Speaker 1 (00:01):
A rare and balanced view on politics in today's world,
based on facts born of rationality, common sense, and logic,
providing context on today's events. This is American Perspective with
Rick Thomas.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hello everyone, and welcome to American Perspective. I am your host, Rick. Well,
I thank you all for you know, basically giving me
the permission to miss last night's show because my wife
and I went out to a hockey game, had a
little pseudo date night and uh well, let's just say

(00:45):
the hockey game was exciting. Now granted it wasn't the NHL.
It was the lower league, the next league down the Wash,
the Western Hockey League that we went to go see.
But it's a it's a local team, fan favorite. They
are number one in the in their division and they

(01:06):
did it again last night. They scored, they came out
at the very end golden goal three to two, and
it was wonderful. It had had a lot of a
lot of fun, you know. Of course, my wife loves
going to the game, and one of the things that
the game does have is is they have a lot
of cow bells. They were you ring the cow bells,

(01:27):
and she she brought her a little you know, they're
the Everett Silver Tips is the team. And she brought
the little cowbell cow bell and was ringing the cow
bell and everything else and making all kinds of noise
and you know, that's just what you do at hockey games.
So it was fantastic. It was a really good night.

(01:48):
And uh so, yeah, it's it was long overdue. You know,
I gotta admit long overdue, you know, doing doing what
I do where I stream six nights a week and
things like that, it kind of, you know, it cuts
into the family time a little bit, but that's okay.
Every once in a while we take a break and

(02:09):
we go and do something. And that was that was
the night. So it was a really really fun night
for us, and you know, thank you to the people
who had season tickets. We were fifth row up from
the glass. I mean, the the glass was like right
over the top. I could actually if I sat up

(02:29):
completely straight, the top part of my head would have
been above the glass and in the danger zone for
pucks getting hit. But but anyway, no, it's it's funny
with the cow bells because if you remember, and I'm
dating myself with this, if you remember the skit that
they did with Oh, I can't think of the I

(02:52):
can't think of the guy's name. But anyway, the actor
and he was like, he was like, uh, you know,
I need more cow bell. You know that whole cow
bell skit with the because back in the sixties and
seventies they used the cow bell as a musical instrument.
And so he was he was, I can't remember the
guy's name. I see him in my head, but I

(03:14):
can't think of his name. But anyway, yeah, more cow bell.
They had him up on the screen that skit up
on the screen a couple of times. You know, I
need more cow bell. Yeah, So anyway, it's it's a
lot of fun, you know, in the in the kids,
and I do say kids, because these these hockey players
are under twenty, they're twenty and under. Once they hit

(03:38):
twenty years old, they either have to move up to
the NHL or they're out. They're done. So they're basically
high school kids running around on the ice. And yeah,
it was. It was really exciting. It came down literally
to the last five minutes of the third period where
the Tips were behind. They were behind by two nil

(04:01):
to zero. For those of you that aren't familiar with
soccer language, and anyway, they were behind and to nil
to their opponents, and they pulled it out at the
last minute. They got two goals and were able to
go into the they call it an extra period, which

(04:22):
is more like five minutes, and then it's golden goal.
Whoever wins, whoever gets the first goal wins, and so
the Tips brought it out about two and a half
minutes into that golden goal, they got one and won
it three to two, So it was pretty awesome. Now.
What was amazing though, and what was really also at
the same time extremely frustrating, is the fact that the

(04:49):
entire game, the Silver Tips had about fifty four shots
on goal and the opposing team barely broke into double
ditchits in terms of shots on goals. So it was
extremely frustrating because the puck and all the action was
for the most part, was at the opponent's net. And

(05:11):
uh so, yeah, it was really frustrating. They were taking
shots shot shot, you know, shots after shots, and so
it was just h yeah, anyway, and no, it wasn't
Will Ferrell, it was it was a it was an actor,
not Willem Dafoe, but Christopher Christopher walkin that's who it was.
Christopher Walkin was the more cow bell guy, and uh yeah,

(05:34):
so uh there you go. Anyway, enough about that, So
that was Date Night. So that was awesome and I
do appreciate it, and uh yeah it was. It was SNL.
It was Saturday Night Live way back in the day
when it was actually worth something to watch. You know.
We won't go anywhere with that, all right, so uh

(05:56):
so there you go, more cow bell, Christopher Walkin, it
was the was the actor anyway. All right, let's go
ahead and get things kicked off really for quickly. First
I've drained the buffalo trace, but don't worry, there is
another bottle already on the shelf ready to open up.
So tonight's glass, of course, is full of buffalo trayce

(06:18):
and we have the wonderful gift it takes stones to
drink with whiskey glass from my wonderful whiskey Warrior p
ones that are out there and there there, there they are.
There's the requisite stones that you can see him in
the bottom and uh yeah, just fantastic. So first sip

(06:38):
m mm hm hmmm mm mmmm. That's some good stuff
right there. Oh, I also have another bottle of four
roses on the shelf too, so but I haven't finished
my other one, so I still have a half empty
bottle or almost empty bottle of four roses there. So ah,

(07:00):
so there we go. Anyway, all right, let's go ahead,
and wow, just got all kinds of stuff. Oh quick
announcement before I forget. BAM's been after me for this
because I haven't said anything. But here's the thing every
year for Christmas, and we started it last year. So

(07:21):
this is a second annual. We're gonna call it the
second Annual Whiskey Christmas Light Show. Okay, and so how
this works? Which I wish, I wish I would have
remembered to do this earlier, you know, about a week ago.
But what I need you guys to do is head
on out to your neighborhood and go and take photos

(07:48):
of the Christmas lights in your neighborhood. I love Christmas lights.
I love driving around and seeing them. They're so colorful
and vibrant and light and bright and it's just awesome.
And so go around, find find some good ones, take
some photos, send them off to me, Send them to
fans f A. N. S at American Perspective dot online.

(08:09):
Send it to fans f a NS at American Perspective
dot online, and I will show them for the December
twenty third show because we're not gonna have a twenty
fourth show or a twenty fifth show that's Christmas, even
Christmas Day, we don't. We take that break. But we'll
do it for the twenty third. We'll do it for

(08:33):
that night. And so the more pictures I have, the
better the show we have. And I'll go around and
I'm gonna go around this weekend and grab a few.
But but yeah, let's do that now. Oh, Bonnie is
asking for the call in show. Bonnie, you know I'm
gonna I'm gonna hold that until New Year's Eve, New

(08:56):
Year's Eve. I think I'll do that. We'll we'll possibly
do the call in show on New Year's Eve, tentatively
pending for that, and we'll do the call in show
for New Year's Eve and you guys can all call
in when you're Salston, you know, ready to ring in
the new year. We'll have a lot of fun with

(09:17):
that one, because yeah, that'll be fun anyway. So, yes,
Christmas pictures, Christmas light shows, anything that you get, videos, pictures, whatever,
we'll do them all on the twenty third, and get
them get them going on the twenty third, and of
course on the twenty third, I do my I'll do
my Christmas thing, and so yeah, there you go. Okay,

(09:39):
so let's go ahead and get the Pledge of Allegiance
going here. So if you are of mind, please stand,
remove your hat if you're wearing one, like me, and
follow along with Judge wild as he recites the Pledge
of Allegiance.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Hi Pledge of Legion to the flag of the United
States of America and to the Republic for which it stands,
One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
Oh yeah, Orah.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
All right, and of course I thank Judge Wilde for
that wonderful, wonderful rendition of the pledge. If you would
like to hear your rendition of the pledge played here
on the program, all you need to do is record
yourself reciting the pledge or performing the pledge in your style.
Take that audio file, video file, whatever kind of file,

