Hurry up, guys, welcome back.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
Are you wick?
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Are you wicked? Don't stuck? Come on, you did it?
You are going to stop shooting at the skim. I'm not.
I'm just stop shooting at the skim, he said. We'll
get to that explanation for that. I was like, Bro,
do you think we're stupid to get fine?
Speaker 3 (01:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:23):
You just playing host to the right for my varsity
football captain inventor to say she's special sent in Superman
himself sent.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
And it seems it seems to be like an eight
or sixth tradition. When we the marathon comes.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Around, we usually can find someone graciously will take their.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Time to stop by before their.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Race, and this year's edition makes some noise from running united,
so least.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
Everybody appreciate you all. It's always a pleasure being absolutely
appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
It's been a while, like season one, I think, have
long hair back.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
Yeah, but it's a pleasure being up here with y'all. Man,
it's always good.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
So absolutely we'll get to you. We'll get to your
training and you know, the marathon a little bit. But
first talk a little hoop Celtics.
Speaker 5 (02:31):
Yeah, right, gonna go back.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Yeah, So here's my question. We're gonna start off right
off with a question.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Question.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Is it championship or bust? Is it championship or failure
for the Celtics.
Speaker 5 (02:48):
Ship.
Speaker 4 (02:48):
I think so, man, honestly, dog hundred percent. I think
they're the best, the best team out right now. They rock,
they're going hard.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Man.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
They pretty much got the same team as last year,
you know, I mean they're going strong. So it's just like,
I mean, I don't really see anybody beating them in
the seven game series.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
That the slight nobody.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Because the Celtics the Lakers, it's always championship or bus
like like like we get held to such a high standard.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah, because in theory. Yeah, but I don't.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
Think Lakers this year's championship bus Oh no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
But I mean like Celtics this year when you have
that squad.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, because I think it's like the
Celtics when they after they won their chip, like losing
the next one.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Yeah, they got and they still had.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
The three, the Big Three, honestly, like last year was
championship or bus.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
They got it and we got it.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
So I don't think, yeah, why would the next season
be anything like Yeah, it's just this just sets you
sets Tatum and JB apart, Like if they get the
second ring, the back to backs put them in another different.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
There's not a lot of people who's done of.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Us, Like the ship isn't as big on their shoulder
going out now because they already have it.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
Yeah, but still it's legacy talk.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Now, yeah, this is legacy talk. The first one was
really like Madden maddened.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Do we need it? Don't break this team?
Speaker 5 (04:15):
You need it? Again?
Speaker 1 (04:16):
I wanted to shut everybody up. Can you know have
his logate rad moment and all that it was possible.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
He's having a good year though, oh man, he's uh
his I love to watch the.
Speaker 4 (04:30):
Solid dude is his mid range everything, he's just he's comfortable. Ye,
confidence at all time. You know.
Speaker 2 (04:38):
It's funny because it's kind of because we're so Celtics
is so good.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
I catch myself kind of like skipping games like who
we're playing? Yeah, I'm gonna watch some Netflix real quick.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
So I haven't watched as many games. It's like maybe
I did last year just because my let me, let
me hit me up in April when we're in the playoffs, right, Charlotte, Yeah, exactly,
who the fuck please.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
About to go off? Yeah? Eighteen and a half. Yeah,
it's my guy. But there was definitely a point I
was getting to you guys. What was I talking about?
Speaker 3 (05:17):
Things are so good that you don't want to want
thank you?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
And that was a good catch because I lost. I
was called myself watching the Knicks game. Yeah, And when
Tatum hit that shot, just looking at it was it
was it was kind of like like, of course you're
gonna hit that. It was he was so calm right there,
looking like, oh, that's the man, who's who's who's won
a championship, who's secured. It's like, bro, I don't care
(05:44):
what the score is. Give me the ball, whatever the
time is, I'm gonna hit this shot at the overtime until.
Speaker 4 (05:49):
He believes he's the best in this moment for sure. Bro,
it's it's his league if he wants it. Honestly, Yeah,
you know what I mean, He's just he's dominant.
Speaker 5 (05:58):
Boy.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
He carries it well. He's a good role model in
a sense.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
I think that because he's such a good role model,
it works against him sometimes because he's a.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Nice guy him. It's a nice it's a nice guy thing.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
Yeah, Yeah, it's the it's hard to be the nice
guy and also be known as like someone who is
like ferocious and competitiveness and like you know what I mean,
Like you don't think you know, Jordan's not nice guy?
Speaker 1 (06:25):
You know what? Called Jordan nice guy?
Speaker 2 (06:26):
No?
Speaker 5 (06:26):
Whatever?
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Called Kobe a nice guy.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
So to be the nice guy it's kind of like
like has nothing to do with your game obviously.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Yeah, It's like it's hard to be a killer when
you're a nice.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
Guy, like a killer and you intimidate like Kobe intimidated, Michael,
Jordan's intimidated. Like there's certain people in a lot uh
this in this game that intimidated their periods like.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Right now, he doesn't intimidate, but he definitely demands respect. Yeah,
it was just like it should.
Speaker 4 (06:55):
He's been getting it, man, slowly, but surely he's been
gaining his respect. Like the regular people will hate on them,
but I think the guys around the league and stuff,
now they know, they're like yeah, big yeah, yeah man, yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
Put them all like those those great matchups he's had,
Like he's in the same league as them.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Yeah, got cooked cook. He's a Brooklyn the first round.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Hate him that guy. If he wins another one this year,
it's like there's another.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
Another level about him. There's no there's no more.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
A lot of people like, are you your one title?
Speaker 5 (07:32):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (07:32):
You get your your little down.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
You're a little bit of shuts everybody up since you
put you in a different level because now you're multiple. Yeah,
once you get the second one and special leaves back
to back.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Now we're talking exactly.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
Now, we're talking like that, like timing Team Trek.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
They got the one, they got the watch.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
Obviously legends each one of them going to be or
are all the famous, but that's all they got. Him
gets two.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Those guys, it's like two three three is Bird three three.
That's why people expect on Bird And here.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
Was the killer, tell you what he's gonna do?
Speaker 2 (08:16):
The heavy peas when when when magic was in the
Jordan's Koreean was Jesus.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
And he said it recently that one person he's chasing
is Larry. So I'm trying to be the best self
to cover the one person in front of you is
Larry Bird.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
Three rings, three rings, people happened.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
If you look up at the garden, there's is a
number number six up there who has eleven Yeah, steps people,
you're not being that.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
That's tough. Is tough, That's that's there.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
But this three looks real, like crazy record has to
be that we just ignore it.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
That's impossible.
Speaker 3 (09:00):
But you know what I mean, like.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Just like every every decade, we every decade we have
kind of like gotten Rings dominating the nineties the nineties
only because Mbai is the rest in Peace and Michael
Jeffrey Jordan's Yeah for sure, But like that was supposed
to be was old after Bird, It was like By's
is gonna be that? Yeahggie Lewis would have been great. Yeah,
(09:25):
that was definitely bad for a couple of years. Look,
but we came back in the two thousands.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
Related, you know what I'm saying. It was a little
a little stretching there, a good meat pause, a good
like section. I don't know, I don't know, you know
what I was thinking.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
I was thinking, I got a sandwich and like the
two brands, and then I should have said deadly because
as soon as they met, I.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
Was like, you're not crazy for saying that.
Speaker 3 (09:51):
Ship.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
That was why I apologize to our fans about that.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
I'm sorry, but no, it's definitely two rings get you.
So let's say the Eastern Conference finals.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
If we don't make the finals, devastating.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Yeah, like a failed completely.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
I think that can only happen to injuries. If they
don't make the fund Yeah used to come what happened? Yeah,
that could only happen through injuries, I believe true.
Speaker 4 (10:17):
Yeah, it has to be like multiple injuries, not just
like one guy, because I mean they didn't even have
most of the playoffs last year and it was just like,
damn they didn't.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
I don't even need him. The easiest job to shoot.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Man, we're talking about that Christmas, like, bro, we don't
even like he's like I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
I'm like, yeah, I'll let you know. They do a
great job, just like managing his injury.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
Yeah, you have to be.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
Well, it's this.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
It's awesome when you have the luxury of like a
seven foot three big man they could shoot like, yeah,
we don't need you right now. We have Tatum Brown, Derk,
Ryan Pritchard, you know, Drew Hawfish.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
You know what I mean. You know what I mean.
You're playing for the fucking Brooklyn Nets.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Come on, come on, he's still twenty nine.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
That's thirty years old. I thought he was thirty two.
Speaker 5 (11:16):
Twenty he's twenty nine.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Dogs, that's going to be multiple You'll be here for
a while. Better.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
When he got drafted, that was long ago. That was
when he got drafted at seventeen.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Yeah, it's been a minute. It's been a minute.
Speaker 6 (11:36):
Where they booed at everything, even though we strongly believe
that they're going to just cript.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Walk all the way up to the finals.
Speaker 5 (11:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
Who do you think out of the East can give
them the biggest a battle, Either Milwaukee or Cleveland.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
I think it'd be Cleveland, honestly, Yeah, Milwaukee always, you
know they can. They have the potential to give us,
you know, heckle, But I don't know. I think Cleveland's
just been different. Yeah, you know what I mean. I
think at the end of the day, I think it's Cleveland,
Cleveland over Milwaukee right now.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Yeah, for sure, Cleveland definitely has kept their core for sleep.
Speaker 5 (12:20):
Different right now?
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Man, Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly, not the number one.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
I think Cleveland's heart. It's easier to shut down.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
We just got to stop Donovan Mitchell somehow. But and
Derek White.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
To do that specific do that.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
Now with Milwaukee, you got two giant X factors and
Dame Willard and the Jannis, where like if they get
hot and go off, they can you know, I can.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
See that's the thing if to you know what I mean,
player Love.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
That's my bad. I forgot they had doc Rivers. Never mind,
I'm gonna go.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Never mind.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
I forgot. You hear what I said. I don't get
it was that real, he said, I don't get enough
credit for Uh it is real.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
But it's because someone Yeah, bro, I have to see
the whole context that had to be said, like someone
the other one like the worst, like oh yeah, you're
the only guy who's lost.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
That's craziest series.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
Oh yeah, you never talk about the fact that I
got up there on the great teams that.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Did he joked, he laughed, please, yeah he was.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
He was definitely like, stop asking me this ship kind
of question of answer.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
He was, I got three wins, almost got it, because.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
That's what I said. Nobody, No one talks about how
I won those three games.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
Two of the most disrespected coach with uh with the ring,
pretty decent summary of like coaching. You know what, he
has like a lot of wins and in the third
season is so much more respected like years back and
now it's just like the coach of the year, and
you make it seem like we don't know how you
(14:13):
know what I mean, why we don't like because he
keeps losing series with super teams.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
You know what I mean? Like, you're a great season coach,
You're always guy, you've been around a while.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
You got one ring, one ring of the Year, Hall
of famers because the team act.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
He also has like I think he's top three of
the current player coaches with wins, which is behind like
Pop something like that. So it's like he has the wins.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
That's just that's that longevity finished so long.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
You go to the Eastern Conference, right, and we say
game seven and we go coach for coach.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
How many of those matchups in the US Conference are
you picking Doc over the other coach? Not Celtics. It
was Cleveland cold.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
It's not being cland it's time to get like those
all that old style needs to move on.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
I think, yeah, he's kind of these young young.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Tom. He's gone, yeah, you can't like the Knicks have
to go on a magical run for him to keep
his job.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
I believe like you're fired, bro.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
The whole team is just saying like, yo, could you
stop running on the fucking ground.
