Six ato six at six.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
A six shout out GEO six six.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Down on the lids with deep evil.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
You heard you know what it is. It's your boy,
motherly melan. This is the best thing in sports podcast period.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
This is a O six the show. We got a
fantastic show for y'all today.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
As always, I am joined by my co host of
the Left for my yas super Chinese food connoisseur, the
heavyweight you haven't been of the world. Sorry, welcome back,
my guy. It's always good to be back, my co
host to the right form saying I'm high football captain

(01:12):
inventors say special the Suning Superman himself takes him.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
It's just it's not just a little robotic all the same.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Sometimes like like the last couple of this whole season
has been the same like intro season, but the inches
of the same intros are fine. It's like the I
lived in the Hammos start exactly the same. Everyone you
paused players let me off, like I can say the
intro my sleeep just naturally and it's like and it

(01:53):
just kept on going. But joining us a Salem legend
here with us one of the homies Let's go came
for that Real talk is gonna be an episode you
we usually don't get an eight since the show make
some noise for Peter Cavalier road up, welcome man.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Yeah, so we had the same intro usually for the
last year.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
I switched it up a little bit just because it
gets a little like redundant. Yeah, I've had my intro
how I start the show has been the same since,
like I want to say, early season one, because at
the beginning, I'm still trying to find exactly the way
to do so, so.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
What season that we at season four season and the.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Foes up.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yeah, I quickly said that, like let's not throw handsick,
Like you know what, that was cool because that was
the first episode of season when that everybody understands since
the summer months and like we have a lot of football,
sell the goal talk to in the future. We have
a lot of basketball to talk about in the future.
I think this episode we're gonna, like we said in

(03:05):
the beginning, to switch it up a little bit. Beat them.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Has been known to be a bit of a golfer.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Come on, Like, nah, I can say I dabble, but
it would be less than dabble. Like I have the clubs,
and the worst thing about it is like I'm a lefty,
so these clubs are hard to find.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Oh yeah, and I got.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
Them, and I still don't use some ships sitting in
the trunk just the case the case, like trun trunk. Actually,
I was thinking about moving some space.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Just in case though I'm gone. I went up to beat.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
I went to like when I go to basketball games,
I'm old man. I got to bring the chair with
open the truck, like damn it, the golf clubs to
put them in the back seat, all right waiting. I
love them because it looks like from that you love
you love golf always, Bro, it's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
How'd you get into it?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Because it's it's an old man's sport, it is, but
it's a new like I feel like people are starting
earlier in age. I don't know have to thing with golf, bro,
it's an old man's sport, right, y'all?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Was like everybody golf's corny. Growing up, golfs corny. Oh
you're playing golf instead of playing football, right, football captain?
Now all your motherfuckers want to play because we're too
old and we can't right, we can't ball were golf?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Bro? You know.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
I got into it in like middle school, man, Like,
uh as, you'll know everything right growing up, I was
an athlete and we just started playing in middle school,
you know, and it just kind of stuck, like and
then I got to high school and.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
It's like, yo, football at golf. Football.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Of course you want to play football. I want to
be the cool popular kid. But man, like I just
I went with golf, and now it's great because now
I get to fucking wipe.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Yeah, I know, I know you.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Middle school brought you pick up the rest of It's
like it's a real humbling sport like this, Like I
feel like I'm pretty average at most sports, you know
what I'm saying. Even if I could play a.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Little yeah athletic, I would pick it.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
But golf will humble you. Man.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
That's the thing too. Like if you're athletic, you're gonna
be okay. But like, you gotta consistently play, you know
what I mean. Like you gotta like even if you
get good and you stop playing, you gotta like just
relearn this ship almost like you don't forget. It's consistent playing.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
People that are good are always having bad games. You
be throwing.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
At a basketball court you never had, like a I
can't I can't hit nothing.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
Today it happens. You still still figured it out. Points
figured it out.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
But I love it, bro, like I love seeing like
everybody now, everybody wants to golf, and so it's man,
that's the only sport we could play until we get wicked. Old. Bro,
you know what I mean, Like you see fucking eighty
year olds out there golfing, like hopping the car fucking
So I'll be playing this ship till I can't even walk.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Broun. My father picked this up early in our life.
And that boy he's good.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
That boy was crazy. That man, that man's good.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
He has his trophies, is proud of his trophies. He
used to coming Danny. He's like, you should have seen
the game I played, Yeah, and it was beautiful, and
then I actually kept the ball. We all went Finally
he signed us up. I was like, you got me
some set. He got me a set. Everybody has a set.
I think Josh missed the first one. I think this
was just Christian us three. I think it sucks. It's
only four of us. You only played by fours, right,

(06:48):
so it's just like if you have a fifth friend
of the sorry buddy, yeah. Groups, So we went and
then played horrible. I think we have I think I
met a TikTok about it and put it up. Put it
up if you want the fans want to see it.
But I actually kept that ball. I kept. I kept
them first ball. This is kind of like, that's dope.
So I have it in my car, kept the bar.

(07:10):
I finally played uh golf with my father, what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
And that ship probably meant a lot to him to it.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Did it did?

Speaker 3 (07:17):
It's always been kind of part of our lives because
he played it so much. So we were like kind
of tapped in.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
I can't wait, bro, I can't wait to be sending
my fiance videos all the time like a father and
a son and the driving range in the course, little
baby thing. I can't wait.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
Definitely. Yeah, I definitely got to practice for sure. We
gotta get, you know what it's putting. I can get.
I can put because I can't.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Because I believe, I believe I can do no matter
how close driving.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Is, I can't hit the ship, but I could put
because I believe I'm a Hall of Fame mini golf player.
Here we go. Hall of fame they.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Can only put on.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
But I've conquered every course in the noise, Middleton, Castle Records,
Creek Bros.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Whatever, Americans, everywhere, Castle where? Is that? You know what
I'm talking about talking about the.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
That's not that's literally I'm big into that and so
I could. But I've had some pretty good course me
and Christians. Actually, me and Christian didn't have a battle
of mini golf because we had We've had some battles before.
I said, we had a double date, lose it, lose
a couple of byes, dinner, golf golf, we have no chance.

(08:43):
Might as well just give him the credit card. At
that point, I remember when I was no, no, I
mean he's getting better and better.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
Yeah, he's playing I literally I could.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
I think my dad one time.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Yeah, it is about consistency.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
He had an amazing game and then like the next twesday,
I can't get back.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
That what everybody?

Speaker 3 (09:02):
Yeah, I mean it's like but you just you really
gotta practice. But what's good?

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Like I feel like you can be athletic, but like
sport like basketball, like you can be.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
Athletic, but trash like golf.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
If you're athletic, like you have like mechanics and you
just consistently play like you can.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Get good like the muscle member. Yeah, bro, you can
get good.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
It's keeping that the swing so like especially for me
when I played, it was the longer we played, the
more that swing went from smooth.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
First hold bro ripped, ripped it.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
It was all down there. That's the st today for me,
I can't see I can keep it straight and I
got no power on it.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
I can't get that's good.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Bro. A lot of people like I can't keep the
ball straight always like it takes one shot. But like
I got a homie who like just got into golf
like a couple of years ago, and he's he's getting better, bro,
you know what I mean? But like every time we play,
I'm fucking putting my clubs on eBay.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
Bro, He's huck club this game? Why do I do it?
He hits one good shot and it makes it's so
different basketball, Like that pup means so much. I got
the mini golf things. I feel like I'm destined to
be a golfer because I got the mini golf thing

(10:34):
and I don't know. And I don't know if you
ever played Mario Golf on the wei in and the
was there? What was the new one to switch? I
can't keep track of these consoles. Switch, yes, Bro, Hall
of Fame, play Hall of Fame. So anytime my son
sleeps over, he brings a switch, you don't, I don't
have to ask. That's the only game I know to play.

(10:55):
I don't. I don't stopped playing with it games a
long time ago. I keep saying I'm gonna golf. I
was like, yeah, one day, one day, he didn't bring it. Bro,
I almost ropping I almos dropped him off almost. I'm like, bro,
what I don't even want you here? Man, we haven't
bat we'd be having battles like and I got that
hold in one.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
I lost my ship, lost my ship.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
I went and got the the What the Masters game
h PG one Back in the day, two, back in
the day, I was on the golf gamemember Cyber Tiger, Nigga,
I'm cyber Tiger.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
I was way back way.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
I'm saying, and it's in the blood that was throwing
the gators and Bro, yeah, that was definitely DMX up
two albums. It wastine walker right, yes, crazy, that was
a nice seven to all the games. I suck at

(11:56):
that game too. I'm like, yeah, that's why I'm going.
I'm the same in the game as I am.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
We play with he'll be over.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Sometimes with Jacob, my sons, We're gonna beleeve that. That's
what I've said. His name money, right, that's what I Yeah,
he's been. He's growing in background, he's growing down whatever.
But when he was playing with us, would be like
me and Jacob scoring and Ship would be like seven
strokes behind hitting that what I Bro, look at the
wind before you hit it says the win right there?

Speaker 1 (12:29):
You know ship curved, No, it's a seventeen mile an
hour wins that way.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
You gotta have to adju just Bro's hard though.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
Bro, everybody thinks like buttons easy because we grew up.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
With the middi golfs. You think, think you got it.
You gotta read greens, Bro, get the speed tough. That's just.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Like you got the bumpers.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
But what if you try to hit it in a
little hole into the castle. That's just not easy with
a little spinning wheel and ship hit a line.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
But yeah, on the greens and putting you feeling it's straight.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
We're good.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
I even lined out to the whole thing down you
think you watch too much sports, And.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
Then I was like, will Hill see and it goes right.
It's a lot harder than it looks. It looks very humbling.
It's the most humble because even even when you like
I feel like it humbles my dad and he's good.
He's been playing our whole lives. Whole lives is addicting.
I feel like playing basketball.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
My mother.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
You are nice, like.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
You have to have this down by now, what's going on?

