the Fantasy Football League. I appreciateit. For the first twenty two MANI
league. This year is gonna betwenty four, for sure. We're gonna
figure out the other details, butwe will expansion league. Yes, that
is a great way to say expansionleague. This is an expansion league.
It was a draft, twenty twoplayers, eleven eleven teams each conference,

top four for each conference, getto the playoffs, and then it goes
from there. As soon as hehits the playoffs, he didn't beat people
by little. You're blowing everybody out. You're blowing everybody. Your team was
on fire. Yeah. I wastrying to do the best I could as
maneuvering. And I've been doing thisfor years, the early nineties, I
want to say, mid nineties.You know, like I said at an

earlier podcast, you know, Iused to do this with newspapers and the
paper man. That's wild, man, I feel like a cave man talking
about it. That is wild.But you want the first big league we've
had ever, I'll take it.And for people who's curious who's on your
team, you gotta go through it. You gotta go through the roster,

just a couple couple because I've seenI've seen a part of a QEW fantasy
football chats on Facebook, Instagram,whatever, and people are posting their rosters
that finished last, or their rostersthat finished you know, second to last
or top three and didn't finish.They were damn good rosters. It was

an off year fantasy, so Iwant to I don't remember who's on your
squad, don't remember who's there.I think right now at the top of
my head. I always had JoshAllen. Josh, that's a solid no
matter what. And then you hada lot of Russian touchdowns because in league
are Russian touchdowns for a quarterback.It's nine points. So you had a
lot of points off that alone.Yeah, that's my tight end. And

then I went my running backs.Was disappointing running backs, believe it or
not. My first two picks werePollard and then Madison. Everybody knows in
the fantasy world. Both both weredisappointing the fantasy world. Everyone knows they
had the worst of any running back. So I had managed something with my

running game when they were giving meminimum points. But then my receivers were
justin Jefferson, which is always alot, solid, solid sod. And
then eventually I picked up Nico Collins. Then I had another sleeper almost at

there, my sleeper actually in themiddle of all that was somebody and a
lot of my guys, believe itor not, this is why it was.
I tried a different approach after beingin in fantasy for so many years,
this approach that I applied this yeargave me the win. Obviously,

I won't give it total hundred percentcredit. It's not full proof, but
it's a lot of manergy and Ihad some guys that came by and gave
me points through a little bit morestudying than usual. Because te Higgins did
was out for a couple of games. We're talking maybe six games. Tie
Higgins was out. I had JJJustin Jefferson was out for plenty games,

a polar non consistent. Madison nonconsistent. You did have Kamara as a
bencher and eventually he stepped in.The drafted him. I drafted him.
He was a bencher and he didhe had that four Yes, you did.
So I waited and it's good peoplelike that you wait for Anyway,

I had a kicker that was solidbucker, which was my reasoning. That
guy right there gave me the championshipwin after looking at my roster after the
last week. A kicker gave metwenty four points a kicker game. Who
did they play that game? Andthat's what gave me the win. So

yeah, the Super Bowl matchup wasone. We had two divisions Shootler Conference
and we had the Lombardi Conference,So Representative Shooter Conference was one and then
we had let me let me justrephrase the team name. That's right,
right, well, the team namewas loved to puff, as I am
puffing right now a cigar for thosefor those who do know it a cigar,

it's just sick minds out there.For all you sick minds out there,
it's not. It's not weed leg. But I enjoyed my good cigar.
Yeah, so it was love topuff. Coming out to the Shooter
Conference that was basically uh big Sew'sconference. My conference was the Lombardi Conference,
and our representative was team Team Christian, so shout out to them.

It was a good game. Stillstupid name, Christian, you do,
yeah, Christian. Change the namemaybe would have one who knows. And
like you were saying, your teamwas hot all year, my team was
hot towards the end play off theyjust got cold. And one one of
the hits on that on this thisdraft, well this this league, Nick

was six and oh faix the topone and two everything. Since his team
name, his team name was Eaglesor whatever. He lost everything. You
think he lost like eleven straight somethinglike that. It was insane. He
started out five and oh and wentlike five and eleven or whatever. The

game. The thing, I meana lot of the guys that I had,
you know, I had to manipulate. Again. I was out a
lot of my picks, my firstround picks and second round picks, they
were hurt. So I had theman each and uh my kicker bucker.
I had a deep san Fran defensethat was off the very solid. And
then with the addition of sweat fromthe commanders, I mean that was that