Speaker 1 (15:28):
Please, time.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
Literally begging on begging, like having been yeah, personally my
knees hurt, bro, please just never missed the game. He's
just and he's the one.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Saying like, yo, could we chill cut my minutes down
a little bit?
Speaker 3 (15:46):
A little bit. Last last year, Josh Hart played nine
straight quarters wild arrest nine straight like you forced the
guys like him saying.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
It's a human being, let him.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
You know what it is with these you know what
it is with these old school coaches that they see
these games like and players like chess pieces, but they're
not chess pieces.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
There's a real humans there and they can't just like
plug and play because he's looking at his boarder. Now,
this guy gives the best pad to win my brother analytics.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
While he's on the court, we have the best chance.
Speaker 5 (16:22):
Like this guy is.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Fatigue meters all the way red right now, get him
out defensive.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
This guy, he just wanted you to hear.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Come on another another Celtics little little topic.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
I thought I was.
Speaker 2 (16:42):
I saw that Jalen Brown had think what podcast was
on and that that was a good Uh. I like
that one, which is cool? That was recommend said which
I didn't even know this, that he's never had an agent,
that he's drafted out of the NBA without an agent.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
I thought he said.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
He says he got one for the max contract. That
was the only time he ended up you like partnering
with one. Well, he doesn't have like a lot like
he didn't have one getting drafted.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
He I don't think they told him he was too
smart for the NBA.
Speaker 5 (17:18):
He is.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
God.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
You know what it is, Yes, yeah, n b A
is terrified.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Yeah, that's what it is.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Because he's a good player, he's very very smart and
now he has a lot a lot of money and
he doesn't want to go by the rules.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
He doesn't want to do it your way, he wants
to do it his way.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Also has lectures at Harvard.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
He my team, and he's freaking vice president of the
the Players Players Association, one of he's the youngest ever
player to be vice president. So him being like that
leader for he's going to be making so many changes,
probably to like do right by the c. J.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
McCollums. Still, I think president.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
I think he is, yeah, president President.
Speaker 3 (18:11):
It used to be Chris Chris Paul, but he's like.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Ran, that's like a dictator.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
It would argue. No one likes that we see. But
he's great. Great players you're not supposed to like like.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Sometimes you got to get in people's heads and sometimes
that everyone's relationships wins.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
But it wins championship. You gotta trigger manipulate him, may
want to listen. You want him shooting that deep shot
by any means necessary.
Speaker 3 (18:43):
Chris Paul knows every rule and how to make it
work in his favor, and that's why refs hate him.
That's why other teams hate him. If he had your teammate,
they all love you. If he stayed healthy in all
his playoff runs. He has a ring at one.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
If he if he had a ring, he I don't
want to see the best point guard of all time.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
But he he's almost up there and he doesn't have
a ring. That's how good. That's the only thing that's
keeping on this, which is from absolutely honestly.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
The people in front of him don't have rings either,
John Starkton, who else?
Speaker 1 (19:20):
Steve Nash? But he still got Thomas.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
Thomas has two magic.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
Magic carry carry. Doesn't that counts.
Speaker 3 (19:31):
I still see him as a two.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
Yeah, he's out of two.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
He plays the game as a as a one is
the one Clay was playing like a two Clay two.
Speaker 1 (19:40):
Exactly.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
He's a combo guard. That's who he is. He's the
best combo guard of all time.
Speaker 3 (19:46):
Which it used to be.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
A yeah, you say he's the best. He didn't play
like a point guard, Yes, he did a lot.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
When it comes to like past play guard kind of
was like I want to see a ball hall.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
But he was definitely they get most of that. You
remember Aaron McKee, Aaron Eric Eric Snow, that's a good player.
Speaker 3 (20:09):
Nigga.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
We look at his two k ratings right now.
Speaker 3 (20:12):
I hated him.
Speaker 1 (20:14):
It was like.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
Ninety seven and Eric snow was maybe the only McKee
was an eighty and everybody else is.
Speaker 3 (20:21):
In the Camby was up there.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
There's a bunch of random like Coleman, Roll Coleman. What's
a random?
Speaker 2 (20:29):
You never give that nothing? Drafted him, came in and
he just developed the game.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
And now he has three championships? Oh did he have
four or three?
Speaker 5 (20:39):
Now?
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Iggy No with the Warriors?
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (20:43):
Did he? Was he there?
Speaker 2 (20:43):
When he did he go back for that last one?
Was he at the bottom of the ross?
Speaker 3 (20:48):
I think he has at least strength, like he's at
least three and the finals.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
Eva, it's not how I thought.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
He yes solid, they give him us you know, you know,
role players sucked up.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
That's where he gets.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
If you've never watched basketball games and you just saw
in his resume, you be like this.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
Nigga must have been fucking crazy. You see his early highlights.
He's good.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
He's like waiting a wind mill, whoa okay, but dollars
Like he's good, but he's not like he's not top fifty,
your top seventy five, you know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (21:26):
Like that, that's why you can't always look at the resumes.
Because Rob Rory got seven.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Yeah, but you don't got nothing else.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
Steve Kerry, Steve Kerr Yeah, five six six, No, he
has five.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
He has a bunch of coldes.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Yes he has no, but playing he has three with
the Bulls, two with the Spurs.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
Yeah, that's true.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
He's happened to like literally next year four Golden State.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Man Jesus, O man's got rings?
Speaker 3 (21:58):
Bro, Damn pat this too.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
You know what's crazy?
Speaker 2 (22:02):
He was literally like a phone call away from being
the head coach of New York Knicks and he turned
it down for Golden State. That nigga must be think
baby Jesus. He had been fireding three seasons from New
York Knicks.
Speaker 5 (22:13):
And where else?
Speaker 3 (22:14):
Who's your point guard? Who's the best player.
Speaker 5 (22:17):
At that time?
Speaker 1 (22:18):
Probably Mellow? Yeah back then, and he was gonna get
it Mellow? Whoever else? Raymond Felton, Yeah, yeah, Clay. These
guys can shoot.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
I was a shooter in my day.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
The reason we're here obviously because it's our annual marathon coverage.
We find someone who's running next year. Next year, we
can't find somebody.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
He's gonna have to be on the YouTube.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
All right, I start camera right, he said, for what word?
Speaker 1 (22:56):
Like like he signed his life.
Speaker 5 (22:57):
Away right now.
Speaker 1 (22:59):
I'll do it any injury I can't.
Speaker 5 (23:02):
It's a good time. It's a good time.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
You are enginey. I got you, guys.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
So how are you comparing?
Speaker 2 (23:10):
I know, uh from you know a PVS episode here
that you are a frequent frequent runner. But how uh
has a training leading up to the actually you know
what before the training? When did you decide that? Like,
how did you even because you got to be picked
right Boston manthon it, it's not so.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
I actually got in through a charity. Yeah, so I
had to do like an application process for it. Okay,
So Pregeria Research Foundation is who I'm running for, and
I usually run like that five k's. They host them
in PVD every year, so you know, we supported them
early on when like running and I just started or whatever,
you know what I'm saying. So we got pretty tight
with them, and they sent me the application through email
this year and I've just been talking about it like
(23:50):
every year, like, dude, if I get that opportunity to
get in, obviously I'm not going to qualify for it
because running twenty six miles are like pretty much a
sprint by like nah, you know, as long as I
can get that, I can cover that mileage no matter
what the I'm in, you know what I'm saying. So,
so yeah, they sent me the application through email and
I applied for it. A few days later. I was
pretty much in though I had. I had a phone
(24:12):
interview with them and they called me back a couple
of days later. You know what I'm saying. So shout
out to them, Pageria. You know, they do their thing
for sure.
Speaker 3 (24:18):
Man.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
Yeah, yeah, so how how is how is when you
found out that you were going to run a marathon?
Speaker 1 (24:27):
Did you change anything or did you know?
Speaker 2 (24:30):
I've been running anyway, So let me just kind of
keep doing on my path with it, like up it up,
like oh.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
Yeah, yeah, so you gotta up the mileage up, you know,
hit the gym mall. Like your diet, you want to
change certain things up like that, but you know, pretty
much kept it the same, just you know, worked at
it a little harder, you know what I'm saying, Just
just going harder for for it all due because you know,
Boston is the biggest marathon in the world, you know
what I'm saying, and you just want to get out
there and just you know, my thing isn't to finish
(24:57):
in a certain time anymore. At first, you know, I
set a goal to finish at a certain time. But
you know, just talking through to the guys like at
the barber shop and you know, my my close guys,
and I'm just like, dude, just go out there, like,
just have fun with it, you know what I'm saying.
Just soak up everything about the Boston Marathon. You know,
I talked, I spoke to people, Yeah exactly. I spoke
to people who've run it before, and they're like, dude,
(25:17):
just go out there just you know, enjoy yourself, like
just soak it all in, from the crowd to you know,
just just running the biggest marathon in the world.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
Yeah, that crowd gotta be that crowd gotta be the.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
You know you're sitting there percent, dude, hundred percent. So
you know, I'm excited for that. I'm excited just to
be on the other side of that because, you know,
the last four or five years I've been out there,
you know, chearing people on that I know, running and
you know what I'm saying, being in the crowd and
seeing how crazy that is. But to be on the
other side of it now I'll be like, yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
Before you, I appreciate it. I'm also gonna pray because
I don't know what why mother nature is so upset
with us recently.
Speaker 5 (25:57):
Room.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
I mean, I'm praying for you. You know what, if
you can get fifty and sunny, I think that'd be
ideal for you.
Speaker 2 (26:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:03):
Yeah, dude, even like fifty five sixty and no suns
it's cloudy as long as there's no rain out there,
no rain, I don't want to run twenty six miles
all soaked up.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
So yeah, you don't cancel it.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
It's just still running.
Speaker 5 (26:15):
You know that, it doesn't all get canceled.
Speaker 1 (26:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:17):
Yeah. A couple of years ago, my buddy Tom Tom Martinez,
he ran it and it was raining out there, dude,
and you know what I'm saying, it's it's brutal man,
you know. But obviously you're still you're in the race.