Speaker 3 (13:38):
Like you still can have some back. Even the professional athletes,
like you know, talk missing the cuts and stuff like yeah,
dudes who would be winning like the majors, be winning
the Majors and they're like, oh yeah, this time we
finished seventieth. I'm like, bro, what the hell are you crazy? Bro?
Who's number one right now? Suffer chef? He's nice? Yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
People starting to like put him in conversations with Tiger, like.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Stop, how long has he been been good?

Speaker 2 (14:06):
The number one golfer for the last I could be wrong,
four years maybe, but like, bro, he's murdering cat like
he's his top ten finishes, top five finishes like his wins.
So people were like, oh, Tiger Woods, this is not
putting them in conversation.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
I've seen a thing.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
It was like last week or two weeks ago, a
stat and I can't remember exactly what it says, but
essentially said, Scotty Scheffler needs to continue to do what
he's doing for the next like ten years or something
to get the tiger. Bro.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (14:37):
People are just so quick to throw the goats and like, yo,
Scotty's nice, bro, he's nasty, like he's killing it.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Do you understand what Tiger was doing? Come on, he
was doing all this well, having like eight girlfriends, crazy,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Like yo, and it never broke a sweat, y'all.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
He's good to go, bro. I didn't even know that
was a question. You know what.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
I don't think anybody's like I never heard of like
who's to go to golf?

Speaker 3 (15:06):
Like, yeah, we know, bro.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
You know it was what's his name?

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Nicholson? From Cholson. He's in the lift to one now
the lift to his second was the wrong one, the left.
I think Arnold Palmer, No.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
I.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
Think that old Jack Jack Nicholas.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
Who do you think about Phil he played with Tiger.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Yeah, I'm older than Tiger.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
Yeah, yeah, okay, Tiger.

Speaker 3 (15:34):
He's a wipe as.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
He's probably the second though, behind Tiger, Like.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
He's this is the only two I knew growing up.

Speaker 4 (15:42):
Yeah, and I used to get him mixed up with
the actor Jack Yeah all the time.

Speaker 5 (15:49):
So different people, not even completely different. Who's the one
who drinks and smokes all day? John d John Da
my guy gil boy to. I haven't never seen that yet.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
I haven't want to watch ready.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
I mean it's an Adam Sailor movie, so don't expect Netflix.
I mean, don't expect something like thrilling plot.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Or like well, my mom like like the movie like it.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
But my my coworker absolutely loves daily and the point
like every time I go, I go golf because of him.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
That's the guy I want to be. He's still kicking
though you would have thought, you know.

Speaker 4 (16:29):
He was talking like smoking, drinking all crazy the match
like he's out.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
They're making. So there's like all these like YouTube golfers
that are like doing like crazy ship like getting like
pretty like popping on like YouTube like socials and stuff,
and they just did this thing called good good golf
they did. I think with John Daily, he's out there
bro barefoot a cigarette the whole time, hammering beers like

(16:55):
he would have been fun to play with back in
the day.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Absolutely. What's your favorite course to play at?

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Favorite course?

Speaker 3 (17:04):
I've played? Write a lot? Yeah, question.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
We used to Doyle used to take top I think
it was top six on Bosity. He would take we
to Florida every year we would do the tournament, raised
money for the tournament. Every year Top six would go to.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
We go to tell damn, didn't even think about the course.
You guys are like hot course out there.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
It's hot.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
It must have been hot, but we would go out there.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
We played some dope courses out there. But last year
I went to Myrtle Beach for my boys Bachelor part.
We played Caledonia out there and Arrowhead. Caledonia was probably
my favorite course.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
I feel like someone of my job goes there every time,
a big course.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
I mean, bro, Myrtle is like a huge golf community,
so this just courses everywhere. Those courses were just different,
bro like pristine conditions.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
Like they were dope, dude, dope. That was probably my
favorite course.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
Do you go on vacations and just go to whatever
golf courses around I can. I think I think it's
I want to get to that point list. I think it's.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
Hilarious that there's golf courses in Kana. I'm no, no, no, no,
this is why.

Speaker 6 (18:20):
No.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
Obviously it's a good place, but it's why I would
advise you to not go between the months of May
in September. You are going to die out there. It's
that hot.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
It's hard, and I'm thinking on a golf course.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
I'm like, you're like, I'm hot and I'm walking to
the pool, the pool, I'm going to lightheaded and.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Walk into the yo.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
There was that once someone went to the autists like, bro,
like this, what's going on.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
All time?

Speaker 3 (18:46):
Like it's just not like a hot hot And then
to be out there golfing and I'm sure there's like
a dress, go you have to wear pants and ship
you were going to die. When I go by, I
can let you know. I didn't see anybody out there. Yeah,
but beautiful.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
Last year, I think it was July, went from Maddy
Be's Bachelor Potty and we golfed. We went to Florida.
It was the worst time.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
To go so hot, Bro, you're wearing light colors though, right.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Oh yeah, we were in short Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Chris, I went that, why ain't that like pastel color?
And ship Christian played in Arizona. He said that was crazy,
like one hundred and eighteen in Arizona, but it's not Florida.
Dry hates nice.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
Yeah, that was one of the hottest days we played. Bro.
That was the day that I don't know if you
remember when Nick fucked up his ankle bro.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Again every time every year I got a picture of him.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
He drained a long ass putt like that ass probably
a forty foot bro. So we were I remember this.
You guys jumped up to like.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
Chest bumping this motherfucker six. Bro.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
I'm sure so.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
Like my chest bump was like this, and he came
down on his ankle like that. Bro. The whole ship
was black and blue. I literally got a picture.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
The first person who made ankle break to see. Yeah, Bro,
this's got me.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Ankle races the golf and Nigga jumped into my pool
back in the day, granted is the one from Walmarts
over the blue ship we had, you know, back in
the day, it was nice pool.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
You know, we came from the Point Nigga. We had
a pool we made it was cool.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Then jumped in the pool and spring both and at
the same time I was like, I don't help.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
Him out of the pool.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
I was like, Bro, you just literally like off rip
like it just jumped in Jesus angle braces whatever. You
should be walking with the ankle bracest wherever you go.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
The only dude to get injured on a golf course.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
To physical on the golf course, what are you doing?
That's kind of that's the nice story. What's your best
game you've ever played?

Speaker 2 (20:44):
Like my best round? Okay, so most recently last summer,
I shot one under. I was whittling there. Actually we
were we got an airbnb with the girls down the
Cape and we played at Old Bonstainble down the Cape
and it was me, Lanaire Brady, Alexia's husband in Reese,

(21:07):
INA's man, her boyfriend actually fiance. Shout out Ena and Reese,
congratulations in the engagement. So we played down there and
I played nasty. I shot one under. But my best
round ever was in high school Bro junior year. We
were playing I think it was Gloucester. We were at
home at Muni and uh. In high school, you play

(21:27):
match play. So it's like in golf, the lowest score wins, right,
But in match play you get points. So if you
win a hole, so you like the number one for Salem,
I'm playing the number one for Gloucester, right, number two
for Salem's playing the number two right, And whoever wins
the hole gets a point, and if you tie the hole,
you get a half a point. And at the end
you add up all the team's individual scores and whatever

(21:48):
team with the most points wins. So we're playing match play,
and I was playing ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (21:54):
First six holes, I beat him all six holes, sow
them up six nothing.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
And in match play.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Yeah, I was playing ridiculous and uh. In match play,
if you win the previous hole, you got honors in
the next hole, so you go first, right, So seventh
hole he makes a bird Mario is.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
The same way. You look, got similar things out you go.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
So seventh hole he birdies, IPA, he beats me. So
eighth hole he's got the honest he goes first, and
every point matter is bro because like if I win
by eight but my number three golfer loses by nine,
that's a definit you know what I mean. So every
point matters. So he goes up. Eighth hole is have
you guys played at Salem Muni of course? So it's

(22:47):
a pot three uphill, so you can see the pin,
but you can't see the hole, right, So he hits
one and he sticks it. He sticks it to like
three feet and he walks off the t box and
he's like, I'm about to win again, Like I need
all these points for my team. So I go up
and I.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
Hit and.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
I was me and Wesley I think were the one
and two golfers that year, and so like the head
coaches follow that that that group, right, So Doyle followed
us and like glosses head coach followed followed the group,
and then I think there was like some parents, right,
So they were all lined up around the green on
the eighth tea box, I mean the eighth green, so
again we couldn't see the hole. We could see the
green the flagstick and then everybody around it, right, And

(23:26):
I hit it, and I knew as soon as I
hit it it was gonna be good, right, And then
all of a sudden, everybody's going crazy, like it went
in and it went in and it.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Was my first and first and only hole of one.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
Love it ridiculous, bro Gas, Like you know I'm taking
this hole too, right, So I made a hold of
one on that hole. I beat him on the ninth hole,
so I beat him eight one, but I shot two under.
I think it was a thirty four. I think the
pots thirty six at MUNI. That was just legendary reference one. Oh,
it's ridiculous, bro.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
He thought he had it. Yeah, here comes to come
back holding long. Don't let me ever get a hold
of one because I'm going to embarrass my entire family
on that course because I'm running around definitely shirtless. Who
knows what else comes off a hal in one, bro.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Insane, insane, never gotten another one, but it was dope, bro.
So Doyle at the banquet, he he got like he
made this like custom trophy that had like a slot
for the ball, and I got to keep like put
the hold of the one ball in there. Mom, Duke
still got him in the basement.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
There we go.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
That ship was legend I'll never forget that, bro, Like, how.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
Could you right, It's like it's going to hype you
up going. It's about the same way when.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
I hitded to Mario he got YouTube when you leave here? Like, yo,
how do I how do I scroll?

