Speaker 1 (00:01):
A rare and balanced view on politics of today's world,
based on facts born of rationality, common sense, and logic,
providing context on today's events. This is American Perspective with
Rick Thomas.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hello everyone, and welcome to American Perspective. I am a ghost, Rick. Well, hey,
at least rumbles working tonight. It didn't work yesterday. I
don't know what the hell happened, but you know, I
gotta tell you. Well, let me just give you a
(00:42):
real quick background so you kind of understand what's going
on here. So I got a couple different issues that
are running around. One is my own internet connection. Okay,
so two nights ago we had an interruption in the
stream and that was due to my internet connection. So far,
everything that has been interruptions for like the last month
(01:05):
and a half two months or whatever have been my
internet connection apparently, And I've been trying to track it down,
trying to figure out what's going on, so on and
so forth, and you know, it just I still haven't
found exactly where, but at least I'm getting I'm getting
to the point where I know it's the internet connection. Now.
(01:26):
Last night was different. Last night I could stream and
was streaming to YouTube, Facebook, and X but Rumble wasn't
playing nice and for whatever reason, I could see what
was going on in the what's called the Rumble studio.
(01:46):
So just so you so, just so you kind of
understand how I do this. I'm sending a stream out
to a third party service. That third party service then
streams to X and Facebook and then sends a feed
over to Rumble. Then Rumble takes it and Rumble splits
(02:10):
it and sends it out to their channel as well
as YouTube. And so that's how I've got it set up.
And the reason for this has a lot to do
with being able to do like the Rumble ads and
all of those things. Okay, so last night, the Rumble
portion would not flip. It's like the switch inside Rumble,
(02:35):
which is an automatic switch, by the way, would not
flip over to Rumble, and so that's why Rumble did
not go and tonight it took oh a good thirty
seconds or so for it to actually flip the switch.
But hey, not going to look a gift horse in
(02:55):
the mouth. It is running tonight, so hopefully everybody over
on Rumble is getting my stream. But that's kind of
how this goes. So if you see a blip in
the stream and none of them meaning YouTube, Facebook, Rumble,
and X. If all four of them drop out, that's
on my side more than likely. If only one drops out,
(03:19):
that's somewhere else. So anyway, I trust me. I try.
I have been trying and trying and trying to make
this connection as stable as possible, and for a very
long time it actually was. Now all of a sudden,
we're having some challenges here and I am not exactly
sure if I am even going to be able to
fix it, but I'm working on it. I'm trying different
(03:40):
things again to make sure that I get everything. You know,
I want to make sure I'm I'm giving you guys
a quality broadcast. That's honestly what I'm after, because you
know you're the show, You're the reason I'm here. All right,
Enough with that, tonight, let me think about this. Who
(04:03):
do who is? Oh? Yes, tonight, Outlaw Dogs is up
for the Pledge of Allegiance. So if you are of mind,
please stand, remove your hat. If you're wearing one, like me,
please your hand over your heart and followed along with
Outlaw Dogs as she recites the Pledge of Allegiance.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
I Pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States
of America and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
All right and outlaw dogs. I thank you for giving
us that wonderful pledge. If you would like to hear
your rendition of the pledge plaid here on the program.
All you need to do is record yourself performing or
reciting the pledge in your style and take that audio file,
video file, whatever kind of file, and attach it to
(05:05):

(08:07):

they have great products. Seriously, you should go and check
them out. All right, Well, yeah, I tried to avoid
this particular topic just because of the fact that you know,
(08:30):
I mean, it's it's irrelevant. Let's just put it this way.
It's irrelevant. It's so irrelevant, it's like irrelevant of irrelevant.
It's the irrelevant of the irrelevant of the irrelevant, and
all of the topics and things that we've got going
on today. It is so irrelevant that I can't even
imagine why the news media is talking about it constantly,
(08:50):
and the Democrats are talking about it constantly, and the
leftist lunatic morons are talking about it constantly. Has to
deal with Epstein. And the reason why is because they
seem to be under the mistaken I'm gonna call it mistaken,
mistaken believe that there's something to this, folks. The Epstein
(09:13):
files have been around since Donald Trump's first term. They
tried to get him before he got into office the
first time. We're talking ten years ago, okay, that all
of this stuff was coming out, and most of it
has already been debunked about the only thing that hasn't
been debunked is the mere fact that Donald Trump himself
(09:35):
is even agreed with that he actually knew Epstein back
in the day. But nothing else. That's it. He knew him.