was like cheating. I mean theywent crazy and then I got benchers.
So you had to you know,like any fantasy football player out there,
you have to man at your teambased on the upcoming week. And that's
you know, wave a wire.The Ryan who did like eighty transactions every
waiver, I never did. Iguess somebody. When you gotta pick up

somebody off the wires, got yougot two beasts on the bench, you
gotta pick up somebody. It wasone week where I picked up running back
for Denver who was just coming backoff injury. Was it Williams him or
used to be at the Bengals.I know, I know, I know
it from I know it was fromDenver. Definitely from Williams. He's coming

back of injury. You just comeback. I need to run it back.
I was great, I got nochoice, but the pick he just
got back was gonna do anything.But how do you have two? I
was like, what the hell ishappening? And then after that I need
to have to fill in? Hefilled afric because I mean a lot of
them. That never happens to mebecause I don't make good calls like that.

But a good owner, you know, you keep an eye on the
hot players up coming you. Youcan never draft some of these hot players.
I mean we can name a bunchof players that just this year have
come out and have put their name. Look at me now playing with she
Rice. That's right there from thecool. I mean, so he was

a high draft pick. But don'tthink. Don't all that good? All
that C Stroud? No want thoughthow good Adam was gonna be over there
in Carolina. He had, Hehad a good he had a few five
week runs, six numbers. Jordanloved to Jordan was putting up numbers this
year. The Houston receivers are alsosleepers, Nico Collins. I mean,

with a quarterback like c. J. Stroud, those guys are gonna flourish.
I mean, come next year.There's a couple of big names who
did like ship like Jamar Chase Craft, Patrick Mahomes who was the first round
pick by Dick talking. My playerswere fantasy. I didn't hit this year,
like DeAndre how didn't didn't hit doyou have it because he's old?

Didn't hit like that Derek Derek albumcoming his type of year. People like.
There was a lot of like starplayers who didn't do. Literally,
I had a star player that cameby for me. Again, it's when
you play them. I had BrandonCooks come for me on one game and
he had one seventy two and twotouchdowns at one games. Yeah, that

that shootout, but football is hugeand I played him because I said,
you know, this is gonna bea huge shootout, and that's what it
worked out to be. But again, you have to do your homework.
You have to do your homework.Look at look at past past games with
some of these players, like AaronJones, he's a Dallas Cowboy killer.
Amazing. I mean, you gottaknow when to play them. I mean,

as a Cowboys fans, listen,yeah, Cowboys listen. I'm sorry.
Green Bay is doing good. Rightnow, we're up seven on San
France, loving it. Hopefully wekeep the lead. Same friend is moving
the ball that they look good rightnow. And I didn't expect to win
this game, but Grey is lookinggood. So you had a good team.
You won the prize pie was prettygood. Good, I'll take it.

I mean you always played for theprize. Prize money, prize money
is always good. Money is alwaysgood. But then we got perch in
this league. Next to gonna dosomething live, you guys can love the
post reaction and what he's gonna get. We're gonna present. He used a
couple of other things too, anduh, if you guys ever want to
see if you guys want to seewhat post pictures on it after after he

sees it, yeah, post picturespictures. So so we well we did
this year. It's the first timewe're doing it. A lot of leagues
do belts, a lot of leaguesdo trophies, shirts, t shirt,
so we're doing a little bit differentthis year for our Monster League. Talking
to Sean about it, he lovedthe idea. We're gonna keep it going
every single year. This way,every year somebody will get this item.

These few items. Yeah, we'retrying to add to the trying to add
to the to the money pot.The money pot is always huge. It's
always something else to look for besidesthe money. Money is always good,
but something else. For those whodon't know, we do one hundred and
fifty dollars buying, so you knowthe first place prize money is gonna be
at least over a g Well no, well especially not with a twenty two
person lead. Yeah, we're gonnado twenty four. With twenty four for

next year for sure. Next themoney, the price prize money is gonna
even be higher or maybe the same. We'll put the money somewhere else,
so we'll forget out. We'll tryto even it out. You know.
You know how we do. We'vebeen doing the years for the league for
years. Spread the money out soeveryone stays. Artie interested. Yes,
interesting All year Artie didn't work outbetter than I thought it was gonna be.
This year, I was shot shoutout Artie Sports. They want to