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Every time I'm heading towards the golf course. That's my problem?
Like I don't, I don't on the way back, Like
how did I mess up?

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Where did I go?

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Chat? I did this? All right? You told me music
AI helped to Swing Mechanics play a little game here,
definitely the first time we ever played this year on
New Game, New Game.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
The first part of the game is two parts.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
First part of the game is I want you to
give me three people alive to join your foursome pause.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
In golf.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Like golfers or just anybody.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Anybody like three three people alive? Anybody anybody only?

Speaker 3 (25:32):
Yes, first part, that's the first part. All right, send
your notes. But you know.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Clearly you should be you should be the only person
like you should be.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
Just clarify you should not be surprising the question clarifying people. Yeah, yeah, Josh,
let's go first, because it looks like you might have
been a little more prepared than he was. I got
it exactly golfing with So I'm going so let's go
through your three to go three and three three. So
I'm gonna go with Lebron James.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Lebron James just started exactly.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
I think I could beat him. Hit a golf call,
hit Charles Barkley one, definitely childs.

Speaker 4 (26:22):
And then I'm gonna finish it up with let's go
deon Standers. I feel like that's gonna be a fun
group to be around as well as I think I
could beat them all. Would be hilarious.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
Charles Barkley like, and obviously he has the skin for
he doesn't care what people say about him, but being
I've known him as a bad golfer my entire life,
you know what I mean, he just everybody knows about horrible.
He's got better, but he's number now. But but to
be known as like a horrible golfer.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
The right vibes like I could beat you Prime Time
got two toes, you.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
Know, and what do you kidneybody lose lose one of
them ships.

Speaker 4 (27:08):
I don't know, but he would be fun to be
a fun time. It might beat three Hall of famers.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
Fat we're going with Tiger Woods.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Of course, of course, I'm kind of.

Speaker 2 (27:19):
I'm kind of surprised you didn't. Everybody want to.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
I want to, but also I don't. I don't want
to be that embarrassed, like I think, like come down
a little bit.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
Ship.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
Yeah, I want to say Scotti shuffler, but I'm gonna
keep him out because I would. I want to golf
with Jordan's one, bro, Steph Curry.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Okay, it is nice.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
He's smooth on the court and the course.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
Look he's he's bumpeting.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
You can tell he's playing a long time to That'd
be a fun round that I had. I had Tiger
Woods the first. Of course, people I thought it was
Tiger Woods Michael Jordan.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Yeah, of course. Spoiler alert, I got two of those
right there.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
I didn't say I'm gonna add the last person to
be Snoop Doggy. I think he just add a little.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
I feel like you'd be gonna go.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
You know, if you're a fan of Ato six, it'd
be a vibe is if you're a fan of six,
you might notice a pattern here that anytime when it's
a game where like Audio has to pick somebody to
chill with him or go somewhere with him or play
a sport with him, Snoop Dogg usually makes the make.

(28:36):
But three people you wanna go Bowlarwight, I'm gonna go
with Snoop three people to bake a cake. Wait, I'm
gonna go with Snoopop Dog Save three Stoop dogg Michael
Jordan Tiger Woods. My first the top two is I
don't know how, Yeah, Judge, I don't know how. You're
not because you guys all go say the same team,
you know, but some people are just so obvious that

(28:57):
you have to like Tiger Woods definitely.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
Michael ord In course, I'm gonna go with Obama. Bro,
I just you know what I mean. Nice to know
that man.

Speaker 7 (29:07):
Is gonna be so smooth, Like he'll just say some
ship like you'll missed up by financial He'll just say
something like slick ship, like some ting dunkin ship, just
to piss you off. He looks like you had that one.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Like whatever honorable mention would be. Kat Williams, bro, I
see the thing a video.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
Did you see the video when he talks about golfing, Bro,
I'm like, yo, let me find out you mean.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
Well, then again, he sinks and everything that he keeps
raising people to.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
It's math funny though he talks about playing from the
ladies tease. He's like, my black ass ain't back there.
He said, I found you could play the ladies teeth
is the same price. The price like be further away.
I was cracking up, Bro, I'd be here.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
I'm like, what ship, I'm on the course comedians ship.
All the comedians have a great time. Yeah eighteen with them.
Dave Chappelle, I think you guys would be the funniest one.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
Like you're gonna be competitive and lose by one hundred.
He's gonna finesse me.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
All your money. I mean, you take all your money,
take your shoes and ship.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
Bro smooth brother, I like to get I'm just like, well,
look Snoop, I probably put Obama in a bunch of
these who would you hang out with? Who would you
just because always he always seems like he has the
right ship to say at all times, like his life
is scripted, like he's reading off a telling prompter wherever
he goes at that go to you can you see

(30:38):
videos of him like not like obviously in front of people,
like in the immediately He'll be just.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
Chilling talking d people love be my cool talking.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
I'm like, damn this nigga smooth. I think he won
the presidency just because he was smooth. Yeah, he that's smooth.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
But we just all name all colored foursomes.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
Look at that we did.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
No golfers are predominantly white, all black, so crazy. Just
the curry that's closed up.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
I'm the only white.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
Curriage is very like he's still.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
I almost said Tom Brady until I switched it to snoop.
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
Statue a good statue, a giant statue, solid.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
Win seven titles. You better be fully deserved Part two
or or second B, part B whatever. Three people and
this could be fictional. Dad made up three whatever. No
rules for what these three people are. It could be

(31:50):
a rabbit for all I care.

Speaker 4 (31:52):
You take the bugs, bunny his cheek like a lot
of bugs.

Speaker 3 (31:56):
Buddy barely missed the cut on my list they man
with just make the.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Like, damn, bugs, you did it again. You're having a
good time even though you're losing. Just where you're going, Okay.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
He created it. Sometimes we gotta count on you to
be creative, and sometimes you drop the ball Overthink it
was just like three like regular people. Like, damn, I
thought you're going to.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
You're the guy, the anime guy.

Speaker 3 (32:23):
I thought you would come up with something crazy.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
That's the name that shoot Shooting.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
I have seen the movie.

Speaker 6 (32:37):
I don't know it was the first one from a
long time ago.

Speaker 3 (32:40):
I've seen it, but I don't don't Shooter he was.
He was an honorable mention of mine.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Shooter.

Speaker 4 (32:47):
Damn, it's gonna be I can't see my Immediately, my
mind goes to that space jam when they're playing golf
in the beginning.

Speaker 3 (32:59):
Exactly, you gotta pick Bill Murray. I won't pick Bill Murray.
He was also golf. He's alive, but you know what
we allow. It's real. He's a real guy.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
He's a real.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
I'm still alive.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
The fictional version of them and the space ship guy
just trying to loophole they got it.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
I might have to put Bugs Bunny there. I fail you,
just to have to fail you.

Speaker 3 (33:31):
The greatest cartoon episode of all time is Bugs Bunny
playing baseball?

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Aready seen that episode?

Speaker 3 (33:38):
That's what you're talking about. I'm showing I'm showing the
out of my Bugs Bunny. It's like a classic classic episode.
We got the red hat, the red uniform.

Speaker 1 (33:51):
I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
I was trying to but it's one of like clearly,
Oh they might be in the fifties and sixties kind
of look it up. Look it up. When you got
bugs buddy baseball. I'll check it out.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
I'll check it out.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
He said, Yo, Yo, it's nice. Yeah, you go with.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
I'm gonna go with Nold Palmer, Jack Nicholas.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
Okay, two dead golfers.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
It is Jack Nicholas.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
There it is.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
You gotta Nicolas Nicholas.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
You were thinking, that's what Okay.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
That's what I was thinking.

Speaker 2 (34:29):
That the Joker, the third one, Bro, you've seen the
first happy Yeah, chubs, the hips.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
Bring some colors.

Speaker 3 (34:46):
Fingers.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
Yeah, who did I pick it?

Speaker 3 (34:49):
All white?

Speaker 1 (34:49):
Who I got?

Speaker 3 (34:50):
That's one of the funny season he sees that gator
white window. That's one of the funny scenes ever. Yeah,
I think I switched it up again. All white people
on mine. So yeah, that makes sense because bugs bunnies white. Yeah,
he's white, honestly, think definite ducks white too. I know
he has black feathers, but he's man.

Speaker 4 (35:09):
There was a tick talking ship, but it was like
he might not even be real real duck.

Speaker 1 (35:14):
All right now, Josh, Now we're going down down the
rabbit hole.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
No pun intended intended. I'm a pick. I'm gonna pick
Donkey Kong. Damn. I didn't think anybody else is gonna
pick Donkey Kong. But go ahead, you have.

Speaker 2 (35:36):
Wait? Why wait?

Speaker 3 (35:37):
Why we didn't didn't you look at my list right here,
it's written out continue King Kong.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
Now, now I see a pattern. Caesar season from playing
in the apes. Picked apes.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
Okay, it be fun, good time with you. So you
against three gorillas, you think that's gonna be fine. He's
gonna win. Donkey Kong might win playing with some fictional people.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
I'm a pick Donkey Kong because he my apes.

Speaker 6 (36:22):
You got.

Speaker 2 (36:24):
All right?

Speaker 3 (36:25):
I did Donkey Kong because that's my character in Mario
Golf that I broke all the records. That's why I
picked Donkey Kong. I ain't think anybody else. I don't
think anybody else is gonna pick that one.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
Because you actually use gloves? Who Donkey Kong?

Speaker 4 (36:42):
Yeah, you just wanted because in my mind, all pictures
Mario Baseball, when Kong just with the with the glove.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
At the box, make a loud of you. I want
to play Mario golf. You haven't played Mario baseball.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
Damn.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Well, Donkey Kong does happen is you guys, Box Punches,
the Club, the Ball.