You know, the prosecution under the first Epstein trial has
said the prosecutor said, hey, Donald Trump volunteered to come
and give information. He was very you know, a wonderful
witness or a wonderful deposition. He gave us all kinds
(09:57):
of information blah blah blah, And they continually, the Democrats
continually seem to think that these Epstein files, whom we've
had reliable people, and by reliable, I mean people that
I would generally say you are relatively trustworthy, like cash Betel,
(10:17):
Dan Bongino, you know, Dan Bongino in particular in my case,
but even Dan Bongino's like, you know what, there really
isn't anything here. There's nothing here, There's I mean, everybody
seems to think that like Epstein was this massive pimp
and he he like took all these women, these young girls,
(10:37):
and like pimped him out to all these different other places,
and that he was wrapped into things with the Macade
and the CIA and god knows what else and so on.
It turns out the guy was just a disgusting freak
who essentially outside of where his money came from, which
we have no idea where, but outside of where his
money came from, there really isn't a whole hell of
a lot of sick secrets here. He had an island
(11:01):
that he paid for by that money he had, you know,
ranches and planes and all this other stuff. And he
ran around with the jet setting billionaire millionaire crowds, and
you know, and all of a sudden turned into a
sick freak and started going after younger and younger girls.
And Donald Trump, of course, kicked him out of Mar
(11:22):
A Lago. That's a fact. Donald Trump also was not
seen by any of the people who have currently brought
any kind of suits with regards to Epstein, never saw,
never was seen to have been doing anything nefarious. That
is a fact that is on record, public record, public testimony,
(11:44):
not only in depositions for court, but also on even
the left wing media like NBC for an example, or
ABC or whichever one of the seas actually freaking did it.
But none of these folks, in terms of the Democrats
in the left, none of these folks are like, you
know what, maybe there's nothing here and we should just
(12:04):
shut up. So there was another drop. The House Oversight
Democrats went out and they said, Hey, we're gonna drop
a whole bunch of photos, and these photos are gonna
be like a glimpse into the horrific the den of Epstein. Oh,
(12:28):
these these photos are from his uh from his island,
his private island. Oh, this is a harrowing look behind.
And then of course they went and they they you know,
redacted some names or words or whatever that happened to
show up in these files. Most of them seem to
be names. In terms of the photos, I'm not going
(12:48):
to show you the photos because I think it's utterly
ridiculous that these I mean, I can tell you that
they're like, there's a massage chair or massage thing. There's
a room that has you know, towels and stuff, and
then there's a bedroom, and then they show a picture
of a phone. That's what the oversight dems put out.
If you really are interested, go look up oversight Dems
(13:10):
on x and you'll be able to find it. But anyway,
here they put in and these new images are a
disturbing look into the world of Jeffrey Epstein in his island.
We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure public
transparency in our investigation, to help piece together the full
picture of Epstein's horrific rhymes. We won't stop fighting until
(13:35):
we deliver justice for the survivors. That's from Robert Garcia,
the ranking member of the Committee on Oversight and government reform. Yeah,
except there's only one problem. Just like the last release,
there's nothing new here, folks. That was released seven those
(14:00):
same exact images without the redactions, by the way, were
released by James O'Keefe. You the O'Keeffe media group. They
released him back in May. I'm telling you people, there
is nothing that is going to be in these quote
unquote Epstein files that hasn't already been out in the
(14:24):
public eye outside of maybe a few names or possibly
a victim or two or something along those lines. But there,
I mean literally anything that is publicly available today you
can find and they're all here. It's all here. And
James O'Keefe was on X and he's like, oh, yeah, here,
here's the here's the uh, here's here's the photos that
(14:47):
were redacted, and here's the photos that we have that
are unredacted. And yeah, they're the same photos, they are
the same same objects, they're of the same items. Just
apparently the Democrats have no brain cells to rub together,
(15:08):
which is nothing unusual for Democrats and all you leftist
lunatics that are out there believing that, oh my god,
there's something there. Don't trust me right now, as far
as I'm concerned. I have literally there is literally no
evidence that demonstrates that Trump actually did anything nefarious. There
is absolutely no evidence that Trump was involved in any
(15:32):
kind of sex trafficking or even even to the point
of like rape. And you know, again, I keep getting
these dumb asses who come to my Facebook feed and
they're all like, oh, Trump's a pedophile and he raped children,
And then of course they pop up the Katie Johnson story,
which has been fully debunked, and then they come up
(15:55):
with something else and that's been fully debunked, and all
these other things. I'm just getting. You know, It's it's
getting tiresome sitting here and saying, hey, idiots, you're parking
up the wrong tree. And of course, when you tell
them the truth, and you show them the truth, you
can bring the receipts like I do, because you know,
a quick Internet search for the vox dot com article
(16:19):
on the Katie Johnson story that outlines literally everything in
it that they did to try and verify that story
back when Trump was running the first time that they
couldn't verify anything other than the one or two people
that were actually pushing the story had names that were
tied to a TV production, like reality TV production. These
(16:43):
were producers of a reality TV series that were pushing
this narrative. In this story, they couldn't find any information
on who the actual victim was. And of course, these
leftistall point to this some YouTube video that's got a
blurt out face of a girl who supposedly was in
this interview that explained all of this stuff. But that
(17:04):
interview was produced by the television producers and placed on YouTube.