(10:36):
and attach it to an email address and send it
off to fans fa ns at American Perspective dot online.
That's fans fa ns at American Perspective dot online and
I will get you into the rotation. I've got twenty
I'd like to hit twenty one before the end of

(10:58):
the year, so it would be great. Eight So yeah, yeah,
uh all right, um, but yeah, go ahead and definitely
please send in those those photos. And you know Becky's
in Australia, so Becky, yeah, send in your Australia stuff.
I mean, come on, send send it in. And I've

(11:21):
got okay, I've got my ship, my my unofficial show
producer over here, Nana who is hitting me up. I
got to get the headline sponsor out of the way,
so let me go ahead and do that. Uh. Let's
talk about the Institute on the Constitution, which is established
or was established in two thousand and four as a
five oh one c three nonprofit with one singular mission,
and that is to restore the constitutional Republic through grassroots education.

(13:09):
It's stitched all the way through with the binding of
the pages and the leather, so they are all tied together. Ah,
it's got I'm being told by my unofficial producer, Sexy
rounded corners. Uh, it's got one hundred your warranty, sorry,

(13:32):
one hundred your warranty against materials and manufacturing defects such
that the manufacturer will either fix or replace it for free.
And if something does go wrong for the the you know,
manufacturing and material defects. Anyway, it gives liberals gasrow intestinal discomfort.

(13:56):
It is Buddy tested, rest in peace, my friend, Buddy approved,
Billy tasted, Billy approved. My youngest whiskey Warrior has confirmed
that the information contained within will help you to achieve
your Civics badge in scouting, not to mention the fact
they also potentially pasture Civics exam and potentially passure Naturalization

(14:19):
exam too. Head on over to Constitution dot American Perspective
dot online and get yours today. And of course, I
thank the Institute on the Constitution for that wonderful opportunity
to be a brand affiliate. We've got some big I've
got some big news coming from them shortly next month,

(14:42):
so it'll be uh, it'll be fantastic. But I do
appreciate them for allowing me to be a brand affiliate
for now. All right, well, a couple other couple other
items before we get into the news today and before
we get to the on this day in American history.

(15:03):
My producer is yelling at me. First of all, the
winds that I got were nothing compared to some of
the winds that were in Wyoming. So Coco Diminky or sorry,
Coco de insert name here went ahead and sent off
some photos and video for me on so because apparently

(15:25):
over in uh, Wyoming, they got winds so bad it
actually knocked over a train. Oh my lord, here is
the train. Take a look at this. The box cars
got blown over. Yeah, you can even still hear the wind.
Look at that. The whole thing got derailed, that got flipped.

(15:48):
It's it's on its side. Boxes are you know the
big containers connex boxes are tossed off the rail cars.
I mean, oh my gosh, I just I can't even imagine.
And by the way, there's other photos with it too,
So let's go ahead and show those. So there's other photos.
This is a close up image of it, close up

(16:11):
images of these. This is just these box cars are
on the side of the track. They're falling over. Oh whoops,
I forgot Uh yeah, I just did a mistake. I
precursored this, so at the same time with the wind,
I got to explain this. So at the same time

(16:32):
with the wind, one of the local stores had their
sign messed up a little bit. But that sign that
got messed up gives you a really good It gives
the liberals in particular, a really good message. And here
is the message. It is, get your updated fu shot. Now.

(16:57):
This is what the what the conservatives, the conservatives need
to go and get that updated f you shot. Ah. Anyway,
according to Coco, the connex boxes were reportedly some of
them at least were reportedly empty. I'm just gonna say

(17:18):
some because I'm sure not every single one of them was.
But but anyway, so Walgreens out in Wyoming is sending
you you a message saying, go and get your updated
f you shot. Yeah. You don't think I'm lying. You
think I'm lying? It's right there, get your f you shot.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
Ah.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
Yeah, that's uh, that's that's good. That is just good.
I love little I love things like that. So all right, Coka,
oh sorry, a little levity here, and then something serious.
I do want to give a shout out to my

(18:06):
to my mother because unfortunately, five years ago today my
stepfather passed away. And so I'm passing love and prayers
to my to my mother tonight because she is uh,
you know anyway, So we have levity. Now we have
a little bit of seriousness, and all right, let's get

(18:28):
down to business. So so there we go, all right, Tom, Well, yeah,
I can't forget Nana's been hitting me up. So she's
been hitting me up here my unofficial producer. So let's
go ahead and get tonight's on this day in American
history going, that's right. Oh, And of course for on

(18:59):
this day and American history, I'm running behind because it's
been a little bit. We read from the Patriots Almanac,
written by William J. Bennett and John te Crib. It
is chock full of all kinds of information and little
factoids about our about our country, this fabulous country that

(19:19):
we call home. And so let's go ahead and talk about, oh,
the origins of basketball. This will be interesting. James Naysmith
Nai Smih was an instructor at the YMCA's School for
Christian Workers in Springfield, Massachusetts. Received a tough assignment in

(19:46):
December of eighteen ninety one, the head of the school's
physical education department asked him to come up with a
new game that young men, Because remember ymca used to
be called young Men's Christian Association anyway, they asked him

(20:07):
to come up with a new game that young men
could play indoors during the cold winter months. Naysmith had
two weeks to think of something. He tinkered with different
ideas for several days, and then he remembered a game
from his childhood called Duck on a Rock, in which
players tried to knock a small rock off of a

(20:28):
big rock by throwing stones at it. The memory of
stones arching through the air at a target gave him
just the inspiration he needed. He had the school custodian
nailed two peach baskets to the railing of a ten
foot high balcony that ran around the school gymnasium. Since

(20:50):
his class had eighteen students, he divided them into two
teams of nine and explained that the players scored by
throwing a song Loucker ball into a basket. The first
words were not very encouraging. When one of the class
made the remark a new game, nay Smith later said,

(21:12):
I asked the boys to try it once as a
favor to me. They started and after the ball was
first thrown up there there was no need for any coaxing.
The game was an instant hit, but it needed a name.
One student suggested Naysmith ball, which the sports inventor kind

(21:32):
of rejected. Yeah, I didn't kind of like yeah. Anyway,
Then someone came up with the idea of basketball, since,
after all, players threw the ball into peach baskets in
the early days, the baskets had no holes on the bottom,

(21:52):
so someone had to climb up and get the ball
out whenever anyone scored. Basketball is now america most popular
indoor sport. James Nasmith, who was born in Ontario, Canada,
became a proud US citizen in nineteen twenty five, and

(22:18):
that is today's on this day in American history. Well,
there you go. You can thank the YMCA for the
shit for the game known as basketball, all right, yeah, okay,

(22:42):
all right, so there you go. Well, let's get into
tonight's tonight's stories. First up, the Brown University shooting suspect
is now reportedly dead from a self inflicted gunshot wound,
which is well, let's be honest, these guys killing themselves.

