Speaker 3 (07:05):
And I thank them for allowing me to be an affiliate.
Speaker 2 (07:11):
All right, So, as I said in my opening, the
National Guardsman Andrew Wolf is making incredible progress. His neurosurgeon,
Jeffrey May, said in a statement on Friday that Wolf
received a critical gunshot wound to his head and was
(07:32):
airlifted to Medic Star Washington Hospital Center. According to the
Washington Post. My also said that the quick acting first
responders and the actions of trauma and neurosurgery teams saved
Wolfe's life by controlling the bleeding and pressure on his brain.
He said that Wolfe's recent recovery developments are important milestones
(07:54):
that reflect his strength and determination. Staff Sergeant wolf has
made extraordinary progress. Based on these improvements, he is now
ready to transition from acute care to inpatient rehabilitation as
the next step in his recovery journey. And by the way,
(08:17):
his family apparently has chosen not to disclose the location
of where he.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
Will be doing this rehab.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
So yeah. Wolfe's parents said in a statement released by
MedStar on Friday that they hope their son will be
able to return to work in the West Virginia National
Guard and his new mission of being a light into
this world. They said, please continue to lift Andy up
(08:46):
in prayer as he begins a long and tough rehabilitation.
We know he will continue to improve at a rapid pace.
So there you go. Apparently, according to the West Virginia
Governor Patrick Morrissey, he said that Wolfe's parents reported that
(09:06):
his head wound is slowly healing and that he is
beginning to look more like himself. Prayers do work, folks.
Thankfully this young man, twenty four years old. Young man
is not appearing, is appearing to make a miraculous recovery.
(09:29):
Now how far that actually is I don't know, but
at least one other person has not been taken by
the terrorist. And I mean that, I mean terrorists across
the globe. All right. So our friend, that member of
(09:51):
the Seditious six, Captain Mark Kelly, which honestly he I
hope they.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
Strip him of his rank too, that would be awesome.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
Anyway, his Pentagon review is being escalated, and a Pentagon
spokesman announced yesterday that the department is escalating a preliminary
review into serious allegations of misconduct against the guy. He
(10:20):
needs to go to jail, actually, but that's okay. And anyway,
the review, which was reported on by Red States beca
lower this late last week, had been initiated by the
Pentagon's Office of General Counsel to determine possible punishments for
(10:41):
the retired Navy captain. Now, Captain Kelly is facing an
official command investigation at this point and juncture in time, so,
the Department of War said in a statement to bright
Bart News, the Office of the Secretary of War, in
conjunction with the Department of War's Office of the General Council,
(11:04):
is escalating the preliminary review to an official command investigation
or Retired Captain Kelly is currently under investigation for serious
allegations of misconduct. Further official comments will be limited to
preserve the integrity of the proceedings. Yep. Well, if he's
(11:26):
the only one that goes down for this, I mean,
that's pretty sad, to be honest, But at least it'll
be somewhat of a shot across the bow for these idiots.
So anyway, Yeah, And the biggest problem that they have,
(11:49):
which this, I mean, I'll be honest with you, this
is why he's being brought up on potential charges here
is because there's a vast difference between manifestly illegal orders
and those who legality or illegality is debatable. The latter,
of course, refusing to obey an order that one feels
personally personally questionable is in itself illegal under the UCMJ.
(12:16):
See and this is part of the problem that freaking
video it made allegations, incorrect allegations, and because of the
fact that these guys, these people, these seditious six didn't say, hey,
you know, just remember, uh, there's illegal orders, you shouldn't
(12:40):
do this, blah blah blah. No, they clearly stated our
constitution is being attacked both abroad and at home, and
that this administration is pitting the military against American citizens,
both of which are literally not true. But the reason
why they said it, and the way that they said
(13:02):
it is because of the fact that they were looking
to foment disloyalty and insubordination within the ranks. That's what
they were looking for, which is a direct violation of
eighteen United States Code, Section twenty three eighty seven, which
(13:22):
I've been putting out for this, so there you go.