I mean, come on, folks, this is this is getting ridiculous.
Trump is probably, if not the most investigated individual. He
is up there in terms of the most investigated individual.
He's probably even more investigated, believe it or not, than
(17:26):
Barack Obama was. And uh, yeah, he's he's got I mean,
he's a trust me, he's a mud monster. I get it.
He says things he is you know, in his personal life,
he has done a lot of things that I do
not agree with, and so on and so forth. But
I'm telling you people, you're parking up the wrong damn
(17:47):
tree with this. Seriously. And hey, that whole comment about
him grabbing him by the whoohoo, you know, hello, any
masculine male would be like, yeah, I like grabbing, you know,
not without her permission, of course, but hey, we all
enjoy it if we're men, were men, were men were men. No,
(18:07):
I'm just kidding, Yeah, we enjoy that kind of thing.
So come on, he's he's a man, he's he's a male.
He likes it. Yeah. Anyway, and the whole Egen Carroll thing,
we all know that's bunk. She couldn't even There were
so many holes in that case that any any sensible
(18:28):
person on the jury without an ulterior motive would have
looked at that and been like, oh my god, what
the hell. She couldn't even tell you when it happened.
She couldn't she barely tell you where it supposedly happened.
She did, she claimed the dress that had happened in
wasn't and come to find out it wasn't even created
until like a year or two later. So uh, yeah,
(18:55):
it's it's just one of those things that hmm, there's
so many questions, so many questions on all of that,
that it's not even worth it. I mean, come on,
I'm if anything else, I will be glad when Trump
steps out of the spotlight again, because a lot of
this shit'll go away. And we won't be hearing about
(19:17):
it anymore. I mean, unlike Biden, who actually has his
daughter in a FBI and court verified diary saying that
he showered with me at eleven years old and possibly
even molested me at eleven years old, that she was
afraid to go and take showers at night because she
(19:39):
was afraid that her dad was going to come into
the shower with her. Now, I have a daughter, and
I'm going to tell you I didn't. I didn't shower
with her. In fact, at the point where she could
bathe herself. Once she started to be able to bathe herself,
that was it. I was out of the picture. That's
what you do. You don't freaking keep showering with them
(20:00):
when they're older now and almost into puberty. No, that's wrong.
And yet you have Biden who actually did that, not
to mention the fact that he publicly was sniffing kids
and touching, potentially touching kids inappropriately in public. Hello, Yeah,
that kind of behavior. That's definitely something that needs to
(20:23):
be suspect for sure. All right, enough about that. Hopefully
that'll be the last time. I doubt it, but I
hope so. Well. Yesterday I believe, or the day before.
I can't remember one of those two days I made
a comment or had talked about the Green New Deal
(20:48):
or green news scam roll back that Trump did. Trump
was rolling back the Biden requirements on gas powered vehicle.
He was taking away all of the seemingly unattainable goals
(21:10):
from Joe Biden. And Joe Biden did this, of course,
because he wanted, you know, electric vehicles to take off
and stuff, which are basically a big old boondoggle. Well,
now Ford has come out in response to Trump doing
what he did, and by the way, just to kind
of give you a background on this, Okay, in nineteen
(21:34):
seventy five, the federal government did something that they were
constitutionally not supposed to do, which was create a fuel
economy or caffe Cafe, Caffe whatever standards, the corporate average
fuel economy standards. Now, those standards set mandatory average gas
(21:55):
mileage standards for auto manufacturers fleets. Now, these standards have
been altered over the years. Generally they keep going up,
making life more and more difficult for autobuilders and making
things more and more expensive for consumers. It's just that
that's the fact. The more regulations that you put on things.
(22:17):
The more the harder you make it to manufacture stuff,
the more it costs to manufacture these things. Okay, and
so you know there's different standards for cars, trucks, so
on and so forth, but Trump rolling them back. Ford
(22:39):
is happy about the change, pretty upbeat about it. So
the CEO of the Ford Motor Company came out and said,
what you should know is that this is a victory
for affordability and common sense. As the President said, we
will be able to offer more affordability in our popular models,
(23:01):
and we'll be able to launch new vehicles built in
America that are more affordable because of this rule change.
He continued and said, frankly, caffe or cafe, however you
want to pronounce. It was totally out of touch with
the market reality. We were forced to sell evs and
other vehicles. We are not We're not going back to
(23:23):
gas guzzlers. We have a lot of evs and a
lot of hybrids at forward. But now customers get a
chance to choose what they want, not by what we
force on them.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Yeah, so you know, and by the way, I also
know I've also found out here not too long ago
that my beloved Toyota Tundra that I absolutely love.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
In a newer model did not come in the eight
leader or the V eight, the five point seven liter
V eight version. They were no longer carrying that in
here in the United States. They had to go to
A six a V six instead of the V eight.
