(00:00):
Hey, welcome to day six ofMicrodos for Magic. It's the end of
the day, and my wish forall of us is to just release what
came before this moment. Whether yourday felt really supportive and nourishing, productive
and clear, or whether the dayfelt really confusing, dysregulating, or lonely.

(00:29):
Maybe we can invite in this reallyclearing wind through our next inhale that
as you inhale, it's just sweepingaway the residue from the day that might
be kind of putting a stick inthe spoke of RESTful sleep, rejuvenation and

(00:56):
the chance to maybe gain clarity insome of the ways that may have felt
muddied today. And my wish forus is to have compassion for where we're
at right now, whether we're reallyin the depths of these big emotions or

(01:17):
whether we feel really empowered and wonderful. Just having compassion for where we are
being able to hold the experience thatwe're having, and we don't have to
like what we hold, and maybewe are afraid to hold it because it's
so good and we're scared for itto go. Just holding it, and

(01:38):
my wish for us right now,as the day is coming to a close
is to just find something in thispresent moment to root gratitude into. And
maybe it's something that you focused ontoday or notice today, or maybe it's
something that you forgot to remember. So let's just really bring forward this gratitude.

(02:09):
And now we inhale the gratitude throughthe next inhale, letting it sink
all the way down into the belly, expanding in the belly. And my
wish for us is for that gratitudeto just continue to expand, and maybe

(02:29):
we can just focus on that gratitudefor the next ten seconds that all we
feel is gratitude. All we canthink is gratitude. All that is entered
into our space is gratitude, nothingelse but gratitude. That was ten seconds.
Let's do ten seconds more, justgratitude. Feel it in every cell,

(02:51):
every single cell wants to hold gratitudeten seconds more. What does it
feel like to fully and completely submergeinto gratitude ten more seconds? Seeing if
you can max the gratitude in yourbody, reaching the roots all the way

(03:15):
down into the most grateful place thatyou can experience, allowing it to swirl
through your body with every inhale andevery exhale, it goes deeper into your
cells, it finds more tissue toroot into gratitude for one whole minute.

(03:39):
So my wish is that as youstart to dismantle your day and lean into
a really beautiful and supportive sleep andsurrender to that beautiful and supportive sleep,
that that gratitude continues to expand thatit continues to swirl through every cell and

(04:00):
wrap its way around your body, from the tips of your toes to the
top of your head. My wishfor us is that we get to feel
this moment where we are closing outour day and we start to access a

(04:27):
new part of us, a partof us that can relax, reset,
a part of us that doesn't haveto be doing. And so maybe we
can invite that in now. Whatif we could look at the things that
might be nagging at us to doright now and know that it'll be there

(04:51):
tomorrow. And if it feels likesomething that has to be done right now
then and how can you support yourselfthrough it in a way that actually feels
good. Can you move through itslower, can you offload parts of it?
Can you simplify the process, Andif you're realizing that it might not

(05:13):
be as important as you thought itwas to do tonight. Maybe it can
be done tomorrow, or maybe you'reable to view it in a way where
it could be a little bit moresimple, a little bit more supported.
So my wish for us is thatas we start to access the part of

(05:34):
the day where we should be offloadingand we should be leaning into rest,
we should be regulating the hope, and my wish is that we can actually
do that. My wish is thatwe can call in the types of supports
we need to fully and completely sinkin to the nourishment of this rest.

(06:04):
Good night, I love you,See you tomorrow.