You're like, dude, it's Boston Marathon, like whatever. Like, I'm
gonna just run it regardless. You know, I'm taking it
all in. I'm soaking it all up. But it's not
fun running in that.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
So when you're in a situation like that, right, do
you just kind of like blind is lock.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
You just got to do a lot nothing else.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Yeah, yeah, it's just you inside, Yeah, Pauls just fucking yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
Just like it wasn't raining, you know what I'm saying.
It's like just taking and hopefully it's just not heavy rain.
It's like a drizzle or something like that. You're like,
I can deal with that. Yeah, but you know, if
it's heavy rain, then you know, you gotta you gotta
do with that somehow.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
And that's some ship I don't want to do.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
Talk to God it, I know, I don't ask you
that much.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
Are you a headphones guy?
Speaker 4 (27:12):
I'm my headphones guy. So during the marathon it there'll
probably be a stretch or two where I don't wear
my headphones either, just to kind of take in everything else,
you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (27:20):
But you know, for the.
Speaker 4 (27:21):
Most part, probably in the beginning and a few miles in,
I probably won't have headphones on just to you know,
soak it all up. And then you know, say, things
get you know, a little tough, and you know later
on in the race, you throw that motivational stuff on
in your headphones and you're like it's you just walk in.
It's like you your mind the pavement and just you
know that motivated music or do you have like so
(27:41):
so I switch it up.
Speaker 5 (27:42):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (27:43):
I do listen to music, but a lot of the times,
like during my training and stuff, it's small motivational shit,
you know what I'm saying, Like, yeah, just pushing you
like you know, just just you know, just getting through it.
You know what I'm saying, Like people haven't care. You know,
when people don't count on you. You know what I'm saying,
Like when you feel left out or whatever it is,
like what do you do to get through it? You
know what I'm saying. And it's just like you know,
(28:03):
it's just me at the end of the day, it's
me versus me. I gotta get through this, you know
what I'm saying. And there's there's no better way. Man,
just walk in and you just focus on it. Though
one mile at a time.
Speaker 2 (28:12):
Absolutely, I know probably wouldn't be the most helpful thing,
but I think I have fun doing it. Imagine Ato
six recorded like a motivational like like audio for them,
just like yo, bro.
Speaker 1 (28:24):
Go ahead, repeat, yeah, looking at these girls chair for
you probably gonna stop, yo, get it. Send me something
you gotta we got about a week. Dog, you got
ten days, Bro, send me You see him on camera.
You canna see him starying. You're like, yeah, he's listening
(28:46):
to us right now. I might send me something you
might be able to do that I forgot. Can't stop.
Speaker 5 (28:56):
You gotta see all the equipment for that, bro, everybody.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
I think we would out a chef to say it
within like the first like five minutes, I would think, repeat,
you can't quit. Now start in a few miles. So
I say, like, like jay Z lines, it's hard knock.
It was a hard knock life for us.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Imagine that's that's the ship was like this, the rob
like this poetically.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
We might have to poetically just dreams and nightmares.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
Say it like a poem instead of like wrapping it.
That would be a lyric. That's how we get popping.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
You had the eight o six motivational ship, Bro, Like
at first I was laughing, but after that, these things
got me going to help me finish.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
Help me finish, man. So this is what it was.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
Far away from it, Well, by time just comes out
a few days four, So walk us through what the
morning looks like. Do you know what time? I know
there's different start times. Do you know what time you're starting?
Speaker 4 (30:07):
Yeah, so we go off at eleven fifteen, okay, yeah, yeah.
So I catched the bus at nine o'clock coming a
regular bus. It was just like a marathon, Bush. It's
like regular school buses make all this money you don't
want to give us.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
No coach buses, you know what I mean?
Speaker 7 (30:22):
So marathon bus marathon, but so coach buses extually, Like
Boston Manthon sent you a bus marathon.
Speaker 4 (30:32):
You know, I mean, yeah, it's all. It's all, you know,
sponsored by the marathon or whatever. So there's plenty of
buses that will take everybody to Hopkinton. So you meet
in Boston and you take that twenty six months bus ride, dog,
you know what I mean, It's.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
Just that's fucked up. I'm not sure what it's actual route.
Speaker 5 (30:52):
I don't I don't.
Speaker 4 (30:52):
I don't believe it's the actual route that you're gonna
be driving down.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
You know, they make you drive twenty six miles. You
can think about what you last.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
Eight towns away, bro eight towns away to just so
mentally you gotta be.
Speaker 3 (31:07):
Like a radio of it, of of like going speed
run the entire thing. I'm like, it's still going. It's
over here, over the over how is it still going?
Finding them? Like, no, I can't do it.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
No, you be sad like I'm running forever.
Speaker 4 (31:28):
It's like, okay, the next couple of hours, you know,
like the next few hours, like this.
Speaker 5 (31:34):
Is what I'm gonna be doing.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
Yeah, I'm saying like that's you gotta lock in because
if you don't mentally lock in, then it can mentally
take you out of it.
Speaker 5 (31:41):
Real quick, bro, real quick.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Do you have a certain like a meal before you run?
Speaker 4 (31:46):
Yeah, so it's like like a pasta dinner, like the
car blow. You want a car blow and ship. So
the night before, like two nights before, So the night
before I'm having a son at my house. You know,
I feel my running people, you know, my fan, my kids,
stuff like that. We'll all kind of get together to
eat up and then you know, I'll just mentally get
prepared after that. So good old car Yeah, the good
old cause that twenty that as much.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
As I cancakes protein pancakes, that's.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
New craze, right, and try to get me people just
like started tapping in now now that it's just like.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
Right, there's a lot of brands too that still like
protein pancakes and stores.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
Now you know what it is is taking over the world.
TikTok told me like, yo, you need to start having
protein pancakes. And the time I got like, I think
we need some protein pancakes.
Speaker 5 (32:39):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
You think you came up with the idea, but you
were scrolling through seventy videos and protein pancakes came up
twelve times fast.
Speaker 1 (32:47):
So you know your brain is programmed.
Speaker 2 (32:49):
All of a sudden, you're getting the same diet you
see every day home influence. Yeah, I'll be hating that
you think you got something like i'most like eating steak
eggs and them having pancakes and like berries and the top.
And then you go snapchat berries on the side that
was crazy, a misteak that's wild. And then you and
then you go Google Snapchat and you see somebody post
the exact plate you have.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
You're like, damn, I thought I was. I thought was
sucking up the game.
Speaker 5 (33:13):
Man.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
I remember, like I went out to get breakfast recently
and like I had the whole steak eggs, protein up, berries,
we have fruits, and and everybody stopped what they was
doing like, oh, that looks good. You know, everybody just
stopped like, yo, good good choice man, good ship man.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
You got the steak. I'm like, I feel uncomfortable. I
came in and my breakfast like a while then, I
mean stop.
Speaker 5 (33:41):
Look at you.
Speaker 3 (33:42):
You know that his whole table was full of food.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
Immediately everybody was kind of thinking like, oh damn, why
did I pick that?
Speaker 1 (33:49):
This guy knows how to pick his food. It's going
on right now, y'all never see those steak.
Speaker 2 (33:58):
Do you bag bring snacks with you or anything like
that while you were you running or you're just gonna like,
you know, I'll eat after.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
No, so for sure, like during along the race, we
there's like gel packs and certain things like that. So
there's a bunch of like sodium like amino acids like
things like that. So you'll pop them like every you know,
like I problem prop them probably like every four miles
or so. But I think I'm gonna, you know, bring
a little maybe like a little peanut butter and jelly
like a crustable head. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, a
(34:25):
little snack and there you're gonna need it, though you
burn out.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
A lot crustables with the number one snack in the world.
I was like, duh, like everything.
Speaker 4 (34:41):
For every Yeah, they spend money on those.
Speaker 5 (34:44):
They always like, oh yeah.
Speaker 3 (34:46):
I had, I had it for lunch.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
I've been trying to cut down on your so now
I'm only eating a yoga and food in the morning.
But for like a couple of years, it was an
uncrustable every morning, crustable and a banana.
Speaker 5 (34:57):
Everything that was with the freezer.
Speaker 4 (34:59):
You see that, I'm thinking, You're like, I gotta take
one that with me.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
You take one or two by the time you get
to work, that's just the front ready to go.
Speaker 1 (35:08):
Yeah. Yeah, you ever put one of them things in
the toaster?
Speaker 2 (35:11):
Bro I haven't, but I thought about it, and I've
heard someone do I bet this fire though?
Speaker 1 (35:18):
That's just I can't do it.
Speaker 3 (35:20):
Do it? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (35:21):
Do it?
Speaker 4 (35:21):
I mean you got a whole pack of them. What's
one in the toast?
Speaker 5 (35:25):
Just just try it out? But yo, what telling you? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Man, I do the grape jelly one.
Speaker 2 (35:31):
I hate when I have to settle for strawberry though
jelly all the way grape jelly. Everybody's like that because
I know because I go to macro basket that be
sold out.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
We all think to say.
Speaker 3 (35:43):
That happened for so long, and I told somebody to
grab me some they bring the strawberry one. I'm just
looking at it in the freezer.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
I guess it's not that bad.
Speaker 5 (35:58):
But oh, you got.
Speaker 1 (36:03):
Right.
Speaker 3 (36:07):
Think youre getting the smaller box heavy for sure?
Speaker 5 (36:11):
Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
Do you have a.
Speaker 2 (36:16):
Plan on what you do after you cross? Is there
a celebration plan? Is there a big meal playing? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (36:22):
Yeah, so after the marathon Pagaria, they actually rented out
a restaurant for us.
Speaker 3 (36:27):
Look at so yeah.
Speaker 5 (36:28):
Yeah, so after we.
Speaker 4 (36:29):
Crossed the line, we're going straight there and drinks, hopefully
drinks on the house or whatever. Drinks all them dude,
food on them. You know, family, friends are gonna be there.
Family and friends are going to be there.
Speaker 5 (36:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:41):
If even if drinks are not in the house, it's
on somebody. Thank you. Yeah, come on, some you win't
what I think it was? Strangers? Are you in the
marathon today? Let me do? Yeah? Yeah, do you need
my help? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (37:04):
Friends with my kids are like, it's it's gonna be
a great time. It's gonna be a great time.
Speaker 3 (37:08):
Excited clebration like that.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
That's dope.
Speaker 2 (37:12):
But in my dad, I was like, damn, what you
doing twenty six months? I kind never want to see
none of your motherfucker.
Speaker 1 (37:20):
Finished line. You don't even want to walk anymore.
Speaker 4 (37:22):
You're like, now's the time to sit down, bro, I
can't move the whole.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
Time, like yeah, yeah around.
