Speaker 1 (00:06):
It's Wednesday. You know what that means.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
It's time for all the Talk, more specifically the Double
or Nothing Prediction Show with the aw.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Fan podcast team. Tonight.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I'm joined by El Sutton, got a couple of people
in the audience listening in and they will be giving
some input. I hope we're going to make our predictions
for double or Nothing, the matches, the returns, the debuts,
and maybe some plot twists we'll see. We did have

(00:38):
one match made tonight, Okata and Speedball Mike Bailey are
going to go at it at Double or Nothing, and
we had a lot of things going on throughout the
night with the matches that have already been made. I mean,
I think we've had every single one of the matches
for Double or Nothing that have already been made have
been addressed.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Is that right something?

Speaker 3 (00:59):
Yeah, I don't think they missed any tonight, Nope, dating
to miss a one.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Well, let's start right from the beginning of Dynamite, because
I think that this was a really interesting beginning to
the show in that Will Osprey and Hangman Anna Bag
came out and talked for damn near twenty minutes, and
I enjoyed every second of it. What about you?

Speaker 3 (01:22):
Yeah, I thought it was good. I thought that that
the whole show tonight was good based on the way
they did me. It was kind of a lot of hawking,
but it was it was well done, and that segment
was really really well done.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
You know what impressed me is because usually when when
you have a match like this, there's a clear babyface
and there's a clear heel, right, but in the Owen
Hart Finals, on both the men's and the women's side,
there's no clear babyface heel combination. They're both babyfaces. All

(02:01):
four of these wrestlers are considered babyfaces.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
So I mean you could put Martin Mercedes in that
fluctuation zone.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
But yeah, I guess you could say they're all baby faces.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah. Well, no, you know what I was. I'm sorry.
I wasn't thinking a thinking straight.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
I was thinking about the uh Tony Storm and Mina
Sherikawa match, and we were just joined by Brewer.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
How you doing, Brewery?

Speaker 2 (02:31):
How's it all?

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Man? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Good? So what did you think?

Speaker 2 (02:35):
We were talking about the opening segment with will Ospirey
and and Hangman Adam Page. It took twenty minutes, but
I was thoroughly entertained throughout the entire twenty minutes that
they spoke.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
What about you.

Speaker 5 (02:50):
I do agree it was a very long segment, but
like you just said, I enjoyed every mind of it.
And most of the times when you get a long segment,
especially at the beginning of the show, he's bored and
gets all drawn out. That would have my attention from
the first word they spoke to the last word they spoke.
So and so they're killing them beers.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Man, it was.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
I loved it.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah, I mean you could tell Osprey is a bunch
of a drinker.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
But Adam, hey, Marcus the God just posted in our
chat that Mina shere kind Kawa finally got her all
the graphic after all this time. So I'm real happy
about that because I've been I've actually been looking to
see if she's been added to the aw roster, and

(03:39):
as of like fifteen minutes before the show, she had
not been added. But let's go ahead back and talk
about the will Osprey and Hangman at him page match. Well,
the fact that they've made the main evailes eppy.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Yeah, it was made.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, I mean, what else could you possibly made the
main event except maybe Mina shir kylea Antni Storm. I mean,
there's really nothing else that's for a title. There's not
a lot of title matches. There's a lot of number
one contender matches. But let's make our predictions. First of all,
who do you guys think is going to win this
match between Will Osprey and Hangman Adam Paige? And do

(04:17):
you see any kind of twist coming at all?

Speaker 3 (04:22):
I think it's going to be aspray just.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
That's that's the epic all in that, Yes, is.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
The all rows lead to all In?

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Yeah, one about him the stadium being thirty minutes away
from his home and all that. I was like, yeah,
I think we got to share one with this, with
this main event, So I wouldn't my guy here.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
I'm taking a sprayers with him, you know, Brewer. But
that's a really interesting thing. And you know, same thing, Sutton.
You're brought up all in. But the thirty minutes from
home is not all in?