tag them. And there was nof on the site. Everything was working
smoothly, everything was fast, andthere was there was It was a couple
of things. Actually, there's onlyone thing with picks. If you did
a pick with our survivor pool survivingour that's the only thing Artie I would
want to live would have been inthe mix of that too. But let's

shut. I love Artie for whatit did for us, for this league.
But two things Artie has to fix. The things I want Artie to
fix is you have to put thepicks on the mobile app. I don't
want to. I don't want tokeep going to the website to do my
damn picks. Come on, fixthat should be easy. Yeah, for

those who don't know, he said, fix it so that that was multi
culture here, multi cultural. Hang, we gotta be able to do our
picks, the pools, the viruspools, the NFL picks on the app
to the website. Yeah, we'regoing at the full website. We don't
want to do all that because wealready do our lineup from the site.
Everything ad dropped from the for thefor the app. You kind of add

picks and survival pool to the app. Man, it's crazy how to go
to the website, open a wholenew window just to go to the picks,
and then you can't expect the windowtoo big enough because you can't the
other side try to pick it.It's just a damn mess. They gotta
fix that. Second is when you'redoing the picks on the website, if
you don't because usually when you youyou enter your pick, you hit save.

If you press the back button togo back to all your other picks,
it doesn't save. We had threeplayers, four players this year go
through that issue. I was oneof them. That's why he's here.
Love to Puff too. Yeah,for the surer pull, we'll go without
knowing. It's just like second entry. You press the back button and it
doesn't give you a warning. Soyou press the back button and you pick

doesn't save. So I've lost bothmy games, not both. I would
say one of my games was likethat. I picked the team to win,
it ain't saved, so I didn'tget that pick. Same thing,
well to Puff and I want tosay, no, you were good,

always gona be twommissions. If theywant to be commissioned for the next year,
they can be. But there's alwaysgonna be two commissions for each conference,

gotta handle each side. So ifyou want everyone to run another division next
year, you can. Yeah,you want to run one of the conferences
for next year, that'd be awesome. If you don't, we'll find two

game, So you guys have betterrecords. But again, it's the playoffs.

start out zero zero, Well,it's who you play, when you play

them, and how you play andwhen you play them, because now these
players, I mean, you gottaget into who got hurt, who didn't
get hurt. You guys know who'son the hot streak. You know the
drill you gotta you know, you'rean owner, manager players as you should
feet as you should see fit inour previous leagues. We've done Artia before,
We've never done playoffs. And he'sleaving with a picture of me and

definitely do that. All I gottasay is for the future champions. You
got a lot to play for baby. Next year, they gonna see it
draft next draft day, when youguys see the pictures on you we're posting

reason you guys know that the firstthe first time it came out fire,

I spent I spent a few hourslooking for the perfect. There's definitely some
golden there. And then I sawthe price. It's good. I was
like, you know what it hasto we got we gotta do something else.
The price was honestly really good.Well, just to ring alone could
have been great, but you gotthe trophy. To the trophy to it
is just awesome. This is whyyou play the game. I love it.

Competitiveness, that's what it's all about. Love added and over everybody.
You know, do your best,and you know, always remember twenty twenty
three belong to love to puffat firstand that proves it right there. That
proves it right there. So fornext year, you bring it to the
draft. You gotta show it offand then you gotta get your own table.

You know it is out of perkscome with the champ. You know,
you get to be commission, youget the prize money, you get
to be commission, you get aring. You gonna I mean, you're
playing the league with everybody who's yougot nice guys, nobody's nobody's jerks,
everybody's cool, have a good time, drinking, having a good even a
shirt, a message. Camaraderie,the message boards was on fire. This.

I mean, you can even throwin a shirt. The champion gets
a shirt down, you know,the champion gets the shirt. So that
so we'll promote that the shirt,trophy, the ring, and to be
commissioned for the money, money andthat there's things there that just what we
charged. I know we charged onefifty. People say that, but it's
a lot. You're getting a lotof five things out of that. But

you get a trophy, you geta ring, you get a shirt,
and that's awesome. So he's gonnago put that to his bear. Stuff
in the man cave is look ugly, but he got the first one.
Yeah, that's what matter. That'swhat that's awesome. Thank you all time