Speaker 3 (37:30):
I'm thinking you're like, oh yeah, you go to eat,
and I'm thinking my head like you're gonna get there,
You're gonna sit down and you're never get up.
Speaker 4 (37:37):
Like if I sit down, bro, that's that's like I'm
gonna to rest and push it around and this should happened.
Speaker 5 (37:45):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:47):
They must have a bunch just like ready just ca
yeah short and dr have a bunch of wheelchairs just
ready for you.
Speaker 4 (37:54):
I got ready for people that got everything. You wouldn't
believe how many people just come us to finishing and
don't even finish to their legs just give out on them.
Like last year got hot, so people. Yeah, people were
just face playing bro. Like literally, they hit the twenty
six mile marker and it's just like point two after
that and people just fell.
Speaker 1 (38:13):
Dude.
Speaker 4 (38:14):
One dude got taken out on the stretcher right there,
like right before the finish line, and I'm like, damn,
if I was a paramedics, I'm just like, yo, let's
push him through at the end of the day, dude,
like you did all yeah something bro like let's yeah.
Speaker 2 (38:31):
I'm running and I know I got it, and I
see a man like, no, my homie, you got point too.
Speaker 1 (38:36):
We're gonna do this ship. Yeah, you know I heard it.
Eight or six motivation.
Speaker 4 (38:42):
Quota got Get up, my nigga.
Speaker 1 (38:51):
You got this. If you got some white ge, get up,
my nigga.
Speaker 2 (38:57):
We ain't quit or not let the whole hood down,
you know from Connecticut.
Speaker 1 (39:03):
He gets up right away, like, Wow, these guys real motivation.
You let my legs again. I don't. I don't think
there is anything crueler than not to me.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
You going twenty twenty six miles and not getting a
point to that?
Speaker 1 (39:20):
As hell, we batter that point to y'all could have
kept it at twenty six.
Speaker 5 (39:25):
It's like so close but so far though.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Yeah, I talk about no restaurant, don't don't even I'm
never going to that strip.
Speaker 1 (39:34):
Every mind like that too. Don't even drop no one
near that shit fuck that street.
Speaker 3 (39:39):
Flashbacks are crazy, bro. If I ever saw the twenty
six mark, my man will be like what I was done.
I can't even I could not see that for me
to finish.
Speaker 8 (39:49):
Like if I see that, I'm like my leg. It's
like just like if you got to go to the
bathroom right all right here to get to keep yeah,
even when you're in the.
Speaker 5 (40:04):
Car, Like.
Speaker 1 (40:06):
It's gonna be crazy. This is a weird left to
take to this episode. But I've always wanted to discuss
this out loud.
Speaker 2 (40:13):
I've discussed it with myself in my head a bunch
of times.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
Why does your body know when you're near a toilet,
Like you.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
Know, it's like blue tooth, like you probably got bluetooth, literally,
Like it's like you you have the people right now.
You can hold your you can hold your pass, hold
your person in front of your.
Speaker 1 (40:31):
Understand that right here.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
Way that's so weird, Like how does that said Bill
nine figured that out? Because thing, you're right there, go.
Speaker 3 (40:47):
Gop even at your house motivation you want to get there.
Speaker 5 (40:58):
Just waiting anywhere in the loop, that's crazy, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 2 (41:02):
But not even when you open the door in the bathroom,
right would you open that door? Your toilet might be
all over there, But the minute you open that.
Speaker 1 (41:08):
Door, see the bathroom bathroom side. It was like, oh
my god, finish line.
Speaker 3 (41:14):
We made it, you know, we did it. We made it.
That's that's what my body would feel like. If I
start the twenty six, I'm like.
Speaker 5 (41:20):
We made it. We're done.
Speaker 1 (41:21):
Yeah, I know, we're not.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
I gotta get there. We're we're almost there. Almost.
Speaker 1 (41:26):
We did the bike ride. It was how long was that?
That was like twenty It was like twenty three to four.
It might have been twenty six. Nigga, what twenty six six?
So was it Fox Fox?
Speaker 4 (41:36):
Bro?
Speaker 1 (41:36):
It was box Box. Fox was one of these white towns.
So that thirteen in back.
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Yeah, so fucking the last the last mile was like
your body just like started to give up.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
Yeah yeah, but I'm not there. Yeah, you know what
you know right now?
Speaker 2 (41:54):
To myself, I was on the same bike, you know,
repeated to myself, Nigga, you ain't no bitch, You got yourself.
Speaker 4 (42:05):
And that's how I do.
Speaker 1 (42:06):
Like pa, I did that ship with flat ties.
Speaker 5 (42:12):
That's at work.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
It wasn't on purpose. It was like super flat.
Speaker 5 (42:16):
It was.
Speaker 2 (42:17):
He just didn't realize it until we got to a
bike shop and we saw that should inflate, Like oh, nigga,
youa last time.
Speaker 1 (42:26):
I thought these were good. Why did you got so
much faster than me?
Speaker 2 (42:29):
I thought, you know what, working on legs in the back,
tried his bike like, you know what I mean, I'm
not gonna you were definitely last a bunch of that time.
Speaker 1 (42:41):
The whole time that was last. The way your head.
Speaker 2 (42:43):
Ahead of me, and Gary thought he was a ex
fucking olympian his face to that second. Yeah, that's why happening.
Speaker 3 (42:53):
Man, bikes are crazy. That's so that's not a good example.
Hey he's a champion.
Speaker 1 (42:59):
Oh yeah, it's they hate a Lance Armstrong. He still
won all those toys.
Speaker 4 (43:03):
He still bite that ship, you know what I mean
out no matter what, he still did that pes cancer.
Speaker 3 (43:09):
Like if you steroids so that everybody else does. They
said that everybody competed. It ain't cheating.
Speaker 1 (43:20):
I have some type of benefit.
Speaker 2 (43:25):
He's he's Barry Bonds and baseball.
Speaker 1 (43:29):
Berry b was like, we don't funk.
Speaker 2 (43:32):
With you, Berry, but we have to fuck with you
kind of ship like cool, nobody fucks with lace Msong
you to go.
Speaker 1 (43:40):
I mean very much. Whatever it not him, then who
is it?
Speaker 3 (43:43):
Everybody?
Speaker 1 (43:44):
He's where? When I haven't seen Lance in twenty five years.
Speaker 3 (43:47):
Yeah, he's not racing anymore.
Speaker 1 (43:49):
No, but still it doesn't matter. He definitely got a
little Yeah, but like.
Speaker 3 (43:53):
Knowing people strong.
Speaker 2 (43:55):
I know they found out he was cheating bro and
I remember eats and ship.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
He was canceled, canceled, was canceled.
Speaker 3 (44:07):
I don't remember him being canceled.
Speaker 1 (44:08):
We were young.
Speaker 3 (44:09):
I was like, damn, well whatever he did it.
Speaker 1 (44:12):
I remember then. I feel like everybody's on steroids.
Speaker 2 (44:15):
I remember Stuart scott On then be like thisig got
called up. I remember thinking like like even at a
young age, like man, he was riding bikes, he was sick,
he less testosterone.
Speaker 1 (44:28):
He literally had cancer. If you steroids counter had to cancer.
Speaker 5 (44:32):
Kind of even it up right, It really cheap.
Speaker 2 (44:35):
It's not like a baseball player that's just already like
amazing and it just decided like.
Speaker 1 (44:41):
Jackson, I need to break this.
Speaker 3 (44:43):
Brry Bons his home run amazing and then got jacked.
Speaker 1 (44:49):
That's very you just got Barry Bonds. Everybody touch the baseball.
It's like I don't care. Honestly, everybody was on the
stard one last thing about.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
And I would have done the same thing as babyballs.
I'm the best player in the game. Right, I'm the
one really killing it. All of a sudden, these two
little assholes from the Cardinals and the Bears. It's not
juicing hitting fucking sixty seventy months.
Speaker 1 (45:15):
Cubs ship sixty baby bears.
Speaker 3 (45:20):
You know what?
Speaker 2 (45:21):
Now, on anytime to refer Chicago Cubs, I'm gonna call
them the Chicago baby.
Speaker 1 (45:25):
Bearsgo baby bears.
Speaker 2 (45:29):
But no, like you see these dudes hit in sixty
something homes like damn nigga, and how you know the
juice is.
Speaker 1 (45:37):
What happens?
Speaker 4 (45:38):
I had seventies, Yeah, yeah, yeah, I remember when I
was when he hit that home run to that, everybody.
Speaker 2 (45:45):
Moments were really mad. That's semi Mark McGuire. Race was
the best ever having a baseball start. Starting to I
haven't forgave him yet, but I'm starting to be like
all the coups very I was very mad at.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
Same for a long time. Sammy's back. Sammy's back, because
back is.
Speaker 3 (46:04):
Skinning a little darker again.
Speaker 5 (46:06):
That was crazy.
Speaker 1 (46:07):
Sometimes that was crazy.
Speaker 3 (46:08):
It was crazy. He definitely looked like, I don't.
Speaker 2 (46:12):
Know if I forgive him an explanations, you're gonna tell
me something, Okay, just forget I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (46:21):
I can't get rid of it that you get back.
Speaker 2 (46:25):
We're gonna play a little game, you are, A simple
little game here called who would win in a race?
Speaker 3 (46:33):
I'm gonna they.
Speaker 1 (46:34):
Give you some matchups.
Speaker 2 (46:35):
We're gonna let the guests answer first, and then we're
gonna chime in first.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
One.
Speaker 2 (46:41):
Probably the most famous who would win an e race
question there is.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
Superman versus the Flash. Who wins in a race? I'll
take the Flash on that one. Okay, okay, ye Flash Flash.
Speaker 5 (46:57):
It's a flash no matter of Superman.
Speaker 1 (47:01):
Wrong, but I'm not Flash.
Speaker 2 (47:03):
I was waiting for Josh to just do a deep
tap like well all the season. It is shoes sixty
five from from nineteen ninety eighty.
Speaker 1 (47:10):
It actually did race three times. Actually, yeah, go ahead,
what this so you can get your nerd.
Speaker 3 (47:16):
Off and the Flash one every time or whenever it
was closed. He was like, okay, that was fun. And
wait a minute, you go faster?
Speaker 1 (47:26):
Yeah, you want to power Flash out.
Speaker 3 (47:29):
Plus he's running to fly. It's different bi the way.
Speaker 1 (47:32):
Specialized like you shoot it shoot.
Speaker 3 (47:35):
I'm the fastest man alive. That's what I do. I'm
making this fun for us, but I can.
Speaker 1 (47:40):
Make it, do you guys, want to watch the Boys.
Speaker 4 (47:43):
I've seen it. I've seen like when it first came out.
I've seen a couple of episodes.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
What about who's the dude who was a Trian? A Trian?