(23:07):
That's kind of fitting in my personal belief. It sort
of protects the American people from having to spend a
whole bunch of extra money to try and get these
guys and put them into prison and all of everything else.
It just saves us a bunch of time and money.
So anyway, Breitbart News noted that the person of interest

(23:32):
whom police had pursued had been identified earlier in the day,
So this was at Thursday night, so had been identified
earlier in the day, and that law enforcement was actually
eyeing a possible connection between Saturday's Brown University shooting and

(23:54):
the Monday slaying of an MIT professor name of nunial
Uhlner Lourireerio. Wow, I don't even know if I could
pronounce that correctly. At my apologies. Uh Louriero l O
U r e I r O was shot multiple times

(24:15):
at his home on Monday night and then rushed to
the hospital, where unfortunately, he died later in the day.
The search for the person zeroed in on a storage
facility in Salem, New Hampshire, where The New York Post
reported a suspicious vehicle was found television screens were flooded

(24:35):
with scenes of law enforcement scouring the storage facility, and
then news of the discovery of the deceased shooting suspect.
Suspect broke. He was reportedly found inside the storage facility.
Now keep in mind too, that The New York Times
also reported that law enforcement had gathered DNA and fingerprints

(24:59):
off of a shell case. I think there has been
a actual connection, a physical connection between the two of them.
In fact, my unofficial producer over here is saying that
both guns involved in both shootings have been found or
were found next to the shooter. So I also know that,

(25:23):
like Mark Levin was saying on his show, that there
actually is a connection in the fact that the two professors,
the professor that was not there at Brown but her
the room that she teaches in was where the suspect went,
and I think he was looking for her. Both of
the professors are are Jewish, so there is some sort

(25:47):
of a connection there in terms of that. And according
to the DHS Secretary Secretary Chris Gnome, apparently this individual,
the suspect in both shootings, was brought in under a

(26:14):
immigrant visa program known as the Diversity Lottery Immigrant Visa
Program dv I one and that this guy came in
in twenty seventeen, he was granted a green card. Yeah,
think about that, twenty seventeen. What was in twenty seventeen.

(26:38):
Who was in office in twenty seventeen, Unfortunately, with that program,
who was in office It was Trump unfortunately, so you know,
I don't know. President Trump sought to end that diversity
program in twenty seventeen following the terrorist attack in New

(26:59):
York City that left eight people dead. The terrorist at
that time used his vehicle to plow down civilians entering
the US in twenty ten during or through the diversity
Visa program. So the diversity visa program was put in
by Obama, used by people to come into this country.

(27:20):
And now President Trump has finally been able to pause
and eliminate the dv one program to ensure that no
more Americans are harmed by anyone coming in. Unfortunately, we
still have people in our country that's here. So yeah, anyway,

(27:45):
so yeah, this is uh, let's be honest that these
people should not have been in the country. Now, for
those of you that don't know, the dv IE Diversity
Immigrant Visa program provided up to fifty thousand grant visas
every single year. The visa winners were drawn at random
among all the entries to individuals who are from countries

(28:07):
with low rates of immigration to the United States. So,
after Trump called for an end to the visa program,
Republican members of Congress made efforts to end it, but
were stopped by none other than Senator Chuck Schumer. That's right,
and the Democrats, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Trisha McLaughlin.

(28:35):
So yeah, anyway, twenty twenty, Trump had suspended the processing
of those diversity visas, but then, of course President Joe
Biden turned it back on and authorities found the Brown
shooter suspect dead in a storage unit in Salem, New Hampshire.
As I said, he is a Portuguese national and he

(29:01):
was found dead from a self inflicted gunshot wound. At
least they got that guy. That's good. Somebody else that
they got. Hm, you remember that Wisconsin judge Hannah Duggan
dug An, Duggan, Hannah Duggan, you remember her who tried

(29:24):
to help that illegal alien evade arrest. Well, the jury
is out. The jury is in. The verdict is in.
The jury is out. The verdict is in and she
is found guilty. That's right, she has been found guilty.

(29:46):
And the verdict, of course, followed a trial centered on
allegations that she helped the illegal alien evade federal immigration
agents by altering courtroom proceeding and escorting him through a
restricted agents or sorry, a restricted exit after agents were
seen waiting in a public hallway outside of her courtroom.

(30:11):
That's what justice looks like, folks, that is what justice
looks like. And she should be sent to jail, period.
So yeah, anyway, uh, yeah, she's she's gone. Thankfully she's gone.

(30:39):
She now faces five years in prison potentially she is
potentially she is possibly. I mean keep in mind, she
hasn't been convicted yet. She's only been charged and found
guilty of felony obstruction as well as a misdemeanor count
of concealing an individual to prevent arrest. Now, now, obviously

(31:04):
the defense attorneys are saying that, yeah, we're gonna go
ahead and appeal this. So this is long from over, folks.
But but yeah, she needs to she needs to go.
She just needs to go, and I don't care how long. See,
this is the problem with a lot of people that
don't seem to understand this. I don't care how long

(31:25):
of a record you have of doing good in society.
I don't care if you are Basically everything that you
have done in your entire life qualifies you for sainthood.
Yet the one thing that you do which is against
the law, Yeah, that one, as far as I'm concerned,

(31:46):
weighs a hell of a lot more than the rest
of the good that you did in your life, because
you you made and this is the thing, is, you
made a conscious choice to break that law. You made
the conscious decision to break the law to harbor a

(32:07):
illegal alien, a fugitive. That's you know, Title eight, section
thirteen twenty four. Okay, you made the conscious decision to
do this. So this wasn't like an accident. It wasn't
like she just sort of, oh, you know, I'm just
you know, I haven't be nice and let him out

(32:28):
the back door. No, she made the conscious decision to
drag that guy through restricted access and kick him out
the door in an attempt to evade arrest. Because of
her work on illegal alien issues. I don't know what
the issues were exactly, but I know that she has

(32:50):
done work on immigration stuff for a very long time. Now.
The thing about it is is that the defense vents
wrapped it up its case. On Thursday, the matter was
submitted to the jury. The deliberations lasted approximately six hours,
so this was a quick one. It wasn't as though

(33:11):
there was any question. Now. During the first four hours
of deliberations, Reportedly, the jury's jurors submitted two questions. Supposedly
the jury submitted two questions to the court, and yeah,

(33:39):
so there you go. They submitted two questions. One question
focused on ice regulations and who must be notified when
the agents are making an arrest inside a courthouse. The
second asked whether Dugan needed to know who specifically was
being arrested in order to be found guilty of obstruction.
So there you go. Anyway, now, she was found guilty

(34:08):
on the obstruction charge, but found acquitted on her concealment count,
So they found her guilty on one count and not
the other, which is kind of interesting that they split
that way. But the fact that they only came back
within six hours just tells you how much of a
slam dunk that actually was. So there you go, all right, folks.

(34:35):
Before I move on to my next topics, let's talk
about this wonderful elixir that I drink every single morning
in my sixteen ounce, sixteen ounce mug that I got
from my kids. Wonderful, wonderful mug says father liked no other,
which I would have to agree. I am a father
like no other. Now you decide whether or not that's
good or bad. Anyway, if you still haven't tried seventeen

(35:00):
seventy five coffee, now as you're shot, the seventeen seventy
five starter kit has just dropped. There's a small number
of units available. In each unit, you're beginning the bold

she doesn't need much for that. You'll also be receiving

(35:45):
a black seventeen seventy five tumbler. All in total, it's
one hundred and seventy dollars worth of coffee and gear
yours for the low low price of ninety nine dollars.
This is for the ones who've been watched seventeen seventy
five coffee blow up on a rumble and wondering if
it's actually worth it. Spoiler alert it is. Head on

(36:08):
over to one seven seven five Coffee dot Com Forward

(36:52):
All right, Well, folks, I don't know if anybody really
really understands how bad of a situation that we're in
with all of the welfare programs, and I'm telling you
they are unconstitutional. Now, why nobody has ever challenged anybody

(37:16):
on that is because realistically it's because of the fact
that nobody wants to say, hey, charity in this case
is wrong. This is why the Supreme Court hasn't been
brought in. And for those of you who don't know,
the Supreme Court does not have the power to just
carte blanche say hey, we saw you guys pass that bill.