And yeah, so there you go. Anyway, So it's not,
(24:16):
by the way, it's not the government's role to be
doing this stuff. It's not the federal government's role. Now,
state can certainly do it, okay. So this is where
this is where the difference between the federal government and
our governmental system known as federalism comes into play. See
the federal government as of right now. Now, keep in mind,
(24:40):
we could change the Constitution. We could put in a
constitutional amendment to do some of this, and Congress could
vote it in with two thirds of the of both houses,
and then you know, the states could ratify it with
three quarters of the states and get it in under
the Article five process. If it stands today, setting up
(25:02):
gas guzzling or setting up gas standards and things like
that has nothing to do with the Constitution. Article one,
Section eight has nothing in it. Therefore, whatever the government
is attempting to do falls to the Tenth Amendment, which
of course says that if it's not specifically denied by
(25:24):
the Constitution, nor is it specifically set up in the
Constitution as a federal government responsibility, then it falls to
the states. So this is the right and this just
adds by the way, this just adds to my list
of things that Donald Trump is doing that is constitutional.
I maintain today as I have since he was elected.
(25:48):
For this second time, this president is the most constitutional
following president that we've had from the last three and
that includes Rump, Obama, and Biden obviously. So anyway, Uh,
(26:09):
gas mileage, by the way, according to this is an
article in Red State that I'm reading, some of this
out of gas mileage can and should be a selling point.
It speaks to efficiency, it speaks to which model which
manufacturers vehicles are the most economic economical to operate. But
that should be a choice. It should be a choice
made by consumers, not because the government is forcing them. See,
(26:32):
this is what a lot of people, a lot of leftists,
a lot of lunatics that don't understand economics, seem to miss.
There's a reason why things are expensive today. One of
the major reasons why things are expensive today is because
of governmental interference. When you're talking things like healthcare, when
you're talking things like you know all of this this
(26:54):
uh A government red tape and everything else on top
of it, you're talking about raising prices because what happens,
and again I've said this on this program multiple different times,
you have what's known as the cost of goods and services.
The cost will drive the price. And as a as
(27:16):
a business owner, you are not going to sit here
and say, well, something costs me one hundred dollars to make,
so I'll sell it at ninety six dollars and lose
four dollars in my estimation here just for the good
of the people, you won't be in business that long.
In fact, you can't even make any I mean you're
not going to be able to make any money there.
(27:38):
So what has to happen is if something costs one
hundred dollars, and that means the cost of all the materials,
the cost of running the machines to make the thing,
the cost of the labor that's involved. This is why
minimum wages is a fallacy. And all of these things
wrapped together, they end up where it's it all all
(28:00):
goes into the cost, and the cost drives the price
because I want to make a certain profit off of that.
I want to make it on ten, twenty, thirty percent whatever,
and competitively in the market, I figure out how much
my price is going to be, and if it's if
you're in a heavily competitive market where consumers have more
(28:24):
than one, two, three choices, they can actually go just
about anywhere to get your products, You're going to try
and be the lowest price you can possibly be while
still making a bit of a profit over and above
your cost. That's how business works. I mean, I just
gave you e con one on one in like less
than five minutes. Okay, that's what you do as a business.
(28:47):
And you can't sit here and tell me that these
companies like Ford and Chevy and GM and Toyota and
Subaru and all of these others that they don't want
to make a profit that's their whole purpose. But their
whole purpose is to make money, So they're going to
try and do whatever they can to lower their cost
(29:08):
and bring their cost down. Well, when you start adding
government regulations in there and driving up the cost of
engineering and driving up the cost adding things, you know,
catalytic converters and all these other things that get added on.
And I'm not saying any of them are bad. I'm
just using them as an example. You start adding all
of that stuff on that adds to cost, and it
(29:30):
brings prices up. I won't even go down the whole
supply and demand thing. That's another part of it that
I just don't have time to discuss right now. But anyway,
so there you go, and so a lot of people
are happy with that. Well, speaking of things that Democrats
(29:50):
would love to have done, and I'm sure this is
going to come down from the Democrats. Oh lord, our
neighbors to the north, in particular Quebec, and you know what,
I just got a reminder. Let me let me talk
about this here in just a minute. But first, let
me talk about this wonderful elixir that I get that
(30:13):
I drink every single morning. It is fantastic. It is
known as coffee. Coffee gets me going. It's the caffeine,
it's the taste I put in. I put in a
peppermint mocha creamer. I am really into the peppermint mocha
kind of stuff. And so you know, missus whiskey, make
sure that I'm stocked up on that, but I put
it in my coffee, and man, I gotta tell you,
I got my sixteen ounce cup, the cup that says
(30:35):
father like no other, came from my kids. I love
it to death. I drink out of it every morning.
