Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's Wednesday. You know what that means. It's time for
all of the talk with the ae w FANO podcast team.
This is Kelson. I'm here with Net and Sutton and
we're gonna give our thoughts on AW Dynamite tonight. But
for the most part, we're going to talk about AW
Dynasty Sunday Live eight pm from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We've got

(00:33):
to talk a little bit about Dynasty tonight. We're not
gonna go in depth about it. I just want to
get what were your impressions of Dynasty? I mean, like,
what was your strong points? What did you really like?
Was there anything that you didn't like as much?

Speaker 2 (00:47):
You do realize you called it Dynasty.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Well, I told you I have I broke a tooth
about fifteen minutes before Dynamite and I have loaded up
with painkillers. You're lucky. You're lucky I said something and
that I may I may have said something in that
Son of a Bitch, you know that, and so so

(01:17):
if I fall over by Tom like Mercedes Money in
her first months with the interview, you.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Know, tonight's show was decent. I thought it was pretty good.
Best part of the show though, was the mention of
Money when the Money Dawn and Hardy Cameron came out
in the interview, and they get to tag up on
the Saturday, so that's gonna be fun. But yeah, it
was a pretty decent show.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Yeah, I don't know what it is. I don't know
if how that feels about, but I just love the
dynamic between Money and Harley Cameron. I mean, they just
play off each other. They're so different, they're the same.
It's kind of inexplicable. It's weird, but it's funny.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
It's somehow it's funny and it works. So my favorite
match of the night would have to be Swerve and
Willow against Mocks and Marina Shafir. I like seeing them
all together matched up, and they I thought they all
worked pretty good together.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah. I really didn't have a favorite match at a night.
I thought they were all decent. Uh and the segments
were all decent except for one that I absolutely hated
John Moxley Marina Shafir against where Strickland Willow was awful.
It was a batchful beginning to end, Swear Strickland swinging

(02:47):
and missing. They couldn't lift each other, they couldn't execute
cute moves. It was embarrassing. I mean John Moxley had
to sell phantom blows that it was preposterous. Uh, just
so many botches in that match. I thought it was funny.
It was just it was. It was an embarrassing, awful match,

(03:09):
And to be honest with you, it took me out
of the out of the show. I mean, you know
it did. I mean I really didn't get back into
the Tony Starman Penelope Forward match. I didn't really. I
kept an eye on it, but I didn't watch it

(03:30):
because I was so pissed off at the opening match
and how awful it was. It was awful, pretty funny.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
I mean this the stuff they were doing. They worked
off of each other with their with their missed blows
and and threw the table. I mean, somehow they tied
it all together and made it work. I thought it
was pretty entertaining.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Maybe it was funny, but it was unintentionally funny, and
I mean it was. It was uncomfortably awful. I am sorry.
It was not a good match.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
My favorite mess of the night was the Osprey match.
That was a pretty good match.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Yeah, I'm glad that Kevin Knight got a chance to
really get over with the crowd. I think Ausbrey did
a good job of putting him over as well.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Oh yeah, everybody that's come up there. I mean Jay
White did it last weekend and now Austbury he's getting
he's getting his ups and these props, which is good.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Now, we did have something that happened during Dynamite. Of course,
we had the owen Hart brackets revealed. We're not going
to talk about that except for one thing, and that's
that Jay White, who had declared for owen Hart, is
now out of the owen Hart explained in KFE by
getting attacked by the death writers before the show. In reality,

(04:55):
Sean ross Sapp of fight Ful Select reports that Jay
White did some for an injury be prior to Dynamite.
That he didn't specify when it was. It could have
been ten minutes before Dynamite. It could have been in
a match two weeks ago.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Somebody said on the Reddit dead in the match he
had with uh Kevin Knight on Saturday, he landed a
move and got his knee underneath him wrong and they
believe that's when he got hurt.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Okay, Well, Sean ross Sapp said that he is injured
and it is going to require surgery, so Jay White
is probably going to be out for and unspecified amount
of time. Of course, we all wish Jay White the best.
We don't like seeing anybody injured. And I love Jay

(05:48):
White and I love Eddie Kingston. Let's talk about a
W dynasty and we'll start with you know, we're just
going to talk about the matches. We'll go through one.
I wanted to want to have a big, long conversation
about every match, but we're gonna start about the with
the a W World Championship match between John Moxley and

(06:09):
Swerve Strickland. What are your thoughts about this match? Guys?
Do you see anything happening here? What do you do?
Who do you foresee winning?