Speaker 3 (13:28):
Anyway, this is.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
A serious breach of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
And this is why he is being looked at.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
It, and of course Kelly being the dumbass that he is,
rather than just saying, hey, look, that probably wasn't the
smartest thing in the world for me to do. You know,
I agree it wasn't. An I apologize and basically fall
on the sword for him. No. No, he's like doubling
and tripling and quadrupling down. He's sitting there saying things
(13:59):
like and posting on x things like if Donald Trump
or pig Pete Heggs think they can stop me from
doing my job, they've got the wrong guy. All right, whatever, Yeah,
you're gonna ride that horse all the way to the
finish line, which, in my opinion shouldn't finish very well
(14:21):
for you. You really shouldn't. Because again, if if they were
doing some sort of a class or some sort of
a like a public service announcement, I could be in
didn't say what they said, I could kind of Some
idiot on on Facebook kept coming back to me as like, hey,
(14:43):
they didn't say what you said they said, And I
took pictures, thankfully of the video where the subtitles of
the video were actually right there, and it's like, yeah,
they actually said that. They said that the Constitution is
under attack even here at home, that military service members
(15:03):
are being pitted against being pitted against American people American citizens,
which is not true in either case. And it's like,
come on that that obviously was a push. They're trying
to get the military to do things that they shouldn't
be doing.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
So anyway, so.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
I hope this comes out the way that I hope
it does, which is that this guy gets stripped of
his rank and anything else and possibly even goes to jail.
There you go, that's what I hope. All right, Well,
let's talk about some lies and some conspiracy theories and
some corruption that the Democrats have been spreading for years
(15:52):
or trying to cover up for years, and are now
being called out about it, even so much as to
be called out about it. Sorry, I'm turning on a
fan here on my computer to train cool it off.
I noticed that I didn't have it running when I
first started. Man, these uh the streaming stuff takes a
(16:16):
lot of power and takes a lot of heat. Anyway,
the thing about it is is that now the New
York Times is uh, basically admitting that, oh yeah, all
those conspiracy theories and stuff that you and I mean, yeah,
they were true. Here's a video this comes from. I'm
(16:41):
not sure where this comes from, but this individual I
think it's a Newsmax article, but or a Newsmax person.
Of course I didn't do that anyway, this new Newsmax person,
and uh yeah, they're basically showing or going to tell
us all about the things that The New York Times
is now admitting, so take a listen.
Speaker 5 (17:04):
It can now be said that was the theme of
the week. Things you have known for years but were
called a Nazi or a Putin apologist for saying out loud,
are now being admitted in the pages of the New
York Times, no less. The Times investigation this week found
that Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski's government had embezzled hundreds of
millions of dollars sent to Ukraine from the United States
(17:27):
and Europe. The Times reported that the Zelenski government rewrote
company charters to limit the government, keeping it in control
and allowing hundreds of millions of dollars to be spent
without outsiders poking around.
Speaker 6 (17:39):
Members of Zelenski's inner.
Speaker 5 (17:40):
Circle laundered one hundred million dollars from the state owned
nuclear power company in Nargo. At home, I am old
enough to remember when pointing out that Ukraine is a
deeply corrupt country got you slammed as a Putin puppet
for three years, asking why the American people should be
forking over billions of dollars with zero over site to
fund a war on another continent when we have our
(18:02):
own problems here at home and we could instead be
pushing for a negotiated piece was considered a Kremlin talking point.
Even pointing out basic facts that would help end the war,
like the fact that Crimea had already been annexed by
Russia eight years before the war began. Got you labeled
a propagandist for Putin. But now it can be said
(18:24):
like it's the most obvious thing in the world.
Speaker 6 (18:26):
It wasn't the only one of its kind.
Speaker 5 (18:28):
This week, The Times had another piece entitled how Biden
ignored warnings and lost Americans' faith on immigration. The open
border that the mainstream liberal media denied even existed for
five years is now being written up in the New
York Times, which found that Biden and his closest advisors
repeatedly rebuffed recommendations to address the border crisis, resulting in
(18:49):
millions and millions of illegals pouring across the border and
turning every major American city into a border town. It
can now be said, of course, we already knew that,
because we with our own eyes. But that didn't stop
elite progressive media and the Democratic Party from gaslighting about it,
denying it was happening, and smearing anyone who pointed it
out as a white supremacist.
Speaker 6 (19:11):
So why the one eighty now? While it's simple, until.
Speaker 5 (19:14):
The Democrats can prove or at least pretend that they've
moved on from the Biden era failures, they know they
will lose national elections.