Speaker 4 (04:58):
Yeah, that's for us for that's.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Forbid, correct, correct, correct, But I'm just saying it. But
it didn't seem interesting that they almost skipped that.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Osprey almost skipped over all In completely and went right
to forbidden Door.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Well, he did that, but it was certainly just to
point prove the point that he wanted to. He wants
to go into Forbidden Doors champion, and you know the
only way to do that is to beat had him
hang in at a Page and then beat Moxley on
the road there.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
That's basically what that's for. And I, man, it's it.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
I want to see Osprey win it, but you just
just I just can't completely count out him. Man, It's
just one of those matches that you're just like, yeah,
I want Osprey to win, but there's something in the
back of your head, the back of your neck going maybe.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Before I get my pick, I wanted to ask the
people in the audience to in the chat, if they're listening,
to go ahead and make their pick so I can
read them out my pick. I am really on the
fence on this from minute to minute. I am literally,
you know, waffling. I I am leaning toward for whatever reason. Uh,

(06:13):
I'm leaning toward will Osbury winning this. But I don't
think Hangman added Page is going to come out of
this looking really bad. I think there's something that's going
to happen in this match that is going to bring
out something for Hangman Adam Page to do. Besides, because
once this match is over and if Hangman Adam Page

(06:34):
loses it, the concern that I have is that, Okay,
what's what's hang Man gonna do?

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Now?

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Gonna exactly?

Speaker 4 (06:42):
Well?

Speaker 3 (06:43):
I mean you have that in any time somebody loses
a number one contender match or against like like last
week when Joe lost against uh Max, what's next for Joe.
If it wasn't for Anarchy and Arena, they wouldn't have
anything for him to do. So yeah, I get where
you're coming from on that, but I'm sure that there

(07:03):
will be something that Hangman he maybe he'll go on
a crusade to right the wrongs he did while he was.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
In his bad state.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Yeah, well, I Ospray is definitely gonna have something to do.
Does he made her pick and she chickened out quote

(07:35):
and she said, I'm on the fence too. I'd be
happy if either of them won.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
God, you know.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
In case y'all didn't know, that is that is Kelson's daughter.
But she's not really been watching a W for very
long either, So no.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
She just started about two weeks ago.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Yeah, so.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
That man and she's going to double or nothing, So
she should have somebody that she's going to cheer. I
guess she's gonna cheer for both Hangman and and Paige
in and uh and we'll osprey on this one.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
I'm a day one guy. Well that's good.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
I mean, there's really it's it's amazing talking to people
how many day ones there are. But it's there's so
many people that are jumping on to a w over
the last Over the first two years there a lot
of people came in, and then over to like this year,
I would say a lot of people came in. Well, look,
let's move on to a segment that I was kind

(08:43):
of disappointed in, and that was the backstage interview with
Kazuchka a Kata or as I call it, Kazuchika Okada.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
The reason I was disappointing he did say bitch.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
I thought I thought we he came back after he left.
I'm not even gonna do that. I thought he was
gonna say trust me.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Bitch, but he did.

Speaker 5 (09:06):
The only one I am not the on the one
who looks forward to it every time he gets on
the mic, exactly, not the only one.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
But yeah, you're.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Missing the part. You're missing. That was the most impressive.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Was that might have been the clearest English interview he's
ever done.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
Yeah, well he's he's definitely getting better. He's definitely getting better.
But come on, oct it if you don't say bitch,
just stay off my TV. Really, but hey, did you
notice the hair? Did you notice the hair? The blond
hair is gone?

Speaker 4 (09:46):
Is gone?

Speaker 1 (09:47):
He doesn't I didn't even notice.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
No, I didn't either.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
We were too busy looking at his pects.

Speaker 3 (09:52):
I know.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
So yeah, whatever, But anyway, the match is now official
for the Continental champion Chip Kasuciko Okada and Mike Speedball
Mike Bailey. Yet, at the.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
Who do you have in this match?

