...Soy una mujer de 50 años que ha estado bebiendo alcohol a diario desde los 25. Y desde hace 5 más o menos, estoy “luchando” con todo este mundo interno de “soy o no soy alcóholica? en qué aspectos me está perjudicando? voy a intentar no beber 3 días, o voy a beber menos, etc etc etc”.
En 2022 dejé de beber 3 meses, y volví porque consideré que “no tenía tantos problemas”, para luego volver a un consumo diario que no me hace sentir nada bien...