Speaker 6 (19:22):
Hence the piece is blaming Biden.
Speaker 5 (19:23):
They're a good smoke screen for the fact that the
Democrats don't actually have a compelling agenda on immigration, and
that most Democrats truly believe that our economy, like the
households of rich progressives, requires an indentured, servant cast of illegal.
Speaker 6 (19:38):
Labor to keep prices down.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
Unfortunately for them, Americans want a closed border.
Speaker 6 (19:44):
They believe in hard work and good wages.
Speaker 5 (19:46):
They're sick of funding other people's fights that have nothing
to do with our security and prosperity. They're sick of
being fleeced, whether it's by Somali's in Minnesota, or Ukrainians
in the Zelensky government, or millions and millions of illegal
migrants who ca here and sucked up billions of dollars
in social services.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Okay, so that was Batya from News Nation who basically
that was where that clip was from. And yes, it
was longer than I normally liked to run clips, but
there were two things in there that needed to be
covered quite well. So there you go. New York Times
is starting to admit that, hey, all of you conspiracy dearists,
(20:29):
Yeah you were right speaking of corruption, okay, speaking of
corruption and lies. Well, there's a wonderful woman, and wonderful
I mean in like big ass quotes, named Pramila Jaya Paul.
She unfortunately represents the state of Washington about as dumb
(20:52):
as a box of rocks. I'd rank her up in
the wells of Jasmine Crockett, AOC and among.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
A few others.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
Well, she decided that she was going to say that, hey, Somalians,
because of all the Somalia attacks, Somalians actually helped build,
excuse me, help build this country. Well, I don't know
of any of you know, Michael Knowles from the Daily Wire,
(21:25):
but Michael Moles had a few big fact checks for her. Yeah,
so let's go ahead and take a look at this one.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Oh boy.
Speaker 7 (21:44):
Democrat Congresswoman Promila Jayapaul recently claimed that immigrants from Somalia
built this country, the United States of America.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Immigrants have built this country from all over the world.
Speaker 7 (21:56):
Somalia, India, wherever they're from. It's a strange claim, since
the Americas were discovered by Christopher Columbus in fourteen ninety two,
settled by the Virginia Company at Jamestown in sixteen oh seven,
and settled in New England by the Pilgrims on the
Mayflower in sixteen twenty. Found it as a cohesive nation
through the Revolutionary War between seventeen seventy five and seventeen
(22:16):
eighty three, and governed by the Constitution which was ratified
in seventeen eighty eight, all of which occurred between one
hundred and thirty two and four hundred twenty eight years
before the first documented Somali arrived in the nineteen twenties.
When Somalis did finally make it over here in the twenties,
it was not by the millions, or by the thousands.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Or even by the hundreds.
Speaker 7 (22:37):
It was by the dozens handfuls of sailors, so minuscule
that they barely even appear in the historical record. In
the nineteen fifties, as Somali territories moved toward independence after
decades of colonial government by the British, the French, and
the Italians, some Somali students attended American universities. Again, we're
(22:57):
talking about a vanishingly small number of Somalis visiting and
studying in the United States. Even after the heart Seller
Act of nineteen sixty five radically transformed America's immigration system,
inaugurating the policy of mass migration that persists to this day,
Somalis still barely came to the United States. In nineteen
sixty nine, the Somali Republic collapsed after only nine years
(23:20):
of existence, giving way to the Marxist Leninist Somali Democratic Republic.
Even then, only a minuscule number of Somalis made it
to America. By nineteen ninety, one, year before the collapse
of the Somali Democratic Republic, fewer than twenty one hundred
Somali natives lived in the United States.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
I'm not going to play the rest of this, but
you get the point. Obviously, the Democrats are wofully inadequately educated.
For as quote unquote educated as they say that they are,
they are woefully and inadequately educated in reality. So yeah,
(24:01):
the Somalis actually didn't. According to Michael Knowles, he points
out towards the end of the end of the video,
he says much of the money that went straight back
to Somalia, with at least some of it ending up
in the hands of the Islamic terrorist group known as
Al Shabab. He's talking, of course, about the recent fraud,
(24:25):
and he continues and says, according to a twenty twenty
four report, remittances from abroad and especially from the United
States today account to nearly between thirty and fifty percent
of the Somalian economy. And then he adds, in other words,
Somalis didn't build America. They never really contributed anything to America,
(24:49):
but have managed to take, steal, and transfer enough wealth
from America. Then, inasmuch as Somalia exists today as a
nation at all, America actually built Somalia.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Anyway, Again, these these.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
Leftists are woefully, woefully and inaccurately educated. In fact, there's
an idiot on Facebook who is trying to tell me
that the Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty five or well, yeah,
nineteen sixty five, I believe in nineteen sixty six, whichever
(25:30):
one was, that that was not It was passed by partisanship.