Speaker 2 (06:18):
I kind of think that this could be the end
of it for ox even though it was an ended
tonight ended weird with the glass that wasn't really glass,
But you know, I just think that Swerve is is
it's time for Swerve to take the title back. I
think it'll make it. This will be the second time

(06:40):
a year after you want it the first time, and
I think it's time.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
What about you, Neat? Yeah, I thought unmute yourself before
you talk.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
By the way all right, Yeah, I was. I was
having trouble with the mute button. Sorry, I'm still having
that on off which going.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
It's complicated. There. We're going to send you to training,
you know, we'll get you there, all right.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
I think that Swerve is going to win. I saw
where he and Hangman were yelling at each other backstage
as usual, and he told Hangman that he deserved to
get his house burned down. So I think Swerve is
going through some kind.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Of I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
Yeah, I deserve the bad things that happened to me,
but I'm going to deserve the good things that happen
to me too. And I also I think that Swerve
is going to win because I think that they have
been hiding that belt because it's a new belt and

(07:55):
it's going to be incredibly good looking and fancy. And
I think that Swerve is going to have that new belt.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
So I don't know if you know that, I kind
of I'm not sure, but I don't even think they
had the briefcase. The death writers had the briefcase tonight.
They just kind of came they did or did not
did not think they did. I didn't think so my favorite,
my favorite part of Dynamite tonight was the interaction between

(08:25):
Swerve and Hangman Adam Page. That being said, Tony Kahan
is a sadistic prick. I'm just gonna say it, and
there is no way in hell that he's not going
to be able to get that belt. Doctor John Moxley.
He wants to torture AW fans, and I think John

(08:47):
Moxley will be buried with the AW belt at this time,
well or the AW briefcase at this time. The reason
why we're talking about the AW World Champion Chip match
right now to open the Dynasty portion of the show
is not because I feel it's the most important. I

(09:07):
think it's the least important match on the entire card.
I'm just being the most important one is all of
the other ones are better than this match. Match Anything
with Death Riders in it is dog shit. And it
was a hard decision between this match and the Trios match.

(09:28):
Between the Death Riders of course and Rated FTR. This
one has a little bit more of an interesting story
to it, and that's really the only reason why I'm
going to put this one second. Do you see the
Trios Championships changing hands?

Speaker 2 (09:48):
For me, I think it's gonna come down to what
their plans are for the Death Riders as a whole,
because if Moxley's losing his title, then I think the
titles would change hands. So basically, the the Trios match
will be first. So if the Trios teams do lose
their titles to the Rated FTR, then that'll be the

(10:10):
death of the Death Riders. But I don't I don't
think it's I don't know if it's gonna happen because
I think that Rated FTR is going to implode, right
you know.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
You're talking about the death of the Death Riders. I mean,
can we agree that it seems more likely that Rated
FDR is going to have the death of Rated FDR
before the death of the Death Riders.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
Oh yeah, I think that's gonna happen. I think that
I think the whole thing between FTR is a smoke screen.
But yeah, I think that they're gonna they're gonna do something.
It's just not going to be a good knight for
FTR or Rated FTR.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
Right FR What about you, and now do you agree
with with Suton?

Speaker 3 (10:54):
I am. I kind of think that FTR will be okay,
that that they're going to get through this rough patch,
but I don't see them sticking with Cope long term.
So I kind of think that the Death Riders will
retain their championships, although that means more Wheeler Utah and

(11:17):
I can barely take it now, but I think that
they'll they'll keep them for a little while longer.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
I'm got to make two predictions here. One is that
Rated FDR will break up, but of course FDR will
then turn heel. The second prediction is that not only
will the Death Writers retain the trios championships, but they're
going to put them in briefcases. Good now, we're gonna

(11:44):
have for a briefcases and we're not going to know
which one of which.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
It'll be like that Seashell game that that I remember
as a kid. You hide like a quarter under the
seashells and do the sleight of hand. It's gonna be
like that.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Yeah. Well again, those those are the two matches. Honestly,
it's I'm the host I pick. Those are the two
worst matches on the card. Right Death Writers' matches, not
saying that the rest of the matches are fantastic, but
at least they have some kind of umph to them.