Speaker 3 (37:04):
I don't know why no one else picked you picked
every other character and the happy Gilmore, but happy Gilmore.

Speaker 1 (37:09):
So I'm gonna go with happy Gilmore. Okay, shoot them.

Speaker 3 (37:14):
This is this episode is gonna get me into I'm
gonna watch the movie. I'm start playing and then and
then we have another episode about another subject. And you
want to do that when you a little kid and
you watch a movie like I want to do fious,
like I want to drive cars when I literally just
did that, I mightna got speed.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
Now he's driving too fast, too furious. I got two tickets.

Speaker 3 (37:35):
I watched the faster and last because I think it
will be hilarious to golf of them. Bernie mac, that's.

Speaker 4 (37:42):
A great watch. All straight commedian would be nice. Your prior,
Bernie mac red Fox.

Speaker 3 (37:54):
I can't see Dave live. It has to be Oh
but that the Harlem Nights.

Speaker 1 (38:03):
That's what I want to do.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Good movie, all right, like we said before, and it's
gonna be a different kind of episode. Beat is here
to talk about his journey nine Hot behavioral Health.

Speaker 1 (38:15):
Take us out of the journey.

Speaker 3 (38:16):
How did you get to uh starting this organization or
being a part of this organization.

Speaker 2 (38:21):
Okay, all right, we'll stop from the beginning. You know,
Like I knew all you guys growing up absolutely, you
know what I mean. I never thought that like the
trajectory of my life was going to turn out to
what it was.

Speaker 3 (38:36):
Right. I was an athlete, I was a popular kid.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
I was a good kid in school.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
I got good grades. Right.

Speaker 2 (38:43):
I came from a pretty good family, you know what
I mean. Like my mother is my best friend, as
you guys know, she was pretty much the one who
raised me. My father was an active drug addict my
whole life, you know what I mean. But like never
thought that, you know, playing three sport captain, getting recruited
to play college across, like doing all these things that
like my life was gonna turn out the way it did,
you know. But when I went to LA's Sell, you know,

(39:08):
there was like I had. It was like it was
in high school, bro, you know what I mean. You party,
you drink, you smoke on the weekends, a little bit
how to drugs get get put into the play and
then uh, you know, when I went to La Cell
I was a freshman. I was at an upperclassman party
at the Lacrosse House, and uh, I was introduced to opiates,
to to park thirties, you know what I mean. And

(39:29):
you know I did that, and everything like just kind
of like pretty much took off from there, you know.
And there's a lot of pain, man, like a lot
of suffering. Put myself in positions that like I never thought,
you know, I would be in, surrounding myself with people
that like I never thought I would be in, you know,
like stop hanging around with like the good kids from Salors,

(39:50):
hanging around with other people, you know what I mean.
I believe like like one of the quotes I live
by today is like show me a full closest friends,
I'll show you who you are, right, Like, show me
a full closest friends, I'll.

Speaker 3 (39:59):
Show you future.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
And I started hanging out the wrong crowd, man, you
know what I mean. And I got into like some
some deeps, like some doc stuff, and uh, you know,
it went downhill from there, right And you know, I
was I was addicted to opiates, to cocaine, to benzos.
I was homeless at one point, you know what I mean.
I was kicked out of my mother's house. The locks
were changed. I wasn't allowed there. Family was pretty much

(40:23):
done with me, Like I became like a liability to
like everyone around me, Bro, do you know what I mean?
I was not an asset anymore. And again, like you know,
like growing up man, a good kid, like an athlete,
like you know, like you look at people like this
shit can happen to you know what I mean, Like
the disease of addiction is is it doesn't discriminate, right,
it doesn't care like where you come from, if you
had money, like you know what I mean. It's just

(40:44):
it can happen. And uh, you know, it took me
down at doc place and it was like years of
in and out of detalks, in and out of treatment
and like one thing I'll say, man, like I had,
like you know a lot of good people from Salem
that wire like good kids like you guys that like
always loved me up, bro, you know what I mean,
like never like look down on me, like when I
was like fucking up and going through some ship, you know,

(41:07):
and we started like we lost friends, bro, do you
know what I mean? Like we lost we lost people,
bro snack sweaty handles, like we lost Salem legends. Bro,
do you know what I mean, I'm all good kids, bro,
great snacks, smartest kid I've ever met, my title life
by far, you know what I like, was the smartest
kid I ever met, bro, you know, and like, alright,

(41:30):
p Bro, we lost a lot of people, you know
what I mean? And uh, I had countless overdoses like
you know, like I'm not confused, bro, Like I'm in
the bonus round right now, do you know what I mean?
Like I'm living on borrowed time, bro, like the ship
I've been through, the things that I've done, Like I'm
not supposed to be here, so like every day is
like a blessing and a miracle from God, right like
and you know, so in twenty twenty, I had gone

(41:53):
to Detalks for the last time, you know what I mean.
I just celebrated five years clean there we go, love it,
you love it? Crazy man crazy, you know. And uh,
June twentieth, twenty twenty, I got high for the last
time I walked into d Talks and finally, man, like
God blessed me with the gift of desperation, Bro, do
you know what I mean? Like I was just I

(42:13):
didn't really know like what I was gonna do where
I was gonna go. Like I didn't even know like
if I really wanted to be clean, bro, truthfully, you know,
but like I had, there's like another thing that like
I never thought was going to be a part of
my journey, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
Like I'm.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
City I grew up in, Like you know what I mean.
I was like withdrawing from from from Heroin in the
jail cell, bro. Like shit, I never thought like my
life was gonna be you know. And like a month
before I had another court date, I checked into dtalks,
you know, and I knew, like you know, there's no

(42:52):
like geographical care like we say in recovery, right, like
anywhere I go, like I'm gonna take myself with me,
do you know what I mean? Like I can find
whatever I need to find anywhere I go, right, Like
I've been in treatment in Florida, Like I got high
out there, Like I'm gonna find it, right, But you know,
I decided to go down to the Cape, and uh,
you know what I mean. I had been down there
in twenty fifteen. I went through treatment down there, and

(43:12):
I met some really good people that were like work
in a program of narcotics. Anonymous you know what I mean,
like invited a guard into their life. And I knew
that like that was a place I could go and recover, right,
And uh so I moved down there, and you know,
I just started like taking suggestions from people, bro, do
you know what I mean, Like people who like had
eys clean and were like, yo, like this is what
I did, this is what I do, right, And I

(43:33):
just surrounded myself with good people, man, you know, and
uh I was doing really well, right, and I think
I had like four months four months clean at the time,
and uh I got a job at a detox, a
detox down on the South Shore, and that's like where
my journey in my career began, right, And like I
never get it confused. I don't get it twisted like

(43:54):
just because I work in treatment or work in the industry,
like what I do for my own recovery, it's completely separate, bro,
do you know what I mean? I've seen too many
times people with five years ten years clean working treatment
make that like their priority with their recovery, and they
stopped doing the shit that got them there in the
first place, right. They stopped going to meetings, bro, they
stopped praying, like they stopped writing steps, they stop doing

(44:16):
all these things and things just because like yo, I'm
working at nine to five, I'm helping people all day.
This is what I can do, right, and they get high, Bro,
you know what I mean? And uh so I stayed
like vigilant in my own recovery, right, I stayed going
to meetings. I had a sponsor, which I continued. Like
all the things I did in the beginning I still
do right now. I five as clean, right, I still
have a sponsor, I still have a home group, like

(44:36):
I still write steps, right, I still pray every single day, right,
like I sponsor guys, like I talk to other addicts,
and I go to meetings, you know. And so the
way that line of hot behavioral health came to play,
Like my business partner I met at that Sola house
when I moved down to the Cape, right, I had
eleven days clean at the time, I had long hair, bro,
Like I fucking I was skinny as hell, like you know,

(44:59):
I hadn't shaved that probably smelled like a fucking jar
of pickles. Bro. Wasn't taking care of myself, you know
what I mean? And uh I didn't have a license
at the time. Right, like my license was suspended and like, uh,
he had like three months clean at the time, and uh,
you know, like complete opposite of me, Bro, Like a
complete opposite kid is me. He's from the social and
uh we just became like best friends.

Speaker 3 (45:21):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (45:21):
He started taking me to meetings, We started doing all
these things together, and we both got a job together
at that Detox when I had like four months clean,
you know, and we started working there, and like one
day we were sitting in the Soba house, Bro, and
we were just like, yo, like we're going to open
our own treatment center one day, Like you know what
I mean, we can do this, blah blah blah. Right, So,
like you know, we got like promotions at that at

(45:42):
that place of employment. I went on to work at
a different place. He went on to work at a
different place, right, And uh the whole time in mind
like we were like, Yo, we're gonna like one day.

Speaker 3 (45:51):
We're going to open our own treatment center, you know.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
And uh, finally, Bro, April seventh of this year, we
opened the doors of the Line Hot Behavioral Health were
down in Rayment and rain a mass We do everything
in person and virtually to day program, right, So it's outpatient, right,
So people come to us during the day from either
nine to three or from six to nine at night, right,
and uh, it's outpatient. Some people live in sober living,

(46:14):
some people live home and just commute. So it's like
the step after detalks right to really like help you
transition back into like everyday society. Right. And it's been incredible, man,
it's been an incredible journey, you know what I mean.

(46:35):
it's been great, man. You know, I feel like extremely blessed,
like extremely fortunate to be able to like be in
the position that I'm in, right, And it's only because
like I decided to like give it a shot for myself,
you know.

Speaker 3 (46:47):
And uh, I get sad at times, bro, do you
know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (46:49):
Like I get sad and I think about like snacks,
and I think about like sweaty man, and I'm like, yo,
like if they could have just like you know, like
and then I like think like if this is something
I could have done.