And if you still haven't tried seventeen seventy five coffee,
let me just tell you now is your shot. The
seventeen seventy five starter kit is available. There's only a
small number of units, and in each unit, you're getting
the gold bold dark roast that hits hard. You'll be
(30:57):
getting the smooth medium roast and well as well as
the Vitality Mushroom coffee, which has clean energy and laser
focus with no crash. All of these coffees are single origin,
small batch, toxin free, and mold free. Plus you're also
going to be getting a gold spoon clip because freedom
isn't scooped with plastic. You'll also be receiving a frother
(31:21):
that is strong enough to stir up not only your coffee,
but also your mother in law's opinions and maybe even
your mother's too if she disagrees with you. Ah you'll
also be receiving a black seventeen seventy five tumbler. All
of these items are one hundred and seventy dollars worth
of coffee and gear, but it's all yours for the
(31:43):
lo lo price of just ninety nine dollars. This is
for the ones who've been watching seventeen seventy five coffee
blow up on Rumble and wondering if it's actually worth it.
Spoiler alert it is. Go to the numbers one seven
seventy five coffee all one word that's seventeen seventy five
Coffee dot Com, Forward Slash Studio, And for those of
(32:05):
you that don't know that forward slash is the question
mark key on your keyboard, seventeen seventy five Coffee dot Com,
Forward Slash Studio, and grab your starter kit before they
are gone. Bold beans, clean fuel, and a morning routine
that stands for something just like Rumble does. Go to
seventeen seventy five Coffee dot Com, Forward Slash Studio, stu
(32:28):
d io and grab your starter kit today. Well, I
am missed being able to do one of those spots
last night. I'm glad that Rumble is actually working now,
all right, so where was I. Oh, yes, Quebec. Well, Quebec.
Quebec is doing something that the federal government here in
(32:49):
the States would be constitutionally not allowed to do. But
uh here in the Daily Caller. Yeah, although I'm sure
Democrats would love this, Quebec moves to ban public religious expression. Yeah.
You think that the world is not getting to a
point where, you know, religion and I mean, let's just
(33:13):
put it this way. This is evil incarnate going after
religious folks and everything else right here. So, officials in Quebec,
which is a Canadian province, introduced a bill that restricts
most forms of religious expression in public places and universities,
while limiting the religious accommodations that private businesses can offer.
(33:35):
Lawmakers introduced Bill number nine and Act Respecting the Reinforcement
of Lacity Lacity laiic it Y in Quebec on Thursday
to reinforce what they call Bill twenty one, which is
the Act of Respecting Lacity in the State of the State. Yeah.
(33:57):
I don't know anyway, which passed in twenty ten, nineteen.
You know, those Canadians, they're kind of weird. But anyway,
Bill twenty one prohibited public sector workers such as teachers,
police officers, and judges from wearing religious symbols and covering
their faces at work. Hmm, I wonder what that was
really all about. Anyway. Bill nine expands on Bill twenty
(34:19):
one by extending those regulations to a wide range of
public and partially funded institutions, including jobs and health in
childcare centers, subsidized private schools, private health institutions under agreement. Okay,
so yeah, so students in higher education institutions and childcare
(34:47):
services must also have their faces uncovered when receiving services
according to the legislation. So the majority of the debate
centers around how Bill number nine is going to relate
to how the law will affect Muslims, as many Muslim
women wear he jobs or purpose. However, these restrictions could
also restrict Christians, Jews, and other religious groups. So yeah, anyway,
(35:15):
the regulation of religious symbols affects employees in newly targeted
roles who wear religious symbols such as kippas and visible crucifixes.
The bill also bans the use of public parks and
roads for the purposes of a collective religious practice without
the author authorization of the municipality. The legislation states Hmmm, well,
(35:42):
this is going to be interesting to see how that goes.
But I'm telling you Dems would love to do that
when Dems also would love to restrict free speech like
what Britain does. There's a piece here in the Federalists
that talk about uh the the uh case in point.
(36:06):
There's a recent story that was draped from drop site
News by Paul Holden, who chronicles how a secret campaign
to elevate Cure Starmer to Prime Minister included a scheme
to demonize news outlets deemed unfriendly to Starmer's wing of
the Labor Party. Boy, they would love to do that,
(36:29):
and one of those news outlets, by the way, was
the Federalist. Ironic, they're writing an article about this anyway.
In the middle of the twenty twenty presidential campaign, a
shadowy UK based group called the Center for Countering Digital Hate.
Oh what does that sound like? Oh? I don't know,
maybe the Ministry of Misinformation or Truth or whatever. That
(36:53):
that crazy lady who was singing to uh that Mary
pop Songs, Scary Poppins, whatever we call her. I don't know. Anyway,
the CCdh worked with NBC News and Google insiders to
attempt to blacklist and demonize the Federalist itself under false pretexts,
(37:14):
an effort that was ultimately unsuccessful. The Orwellian named NBC
News Verification Unit reported in June twenty twenty that Google
had banned the website zero Hedge, which is another free,
independent news outlet, from its advertising platform, and had warned
the Federalists that it too might be banned. But this
(37:35):
wasn't just reporting, it was part of a larger political operation.