(12:25):
I mean, whatever, Daniel Garcia and Adam Cole in a
no time limit match, somebody has to win the TNT Championship.
Who do you see walking away with the TNT Championship
in Dynasty.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
I think Daniel's gonna keep it.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
I just I don't see Cope winning that title yet
or Coke Cole. I don't see Cole winning that title.
I just don't. I don't think it's time for Daniel
to lose it, all.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
Right, what about you, Nett?

Speaker 3 (13:03):
Yeah, I think that Garcia will keep that title a
bit longer and maybe something exciting needs to happen with it,
though a little a little bit more oomph. But I
can see him keeping it. I don't think Adam Cole
is ready.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
And I'm going to go against the grain here yet again. Look,
Adam Adam Garcia, I'm just in a sudden Yeah, Daniel
Garcia has had that belt for quite a while now,
and he's really done nothing when he's not had a
big story. I mean, this is the biggest story that

(13:43):
he's had. Adam Cole is going to win the T
and T Championship at Dynasty, and and he's gonna have
maybe maybe we'll have an ongoing story with Daniel Garcia,
but it's that belt is stagnated a little bit. I'm sorry.

(14:05):
I love Daniel Garcia, but the belt is stagnated and
they need to make it special. And Adam Cole is
the type of wrestler get out there. When his music hits,
the crowd pops and you know, people genuinely like him
and hate him at the same time, where I don't
think that Daniel Garcia gets the reaction yet, and I

(14:28):
think they need to build Daniel Garcia up as somebody
can't get the reaction. I mean, he has had the
belt now for quite a while. It's time for him
to lose it. That's the way I look at it.
Speaking of belts, the aw International title is up for
grabs Kenny Omega against Ricochet and Speedball Mike Bailey in

(14:51):
a three way match. Does any do any of you
see Kenny Omega losing the title that dynasty.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
No, no, no, it's it's it's gonna be a Octa versus
Kenny down the line, and I don't see it happening
anytime soon.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Where do you think what do you say, Ocata versus Kenny?
You think that's going to be the unification match on
both of the titles, and it's going to be, as
Shane calls it, the Intercontinental title.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Maybe I don't care what it's called, but yeah, I
think that's where they're headed with that. It makes more sense.
I don't see Ricocheted with the title anytime soon, and
Speed both too new. Hell is only going to be
what his third match, I think, so, so you know,
I just don't see him getting that title yet or.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Well, I have a question about the unifying of the
of the titles. If they do. We have talked previously
about whoever has that championship needs to go to other promotions,
needs to really get out there and represent a w

(16:00):
traveling with that belt, right, I don't see Kenny Omega
doing that well.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
I mean before he even came back to a W
though Nettie he wrestled to Japan.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Yeah, but I mean, if he has the belt, I
don't I don't see him going all over the place
with that championship and challenge.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
I think he will. I think he will. I mean sure,
I don't think he will be all over the place,
but I think he won't have any problem going out
and challenging in different promotions and whatnot, including Japan and
going to England for you know, for whatever reason. Uh.
You know, Kenny Omega has strong ties to Japan. He

(16:43):
was there for a long time. Of course, most of
his friends that are we're in Japan are now in
a W because a w is you know, leached everybody
out of do Japan Pro Wrestling that they could, you know, So,
I mean that's what it is. I I do. Well,
let's put it this way. Kenny Omega, kaz Kazuko Kata,

(17:10):
Kazu chik I'm sorry I mispronounced his name. Okada hasn't
done anything in Japan since he came over to a W.
He wasn't wrestled Dynasty, He hasn't wrestled anywhere, but aw,
Kenny Omega has. So there you go. And if you
remember when he was asked why uh Okada was asked

(17:34):
why he didn't go to Dynasty, he said, because he
did basically he was very diplomatic about him, but basically
he said because he didn't want to. You know, o'conna
is one of those unusual Japanese wrestlers to come over
from Japan. When if you remember when Okata came over

(17:54):
before he actually came over, he said that his Japanese
journey was behind him. He was coming to America to
wrestle in America. He doesn't have any interesting he doesn't
have any interest in going to Japan. So so when
you're looking at if you specifically say Okata and Omega,
Omega is the clear choice. Of course, Now you have

(18:16):
uh Uh Teshta that will obviously go to Japan. You know,
Kevin Knight would probably be a good choice somewhere down
the road if he if he takes off, it's too
early to tell, but there are other wrestlers that can
go to Japan. Let's talk about the tag team match