(37:37):
By the way, that thing is unconstitutional. They can't do that.
They have to have the particular item or situation or
question brought before them before they can actually act. This
is why all of these social programs that we currently

(37:57):
have that are literally not listed in Article one, Section
eight of the Constitutions have never been tried in the
court system to get all the way to the United
States Supreme Court. This is why we don't have This
is why I keep saying that if I were able

(38:18):
to garner Elon Musk's attention, he could take some of
his money that he's using and sue the federal government
over breach of contracts with regards to the United States Constitution.
Because I'm telling you, enforcing the Tenth Amendment to the
Constitution would clean up a vast majority of the problems

(38:40):
that we have running around in this country, because then
what would happened is the individual states would be taking
this on. Well, here's one of the biggest problems. Now.
You keep you keep in mind, the Democrats keep saying that, no,
if you're an illegal alien, you don't qualify for any
of these welfare programs, these social programs. You're supposed to

(39:02):
be an American citizen. You're supposed to be an American citizen. Well,
unfortunately that isn't the case. And I'm just telling you
right now, this is our biggest our biggest money money
suck at the federal government level is right here. And

(39:26):
let's take a listen to the Secretary of hud housing
an Urban Development turner.

Speaker 5 (39:34):
That for you, fifty nine percent of illegal alien families
use one or more welfare program in our country, costing
about forty two billion dollars a year. So if you
think about almost sixty percent of illegal alien families using
our welfare system, one or more of them costing about

(39:56):
forty two billion dollars a year, which should be prioritized
to help the American people, not to remain on subsidies,
if you will, but to get a hand up and
then to get off of government subsidies to live a
life of self sustainability. And so you have housing, you
have affordability, you have housing supply, you have medical corrections,

(40:20):
you have education. And so when you get all of
these people coming into our country, it puts a strain
on us. But thank god, you know, under President Trump's leadership,
we're getting our fiscal house back in order, the border
is being secured, affordability is coming around. And I believe
that next year, because of the things that have happened
thus far in President's Trump's leadership and in this administration,

(40:43):
that next year, from a financial standpoint, from an economic standpoint,
from a safety standpoint, and more, that the American people
will begin to thrive once again.

Speaker 2 (40:54):
So there you go, There you go. There is almost
sixty percent of the illegal aliens, people who are not
supposed to be here, are taking advantage of one or
more of our welfare programs. And I think are welfare

(41:18):
programs realistically Again, I mean I personally, I'm a strict constitutionalist.
If it doesn't show up in Article one, Section eight,
the federal government should not be involved because of the
Tenth Amendment. People need to understand that there is a
large section of the government that has been running off kilter. Well,

(41:42):
it's not just that that is the problem. We have
a lot of people who take advantage even within our
American system, take advantage of our systems. Now, one of
the things that is out there is called the Supplemental
Nutrition Distance Program Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program known as SNAP.

(42:09):
Well here recently, Donald Trump and the Trump administration went
ahead and changed the rules and said, hey, you now
can't go in like or at least as far as
the US Department of Agriculture is concerned, which administers the program.
They basically said, hey, states, if you decide to prohibit

(42:31):
the use of these benefits for things like candy, sugary drinks,
and other items beginning in twenty twenty six, go ahead. Well,
one state decided to do that, the state of Missouri.
And let's just say the state of Missouri. Well, it's

(42:52):
a red state. We'll be honest, Missouri is a red state.
And yeah, the people who are at least one individual
who gets benefits kind of had a little bit of
something interesting to say about it. Let's go ahead and
head on over and take a listen to this brilliant

(43:15):
and I'm being facetious. Individual carry isn't the only cost,
of course, causing financial strain for many Americans.

Speaker 6 (43:22):
Rising food prices are also a top concern the Missourians
who get Snap benefits to help pay for food. We'll
soon see a change in what they can buy. John
Kipper reports soda, candy and other snacks will soon be banned.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
Was the point of foot stamps if it's just for
real fool? Annimore believes. She and way wait, wait did
you catch that? Oh? I got to back this up
just a little bit because that came on really really fast.
Here was the point of foot stamps? If it's just
for real food?

Speaker 7 (43:54):
Yeah, she and other Snap recipients should be able to
go into the grocery store and buy whatever they like.

Speaker 2 (43:59):
That's not even cool, like what I.

Speaker 7 (44:01):
Do to getting next year soda candy, prepackaged sweets, prepared desserts,
and juice with less than half of natural fruit or
vegetable juice, and it will not be allowed to be
purchased on Snap carts.

Speaker 5 (44:12):
I don't know what truck is doing.

Speaker 2 (44:13):
I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 7 (44:15):
Missouri's move comes after the Trump administration.

Speaker 2 (44:17):
Okay, you know, I should have called she should have qualified,
honestly for the Moron Files. I'm just saying, I'm just
saying she should have qualified for the Moron Files. But
but yeah, it's like, what the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program,
which is supposed to help me keep my nutrition up,

(44:38):
won't let me buy junk food? What the hell? What
what's the point of the program? Then, well, the point
of the program is for you to buy nutritious food
to actually feed your ass, not give yourself a bunch
of empty calories and a whole bunch of other stuff
that causes all kinds of hmm, let's just say, uh

(45:00):
health issues, you know. Yeah, yeah, well what's the point
of the program. Oh yeah, okay, huh yeah, she qualifies
for the more On Files, I think anyway, Oh my god,
I couldn't. I'm sorry. I could not imagine being that
damn dumb going as you know, they restrict You would

(45:21):
think that she would just be like, you know what,
I appreciate the assistance, But no, she didn't. He's like,
that's not even cool. Why they do that, Why they
do debt? Why they do that? Yeah? Uh huh uh huh. Anyway, oh,

(45:42):
so the governor Governor, my key host says to the
state aims to refocus SNAP to maximize nutritional health for families. Now,
she later on, she says, you know, thank god I
don't got kids, but they be people out there with
kids who are not going to be cool. Really really,

(46:06):
She's like, now, yeah, another individual named Orcinio Townshend agreed,
She's like, some adults might want to snack every now
and again. Okay, great, get yourself. I don't know, you know,
if you're on supplemental nutritional assistance, they're trying to help

(46:30):
you get better. But anyway, so, yeah, the Missouri Department
of Social Services overseas SNAP, but told the news outlet
First Alert for that in the fall they could not
break down specific items purchased by SNAP recipients. The Townshend

(46:53):
believes that the folks are just going to use cash
to buy their favorite candy. Okay, yeah, Now, there is
a couple of legitimate concerned By the way, there is
a couple of legitimate concerns. One of them was brought
up by an individual who was interviewed at a different