According to NBC News report itself. Google's actions came only
after the company had been notified of research from the
Center for Countering Digital Hate, which is a British nonprofit
that combats online hate and misinformation. They found that ten
(37:58):
US based websites have published what they say are racist
articles about the protests, and projected that the websites would
make millions of dollars through Google ads. So here we
are again. We're back into the Oh, we don't like
what you say, so we're gonna block you, We're gonna
(38:18):
deplatform you. They're still at it. They're still at it.
And the leftist, lunatic Democrats, they're gonna love this kind
of stuff. They do, they love it. Because of course
it doesn't go against them generally, it goes against people
who are actually speaking truth, uh in reality, kind of
like this show anyway. All right, well some new information.
(38:44):
We're gonna shift shift gears back to the US. Oh sorry,
I had to take a drink, got a little dry.
All right, Well, the f some new more details have
come out about the whole investigation into the January sixth
(39:05):
pipe bomber. He's been caught. He's reportedly admitting shit too,
like he is actually confessing to what he was doing.
But it's kind of interesting. The information that was utilized
to capture this guy has been in the FBI's possession
(39:29):
for the last four five years, four years ever since
it started. So in other words, the Democrats, the Democrat
run Biden administration, the Democrat run FBI either sat on it,
tried to hide it, or did whatever they could to
(39:54):
avoid it or realistically, ah, yeah, that was not really
a prior of ours, and so we're just not going
to do it. Yeah, and uh, well, the FBI director
suggests that there was either sheer incompetence or negligence in
biden handling of the pipe bond case period. So yeah,
(40:18):
because they didn't they apparently, the FBI apparently didn't use
anything new. It's not like they got new tips. It's
not like they had, you know, a tip line out
there and saying, hey, we'll give you one hundred thousand
dollars if you chat tell us about this guy. Yeah,
they just used what was already collected and in front
of the FBI. The more I find out about the
(40:41):
last administration, the more I'm disgusted with it, just to uh,
you know, point it out to everybody. And what's even
worse is there is uh, the mainstream media, at least
one mainstream media individual who uh, well, let's just say
(41:04):
he broke the story and purposely or not so purposely whatever,
he got it wrong. He got the description of the
suspect wrong. Let's uh, let's take a listen uh to
this right here'all. Welcome to the lead on Jakes.
Speaker 5 (41:25):
After after nearly five years of investigation, the FBI finally
announced that they had arrested a suspect, a suspect accused
of planting pipe bonds near the Republican and Democratic National
Committee headquarters the night before the January sixth, twenty twenty
one capital attack. Brian Cole Junior, a thirty year old
white man from the DC suburbs.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
Yeah. Well, first of all, he said, the January twenty
sixth attack. You do you hear that? I mean they
still they're still running around trying to say that January
sixth was an insurrection. I still run across people who
are sitting there on January sixt insurrection. No, it wasn't.
(42:07):
It wasn't an insurrection at all. Wasn't a riot shore
was it? You know, kind of bad shore whatever, But yeah,
it was not an insurrection. Well, Jake Tapper just said, hey,
here they arrested a white man, and here he is.
Here's a photo of the guy right above my head.
(42:28):
Oh my gosh, folks, he is black. Or let me sorry,
let me rephrase that. He is a person of color.
His skin tone, his skin melanin is darker. Jake, Jake,
you're losing it, man, You're losing it. You're an idiot.
(42:48):
Oh my gosh. You know I should have put that
one in for the Moron files. I'm just saying, but yeah,
he described him as a white man, white male. What
it's because of the fact that Jake, I honestly, I
don't think it was like, I'm not exactly sure whether
it was intentional or not. I mean can't I can't
really tell whether the guy has it some sort of
(43:10):
an intent on this, other than the fact that my
guess is is that he is so used to and
so brainwashed to just automatically call whoever the perpetrator of
some horrific act to be a white person. Just as
an automatic he basically fell into his not his instinct,
(43:32):
but his training, his uh, his brainwashed training to basically
call out, oh, yeah, this guy's he's a white guy. No,
he's clearly not. He's clearly not. He's right here in
the images, right here above my head. See, this is
why you can't trust the mainstream media anymore, folks. You
(43:55):
can't trust these people. And went by the way, Connie
Chung was apparently on some I don't know, some show
or something. I don't really have anything on this, but
somebody was I'm not I think it was Vince the
Vince Show or whatever on Rumble here on Rumble was
talking about or she was on some sort of a program,
(44:16):
and she was like, oh, yeah, we were perfect up
until this recent changeover in executives. Yeah, okay, well some
more about this alleged pipe bomber. Apparently, his family sued
the Trump DHS over illegal immigration and was also asking
(44:40):
the Biden Department of Justice to address racism. So, the
father of the man is a bail bondsman for illegal aliens,
and they had hired Trayvon Martin's attorney back in twenty
twenty one in order to sue the Trump DHS. Now,
(45:06):
keep in mind his family, and I don't know this
one hundred percent, but his family is supposedly is supposedly
Democrat donors. And not only that, but the man's father,
this young man's father claimed racial racial persecution by Rutherford
(45:26):
County Assistant District Attorney John Zimmerman. According to a video
that's out there now, I'm not going to play this,
but Zimmerman apparently had raised concerned about the bail bond
company's ethics, noting that it had been suspended from operating
in a nearby district and so standing behind or standing
(45:51):
beside the lawyer Benjamin Crump, he basically told the media.