Speaker 2 (10:09):
And do you give Speedball a snowball's chance of hell
in hell of winning this match?

Speaker 5 (10:15):
I think it's going to be a great match. I
think they both gonna shine. But no, I don't give Speedball.
I can't give him a chance at all. He's not
going to beat Ocata.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Yeah I don't either. But you know what's interesting now, Look,
Okada is you know, not built for a match like
Andarchy in the arena.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
But he's not really been with the elite at all.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
He's not really been with the Elite at all, and uh,
he's not been doing anything with them, So that's what
I'm more interested in than anything. Yeah, do you give
Bailey any chance? And the people in the audience, Marcus
and Dizzy, what do you think Okada or ba in

(11:00):
this match?

Speaker 3 (11:01):
I mean, from what I what I saw of the
package they showed a Bailey coming in, he's a little
different to me than what I thought we were getting.
I thought we were when I first saw the package
of him being introduced. I kind of liking him to
Shawn Michaels, but he's not quite a Shawn Michaels, and
he's just I don't know, he's just I know he's

(11:23):
not going to beat Ocada for sure. I don't say
I'm not saying I don't like him. I think he's
going to be really good for the company, but he's
just too he's just too new to aw to win
that match. And uh, Okada has been helping the Elite,
he's just not been out with them.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
Yeah, yeah, well, yeah, I gotta go with Okada. Obviously,
there's no chance that he's dropping the title, especially since
I believe that down the line, maybe even at all
in it's going to be o'cada and Omega in a
unification match to unify the two titles, because having two

(12:02):
titles like that just does not make any sense in it.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Yeah, I think we've been predicting that for months now.

Speaker 5 (12:08):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
I want to just go ahead and talk about anarchy
in the arena. This is this is a match that
you know, let's be frank here, it doesn't matter who
wins this match. You're just looking for violence, and I
think this match has the most opportunity for returns in it.

(12:35):
I don't know how you guys feel. How do you feel?
What do you see happening in this match?

Speaker 4 (12:39):
Guys?

Speaker 5 (12:43):
Some kind of twists. I can't put my hand on it.
When it comes to these anarchy and arenas, they're always
entertaining a lot of violence.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
We know Mark is going to bleed.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
The most out of everybody.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
But very very true. I just, I just I just
put it being very entertaining.

Speaker 5 (13:03):
I would love a twist. I would love it twist.
I want to see a role I'm looking at this place.
Could the guy that just came in the ring, that's
a long ago there was hip mah Gay. I would
like to see what he's going to play in it
because he's gonna have his hand in it some kind of.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Weight I have. I do agree with you and I
have I have a prediction about that.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Uh m hmm.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
Well let's hear from something. What do you guys?

Speaker 4 (13:34):
What do you what?

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Do you think?

Speaker 3 (13:35):
I got the same? You know Marx is gonna bleed.
I think, uh Swerve is gonna bleed. Ye, Joe, Joe's
gonna beat the living crap out of I think it's
gonna end up being.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
Joe versus God of Good. See. I hate when that happens.
Uh yeah, the wrestling I have, he's working casting only.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
I think he's gonna beat up on cast on. My
favorite thing I think is gonna happen during this match
is I think that you're just gonna get taken out by.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
Willow. I think that's going to be the best, the
biggest pupp of the night when will It takes him
out for Gabe kid.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
I've been thinking about this the whole time since that
he appeared in the show tonight. The the twist is
going to be, you know, he's going to get involved.
He might as well have been the seventh man, right,
I'm trying to figure out who's going to get who's
going to be the person that comes out to counter him.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Okay, well let me give you let me give you
my thoughts, and I'm going to address a couple of
things that you guys said.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
Brewer.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
You said that Boxley, of course, is going to bleed.
I think Willow is going to bleed the second most.
For some reason. I just think that she's gallons before,
you know, And I like that about her, I really do.
I mean, I'm a big Willow fan. I mean, who's
not low Mancus Marcus to God just posted exactly what