(47:14):
in a different segment, who basically said that, you know,
there are some diabetics who buy like hard candy in
order to try and in order to try and balance,
you know, their their blood sugar with hard candy, and
with Snap taking that off the menu, well that becomes
a bit of a problem. I get that. I mean

(47:36):
there's there are some legitimate complaints. But seriously, seriously, I mean,
what's the point in food stamps if they if it's
just for real food? Well, what the hell? Oh my god,
it's just so horrible. Uh, what's the point in food
stamps if it's just for real food? What do you
think you're supposed to be doing here, Lady, you're supposed

(47:59):
to be buying saying real food. You're supposed to be
using those are supposed to help you buy real foods.
You can have healthy choices for your family. Yeah. Anyway, Ah,
I these people, I just don't get it. I don't
get it. I really don't. All right, Well, let's move

(48:21):
on from Snap to fraud. That's right, we had welfare fraud.
You know, fifty nine percent of illegal alien families are
on welfare program Those welfare programs are supposed to be
for Americans. We had Snap, which is like, oh my god,
they're gonna tell me what I can eat. Oh yeah,

(48:44):
well you're you're the one that's you know anyway, Which,
by the way, I'm just going to point this out
that one hundred percent fruit juice. This is coming from
my unofficial producer. The one hundred percent fruit juice actually
works great for treating low blood sugar. And I know
that that's a fact because whenever somebody who had diabetes

(49:05):
that I know of, whenever they have low blood sugar
or they start getting low blood sugar, that's one of
the first things is to drink some fruit juice. Okay,
the natural sugars that are a part of the fruit juice.
One fruit juice is basically, you know, very very good.

(49:25):
It's very quickly absorbing and everything else. So I agree
with that. All right, Well, let's just move on to Minnesota.
I don't know whether she's smart, whether she's stupid. I mean, honestly,
I don't know. But the person who was kind of

(49:50):
the ringleader in that whole Minnesota Somali fraud with medicaid
and food stamps. Yeah, here we go. We're back to
the snap food stamp theft scheme. Well, she pleaded. She
pleaded guilty on one count of wire fraud on Thursday.

(50:13):
That's it. She was part of a scheme defrauding Medicaid
of fourteen million in taxpayer dollars. She participated in a
separate fraud scheme that saw the theft of over four
hundred and sixty five thousand dollars from a food assistance
program for needy children. So yeah, the US Attorney's Office

(50:38):
for Minnesota actually announced new charges against six other defendants
that are in that same area that were doing the
same thing in what the Department of Justice describes as
a staggering, historical scale fraud. The schemes are part of
a broader fraud conspiracy tied to the state's Somali immigrant community,

(51:02):
which is now believed to have seen the theft of
an estimated get this number, folks, nine billion dollars. That's
billion with a b oh my gosh. So if you
take that nine billion dollars, you add it to the
forty two billion dollars, and now all of a sudden,
you've got fifty one billion dollars. You've got a half

(51:23):
trillion dollars gone because of these people. Yeah. Oh, and
by the way, this isn't an isolated scheme. By the way,
this isn't an isolated thing. I mean, we're talking about Minnesota.
But just wait, I got another one coming up. Well,

(51:45):
you know one good thing that might come out of this, honestly,
is that, yeah, happened on Governor to Wall's watch. So
let's just take a listen to the amount the magnitude
of the fraud, based on US assistant or assistant US

(52:10):
Attorney head describes it. Let's take a listen.

Speaker 8 (52:15):
I've spoke in the fall about the iceberg. I saw
ahead something's fraud that's much larger than what's been visible
to the public. When I said that, it wasn't hyperbole
or rhetoric, it was a warning. And today I want
to talk and I want to show here a sense
of what that iceberg looks like, because I think people
deserve to know what that is and how big this

(52:36):
problem is, because we can't solve the problem until we
grapple with the size of it. So the Center for
Medicare and Medicaid Services pulled the claims data for those
these fourteen programs dating back to twenty eighteen, and those
fourteen programs in Minnesota have cost eighteen billion dollars since

(52:58):
twenty eighteen. And more than three and a half billion
dollars in twenty twenty four alone. So that's a sense
of the magnitude of the problem. These are the fourteen
Medicaid programs. It's just a part of Medicaid, these wavered
services that have been flagged as being having issues with
program integrity and fraud. Now, I'm sure everyone is wondering

(53:23):
how much of this eighteen billion dollars was fraud. That's
not the million dollar question. That's the eighteen billion dollar question.
The answer is far too much. And the task ahead
of all of us is not only figuring out how
much of that money was fraud, because we know a
significant amount was, but figuring out how to put an

(53:45):
end to the fraud in our state and get control
of it. So let me end with this before I
take questions. The magnitude of the fraud in Minnesota cannot
be overstated. It staggering amounts of money that have.

Speaker 2 (54:03):
Been lost, Staggering amounts of money have been lost, staggering
Oh my gosh. Well, yeah, that's what happens when you
have a program. Honestly, when you have a program that essentially,
you know, freaking doesn't have any policing behind it to

(54:24):
make sure that these people are actually doing what they're
supposed to be doing. Yeah, I mean, this is amazing,
This is amazing. I can't even imagine what this is

(54:45):
going now. President Trump of course, called Minnesota under Tim
Walls's leadership, a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity YEP.
As of November late November, seventy eight defendants have been
charged in connection with the singular group Feeding our Future.

(55:06):
Do you remember when he was campaigning to be the
vice president of the United States and he's sitting there
campaigning and saying I fed children. Donald Trump doesn't. Well, Okay,
first of all, I just want to say, okay, first
of all, I just want to say that again, going

(55:27):
back to the Constitution, where somebody please, if you're a leftist,
lunatic moron, please open up the Constitution, read through Article one,
section eight, and point to me which one of those items,
those eighteen items, demonstrates that we are supposed to be

(55:48):
involved in any of this in terms of our federal government. Now,
keep in mind, state governments can do pretty much whatever
the hell they want, because that's our federal assistant. But
that would be on the state of Minnesota to support
all of this crap and to be responsible for all

(56:11):
of this money. Now, I'm gonna be honest with you,
and I'm gonna be you know, I'm always honest with you.
I hate that phrase. I don't know why I keep
using it, but you need to understand something. You look
at this and you think, oh, nine billion dollars. I mean,
that's a huge, huge sum to somebody who can barely

(56:32):
pull together maybe a grand on their own in terms
of money, I mean nine billion dollars, that is huge.
But that is just a drop in the bucket when
it comes to things like the federal programs. And this
is part of the reason why you're able to get

(56:53):
away with this. This is part of the reason why
the federal government is getting away with all of this
stuff because of the fact that when you pool not
thousands of people's money, but millions of people's money now
all of a sudden, Now, all of a sudden, you
have a large pool that you can siphon money off

(57:15):
of that nobody is really tracking because the numbers are
so big and so huge. This is part of the
reason why we need to bring this government back within
its constitutional boundaries. This is ridiculous. There is no way,
I'm serious, There is no way in hell that if

(57:36):
if Minnesota by itself was footing the bill for all
of this, that this would have gone on for as
long as it did. Somebody would have noticed, somebody would
have known, and they would have been able to pick
it out and be and report it. I mean, this
is utterly ridiculous that this amount of money was able

(58:00):
to be done, honest, basically, I mean we're talking about
a small number of people here, Less than eighty have
been charged so far. This level of corruption is just
absolutely astronomical. So yeah, anyway, well one good news, one

(58:25):
good news about all of this. Yeah, you may actually
see Tim Walls no longer be governor. Well at least
according to some people, at least according to some people,

(58:48):
at least those that are calling for justice and reality.
Take a look at this, you know, it's interesting.