(18:38):
it's been It was just made official just before dynam
Might went off the air, but we suspected it was
gonna happen. It's gonna be Big Bill and Brian Keith
against Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin Uh. Personally, I think
this is gonna be a fun match. I don't see
the Hurt Syndicate losing this match by any mean shape
or form, but I think it's gonna be a fun match.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
I agree. I just I just feel bad for Big
Bill because he's not got the greatest partner in the world,
and that's his weak link. If he had a better partner,
you'd have a better chance. But I don't see either
hurt somethy get losing them titles anytime soon.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
By the way, congratulations to uh the Big Bill's former
partner Ricky Saints. I believe just won the what is
it the United States Championship in w w X. Yeah,
I mean it's great. You know, these AW guys that
go over to ww are winning all the championships right away,

(19:37):
you know, proving that an a W wrestlers are superior
a longtime WWT. I have a problem with that. I
don't know why they do that. That's something that really
hurt w c W when they the ww F WWE guys,
we're coming over to w CW, and that's something that

(20:00):
bothered me about That bothered me, but always worried me
that a W was going to do it. And they
really have it where these guys coming from other promotions
and women are winning championships right away. Now, Mercedes Monet
won a championship, she's held it, but there was a
long break between her w w EE days and her

(20:21):
AW days. You know, I'm talking about that.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
Is, Think about it for a second. The other guy
that went over that they made a big deal about
and gave a title to was Ethan Page. What happened
when you lost the title? Have you heard of much
from Ethan Page since then?

Speaker 1 (20:35):
That's that's that's normal though. I mean, but Jake Cargo
went over there and she wanted title almost right away.
Ethan Page, as you said, Ricky Saints, you know it's
it's just like and even though Pentha dosn't won a title,
he's like a freaking god over there. You know. Cody
Rhodes won a title. Was it a big push and

(20:58):
got the title right almost right away. It took a
while for him to get the title. But I mean,
let's let's face it.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
The difference is with Cody. The difference is with Cody
he's actually been in WWE before, so he's kind of
different when it comes to that. Even Page when the
title disappeared after he lost it, Saints will do the
same thing. They'll they'll build them up for a minute,
they'll give them a title run for a little bit
of time, and when they lose it, they're gone. And

(21:27):
that's WWE. That's standard for WWE.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
Yeah, I'm just saying that. I don't I'm not I'm
not saying this to belittle w w E at all.
I just don't like what happens. Look at Julia went
over there and Stephanie Vacor. They came from other companies
and they're dominated. You that to be that stupid. Yeah,
you can have them dominate, but don't have them dominate

(21:51):
your champions. Have them dominate your mid carters and work
their way up. Don't give them the give the flower,
don't give them flowers right away, because that just to me,
it proves that people that are coming from other promotions,
whether it's w W WEE or it are coming to
AW or wherever. When somebody comes to your promotion from

(22:13):
another company and they win right away, big matches and
come away with belts, what it shows me is that
those wrestlers coming from the other companies, the companies that
are coming from are superior to yours. True, that's just it.
That's my soapbox. Okay, let's talk about the owen Hart

(22:34):
Cup matches at Dynasty, because we have two of them
and they're both really interesting. Will Osprey at the men's
side against Kevin Knight, Now, Kevin Knight is the is
replacing Jay White in this tournament because of Jay White's injury.
Does anybody see Kevin Knight winning this match?

Speaker 3 (22:56):
No, I don't see him winning, But I think it's
gonna be an extremely good match.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Oh yeah, it'll be a great match. But the way
they I just have a problem with the way they
set up both league set the tournament in both sides.
They're just too predictable.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
It truly is.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
To me, it's predictable. I mean, it's gonna come down
to either Osprey and uh my mind, just it just
left me or and Kyle in the finals of the men's.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Okay, well we're not talking about the women's yet, Okay,
so I just let's talk. Let's talk about this match.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
Okay. So I think I think it will be might
be one of the better matches of the night.