Speaker 3 (47:00):
But like I was sick too, do you know what
I mean?

Speaker 1 (47:01):
I was used.

Speaker 3 (47:02):
We would all using together everything, we all went if
you mean, because you know close I was with sweating.
I went through the guilt like the but like you
know what I mean, like we we all the sweaty snacks.
We've told them a million times, Like we tried as
hard as we can. But you got that for you
got to make the decision to help you.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
It has to be you.

Speaker 2 (47:21):
You have to bro and it's tough, man, you know,
Like like I have conversations with my mother today, you
know what I mean, she's like for so many years,
like I just like I just I wanted you to
get it so bad, like you know, and like I
would try, man, Like there was times where I would try,
but like you know, I always had reservations, right, I
always like had like if this happens, I'm going to
use if this happens, I'm going to get high. Right

(47:43):
like finally, like to me, like I believe that, like
truthfully that God has a has a has a plan
absolute every person and uh for me, I believe that,
like I had to go through my own process with
all that pain, with all that suffering all those years,
right and uh in order for me to like go

(48:03):
through that process and go through that pain to be
able to like have God bless me with the gift
of desperation to finally be like, Yo, I'm in so
much fucking pain, Like at least let me try this,
bro right, Like let me like go somewhere and do
something that like other people have done that like is
changing their lives, man, And like yo, Like so I'm
a member of narcotics anonymous.

Speaker 3 (48:23):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (48:24):
Like, I go to a twelve step fellowship and I've
seen the most fucking beautiful things happen like in these
in these programs, in these rooms, man, I'm talking about
like people like losing their kids bro right, because like
they're getting high or doing whatever with their kid in
the room and DCF comes and takes their kid and
now they're one year, two year, three years clean and

(48:47):
they get their kids back. And like I've seen the
most fucking amazing parents, bro. Like people bringing their meetings
to their kids to meetings and shit. Bro Like beautiful
things bro, Like people going back to school, becoming lawyers.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
Bro. Like there's a few people I know like that.

Speaker 2 (49:00):
Are like legit recovering drug addicts bro that like had
a high school like a ged bro and now they
own their own law practices or they're like lawyers, you
know what I mean, like doctors, nurses, all of this
ship business owners.

Speaker 3 (49:11):
Man, Like beautiful things can happen, bro, you know what
I mean, Like you just you just I had to
want it, bro, you know absolutely, So lying, where where
did you guys come up with the day?

Speaker 2 (49:21):
Man?

Speaker 3 (49:21):
I'm assuming that's so. Where where did that whole idea
come from?

Speaker 2 (49:26):
So when we were sitting in that in the living
room in that Soba house that day, we were just like,
we were like.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
What are we gonna call it?

Speaker 2 (49:33):
Like this and that, and we just came up with Lionheart.

Speaker 5 (49:37):
Right.

Speaker 2 (49:37):
We didn't know like behavioral health at the time, and
it's line hot behavioral health because we have two different programs, right,
So we have a substance use track and then we
have a mental health track, right, so we also treat
people that don't have any history of addiction.

Speaker 3 (49:50):
Right. We have a program that's for mental health.

Speaker 2 (49:52):
Only, So if people are just struggling with anxiety depression, right,
like POLA, trauma, PTSD, all these different diagnoses, they can
come heal too, right, and a separate program from the
substance use. But we came up with the name in
our slogan is reclaim your mind. Reclaim your mind, restore
your pride. Right, And a pride like is a pack
of lions, right, the opposite people think like you ask somebody,

(50:16):
like almost the opposite of addiction, right, sobriety recovery, right.
And it's like a thing that says, like, the opposite
of addiction is connection, right, like being connected, being around
like a group of people. Right, So like a pride
is a pack of lions to be connected, you know
what I mean. So that's kind of where the slogan
came from and through that, like we did a lot
of like design with the logo and stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (50:35):
Man, it's beautiful. Bro. Yes, I definitely obviously us being
friends and we've known each other. We have definitely been
watching your journey from Afar for for a while, and
we've talked about getting into possibly. I couldn't wait to
get you on the podcast and tell you how amazingly,

(50:55):
how fucking.

Speaker 1 (50:56):
Proud appreciate that for you. Bro, We we loved you,
and we knew we we know we never fucking gave
up on it.

Speaker 3 (51:03):
Never, bro, we never gave up on you. We knew
we were gonna make it and to have I didn't
see you having your own business, you know what I mean,
I knew you're gonna make it through. I didn't see
all this just to see to see you do all
this is absolutely beautiful, bro, and we love this. You're
doing something passionate and you're doing something to help people and.

Speaker 2 (51:21):
For real, like it's it means a lot, man, Like
that that truly means a lot. And like you know,
I say it like there's like a group of people
like you guys, and like you know, Lania and you
know easy was always there for me, you know what
I mean, Like there was a lot of people, man,
Maddy b Mike mc granby, Bro, like shout out to
like all these people, man, because like you guys were
like like the good kids, you know what I mean.

(51:43):
Like you guys like thank God didn't go down that path,
you know what I mean. And I like I had
a lot of like shame and guilt and embarrassment right
of like man, like cause I like, Bro, I exiled
myself from you guys, you know what I mean, like
part of my own ship because like I didn't want
like to be doing what I was doing, and like
be around you guys, right, But like throughout that process,

(52:03):
like you know, even when I first got clean, man,
like I had like it was it was hard for
me to like reach out to people like you guys,
right because I'm like, yo, like I've known you guys
since we were fucking in elementary middle you know what
I mean. And I'm like, man, like, I feel like
they think differently of me, do you know what I mean?
And that was just me like being in my own

(52:24):
ship right, Like that was a meat problem. That's part
of the disease, right, And like I I started to
like reach back out to you guys, man, and I
fucking felt like so loved, bro like, and it was
so much easier for me to like keep going man,
to know that, like I had support from like the
people that meant so much to me in my life,
you know what I mean. And now, like I got
the most beautiful friendships with these people, you know, me

(52:46):
to see their kids and like all this stuff, like
going on their bachelor body, and it's like, you know,
it's a blessing, bro Like, life is truly a blessing, man.

Speaker 3 (52:52):
You know, It's beautiful. God is good, so good, bro,
so good. Man, crazy, how like everybody always has a
second chance. It doesn't matter, like how what path you
always you're always.

Speaker 2 (53:07):
Go and get me absolutely, bro, Absolutely, man, I lost count.

Speaker 6 (53:10):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (53:10):
I think I've been in treatment thirty times bro in
and out, you know what I mean, Like in and
out and uh.

Speaker 3 (53:18):
Just never gave up, bro and honestly shut out.

Speaker 2 (53:20):
To my mom's man. Absolutely, that woman never fucking gave
up on me, bro Like, truthfully, Like there was times
man where like the only thing that kept me going
was like the thought of her, bro Like, truthfully, do
you know what I mean? Because like me and my
pops didn't have like that relationship, do you know what
I mean? Like you know, through through my process when
I got clean, I had no communication with him for

(53:41):
the first I think three years, right because he was
still like doing what he was doing, and uh, you
know we don't like still talk like every day. But like,
as far as I know, he's doing well, right, he's
able to see Eva, my sister's kids, you know what
I mean, So we're stopping. I'm like, we're trying to
like rebuild that relationship, do you know what I mean?
But like, man, like if it wasn't for my mother

(54:02):
and my sister too, like shout out to both of them, like,
I don't know if i'd be here, bro, truthfully, like
you know what I mean. Like that woman, like the man,
what I put her through, bro, Like what was crazy?
And you know she had to learn too, bro, Like
she didn't. She went through it with my father for
her entire life, right, with him in and out of
treatment at doing whatever and like getting clean for a

(54:25):
little bit and then using. And uh, you know, I
think it was different for her when her son was
going through it, right, because she just wanted to like
love me through it.

Speaker 3 (54:33):
Right.

Speaker 2 (54:34):
She didn't know how to like hold boundaries, bro. So
like I'd call her from the detox three days in
like yo, I'm leaving, Ama, like I'm gonna come home,
and she picked me up bro. Right, she didn't know, right,
you don't know what you don't know? And like finally, bro,
like she started to educate herself, you know, like, uh,
she got close with like Sweaty's mom, Bro, you know

(54:56):
what I mean, and she started to like educate herself,
and you know she started learning about holding boundaries.

Speaker 3 (55:03):
Right.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
And I remember, bro, when I got arrested, you know
what I mean, so before I got arrested, like when
it was like it became like you go to treatment,
You're not coming home, you know what I mean, Like
if you're gonna leave the figure it out because you're homeless, right,
And I would be fucking stubborn and pickheaded and I'd
leave and I'd be homeless, bro for a long time,
you know what I mean. Like, because she wanted me
to like go to continued treatment, right, go to after Kid,
go to like do an after kid, do a PHP

(55:24):
program like lying Hot, and do to Soba House, right,
and uh, you know, so it became that. And then
when I got arrested, I called her from there, right,
and I'm like, Yo, my bail is like X amount,
like blah blah blah. I'm sick as hell, Like I'm
dope sick, Like can you can you post bail for
me and come get me? And like she said something
to me, bro, which like at the time, I was
so mad at her, bro, Like I was so fucking mad.

(55:46):
And on the phone, she was like have fun in
Middleton And I'm like, yo, moms, you're gonna let me.

Speaker 3 (55:51):
Go down like this, like blah blah blah.