It was passed with the Democrats' support and the Democrats
were supporting it, and it was awesome, And the Republicans
are the ones that made the problem. No, no, no,
you go back and look. That was the longest filibuster
(25:52):
in history put on by the Democrats. Now, granted, there
were I'm going to give give credit where credit do,
there were some Democrats that sided with the Republicans. But
if it wasn't, if it wasn't for the Republican support,
the unanimous Republican support of that, the unanimous Republican support
(26:14):
of women voting across the entire nation, the unanimous Republican
support of just about every quote unquote progressive movement forward.
I'm being corrected, it's nineteen sixty four. Well, there was
actually a couple of them. There was the sixty four,
(26:36):
sixty six and then the nineteen sixty six one turned
into the fourteenth Amendment. But anyway, yeah, so they are
just like they are all I mean, they are all
woefully It's as Ronald Reagan says that it's not so
(26:57):
much that the Democrats are ignorant our liberal friends or ignorant,
it's just that they know so much that isn't So
that's the thing, all right.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
Um sheep and.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Let's let's take a bit of a Yeah, let's take
a bit of a quick break before I jump into
the next story, and let me talk about this wonderful

(29:15):
well there's now I mean, obviously there's been a bunch
of comments and as Michael Knowles was talking about, or
actually even before that, I'm sorry, where Batya Batya was
talking about how the Afghanies and everything else were being admitted. Yeah, well,
(29:38):
apparently a senior intelligence official this According to PJ Media,
a senior intelligence official told The Telegraph that over one
thousand Afghans with ties to the Islamic State and other
terror groups were actually flagged during the Biden administration's Operation
Allies Welcome Now. That number, by the way, according to
(30:00):
the National counter Terrorism Center, has been bumped up revised
upward to two thousand, representing roughly two thirds of the
three thousand known jihattists who are reportedly in the United States.
So so there you go. And standard background checks were
(30:29):
also suspended due to the immediate need to evacuate the
Afghan allies following the fall of Afghanistan, according to officials
from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and
the NCTC, which again is the National counter Terrorism Center. Again,
(30:51):
I mean, the problem isn't so much that these people
came here. The problem is that none of them were vetted.
The problem is that none of them were verified, checked out.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
Or anything else.
Speaker 2 (31:04):
And of course, when you have something that is as
horrific as Bondai Beach is massacre this past Sunday or
any other terrorism scenario, okay, you honestly you have to
wonder in question, well when is the next one going
(31:25):
to come? When is the next one and the next
one and the next one, And when you have these
idiots like the guys from Hamas Mahamas official. This is
also in PJ media. Hamas official predicts more massacres like
Bondai Beach and brags of this global jihad. And Hamas
(31:51):
of course is proud to claim responsibility for inspiring the
killing of the Jews outside Israel since October seventh. They're
they're sitting there talking about all of this, and uh
Hamasa's political bureau member Mohammed Nazia noazal n a z
(32:14):
z a l I think Is apparently claimed that the
massacre of innocent Jewish families in Australia was justified because
of the fake quote unquote genocide happening in Gaza, which
is a bunch of shit, which is how he described
Israel striking terrorist targets in an attempt to defend itself
from repeated terrorists assaults that it's been going through for
(32:36):
you know, all.
Speaker 3 (32:37):
Of the.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
For generations. Anyway, Yeah, this uh, this guy is claiming
that there's going to be more, more, more. And of
course we've welcomed in all kinds of illegal aliens from
Muslim countries for decades. We've got them all over the place.
And you've got you've got people in America who are
(33:00):
sitting there who are talking about, oh yeah, we're gonna
we're not assimilating, We're going to take your country over. See.