Speaker 1 (23:44):
I'm looking at the match cad, I'm looking at the
match guard. Look at the match guard. Honestly, look at
the match guard. What other match do you think could
possibly be better? To me, this is automatically, on paper, the
match of the night and tender as far as wrestling goes.
There may there may be some lanya that goes on,
you know, in some of the other matches, uh, particularly

(24:08):
on the women's side. I think there's gonna be some
interesting stuff going on the women's side. But I think
this match is destined to be a clean match, and
I hope it is, and I think it's gonna be
the match of the night, I really do. As far
as the wrestling goes. It may not be the most memorable.
There may be something that happens in some of the
other matches that make them more memorable, you know, because

(24:30):
something could happen in the Swerve and Moxley match, like
the briefcase can fall open, and you know, Marina Shafir's
garter belt can fall out for all we know. You know,
It's It's just one of those things. So will will
Osbury and Kevin Knight, I think probably will be the
match of the night as far as pure wrestling goes.

(24:54):
What about second place? Maybe the Kenny Omega, Mike Bailey
and Ricochet match. But I'm just not a fan of
three ways.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
So yeah, I'm not a fan of that particular match.
I don't know what the thought process is going on
over there, but I think that the Osprey Night match
is going to be really, really good. I'm looking forward
to that one.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
So the women's match at aw Dynasty is Mercedes Bonet
and Julia Hart, and this one I think is going
to surprise people. I really do. But I want to
hear what your thoughts on this match is.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
No, I don't think it will surprise very many people.
I think when they's gonna win, they're not going to
have her get beat and it's going to lead to
her facing then in the next week and then her
versus Stylander for the for the the Owen Cup. I
think that's how it's gonna play out.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Okay, that's fair enough. I don't agree with you, but
I that's fair enough. What about you, Nett?

Speaker 3 (26:05):
I think Mercedes Monnette will win. And her promo tonight
I liked a lot. Usually I don't like her so
much on the mic, but I liked her tonight. But
I think that she's gonna she's gonna win that match.
I think it'll be good, but no, I think she's

(26:27):
got this one.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
I personally think that Julia Hard is going to win
this match. I don't think it's gonna be a glean win,
but I think Julia Hard is because look Mercedes Bena
needs to lose a match and this is the perfect
opportunity to do it. And this is with well thinking intellectually,

(26:51):
I think Mercedes Bonett is gonna win this match. Booking wise,
I think it's because it as Sutton said, it's it's
too odd Mercedes beats Julia, Athena beats who she fight,
Harley Cameron, I think, right. And then we have then
we have Mercedes Monette against Athena in Ace what a

(27:12):
a semi finals. That's not good. I'm sorry, that's not good.
I think that if I had the fantasy bookt I
think that Mercedes Monette gets the misspit in her face
by either Julia Hart or returning sky Blue. Okay, and

(27:35):
in the coming weeks, we don't know when the Harley
Cameron and Athena match is gonna happen, but I think
we'll see Athena, you know, say something about I do
think that Athena will beat Harley Cameron and Athena will
go on to defeat uh, Julia Hart, maybe you know.
But my point is is that the semi finals of

(27:57):
the Owen Hart is too soon. It's too soon.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
The the destiny for me is Mercedes Monet and Athena
their first match being at all in one on one.
Of course, they are wrestling on collision and tag teams
on separates on different sides, But I just don't see

(28:25):
this happening. I think Julia Hart wins, I really do,
just as I don't see Julia Hart getting passed Athena,
and then I don't see Athena getting past whoever she
has to wrestle. You know, I think that I don't
think Athena is destined for Tony Storm. I think she's

(28:46):
destined for Mercedes Monet, and I certainly hope it's not
in the semifinals. I'm gonnawen harp owen hardcop tournament. That's
that's my wish. I want to see them fight it
all in for the championship, not in a non title match. See.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
I think that the reason that she's going to face
most Mercedes is that she's going to lose to Mercedes
in a non title match to set up the title
match at a future pay per view. The biggest problem
I have with the women's side on this is why
do you have Mercedes and Athena in this when they
already have titles? They have no reason to be going
in for this for the titles. Aw has an issue

(29:27):
with always putting someone that has a title in a
tournament that doesn't need to have a shot out of
the title.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
I would not be surprised at all. I would not
be surprised at all. I'm in a fantasy book the
hell out of this, Okay. So let's just say Julia
Hart beats Mercedes Monette by trickery, like I said, the
mist by either Julia Hart or sky Blue or whatever happens. Okay,

(29:55):
But because Dynasty it's a pay per view and we
always have returns to pay per view, then you have Athena. Again,
we don't know when Athena is going to actually have
her match against Harley Cameron, but Athena could get on
the mic and just you know, be Athena laugh at
Mercedes Monet, say she can get the job done. Then