(15:07):
I was thinking. Gabe Kid is going to get involved
in this match.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
I have three people that were going to get involved
in this match that are not in this match, one
being Gabe Kid. Okay, remember back last year, yep, the
person that injured Eddie Kingston was Gabe Kid. So when
you're talking about who's going to counter Gabe Kid, it's

(15:37):
going to be Eddie Kingston. Now, I don't expect Eddie
to be a part of the match. I think you'll
probably just come out whack him with a crowbar and
that's it, you know, but or run him over with
a car and then get out of it and smile
with a shit based grin.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
You know. The third person I think may show up.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
To do something similar to like Eddie Kingston just get
involved to get out of there is Brian Danielson.

Speaker 4 (16:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
I could see them going like I I picture them
going into the uh the concession area because remember it's
our anarchy in the arena, They're gonna use the entire arena.
I could see them going into concession area, Brian Danielson
being the vendor and just throwing a plastic bag over
John Moxley's head or no, the person that originally put

(16:27):
the bag over over Danielson's head was h wasn't that
Casting Noley?

Speaker 4 (16:37):
I think it was Claudio.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
I think it was so. Yeah, well Brewer kind of
got booted, So come back up, Brewer. Uh, just hit
the invite button again and I'll invite you back up.
But anyway, that's that's my thoughts again. I mean, I
don't know if you guys agree with me or not.

(17:05):
I don't know if you agree with me or not,
but uh, the winner, the winner, this match doesn't really matter,
doesn't This match is all about violence?

Speaker 5 (17:16):
Just an old fancy scree, fight, blood everywhere, violence.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Yeah, there is, there is. There is a fourth person
that Uh, if it's not Brian Danielson, it's going to
be Jack Perry.

Speaker 5 (17:30):
Yeah, okay, it's about to have for Jackie show up.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
Yeah. And and Marcus the God is saying that hook
turns on the Opps. The I can't call them the ops.
I just call him opp because I love that song.
I'm down anyway. And here goes my daughter texting right
putting stuff in the chat right away because he's disappointing
and disappointed at her dad.

Speaker 6 (17:56):
Uh yeah, I said she's ready looking for this match,
but I think she might be disappointed because this is
that one match of the show that they're only going
to get to see parts of.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Yeah, you're gonna be spending more than a lot of
your time looking at the at the big screens. Hopefully
the production team gets it right this time, because Barry
did say he went to double or Nothing a couple
of times and they had the anarchy in the arena,
and uh, yeah it's he said that they didn't really

(18:30):
show a heck of a lot in the arena.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
So that's that.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Well, let's move on. Uh, hurt Syndicate and Sons of Texas.
I gotta tell you, I loved that promo by Dustin Rhodes.
I did.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
I loved it.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
That he did to Dustin's Dustin's great on the mic.
He's always been great on the mic.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
And you know, I kind of like the fact that
they're not letting say Me say much.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
They're not even hold up the Q cards anymore, the cards.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
I just think it's interesting that they're not letting him
say much, because he does. He does come across as
very immature when he talks.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
He does, but look, he's still a young kid.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
But the point is when you're teaming up with Dustin Rhodes,
who is one of the higher patriarchy guys that's been
around forever. You know, he's he's one of the veterans
that's been there for years and years and decades and decades.
So you know, you gotta kind of rein in saying me.

(19:39):
But I kind of like the team. I think that
the I don't think they're gonna win, but I think
it'll be a great match.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
And uh, and what about m j F. I mean,
he's got to get involved somehow, some way.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
You want to get involved, and.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
I'm not sold all the way.