Speaker 4 (58:56):
He's made quite a few maneuvers that are questionable, I
would say, over these last years. Now reporting appointing I
should say, a fraud czar, but he closed at the
statewide level an office that investigated fraud for many years
or a questions about that. This has only renewed the
call for Governor Tim Walls to resign. He is currently

(59:17):
running for a third term as governor. But this has
really ramped up under his watch the last seven years,
all of this fraud exploding onto the national scene. I
think it's set five or six federal investigations that have
now been announced in Minnesota from snap or welfare fraud.
The state doesn't want to give that over our voter rolls.
Minnesota doesn't want to hand that over to the feds.

(59:39):
Illegal immigrants having commercial driver's licenses.

Speaker 2 (59:42):
Here.

Speaker 4 (59:43):
In fact, President Trump saying that Walls has turned Minnesota
into a fraudulent hub of money laundering activity.

Speaker 2 (59:50):
Those are the President's words. So I gotta tell you, man,
I am extra I am extremely glad. Oh my gosh,
the more that I hear Kamala Harris speak and the
more that I see of all of this stuff going on. Wow,
I gotta tell you, I am so glad that Donald

(01:00:11):
Trump helped us to dodge yet another bullet. That's right,
another freaking bullet. Yes, the first bullet was taking out
and removing Hillary Clinton from the possibility of becoming president.
Holy crap, folks, can you just imagine just just take

(01:00:34):
take a trip with me for just a second. Let's
just say that Tim Walls is an example of the
Democrat Party that everybody who was involved within the Democrat
Party is all knowing, They all understand everything that's going on,

(01:00:55):
They know all of the corruption schemes they are they
are I completely tied into all of this stuff, which
I mean, it really isn't a far stretch, because let's
be honest, the minute that you beat you're a Democrat,
and you become a member of Congress or get into
the public service, all of a sudden, your net worth

(01:01:16):
goes from like, oh, barely one hundred thousand dollars a
year to like millions in a second. Just take a
look at AOC, one of the dumbest damn people who
have ever entered Congress. I mean, she was a freaking
waitress slash bartender with barely two Nichols to rub to
her name in freaking New York in the Bronx, and

(01:01:37):
all of a sudden, now she's she's worth a couple
million dollars minimum. But just imagine the amount of fraud.
This is just what we're seeing. We're scratching the surface.
This is sort of like the old Iceberg and the
Titanic kind of idea. We're just now scratching the surface.

Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:01:59):
I'm not saying that the Republicans are not a part
of it. Okay, that the Republicans are completely clean and
devoid of everything. You know, they're saints, they're not to
get into politics, you have to be a mud monster.
But the reality of it is is that what we're
seeing right now in terms of the magnitude of corruption,

(01:02:20):
is all coming from the Democrat Party. It's all coming
from the Democrats. Every single thing that they see is
coming from the Democrats. For an example, ilhann Omar. Oh
my gosh, that's right. She's not only a representative in Congress,

(01:02:42):
she's also from Minnesota. And yes she is a Somali native.
That's right. Now. She apparently helped to get what's called
well the Meals Act passed during the COVID nineteen pandemic,

(01:03:05):
despite that program being linked to the Minnesota's alleged two
hundred and fifty million dollars Feeding our Future fraud scheme. Yeah. Now,
by the way, she she oh, just listen to our

(01:03:26):
own words. Oh my lord, people, do you regret was
pushing forward that bill, the Meals Act? Do you think
it led to the fraud? Wait? Did you catch that?
I know it was kind of hard. It was kind

(01:03:46):
of hard to hear. Let's go ahead and do that again.
That was kind of hard to hear. Hold on here, wait,
do you regret pushing forward that bill, the Meals Act?
Do you think it led to the.

Speaker 7 (01:04:03):
What?

Speaker 2 (01:04:05):
Wait? Wait? Wait? What? It helped feed kids? Hello? No,
it helped feed people who were not a part of
the the whole situation. I'm sorry, I'm trying to get
the thing off the screen. Here, give me just a second.

(01:04:28):
It didn't help feed kids. What the hell? It didn't
help feed kids at all. Oh my lord, it helped
the Somali immigrants game the system. See, this is part
of the problem with these social programs. And I'm I'm

(01:04:48):
you know, look, everybody in their life has to have,
at least at some point a hand up. Every very
single person comes to a point in their life where
at times they're going to need a hand up. It's
just the nature of life. And yes, I do agree

(01:05:11):
that if I'm a bleeding heart, I'm not gonna say liberal,
because let's face it, there are bleeding hearts in the
conservative movement too. If I'm a bleeding heart. I look
at these programs and I think to myself, oh, yeah,
these are so good. These do so much good for
our people. Except there's only one problem. They're illegal. They're

(01:05:37):
unconstitutional because again Article one section eight. Read it, know it,
understand it. There is nothing in Article one, section eight,
which defines the enumerated powers of the federal government, that
basically states that we should be doing any of this.
Federal government wasn't supposed to be involved in day to

(01:05:59):
day operations. In fact, in the Federalist papers, I believe
it's Federalist forty two, James Madison clearly says this, Hey,
the states were supposed to be handling the day to
day that the federal government is designed to handle external threats.
That was the whole point. So this idea that the

(01:06:21):
federal government is supposed to be taking care of you
and feeding you and you know all of this other stuff,
Yeah no, that's not happening, folks. It's not what it's
supposed to do. Our federal government isn't supposed to do.
And these people are being hired by the voters to

(01:06:45):
give us all this money and everything else. And you
wonder why we're thirty nine trillion dollars in debt. You're
wondering why the federal government is close to being bankrupt, Well,
this is why. This is exactly why. But we've had
a lot of focus on Minnesota. We've had a lot

(01:07:08):
of focus on the somalies. But did you know that
there's another group of individuals, there's another state which has
a large fraud that is happening. You really should. We'll

(01:07:28):
get to that in just one moment. But let me
tell you about Augusta Gold. Oops, well, I hate when
that thing does that. Oh, let's try again. There we go.
Let's talk about Augusta Gold. Did you know the biggest
threat to your retirement is something that is not talked

(01:07:50):
about often. It's our increased longevity. That's right. Our increased
longevity in America means that the default retirement accounts like
IRA's four to one ks and TSPs may not suffice
to be able to take you all the way well
to your enddestination. If you have over one hundred thousand

(01:08:13):
dollars in your retirement account, you should get instant access
to a free two minute report from Augusta Precious Metals
that reveals the one singular step that you can take
to secure your financial future. Text safe safe to the
number three five zero five to two today once again

(01:08:34):
to get that free two minute report from Augusta Precious
Metals that reveals the one singular step that you can
take to secure your financial future. Text safe safe to
the number three five zero five to two today. That's
safe s a fe texted two the number three five

(01:08:57):
zero five to two to get that free report from
Augusta Precious Metals. All right, hell my, my unofficial producer
over here is asking the question Maine. Is it Maine. No,
it's not Maine, although Maine does have something going on.

(01:09:18):
It's Massachusetts. Oh, here we go. We have Haitian men.
There's two of them that were charged with seven million
dollars in fraud in Massachusetts. Oh my gosh. Once again,
this is the Snap Snap benefits. That's right, Snap benefits, folks.