Speaker 2 (47:50):
I don't know why we forget that name because I
wear that name the train.
Speaker 1 (47:55):
You think he would be a flash? No flashes.
Speaker 2 (47:59):
There's a flask of super running.
Speaker 3 (48:03):
Wally West definitely is the Berry Bots of of running.
Speaker 2 (48:06):
Is there ANYBODYO? No, I can't think of anybody else. Yeah,
it has to be or what's his name? Quicksilver like
from X Men.
Speaker 3 (48:15):
The one of them. For some reason, that movie made
him way faster than it really is. But yeah, I'm
gonna stop time so that exactly.
Speaker 2 (48:24):
Comics like this motherfucker is the fastest. Yeah, well he's
number one, Like it's no, don't even like.
Speaker 1 (48:30):
Man, no, like exactly. Yeah, and he created us the
speed Force. That's all you need to different universes and ship.
Speaker 3 (48:42):
I can reverse time, go change history.
Speaker 1 (48:45):
I don't need to be that fast. That's crazy.
Speaker 3 (48:47):
And he's always fastest fire for me, at fastest all
I need. Yeah, anybody's not on the juice because that
was too fast people.
Speaker 1 (48:57):
That's like that was wild so literally like first.
Speaker 4 (49:02):
Episode, No, my girls scarred. Yeah, that's all love story. Yeah,
that's all I read about that.
Speaker 1 (49:11):
It gets crazier. Oh this is way worse, way worse
than that.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
All right, this one's a little more plausible, plausible. It's
a nice little voc would for you would win in
a foot race, Jason Tatum or Jaylen Brown.
Speaker 4 (49:30):
J B on that one I'm taking.
Speaker 3 (49:34):
Yeah, I'm just picturing the way they run like.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
It looks like a cheetah.
Speaker 2 (49:40):
I'm picking Jalen Brown too, but it's not because I
think he's faster.
Speaker 1 (49:43):
It's because I don't think he allows himself to lose
that ship. I think he's gonna be nigga. You would
not not like.
Speaker 3 (49:49):
I just see Tatum running more straights.
Speaker 1 (49:52):
I see the black I have your feet, I have
your feet.
Speaker 2 (49:57):
Yeah, lighter on this he went out form. Yeah, taller
to like lanky.
Speaker 1 (50:07):
Jaylen Brown ran track if I can remember, Yeah, I
mean everybody does, but everybody. Yeah, look at the athletes,
athletes like, oh you do. I also was also the
world champion and running.
Speaker 3 (50:19):
He's also.
Speaker 5 (50:22):
True players.
Speaker 1 (50:23):
It's pretty heavy too, Jaylen Brown.
Speaker 3 (50:26):
Yeah, yeah, but he's mostly muscle, just like.
Speaker 1 (50:31):
Forty. Is that the length of the race matter.
Speaker 3 (50:35):
Somebody gets hurt length of the race. No, I think
even if it's a longer race, I think JB got
that I got because it's not like he has a
worse stamina.
Speaker 2 (50:49):
Seen JB run faster than JT in general basketball basketball.
Speaker 3 (50:53):
Yeah, but JT is again relaxed blah where Jaylen Brown's Okay,
I'm going to.
Speaker 5 (51:01):
J T is too cool, I think.
Speaker 1 (51:04):
So that's what I think.
Speaker 5 (51:05):
Yeah, it's just too cool, like I'm not gonna run
my fast exactly.
Speaker 1 (51:10):
Why are we running this? JB is just like, yeah,
let's get it. I don't care the money. Yeah, shout
out to JB.
Speaker 5 (51:20):
Man, facts need the man.
Speaker 2 (51:22):
If I asked who would who would do the podcast first?
I bet you JB would do the podcast before j T.
Speaker 5 (51:27):
Would because j is too cool.
Speaker 2 (51:32):
They definite they definitely doing a little podcast runs going
around the different part.
Speaker 9 (51:37):
I think I see JB twice already, We're next, We're next,
right him up, I can probably get to the Boston
the Boston Hoopers. Well actually have a connection to j Brown.
You probably won't answer.
Speaker 1 (51:52):
I try. I can get something presented to him so.
Speaker 2 (51:56):
He know, all right, next one with him saying you
beat them announce with these guys.
Speaker 1 (52:03):
They think I'm the best. I'm a big j B fan,
me too.
Speaker 2 (52:11):
I chose baby love you draft him before the audio
you told us all the time you did.
Speaker 3 (52:16):
I remember it.
Speaker 2 (52:18):
I specifically scouted him myself, presented it to my friends
like he did that.
Speaker 1 (52:23):
This guy, he's got me that great? Were cow? Brother?
How do you accrude this on the West Coast? Take
is gonna be nice? Do you work for the Celtics?
Now ship for free to say we need him? When
(52:44):
I see it? Right?
Speaker 2 (52:47):
Was right?
Speaker 1 (52:48):
God excited?
Speaker 3 (52:50):
All right?
Speaker 1 (52:50):
Next one, who are doing the race? Shack or Charles Barkley?
Right now?
Speaker 5 (53:00):
Fish?
Speaker 1 (53:01):
In the same time they just followed, they would tackle
each other by yeah, some almost is getting tripped some
whoever in the front that I'm going to tackle, Yeah,
somebody over. Can't be around each other wrestle. Charles blew
his knee doing yesterday.
Speaker 2 (53:20):
I would say I would say Shack, but like, yeah,
he's gonna fall. I've never seen Shack run more than like.
Speaker 5 (53:27):
It's gonna be twenty quick little race.
Speaker 3 (53:30):
I feel like it's not even feet he can't do it.
I feel like he's just gonna be taking it as
a joke anyway, and not like I'm an race. It's
gonna be like charge your old defect.
Speaker 1 (53:40):
Yeah what.
Speaker 5 (53:41):
I could see Shack beating them for sure. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (53:44):
Yeah, his hardest, but he's not gonna be able to stop.
Speaker 1 (53:47):
No, he's seem more in shape.
Speaker 3 (53:49):
I think Shack is in great shape.
Speaker 1 (53:51):
I would say great, better.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
Than he better than we think, way better than we think. Yeah,
every time he does one of the DJ ships didn't
effec tank top, Like, who the fuck is this giant
person like.
Speaker 1 (54:06):
Charles, that's just a big body. That's just a huge guy.
Speaker 2 (54:11):
Yeah's a huge goliath, such a nice guy. So mean,
I hope he really does walk. I hope he's down
the cap and I hope he really does walk.
Speaker 3 (54:21):
I want to watch that because he said that they
finally he said the rest. That's what I want to
watch the episode.
Speaker 1 (54:30):
You completely changed that.
Speaker 2 (54:31):
Like when I see them talk about like he's down
there like walking out for the Hall of Fame, I
was like, that must have been a good conversation.
Speaker 1 (54:37):
I mean, that's the respect thing. I feel like, Oh yeah,
I was like, yo, you're Hall.
Speaker 3 (54:41):
Of Famer now exactly. Yeah, Yeah, my crew now talked
ship to push you and now you're.
Speaker 2 (54:49):
Honestly were you guys surprised a little first ballot for Dwight?
Speaker 1 (54:53):
Yeah, because I.
Speaker 2 (54:56):
Think he deserves first ballot, But I thought the whole ship,
like you know, politics.
Speaker 4 (55:04):
I didn't expect it, But I'm happy for him.
Speaker 3 (55:05):
Yeah, I honestly believe it's because the seventy five thing
being left up for that and the conversation that came
on for that that he's like he's automatically the first
we sucked up. Yeah, he's definitely should have been on
that team. Like how dominant was the man? Yeah, and
he has a ring on his resume.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
He is the reason we didn't see Lebron versus Kobe
in the finals.
Speaker 3 (55:29):
Yeah, yes, because he couldn't because is not stopping.
Speaker 1 (55:34):
The last the last.
Speaker 2 (55:38):
I want to say, Oh I don't, I don't know
where it as old school senate, but.
Speaker 1 (55:42):
Dominant like that, Like he plays.
Speaker 3 (55:46):
The focus the centinel star because you got Rudy.
Speaker 2 (55:51):
Yeah, so how all of them are like the Wemby's
and the yes jokiches the.
Speaker 3 (55:57):
Difference between like, but Rudy has no offense where Dwight
it's gonna Patu.
Speaker 1 (56:03):
It was just like all you need, you needn dunks shack. Yeah,
when you get somebody was just like, bro, I don't
need to shoot from three. I can No one can
stop me down there.
Speaker 5 (56:13):
Exactly.
Speaker 2 (56:13):
Once we get another one of those, the whole game
is gonna change again, and it's gonna influence.
Speaker 3 (56:17):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (56:17):
It can't wait for us again.
Speaker 3 (56:18):
That's gonna be my favorite.
Speaker 1 (56:19):
I think it's gonna constantly.
Speaker 2 (56:22):
Bring you back been Zion because he don't need to
shoot a three to score thirty on you. It could
have been them so bad, like they don't even want
to dunk out of New Orleans to be like, I
feel like they be forced.
Speaker 1 (56:31):
Also four, Yeah, it's not as big as four.
Speaker 2 (56:35):
They'll be trying to have him through layups the whole time,
like he'd be having like the most layups in the
league almost every year.
Speaker 3 (56:40):
Yeah, and he doesn't play as much as everybody else either.
He's like, no, I'm still getting six in the paint.
Can't stop it.
Speaker 2 (56:46):
Trastic change from Carllege. So that's all of a sudden.
He's like when he could have dune this. Sometimes he's
like he could have dunked on someone who later. Yeah,
which he I think he is one of the best,
like touch touches you.
Speaker 1 (57:00):
For his sake. I hope he gets traded somewhere because.
Speaker 2 (57:03):
You if you could bring Zion to a good situation, Honestly,
Zion on Dallas wouldn't be bad.
Speaker 3 (57:11):
No, that's gonna be bad. Why, guys, I don't trust
the team They're gonna built around them.
Speaker 1 (57:17):
True, don't dous for anything. Don't know why. But the
answer is always the heat. Yeah, the heat the answer career.
Speaker 3 (57:30):
Not even that is because the allegations are your fat,
out of shape, keep a fan shape in the heat.
Speaker 1 (57:36):
They won't let you better shape. And yeah, yeah, they
definitely always get people real quick. Before we asked the
last one. I don't think I've ever.
Speaker 2 (57:50):
In my life of watching NBA seen a player go
back to his former team, their former arena and get
cheered on like you still played like Luca did a
couple of nights ago.
Speaker 1 (58:04):
I never I never know before. Yeah, at the end
when they come back at the end of the career.
Speaker 3 (58:10):
No, not even that, it depends on how they they
got traded. And he's like, dude, I don't want to.
Speaker 1 (58:16):
Someone got traded halfway through and came back that season, and.