Speaker 5 (20:01):
Unless they showed me something different otherwise than in jail
being in the hurt synecate. We we we were talking about, Yeah,
plays chess, not chick. So m JF is going to
play his role in the hurt Synegy. Of course, we're

(20:22):
not gonna start off doing what he's supposed to do.
I got to agree that he's gonna get involved in
this match Sunday, but as time.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
Go on, I will keep my eye on in jail.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Do we all agree though, that the hurt Syndicate is
gonna walk away winners of this match?

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Yeah? Most I Look, I want to talk about the
match I'm probably least interested in, and that's uh Mark
Briscoe against Ricoshet in the stretcher match. This seems like
a zero hour match to me. I don't know about
you guys, but it really does. Uh I. I appreciate
their talent, but this match just doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Well, like what you did last night. You know, this
could be a tribute to.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
Sabu and Mark's history, which is a good thing. But yeah,
this this match is kind of like out of the blue.
That is a stretcher match.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
And I just.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Get you know, Marcus to God in the chat has
said something interesting going back to the last match. He
did say the Hurt Syndicate win, and he does think
that FTR is going to.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Attack the Hurt Syndicate, So that makes sense to me.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
Yeah, but uh, honestly, look, I think Ricochet wins this
match personally because Paul Briscoe never wins matches.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
He really does.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
He actually puts some great matches, but he rarely wins.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
Yeah, and that takes away from.

Speaker 2 (22:06):
The the sense of, you know, sense of doubt, I
guess in a match, when you know that he's gonna
lose most of the matches that he's in, it kind
of makes matches less entertaining, you know, like you know,
I'll get to this, you know, in a minute. But yeah,
I do think that Brisco's gonna I'm gonna get beat

(22:30):
in this matches. Anybody think that Briscoe is gonna win?

Speaker 4 (22:34):
I'm kind of thinking he might.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Really.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
Yeah, ricost has been getting lucky lately. He's been winning
a lot of matches, but he hasn't been winning them outright.
He's been doing something like he did tonight scissors.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
To the head or well yeah, yeah, I know, but.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
He's been getting extra getting away with a lot of
stuff lately, and I think it's time for him to
actually get beat And I think Brisco in this kind
of match, I think Briscoe has a slight advantage.

Speaker 5 (23:07):
Yeah, you know the point of Brisco winning though, knowing
that the streaks, I can see it going both ways.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
But just in my opinion, I don't see the point of.

Speaker 4 (23:26):
Brisco winningness men.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Yeah, yeah, I don't see the point in Brisco winning
the match either, and I don't think he is. I
want to talk a little bit about Tonight's made event
and then of course about the match that is at
Double or Nothing. To tonight's May event as far as
wrestling goes, was of course Mina Shrekle against Julia Hart,
which was a really good match. I mean, the.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Crop was really into it, but that problem is really
into it.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
But this this kind of goes into Mark brisco territory. Look,
when you have Shi Kawa going to wrestle uh that
double or nothing for the Women's World Championship, You're not
going to have her lose to Julia Hart or anybody
five days before the before the pay per view. So

(24:14):
unless You're absolute numb skull. Whoever Shika was going to
fight tonight or have a match against tonight was going
to lose. But I thought they picked a good, good opponent.
Julia Hart and Shikaa definitely had some chemistry. Uh you know, yeah,

(24:36):
I mean Julia Farder, you know, in my opinion, is
one of the women on the roster that could just
take bumps, and she sells bumps really well too.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
That's important.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Did you notice the intro It was missing from Julia's
intro The Hounds of hell.

Speaker 1 (24:59):
Amo thing like that.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
There was nothing about that on her intro at all.
They didn't mention it when they announced it. They announce
just Julia Heart. There was nothing in the credit. I'm
almost positive there was nothing on the credit. They haven't
been noticed. They haven't been saying that for her, and
I think that's kind of odd.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Yeah, well, will I will have to go back and
look at that again and and but I'll take your
word for it. Of course, Mina Shirakawa got her old
music back to come out for her entrance, but she
got her new video, so that was different.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Like I like the fact that Tony's like, I like
that new techno music they need to bring up cracking up.

