing his online thing like I'm the
one told you, Like, Yo, don't like to come up
because you know.

Speaker 1 (01:14:20):
I'm on this journey.

Speaker 2 (01:14:21):
You have a knowledge that like you have a lot
of experience, You've worked with a lot of you trained kids,
You've damn hear trained athletes and and just like.

Speaker 1 (01:14:32):
What was that getting to sor right? Sometimes that's tough.

Speaker 2 (01:14:36):
But it's funny, like I've been I've been posting and like,
yes media, I'll walk around and like it's crazy, like
you know, people that I've just started and met on
like social media, I see them in person.

Speaker 1 (01:14:48):
Oh I like your video, and I'm just thinking like
that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:14:51):
Like with this podcast, you don't understand like sometimes people
are like you watch this, Like to me when people
come up to be like yo, the point the basket
to speak because he's like, y'all put me on the podcast.
We're like what, like, how did you even like every
shipped like that? You don't know who's watching. You see
the you click and you see the views. You're like
a thousand views, but you don't know that thousand might

(01:15:13):
be literally around the street, around the corner.

Speaker 1 (01:15:16):
So it's just trying to you know, spread some good information.
But you know, hey, tap in man, go ahead. Next.
I remembered, you know Nick.

Speaker 2 (01:15:25):
Nick has like there's a lot of people that get
into fitness and just because they start killing it, it's like,
you know what, let me relay this this information and
started coaching themselves. But then this this people like Nick
that went to fucking college, you know what I'm saying,
did the crazy studying about it? Like it like you
if you linked up with Nick at night, he's after

(01:15:46):
freaking on YouTube looking up.

Speaker 1 (01:15:48):
Freaking like, oh yeah, you see it's kind of crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:15:51):
It's like costly learning and constantly proving your craft is
your craft exactly one real quick before we move on.

Speaker 3 (01:15:59):
I see one video that I was like, what the fuck, bro?
You were literally you did it was like hurdles you
did three hurdles.

Speaker 2 (01:16:07):
He hopped, literally flat footed, hopped the three hurdle Doom, Doom, doom,
and this motherfucker took off and I was like, what
the fuck? I think that was one of the most explosive.

Speaker 1 (01:16:18):
Things I've seen. I wish like I didn't get hurt,
and yes, I wanted to do this with you this summer.
That's that's why I like being like a performance coach.

Speaker 2 (01:16:26):
There's there's so many gifted young athletes out there that
they might not even need that training, but like, if
they want to get to that highest level.

Speaker 1 (01:16:35):
You start doing this stuff now in even if you're fourteen.
A lot of kids think it's too late to start.

Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
I'm like, motherfucker, let's started this journey at like twenty seven.
I'm like, let me, let me get more athletic performance coach.
I gotta I gotta be the part a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:16:50):
So definitely like more lifting in the power, you know
what I mean, which is still a good base of
what I do now. But it's like, it ain't too late.

Speaker 3 (01:16:58):
I didn't, like I said, I didn't get into consistent
Jim into my thirties, man, And it's never too late.

Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
I mean, trust me. All right, we have reached that.
My favorite part of the episode A question.

Speaker 3 (01:17:26):
Question is the game we play at the end of
every episode. It's a simple game. I actually two different choices.
You pick one or the other one Red.

Speaker 1 (01:17:34):
Bill, don't pick no orange or purple. It sounds simple,
be messed up all the time.

Speaker 2 (01:17:38):
First question is always the same, Jordan or Lebron Lebron.

Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
I know, I know, Nick, if we knew that now,
I know, you know. It's get annoying me because like,
I don't think this is the year four of this podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:17:52):
I don't think we've had a more Lebron driven like
somewhere that were like we literally like I think four
of the last five people has picked Lebron.

Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
Hell yeah, I mean we'll change.

Speaker 2 (01:18:01):
It's like I said, NBA season that.

Speaker 1 (01:18:04):
Will quickly change, I'm sure.

Speaker 2 (01:18:05):
But they're all football players, yeah, young guys, the twenties, twenties,
the stocky football players.

Speaker 1 (01:18:14):
And for peak guys we had like Ronnie and.

Speaker 2 (01:18:17):
Rashade who say Lebron every time, like these type of guys,
which they're wrong, by the way, Ronnie.

Speaker 1 (01:18:23):
Kobe, but yeah, yeah, but he picks purple at the time.
I don't want to get in that conversation. What do
you prefer? Hmmm, steak or chicken? You know what, well,
I eat chicken the most, but I gotta go steak.

(01:18:44):
You sent a big ass steak at like two am.
It was fire. What the hell? Yeah? It was like
it was the Philly style. Yeah, the best steak in
my life. I'm not to you. I can't imagine eating
a steak of in the morning.