Speaker 3 (58:21):
It's not as rare as you're thinking that.
Speaker 1 (58:25):
Did you watch the game?
Speaker 3 (58:26):
Like that is different because like.
Speaker 2 (58:31):
The cheering, like they were cheating for the Lakers, brom
where the Lakers are going when they want bro.
Speaker 1 (58:40):
That was a Lakers home game, and fucking.
Speaker 3 (58:42):
Doubt chanting fire this dude, Nico, fire Nico was the
loudest chance.
Speaker 5 (58:50):
He did crazy the GM whatever.
Speaker 3 (58:52):
Yeah, And whenever they put a camera on a fan,
they don't hold up a shirt saying fire Nico. And
then it's like that, yes, they were cheering for him,
but it was also backhanded, like yeah, fuck you, Nico,
we had him.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
I can't think of any other like player that really
got who.
Speaker 2 (59:10):
Came back to that ovation, not the end of the career,
not like OKG coming back.
Speaker 1 (59:15):
To like Minnesota or something.
Speaker 3 (59:16):
You know what I mean, understand, but it's at twenty five.
Speaker 1 (59:20):
Years old that talent like maybe Ai.
Speaker 2 (59:25):
It depends how you got traded, remember it, And when
he went to the Nuggets and then went and played
it on the against the Sixes again.
Speaker 4 (59:33):
But I don't think like, oh yeah, I really don't
think there's none.
Speaker 1 (59:36):
Kind of forced himself. I don't think it has been
a player like this.
Speaker 2 (59:39):
This is like the biggest disappointment for fans like Dallas
fans right now. I've never seen a fan base that
disappointed about it. Like even if it bro even if
it all works out, even if Dallas maybe next season,
it's not going to they get a couple pieces they
with a championship, Hey.
Speaker 1 (59:58):
Was it worth it?
Speaker 5 (01:00:00):
Like you still right?
Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
Can you put can you?
Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
Can you sell tickets with ad it's ad marketable enough
to put on t shirts, putting commercials and.
Speaker 5 (01:00:08):
All that ship.
Speaker 4 (01:00:09):
Yes, but no, it's like he's here, Luca here, Lucas
just like he has to like generational, long term, like
he's the man here.
Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
So what he did and that what he did when
he came back to Dallas is why I think the
Lakers are scary as fucking the playoffs, because when that
man is motivated and you know what I mean, wants
to prove a point, he steps up. You don't you
don't have no James harden ass games. You don't have
no games where he doesn't do ship. Celtics obviously did
(01:00:38):
what the you know what I mean, Yeah, Celtics, that
was the whole TV You know what I mean even
then five, yeah, even then he went on.
Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
But for him to be that emotional and be like, yeah,
I just gave you thirty one in the first.
Speaker 1 (01:00:51):
Half, and and you know what, we knew he was
gonna do it. Oh yeah, we knew it. No, only
when I signed.
Speaker 2 (01:00:57):
When I learned halftime, I'm like, yeah, that sounds about right,
thirty one and a half. That's how different Redick get fifty.
I thought he was gonna get fifty two. All right,
last one, Sonic.
Speaker 5 (01:01:12):
Or The road Runner.
Speaker 4 (01:01:15):
I'm going with Sonic Dog Yeah, easy, yeah, Sonic on Away.
Speaker 5 (01:01:21):
Yeah, those rings.
Speaker 3 (01:01:22):
Going to a ball, just running over running listen gold So.
Speaker 1 (01:01:30):
Dumb Sonic dumb. Sonic movies are pure cinema dumb ship.
That third one happened me at the edge of my seat.
Speaker 3 (01:01:38):
Shadow was laughing so hard with the dance Scenson ship.
Oh my god, it was funny.
Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
Yeah. I went. When my brother I went with Christian.
Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
We're literally sitting there like, so my son saw the
movie Sonic three, and he's like, yo, he literally texted me.
Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
I think I might have said this on here.
Speaker 3 (01:01:52):
I don't remember.
Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
I obviously told you guys. He texted us for me
that was the greatest movie I've ever seen.
Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Granted he's fifteen years old, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
What I mean.
Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
I mean, he hasn't seen a lot of movies.
Speaker 2 (01:02:04):
But when he said that, I was like, that's crazy
thing to say about a movie. Because we've gone to
every Marvel movie together. We've gone to Infriinnity War and Game.
And he said Sonic And when I saw it, I
didn't agree with him. No, but damn they got my
mad at you. So of that age, is that the
introduction of Sonic like these movies? Yeah, because we had
(01:02:24):
the say, the genesis. I think he knew of the
character we had to remember, you know, the caster. I
have to ask about the culture battle.
Speaker 3 (01:02:34):
My son found Sonic from the first movie.
Speaker 1 (01:02:36):
Okay, so I.
Speaker 3 (01:02:37):
Took him to the third. I don't think.
Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
I don't. I think he saw Sonic before.
Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
He might have not just around pop call games maybe something, because.
Speaker 1 (01:02:45):
I don't know. I was the first Super Smash Brothers,
Super SMSs Brothers.
Speaker 3 (01:02:49):
Yeah, he's but also Sonic too. Then the game cube
you brought that up.
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
He had it.
Speaker 3 (01:02:56):
I thought that was I yeah, it was all right,
but we had it and he played it later on.
Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
You know, I heard the rumor that they're gonna do
Combine do a super Smash Bros.
Speaker 5 (01:03:05):
Movie.
Speaker 3 (01:03:05):
Take a long time, but yeah, man, if they can
do the Super Mario I was a good movie too,
but it was no fuck Sonic.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
A little airplane, Like, I don't know why they win awards.
Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
I'm like, this ship was crazy to care.
Speaker 2 (01:03:21):
And I think it's like in the video game when
they played the song from the video game, I was like,
I remember this.
Speaker 5 (01:03:29):
What's up?
Speaker 3 (01:03:29):
Shut up?
Speaker 1 (01:03:30):
All right? Right?
Speaker 2 (01:03:31):
We have reached my favorite part of the shows.
Speaker 1 (01:03:35):
A question. The questions is the game we play at
the end of every episode. It's a simple game.
Speaker 2 (01:03:56):
We give you two different choices and you choose one
or the other one red pill or blue.
Speaker 3 (01:04:01):
Pill, piece of picnic, purple or orange. It sounds easy
to be messed up all the time. People have been
pretty good lately. I think no one's messed.
Speaker 1 (01:04:09):
Up in the know.
Speaker 2 (01:04:13):
It's've been on the air and we've been on.
Speaker 1 (01:04:16):
YouTube for a while.
Speaker 2 (01:04:17):
People figured out like, yeah, one of the other ones,
you've been here before. But we have to ask the
question again because of the Manny g rule. Frest question
is always the same. Jordan or Lebron Mi go Jordan's
we needed one of these last three.
Speaker 1 (01:04:36):
I think it was. It was heartbreaking.
Speaker 2 (01:04:38):
I was like, definitely, we definitely want to tell Last
Dance again.
Speaker 1 (01:04:42):
And this is like Jesus Christ. I don't think anybody's
legacy is ever going to.
Speaker 3 (01:04:45):
Be that's a documentary, yeah, but it's it's just the.
Speaker 1 (01:04:49):
Way literally, but he carries such a goat, like he
walks in the room with goats and the and that's
the goat Saudi fashion. He did that ship. He showed
up late on purpose that Nigga walked in the room.
You don't have to look over there now, you know what?
(01:05:10):
Like calling him? When was it last year? This year?
I remember at one point I went to d C.
Speaker 3 (01:05:18):
Right I was.
Speaker 1 (01:05:19):
I was like, I want to be a tourist.
Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
I went to all the all the all the statues,
Abraham Lincoln, all that ship.
Speaker 1 (01:05:24):
I signed up to go see the Declaration of Independence.
Speaker 2 (01:05:27):
Right, Nigga, when you walk in that room, you feel
that ship, and I believe that's what you feel like
when you see Jordan's that Like what like I'm in
the State Room.
Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
No, I'm not booking. You walk in there, You're like, Nigga,
this is some historical ship in here.
Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
I feel like George was there, Nigga, I feel like
George was here.
Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
Nigga. You haven't been there.
Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
I haven't been there.
Speaker 5 (01:05:56):
Yo.
Speaker 1 (01:05:56):
You walk in there like it's all cold and like
fucking damn and ship the power, yeah, the ghost power
to seventeen und you feel that And I.
Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
Feel like like nigga, when when you be chilling talking
and then you know, you see the windows started to
get like frosty and what's going on?
Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
And you see Jordan walking, Oh ship.
Speaker 2 (01:06:17):
Joy when the ghost comes up, Nigga, he is the
coach black Jesus, Nigga.
Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
Jesus walks in the room. Everybody get goosebum you know
what I'm saying. You might faint, you might cry.
Speaker 2 (01:06:28):
I'm not because that was like it was. Besides Michael Jackson,
I don't think there was anybody that big ever.
Speaker 10 (01:06:36):
In the history you as anybody as big as Michael
Jordan or known to the level like like niggas will
clown you for fanning out on a lot of people
that you know, the ghost ship Niggas, Drake.
Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
I ain't no one gonna clown you for fanning out
for Jordan's Nigga, this is Jesus, It is black Jesus. Yeah,
that's I think it's that's the closest meeting, like a
god on Earth.
Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
That's the closest meeting with God on Earth's meeting.
Speaker 2 (01:07:08):
Michael Jordan's Lebron would feel like because he's so uh,
I want to say comedic, but like friendlier and more
of a jokester that I feel I could feel more
human to come across.
Speaker 1 (01:07:23):
I mean, you go ship, that's Lebron.
Speaker 11 (01:07:26):
You freeze out a hand out, you Lebron.
Speaker 1 (01:07:39):
I mean yeah, right now. The last next question man
me Chinese heavyweight champion of the world six. You haven't
(01:07:59):
seen him? Motivational tape, dragon, the security drag.
Speaker 3 (01:08:03):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (01:08:05):
Next one, next one, I hope you've yelling things? Get
some problem? Uh better season fall or summer? Mm hmm.
Speaker 5 (01:08:15):
I'm going with the summer.
Speaker 3 (01:08:16):
Yeah. I love.
Speaker 5 (01:08:19):
The summer.
Speaker 1 (01:08:19):
God, dogmers love the summer. I'm ready. That's when I
have a lot of activities that I.
Speaker 2 (01:08:25):
Don't have a lot of money for it, So I
don't know how we're going to set it up.
Speaker 1 (01:08:29):
It's going to get done.
Speaker 2 (01:08:30):
It's going to happen though somehow, So much like that
you know, I almost set my plans on here, hold on.
Speaker 1 (01:08:36):
Almost almost it almost forgot where I was. They yelled
at me, get the microphones. That sometimes careful.
Speaker 2 (01:08:45):
I haven't asked this question in a while, but it's
a classic.