(30:16):
when Athena does wrestle Harley Cameron, who is somehow friends
with Mercedes Monet, Mercedes Monet, it's Mercedes Monet either helps
Harley Cameron win or THEKLA comes out and helps Harley
Cameron win. And I really do think in the semi

(30:37):
finals it's going to be Julia Hart and Harley Cameron.
I don't think Mercedes Monet or Athena should win this
match for the reason that you just said something is
that they both currently have belts. They don't need to
need to win, and they need to build and by
interfering in each other's matches kind of because Athena could
come out and help Julia Hart win. Yeah, you know,

(31:01):
I think that they need to build the hate like
they built the hate between Hangman and Swerve.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
I mean, I agree, I can see where you're coming from.
But the reason that I said that, I thought that
it was going to be stat Lander that's going to
win the Overall Cup because it's going to set up
a title match that we haven't talked about yet, but
when we do, you'll see why.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Yeah, it's gonna be interesting because we'll be talking week
to week about the Uh oh yeah, I think it'll be.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Did they say something tonight that the finals will be
all out or all or at the double or nothing
or double or nothing?

Speaker 1 (31:43):
I could have spared that, but the way I understood it,
the women's final will be at double or nothing. The
men's final will be it all in. That's the way
I understood it. I don't.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
That's what I understood too.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
See I'm missed the rest of that, but i'd definitely
heard something about one of the finals where the finals
was going to be a double or nothing, which makes
sense and I can see that. But why would you
wait to have the men's it all in when that
would be this perfect time to have the oh and
Cup winner get the title shot.

Speaker 1 (32:18):
I don't think that that's a bad idea because if
the women's Owen Heart winner gets it gets the title
shot at double or nothing, we don't need to, you know,
title shots the same way.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
Yeah, it's a lot going on.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
Yeah, so I think they're building towards something. We only
have what one more match to talk about. And I
don't know about you guys, but I absolutely hope that
Tony Storm and Meghan Bain get the main event at Dynasty.

(32:58):
It's overdue. Tony Storm has earned her flowers and she
deserves a main event and this it's time, you know.
I'm sure people will say, I'm sure people will say
that John moxleyn Swear should be the main event. Frankly,
I think it should be the opening match.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
I agree there, I'm sorry it's going to be the
main event. I don't think they're going to give Tony
Storm the main event tonight that night. I just don't
see it happening.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
I really, I don't. I agree with you something, but
I want to disagree with you. You know what I mean.
I I really want to see Tony Storm event and.

Speaker 2 (33:38):
I would love to see that too, but especially if
because I'm I'm assuming that Megan Baine is gonna win
that match. That's why I put Statlanders winning the shot
at her, because of all the women in the Owen,
there's really nobody that's in the in the that would

(34:00):
that would have a reason to go against. The only
one that would have a reason to go against Tony
Storm would be thunder Rosa because she never got her
title shot.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
And I agree with you, and and and.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Unless they're gonna have her beat Statlander and then beat
everybody else and win, which I don't see happening, then
Meghan Bain's winning on Sunday. And if she's gonna win
on Sunday, I just don't I can see t K
giving Tony and the main event if she was going
to win that match. I can't see him doing that

(34:36):
to her when she's not gonna win, because, let's face it,
she's she's the does She's the a w's women's division
right now. Yeah, I mean she has been for the
whole the whole time, this whole timeless Tony Storm thing's
been going on. So yeah, she deserves to have the
main event, but she doesn't deserve to lose that main event.

(34:59):
It just that to me, that would be like, thank
you for your service, but we're done with you, you
know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (35:05):
Yeah, yeah, I can't see winning. What'd you say, Kelson?

Speaker 1 (35:12):
No, I was saying. I was throwing it to you.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Oh okay, I was. I was gonna say that. I
don't see Megan Bain winning because, as we've said about
a couple of other people, it's too soon. It's too
soon for her, and Tony Storm deserves to be on
top for a while. I think she should get this win.