Speaker 10 (01:19:00):
It was probably more like twelve but yeah, I was
in bed. He probably he probably opened. That doesn't change
twelve too. It's still biggest steak, big Yeah, that morning ship.
So is it ever bro my, it's a process, that's
what in the morning?

Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (01:19:20):
Is it ever too late to eat protein? No, it's
either if you're gonna miss it or get it.

Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
You want to get it, don't miss it, okay, okay
in my case, So if you didn't have enough protein
all day and it's forget get it in one in
the morning, get it, mary A.

Speaker 1 (01:19:41):
Alright, I gotta get more steak. I'm huge on chicks.
If my grabmy make make a fun of mistake, we
can't have chicken every night? I'm like, why not? I
probably like I probably like five pounds of chicken a week. Salmon,
so we maybe more, Yeah, salmon. Football question, Randy Moss
or Calvin Johnson. Oh man, you don't have to say,

(01:20:07):
I'm going I'm going Calvin Megatron. I'm going Calvin. It's
kind of like the Lebron Jordan thinks.

Speaker 3 (01:20:13):
The older I got that I can accept and the
answer other than Randy Moss, Like you know, I'm all right,
Calvin my number one.

Speaker 1 (01:20:21):
No, no, he's not my number one either. But you
like Tyr. I did like Terror Lowans, but he wasn't
the Yeah, I mean t was great, but a lot
of drops, like a lot of like you know what
I mean. He had the best hands. He just like
physical freaking nature. Megatron was just damnit. Those damn fucking
injuries ruined everybody's career everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:20:39):
And he played for the Lions and they didn't care
about him, like saying, giving the ball of times if
he catches, he.

Speaker 1 (01:20:48):
Catches it, throw it up in the air. Literally.

Speaker 3 (01:20:50):
He literally made Stafford's career. Yeah, crazy, all right, what
do you prefer? Upper body day or legs day?

Speaker 1 (01:20:57):
Le day? The real ones? But only because that's gonna
that's all performance right there. I love my body.

Speaker 6 (01:21:09):
Don't.

Speaker 1 (01:21:10):
Don't get me wrong. I'm probably better at upper body
for sure.

Speaker 2 (01:21:13):
My famous chest and tries for sure. But like once
you like fall in love with the leg day, that's like, oh,
I'm in the next.

Speaker 1 (01:21:21):
I haven't reached that echellon the lot of you squads.
It's I don't know if I have the knees for it. Pause.

Speaker 2 (01:21:33):
I don't know why way to say, like, I don't
you know what I mean, Like my knees be like
fucking hurting when i'd be doing it might be for
him who knows, it might because it me.

Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
I got you. Yeah, I might have to strengthen. And
that's something up once I get back into like my ship.
All right, Sorry, my phone keeps sucking.

Speaker 3 (01:21:55):
Uh, I'm going to this guy's constant a couple of weeks.
I forgetta asking us a question. Chris on an Usher,
Chris Brown, that's the right answer. Yeah, I think Usher
had there was a baby. It was a debate a
couple of years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:22:09):
I don't know if it's a debate. That's not really
I mean, it's just uh, I think he's the biggest
pop star of all time.

Speaker 2 (01:22:16):
I think Chris Brown has been like up here for
a long consistent time on the and it was weird
on the low. Yeah, because this man is literally selling
out stadiums yeah, yo and stadium while.

Speaker 1 (01:22:29):
They're trying to black ball them at the same time.
I can't do it.

Speaker 3 (01:22:33):
I can't wait backflips and it's gonna be crazy because
I mean a Fenway Park picture.

Speaker 1 (01:22:39):
Did they move the date back?

Speaker 3 (01:22:41):
I thought it was the twelve twenty fifth, Yeah, twenty
fifth better not tickets?

Speaker 1 (01:22:47):
Yeah, the fake ticket, I don't know. It was originally
on the twelfth and they moved into twenty four.

Speaker 3 (01:22:52):
I think it's always been I remember when it first
came out that Obviously I had my friend Way Connect,
so that's a quick text message like, bro, I got you, Yeah,
I got you with the twenty fifth tickets.

Speaker 1 (01:23:03):
A minute, let's going on? What's going on? Empty as Park?
I want never asked this.

Speaker 3 (01:23:15):
Question, and I literally came up with this as I
was tying my shoe a couple like a couple of
hours ago.

Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
Do you do the bunny ears or do you do
loop swooping pole? Wow, I've never asked that. I actually
you don't know loop swooping pole? No, bunny and motherfucker. Okay, Okay,
I gotta think it's like I tie my shoes once
and then that's really about it. My shoes these ones. Yeah,

(01:23:45):
the Bunny years, by Bunny years, A lot of them.
Bunny years got too. Man, you're swooping swooping, Nigga, loop
swooping pole. I think that's when you were loop swooping
and pulling. You were advanced. I'm not gonna you. I
feel like super Bowl is definitely more elite. That's a
don't way to do is like the way you first

(01:24:07):
learned so you can easily get it. It's like you
tie them both over with if you do it right. Bro,
you don't. I don't even change my mapping. Wrap the
one and you pull. I got the buddy? Why Why
did I need to evolve? Why I need to evolved?
You know? Show my shoes don't fall off? You know
the next level educated? You caught me the Rubik's Cube day.

(01:24:36):
They go hand in hand. That is what I mean.
Like it's another level like a man money.

Speaker 2 (01:24:42):
I'm very I'm very curious, like I want to do
like a general who's a loop super Bowl guy.

Speaker 1 (01:24:48):
I think a lot of people do.

Speaker 2 (01:24:49):
Because you start with the buddy ears is the easy
way to explain to a kid, and then they never
evolve from there because we don't need to real quick Baldwin.

Speaker 1 (01:25:00):
The bunny guy with you. Now, I'm a time right now,
see how do you tell me which one?

Speaker 6 (01:25:07):
Well that's about he looks woo to pull up, Yes,
telling you bro one Bunny you wait a minute, But.

Speaker 1 (01:25:27):
Wait a minute. He didn't make the other year. I
guess all right, I don't know you like I don't
know that. I knew that question was gonna be. I
was like this guy.

Speaker 2 (01:25:47):
I never asked that question. I don't think anybody's never
asked that question ever. All Right, my dad does loose woop.

Speaker 1 (01:25:53):
I think he does. He's a looseo guy. I know
the answer to this, but just to have the discussion.
Beachdale pool day. Maybe it's different, maybe it's different now,
but that time was. I gotta stay to my roots.
I gotta go beach boy man.

Speaker 4 (01:26:13):
You used to send me snaps at random times of
the day. Ye sitting on a lawn chair in the
middle of the beaches. Yeah, you be like cloudy in
the beach, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
Budd He's like the beach when you bring a football,
soccer ball out there.

Speaker 1 (01:26:27):
Just get after it. I feel it. The beach pool
this summer has definitely been a.

Speaker 2 (01:26:34):
Pool I need contaminated. Man has actually been on the
ocean there. Yeah, but there's fifty different beaches.

Speaker 1 (01:26:42):
True. Not today was shut down because of bacteria. Oh
my god. They finally caught up to them.

Speaker 6 (01:26:47):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:26:48):
It's because of the rain. Whenever it rains out that sewage.
That's bad. That shouldn't be like that.

Speaker 2 (01:26:53):
I don't want to water regardless, so it don't matter.
All right, you're a dog or cat person. I'm a
cat guy, Chester Mac, what about Chester?

Speaker 1 (01:27:04):
I know, I know Thunder I haven't. I haven't asked
this one in a while, but I was curious.

Speaker 3 (01:27:15):
And josh Abby has the follow up question. Maybe pancakes
are French toast pancakes?

Speaker 1 (01:27:23):
All right, now, I need you.

Speaker 2 (01:27:25):
I would think, you know, I would lift it would
be a pancake, guy, boy, nobody pancakes.

Speaker 1 (01:27:33):
Let's see. Let's see pancakes, French toes, waffles. Put them
in order. What's the top bottom pancake, waffle, French toast order?
That's my guy. I an't got to think about that.

Speaker 3 (01:27:47):
This podcast has lightened my lighting me up to how
disrespected French toast are.

Speaker 2 (01:27:55):
I grew up on French toast, so I couldn't wait
to get rid of, get away from those French told sticks,
from the from the.

Speaker 3 (01:28:03):
Cads, those those those don't count. But that's what started
in my friend. I have yet, and we've been asking
that question for like a year or so.

Speaker 2 (01:28:12):
I haven't yet to go out to breakfast somebody who
ordered waffles other than chicken and waffles. I've never been
like some nice Belgium waffles.

Speaker 1 (01:28:24):
I'm never getting a waffle over a pancakes. I'm started
getting no way Bro.

Speaker 2 (01:28:28):
I've been on my homeless ship too, just because I
don't do almeless.

Speaker 1 (01:28:33):
No, I gotta get Alma game bro sausage.

Speaker 2 (01:28:37):
I'm a big state tipping eggs guys a lot. It's
a lot of food.

Speaker 1 (01:28:40):
It's a lot of food. You see when we go.

Speaker 2 (01:28:43):
To April's based on I haven't had the last we were,
it was like an eighty dollars bills fucking Aprils breakfast.