Speaker 1 (01:08:49):
Actually I was gonna say old but goodie, but it's not.
We did it like a couple of weeks ago. Pancakes
or French toast. I'm a French toast.
Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
Okay, my man, just take over Them's the next question?
Follow up? Pancakes, wiffles, French toast, put them in order?
What you say, pancakes, French toast, and waffles.
Speaker 5 (01:09:17):
Ship French thse, waffles, pancakes.
Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
Okay, okay, okay, what there we go. You can just
lock you around, but I'll take man.
Speaker 3 (01:09:32):
I love it saying no one even eats waffles and
not every single person has brought waffles in the top two.
Speaker 1 (01:09:38):
No not, Yeah, I feel like you don't. If it's
not your one, it's your third. What if French toast
is not your one, it's.
Speaker 3 (01:09:47):
Usually the third.
Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
That's my that's my accuracy. That that's what never said.
Speaker 3 (01:09:51):
That that's Louis is what I said, Like the same
ship I just said, okay, said.
Speaker 1 (01:10:03):
He said, said it's all wrong. Okay, maybe you should
work out those people. Some people are pancake people.
Speaker 3 (01:10:12):
Waffles.
Speaker 1 (01:10:13):
Waffles is always number two.
Speaker 2 (01:10:14):
My My argument is I've never gone out to breakfast
with somebody and they order waffles.
Speaker 1 (01:10:22):
I've never seen it. You run, Yeah, that's what I'm
saying to often.
Speaker 2 (01:10:30):
Chicken and waffles. That's the only time you can't. You
can't exclude it.
Speaker 3 (01:10:34):
But you can't.
Speaker 1 (01:10:36):
I can't make an exception because it's breakfast items.
Speaker 2 (01:10:38):
But I was at work and I asked him. I
asked my coworker the same question two days ago. It
just got somehow brought up. We were talking about yeah,
and he said freezer fense.
Speaker 1 (01:10:47):
Told guy, but.
Speaker 5 (01:10:51):
That was the first.
Speaker 1 (01:10:55):
The point I was trying to make this. Okay, alright,
next onne like that. Well, by the time this comes
out of over.
Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
But WrestleMania week WrestleMania weekend, I am going to be
watching it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:14):
To two day weekend.
Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
Yeah, I'll probably watched Sunday. I don't know about Saturday
because I know the Rocks showing up on Sunday.
Speaker 1 (01:11:19):
All right, So the Rock or John Cena, the Rock.
Speaker 5 (01:11:27):
God an Answer Stone, coll Steve Austin that.
Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
Was gonna be.
Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
Was going, see this's what you always go your gut,
because I was gonna write the Rock and Stone call.
Speaker 1 (01:11:44):
I was like, I feel like I've asked.
Speaker 5 (01:11:44):
That too much.
Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
Let me switch that up to John Cena, even though
I knew Johnsena was gonna be the correct answer.
Speaker 3 (01:11:49):
It also depends on the air you watched, yeah, because
if you're younger.
Speaker 2 (01:11:53):
And.
Speaker 1 (01:11:55):
Sometimes I do that set up to set up the guests.
Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
I'm like, I'm putting all obvious answer next to a
not so popular answer, and if he goes to the
non popular's gonna climb the funk out.
Speaker 1 (01:12:05):
Of him and it makes its fat child of the rock.
He's going to do a Mafia movie with Corcese and
Leo and they're going of.
Speaker 2 (01:12:24):
The big league bising my boss, what do you mean
how you don't have to you mean put him in
a suit.
Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
They can't. We'll see how good is acting.
Speaker 3 (01:12:35):
I guess I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:12:36):
I just can't see it. I know he's been acting
like Wrestlings acting. I know he's acting for a like
that role is kind of crazy. I know. I can't
picture balls.
Speaker 3 (01:12:46):
You have to first of all, it has to be
a movie. Where he's at the start. He's not because
Leo is so now, there's no way he'd be like
fucking smoldering wearing the same fucking juggle out it. That's
gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (01:13:00):
With the cigar.
Speaker 3 (01:13:01):
It's gonna be him right now. In w W he's
wearing the ship with the glasses on.
Speaker 2 (01:13:05):
The problem is, and I like a lot of the
Rocks movies. He has good you know, a good a
good phimography. The problem is in every movie that's The Rock,
put one outfit whatever it is to be an accountant.
Speaker 1 (01:13:26):
He could be a fucking male man. He could be
a fucking gardener.
Speaker 5 (01:13:30):
I feel that Rock The Rock.
Speaker 3 (01:13:33):
There's just one movie coming out where he plays a
fighter like about that. It's nothing like The Rock. So
I'm like, if he can pull that one off, I
would trust him.
Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
With what I hear. You know, I got my Hollywood sources.
Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
From what I hear, it looks he got he got
the score says because they saw what he did with that. Okay,
that's good, but faithful that could be completely because Jumanji
not being a fucking my boss.
Speaker 1 (01:14:02):
I love you some good ass movies, all of them.
Speaker 3 (01:14:06):
How many are there?
Speaker 2 (01:14:07):
The original one in this two more more wow, both
of all of them, and there's one coming out I know, Jamonji.
Speaker 3 (01:14:13):
Yeah, where instead of them going in the game, the
game people come to the world. So the Rock's character is.
Speaker 2 (01:14:18):
The why always the third movie that happened, Jurassic World
does the same ship that guy, Nigga, we're gonna go
visit some dinosaurs.
Speaker 1 (01:14:25):
In the third one, they gonna come to us.
Speaker 3 (01:14:27):
You were not actually to do.
Speaker 1 (01:14:29):
I gotta go back and revisit the Jurassics.
Speaker 3 (01:14:32):
Just don't want the third one. I guess there was
Horror and this one the Jurassic World.
Speaker 1 (01:14:38):
You know, it's the movies. I want to make the
most money minutes of it, do minion, It made the
most money Younger.
Speaker 3 (01:14:43):
No, No, the third one of that one, as.
Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
Is, it's hard to make a good third movie, bro place,
because the two's on.
Speaker 3 (01:14:52):
Every movie is usually the best movie.
Speaker 1 (01:14:54):
The first one sets it up because great.
Speaker 2 (01:14:57):
The second movie you got a bigger budget because you
did first movie, and then the third you have the
plane Bad Boys is cool, but like, oh, nigga, you
all right for the second one. We're gonna take that
hummer and go drive that ship down the fucking hill.
Speaker 1 (01:15:11):
Taking. Let me take it too long for the to
come out. Sometimes they take too long for that.
Speaker 5 (01:15:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:15:18):
Three, She's like, damn way old now.
Speaker 1 (01:15:20):
All right, next one leave off. Would you rather have
super speed or be able to.
Speaker 5 (01:15:25):
Fly super speed? Bro? I like to stay on my feet,
Keep me on my feet.
Speaker 1 (01:15:31):
Yeah, I think I have to go super speed because
I don't like heist neither.
Speaker 2 (01:15:36):
I mean, I don't really he but if I know
I can't fall and die, it probably eliminates that fear.
The problem is like people just like don't remember, like
it's cold up there, nigga, you know what I mean,
Like like you flying it's cold.
Speaker 1 (01:15:50):
You haven't run outside in the cold. You have colder ship.
Speaker 2 (01:15:54):
Imagine flying at fucking whatever speed you're flying at.
Speaker 3 (01:15:58):
If you go too high.
Speaker 5 (01:16:03):
Super speed, I can probably use that at the marathon you.
Speaker 2 (01:16:07):
New a world record, you would have to like like
tone it back enough where like you beat the record,
but you don't get arrested and brought to like area fifty.
Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
One, you know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (01:16:19):
Like that incredibles this nigga, just this ship in forty
five minutes. Is this guy right now the best of
the way gott to investigate.
Speaker 3 (01:16:27):
In the Incredibles Dash the Sun. He's super speed, he's
running like an Olympic Olympic, like a track meet, and
he's clearly in first and his parents are like no, no, no, no,
he's like slowing down, looks over shoe, like what the
fuck is going on?
Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
Second place? Yeah, you could have went done, but you
gotta know, you gotta relaxed.
Speaker 1 (01:16:49):
Chill.
Speaker 2 (01:16:49):
Yeah, yeah, fall back a little bit. Next one two seconds.
I've never asked this question. It's a basic ass question.
Four years of eight o six. Are you a dog
person or a cat person?
Speaker 5 (01:17:00):
Ship?
Speaker 1 (01:17:01):
I got casts brasted, I got cats, bro.
Speaker 5 (01:17:04):
I love dogs, but I got cats, Bro. I can't
do it with cats.
Speaker 1 (01:17:06):
They fucking dog up.
Speaker 5 (01:17:08):
You know, It's like, well they will.
Speaker 2 (01:17:10):
You know they're the guardians of the underworld, right, you
know that both the whole dogs, not cats are three
hundred dog who Hey.
Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
His niggas just went medieval on me. I'm sorry, Oh,
I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (01:17:26):
You talking about mythology the Egyptian cat, Egyptian cat.
Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
I brought you the Greek dog.
Speaker 1 (01:17:34):
Which was frist. My point is cats are evil creatures.
That's my point. Okay, what have you old cats?
Speaker 5 (01:17:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:17:45):
As the cats ever attacked you. No, really, you're the
first person that ever said no to me that because
he's like, yeah, sometimes it depends on the cat. And
then and they blame themselves cat people.
Speaker 7 (01:17:56):
You know what.
Speaker 2 (01:17:57):
Yeah, it scratched me, but like I disturbed it when
it was sleeping, I got to match for too long.
Speaker 5 (01:18:03):
It got over.
Speaker 1 (01:18:04):
Stimulated some like that depends the cat, right, you come
across different ones that I was making a smoothie. I
know it hates the blunder. It was my fault.
Speaker 2 (01:18:20):
Vacuum I bought and paid money for it and take
care of attacked me. This is the last day that
animals in my house.
Speaker 5 (01:18:27):
You are not eating over here, and.
Speaker 1 (01:18:30):
You can get it together. Ship together. You don't attact me.
Beat you one of my friends for my kids, trying
to be the period of the house. You let your
dog get kept punky in.
Speaker 5 (01:18:50):
Front of your kid that ship like that.
Speaker 1 (01:18:52):
You better watch you, mama, get the dog out to
you whatever. Nigga, All right, dadd are you afraid it's
our dog?
Speaker 2 (01:19:00):
While you're scared now, I'm not scared of I never
heard it bark that loud exactly exactly know right now,
that's good spaces.
Speaker 1 (01:19:11):
All right, next one.
Speaker 2 (01:19:15):
Better birthday, your twenty first birthday or your thirtieth birthday.
Speaker 3 (01:19:20):
Twenty first.