Speaker 5 (25:46):
It was.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
It was just hilarious.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
Yeah, but let's get to the Mina Shaka on Tony
Storm match again. Look, I personally have forbid Door last year.
I thought me to share A Kyler should have beat
Tony Storm, even if she only held the title for
just a couple of weeks. I thought it would be
a good thing. I really did think that it would
further the story along. She didn't win it, then, I

(26:12):
don't believe she should win it now, so that means
she probably will.

Speaker 1 (26:16):
But I really don't think that Mina Seryko.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Has a snowballs chance in hell of winning the title
Tony Storm.

Speaker 4 (26:28):
I'll tell you how I think it's going to go.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
If if Monet wins the Owen, Mina wins the title,
and it'll be those two at all in if uh
Jamie wins, then it'll be versus Tony at and Toni
will win against Mina. It's just the way I think

(26:51):
because of the match last week that Mina and Money
were in where Monet lost the title, she didn't factor
in the title, and it's going to set that up
for kind of a kick your ass kind of thing,
which you know, revenge for her getting a title lost.
It wasn't hurt that she wasn't involved in and you

(27:14):
know they have the Jamie Hayter and Tony have a history.
So I think it's all gonna depend on how the
owen goes, how this match will go.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
Yeah, I could see your point there. I just don't
see Shirakawa beating Tony Storm in any scenario. I do
one of the things about tonight's paper view that I
did the pay per view does tonight's main event that
I did like was sky Blue coming out and establishing
yourself as still the best friend to Julia hart m

(27:45):
And I don't know if you saw the news, but
you know Anna Jay has been teaming up with Harley
Cameron for the last few weeks. But kay Mellow in
an interview, according to fight Ful, she's been told to
get ready she's coming back. So that's that's gonna be

(28:06):
interesting because of course is Anna Jay's tag team partner
TJ so, so it would be nice to see tay
Mellow back. The question is, does does that make her
have a feud with Harley Cameron?

Speaker 1 (28:23):
You know?

Speaker 2 (28:23):
And uh, I think that that's going to be an
interesting uh an interesting few because tay Mellow, you know,
people overlook her. She has She's one that has, you know,
a lot of she has a lot of freaking wins,
put it that way, and she's got one of the
highest win percentages in the women's division in solo matches.

(28:45):
Of course, a lot of those were gotten in the
Dark Dark Elevation Days. But you know, so you can
take some of that with a grain of salt, I guess,
but can't overlook that she's put in the work and
she's had a lot of matches. She's won a lot
of match because Sky Blue had a lot of matches
in the Dark Elevation Days and she lost practically all

(29:07):
of them. So you know, she doesn't sky does not
have a good win loss percentage.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
But again, I don't think.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
That Tony Storm is going to lose the Women's World
Championship tonight. We'll get to the monet and hate her match,
but I wanted to just shift gears a little bit
and go to the Nigel McGinnis and Daniel Garcia teaming
up against ft R. Don't I don't know how to

(29:40):
call this match. I really don't.

Speaker 4 (29:46):
Well, I mean, if you think that FTR.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
You know, somebody said that they thought that Daniel Varcy
is going to turn and join FTR. I mean, I
can see that their point, because it seems a tk's
favorite thing to do is make everybody heal, so you know, you.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
Give him a third.