(01:09:47):
Now here's the thing. Authorities in Massachusetts have charged two
Haitian men with a Snap program fraud that amounted to
over seven million dollars this past Wednesday. The sus each
faced one count or one charge of food stamp fraud.

(01:10:08):
Oh my god. So here's the thing now, I got
to give these guys you know, I'm gonna be honest
with you. If you're a criminal and you come up
with some kind of devious scheme like this, you could
probably be making one hundred thousand dollars a year if
you just put your energies toward, you know, law abiding things.

(01:10:29):
I mean, you could be making a decent living if
you're this clever and creative. You really could. There's no
reason to break the law, really, isn't. Anyway, So apparently
these guys used small storefronts, two in particular, called the
Jesula j E s U L A variety store and

(01:10:52):
the sal Match or saal Match s a U L
m acche Mixy Mixe Store to redeem Snap benefits, sometimes
amounting to five hundred thousand dollars per month. Now keep
in mind these stores were not supermarkets. They're not even

(01:11:16):
full service groceries. It would be a huge stretch, according
to the District of Massachusetts US attorney LEA. Foley say,
stating this at at a Wednesday press conference. She goes,
it would be even a stretch to call them convenience stores.
The only thing convenient about these stores was how easy

(01:11:37):
it was to commit snap benefit fraud. She goes, this
is not a sophisticated fraud scene and it didn't have
to be because of the lack of oversight that was
needed to allow it to happen. Yep, there you have
the problem, folks. We have all these wonderful programs and

(01:11:57):
nobody's bothering to police the damn thing. That's realistically, that's
where we're at. So honestly, we shouldn't even have the
damn programs in the first place, but they don't even
bother to police them. So if convicted, these two men
are going to face up to five years in prison,
as well as three years of supervised release and a

(01:12:20):
fine of up to a quarter million dollars. Prosecutors say
that the vast majority of the fraud took place in
the singular store known as Jesula Jesula. Governor Mara Healey
or Sorry Heasley no Healey HTA l e Y says

(01:12:42):
state officials notified federal authorities about suspicious transactions at the
store earlier this year. She said in a statement, my
administration reported this suspicious activity to the federal government for
investigation and prosecution over a year ago. As a former
Attorney General and now Governor. I will always support prosecution

(01:13:02):
to the fullest extent of the law for anyone who
engages in fraud or abuse of a federal program or
any program. And you guys still think this stuff is good.
You guys still think that this stuff is good. Well,
the FBI finally took it down. They busted this Snap

(01:13:26):
fraud ring. Now, apparently these stores were set up for
the explicit use of this and the Justice Department reported
that this particular scheme netted millions with Snap redemptions of
anywhere from one hundred thousand to five hundred thousand per month.

(01:13:46):
Did you give you an idea of the size of
these fricking stores? This Jesula Store variety store was only
one hundred and fifty square feet. Talk about ball Oh
my gosh. The other store, which was a five hundred
square foot store. Both of them were in the Mattapan

(01:14:08):
m Attapan neighborhood of Boston. Yeah, it was exceedingly high
their Snap benefit redemptions. A full service for comparison, a
full service supermarket in the area redeems only about eighty
two thousand dollars per month in Snap benefits and they

(01:14:34):
were had many months that were topping three hundred thousand.
We're talking an increase of almost three times the amount
of a regular store. Seventy percent of the transactions in
these stores were for ninety five dollars and above, which
is more even more typical for a supermarket than a

(01:14:54):
small neighborhood storefront. So I take that back. Maybe they
weren't smart enough because they didn't understand that you got
to keep things down low and under the radar before
they get connected. Ah. Anyway, this release, this news release
stated that undercover observers saw Snap benefits exchanged for cash

(01:15:16):
and liquor exchange for Snap benefits. Now, for those of
you that don't know, first of all, you can't cash
in your Snap benefits. See, this is how these people
who are on Snap are able to go out and
afford those long ass eye lashes and the frickin' fingers
and all you know, fingernails and all this other wonderful

(01:15:37):
stuff that you see these people doing. What they do
is they take their Snap benefits. And I told you
I talked about it on this program not too long ago.
They take their Snap benefits, they take it to a
store that is willing to exchange cash pennies on the
dollar in comparison to the Snap benefits, and they're able
to take it, and they they go and they take

(01:15:58):
the cash and they go and something else with it,
which is pretty much probably what's going to happen with
the whole junk food thing. But anyway, I digress. You're
not supposed to buy liquor on the thing either. You're
not supposed to buy liquor on Snap benefits. It's supposed
to go to food only. And as you can see
based on the Missouri article or sorry news release that

(01:16:22):
I had that I played earlier, it's supposed to go
to nutritional food, not this bull crap that everybody's in buying. Anyway.
The United States Attorney Leo Foley also said, according to WFXTTV,

(01:16:45):
that these men abused one of the government's most critical
safety net programs for their own financial gain. Now I'm
going to argue with that and say it isn't even
supposed to be there because it's not a constitutional responsibility
of the federal government. The state wants to do it,
that's fine, but the federal government doesn't need to be
involved and doesn't need to be putting taxpayer money toward it. Now,

(01:17:07):
she even mentions, this is taxpayer money meant to kept
people from going hungry. These defendants decided to take it
for themselves. They were not full service groceries. It was
a huge stretch to even call them convenience stores. The
only thing that is convenient about these stores was how
easy it was to commit snap benefit fraud, meaning getting

(01:17:28):
the money out of it or whatever. So, yeah, more fraud,
more fraud. And you wonder why we're thirty nine million
dollars or thirty nine trillion, sorry, thirty nine trillion dollars

(01:17:48):
in the hole in our federal government programs. I'm just
going to tell you it just messed up. Well, I've
been seeing all kinds of news articles saying that the
approved rating of the Democrat Party is the lowest that
it's ever been in history. And I would tend to agree.
I would tend to agree with that. You know that

(01:18:14):
that they should. But there's at least one Democrat by
the name of Seth Moulton who is a representative. He
is actually admitting that his party is out of touch,
no shit anyway. Seth Molten said on Thursday that his
party is viewed as out of touch by Americans. Ya think. Yeah,

(01:18:36):
all they do is they I mean, seriously, all they
want to do is they just want to help illegal aliens.
They don't want to help Americans. They are anti crime,
They are anti you know, fixing things and following law
and all this other stuff. They are for transing the kids,
applying you know, non biological principles to our social structures,

(01:19:03):
and so on and so forth. Well, anyway, I digress.
Multon said on Real Patriotism with Terry Moran that Democrats
largely ignored many issues facing the country throughout former President
Joe Biden's administration. You think. He said that they ignored

(01:19:24):
in immigration, which led Americans to largely have negative views
of the party. So this national survey from Quinnipiac, Yeah,
Piac University found that a record low of eighteen percent
of voters actually approved how congressional Democrats were handling their jobs.