This is why I was saying. We have to understand
multiculturalism doesn't work, it fails, it's failed, it's done. We
need to wake up to the fact that there are
people out there who do not want what we want,
(33:22):
who do not want freedom, who do not want to
live in harmony with others, who do not want to
just do what they need to do or do what
they want to do in their lives without interference from
either government or other people. Yeah, so this AMASA official
gloated quote. In the West and in the East, there
(33:45):
are very violent reactions to the genocide in the Gaza strip.
That's not genocide. It's just you know, they're trying to
get rid of Hamas, that's what it is. So and
of course he calls Prime he calls Prime Minister net
and Yahoo, okay, okay, are we back. Well, we're back there.
(34:12):
Let's see if we're back. Yeah, it looks like we're
back there now. I'm not really I don't really care
if I'm back on any of the others, but we'll
see the only one I really care about. Yeah, so
that one. The live video ended, well, folks, let me
just point this out. I we're under a high wind
(34:34):
warning and it started at about well now, and so yeah,
I got I got hit power Internet, all of it
went drop for a second and came back and here
we go.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
Yeah, so there we are.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
I'm surprised actually that everything, everything is still functional, to
be honest with you, because uh that that power hit
should have knocked me completely out, but it didn't. So yeah, anyway,
so there we go.
Speaker 3 (35:13):
Yeah, we're back.
Speaker 2 (35:14):
All right, let's move on from Hamas and all this.
I want to get back. Oh all right, Well there's
some new memos that are out, and I again I
apologize for all of this. It's it's just this is
live streaming and uh, you know, with the limited amount
of funds and so on and so forth. Anyway, so
there are some new memos that are out that show
(35:36):
and demonstrate how the corruption in the Clinton probe of
the Clinton Foundation, how the corruption probe into the Clinton
Foundation actually occurred, and uh, well I don't know what
the heck's going on there. So anyway, uh.
Speaker 3 (35:59):
Let's see if to say, did this kick off? Am
I back?
Speaker 2 (36:04):
Here we go anyway, the new memo show and a
top Republican senator provided Just the News a timeline written
by FBI investigators that were laying out the requested political
(36:24):
obstruction that those agents face from their own bosses in
the DOJ during the twenty sixteen election that would have
been under the Obama administration. Okay, and yeah, so there
you go, and you know, field agents were frustrated headquarters
(36:45):
wasn't going to let it go forward, meaning the corruption probe.
All kinds of stuff were going on. Senate Judiciary Committee
Chairman Chuck Rassley made the records produced to him by Cash,
Mattel and Attorney General Pam Bond. You are available to
just the news this past weekend. Again Democrats, seriously, I mean,
(37:09):
they're all corrupt, every single one of them is corrupt.
And this is just ridiculous that. Yeah, so anyway, I
don't know what to tell you realistically and all of that,
but there you go.
Speaker 3 (37:26):
What a mess, What a complete and utter mess.
Speaker 2 (37:30):
All right, It's they're just a continue they continue with
everything that's going on. I just I don't I don't
get it. I just don't understand why people don't understand
that these people are literally corrupt. They're morons, They're corrupt
and all of this speaking of corruption in the Clintons.
(37:53):
The Clintons are now rejecting the subpoenas, the calls to
testify live in the Epstein here rings the legal counsel
for President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
They're pushing back hard against the demands from the House
Oversight Committee Chairperson James Comer that they testify before his
(38:16):
panel in their connection with Jeffrey Epstein. Comer has threatened
to begin contempt of Congress proceedings against them if they
do not appear in person for depositions. He's refusing to
excuse them from giving live depositions. This is according to
reports in the New York Times. So yeah, now he
(38:40):
has withdrawn. Comer has withdrawn subpoenas from five former or four,
I should say five former attorneys general who have all
said they had no knowledge that would be relevant to
the probe. He's excused former directors James Comy and Robert
Muller from being required to appear for live depositions. Former
(39:03):
Attorney General William Barr is the only person from the
list who has actually appeared to testify, and the Clintons
have offered to provide sworn statements to the committee, but
Comer has accused them of ignoring his subpoenas and has
threatened to hold them in contempt. Now, if he holds
them in contempt, those charges could carry up to one
(39:25):
year in prison, along with a fine of up to
one hundred thousand dollars. So their longtime attorney sent three
letters to the committee, detailing arguments that the couple should
be required only to provide sworn statements. Former president former
Secretary of State have delayed, obstructed, and largely ignored the
(39:49):
committee's staff's efforts to schedule their testimony. Comber said last Friday,
So yeah, anyway, and by the way, he said he
would start contempt proceedings if the couple doesn't appear before
his committee on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, So
(40:11):
that's tomorrow in the day after, or potentially schedule hearings
for early January one or the other.