Speaker 1 (01:28:54):
I just kept on going. I was like, yeah, let
me get a bullet fruits too. Can I get to
to kept?

Speaker 6 (01:28:59):
God?

Speaker 1 (01:29:00):
Really, what did it was? The freshly squeeze orange juice,
like get the freshly squeeze one. I got a refill.
Let me get some of that at free Do you
guys got corn two for eighty? You guys got back there?
Not a lowed to you.

Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
Eighty dollars at breakfast joint unless you had like mimosas
or drinks.

Speaker 1 (01:29:20):
It's kind of crazy when you when you have your chance.
I feel it. I feel this and everything. Bro Jesus
crazy y can't argue with that. I can't go back
on the grill. How much food did you niggas order?
We got? What was it? We got the top who

(01:29:40):
orders to plant plantains? Just like coming on? They kept?
We did just all one Citty buffing power. Maybe you
got you got fruit bowl to cheap man.

Speaker 2 (01:29:52):
Breakfast is cheap. It's just hard to rack up an
eighty dollars. It was gonna be a good day to
gym that day. Power would be definitely all right. Nickelodeon
the cartoon network.

Speaker 1 (01:30:03):
Growing up, I watched Nickelodeon more, but I would pay
a cartoon network. That makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:30:11):
It does, But I watched more of Nickelodeon, but as
I does, I didn't know about Cartoon Network until later,
and then when I found out, I'm like, oh.

Speaker 1 (01:30:18):
This is way better for real, way better have that experience.

Speaker 5 (01:30:22):
That's not me.

Speaker 3 (01:30:23):
They were literally a channel of part so it's like
I didn't miss its. Cartoon was right there all right.
If you had to go to one concert, dipset or.

Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
The locks, I mean, yeah, I gotta go to the locks. Okay,
how many times you put the locks on? When I'm
in your car? Bro it's the locks.

Speaker 2 (01:30:47):
They they've been m I A but like yeah, like
I mean honestly they passed their problem, you know, but
they they live on my on my stereo for sure.
Gym session with Nick I hear some lutes, Yeah you will.

Speaker 1 (01:31:02):
You're also my heir lou Egg. One of my album
though not just the song, just the album Mumble number five.
That definitely wasn't a gym TI. I definitely put that
all Yo, what tho? That has other songs?

Speaker 2 (01:31:21):
Good album and last but not least, to be careful
how you answered Brazilian food or Dominican food.

Speaker 1 (01:31:32):
That's tough. When I heard that question, what why my
head hurt? I might have to Brazilian food. For the
first time. I went to a folk with the child.
Oh we went there too. It was that was lit.

(01:31:54):
It was a bigger that's cheating because it's unlimited food,
like there's a limited pro Know.

Speaker 2 (01:32:01):
What I didn't know is like I thought, if you
flipped it once, you were done. So I just kept
it green and they just I'm.

Speaker 1 (01:32:06):
Like, all right, more, you gotta flip it. And I'm like, yo,
you guys, let me eat my food.

Speaker 6 (01:32:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:32:11):
Yeah, they just kept on going slicly. You want somebody,
I was hurting. I probably ate like three pounds, I.

Speaker 4 (01:32:17):
Will say, because you have kidnapped me multiple times where
well he's driving. And then we happened to go to
a Brazilion like barbecue spot or don't one on rule one, Yeah,
I gotta take it.

Speaker 1 (01:32:32):
We're just sitting there like the chicken heart kept coming
everything the heart of a chicken. Yes. I was like,
what is this a chicken? I asked him, like, oh,
you guys got chicken harsh.

Speaker 2 (01:32:44):
She's just like.

Speaker 1 (01:32:46):
Just that one spot asked the chef they did not.

Speaker 2 (01:32:49):
Have chicken, like no, we don't need organs, we don't
do that. I mean, yeah, it's Brazilians all just all
meat pauses. That's how that's really add it is like
like potatoes they had the honey fry honey fried cheese

(01:33:11):
or that that's fire, honey, fire, tell me more.

Speaker 1 (01:33:17):
It's exactly what you think. Okay, it's like it's it
looks like mozzarella. It's just like I'm thinking of fried cheese,
Dominica fried cheese. But exactly what you're thinking. That's so
I'm thinking. But your cooking and honey, it's like morella
know they sort of glazing. I don't think you cook anything.
It's like a mozzarella stick. It's like a block of cheese,
block of cheese, like the Dominican ones. I would maybe

(01:33:39):
not fried. It's maybe it's more grilled, very lightly fried
of anything. And then they they put some honey on
top of it. They sear it. It's it's just a
good word. Shout out, it wasn't even a question. Entertainment.