(01:19:51):
He said, quote, and that's the way a lot of
Americans feel about our party. That were just out of
touch and can't be trusted. No shit, you can't be
trust you. You you guys don't even know what reality is like.
You're so damned delusional and all of your sycophantic moron
followers are sitting there talking about all this crap, and

(01:20:11):
they're just sucking down the kool aid without actually applying
critical thinking skills or even having two brain cells to
rupt together in their melons to actually have a thought. Anyway,
He continues on, and he says, and let's look at
some examples. You know, in the Miiden administration, a lot
of Democrats went around saying immigration isn't a problem, there's

(01:20:32):
nothing to see here. Yeah, it wasn't a problem. People
were dying because of immigration. People Americans, Americans, Innocent Americans
were getting killed. Hello Lake and Riley. That's just the
name that I could pull right off the top of
my head. What about, you know, ignoring crime as well.

(01:20:53):
He continues on, and he says, the reality is that
immigration was a problem even in northern cities up in Massachusetts. Oh,
I seem to recall that a whole bunch of immigrants
got dropped off in Martha's vineyard and within twenty four
hours they were rounded up and kicked out. So yeah,
it's not like Democrats didn't know that immigration was a problem.

(01:21:15):
They just know that it doesn't need to be in
their neighborhoods. They don't give a crap, They don't give
a crap about anybody else other than themselves. That's exactly
where they're at. That's exactly where they're at. Oh and
of course Malton tries to blame the Republicans because now

(01:21:38):
he says, this is more Republicans fault than Democrats. But
when Democrats don't even acknowledge the problem, that's then it's
hard to be trusted. No, it's not Republican's faults. See
what you don't understand, Representative Moulton is that the Republicans
know exactly what the Americans want. They want safe cities,

(01:22:02):
they want closed borders, They want to be left alone
by the government. They want low taxes. They don't want
a whole bunch of freeloaders in here. They want people
who are responsible and accountable for their own well being.
They want America and American values in principles to be

(01:22:24):
brought back to this country. That's what Republicans want. And
you Democrats have decided to leave it all for the
leftist lunatics that are running your party right now. This
is nuts, This is absolutely crazy. Ah. Yeah. He also,

(01:22:48):
by the way, he also by the way, says that
he credits the party's unpopularity to the Biden administration, claiming
that inflation was transient and that Biden was in good health.
Immigration was not transient. These people were brought here for

(01:23:11):
the specific purpose of ensuring that Democrats will continue to
get votes, illegal votes, but continue to get votes. And
as far as Biden being in good health, man, that
guy should never have been in the Oval office in
the first f in place. I mean, he was not
only stupid, but he was also like corrupt. I'm telling you,

(01:23:34):
the Hunter Biden laptop story being suppressed was the biggest
number one nationwide issue that kept Trump from coming back
in for a second term. That was it. That was it.

(01:23:55):
Oh and he continues on and he's like, and then
of course there was inflation. Oh yeah, the inflation that
was caused by oh, let's see all of the Congress
past things like the Inflation Inducing Act was actually called
the Inflation Reduction Act, but it's the Inflation Inducing Act,

(01:24:16):
which took us up to the highest inflation that we've
seen in nearly fifty years. Yeah. Yeah, Democrats are stupid.
Democrats have no idea how to run this country anyway.

(01:24:38):
So apparently now their net approval rating is standing at
about sixty one points according to CNN's senior data reporter
Harryenton on Thursday, Yeah, they should be at like negative
one thousand because they are completely stupid. They have no
idea what they're doing. They're bowing down to the leftist,
lunatic morons that they've got running around in their organization. Anyway, Well,

(01:25:07):
let's just talk about the affordability issue, because Democrats seem
to think that affordability is all at the feet of
Donald Trump, and I gotta tell you it's not. In fact,
this guy from Newsmax, well he pretty much sums it up.
Let's go ahead and take a listen to this.

Speaker 9 (01:25:26):
Check this thing out. Okay, this is the total inflation
since January of twenty nineteen. Trump leads office, nearly thirty
percent increase since twenty nineteen. Your dollar from January of
twenty nineteen is worth seventy cents today. That's the pain.
So let's break down where the bulk of that pain
came from. You see this line right here, that's where

(01:25:49):
Trump forty five left office and Biden came in. Carry
that over to the next line. This is all Biden's presidency,
and this is where Trump came back in. So this
is a twenty two percent rise during Joe Biden for
the cost to live. Now, this two percent, two point
seven percent number, that's what they're talking about. This represents

(01:26:11):
the part of the graph for the number that came
out today, which all things considered, is pretty good, even
though it outperformed the estimates of supposed to be three
point one percent. And the left wants to make it
seem that Trump's tariffs are to blame for this twenty
two percent inflation that happened before the tariffs. See, Trump
has actually brought some prices back down to almost where

(01:26:32):
they were before Biden, and in some sectors like gas
and things like that. For example, when Trump left office,
gas was about twoin fifty a gallon, which shot up
to a national average of three to fifty during the
tap time Biden had both the House and the Senate,
he was doing whatever he wanted, passing things like this
Green New Deal trash. And then in January of twenty

(01:26:52):
twenty two, what happened then The number one Republican talking
point was Joe Biden's driving gas price is too high
because he was what does Joe Biden do.

Speaker 2 (01:27:04):
Check this out.

Speaker 9 (01:27:05):
He starts draining the strategic petroleum reserve that's meant for
a crisis or wartime, but he did it for political
gain during the midterms right around here, because the midterms
were here. He drained the stock from six hundred and
fifty million barrels down to three hundred and fifty million
barrels in reserve. And yes, gas prices did actually fall

(01:27:27):
during that time, but it was the supply search and
they crept back up slightly until they started to go
back down under Trump because Trump policies came in and
had actual deflation from that, which is almost unheard of.
See Trump showed these during his speech last night. For
a lot of things. Egg prices down, hotel rates, new

(01:27:50):
used cars, there's a gasoline airfare, prescription drugs.

Speaker 2 (01:27:53):
Sporting events.

Speaker 9 (01:27:54):
Actually not regular drugs. Those drugs actually are way up
because we keep blowing up the supply lines off of
the coast of Siler. But all these things are down.
They're not up by less, they're actually down, which is deflationary.
But according to the liberal media, all those industries are
and should be up affected by tariffs, but they're.

Speaker 10 (01:28:14):
Not so apparently Trump kind of maybe knows what he's
doing with this whole idea of tariffs.

Speaker 2 (01:28:26):
Tariffs, Yeah, tariffs, Ah, the tariffs are causing this. No, folks,
the previous administration caused all of this crap. You want
to talk about affordability, you really need to talk about affordability.
Let's talk about the twenty two percent, like he was saying,
inflation over the four years four years of Biden. See,

(01:28:56):
this is why people don't seem to This is why
I'm literally saying that the left in particular are incredibly complete, stupid,
utter morons because they don't seem to understand this. Now,
keep in mind, even though inflation is a two point
seven percent inflation means prices are still rising at a
rate of two point seven percent above what they were

(01:29:17):
already rising from. And it's going to take time for
all of these things that Trump is doing. It's going
to take time for all of this stuff to trickle through.
So he's not going to be able to fix all
of this stuff in just thirty days null or sixty days,
or one hundred and eighty days, or even three hundred

(01:29:39):
and sixty five days. This is going to have to
be a continual process, sort of like the Reagan years.
Reagan had eight years to take care of this stuff,
and he did it. He set us up for forty
years of prosperity. Donald Trump only has four upon who

(01:30:00):
comes and follows him. They should follow along in his
footsteps and continue his policies so that we can continue
that and have hopefully another forty years of prosperity. All right, folks,
that is it for me for this evening. Give me
a favorite. If you haven't already, head on over to

(01:30:21):

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