Speaker 3 (40:21):
So there you go.
Speaker 2 (40:23):
And of course they you know, continue the lawyers continue
to say that they that they are saying that this
is all a distraction from Trump's own relationship to Epstein, which,
of course there is no relationship with Epstein.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
At least not in the.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
Present sense of the word. Bonnie, I think, are you
saying Comber or Komi, because Comer, James Comer is the
is the representative who's in charge of the House Oversight Committee,
where Coomi is the FBI agent or the FBI guy
(41:09):
that uh yeah, the former FBI director. So anyway, all right, Well,
another revelation, no surprise, Remember how Trump mar Trump's mar
A Lago raid happened. Okay, you remember there's this thing
(41:29):
called the Fourth Amendment. Yeah, the Fourth Amendment. Uh, wonderful thing.
I got to break out my my uh trustee handy
leather bound US Constitution so I can read this to you. Yeah.
Let's see Fourth Amendment. Ah, the right of the people
to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects
(41:53):
against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated. And
no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by
oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be
searched and the persons or things to be seized. You
remember that. I mean, that's just the Fourth Amendment. I mean,
(42:14):
who the hell cares about the Fourth Amendment?
Speaker 7 (42:16):
Right?
Speaker 2 (42:17):
Really? Who cares? Well? Yeah, remember that general warrant that
they issued and uh served on mar A Lago. You
remember that? Yeah, that general warrant and that they issued. Well,
(42:40):
FBI kind of well, let's just say that the FBI
are finding out General Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI
Director Cash Bettel Or finding out and preparing to turn
over to Congress some bombshell emails showing that the FBI
warned the Biden Justice Department did not have probable cause,
(43:04):
did not have probable cause to raid the mar A Lago,
but prosecutors proceeded anyway. This is in just the News.
The emails are to be turned over as early as
today to the Senate and the House Judiciary committees ahead
of the planned deposition Wednesday by or from ex Special
(43:28):
prosecutor Jack Smith, who inherited who inherited the mar A
Lago classified documents case just months after the August twenty
twenty two raid of Trump's home that rocked the political
world ahead of the twenty twenty four election. The memos
show that the FBI's Washington Field office does not believe
(43:51):
they established probable cause. So basically, what this is saying, folks,
is that Trump's Millennias and anybody else who lived in
that house, the Biden DOJ violated their Fourth Amendment rights
(44:12):
if they didn't have probable cause to raid Trump's Florida home. Wow.
Just think about that. The Biden DOJ went ahead with
the warrant even though they did not have probable cause,
(44:35):
and the FBI basically was saying, hey, you guys, don't
have it Now, these soon to be released emails are
supposedly going to chronicle specific concerns that the DOJ under
President Biden had not met the standard for a search warrant.
Now here's the thing, folks, I mean, even though the
(44:57):
case has already been dismissed that WHOA, that by itself
would have been enough to dismiss the case because that
would have been called fruit of the poisoned tree. So basically,
what this means is that anything that was found during
that search, if they did not have probable cause, if
(45:19):
they did not have a warrant properly issued, that is
all inadmissible evidence in a court of law. So yeah, yeah, Now,
the House Judiciary Committee issued a subpoena recently compelling Smith
(45:43):
to give a closed door deposition today or tomorrow, sorry tomorrow,
as part of the committee's probe into the federal prosecutions
of Trump. How many more things do we have to
start demonstrating to people, provided that all of this is
absolutely true, and right now there's no real reason to
believe that it isn't. But how many more things are
(46:07):
we going to have to show that the Democrats, the
Biden DOJ, the Biden administration the Obama administration, the Clintons,
any of these other folks that are out there that
are all Democrats. How are we When are we going
to start seeing head's roll? When are we going to
(46:28):
start seeing people thrown in jail up on trial for
all of this? I mean, yeah, so right, and we're
going to have to see but uh yeah, yep. And
(46:53):
by the way, ahead of Smith's appearance, which is supposed
to be tomorrow, and his lawyer has indicated the former
Special counsel will comply with the subpoena, House Democrats have
been trying to force the release of a classified version
of Smith's final report on his investigation, and the Trump
(47:14):
legal team has gone to court to try to block
the release these letters and everything else, stating that they
may not have had probable cause to go and do this.
