Yeah, So tell me about your hog.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Well, I don't know where do you have a name?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Does he have a name?

Speaker 3 (01:21):
No, we don't, We didn't. I don't know why we
didn't really name these ones this year, but I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
You didn't name it Randy or anything? Okay, because your
grandpa went out about that? All right? So well, okay,
let me ask you quick. What do you weigh two?

Speaker 3 (01:37):
He weighed to sixty five at the state fair? And uh,
we didn't wag him at the well he weighed Golley
to seventy five, I think.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
And what do you feed him? Ohs?

Speaker 3 (01:52):
And that that's it? And linders show.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Feed all right? All right?

Speaker 3 (01:59):
And so you won beginner showman.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Okay, so tell me about what does tell me about
that competition?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
What do you have to do?

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Keep your eye contacts on the right side of the judge,
pay attention where he is, and stay calm, keep your
pigs head up and show all right.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
And you brought you brought two hogs, right, and so
do you win anything with the other hog?

Speaker 3 (02:26):
You know?

Speaker 2 (02:27):
So you made him go home? Right? You took him actually,
he took him all home right last night?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Yeah, all right, so then not tomorrow night, but actually
Friday they'll have your hogs will be up in the auction. Right, So,
how much you think you're gonna bring? A couple of million? No,
you don't think that much? Okay, like five dollars.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
A little more, a little more.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Than five dollars, but maybe not a million.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
All right, I wish it was a million.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
You wish it was a million. What would you do
with a million dollars if you had it?

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I don't know. I really don't know what I would
do with the money. Probably try to get more hogs.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I like it. So what do you feed? I forget?
What do you feed your hogs?

Speaker 3 (03:16):
We feed blender and like small fill and oats.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Wow. See that's his dogs.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
His hogs eat better than your Yeah yeah you noticed
that right away, right, So what made you want to
show hogs?

Speaker 3 (03:32):
My family just kind of started doing it, and I
got just fell in and started it.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
All right, So I know your family a little bit.
What are you gonna start showing cattle?

Speaker 3 (03:41):
I already show him. I just don't have miss fats
here yet.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Okay, how about you?

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Are you like I I showed? Yeah? I'm sorry? What
was the question again?

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Do you think you'll ever show cattle.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
You're just gonna stay with the hogs.

Probably, Yeah, But I'm going to go to sheep next year.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
So why why are you gonna make the change the sheep?

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Well, my dad like and my brother made like a
change up. I don't know where it came from, but
they just went to sheep too, and they've been wanting
me to show, so I'm going to try it out,
all right.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
So what's the smartest animal between between the cattle and
the and the hogs?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Which one smarter?

Speaker 3 (04:24):
I think pigs cattle? That is a That is my
blowout deckling. The way the pigs can escape out of
their pins is what I think they're smarter by.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Yeah, they do that a lot, don't.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yes. Now, I heard last night that the that the
cattle wanted out of the pins too.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Did you hear about that?

Speaker 3 (04:43):
I saw? Well, I was actually in the cow barn
when I saw a cow get shocked or something and
something scared. They try to jump over the fence. It's
I got out of.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
The old temperatures and the cattle got all excited.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
There was a mess that night. There was a mess
person under the cow.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
It was bad.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
So you know, I did some research for you guys,
and I found some I found some hog questions.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
That sometimes judges like to ask. But these are these
are top secret questions.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
So you may not have heard these yet, but it
would be good for you to know them for the future. Right,
So here here's one. What do you call them? What
do you call pigs that are playing tug of war?
If you if you get it right, you get a cookie.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