(35:39):
You should get the main event. I was one of
the people that was really mad when the main event
wasn't Tony and Mariah. I felt like they should have
been the main event then. So I would really like
to see Tony on top for a.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
While, especially the way the main event at Revolution turned out.
I mean, of course there was a lot of discourse
about that, and rightfully so for I bet I can
agree with why people didn't like it. Let me put
it that way. Yeah, you know, you know what, I
think Tony Storm is gonna win this match. My only hope,

(36:19):
my only hope is that they don't do the Tony
Kahan Women's Division swept under the rug thing, you know,
And if Megan Man loses this, she needs to be
out there. And again, I really really hope that that

(36:42):
we have, you know, something for Megan Bain and something
for all these women. I mean, look, you know, the
women's divisions have been really really good h this year.
But the fact that the matter is is that women
like Anta j h that are healthy an A j Hikarushida.

(37:07):
At others, Marina Shafir wrestled for the first time tonight.
There's been wrestlers in the women's mission that have not
wrestled yet in twenty twenty five in an aw ring
And we need to get to get diversity. And that's
why I think that the women's World title tag team
title is necessary. Uh do you guys see any like

(37:32):
returns or possibly debuts coming up for dynasty.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
See, not really nobody I can think of that. I
can think my debut or or return.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
Really you know, what about you something? Do you have
any any ideas on returns or debuts?

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (38:06):
I kind of see a possibility of the return of Lucasaurs.
I could see him coming back because of the FTR situation.
I think that there's gonna be some more there that
might actually involve Christian Company. Scott Blue could come back
to uh debuts. I don't know. I don't really know

(38:29):
if there's anybody that we've got on horizon right now
that's coming out besides who's already been here.

Speaker 1 (38:35):
Yeah, you know, it's fine. What about what about Okay,
we talked about debuts and returns. What about surprises like
somebody that's there already coming out to interfere or help
in one of the matches. I've already said that. I

(38:56):
think it's a possibility that Skype who could come out.
You know, but are there any other matches that you
think you may see some outside interference or outside help.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
I kind of have a feeling because of the way
MJFF left it with the Hurt Syndicate tonight, there might
be something afoot in that match because they total need
to prove himself and being that it's the Learning Tree,
they could be up to some nefarious things and MGF

(39:29):
could come out and make the safe to keep the
titles with the Hurt Syndicate. Other than that, I really
don't know.

Speaker 1 (39:39):
I'm gonna throw a couple of names out there, you know.
In both cases, I kind of think that may I
agree with you that MJFF make it involved in that match.
I don't think it's a big enough match for MGF
to get involved in because I really don't think that
there's any doubt that the Hurt Syndicate are not going
to beat are going to beat. I mean it hurts.

(40:02):
I think it's gonna beat Big Bill, Brian Keith and
right and Happy had said, I don't understand why m
JF we need to come out unless Chris Jericho came
out and MJFF had to beat him down. I think
it would be interesting to see if hang Man Adam
Page comes out to help John Moxley, I mean helped

(40:23):
Swear strictly against John Moxley, you know.

Speaker 2 (40:27):
And it kind of that whole interaction between him and
Swerve to me kind of screwed Hangman up because his
whole character and everything he is is based on his
hatred for Swerve, and now Swerve is like, I know,
I deserved it, and Hangman was just like okay and
just ran off like he was pissed off again. But

(40:49):
to me, that kind of was like a weird thing
to have happened. And I think he's actually that might
be how Moxley gets beat Yeah, uh.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
Yeah, We're never gonna a championship again.

Speaker 3 (41:07):
Hangman's character is kind of h He's very emotionally charged,
so I think that he was projecting a lot on
to Swerve things about himself, and I think Swerve admitted

(41:27):
something that Hangman has been unable to admit about himself,
and it's that Hangman deserves a lot of the bad
things that have happened with him, but he also deserves
the good things. He's always kind of struggled to accept
the good that happens to him. So I think that

(41:51):
when Hayman looks at Swerve, it's kind of like he's
looking at a mirror and he's only just tonight really
been able to be faced with that, and that's why
he walked off the way that he did that was
I just.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
Thought that was really well done. Another name I did
say something about sky Blue coming out to a Julia Hart.
If that happens, I wouldn't be surprised to see Robin
Renegade come out to aid Mercedes Monette. And I'm gonna
throw another name out there that that Tony Kahan has

(42:26):
been alluding to over the last several days, started about
a week or so ago, and that's Camille. Camille could
come out where she would come out. I think that
we're going to see a because it was teased by
Tony conn I believe. I think we're gonna see Camille

(42:47):
go face to face with Megan Bain, and I would
be there for that.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
I see that as a mismatch. Camille's not on that level.
I just don't see her. I don't see her doing that.
If she's gonna come back and do it for me.
If she comes back to do anything, she's got to
go after Mercedes because Mercedes treated her like shit and
she blames her injury on Mercedes. So I see her
going after Mercedes.

