For nearly 5 decades the deep channel of Bob's life has been the real estate profession. Serving in many levels of leadership, became a team and people builder as a speaker, coach and mentor to thousands who Bob came in contact with. Today he is the Director of Leadership for EXIT Realty Corp, International. With a gentle style, strength, creativity and decisiveness, Bob is an effective leader. True north has not always been consistent, Bob will tell you but hard lessons must be learned the hard way on our journey to becoming the best we can. Bob has been heard saying that "I am becoming the next best version on myself."
