Ad appena 20 anni è diventata imprenditrice, aprendo la sua agenzia di viaggi.
Dopo aver vissuto varie e molteplici esperienze lavorative, ha incontrato Alfio Bardolla che ha deciso di investire su di lei.
Oggi Elisabetta, grazie al concetto di “business mentoring” alla base di Smart Business Lab, aiuta gli imprenditori a creare business che funzionino anche senza di loro.