That could support the fact that Trump's legal team, what
Trump's legal team is asking for, that that report is
(47:36):
now fruit of the poison tree and needs to be
gotten rid of or inadmissible in any way, say, sense, shape,
or form of this entire thing. See, folks, this is
why you never ever trust democrats, especially democrats in power.
This is why they do not need to be in power.
(47:57):
We need to make sure that they never get into
power ever again, even though I know there's enough idiots
out there, leftist idiots that they will likely gain power again.
But these people are corrupt. You can't trust a word
that they say. You can't trust that they are going
to do what is good for America. So yeah, this.
Speaker 3 (48:25):
Is the emails.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
Wow. Wow. Now you will recall that when mar A
Lago was raided and we found out about the general
search war, and I called that out, by the way,
not that I'm patting myself on the back, but I
did call that out, and I did say, hey, yeah,
you guys need to understand that this is not right.
(48:49):
This is not right. So anyway, this is just a
complete and utter, utter mess, a mess given to you
or done to you or done for you by the Democrats. Well,
(49:11):
speaking of hypocrisy, this is more than less, more or
less than corruption. But speaking of hypocrisy, AOC was caught
in a luxury spending binge in Puerto Rico. And I
(49:33):
remember she's a socialist or self proclaimed socialist, So why
is she going and doing this? Well, that's what socialists do.
They irresponsibly spend other people's money. That's what they do.
(49:56):
So apparently she dropped nearly fifty thousand dollars in Puerto
Rico luxury hotels, upscale dining in a venue Rental where
the musical artist Bad Bunny was performing. Yeah, that's good.
I love the fact that's what she's doing with our money. Anyway,
(50:20):
Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said of the
revelations about it, this is not new for her. She's
a hypocrite. Well, all Democrats are hypocrites. That's literally what
they are. They're all democrats. They're all hypocrites, and it
looks like most, if not all, are corrupt. So keep
(50:43):
in mind, of course, that they want to tax the
rich to get more money.
Speaker 3 (50:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (50:52):
Yeah, anyway, I'm tired of these people. I really really am.
I'm tired of these people. And one last thing before
I go. Trump has now officially launched a ten billion
dollar defamation lawsuit against the BBC over his speech edits.
(51:17):
Over the edits of his speech for those that don't remember,
they edited out where he said peacefully and patriotically protest
in order to make it look like he was saying
that they need to go to the Capitol and fight, fight, fight,
which is what caused or what the Democrats say caused
January sixth. The Democrats don't say that what caused January
(51:41):
sixth is the fact that the Capitol police fired rubber
bullets and tear gas into a protesting crowd, and that
there were people inside the crowd, meaning plants inside the
crowd that were egging everybody on and stuff. So anyway,
(52:03):
so he has now launched that he filed the lawsuit
on Monday seeking at least ten billion that edited his speech,
and by the way, the speech and the doctor edits
in question aired in what's known as a Panorama documentary,
which was wrong a documentary. It should be a kroc
(52:25):
humentary because it's a crock of crap. But anyway, the
BBC apologized over the bungled report but has rejected Trump's
demands for compensation. Personally, I hope he wins, and when
he does win, I hope he closes them down because
(52:45):
all they.
Speaker 3 (52:45):
Have been doing is all they've been doing is doing.
Speaker 2 (52:51):
Bullshit reports. Pardon me, so anyway, so yeah, and by
the way, the lawsuit seeks damages in an amount not
less than five billion dollars for each of the two counts,
(53:14):
which is the ten billions. So they're going after two
counts of this against the BBC for defamation and violation
of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
Speaker 3 (53:28):
Yeah, so there you go.
Speaker 2 (53:33):
And I hope he wins. I hope he b bankruptc
these guys, I really hope. So anyway, all right, well
sorry about the uh the storm hit, but that is
kind of what happens here in uh sometimes in the wintertime.
But anyway, sorry, I got something in my throat. Hang on,