The father told the media, he's defamed me. He's called
my insurance company. We hope the Department of Justice can
come in and do a brief investigation because we've seen
a lot of questionable acts that mister Zimmerman has demonstrated
(46:13):
toward my owner minority own companies. Yeah again, race only
counts when you're a Democrat. Otherwise you're supposed to not
count race anyway. Jesus all right, Well again this in
(46:33):
the Daily Wire. Two of the pipe bomb suspect is
reportedly confessing to investigators, and he also, ironically, he expressed
support for Donald Trump. According to the AP, Yeah, I'm
not exactly sure how that goes, because I don't trust
the AP to actually put it out. But the young
(46:58):
man who was arrested Thursday told investigators during interviews on
Thursday afternoon that he actually did plant the bombs. That
was according to two sources, the AP as well as
The New York Post, which both sided sources familiar with
the matter. The young man, living in Woodbridge, Virginia, was
charged with transporting explosives across state lines with the intent
(47:22):
to kill, injure and cause damage. He also is charged
with attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials. Now
he's set to be arraigned, or he was set to
be arraigned today I don't know if that actually happened
or not, but during interviews, he apparently reportedly expressed support
(47:44):
for Donald Trump, indicating that he believed the twenty twenty
election was actually stolen. And that was according to the
Associated Press. So whether or not he actually planted the
pipe bombs in response to Trump losing the election, however,
remains in question. According to the charging documents, Cole began
(48:04):
purchasing supplies for the pipe bombs back in May twenty nineteen.
So I honestly don't think that he did it because
of that, Yeah, I don't think so. I think they're
going to find out something else. You federal authorities haven't
revealed what they believe to be the suspects motive yet.
The FBI, of course, declined to comment on the ongoing investigation.
(48:28):
So there you go. All right, Well, folks, I don't
know whether to say shifting gears again. I don't know
whether to say I am happy about this, that I'm
apprehensive about this, or that I'm very I'm very interested.
(48:50):
Regardless of whether I'm happy or apprehensive, I am very
interested in this next piece. So you'll recall that twenty
two states plus some non governmental organizations sued Donald Trump
over Donald Trump's executive order that correctly defined birthright citizenship.
(49:16):
That was following the historical and accurate definition for what
birthright citizenship actually means, in other words, being not only
born within the borders, but also being born from parents
who were permanent lawful residents American citizens themselves, whether naturalized
(49:41):
or born here as well. And the whole point of
the Fourteenth Amendment, of course, had to deal with the
idea of making sure that the slaves, the newly freed slaves,
did not suffer from like the dread Scott decision that
Scotis ac did. And so this was a question. There
(50:04):
was a question whether or not the appeal was actually
going to be taken up by the Supreme Court. Well,
the Supreme Court answered that today they are going to
take up this birthright citizenship case. Now, i gotta be
honest with you, I'm not exactly certain of the outcome here.
(50:27):
If the Supreme Court does what it should do. What
it should do is look back at the historical significance
of things such as the debates in Congress. When the
Fourteenth Amendment came up for debate in the Senate, the
(50:47):
comments by Senator Howard, who is the sponsor of the
fourteenth Amendment at the time, they should look at the
significant of the idea that the US Constitution itself has
never been applied to anyone who is not a United
(51:12):
States citizen, and that they should take that into account.
The High Court announced today that it will actually hear
the arguments regarding Trump's executive order that would revoke the
automatic guarantee that just because you're born here, that you
are even born to illegal immigrant parents, which is are
(51:36):
illegal alien parents, which is the whole point of this,
would be an American citizen. Now, Trump's order hasn't gone
into effect because it's been held up by the lower courts. Now, this,
this case, in my opinion, is going to be the
significant case. I mean, yes, Trump tariffs, Yes, redistricting, you know,
(51:59):
the possible overturning of the Voting Rights Acts Section two
where race is being considered. All of these are important,
But in terms of magnanimy, if that's even a word,
this one tops them all. In my opinion, this one
(52:19):
tops them all. This has a potential to overturn Supreme
Court precedent going all the way back to eighteen ninety eight.
