This is a platform for me to share thoughts on A Course in Miracles. I've been a student since 1996 and Dr. Ken Wapnick was my teacher. The world we seem to live in is a shadow world and that shadow is cast on the wall of the mind. ACIM answers questions about what gave rise to the world, what perpetuates the world, and how to awaken from it. I kind of thought I was in an echo chamber since I'm an unknown person without prominence in the Course community. I started doing this at the request of one single person. LOL I enjoy it and view it as a tribute to my beloved teacher...
This episode is about how the Course is inconvenient since our goal is to stay asleep. The Course awakens awareness of our great companion and we can see that we have a split mind. That mind both welcomes and resists the Course. We try to incorporate it into the dream as a compromise approach.