Speaker 4 (01:19:23):
You know you're gonna remember them, not that my twenty
first birthday was I want to remember for sure. Twenty
one is twenty one? Yeah, well, I mean thirty is good.
Thirty was good too, but ain nothing like turning twenty one.
Dog man, we all can just fucking.
Speaker 2 (01:19:38):
Yeah, hell y'all, I have the same time. I can't
say none of this ship right now, bubble. So he's like,
we can move on to the next question, sir, dude,
it's I found it had a good birthday.
Speaker 1 (01:20:03):
I believe I don't remember, honestly remember birthday some more.
All right, that was crazy, but that's crazy.
Speaker 5 (01:20:11):
Thirty was c to.
Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
We haven't had you back twenty one still for a
couple of seasons, so this we you know you missed
the whole rap beef, so I might as well just
ask you about it, Kendrick or Drake.
Speaker 5 (01:20:22):
I'm taking Jersey, dog. I figured you would just d.
Speaker 4 (01:20:28):
I like now.
Speaker 1 (01:20:29):
I like it now that.
Speaker 2 (01:20:32):
I would, I would too. I figured that, like no,
I I appreciate that that things are settled down, Like
could we agree that one this nigga can still make
good music, like you know what I mean? Like I
still I still listened to Drake More. I felt like
Kendrick one for Kendrick, but it was over stopped listening
to that.
Speaker 1 (01:20:53):
We play Value of America, Like kind of cool? Are
we done? That's kind of nice? All right?
Speaker 2 (01:21:08):
Almost summertime. One of my favorite parts of the summer is,
you know the ice cube truck.
Speaker 3 (01:21:13):
Right, shout out the ice cream truck, lady, all right, legendary.
Speaker 2 (01:21:19):
But what if there was either a taco truck that
came around same thing music whatever, I.
Speaker 1 (01:21:30):
Don't want to music like it's gonna get real racist.
Hear that music coming down the block? What is going
on out there?
Speaker 5 (01:21:41):
The horn?
Speaker 2 (01:21:47):
I'm trying not to make the joke, and you guys
made me say it's truck work.
Speaker 1 (01:21:58):
Get me dumble duncle boy, Yo, No throw out the window.
Speaker 2 (01:22:01):
I haven't even mentioned the other one barefoot outside of
the taco truck.
Speaker 1 (01:22:08):
Or the Chinese food truck. That's crazy. Just appetizers, just appetize,
no rights, no.
Speaker 4 (01:22:19):
Truck, especially if there's nothing, you know, there's minimal things
you can get on the Chinese food truck.
Speaker 3 (01:22:23):
Like Chinese.
Speaker 1 (01:22:26):
Chicken wings, chicken fingers.
Speaker 4 (01:22:28):
I'm a vegetarian too, so you know, well that all
that ship so you know that some rice and shipped.
Speaker 1 (01:22:36):
Some monkeys on there, so I don't know, it's give
me something, give me some little for eating little right
ship either awesome Niggas would run after that taco truck.
Speaker 4 (01:22:48):
I was just thinking that, to know they'll be chasing
that thing on the block.
Speaker 3 (01:22:51):
You're thinking about it once you're back, once you eat
that Chinese food, buddy, you're you ain't going nowhere from.
Speaker 2 (01:22:58):
A Chinese trunk now like Hong Kong. And let me
give you a karaoke in a stick. I'm talking about
it like that.
Speaker 5 (01:23:05):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (01:23:07):
I was, I wasn't a vegetarian, so I've been there.
Oh my gosh, twenty thirty dollars, nothing like.
Speaker 1 (01:23:18):
Nigga used to buy roses in the clubs. Not me,
teriokey stick. I know you home even dancing all night. Boo,
you go what I got me more numbers than the
fucking roses. I'll tell you that fastest. I'll tell yakey sticks.
It's crazy they still do that. And I haven't been
there forever, but I don't see why not. I needn't
find that out.
Speaker 5 (01:23:38):
I was keeping that place open, bro.
Speaker 1 (01:23:41):
I don't see why not. That was a genius. No
one ever else thought about that. God, good times, good time,
all right. Would you rather rather run a marathon on
trail or pavement?
Speaker 5 (01:23:57):
I do pavement.
Speaker 4 (01:23:59):
I think about the trail. There's no crowd out there
to kind of keep you motivated, keep pushing you. You
know what I'm saying. Those crowds are out there, just
you need those at certain points. Dog Like the first
marathon I ran, talked, it was like it was on
it was on a it was on a real trail.
It wasn't like trail through the woods. It was just
like just a paved trail, you know what I mean.
And there was nobody out there, just a running. So
(01:24:20):
you're like push another runner, you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (01:24:22):
The right way. That would be my thing. I don't
see anybody else still going the right right certain runs
like no.
Speaker 4 (01:24:33):
But a matter of fact, okay, last year, to the
end of the season, dog Yo, I started off, I
was killing it, bro. Top three looped around and I
didn't really know it at this time. Yeah, Like I've
ranted a couple of times, but I always followed the
person in front of me. Check in front of me
took off, bro, Like when she hit the loop, that's
when I lost her. So when I came through the loop,
(01:24:54):
I took the right instead of the left. But I
was just running and running and running. I'm like, yo,
where are I going?
Speaker 1 (01:24:59):
Dogs?
Speaker 5 (01:24:59):
People?
Speaker 4 (01:25:00):
I see people running like back that way, I'm like, dog,
I'm lost, bro, I lost my top.
Speaker 1 (01:25:04):
Three all the time they let me know where to go.
I literally ran back and ran straight to my whip
and just dipped out of that tight like yo, dog,
why don't we have arrows? Yo?
Speaker 5 (01:25:18):
Facts?
Speaker 4 (01:25:18):
Dog Jesus crap, like these little ribbons on the trees.
But what you're like running you you can miss that easily,
you know what I mean, Like you mark the ground
or something. But like I've only been there a few times,
you know, so I don't really know none of that.
And they won't like when you when they send you off,
like if you haven't been there before, like you got
to know somebody that like been there, and they'll tell
you that, like they don't be like, oh follow this
(01:25:39):
and follow that or you know what I'm saying. It's
just like follow the group lost, yeah, exactly, follow the
group off brod time getting back. I was just running
for a few minutes too, trying to cut through, and
she's like, Yo, there's nobody out here but me, just get.
Speaker 1 (01:25:57):
Yo lost Ah, comedies or horror movies, comedy all day.
I'm a comedy guy, me too.
Speaker 3 (01:26:12):
It don't make them.
Speaker 2 (01:26:14):
What's what's the last like funny, funny ass movie you
watched recently they came out?
Speaker 1 (01:26:20):
I can't think of them.
Speaker 3 (01:26:22):
It has changed, huh that that comedy is no longer.
Might start bringing those comedy back, but right now.
Speaker 2 (01:26:30):
But you would think you would think with all these
streaming services that it would be okay to do it
because you got Netflix, now you do comedy.
Speaker 1 (01:26:35):
But now those don't do everything. Who got a funny movie?
I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:26:39):
It's hard, you know, it's crazy that Dead Post three
was the funniest movie has come out since and that's
in the fucking action movie.
Speaker 1 (01:26:48):
I can't think of me dying nothing.
Speaker 3 (01:26:50):
Nothing.
Speaker 1 (01:26:51):
At the time of my head, when's the last time?
Was like, Yo, you have you seen blah blah blah blah.
You actually had me dying. You need to watch what's
the last time you heard something like that we were
younger in a while, bro, like that. Everybody in the
theater was laughing. Yo, yo, Marvel.
Speaker 2 (01:27:07):
Is that happens when you hear like the little Marvel
jokes exactly? And that's not that's not enough, little tea.
He's here and there is not what I want. I
want to left the entire time watching the movie. Fact,
none of those anymore, last, but not least, none of
these are good making the boys and which what would
(01:27:27):
you rather running?
Speaker 1 (01:27:29):
If you had to make a choice, running the snow
or running the rain.
Speaker 5 (01:27:34):
I'll take the snow for the same reasons we would
take the snow.
Speaker 1 (01:27:38):
Josh, you're not fucking soaking wet.
Speaker 4 (01:27:42):
Just something about running in the snow too, Yo. Every
time it ran, I made sure I got out in it.
I mean every time it snowed, I made sure I
got out on it.
Speaker 1 (01:27:49):
Why.
Speaker 5 (01:27:49):
There's just something about it. Though you're just out there
enjoying yourself. You're like, Yo, this is kind of I
don't know, you know, it reminds me of.
Speaker 1 (01:27:58):
Newsreel when they stopped too, Like, why are you out
here running?
Speaker 2 (01:28:01):
It's a blizzard? Oh, it keeps great traction without running,
And she takes five steps away. That's the first thing
I could think of. Yeah, so I wouldn't run storm
like oh, staying in today.
Speaker 1 (01:28:15):
It's beautiful. It's just beautiful like com inside for sure.
Speaker 5 (01:28:19):
I like good out there. There's nothing there rain and
you'll take the snow after that, there's nothing.
Speaker 3 (01:28:25):
Raining and snowing. I'm not going outside.
Speaker 4 (01:28:27):
I mean it's cold and stuff, but like you bundle up,
like exactly, you'll get get warm after a while. It's
not like you're freezing out there the whole time. Just
getting out there and getting started is the worst. I'll
get dressed and sit there for an hour like this
a mental fight. Yeah, dog, I gotta get out there.
Look at my watch. It's like an hour later, I'm like, dog,
I gotta get out there. Still like looking out the way,
(01:28:50):
temperature still light outside, Like yeah, the temperature is dropping
on me.
Speaker 5 (01:28:54):
Yea.
Speaker 3 (01:28:55):
Yeah, the longer you wait, the colder it gets.
Speaker 2 (01:28:59):
Bron not that mentally tough right now. And I had
convinced myself, like I try to go to gym. My
goal is five days a week, which is decent. Once
I once I get to four and that fifth day,
I'm not gonna lie to you.
Speaker 1 (01:29:13):
I had to convince myself to go to fifth.
Speaker 2 (01:29:14):
Day because my dad, I've already done you know, back
and by just and try, I've done everything usually just
cardio and abs or something like that.
Speaker 1 (01:29:23):
So to me motivated, like yo, and usually I should.
Speaker 2 (01:29:26):
Bring my stuff with me to go after work, but
that would be responsible and why the fuck would I
do that? So, you know, but to go after work
and then like let me go go drive to day
five after like think of four days is enough?
Speaker 1 (01:29:40):
Exactly like that, I've been there four days. We go
all I hit all the all the groups. I hit
all the groups, muscle groups.
Speaker 3 (01:29:47):
I feel strong.
Speaker 1 (01:29:50):

Speaker 1 (01:30:05):

house the crackers, the minic crackers. You know what I'm
about to have.

through your face.
Speaker 3 (01:30:56):