When a majority upheld that birthright citizenship under the fourteenth Amendment,
which was enacted, of course, to free slaves. They basically
they had ignored the fact and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
(52:43):
they had ignored that. Now I told you not too
long ago that twenty four states filed an amicus brief
basically saying, hey, we agree with President Trump. So those
two twenty four have taken the opposite side of the
twenty two states that are already in this lawsuit. Okay, now,
(53:11):
oral arguments are going to be held in twenty twenty six.
This is going to take a while. The wheels of
justice turned slowly, all right, but they will likely rule
on this by the end of June, so we will know,
(53:31):
hopefully we will know the answer to the question whether
or not Scotis is actually going to uphold actual history
and properly define birthright citizenship as you need to have
at least one American parent naturalized or natural born, or
(53:52):
permanent resident, or something along those lines. Because you'll notice
that in terms of the case against the that that
the twenty two states have filed, they have major pieces
that are easily refutable by history. So for an example,
(54:14):
this first one, the citizenship clause, merely adopted the pre
dread Scott common law rule that everyone born in the
United States is automatically a citizen. Well, why would they
have needed to add the terminology and subject to the
jurisdiction thereof had that been the case. See in eighteen
(54:34):
fifty six, the Supreme Court held in dread Scott versus
Sanford that US born descendants of African slaves were not
and could never become citizens, even though under traditional common
law rule, a person automatically became a citizen of the
nation on whose soil he or she was born. Now,
(54:56):
keep in mind that has been English common law, that
has been common which is lot of where we got
many of our of our rules and laws from, and
that goes all the way back. But you also have
to remember why would they have put why would the
Framers had put in the Constitution things like a natural
born citizen to become president versus a just being a
(55:19):
citizen to be say a senator or congressman. See, that's
a differential that there is a specific meaning and reason
for that, And one of the reasons for that was
natural born to them meant that you came from American parents,
And the reason why they wrote it that way is
(55:39):
they did not want the president to be beholden to
any other foreign power. If there was not an intent
by the framers to separate these two, then that would
would have become I mean, that would have been a
moot point, honestly. Now, the second thing that these twenty
two states and gas are saying is that the executive
(56:04):
branch itself has long recognized that it can't deny citizenship
to children based on immigration or citizenship status of the parents. Well,
that is only true if you're only looking at the
first half of the twentieth century. That isn't the case.
There's actually historical precedent that goes beyond this that shows
(56:25):
that that isn't the case, that that wasn't automatic under
federal law. Now, the third one, this peace, this particular
argument is totally misrepresented, and you can go back and
read this. You can actually read this decision and see
(56:48):
the differential that is made here. See the Supreme Court
confirmed in the Wong kim Arc case that wankim Ark
was a United States citizen because he was born to
parents who were permanent resident aliens, they had a different
status than an illegal alien would have. And that at
(57:13):
the time, and this is described in the case. At
the time, the Chinese were not allowed to drop their
citizenship to become American citizens, So the only status that
his parents could have ever gotten would have been permanent
resident aliens at the time that this occurred. And so
that being said, scotis basically said, hey, we recognize that
(57:36):
you're a permanent legal resident here in the United States,
even though you were a citizen of some other country,
But you can't become a citizen of our country even
if you wanted to, because China isn't going to let go.
So that being said, yeah, that means that Wan kim Ark,
who was the son, is actually a US citizen. The
(58:01):
last piece out of all of this, The argument that's
being made is that the president's order is going to
leave many children deportable and stateless. Now that's not actually true,
because every child that is here that has been born
here to illegal alien parents, their citizenship will revert to
(58:22):
their parents' citizenship. Now, whether or not they're deportable or
not has to deal with whether or not the parents
are still illegal, if they are legal residents here, if
they've gotten their visas, taken care of her, whatever, They're
going to be just fine. But even so, okay, virtually
every nation, including the United States, recognizes some matter of
(58:44):
citizenship by blood, hello natural born anyway, So this hereditary
citizenship is bestowed automatically. And in some countries like India,
the child is automatically eligible for citizenship, but only obtains
it if the parents register the birth at an Indian
(59:05):
diplomatic mission within one year. So there's there's other rules
that apply here. Just because we say you're no longer
an American citizen does not mean that they just automatically
become not a citizen of anybody. And see, these are
the arguments that these twenty two states are making, and
they're all fallacy, every single one of them. And if
(59:28):
Scotis actually follows the historical precedent, follows the argument that
was made by Senator Howard who clearly stated that aliens
foreign born, they were not included as a part of
this whole thing with the fourteenth. And I've shown you
that before. So honestly, this is the one case that
(59:51):
I have been waiting for Scotis to pick up. And
I'm I'm sort of unsure which way I really want
to go with it. All right, folks, that is it
for me for this evening. To me a favor. If