Speaker 2 (55:52):
And She's like I can't like love you through this
shit anymore, Like I'm gonna love you to death, like
you know what I mean? And at that point, bro,
I'm like, Yo, this shit is up, like I got
nothing left, bro, do you know what I mean? And
like her being able to like hold that boundary and
like still love me, bro, Like she loved me throughout
this whole process, but she had to love me from
a five do you know what I mean? Like, Bro,
I had a suicide attempt in her house. I overdosed

(56:13):
in her house. Like I was putting this poor woman
through fucking hell, bro, do you know what I mean?
She never gave up hope, bro, Like she loved me
through it, man, and she started to like hold boundaries
and then I had to like figure the shit out
on my own being home.

Speaker 3 (56:25):
Word, that shit sucks.

Speaker 6 (56:26):
You know what.

Speaker 3 (56:27):
It ain't fun bro r.

Speaker 2 (56:29):
But you get so sick, Bro, you get caught in
the disease of addiction, man, and like, uh, nothing else
mad as other than getting the next highe bro. You know,
but like truthfully, man, like shout out to my mom's
like it was I wouldn't be able it wasn't for her,
you know what I mean, that woman is fucking she's
a superhero, bro, you know what I mean. And like
now we have the most incredible relationship, you know what

(56:51):
I mean. We always did like and you know obviously
through that time, through my active addiction, you know, we distanced,
we had to distance each other, but like now, man,
she's that's my girl, bro, Like that's my rock. So
shout out to mom.

Speaker 3 (57:04):
You came on here and it's not easy. You came
on here and you were honest as fuck. He led
us into your world. When I booked you on here,
I didn't know how deep you're going to get into.
I didn't.

Speaker 1 (57:14):
I didn't say before, I didn't say like, hey, this is.

Speaker 3 (57:16):
What we're gonna talk. I was like, yoah, I'm just
gonna let you talk. Yeah, and we appreciate you because
it's gonna be people who watch this episode who are
going to get inspired about how what you're talking about.
And it might be somebody who's like, yeah, I never
want to say that, Like, yo, he can go on
here on camera and just talk about his what he's
going through. Why can't I go through and do the
hard work and get through it. So that's partly why
I wanted you on here, and I'm glad we appreciate

(57:38):
you for being honest with us and giving you the real, raw,
uncut story.

Speaker 2 (57:43):
Absolutely man, And I'm always available to like you know
what I mean, whether you know me from Salem, whether
you like are having some like fears and securities, doubts, embarrassment,
shamee guilt man, if you want like a private conversation,
if you want some guidance, like, oh you don't know me,
Like that's the only way, Like I can keep people
that I have, right, like we learned in narcotics anonymous,
like the twelve step. We can only keep what we

(58:04):
have by giving in the way right, Like we help people, man,
you know what I mean, Like I love to help people, bro,
Like you know what I mean, because people did it
for me right when I was beaten, when I was broken, man,
Like when I was spiritually bankrupt and I had no
guard in my life, like people were there for me,
right people pick up the phone at four am, like,
so like please, man, if you're out there and you're struggling,
like help is out there, whether you want to reach
out to me anyone, like just just reach out, man,

(58:26):
you know what I mean, because the help is out there.

Speaker 3 (58:28):
Awesome, beautiful. I don't know how much transition to this, no,
but like it's such a blessing because look how healthy
you look right now? Yeah, look good, bro, bro, Like
I would never think, you know what I'm saying, like
to bounce back to that extent, not even just to
bounce back, but to bounce back and like get get
completely healthy like that is I was rough looking for rough.

(58:55):
We have reached my favorite part of the showing a question.

Speaker 6 (59:12):
In the.

Speaker 3 (59:14):
Huge DJ both players today is five years that day passing.
We miss you, my brother, we love you hopefully looking
down on us proud because I don't know if this
is this podcast will be possible if it wasn't for Johnathan,
so big shout out to him right and the family
and the family. I talked to Evelyn today. She's doing great.

(59:35):
First question is always the same, Jordan or Lebron. You
but it's been like four or five, like you got
shaky thro the first three or four seasons it was
just like ninety five Jordan's maybe three Lebron's. We went
on a little bit of a streak lately. Granted the

(59:58):
people been on it's been a little young on the
younger side. Yeah, but.

Speaker 2 (01:00:05):
I mean Jordan's man, I don't even know like the
stats and this and that.

Speaker 3 (01:00:09):
It's just like none of the numbers.

Speaker 2 (01:00:14):
Just forget it.

Speaker 3 (01:00:16):
We know Jordan's we know he's coming back to TV.
I want you. I'm very I'm very interested to see
how the younger people take Jordan's on TV talking on
a mic. He's not going to really be on the
TV like that. It's gonna be pre recorded at his house.
And Jordan, I know that. What's he doing?

Speaker 1 (01:00:34):
He's like Jordan was was it?

Speaker 3 (01:00:36):
Is it the prime one? He's joining like like you
like ESB Stephen and he's joining those group with like
Vince cars on that too and people.

Speaker 1 (01:00:45):
Yeah, that would be like.

Speaker 3 (01:00:48):
Three sentences and cut back to the He's not You
think he's gonna pull up to work and be in
the green room. Yeah, have a cigar. Yeah, into Nascar.
He got his own team. Yeah yeah, like Jesus really.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
Money like that. You gotta find hobbies.

Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
He's a good team. Yeah, thats ride motorcycles.

Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
Wizards.

Speaker 2 (01:01:11):
Yeah, give me.

Speaker 3 (01:01:14):
Money with the Wizards, man.

Speaker 1 (01:01:15):
Yeah, everybody talks he makes money, but he did not
make wins.

Speaker 3 (01:01:19):
Well, we gonna remember that, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:01:25):
What do you rather watch live?

Speaker 3 (01:01:27):
An NFL game or NHL, an h L game, NFL NFL.
I've never been to a past game. Yes, right, it's
cold though.

Speaker 2 (01:01:37):
Actually, yeah, that's a good point. It depends what time.
He yeh, Broah, I mean when it's cold, it's I'm.

Speaker 3 (01:01:43):
Not trying to be I just I don't want to.
I don't. I couldn't even go to the Sealing High
games back in the day make a lot of games
are tough things. Giving games are tough. But it's cold
like when it used to because now it ain't cold.

Speaker 2 (01:01:56):
On I think I'm gonna swutch my answer, bro, I
would rather be at the crib watching red zone. Yeah,
like you're at the game and you got fantasy, you're
trying to look at all your players and you have
you ever been to an NYHL game.

Speaker 3 (01:02:10):
I've been to a couple of I've been like to
a glass.

Speaker 2 (01:02:18):
If it's live, I'd rather be at an NHL game.

Speaker 3 (01:02:21):
It's like just watching the team obviously.

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
NFL.

Speaker 3 (01:02:23):
Yeah, you know what I mean. I've been to a
couple of games. I didn't know there was only three periods.
I know said this on the podcast, but I was
like everybody I was leaving. I was like, why is
everybody leaving?

Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
Because what other sport only has three periods? Is it
four or a half? No other?

Speaker 3 (01:02:39):
I can't think of anything, so I was confused.

Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
Out we are? Also, I've had caught a few beers
by that point. I'm not I think over I think
I was. I think I was a date. I'm not
even watching the game.

Speaker 3 (01:02:53):
I'm over here.

Speaker 1 (01:02:53):
Talking like this. I'm not laying.

Speaker 3 (01:02:56):
Are we out?

Speaker 1 (01:02:57):
It's one of those things, the fourth quarter where y'all
going one when I was afing my question who won?

Speaker 3 (01:03:06):
But yeah, it is excited A couple of cold definitely cool, right,
all right, I'm down. My mom used to get I
would say, like course on the course, but goods called
doctors the doctor seats.

Speaker 1 (01:03:18):
We got the doctor seats with the doctor seats, so
we would always be would get, we would get, will
give us the doctor would like give us here?

Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
Where are you going today? You guys can go. It's
funny because I don't know if you're experience hitting that close,
but no one else really cares about the game when
you're that close, except for I know, I know how
used to be doctors.

Speaker 1 (01:03:41):
They go there every day. They're just like whatever. Me
and Josh I'm talking. I think I think this is Celtics,
though that's a different hould of the situation. I no,
but it was the same. I remember talking to Jeff
Green when Jeff Greens on THEE.

Speaker 3 (01:03:57):
I remember talking to b because I'm Anybody's like, like,
who let these guys in the second row? Was one
of the right seats?

Speaker 1 (01:04:08):
Yeah, right here, right here, right here.

Speaker 3 (01:04:12):
I missed those. We don't get those anymore, unfortunately, don't work.
Good old day she leveled up. Yeah, good absolutely could
have leveled up someone with the tickets. But you know
what I mean, who we might have complained? All right?

Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
Growing up? Where your cartoon Network Kick or Nickelodeon.

Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
Kid, Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon. Absolutely quick, quick, fun fact. I got
my son to watch Good Burger last night. Okay, how
do you feel?

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
Absolutely loved it?

Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
Okay, Okay, that's I love that, like you're going if
you've noticed again, if you're a fan and picking up
on these things. I love how you've been going through
every nineties movie and TV series with your son and
and and and letting us know how it goes.

Speaker 1 (01:04:52):
I'm investing what you earlier? What would you watch out?
It was like last week you watch something like something random?

Speaker 3 (01:05:00):
What it was? Ship was the last week? The damn
spider Man.

Speaker 1 (01:05:07):
He's been he knows all marble.

Speaker 4 (01:05:11):
Then now you got me on the spot. You remember
we watched everything. My boy's gonna be just like me.

Speaker 3 (01:05:19):
I used to watch this, but myself, we're all just like,
wait a minute, I don't know if we have two
of you around here to fix that. Two stubborn Jedi
is just walking around the jedih and Jedi. If you
ask some questions, he don't speak to you like a
regular person, like you don't answer you asked.

Speaker 1 (01:05:38):
She's like, yo, you're trying to get some wings.

Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
I like barbecue wings.

Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
Answer the question. You you know what I mean. He's
not gonna be frustrating.

Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
Come on, Bro, sounds like yes to me. He speaks
of it. Alright, we get they can do the plane.
Would you rather go to a frazy steakhouse or a
nice Italian dinner steakhouse? And my fiance will tell you, man,

(01:06:10):
because she loves Italian.

Speaker 1 (01:06:12):
I have Italian girl too, Bro. I had to tell
the chill like you get fat.

Speaker 3 (01:06:16):
Food you get fat what she.

Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
Wants to eat.

Speaker 1 (01:06:18):
Bro, it is good.

Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
I can go to a steakhoust hear every single night, Bro,
every day in my life.

Speaker 3 (01:06:26):
Steak and potatoes and the Greens.

Speaker 2 (01:06:30):
Tuesday.

Speaker 6 (01:06:30):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (01:06:32):
Last night we were at Granted Lakes, a good steakhouse,
a good leg.

Speaker 1 (01:06:40):
I ain't getting steak positive, nah, I actually got I
got a nice pasta, A home waiting.

Speaker 3 (01:06:48):
I know I want to go to because it's the
Fiesta in the North End. Every every weekend, catch one
of those which is like, yeah, let me go play
fourteen dollars for a hot dog, Like I can't wait.
You know, we gotta do what we gotta do. Sometimes
it comes with a bill. All right, Next one team Drake,
a team Kendrick. I'm going Drake. Okay. I think I'm

(01:07:13):
gonna get hate for that, but I'm honestly, I think
it's been a commed I think the farther we get
from the beef, things had to go a little back
to normal. Like I feel like most people agree Kendrick
won the beef, but in general, everybody listens to Drake.

Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
I remember, but last year we were on Maddy Bee's
bachelor party when Drake came out push ups. Oh ship, bro,
we will I think we were driving to the casinos, Lenia,
Kevin Holden, Maddie, a bunch of us and we played
the Ship the whole on repeat. Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:07:52):
Oh yeah, if we only knew that Kendrick was about
to drop it. I remember, do you like, Oh, are
you gonna respond for a while? What's taking so long?
What's taking on his niggas sitting.

Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
Came back with a Grammy winning hit.

Speaker 3 (01:08:12):
Oh ship at the super Bowl?

Speaker 1 (01:08:16):
Oh my god, check people at the super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (01:08:19):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:08:20):
That was crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
That shouldn't have been allowed. Yeah all right, Lambo truck
or cyber.

Speaker 3 (01:08:28):
Truck, Lambow truck.

Speaker 1 (01:08:30):
Yeah, absolutely, the cyber trucks.

Speaker 3 (01:08:32):
Man, No, like you got to do something to it,
Like you gotta wrap it with something, you gotta wrap
it on. I've seen him, Matt Green.

Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
That ship looked dope, but bro, Lambo truck is crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:08:45):
Ana's kid kid crashed and couldn't get out of it
because the windows a ball.

Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
That was like, hmmm.

Speaker 3 (01:08:51):
I didn't think about that ship, not that I was
in the market for getting one, but you know what
I mean, that's like I was just gonna go to
the dealership, but when I heard that, I'll stick to
my I also I'll stick to my knees on a
fan of regular motives, the jeeps. So I'm getting up
a lot of information here that's so good I could
believe it if you want. All right, we license I

(01:09:24):
think us three. Everybody knows who's probably the more approachable one.
None of us three in the street and fast fans
and run up. Josh, you're not gonna see outside. Nope,
not unless you're catching them at like a supermarket on
the way to be like and if he's with his kids,
good lucky. I've always been a quiet person. Yeah, I'm

(01:09:47):
the nice guy. I'll say what's up. I'll be nice.
It's funny. I don't know if you see the TikTok,
but we get roasted on TikTok all time, had the comments.

Speaker 1 (01:09:57):
Yeah you guys see them.

Speaker 3 (01:09:58):
I see the comment, but I don't see sometimes not
to be good ones and sometimes like no, I don't
roasted by like people we know.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
No, No, it'll be like the world we know.

Speaker 3 (01:10:08):
I laugh at it. It's the internet, bro, Like you
know what I mean, I'm not gonna laugh at it.
It comes up to her.

Speaker 1 (01:10:14):
Yeah, yeah, like they give.

Speaker 3 (01:10:17):
It the favorite one is like they give anybody a
podcast these days. These guys don't even know sports. What
are you talking about? When the Kobe thing and they
went nuts on me and apparently apparently said Kobe was
would you stand I stand by what I said you
put them five or something like that. I stand by
those comments. At those comments, I mean, they're not gonna

(01:10:37):
not gonna hurt my feelings. One of them apparently I
was doing something. Apparently I was doing something with my
hands in the clip bro at least fifteen people come
he yesty, as.

Speaker 1 (01:10:49):
I just look was like, yea, look a little. I'm
just passionate the way I talk.

Speaker 3 (01:10:58):
But no, I don't even.

Speaker 1 (01:11:02):
Use the name twelve twenty five Ohio.

Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
Like that's a real use you want, dude, feel that's
the real guys gonna be in the comments. I died
to my face what I'm gonna say.

Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
I mean, I like it.

Speaker 3 (01:11:21):
Given it's more views and more engagement. I don't care
what you're saying exactly. I don't go, yeah, yeah, that's
what happens.

Speaker 1 (01:11:28):
Clearly you watch that ship. Thanks all right?

Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
Next, if you had to do one of them, would
you do Bungee jumping or skydiving.

Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
Probably skydiving.

Speaker 3 (01:11:40):
I mean I would do both, but probably skydiving.

Speaker 2 (01:11:43):
Yes, I just feel like that'd be dope.

Speaker 3 (01:11:45):
Jumping on the plane, I feel safe for sure. You
fall twice on a bungee, yeah, bro, and you go
up and then you get to fall again.

Speaker 2 (01:11:52):
I don't know if I trust that little cord.

Speaker 3 (01:11:55):
I don't know what Bue Fresh fans killed it for.
Everybody ruined it. Yeah, all right, that's it, like Power
the power in this movie. We wanted to a point
in my life where I would risk my life for fun,
Like I think that's what that's early that's in the twenties.

Speaker 1 (01:12:14):
That's the early twenties thing.

Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
Sky diving, bunge of jumps, that's when you're young and
old coasters and anything like that.

Speaker 6 (01:12:19):
I mean, I'll with doing neither, all right, but if
we have to do one, I just got so many
keep me saying, I think it's safer, absolutely fly on
a plane the most risky, and that's.

Speaker 3 (01:12:37):
Because I have to not spirit. Listen, they went bankrupt. Listen,
it didn't and it did, just didn't they just recently recently,
like last week. Yeah, but that's a that's tax stuff.
Like they're fine because of COVID.

Speaker 1 (01:12:52):
COVID used. I don't know if you remember in the
last year, maybe a year ago, where all these planes.

Speaker 3 (01:13:01):
And we're messing up and that about and then falling
at the sky Big Dog Spirit you ain't nothing about
Big Dogs were naming it the safest.

Speaker 1 (01:13:13):
Spirit with the once I have.

Speaker 2 (01:13:15):
It's not something I would would Yo, you want to
talk about I don't win.

Speaker 3 (01:13:18):
It's a small bron that ship you won't. You will
literally not fit no.

Speaker 2 (01:13:22):
Wi Fi TV and like the leg Yo, you're crammed fast.

Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
That's how I feel regular I was, I was. I
think I was flying to DC, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (01:13:33):
It was something like that. That's just seventy five dollars
like hold.

Speaker 2 (01:13:39):
Dogs, Blue Spirit bro me lan In Kevin Holden to Florida,
Florida Bro.

Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
It was, I get idea.

Speaker 2 (01:13:47):
It was honestly, I think we both all of us
slacked and like everybody else tickets Jet Blue Delta. It
was like the three of us and we were scrambling
trying to get it. So we just got it on
the same flight.

Speaker 1 (01:13:58):
Yeah, that fell out of Spirit Fly.

Speaker 3 (01:14:01):
That's that's a long flight. I hear a lot of these.
That's why I haven't tried it.

Speaker 4 (01:14:05):
It was me and me and Teddy, which is the
same size, so we're just like, this is a guy
in between us, and we're just like this guy, where
are you going? Went from Fort u up to back
to Boston because that it was crazy. The deal was
fly your blue free, fight back Spirit.

Speaker 3 (01:14:24):
They got you.

Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
Fly Spirit back. Well, now we know I need my
movie shoulder time.

Speaker 3 (01:14:36):
Bro. You can't even get water on that bitch man.
And that ship was when we had to wear masks too,
so we couldn't even I traveled a lot during that time.
I hated that part. Oh god, I forgot that he
was everywhere around that time. We went to last long time,
We went to d R and the like the heat
of it in the middle of it testing. Yeah, I

(01:14:58):
don't have to go get swap. Test is at the
resort in d R and that's fine, that's fine.

Speaker 1 (01:15:03):
I'm out here. That my bar was closed, like actually
get up.

Speaker 2 (01:15:09):
Like open there.

Speaker 3 (01:15:11):
Yeah, it was the guys like, oh, the guys gonna
make their money, don't you worry.

Speaker 1 (01:15:15):
What's you figure? He's a little test.

Speaker 3 (01:15:19):
Yeah she was horrible though.

Speaker 1 (01:15:23):
COVID test. Yeah, all right, it's the summertime, so you
have to do beach your lake.

Speaker 2 (01:15:33):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:15:33):
Honestly, probably.

Speaker 2 (01:15:36):
If I'm going on the water lake.

Speaker 3 (01:15:39):
Yeah, okay, okay, Bro, I don't shocks okay dad.