Speaker 3 (30:07):
That way, they could possibly go after the trios title.
I don't see FTR getting involved in the tag team
match yet. It's just there's too much going on with
them outside of the tag team titles. And honestly, I
don't think they're beaten. They would in a master between
them and the Hurt Syndicate. I don't think they're beating
hurt Cydicate.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
Yeah. Well, look my thing with Look, Nigel is not
a full time wrestler. This is probably the old last
Batcho wrestle this year. He may wrestle one next year,
but he's like a one and done.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
Per year kind of guy. Garcia.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
If they just flat out lose this match, gar what
does that do for Garcia? Nothing? If they win this match,
what does it do for Garcia? Pretty much nothing, because
Nigel is not going to wrestle with him again. So
the only thing that I can see Garcia doing is
flipping over the team with that tr and then what

(31:01):
you'll have is maybe down the road, and this is
just a wild prediction, Adam Copeland, Christian Cage and maybe
Nigel Beginnis against FTR and Daniel Garcia at all in
or something like that or forbidden or I don't know,
but I think that would be the match that they're
setting up, because it just doesn't make sense having this match.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
Other than you know, fluff. I guess the good.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
Thing about or Nothing is it resets everything. With the
way they're setting these matches up, you're pretty much resetting
everything so you can start fresh afterwards and build new stories.
So you know, it's one of those things where, yeah,
it doesn't seem like it has any effect or any reason,
but after this there might be a reason.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Yeah, one thing else about I wanted to you just
brought it up. I don't know why. What you said
kind of made me think of this. Keep in mind,
Double or Nothing is a six year anniversary, you know,
and not a lot of people are talking about that.

(32:13):
I think that's unfortunate that not a lot of people
are talking about it. So let's go ahead and talk
about Mercedes Monette and Jamie Hayter because.

Speaker 1 (32:27):
This match is I don't know.

Speaker 5 (32:31):
This is something I will say, that's the one match
that I have no idea either way. I feel no
matter who wings, it's a good look for either rest or.
But this might be the one match on the entire
car that I'm actually stumped I have.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Yeah, well, this is the one match on the card
that makes a lot of sense to me.

Speaker 1 (32:58):
Remember when and you know.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
Tony Storm and Jamie Hayter they need to wrestle each other.
It's just as simple as that, they do need to
wrestle each other. Uh, Mercedes Bonet just dropped to New
Japan's Strong Women's Championship because did she drop it because
she couldn't carry bore to those You know, she could
only carry for belts. You have to drop it so

(33:26):
that she can get the World Championship. I don't know.
I think it's a big mistake for Mercedes Bonet to
be booked to win the Women's World Chair. I don't
think it's a mistake to put her in that match,
but I think it is a mistake to have her
win the championship.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
However, if Hater were.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
To take the championship off of Tony Storm at all
in I don't have a problem with that, you know,
and I you know, Monett has completely won me over.
You know, I'm one of those guys that I thought
that when she came in she was a little awkward,
but she's turned it around. She I'm sick and tired

(34:03):
of seeing people say that Monet does not put people over,
because she goes into matches and gets the absolute crap
beat out of her constantly. She works to make those
people that she's in the ring with look so damn good,
you know, other than well, other than whos Suton?

Speaker 4 (34:26):
You mean that she's not put over?

Speaker 2 (34:28):
That didn't she didn't make look real good?

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Yeah, Stanlander?

Speaker 1 (34:33):
No, she made Stanlander look like a goddess.

Speaker 4 (34:36):
Baker Listen, you can't.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
You can't compare what she did with Baker because Baker
purposely tried not to make herself. I was completely a
throne match, and that's why she's not been seen on
TV since then.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
You know, I mean, I kind of have to disagree
with you. I don't think Baker sandbagged that match. I
just think Baker just wasn't very good.

Speaker 4 (34:57):
Well she's not very good, but she saying baged that match.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
You can if you go back and watch that match
and specifically keep your eye on everything Baker does. She
looked worse than she ever did, and she tried everything
in her power to make that match bad because she
was was her replacement.

Speaker 2 (35:14):
Yeah, you know, look, I can't. I can't argue with
you there I and I'd rather, really really rather not
go back and look at that match. I will argue
to to Dale that with anybody that says that Monett
isn't doing what she needs to be doing. I mean,
it's not her fault that she's getting booked to with
every belt on the planet, but you know, because she

(35:37):
doesn't book.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
But yeah, she's out there doing the stuff. She's out there.

