On July 9, 2023, John and Dave discussed the massive snowfall in the town and on Mammoth Mountain, which ended their ski season on August 6. The mountain saw 1,000 inches of snowfall at the summit. With the snow came many issues which delayed opening times and locals tending to daily dig outs of feet of snow each morning.