Speaker 2 (01:15:42):
Ship Bro, and like I can, I like to be
on a beach. I Fro'm on vacation, but like around here,
I get bored. Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:15:50):
Like my girl, my girl summer goes with her with
their aunts and and and cousins to a beach and
they stay there for a week and they sit on.

Speaker 1 (01:16:02):
The beach all day.

Speaker 3 (01:16:04):
No, I see now my mother does that.

Speaker 2 (01:16:06):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:16:07):
I don't want to. I don't understand. I get Jordan, Bro.

Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
Borders only go to the from the scene to the water, little.

Speaker 3 (01:16:14):
Swimming, beach sports either way, the soccer ball, you gotta
volleyball nets going. You gotta get the whole, the whole
thing going. I wouldn't go in the ocean for the long. Now,
I wouldn't go now long.

Speaker 4 (01:16:28):
Went to the lake recently, and that's the first time
I've been. I've been that that lake multiple times. First
time I've been in the water.

Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
Yeah, you're chasing your kids ocean. That was about choice. Yeah,
to the lake.

Speaker 1 (01:16:42):
You gotta go to the lake, just.

Speaker 3 (01:16:43):
Like like the ocean, the ocean waters, just like the
waves hitting you. You know what I'm saying, Like you
get it's a different He's the type that wakes up
seven in the morning on the resort and you're just
like you go to breakfast a little earlier, walk and
then you see black.

Speaker 1 (01:17:03):
Dot all the way up there and.

Speaker 3 (01:17:07):
Yourself because none of us is going out there in DR.
I'll go in the water because obviously the water is
a little better out there, but I would me high. Yeah,
I like to swim in the waters. I like when
the waves hit. Yeah, we said that already, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:17:22):
An would you rather have free flights for life or
free hotels for life?

Speaker 3 (01:17:28):
A hotel, stay, B and B whatever? Free?

Speaker 2 (01:17:30):
What's that word I'm looking for financially? Probably the hotels, yeah,
because that's more. I mean they go hand in hand.

Speaker 3 (01:17:38):
Yeah, you can get a flight and like in a
fucking five stocks yeah everything. No, but like if you
if you fly enough, you get frequent fire miles anyway,
so eventually you're gonna get discuss your flights. There's no
frequent I go to resorts. DR don't give you a
discount for going a lot. My dad would have been
had that ship. So you know we signed you one, right,

(01:18:02):
I don't know we picked the hotel, So what did
you pick?

Speaker 1 (01:18:04):
Flights? I think flights flights.

Speaker 3 (01:18:09):
I'd argue with you.

Speaker 2 (01:18:10):
I didn't even know.

Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
There's a lot of places that they're not that expensive either. Yeah,
if you go to like I can find a borl
for cheap and have that five star hotel right there.

Speaker 2 (01:18:23):
Like the Star.

Speaker 3 (01:18:24):
That's a good question because it could go either way. Yeah,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:18:26):
Do I get to fly first class?

Speaker 6 (01:18:28):
Like?

Speaker 2 (01:18:28):
Do I get to like be on a private Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:18:31):
You get free Spirit every time, free flights in Japan,
free oh yeah, free Blue.

Speaker 4 (01:18:37):
Free Alaska flight is what I want. Last Alaska flights
the best in my life. The plane legit the biggest.

Speaker 3 (01:18:45):
I like Jet Blue is the lazest once you're on
the plane. Jet Blue is the best once you're on.
The problem is sometimes that bitch be late, and you
know what I mean. Sometimes it's a lot of cancelationers
and ship other than that and Jeorgia. But put my
movie on and watch my Titanic and I'm good what
I think they I mean, if you don't like flying,
you're not gonna. I don't mind it. I put a

(01:19:06):
movie on. I don't care. I don't even notice when
we take off, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:19:10):
Take a nap. We driving. I'd rather have a personal
driver or.

Speaker 3 (01:19:14):
A personal chef.

Speaker 2 (01:19:15):
Chef.

Speaker 3 (01:19:16):
I can't cook for ship bro. She keeps you nutrition exactly.
Chef makes a gourmet meal and healthy.

Speaker 2 (01:19:26):
Personal driver would be fire, absolutely fire. But like the meals,
I probably Yeah, both are very good, but both are
very good.

Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
Food would be nice. How about both? How about both?
You have both of dr pretty cheap. Honestly, he is
not running back driving, just driving, and I don't got
no license to do. That's what we do there, just
go well the.

Speaker 1 (01:20:00):
All right, cheeseburger or chicken sandwich, cheeseburger.

Speaker 4 (01:20:08):
I'm a chicken sandwich kind of guy. I'm both, that's
not you know. I was younger, I never had like
I would go for the chicken cheeseburger. I always a
chicken sandwich.

Speaker 1 (01:20:19):
But yeah, we were fast food growing up.

Speaker 3 (01:20:23):
I was a chicken sandwich guy. Yeah, I was a
chicken sandwich guy too, But like now I switch it up.
I can't have chickens every time, and plus like it
goes like an actual good fancy restaurant and some some
reason you gotta go cheeseburger or some kind of burger.
If you have, you got a cheeseburger.

Speaker 1 (01:20:42):
Yes, that's true cheese.

Speaker 4 (01:20:44):
The fact that you would more likely get a burger
out of a restaurant than an actually chicken sandwich, at
least at least in my opinion.

Speaker 3 (01:20:53):
I don't know, because somebody's chicken sandwiches be bombed, like
I don't. I haven't the chicken sandwiches most most of
the time feel something random, like when we.

Speaker 1 (01:21:02):
Go out to eat that family, when's the last time
you ordered a cheeseburger.

Speaker 3 (01:21:06):
There's probably a higher chance that pick a cheeseburgery, really
absolutely cheese burging to me to eat, I'm not getting either. No, no,
I'm gonna get a stay.

Speaker 1 (01:21:17):
I almost allow you. We're driving home, like a couple
of nights ago.

Speaker 3 (01:21:21):
I almost stop at Apple Be's got me too for
twenty five real quick to you. My girl was like,
because we think about the takeout. I was like, yo,
what don't we just stop real quick get two burgers
and some wings? So does Bill?

Speaker 1 (01:21:34):
Fifty dollars I'm at the crib.

Speaker 3 (01:21:37):
Ended up going to Texas roadhouse. It messed up a
lot more money to no text rights is cheap a shed?
Yeah one or we were just there too, become don't
go there after six o'clock. One out back next to
We're not gonna.

Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
Have any.

Speaker 1 (01:21:59):
What vacate?

Speaker 3 (01:22:00):
Shi?

Speaker 1 (01:22:00):
Did you have a better time this year?

Speaker 3 (01:22:02):
Yeah, I've been stalking you.

Speaker 1 (01:22:03):
I G Mexico or South Carolina.

Speaker 3 (01:22:08):
Ah, that's a tough question.

Speaker 2 (01:22:10):
So I'm gonna say Mexico, but only because South Carolina,
like Charleston, is not really like a trip that like
people like us want to It's like a girl's trip bro. Like, Bro,
my fiance was like, oh, we gotta go to Rainbow Row.

Speaker 3 (01:22:27):
Rainbow Row. I'm thinking it's gonna be like this crazy thing.

Speaker 2 (01:22:29):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:22:29):
We walked like.

Speaker 2 (01:22:30):
Six miles in the fucking heat, and it's just like
a yellow house, a blue house, a green.

Speaker 3 (01:22:37):
God.

Speaker 2 (01:22:41):
We just like walked around. It was fun, bro, Like
I'm talking ship Like the best part is the steakhouse.

Speaker 3 (01:22:46):
Chop steakhouse.

Speaker 2 (01:22:51):
A dope bro. But like the problem is we got
fucked with weather. We had like three days in a
row of rain bro.

Speaker 1 (01:23:00):
Cozamel and it was just down point terrible.

Speaker 3 (01:23:02):
What I was in dr two weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (01:23:04):
I didn't see a drop the entire time I was there,
not one drop.

Speaker 2 (01:23:10):
Like, if I'm going on vacation, I want to go
somewhere like tropical, not like I'm not trying to.

Speaker 3 (01:23:15):
Go, but the problem is obviously you know, then we
go there, Like this year was my seventh year in
a row into Poom Ta Khana. I think I'm done
for a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:23:24):
But it's hard for me, Like you pitched me a
vacation that's not in the tropics. Yeah, let's go to ah,
Let's go to Like, let's just let's go to Phoenix.
I was like, why you want to go to Phoenix?

Speaker 3 (01:23:35):
If you could you go to DR Yeah. I always like,
you can spend a thousand dollars, we can go to
Nashville or whatever. We can go to Nashville, spend a
thousand dollars Nashville. Oh, I can bring you to Punta Kana,
spend a thousand dollars all inclusively, eat as much as Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:23:52):
Like it was funny though, bro Katie played me because
she was like she wanted to go to Aruba and
like Roger's business like Roub, I'm going for like seven
to ten days. Yeah, I mean so I'm like, damn, like,
I don't know if I can do that right now.
She's like, let's just do like Charleston. We went for
like four or five nights, and after like the third
day of us walking around, she's like, all right, you're
ready to book a Ruber yet, And I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:24:15):
It worked.

Speaker 2 (01:24:16):
I got you to go somewhere you didn't want to be,
like yes, now going over.

Speaker 3 (01:24:20):
Yeah, now we're booking the Rube. But yeah, my problems.
I took my go to put the kana. Now it's everything, like,
all right, we can go like I like put the khana,
but it's like how dominic I like being Like I
went to I went to my hometown in Santiago for
the first time in like twenty years, and that ship
was like a whole different Oh it's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (01:24:37):
It was beautiful like my cruise ships. I can't do
the me haven't been on which I can't taken that amazing.

Speaker 3 (01:24:46):
Pause. Yeah you don't when I went there. I'm talking
about a cruise ship.