Speaker 2 (35:43):
Doing the work.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
I'm not gonna argue with But I disagree with you
a lot on that with Monette because and I've said
this before and I'll say it again, she's the same
Monet or uh whatever, I can't remember her name when
she was in the Other the same person she was
in WWE in aw She hasn't changed one bit.

Speaker 4 (36:04):
She's the only thing that she's changed.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
She's gotten a little bit better on the mic, but
she's the exact same person, exact same lesher.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
She was in w W said you said that like
three times in a row.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
Now, so we get it.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
So who wins this match?

Speaker 3 (36:27):
Oh, I'm believing, I'm praying, and it's going to be Hater,
But like I said earlier, you know it's going to
depend on what happens in the the uh owen?

Speaker 2 (36:43):
Well yeah, yeah, I mean Hater needs this match more
than Monette does because Monet still has the TBS Championship.
But let's basically, the TBS Championship is not the Women's
World Championship. Mm hm, So I don't know, I don't
know winning.

Speaker 5 (37:04):
Well, once again, this is one of those messes.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
Well, uh yeah, let's move on. Well, we've already covered
all the matches.

Speaker 4 (37:22):
That's say, have we covered all the matches?

Speaker 2 (37:24):
Yeah, we have covered all the matches. Well, look, we're
gonna be doing a live chat on on Sunday during
the show. Uh, my daughter is going to be at
the show, and she's she and my son in law
are gonna be taking pictures and we'll be uploading them
to aw fan Hub. Unless she's like me and gets

(37:45):
her thumb in every picture. I'm really ampathetic. I get
my thumb in every picture I take. But it's it's bad,
so join us. And of course moving back on Tuesday
for Ignition, where I'm sure we'll have a lot to
say about double or nothing. But before we go, I

(38:07):
do want to bring something up here, and this is serious,
and this is from the heart. On May twenty third,
which is two days away from now, Friday, will be
be the five year anniversary of the date that we
lost Hanna Kamira, And this is a heartbreaking thing for me.

(38:28):
She was one of my favorite wrestlers young. I believe
she was twenty two years old when she passed away.
She was bullied to death. She was bullied to death.
She took her own life because of online bullying. It's inexcusable.
Some people bully because they think it's fun and they

(38:50):
think they're clever and they think they're cute. But remember,
when you're bullying people online, there are real people on
the other side of it. And what you say, you
may think is clever, bully and harmless and stupid, and
of course you may make a secondary account, you know,
but I'm telling you right now. On the Wrestling Hub discord,

(39:12):
on the aw fan hub subreddit, and on the Greatness
of Wrestling subreddit. We do not tolerate harassment at all.
If you're planning on coming on our subreddits and doing it,
don't do it. And the reason I and I'm very
adamant about it, and I get angry about it because
those asshats caused us to lose Hanna Kamura, who probably

(39:36):
in my estimation, would have been she was a star
when she died, she would have been a superstar today.
And if you don't believe me, go look at Hannahkamura
on YouTube, and then go look at the wrestlers today
and this year and see how many are paying trips

(40:00):
to her with the gear that they that they're wearing,
and the and the props they're bringing out to the ring.
They're paying tribute to her. Ton she was influential. Don't
bully people. I have no tolerance for it. And I
miss ya Hannah when and it's pertinent for this conversation

(40:22):
because Hanna Kamira killed herself. I believe it was the
day before the twenty twenty Double or Nothing, and and
ex Caliber during Double or Nothing didn't read a statement
about Hannah Kamia and all ended with basically what what

(40:47):
ex Caliber said. It's senseless and just be nice to
each other. That's it. Just be nice to each other.
And with that, that's the end of the show. Thank you,
thank you guys for joining us. We'll see on Tuesday
night for Ignition and uh forty a w FN podcast team.

(41:10):
This is Kelson, good night, everybody.

Speaker 4 (41:13):
Can I guess?

Speaker 2 (41:15):