Speaker 1 (43:13):
But on the.

Speaker 2 (43:16):
One of the reasons why I think that Megan's going
to win is because I think the way that Tony's
been acting for the last two weeks, she's been kind
of touching on the fact that she might not be
as stable as she's trying to make herself out to be.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
No. No, But here's the thing it is, I can't
remember if it's ever happened where somebody won a championship
at a pay per view, a major championship. It may have,
you know, one of the minor things, like the TBS Championship,
but other than with the injury, Holy cal other than

(43:55):
by injury. Look, Tony Storm just won the championship a revolution.
She's not gonna lose it at the next pay per view.
That that's just my belief. So unless they have a big,
long story built into it. But who you know and
what so? And the thing that bothers me is that

(44:16):
Megan Bain has been dominating Tony Storm, you know for
the last verb. When that happens, it's not good. I mean, like,
for example, let's just say on Saturday night, a collision
in the match between Harley Cameron and Athena against no

(44:37):
Harley Cameron and Mercedes Monet against Julia Hart and Athena.
Let's say that Julia Hart pins Mercedes Monet, for example,
or Harley Cameron pins Athena. That just just by the
way Tony Kahn works, that means that that they were

(45:00):
going to lose. Whoever pins on that match is the loser. So,
like I'm saying, if if Julia Hart pins Mercedes Monet
on Saturday Night at Collision, Julia Hart loses it dynasty.
If if Harley Cameron pins Athena, Harley Cameron loses a dynasty.

(45:20):
That's the way. That's the way Tony km books could be.
That's a proven fact. That's a proven fact. I mean,
just go back and look.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
Well, that's that's how most people book. Whenever you go
back and look at matches. If you're in a match
with somebody in your champion, you have a match with
a champion or whatever, when you lose, if you lose
the match before that, you usually lose. Or if you
win the match before that, usually lose. At the pay
per view, another thing we forgot about another one of
your favorite one of your favorite wrestlers, not Eddie, Mira

(45:53):
or Mina sorry Mira, Mina shere Kwa could make an appearance.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
I kind of doubt that she could.

Speaker 2 (46:02):
I do what I just done with Yeah, she could
there could be another interesting part of the Tony Storm story.

Speaker 1 (46:11):
While she's got a match coming up in a at
resurgence against the Zoomie for the right to face Mercedes
Monet for the n j p W Strong Championship, So
it doesn't make sense to get her involved in two programs.

(46:33):
I get where you're going. If it was the next
pay per view, I could see it, But I I
personally think that Mina Scherkao will probably beat a Zumi,
even though to be honest with you, I'd love to
see a Zuomi. I'd love to see a Zuomi and
Mercedes monego at it. I would love to see that.

(46:55):
So because that that's a great matchup. That would be
just like Mercedes Monet and Hazuki, and that that match
was considered one of the finest women's matches in many years.
You know, it was right up there a w and
uh and and AW and the startup women have been

(47:15):
putting on great matches together, and Mercedes Monet has been
involved in a few of them, so you know, you
got to give them credit for that. So there you go.
I think when when Mina, when Mina comes back, it's
going to be as in Rose Gold with Mariah May
for the and they're going to make a run at
and probably will win. I do believe this that they

(47:38):
will win the inaugural aw Women's Tag team title belts.
That's my pick. So anyway, that's the show. I mean,
we talked about Dynasty, we talked about Dynamite. We've got

(48:01):
Dynasty coming up Sunday. We will have you having a
live chat on our subreddit, aw fan Hub. Please come
on and we will start the live chat during zero hour.
But it really doesn't a lot of people don't. A
lot of people are like eating their food or getting
to prepare food prepared during zero hour. But once the
once the pay per view starts, the live chats, usually

(48:23):
you're hopping, you know. So come up and join the
live chat at the aw fanub sub reddit and just
have fun. You know. That's the thing about the aw
fan Hub and pay per views is we just have
fun with the pay per views and that's what it's
all about. So that and Sudden appreciate you coming here

(48:47):
tonight and talking about Dynamite and Dynasty. And so that's
the end of the show. This is Kelson and good
night everybody, good night, everyone,
